Best best best. I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,650 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 262,800 USD within a couple of weeks. But i didn’t realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of Alexcybertech01 At gmailcom. A major competitor among most crypto apps.. I honestly love the app. Earning up to 8.5% interest on USDC is absolutely insane and I love it. Now the past few days the app has struggled, but when they are literally getting 100’s of new accounts every second and over 40 BILLION dollars worth of doge coin transactions, obviously the app will struggle as they were not prepared for that. Especially when most of the volume happened in spikes of people buying at certain points and selling. Even Coinbase was down and you can’t even buy or sell doge on Coinbase. Now the only problem I have with the app is their spread on buy and sell orders. For example their voyager coin has a constant radical spread. As I’m writing this the spread between buy orders and sell orders is 5.5% which is insane to day trade on. Most exchanges fees are usually .1%. However I love how they aren’t an exchange. It allows them to be able to add many coins and tokens in the future as they aren’t actually buying or selling them to you but more so exchange them for you. This opens a possibility for the app to be the main source to get alt coins. If Voyager lowers their spreads to a hard cap % (unless the spread on all the exchanges they deal on is higher than their cap) then they will BLOWOUT Coinbase.

Great app but lacking features for some coins.. I’ve had a Voyager account for about a year. The app is beautifully simple. When first creating an account, USD deposits and withdrawals can be slow. After your account is settled-in (about a week or so), USD deposits are instantaneously pre-funded to your account and tradable before the funds are withdrawn from your bank. I’ve transferred BTC from Voyager to an external wallet and it took about 1 hour, which is normal for BTC. Many coins are able to participate in an interest program which gets paid-out at the end of each month. Lacking features: Transfers (deposits, withdrawals) are not yet allowed for some coins, such as XRP. Voyager has stated they are working on adding these features, although they’ve been promising these features for at least a year at this point. When Voyager finally adds full transfer features for all coins, this will be a 4.5-star app. Adding a dark-theme setting would make it a 5-star app.

Scam. I’ve been testing this app for a couple months with small amount of money. Now they have locked me out asking for my Driver’s License and a Selfie (yes a selfie!) in order to verify my account. I’m not comfortable providing this info to them. How do I know this is secure or they are just building a database with our personal info to sell? I mean they don’t even have a Customer service phone number. So I have open up a ticket asking to close my account and transfer my money back but so far no replies. I also noticed in the reviews bunch of people having the same issue. If I don’t hear back in a week or so or not given my money back I’ll be filing a BBB report. After that a complaint with the NY attorney general. I’ll also prepare a class action lawsuit against the company. But we have to follow proper steps in order to file the lawsuit. But if you are new to this company please stay away as they can change their verification requirements anytime and ask you for whatever they want.

Along for the Voyage. I really love this app for trading crypto, I like it so much I invested in VYGVF and VGX. Anyhow, my review is going to be a lot more lenient than some of them I’ve read here since my day job is designing tech products and I know how difficult it is to build and execute an app like this which is also having a high growth rate. I think the Voyager team is doing an amazing job. The UX is a true MVP (which few tech teams really understand!!!) and I can’t wait to see what other features you guys implement in the future. I do have a few criticisms that I’d like to give constructively, if you’re looking for user feedback: - Would love to be able to set price trigger notifications. I’ve been using Crypto pro for this, but would love to ditch it and set them in Voyager (would pay for this feature!) - The limit orders I set rarely trigger so it feels like the bid ask spread is off… - in my portfolio I want to see my % overall P/L in the first column… it’s annoying to have to scroll over to see it. - please be more transparent about withdrawal fees, they are difficult to find. Ok, Except Where It Isn’t, Which is What Matters. I had a love/hate with Voyager that has run it’s course to just hate over the last 6mo. Where is Voyager the best? On the interest they offer. Where are they meh, their spreads. Where are they the worst? Transfers and customer service. It’s become impossible to move funds to either my bank or my wallet in a timely manner. All transactions sit on pending status waaaaaay longer that the ticket quotes you it will take (24 hours). There is no way to speak to anyone that I know of (I looked up the CEO on Bloomberg but haven’t tried the listed number yet), the only option is to support a ticket. That ticket will sit unanswered while your problem isn’t fixed. Eventually, days and days and days later (I think it took a week for them to process my last cash withdrawal to my bank which I mean on Voyager’s end, my bank posted it the day after the transaction came off pending) your transfer will go through. The interest has held me too long: with DeFi out there and Voyager actively suppressing it, I don’t need Voyager anymore. Thanks for almost being great, making this that much more disappointing.

Voyager the best trusted Exchange. I have been with voyager about 3 years. Steve Ehrlich, David and his support team have always gone out of their way to make sure customers’ needs are met and they are satisfied which you don’t receive that level of service from other exchanges! They offer amazing and generous interest rates on most of your crypto including a 9% on ur usdc while sitting on the exchange safe and secure as all coins are being protected in a cold wallet so no worries there plus your USD is completely insured up to $250k. The reason I said your crypto is safe there while earning you interest is because they are not involved in direct lending cryptos. Voyager to this day has been my favorite exchange out there when it comes to cryptos. I highly recommend them to anyone in the business.

3 days and my withdrawals are not cleared yet.. I am so disappointed that after 3 days my withdrawals are still processing. When I deposited huge amount into voyager it all came into the account in no time. Also when I withdrew hundreds of dollars it went through fast, but as soon as I attempted two withdrawals over $1000 each, you guys put it in processing mode until now. I have had the crypto I planned to buy from the places where I intended depositing those crypto’s double in price since then. I left you guys so many emails and no one has responded. Is this how you do your business? Is it supposed to be just about you? I hope this message finds you because I’ll be back to update my stars if something doesn’t happen faster. This is just crazy.

Liquidity Issues? Crazy Withdrawal Delays and No CS. I downloaded this app to see what all of the hype was about and transferred about $10 in BTC to test the app out before deciding to move over my entire portfolio. Really glad to have tested it first. My BTC transferred within a few hours, was added to my balance and I can even sell it for USD but if I try to transfer the BTC it says “pending” and won’t let me move it. Been 6 days and everything is confirmed on the blockchain but still the same message. I opened a ticket with their support a week ago and it’s been radio silence. My suggestion for anyone lured in by the high interest rates is to dry run this like I did before bringing over any significant funds. Send support a message and test them out. Would you find the same shenanigans acceptable by your bank or brokerage account? I sure wouldn’t. For anyone feeling scammed and in the USA I suggest you file a formal complaint with the CFPB. If withdraws are stated to take 24 hours and take weeks they have a serious liquidity problem and I don’t feel comfortable keeping 10’s of thousands of dollars with them.

Support is Crap!. THIS PLACE HAS TERRIBLE TECH/CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I signed on with Voyager when the Dallas Mavs partnered with them in hopes to get the $100 BTC bonus. I figured the Mavs would only parter with top notch companies but boy was I wrong. I opened an account, linked my bank, deposited and purchased the $100 required to receive the promotional BTC. 3.5 days later, I received a message that my bank account link had been denied by Voyager. It turns out it was because it was a joint account. After uploading some new documentation, the bank account was successfully reapproved by voyager. However, my deposit has not been reinstated. It was hard to figure out how to contact support to get this resolved. The app didn’t give me the contact info. I ended up having to reply to an email they sent me. I have asked them some questions about that initial deposit several times and they never really answer my questions but instead give ambiguous responses. Plus it takes a day or two to get a response. Needless to say I have not received my promotional $100 in BTC. I am disappointed because the app looked to have potential but I cannot take a chance with my money using a company that has HORRIFIC technical/customer support.

Wanted to like it.... BUT :(. First of all, although I am relatively new to the crypto market, I have done a lot of research. I have multiple other apps, with investments in each of them. This app seem like it would be an awesome addition to what I’m already doing, especially with its low fees and interest options, but and that’s a big BUT... unlike the other apps, I could never get my account verified with Voyager I submitted a ticket and over a week and a half later I still haven’t gotten a response!!! Which with everything going on in the market is even more frustrating. Also, throughout this time, the app has had connectivity issues. Ugh. I even tried to create another new account, thinking maybe I did something wrong the first time... to no avail. The response was still, “we have a verification issue”… But I used the exact same information to all my other accounts and never had a single issue. I wouldn’t care if I didn’t like the layout of the app as much as I do. Plus, I really like the way the app updates prices more regularly than the other apps. But, if I can’t get my account even verified… It doesn’t do me much good at all. Didn’t think I would ever use an app to monitor prices for another app. So aggravating. Hope they fix this, but at this time, safely, I can’t recommend this app.

Easy to use but transfers take too long. Read the terms carefully before using. Setup with bank account was fast and easy and funds transferred in are available to trade immediately, but be aware that purchased crypto is not available for withdrawal until deposited funds clear - 5 to 10 days (7 calendar days in my trial). While they claim to get you the best price I did not see a way to place a limit order so your buys and sells are at the mercy of the market. Withdrawing crypto to a wallet uses a familiar interface, but only BTC and ETH are currently supported and requests are subject to a 24 hour review period. Fee for a small BTC withdrawal was 6.28%! Cash withdrawal to your linked bank account is also subject to delay. Finally, the app uses only password authentication so use at your own risk. Some interesting crypto’s are supported that aren’t easily accessible to US residents through the usual outlets, but you’ll have to weigh the convenience of purchasing through this app against the security and withdrawal limitations.

Stay Away! Save yourself the headache !! You’ve been warned!!. OMG! It’s the absolute worst crypto app ever!! I got suckered in by seeing FREE $10 btc add on Facebook. Don’t fall for it! Yes I signed up and they did credit and I account $10 in bitcoin. Prior to withdrawing the bitcoin you have to wait something like 14 days..🤷🏽‍♂️. Well you cannot transfer crypto out of voyager account because there’s a minimum amount required?! What?! Anywho I sell off the btc attempt to withdraw my now $11 from the account but you cannot just enter banking account numbers, they require you to use some service(PLAID) so yes another hoop! Seeing as I don’t use a conventional banking account this troubles me but oh thank god, PLAID actually supports CHIME so I go thru and link account. Bada Bing Bada Boom, finally 3 months later I’m able to….Wait.. Oh, an error message saying they won’t allow withdraw to that institution!😱🤯 whoa?! Are you kidding me?! Seriously it’s a nightmare and any “crypto” app or wallet should have no problem allowing someone to send btc along the blockchain but not This one?! Crazy! SERIOUSLY! STAY AWAY!

Life Changing!. The interface in this app makes it almost TOO EASY to buy and sell crypto. I love that things I may not want to do always have an additional dialogue box pop up. For example, if I am contemplating selling a position and I bump the sell key, there’s an additional check to make sure I want to make that move. At the same time, the swipe to order motion is both deliberate and easy, so even though it’s fast, it’s also not going to chnage your portfolio on accident. All the information I need for my assets is easy to see right up front and I LOVE seeing my rewards stacking on the far end. Little by little I have seen my portfolio and my rewards grow. The best part is knowing they’re just getting started. AMAZING

Awesome Customer Service!!. Voyager is one company that pays attention to their customers emails by not only answering them with replies but they take care of issues that you have. I created a huge issue due to my inexperience in crypto and they worked with me to rectify my situation! It took a long chain of emails back and forth but they were attentive to my problem even though I created the issue. I was very impressed by the way they handled the situation and have the utmost respect for their customer service. I see posts on social media all the time about people getting screwed over by their crypto wallet operators but I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that Voyager isn’t one of the sketchy ones, they are there for their customers…that I can say by experiencing it first hand!!

Nearly Impossible to get approved for an account. I have been attempting to sign up for an account with voyager for almost 1 week. Of course I have entered all my correct information into the app. They then tell you your account is pending. They then ask for pictures of your drivers license, recent utility bills, a picture of yourself. I have submitted the personal information they requested and they are still asking me to upload more personal documents and not approving my account. I have been at this for almost 1 week and I am still unable to purchase or trade crypto. Now the on screen message I am getting says they may still be reviewing my application and that it could take 12 weeks. Furthermore reaching out to their customer service has been awful. There is no phone number and therefore you have to submit a “ticket” and wait for someone to email you back. Of course I have been emailing back and forth now with their customer service and they still are unwilling to get my account up and running. Consider using a different platform to purchase crypto and good luck getting a new account with this company.

Withdrawing Money is an issue for them right now.. I have been using this app for a while now it was great. Tons of crypto options other exchanges didn’t have. Deposit my mining revenue daily no issues made some trades and withdrawals no issues for months. Until recently I tried to make a withdrawal and it is just stuck in a pending status , reached out to CS they responded that I should look at their blog post. (Which I never looked at their blog posts, silly me I guess) it said due to tremendous growth there have been delays in withdrawing. Ok kinda weird way to tell me that , no in app alerts or anything cool. It has now been about 2 weeks. Looking online i seem to not be the only one, there are tons of people having issues dating back before the blog post. CS no longer responds to emails and the Twitter handle only tweets about the things they have purchased with our money, please do not use this app until they can fix their customer service issues and resume withdrawing funds from accounts.

WARNING!!!!. Do NOT get Voyager! They have the worst customer service team on the planet. They will hold your crypto for far longer than stated on screen and when you try to email them they give you automated responses that don’t pertain to your message and then take forever to respond to you if at all. I deposited $100 on their platform and it took literally over three weeks for that money to reflect from pending to complete! I had to email customer support a couple times before they resolve my issue. I have a current ongoing issue where I am trying to withdraw funds and on screen it says it will take up to 24 hours to review the transaction but it’s already been nine days and the transaction is still reflected as pending... i’m not the only one having issues with the Voyager app. Do some looking around you’ll find that this is want to stay away from! I would consider leaving an updated review reflecting a positive experience with Voyager if they ever get back to me or respond to this. Otherwise I’m completely done using Voyager. There are far better, safer exchanges to use.

Update: THIEVES AND SCAMMERS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND CLOSE UR ACCOUNT. Update: so I wrote this review over a year ago and they gave yet to return my money. But a quick google search told me they filed for bankruptcy 2022. & won’t be able to steal our money anymore. WARNING: do not use this app. This company is a SCAM. they claim to be #1 but if you do I quick Twitter search you won’t find ONE positive comment. Downloaded this app to buy and hold crypto but the app DIDNT take my money and put me in debt while also letting me purchase my crypto. I was holding it for a while and it was rising. I tried to link my bank again to deposit more money and settle the negative balance caused by voyager. And they closed my account. I reached out to support and got no response. There’s no way to contact them. They have my crypto and probably won’t be able to get it back. Good scam huh? Cuz you can’t refund crypto. Meanwhile everyone else who still has their account open cannot withdraw any of their money. Complaining that it’s been weeks or months to receive their withdraw with no response from support. Best bet, voyager already took it and they aren’t getting their money. Good luck 🤷🏽‍♀️

Going back to Coinbase unfortunately. I have been a long time Coinbase user, and grew tired of their exorbitant fees. I wanted an alternative. A popular Youtuber I watch suggested Voyager, so I thought I’d try them out. What I began to notice in short order was that Voyager would slow roll everything. Slow roll when I could deposit funds. Slow roll when I could withdrawal funds. These two I found to be annoying, but manageable. What I can’t handle is when I try and withdraw a crypto and it sits in Voyager’s lovely “pending” status. They say they need to verify KYC and it can take them upwards of 24 hours to allow the withdrawal of funds. There is nothing more annoying in crypto when you have your transfer in limbo and your digital asset between wallets. It’s quite honestly nerve wracking to me. Almost every time I transfer funds this happens. I constantly have to open a support ticket and email them. I must be up to 9 tickets by now. This delay in withdrawals is completely unacceptable. After I transfer the remainder of my crypto out of Voyager, I’m off to another company...but Voyager never again.

The worst absolutely zero customer service. With real time money at play they do nothing but send you a repeated message and do nothing to fix the problem the worst absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional business that I can ever remember doing business with. The amount that I traded for was different in the price that I'm currently at. When you can clearly go onto your history and see the price that youBought in at. The transactions came back and had a completely different amount. Also when you have a repeted buy at a lower amount than what your price is currently standing at there should be a percentage change either higher or lower very simple. Three different times on two different transactions no percentage change no response from them except an automated text it's been over a week now. they have done nothing to fix the problem and I am still sitting here losing money as we speak because of their incompetence and lack of response time or to even respond at all besides an automated text. On the other hand Robin has been Robin Hood has been nothing but the best no problems whatsoever I would totally recommend Robin Hood to anyone.

You can earn 9.5% on USDC, 6.5% on BTC & 5.5% on ETH. Outside of having just a gorgeous platform, their native token has grown more than 11,000% this year. They will be paying 7% interest in the next 2 months, and you’ll be able to buy stocks with crypto and crypto with stocks. In other words Robin Hood better watch its back. This management team is hungry, super experienced, going international, and they bend over backwards to make you happy. If you’re thinking about buying crypto, there’s no need to go anywhere else. VOYAGER is simply light years ahead of their competitors.. Happy trading!

Good Exchange but Needs Time to Improve. I really like the layout of the app and it has a good selection of coins but the app really isn’t the problem. Voyager is still pretty new compared to other exchanges and therefore not ready for the influx of new users which is a shame because of some of the cool features they offer like interest on certain coins. The fees to withdraw your coins are insane, I had to pay $20 to move my Bitcoin out of voyager and it doesn’t make sense to move my other coins because the fees will eat up a good chunk of what I bought. Customer service has been a now show, I have not received any sort of reply or help from the tickets I submitted. While these problems are understandable because of the small team they have it does not make it any less frustrating to deal with which is why I would recommend looking into other exchanges while they work on growing their team.

Lame...done with the app... I’ve been using this app for a few months now and it’s been a really horrible experience. If you plan on making money, this might not be the place for you. This app is down only when there’s major sell offs and huge spikes, you can’t even log in... it happens quite often and it’s really set up for you to fail on even swing trades. Just take a look at the rest of the reviews. There are so many flaws here ... everything about the app that should be of convenience for the user is really a huge inconvenience... everything that has to do with the app making money works super well though...no glitches there... Getting this app has been the dumbest choice I’ve made. I’m not even going to use this for holding long positions... something fishy always happens and you can’t even log in to your account often and it even seems to follow a crypto price trend. I’m at a point where I can almost predict when the app won’t let me log in based on some crypto price movement...took all my money out and went to another app... I’m very disappointed... YOU SHOULD ALWAYS BE ABLE TO HAVE CONTROL OF YOUR MONEY...not only when they chose to let you ...

Do NOT put your money on this platform. I joined voyager during the Mark Cuban Bitcoin promotion. It was awesome, got the $100 in Bitcoin and proceeded to trade for about three weeks before my account was “frozen” for two to three weeks. This was during the height of the bull run we saw in the fall of 2021. I couldn’t make trades and basically lost the $100 I was “given.” Did I learn my lesson? No. I continued to use Voyager because I do like the interface of the exchange. I eventually bought Luna on there given it was one of the few platforms still allowing trades after the coin failed. Should have traded on KuCoin, I know that now because once again, my assets were “frozen.” I am AGAIN losing the opportunity to trade and make money off of LunaC. We are now on day five of LunaC assets being frozen and I am losing so many opportunities. I submitted tickets of inquiry the first time my account was frozen and I have this time as well, to no avail. You get no response, nothing. After all of this, I am never using this platform again. I highly recommend all of you stay away from Voyager.

Limit order / Stop loss. This application is great except for a few things. #1 is not having a stop loss. This needs to be put in with the next update. It would be great to have this in the same section as limit order where someone could “check off” each. I’m sure this would be a feature many would use. #2 and my biggest complaint is the 1% difference in actual price, bid price, and ask price. When watching the actual market I have seen the price reach my limit order. Unfortunately voyager’s buy and sell are around 1% different from this. It doesn’t seem like much but when your just trying to make small % gains such as 5% profit gains, if the crypto only goes up 5.25% gain then your limit order will not go through. This also needs to change. If a limit order is placed at 5% then when the market reaches 5% it needs to sell. It will not sell until the limit order hits the bid price which is 1% above that set price. When I know a crypto will go up 5% and it doesn’t sell because of your bid orders for the program I take the chance of losing money past that time frame. I literally watched it go past my 5% limit order yesterday and the app did not sell my crypto for that profit. Now I am sitting on a negative 1.5%, waiting for it to come back up. It should have sold! If the ask is at a price, then other people are buying at that price. With someone having a limit, then it needs to sell. Biggest complaint!

Best Customer Support in all of CYPTO!. If you are new to crypto… And who isn’t? Or even if you’re not, you need this app. Voyager is very easy to use from A to Z. Once verified, funding from your bank account is instant! Many other crypto apps require a wire which take 2-3 days to fund. Not Voyager, instant funding AND instant availability to make purchases.. also instant. Which is absolutely key, whether due to market conditions… or just convenience. With Voyager, you can fund and buy instantly. (Daily limits do apply, but are generous.) Also, Voyager keeps expanding the list of crypto that you can buy on Voyager. And has all of the cornerstone crypto that most should own. And when you do need to transfer cypto (for whatever reason) that’s super easy, too. Last, but probably best (and the reason I took the time to write this review), Voyager has the BEST SUPPORT IN CRYPTO. I won’t name names but I’ve had other cypto apps take so long to respond to my help ticket… and I’m talking MONTHS and with so little info, that I couldn’t even find the follow up info they were requesting to help me. Which cost me real dollars. Not Voyager, not only did I get an immediate meaningful reply, but they also solved my problem within 30 minutes. For all these reasons, when my friends and family want in on crypto, Voyager is top my recommended “MUST HAVE” crypto apps.

By far the best. I have been into crypto for years. I have used almost every app out there for crypto trying to find the best. Voyager is the easiest and most simple straight forward app ever. It breaks down everything in your portfolio way more than any of the other apps so you can see everything that’s going on with your money. This is also still a up and coming app so to show my support because I’m a 100% believer in this app I’m buying lots of the VGX token for the upcoming loyalty program. They also have a great bonus for signing up friends and family probably the best one out there so I have been referring everyone I know to this app. That’s how much I believe in it. Also as the writing of this they have a website, debit card, loyalty program, and expansion over seas all coming soon. I really believe this is the best app for crypto out there by a long shot. You won’t regret trying it.

Worst Crypto App. Never had my money stolen by any crypto app but I believe this is my first time. 4 days ago I requested a BTC withdrawal which was cleared in the Voyager app 4 days ago. Even tho it is cleared in the voyager app I never received my btc and since the address I attempted to withdraw to was over 3 days old is now expired. So i dont know where my BTC is and support has done nothing to help despite multiple support tickets being created about this and multiple other issues. Save your time and money and DO NOT USE THIS APP. I still have a decent amount of coins in the app but can’t even withdraw them because of false pending deposits. Says I can’t withdraw until all deposits are cleared but the app simultaneously shows me that I have no pending deposits. There is too much traffic for their staff to handle as all they do is reply and tell ppl that they are basically overrun with support tickets, and just refer you to the FAQ section that is ultimately helpless. No phone support either. Wonder how many other ppl are going through this that they’re experiencing delays in simple support?

Voyager is legit. So after reading some of the reviews the other day it kind of freaked me out because of some issues some are having. I went ahead and sold some of my CKB and made a transfer to my bank account for the cash. Within 5 days I received my cash back to my bank account. I believe most of these bad reviews are from people that just started to use the app and are being impatient from the huge increase of new users this month and wanting to trade money in and out of the app extremely quick. I started to use the app about 3 months ago after wanting to get into some of the alt coins that coinbase and binance do not offer. It has been great. Love the news articles, the ease of buying and the layout is very user friendly. Read about the company and even buy some stock (they are a publicly traded company). I went ahead and bought some stock earlier this week to support Voyager. Thanks team and look forward to continuing to invest with Voyager. Don’t read to much into some of these bad reviews as some are being extremely impatient while there are so many trying to get into Voyager recently.

BEST CRYPTO PLATFORM!. I have been using this app for a few months and it is so easy to use! For anyone who feels like they don’t understand the crypto market but would like to learn and start slowly making comfortable investments then this is the app for you! They provide you with all the important daily information and news articles that are relevant to the market so you can read about what’s going on and make proper judgments. I was always scared to get into the market but I am so happy I am a part of it now and this app has made it easily accessible to me and has made me A TON OF MONEY. Do yourself a favor and download this app now and buy some VGX tokens the minute you get in. This coin is going places and you will not want to miss out. I should also note that the customer service has been wonderful and always responds to my questions in a timely manner.

Buggy and slow. I like the voyager interface overall, however, it’ll just crash sometimes, deposits and transfers take forever (longer than they say it takes), and there’s no metrics in regards to your portfolio. I’d love to be able to see graphs or even more historic pricing than just 1 year back. There’s a lot the team needs to do to tighten up the interface and have it run smoother, but they’re close. Just FYI. I really believe in voyager, but especially these delays and time it takes to withdraw or send crypto is atrocious. This needs to be worked on immediately. I’m still going to be using the app for now, and I hate even writing a review that will knock down the averages, but I think it’s important to the team at voyager to know that the amount of pending transfers I have from over 5-10 days ago which is around 20,000$ is just sitting somewhere in cyberspace and I’m constantly looking at my phone hoping the transactions go through.

consistent maintenance in progress. I have been using Voyager for less than a month now. Shortly after I transferred thousands of dollars and made my orders i have been locked out of my account numerous times. They constantly are doing maintenance to their app. They would have various reasons why. For example i would be locked out because there were too much traffic during trading and will notify me when I can access my account again. They actually have a scheduled maintenance day where I would get emails in advance stating that I wouldn’t be able to access my account for a few hours. Which means if I should suddenly need to sell my positions due to market crash i wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. Currently while I am writing this review I am locked out because voyager had issue a new iOS in the apple store and is waiting for an approval to update the app. It’s been over six hours now and still locked out of my account. So the market can crash right now and I wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. Crypto trading is 24/7 and I would frequently be locked out. This is my money they are dealing with and It drives me mad knowing that I actually don’t have control over it. I am too deep now to withdraw everything and go elsewhere. These people are really sneaky on how keep you on. Oh well I won’t be increasing my position anymore for sure.

Limit sells won’t work. They only allow you to do market sells at a lower rate then market value so I believe they can immediately make money on your transaction. If you try to do a limit sale that’s still under the market value but more then what they try to give you for a market sale it won’t process. So if you are trying to actively trade voyager is not a good place to be. It’s for buying and holding so they can either use your funds or they want to be able to immediately bank off your sale. The app is well organized looks good, the fact they pay apr % on certain coins is awesome. But I feel they are trying to unfairly make you do market sales at substantially lower rates then market values to immediately make big gains on your transaction . I’ve yet to have a limit sell even ever process. That part is super sketchy and dishonest to me which is frustrating. But if it weren’t for that voyager could be at the top in my opinion

Poor customer service. Since I started using the app, I have no problem with buying cryptos and checking all the transactions. But recently I keep getting issues regarding relinking of my bank account. I was able to buy but just want to check and try if I will be able to withdraw money but the app is not allowing it because of some relinking issues in my bank account. I tried to relink it and was successful on my bank account side because I can check that it was link successfully but the connection expired note is still showing in the Voyager app. I tried to contact them multiple times but I didn’t get any reply from a real person but mostly through auto reply without answers on how I can solve the issues. This is not good especially if for example you have already invested lots of money and no one can help you with issues regarding withdrawals etc

Terrible!!! Voyager failed to credit my account.. Voyager is terrible - I transferred thousands of dollars worth of ADA from my wallet - the transaction was confirmed on the blockchain over 40,000 times - never credited on my Voyager account. I reached out to customer service by phone five times and left voicemails because nobody ever answers the phone and I have never received a call back from support. I have emailed support at least 15 times and still no resolution to this issue. I actually sent tweets to the CEO and he just indicated that the issue was being looked into yet nothing has happened. It has been eight days since the transfer occurred and I have nothing in my Voyager account. They have failed to give me my money and their customer service is absolutely terrible. Lastly, free exchanges is a scam because the buy spreads are absolutely ridiculous - you will pay sometimes up to 3% more per crypto over the actual market price and when you sell you don’t get that same mark up - I have calculated that you often pay at least $50 - $100 per purchase - for example with ADA - if the market price is 1.15, the price you have to buy ADA through Voyager will be around 1.19 so if you intend to purchase 2000 ADA that will actually cost you an extra $80 - but if you were to sell ADA Voyager will only give you the 1.15 price - might as well just use a legitimate exchange and pay the $7 for each buy - save lots of money - and they probably won’t lose your money.

Warning, shady business!. Your cash is not liquid with this app. Recently they requested identity verification. I provided all necessary documents as required. Now I cannot make changes to recurring investments nor sell any assets or withdraw cash. What’s worse is I was trying to update my recurring withdraw account as I am trying to close this bank account. Now I cannot because they keep withdrawing from it. Voyager is literally stealing from me. Even more, I submitted a help ticket only for them to close it immediately as solved. I am currently in search of the proper authority to report this business too. I hope I can find a resolution without doing this, but they do not leave me with any other options. Follow up. After looking through their website and calling all available phone numbers, there is no way to get in touch with customer service expect through the website, which they do not respond too. I do not know if contacting the SEC is an option but I will follow up once I have found a resolution. I would not recommend trusting this company with your money. Update. They sent me an email stating I do not meet their requirements and they have closed my account. No reason provided, no money returned.

Beautiful app and exchange. I’ve been in crypto for over a few years now I’ve had many issues along the way with apps. This is the best clearest user-friendly app I’ve come across. I had to play around with the different buttons like finding my portfolio and after I did this a couple times with all the different features now I I am amazed how great this app is I love dealing on it, sending and receiving coins, easy to deposit from my bank account etc. I’ve had issues with a couple others that I never have gotten resolved and actually have lost luckily only a few dollars as a test run of a small amount should always be made once or twice just to get acquainted depositing trading selling everything involved before the main money goes in even logging out and logging back in was easy. Other apps I have logged out and tried logging back in and says I have the wrong email address. I’ve only had one email address in the last 11 years and double checked the type in. Just issues like that amongst others. This voyager was smooth sailing from start to finish I love it and I also bought some voyager coins to go along with that. This is a great project and I will be buying more voyager coins as time goes

Don’t do it to yourself. I was naive to a lot of aspects involved with centralized exchanges when I started using the voyager app. Take it from me and save yourself 4 months of just a really bad overall experience and just don’t use it. There are about a dozen instances I endured, but the worst one came today when I realized how they manipulate your transactions (deposits and withdrawals) by choosing the most opportune time for them to process. When the market is up, good luck getting your money. When the market was down, they froze my account due to an issue outside of my control. The market “coincidentally” was in the process of the biggest rebound in years and now they will not release my coins back to me until I make another deposit of equal or greater value to “ensure my account is in good standing order”. Now that the money will equal half of the amount of assets it would have when they froze the account, they are basically making me double pay. Several instances similar to this. Just don’t use it. There are other exchanges that offer more coins, have a better interface, faster transaction times and actually run their platform ethically.

Overall Quality App. Voyager is a quality app overall and I’m really glad that I started using it. There are 2 major flaws to be aware of though. The first is that it takes a long time to make deposits. A LOOOONG TIME. If you need money for anything in 3 weeks, don’t make a deposit into your voyager account because you won’t be able to get it back out in time. It’s fine for people like me that buy things for at least a year. The second thing is extremely annoying. Voyager does not update the average cost of your holdings quickly at all. It seems to take over a day to update so all of the other numbers like the profit and loss columns are also very slow to update. This is really aggravating for the DCAers like me. Other than that, Voyager is really great. The premiums they charge for purchases are on the higher end as far as fees go but not terrible and when the app doesn’t get overloaded when people are panic selling, there are lots of different crypto options to choose from. Thank you Voyager for being better than Robinhood.

Find Another Crypto App. First off let’s start with Voyager has stolen a lot of money from my account, refused to give back even after providing proof of my money from the bank. I have reported to BBB and made other contacts with certain people in order to retrieve my stolen money. They gave standard generic email responses as then proceeded to lock my account from selling, buying, transferring or placing my thousands back into my bank. Their reasons why are for poor behavior or whatever they needed to say to avoid giving me my money back. This leading to poor customer service and not responding to my emails. They have no customer service. It’s only “support” which means the creator of the app is the only unprofessional running the show. My husband has also transferred from one crypto to another to remove all coins, etc from their app. His thousands are not sitting in limbo, no response to 3 emails and his transactions only shows pending. I blasted this crappy app on Stocktwits and needless to say my messages blew up with tons of people who have experienced the same problem!! This app is a scam! They are thieves and keep stealing people's hard earned money!!!! STAY AWAY. Unless you can afford to just give away your money to people who will steal it anyway!!! Next action is contacting SEC!!

Frustrated. Impossible to move assets out.. Sorry but I recommend against the app. Don’t use Voyager. I’ve used it for a few months now. I did the verification process: I’m perfectly legal, perfectly fine, I’m 100% certain of that. That was done, set up my bank, bought assets. Fine, no problems. I check my assets every day, bought and sold a few things, fine. Then the app locks me out and I have to do verification all over again. Ok, so I do it again. Now, a few weeks later, it locks me out again. Now my balance reads zero: cash gone, crypto gone- it’s a lot of money. I don’t panic, I relax and then I do verification for a third time. It says it may take up to 12 weeks to verify and if I start a support ticket it will take longer. What? Thankfully, I’m verified about an hour later. Balance: zero. But after a while balance is back to normal so my assets are obviously safe. But now I’m upset and want to take my assets out. Frozen. I can’t send out the crypto and can’t drop the USD back into my bank. Try and get help in the app and all you get is a 100% useless bot. It will not allow me to speak to a human. I’m taking my business somewhere else and I suggest you do as well. Hey Voyager: You can’t freeze my assets because your app doesn’t work! Easy to put the money into Voyager but impossible to get it out.

Love the team and App, but missing some crucial function. I’ve been using voyager for the last 6 months or so and have been a huge fan up until my latest attempt to withdraw my funds. I wanted to take out my DOT and of course they don’t offer DOT withdrawals. So in order to access my funds I needed to sell DOT(taxable event) buy ETH and transfer out ETH to my wallet. It’s unfortunate to have to pay taxes now, but the worst part is it took nearly 3 days for my transfer to go through, which in the mean time I did multiple transfers between other exchanges that finished within 30 minutes each. The price of dot and Eth swapped dramatically in that time and I ended up with 20% less dot tokens because of this. I really appreciate the voyager team and the service they have provided me, but until these issues are addressed I feel I need to take my funds elsewhere where I can trust I have access to them when I need them. Hope to come back in the near future when these features are updated and up to par with their competition.

Best Place to Start in Crypto. Easy to use app with nice features that help you track your gains but also gives you the autonomy to send a wide variety of crypto currencies, unlike PayPal or the Cash App where your digital assets are stuck on there system. Coinbase is good but has enormous fees that really eat into your profits. Voyager also gives you interest for holding your crypto. I recommend this app to anybody looking to start in crypto as well as those who have more experience trading. Don’t start on PayPal or Cash App where your crypto is stuck on their system - making decentralized crypto currency’s totally centralized. If you make huge gains on those platforms you don’t have the option to send your crypto to a different exchange, a friend, or a hardware wallet for safekeeping. You have to totally liquidate and then buy back in after all your funds have cleared thru your bank to then buy again on a real exchange like Voyager.

Not only worst crypto exchange/broker, worst business. I had an account for a while, didn’t really transfer a lot or trade but because Celsius is just a wallet, I transferred my large balances here. Worst crypto decision ever. First I noticed how insanely huge the spreads are but that was ok since I would transfer out for trades which I tried with USDC. Took 48 hours! They claim it’s a manual process which is unusual to say the least. Then I heard about others problems as well and started transferring out more. My ETH transfer is in Day 7. Support is totally non responsive. They are suddenly claiming they have withdrawal and deposit issues (they take the deposit but don’t credit it to your account necessary) due to growth and technical limitations. From one week? I finally dumped all my BTC into USD and started withdrawing that way. Who knows how long that will take but at least it’s FDIC insured. I am in the legal process regarding all this and I’m sure others are to. Check out their Twitter feed. The CEO only resolves tickets for the chosen ones and even then some don’t get resolved. He was incredibly rude to me where everything critical is about haters hate. He is a man child and has no business being CEO. Stay away. This needs to be shut down.

Liked it at first--Today it got ridiculous. I'm mining ETH to my Voyager wallet. Pool deposit went in early this morning, and I sure am glad I sold right away because after that, I've been unable to access the app ALL DAY on 5/22. They sent an email saying a 3rd party SSL was the issue. Doesn't matter. That is entirely unacceptable for the purposes of crypto trading. While I am fortunate to have moved all but a little of my coin to another service a week ago, I thought all day how some must feel who have significant sums they cannot access. If I'd not been able to sell my mining profit as the price moved lower all day and continues to, I would be very angry. Throw out your risk/reward calculations. You cannot know the risk in a trade if you cannot be assured access to the market. This app seemed good for months, but the recent volatility has exposed them as a weak platform, as today was about the 5th significant service outage in the last 2 weeks, though by far the worst. There is no web-based platform to fall back on when this dinky app goes down. Keep searching, because you are literally better off staying out of crypto if this was your only choice.

High Fees! Ratings lie 👎🏿👎🏿. Almost gave it 2 stars but because of the many problems, I’m not going to. While there is no commission fee per say, there is a high gap in spread so you will be paying massively in fees to make up the difference. The free commission claim is a trap! Overall, fees are like 3% per trade so don’t fall for this bull crap, a lot of the popular apps charge much less than this. Kraken, the app I switched to, charges around 0.2-0.3% in fees. While I like the simplicity of this app, the fees are way too high and their costumer service is horrible. I switched to Kraken and am paying fraction of the fees compared to this app. And Kraken’s new app has a more beautiful design compared to this app, although I like how you can organize this app’s crypto listing and your portfolio. But what doesn’t happen in Kraken is weekly shut downs of their app; Voyager constantly shuts down! Lastly, there are so many 1 star reviews but the app’s average rating is almost 5/5… that is very suspicious!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Hello this is an honest review from someone that was loving Voyager at first. You were probably enticed by the high interest rates (those are annual % APR btw so not what you’re getting every month, divide that by 12 to figure out how much you get monthly per coin) First off they are a broker and not an exchange so you are paying anywhere from .03 -.10 MORE per coin than you would on other exchanges and on some of these smaller cap coins that’s a TON. Then when you do want to transfer, it’s more expensive than any other exchange. Now that brings me to the transfer itself. You’ve probably seen reviews about how bad their customer service is and I’m telling you this is 100% accurate. I’ve had pending withdrawals/transfers for over 10 days and in the volatile world of Crypto this is the difference between making money and losing it. They claim 24 hours or less but I’m telling you right now that’s a downright lie and they know it. They had a great User Interface which is what draws people but as far as delivering on what it’s actually supposed to, it can’t get much worse. Really hoping this review saves the headache and lost opportunity it did for me for someone else.

Horrible spreads, limit orders and money movement delays. I initially liked the concept and the seemingly low fees but found that they make TONS of money off users by a terrible spread for market orders. The fact that limit orders rarely ever execute or at least, take many many hours to do so, makes it impossible for a trader to make any reasonable profit in the short term. It’s obvious this lag or purposeful annoyance is rigged and will make most people submit a market order instead, which is rigged to get the worst possible price and thereby fill voyagers balance sheet with these hidden and outrageous spread “fees”. Do not use this app if you are wanting to rapidly trade. Only if you are long and rarely want to invest or divest. But … Even then , the fee to transfer Bitcoin is a whopping 28 bucks and takes hours to days. Withdrawals and deposits of fiat USD take days to weeks!! No other exchange is this terrible. The app itself is very buggy where orders don’t show up after you make them, the list of orders and transfers has to be refreshed frequently before they show and s general feeling of “is this app really showing correct prices and balances” tends to irk me. Also, the calculations are almost all completely off. The profit loss is based on “price” which you will NEVER get. The cost average is very wrong. It’s a literal mess. And now in the heat of highest prices ever, their app can’t handle the trades. It’s DOWN. What a JOKE.

I love everything about Voyager and what it stands for.. However, you all are making it hard for me.. To compete against Robinhood, Cashapp, Tdameritrade, and soon to be Fidelity; please find a way to get rid of these fees to buy into the market.. Maybe keep the selling or converting fees.. But, we need more people in the market and the fees are not helping.. Please go public soon.. Merge with Square or buy them if possible.. Or, merge with Facebook as that would allow Basebook to be an industry leader in crypto and p2p transfers and transactions.. Most important, I currently use yahoo finance to manage and see my average cost and gains or losses for all my different crypto investments.. I would love it if Voyager would incorporate my average cost per coin.. Also, add in my daily and total gains and losses.. I should not have to use a third party site to manage investments that I purchased on your site. Lastly, please add custom alerts for all of the crypto's offered on the platform….. We only have the ability right now to set custom alerts for three assets and again I have to use a third party site for the others.. I would love for Voyager to be my source for everything crypto…. Voyager bankrupt. I used this exchange for a few months. Then when I was making some sales they failed to process the sales in a reasonable time frame. I made 3 sale transactions. The first took several minutes, which was odd. The 2nd took a couple hours and cost me as the coin dropped. The 3rd took over a day and I took a significant loss due to value dropping. I liquidated everything I had in Voyager and moved to Binance. Now I wish I had left this review months ago so all you folks getting the shaft by Voyager going bankrupt could have at least potentially seen it and had a choice. Only use the biggest exchanges who have the best balance sheets! Celsius is doing the same thing keeping all their customers accounts frozen as well. And it all comes mostly thanks to this god awful administration and it’s horrid policies that have driven the economy into the ground at a blistering pace.

Minimalist Financial Crypto App. Voyager is a very easy to use app. There are no fees to trading and you can collect rewards by holding onto their VGX token. This token is similar to reward points from Chase Ultimate Rewards/Amex Membership Reward, but points help you get money back on trading/staking. The app has a ton of cryptos to trade, they have a brokerage license, and they are building a securities so anyone can trade stocks on the platform soon. The only con is the spread. The great thing is that because they have a brokerage license, they are required to scalp the lowest price for you, but they make profit on the spread. They are upfront about the cost of the spread so there is that. I can’t wait until they bring securities onto the platform.

To all concerned. I’m marking this as 3 star. I’m also wanting all to know all reviews you read after July 5th saying how great this site is to use are fake. Since July they have filed bankruptcy due to a loan they should have never made at $650 million to 3AC that was not and will not be paid. I’m stuck at this point and getting very annoyed. Now if they finish and open back up trading with compensation of ether USDC or atlest there form of token would be fine also but something has to be done soon and I’ll change my review on that matter. Update. Still no change ftx was going to be the buyer of bankrupt voyager but now binance may be the one. Problem is binance is ban in lot of places like Texas where I’m at. Will I still be able to recover my money

No customer service or support. I really wanted to love Voyager. I got the app and like the interface and was genuinely excited about it. But then I had my first problem at the beginning of May. I purchased bitcoin and although the transaction went through the dollar amount remained in my “pending transactions” and the bitcoin has not appeared in my interest account. I placed a support ticket. Nothing. I placed another support ticket a month later. Still nothing. I can’t access those funds and there is no one to contact to fix the problem. Now I can no longer withdraw crypto and when I cashed out some to send USD to bank - that doesn’t work either. Again, I’ve contacted support multiple times and have not once had a response from a support person. I’m ready to take legal action at this point.

Voyager; the platform then the crypto’s. I’m totally new to crypto coins. I invested in the platform itself not so long ago, based on a little info picked up online. It’s a way for those uncomfortable with the currency game to still get into “the game”! Bounced around the app for some time just getting acquainted with Voyager. Then decided to take the plunge once I saw that they had their own crypto & after doing a little research. It’s just so easy on that platform! Don’t need a digital wallet, & they even pay interest on certain investments!! Last I saw, they offer 60 different crypto’s to choose from. No fee’s, simplicity, security, interest, what else can you ask for!?

Hands down best crypto brokerage out there!. The Voyager team, app experience, customer loyalty, and growth potential is absolutely massive. I’ve had the pleasure of using Voyager for my crypto investments and it’s a much greater experience vs Coinbase with very little transaction fees when compared closely. In edition, Voyager allows you to stake your crypto directly on their app with little to no effort on my end(the customer) which is awesome because this allows me to continually generate positive interest on my current assets, easily. Easy to use interface and the app continues to get better all the time(many new amazing fin tech features are coming out soon as well!).

What a great platform.. For those looking to get into the crypto world, this app is the one for you. After using multiple different platforms, I’ve found this one to be the most user friendly and easiest. It’s a super simple layout that gives you all the information you need for trading. The highlight would probably be the customer service; I had to update some of my security settings and the support team got back to me within 2 hours & fixed my account in no time. The only downside is that there’s not a readily available ‘knowledge base’ if you’re brand new to trading/crypto, so don’t expect that. But overall this app is a solid 9/10, highly recommended.

Lacks Transparency | terms and cond fees!. So they accepted my bank at one point, enough to get me to make a total of anout a thousand dollars worth of deposits. I was lured by the high interest rate for storing in US dollar coin, and was excited to use them and even bought their stock! They stop accepting both my banks, Varo and Aspiration (my problem), also there are so many hidden fees tied into removing your money. It has to go through an approval which can take days and if you simply want to transfer your crypto to a different wallet the fee’s are outrageous and all of your money isn’t available to withdraw and theres no immediate or visible (outside of terms and conditions probably) way of knowing why the amount they are holding -or charging you, is the number that it is. I sold my stock, bought the great dip of may 2021 and the rest his history. May be good for some people, but not for people who like transparency and ease of access to their investments.

All good EXCEPT.... This app is one of the most user friendly crypto currency apps out there. The only issues I have are two things. The first is that you can’t make any transactions under $10. Sometimes I like to throw 5 bucks here and there on my crypto purchases. The other issue is that I can’t access any sort of transaction documents for tax purposes directly through the app or website. Almost any other investment website/app allows you to do this. In order to secure documentation from Voyager, I have to contact customer support. For people that are busy, that’s too much legwork and then to have to sit and wait for customers service to get back to you with requested documentation. Come on Voyager, I want to be able to download my monthly statements.

Actual Garbage Can App. Fees are outrageous, holds your deposit longer than any other platform you can trade on, spread between shown trading value and value of what you actually trade at is criminal. Had the app for 3 weeks and it went down FOUR times. Several common coins that can be traded for in the app, but don’t have the ability to be transferred off. Example, wanted to move ADA off the app due to it being unusable so often. The fee was nearly 1/3 of my total position. When I sold, ADA was trading at 2.02, got to the trade screen and was shown 1.97. Went back to check, ADA was still at 2.02. Decided eat the loss to get my money off this dumpster fire app and bought some XLM since it costs next to nothing to transfer everywhere else. XLM also had a .03 spread btw. No option to transfer XLM once I bought it. This app ended up eating nearly 30% of my initial buy with fees. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This app is literally a scam.

Will change my rating once updates occur. I started my voyager account by attempting to transfer ethereum from wallet into the account after struggling with issues to connect my bank through the voyager app. When sending the ethereum to my voyager wallet, I made the mistake of sending it to my ethereum classic wallet. Upon multiple attempts for any help, I received a generic automated response with no actual feedback whatsoever. I know there is a technological effort behind making a transaction like this happen, however, apps such as exodus have solutions for their users in this situation. Simply telling a user your several hundred dollar deposit will never be accessible, and giving no further information is extremely disturbing and shows a lack of care for customers on your end. Given the situation of the worlds economy, I would hope you could provide a better solution than a simple automated email response with no real solution.

Caution, withdrawing crypto limited. I have really enjoyed this exchange as far as information provided with articles added to my favorite cryptocurrencys and updates on current events that might have effects on prices. Eventually I decided I wanted to start trading on Voyager, so I sent a small amount BTC to my voyager acct, sold it before the crash and bought some Algorand. Algorand is currently down so I don’t want to sell but wanted to withdraw it to my wallet... unfortunately voyager only allows certain cryptos to be withdrawn.. Algorand is not one of those cryptos that can be withdrawn. So I either take the loss and sell it or just keep it on the exchange. I would have given 5 stars for how this app is set up for trading but not being able to transfer ALL and ANY crypto you buy is unacceptable. Once I’m able to sell Algorand I will no longer trade on this exchange unless this is changed.

Great interface, great selection of coins, and great rewards. This is the third crypto trading app I have tried, and it has become the only one I use. It is easy to transfer USD and crypto to and from the app, it has one of the largest selections of coins, and most importantly, it allows you to obtain some of the highest rates of returns on your assets while remaining highly secure. They also have extensive plans to grow their capabilities that will only make an account more valuable and useful as time goes on. Add in the fact that they are an exceedingly well run business with great customer support and great executive leadership, and you get one of the best financial applications on the market that will only get better as time goes on.

Customer service horror. I left emails regarding issues about updating my phone number in the app because they send a text to your phone for verification purposes before you can log in, I had did the same thing with Coinbase it literally took them 2 hrs , it’s now the 5th day with voyager I haven’t got any updates, it’s still not updated, I feel like their doing it on purpose. I called had a gentleman pick up the phone and literally said” we pick and choose who we help in a timely manner” which is terrible, I emailed the support I get a automated reply that says “ please don’t send more than one request we will help you when we can” I thought voyager was good but they’re just people that’ have control over your money and will lock you out on purpose just because you can’t see them in person. I will be filling a class action lawsuit soon and they will be paying me more than what they’re trying to steal

Account set to pending, why. My account was locked to pending after six months of trading. No one with voyager has responded to tell me why. I have a lot of crypto purchased through the app and my account now shows a balance of zero. Was asked to upload my DL and a photo. Is this a common issue????? Are my funds safe? Before this I would have given voyager 4.5 stars. If this is fixed timely I would continue to use voyager. However, if it does require 12 weeks to remedy. I will not. When I log in now the account app is stating that this issue may require 12 weeks to resolve! Any help would be appreciated. ADA is falling and I’m forced to take a big loss because voyager set my account to pending. I’m sure they won’t offer to repay me. This may be a glitch but I’ll be looking for another platform. By the time the twelve weeks is up I’ll be down thousands, at this rate.

Horrible Service/Platform. I made 1 single investment of a few hundred dollars in January of 2022. Everything was fine until I tried to login one day in the middle of May and it told me my account was invalid. Emailed customer support and they stated b/c of “consistent and excessive failed transactions my account was invalid.” They also went on to say that there was nothing I could do and essentially got kicked off the platform b/c of this accusation. Making 1 deposit 4 months ago seems like a long way from “consistent and excessive” After going back and forth with tech support I found out that I mistyped some account information so I never actually invested any money even though for months I had an account balance showing my investment moving with the market. They still essentially have banned me from using this app again which seems to be a blessing in disguise if this is how things are run.

Easy to use. Great layout. It’s a really nice app and very easy to use and navigate. You can find a lot of cryptos on here that aren’t available on some of the other bigger exchanges which is nice. Money transfer is pretty quick and easy to setup. My one big complaint and why I didn’t give 5 stars is, you are limited to the coins you can transfer out into a wallet or another exchange etc.. If you want to move a coin that’s not available to transfer you have to sell that coin, cash it out, and then re purchase it somewhere else which isn’t great considering the fees you would rack up during that process. Plus it wouldn’t do you any good if trying to transfer into a wallet. Hopefully they will make more or all of the coins transferable and then it will be 5 star!

Honorable Entry. What I like; The app works well, and has a good variety of crypto. Good interest rates are a plus. My complaints; The MAVS100 promo worked for me, but a day later, my mother had a very different process, having to take photos of herself and the app stating it will take 12 weeks to validate. Just because it worked for me, doesn’t mean I appreciate the service towards others. Signing up and claiming my reward was an unsure chore. The flipping numbers are off putting. There should be a dark mode option. Overall, my opinion is that this app is a failure and I will not continue to make exchanges with it. Edit: some time later my account has been disabled because of ID verification. The app will not scan the back side and I can’t get ahold of service. Not my key, not my crypto. Looks like they took me for my money.

Grateful User. I have been using Voyager for close to a year now. I sent some MATIC from a different exchange to Voyager via the polygon network. My funds never made it to my account. I reached out to customer service and told them what I did. After a couple of eMails back and forth providing them with the transaction details, they had recovered my funds and deposited them in to my account. Almost $7000 ish of MATIC would have been gone for good because of my mistake, but thanks to the Voyager team, I got my money back! You guys rock! Steve reached out to me via Twitter and helped get the ball rolling. I have nothing but positive feedback! Thank you!

One of the worst exchanges for buying crypto. First let me start with what’s good. They have a decent selection of tokens that are usually pretty hard to get a hold of, like DOT and LUNA. That’s pretty much it. Now the bad. Many of those tokens are not available for withdrawal. For example, you cannot withdraw LUNA from your account. So you can’t stake tokens or protect them in a hardware wallet. Withdrawals are also extremely slow! To withdraw ETH, I’ve had to wait for 23 hours because they have a 24 hour withdrawal review process. These delays are non existent in crypto wallets or other exchanges like Coinbase or Gemini. Voyager reminds me of my traditional bank - slow and only available during weekday hours. The antithesis of crypto. Their UX is truly lacking. For example, arbitrary limits to how much you can buy in a single transaction. You often are only allowed to purchase $5k at a time, so you end up just doing that five times in a row for a $25k purchase. Silly. And they have limit orders... but no stop limit orders. Honestly the only reason to use Voyager is for buying specific coins not found on other exchanges. For ethereum based coins, your better off using something like uniswap. Lastly, this app has a bad habit of crashing during heavy but periods. It was down for 24-48 hours almost consecutively in the last couple weeks.

Interface is nice- behind the scenes is brutal. The app itself operates smoothly. The interface is nice and no fees as well. My primary complaint is the time it takes to withdraw money. I requested a transfer of my funds 7 business days ago - 9 total days and it’s still not hit my account. They clarify that it takes 5-10 business days which is extreme. The fact I may have to wait two weeks to access my own money is way longer than any other platform I’ve used or reasonable for that matter. It also caps the withdrawal and deposit limit to an unreasonable degree. I requested a help ticket and it’s been 4 weeks without response. They asked that I don’t submit two tickets to expedite it, yet it’s been a month

Best Crypto App out there. I have tried them all, and this app is undoubtably the most reliable and cleanest I’ve ever used. It is so user friendly and simple to use and allow you to earn passive interest income every month on a huge stack of tokens/coins. Honestly, just download it and you’ll see what I mean. If you’ve been in the crypto world, you’ll love it- if you’re new to crypto you will love it. There is a reason there are so many 5 star reviews. I would definitely get some VGX token (their native token) while the price is right, because this is a hidden gem of a company that will go viral soon

In the beginning it started strong. When I first started using this app everything was great. The deposit and withdrawal of funds were quick. I took only 5-7 days on deposits to no longer be pending and normally 1-2 days to get my withdrawals. There wasn’t many coins I could send out from the app but that was ok with me since I am more of a day trader and sold high bought low. Now it’s been almost a month and I still have deposit pending that I can not withdraw until it’s no longer pending and I have withdrawals pending that has not moved it over 20 days. I’ve emailed them multiple times and have not received any response. Also to top that off I’ve tried to withdrawal my assets and there also still stuck in pending or have been rejected. If your someone who what’s access to not just your funds but also your crypto assets then THIS IS NOT THE APP FOR YOU. Be warned getting back what u put in is not working.

DO NOT put your money into this.... So...here’s the story: I put about $10 into this app just to test it out. I invested in bitcoin and bitcoin went up like $3,000, and I was at $13. I decided to just withdraw it and after 5 days it withdrew....but it wasn’t in my account. And I checked my other accounts and it wasn’t there either. I checked the app to make sure it was the correct account and it was. I was confused because it stated the transaction was complete on the app, so then I decided to message the customer support. I told them my situation and I stated that I had screenshots of proof (which I still have). Next thing I know, I check a few days later, I receive no email back, and my account is deleted. VOYAGER STOLE MY MONEY FROM ME AND DELETED MY ACCOUNT. It’s sad that I had to write a review, but I just want to inform others about this because this really shouldn’t have happened.

Steer clear, yet another insanely slow exchange. Coinbase becomes more and more unusable on a daily basis with all their overreaching “protections” so in search of an alternative I read Voyager was a good option. However, I do not believe this is accurate. Well if you don’t mind waiting a week for transfers to complete you may find it acceptable. But that doesn’t work for me. I don’t like leaving funds hanging out there in minimally safe exchanges. I want a provider that can withdraw funds and make them available for transfer within hours but not days or weeks. I suspected this would be the case so I only deposited $100 but it’s 6 days later and still hasn’t cleared to transfer to my crypto wallet. Totally unacceptable. Update: customer support has clarified that transfers normally take 5+ business days. Despite what they claim here that transfers are instant but in some times can take 24 hours: Apparently that is just a big fat lie.

Awful app that stole my money. Voyager closed my account the same day I created it. That did not stop them from accepting my very large bank deposit, though, and holding it from me for over a month. Currently working with my bank to resolve the issue and get my money back. This is not the behavior of a publicly-traded company with FDIC-insured bank accounts. I chose voyager specifically because they are US-based and had excellent online reviews but they pretty much stole my money and refused to return it. I submitted a customer support ticket (there is no customer service number, you cannot reach a human on the phone) and had to wait a very long time only to be told the below (copied and pasted): “Your account is currently under review by our compliance team, and all funding is temporarily suspended while this review is being conducted. Please note, you may contact your bank to discuss your rights to cancel the ACH transfers at any time.”

Stay away from VOYAGER (you have been warned). Horrible please to invest your money or asset. Do not be scammed by others who glorify anything about voyager. The lack of support that comes with being a member of Voyager should by far be your biggest deterrent. If you are new to crypto currency please I advice you learn or try somewhere else. You will wait forever on a response. Automatic response to emails never seem to have an answer to anything you need. By the way they (voyager) will have someone respond to this message but will take longer to respond to those who actually have his or her money invested. They do not have answers to questions an investor would need or any tools that will help new investors thrive. If you wish to send your assets via wallets to have it go missing to then not hear back from support for a very long time then voyager is for you!

Unprepared for scalability.....scary. Unreal that it has now been nearly 2 days with this app being in “maintenance” due to “unprecedented” increases in new accounts. The management and IT leadership should be ashamed of themselves for not properly planning and not limiting new account creations to keep systems from going offline. I really have loved Voyager to date, but the failings over the past couple of days, combined with the security breach a month or so ago has me questioning if I really want to invest my money in an exchange that I will now be concerned will inevitably break when the demand spikes. Please get a recovery plan out to your dedicated users so that we can start to re-earn your trust. Very disappointing.

Great app but can be better. The constant “upscale” during high traffic trading of the app is getting frustrating as it does not allow you to even log in when Voyager decides to upscale the app; which has become more and more frequent. How about doing a major upgrade/upgrades on the backend & offered as updates instead of constant upscaling & limiting acces to everyone? Too add, how are other crypto apps up but Voyager is down during crypto dips? The main reason I stay on Voyager is due to the low fees in comparison to the high fee’s on Coinbase. However, safe to say when crypto has a crash, even a small crash, Voyager will not be accessible, and that is not acceptable.

Great App, Several Big Annoyances. First off, I do really love the simplicity and the vast offering of crypto’s that Voyager has to offer. My biggest complaint is that you can’t convert crypto. You have to cash out (sell) your crypto for cash (not USDC) then purchase new crypto. While Voyager offers a high interest on USDC, you can’t buy any other crypto with it. You have to sell it to get cash, then buy a crypto. This had led me to miss buying at a lower price because of all the steps involved. Voyagers interest accrual is also annoying. It pays you interest 1 time per month based on your average monthly holdings. So you really have to be in it for the long haul to earn real interest. I love the lack of fees though, Coinbase is out of control ($3 for every transaction!?). But you can trade/convert crypto and get daily interest accrual on Coinbase, so there are trade offs!

Stay away!!. I downloaded voyager a month ago. Tried to link bank bank account but my credit union was not on their list. I uploaded a voided check. I emailed support a week later and never got a response. I transferred some ethereum from Coinbase to voyager. Took 5 minutes. March 30, tried to transfer my ether back to Coinbase. It was pending for 7 days. Multiple emails to support during this time. Never got a response. April 6th, they sent a generic email saying they couldn’t proceed with transaction as they have high volume. Credited ether back to my account. Today, I noticed on my checking a 500 dollar withdraw from voyager DB. I never authorized this. They never even link my bank account to voyager. I already know that they won’t respond to any emails. Save yourself the head and find a reliable crypto broker....Coinbase, atomic wallet. Nothing good has happened since I’ve downloaded this app.

Support team is horrible good luck creating an account. Of your looking for any help on this app good luck.I’ve been trying to create an account with these guys for months. Their team doesn’t help you, your account takes months to verify, and your just sitting there watching beautiful trades go by and can’t do anything about. I literally hate this app so much now. After the long process of contacting support with no response whatsoever. I got a screen that said I may have another account. And of course support was actually horrible so now I’m just stuck with an app where all I can do is look at crypto currency’s, it’s awful. The app itself doesn’t look half bad. But you can’t do anything with any of the features. And I swear to god if this comment gets a developer response telling me to contact support about this issue, the irony.

Don’t use this app. I came here from Robinhood after their s candle earlier in the year. When I joined it seemed great visually and was easy to use. It took over a month for my account to get approved to start making purchases. I thought that was annoying but didn’t care too much because crypto has been getting pretty mainstream and I understand they’re swamped. I also emailed support several times with no response during this time. Now I’ve attempted to sell some crypto but it won’t let me. The app says I have a “balance of XXX.X” but when I hit sell instead of showing the same number it says I have 0.0 available to trade. I’ve had this crypto over a month so I’m not within any kind of hold. The app took over a month to get started on, support wouldn’t respond to me, and now they won’t let me sell my crypto. I’m very unsatisfied and will be moving on to a different app soon.

Scam app creates fake average price beware. Hello i downloaded voyager a couple of days ago and purchased dogecoin , I kept averaging down but voyager never updated my average price , my average price is still the same after many days. I looked online other people have the same issue with voyager that they never update your average price , this hurts investors a lot. I want to report voyager for scam but I don’t know where I can report them, I hope apple store will remove this app and do their investigation. New users please beware I’m trying to contact voyager support team but I haven’t heard anything back from them, if I don’t get this resolved I will have to cut for a loss. Also their crypto price is inaccurate, not up to date , their app is slow and lagging , you don’t believe me you try it yourself and you will regret it. This is a scam app please stay away!

Crooks w/ an Unstable App!!. This app is a sham at best!! They’ve taken my crypto (as wells as others) and restricted my ability to transfer ANY earnings or for that matter transfer any of my money out because of their bankruptcy status. I can’t even transfer my funds to cash within the app and they’re inevitably going to hold these funds until their failure; throwing away mine as well as many other investors savings. If this review will help anyone and everyone out there, DO NOT transfer your money to this platform!! They own the keys and have no intention of releasing them or your funds. They made some bad decisions over the past year and they’re holding my funds as well as many others until they resolve their insolvency or they don’t! One way our the other, they will keep your funds and dupe you with gains you can’t even liquidate. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE invest in crypto elsewhere!!

Best Crypto App. Voyager is the overall / all around best crypto app I’ve found after literally trying out most of them. Plus they’re a publicly traded company with a legit founder from ETrade. It’s also cool that they pay you crypto interest when you hold your crypto without you having to do a thing. They do charge a brokerage fee that makes the bid and ask prices significantly different, but this comes out to a much lower percentage vs what Coinbase and EToro charge. They are a rapidly growing startup, so you may occasionally experience some of their growing pains, but they are investing the millions they’re making in growing their team and scaling their tech.

Absolutely the most sketchy app I’ve ever used!. I bought $150 worth of stock, put in $150 of my own money which never went through even though my bank account information had been put in all correctly, then when I went to sell my account showed it was $-26 so I went to check and saw that none of my bank transfers had ever gone through.. they never sent an email never got a notification, nothing to show that I had been using their apps “credit” so I went to put money in from a different bank account to see if maybe it was my bank. But nope now it’s saying my account isn’t even opened but somehow they have my bank account info still stored in the app?! Contacted support two or three times and so far not a single email back.. trying to close out my account and never deal with then again, super shady and can never get help…

Voyager bites off more than they can chew. Crypto is supposed to be fast to send. Wouldn’t advise on using this exchange. They are too new. It is easy to read that they are overwhelmed and understaffed. When you start getting mass emails to users from the CEO, you know immediately it’s not a good look. Red flags all over the place. You can expect to deposit money that will clear from your bank and continue to say pending for almost a month. Good luck getting your money in a timely fashion off the exchange. Additionally, there are many cryptocurrencies on the exchange that you can buy, yet you cannot transfer them off. Meaning you don’t actually own them. This exchange incentivizes you to add money onto the exhange and keep deposited to gain interest, however when you transfer off finally, you can look forward to paying max fees on all your withdrawals. Kiss kiss bye bye birdie

Best platform for trading crypto. I have used several platforms for trading crypto. Voyager is by far my favorite. They used to have a lot of issues with customer service. These customer service issues are mostly remediated now. I opened a ticket last night and gota response in less than 12 hours. They also have the best overall interest rates on your crypto. I am looking forward to seeing future improvements to their system. They have improved a lot, but they will continue to get better. Their CEO has went on record saying that he wants to have the #1 customer service. They have definitely made a believer out of me. Awesome job Voyager!

Saved me a lot of money. I had decided to switch my crypto assets from Coinbase to Voyager. One of the problems with coinbase is they are very poor on follow up when trying to contact them. While switching my assets I made a critical blunder which could have resulted in a 5 figure loss. I moved my Etherium to a wrong address on Voyager. I contacted them and they responded right away. I gavd them the info they needed but figured that I was going to take the loss. A day later they returned my Etherium and took 1/3 of their regular fee. I was really impressed by the speed of their response and the unexpected results. I will be only using Voyager in the future. Marc L

Use extreme caution.... Let me warn you now; you may think Voyager is easy to use and just a great app but you’ll soon learn otherwise. I made the mistake of transferring quite a bit of crypto into Voyager thinking I’d use it to trade rather than CoinbasePro and earn a little interest while I’m at it-BIG mistake. Yes you will earn interest but you’ll lose it all when you transfer your crypto out of the app because their fees are so high. I’m currently trying to transfer my crypto to a Ledger. First I transferred 8 ETH out of Voyager(because that’s all it will let me transfer out per day) and then transferred 8 out of Coinbase Pro. The transfer from Voyager took over 24 hours, Coinbase Pro took less than 90 seconds to arrive on my Ledger. Today I tried to transfer BTC out of Voyager and it locked up, then keeps opening to nothing but a blank screen or a spinning dial, after numerous tries I finally was able to transfer and it allowed only .6 BTC and they charged me $200!! It’s going to take me over two weeks(IF I transfer out EVERY SINGLE DAY!!) and cost me thousands of dollars in fees to get my crypto back. Their “Customer Service” is almost non-existent, I sent them an urgent message needing help a while back, almost TWO months later they responded and still didn’t address the problem. You have been warned...

Failed to meet expectations, locked 1000s out of coin.. Was a big fan of this app and even convinced multiple friends to move their money over to Voyager over time. I’ll never make that mistake again. I along with 1000s of members have been locked out of this app for over 9hrs watching our funds trickle down after we missed opportunities to exit the market on volatile coin conditions like we do every day. Yeah it’s just one day of trading, but it’s money that people worked to earn and make gains on. Instead of supporting their customer base that has supported them, Voyager decided to bite off more than their team can chew and successfully screw over everyone in the process. So much for warnings about 9hr “maintenance”. In fact, updating the people with money in the app on what is going on has barely happened! I’d recommend dropping this app and finding one that can step up and perform under pressure with a good tech team.

Connectivity issues and reoccurring orders. Great app with great interest from holding crypto but not great at having a stable app. A lot of the times when I try to log in, I get a "Connectivity Issue. Please try again later". It gets pretty annoying seeing that on a daily basis Update on 12 May, 2021: I want to buy more crypto while the market goes down and I can't because of connection issues. Why does this keep happening? Another note, I have reoccurring orders set up to buy a coin. I understand on the webpage it says there's a queue for the orders to go through but whenever the coin I have an order for is down, the order doesn't go through until the price goes back up. On a regular basis, my orders get completed before 7:00AM CST but when when the price is up, it's done after the price is back up. Why does this keep happening?

Arguably the best crypto app.. When I first got into crypto I downloaded al the apps. I downloaded coinbase, coinbase pro, kraken, binance, binance us, BlockFi, etc... And i found voyager to be the best out of all. It’s UI is simple, they offer over 50 coins, and they have incredible interest rates for over 15 coins. What’s makes voyager different is that they aren’t an exchange, they are a brokerage. They tap in to all different exchanges and get the best price. Their utility token VGX also has nice perks. The more you stock up on VGX the better interest rate you get on other coins. They have a debit card rolling out soon and are looking to expand to Canada and Europe soon. I seriously think people are missing out on Voyager.

Horrible trading spreads. I was a huge believer in Voyager but they just have not delivered. This app is great if you plan to buy an asset and sit on it for months at a time. Otherwise you’ll get eaten alive by their no commission horrible trading spreads. I bought some BCH today, the price on Voyager was $663 and that was pretty much the same as Binance and Trading View. When I actually bought it my full price was $669. But it works against you the other way too. You’ll sell something at a profit but lose a ton of your profit in the spread. Their BTC spreads are around $500 to $600 difference between bid and ask. From experience I can tell you that you’ll get screwed on both the buy and sell side of those trades. I guess the interest earned on certain assets kinda offsets the spreads but that only matters if you don’t trade at all. Hope this helps.

Voyager user for a few months now. So, I see some people bashing Voyager through the reviews here and held off on writing a review because I wanted to do a fair assessment. After using the app for a few months, I find it very user-friendly. There have been some glitches along the way, but I believe these have been issues resulting from new user increases and general maintenance issues (as anyone who has worked on IT system implementations would understand). The interest payment offered on holding some of the coins is pretty cool and I think Voyager has some good things in store for the future. Good luck to everyone who chooses to use Voyager.

Hard to distinguish % change of a coin. I love Voyager, it is almost perfect. However, the only thing that would make it perfect would be just to change the %change style to a red/ green +/- style one. The arrow and non colored makes it harder to quickly see a glimpse of the market. For example, let’s say I just want to see prices quickly, I can’t with Voyager because arrows up/ down/ slanted up/ down is hard to distinguish until you actually look it at for like 5-10 seconds. This is purely a aesthetic suggestion, however if that is fixed then the app would be flawless.

Shady! They Will Hold Your Transfer EVERY Time. For ease of buying, Voyager gets points. But when it comes to your property, they engage in some shady actions. They are the only exchange that delays my withdrawals indefinitely. They always point to their policy allowing for 24 hour delay but that policy says only in instances where fraud is suspected. They delay mine for at least 8 hours every time. If I try to do a transaction with Coinswitch, I’ve had the window close because they won’t get off their tails and get it done. Whether they are earning money for delaying or what I’m not sure, but it is without exception. Incidentally, emailing them to prod them along helps a little but they’ll make you do an SMS verification that only comes when you prod them. I had to threaten SEC action this last time and will be transferring everything out. Protect your investment and go with someone else.

Easy to use but Bid/Ask prices not the best. Easy to use, good app in terms of usability, but I’ve noticed that the bid and ask prices are lower and higher, respectively, than Coinbase by anywhere from .4% to nearly 2%, depending on the crypto chosen. For simplicity sake, as an example, why would I want to buy at 1% higher price than Coinbase’s price and sell for 1% lower than Coinbase’s price? That’s 2% total price loss even though there’s “no fees”. At Coinbase (Pro), I pay fees of 0.5% max for a buy and same for a sell (less % if I trade more than $10k monthly). The other redeemable part of Voyager though is that the Interest is good and would need to be considered. If held long term for a crypto that pays interest, it could make up the price loss. As for security, I’ve never been able to find info about their insurance program. What happens to my crypto and money if Voyager is hacked?

Most exciting app for the future of crypto!. I’ve been on Voyager for a few months and immediately loved the user experience and options available as far as trading goes. In that short time, however, I’ve also realized I’m now a part of something that is rapidly becoming something BIG. Any negative reviews are likely a result of the app being down for a weekend bc they had 100 new users signing up EVERY MINUTE for an entire day... and had to scale up their servers to accommodate the massive flood of new accounts. Point is, don’t get discouraged if you’re put on a waitlist, bc the cliche of “all good things are worth waiting for” couldn’t be truer in Voyagers’ case!
