Worthless and weak. I have had this app for one day and felt that I should make it clear that this app offers nothing for the miles they give you or you earn. 10% off your first order if you join a subscription page and pay monthly fees, free tank of gas on a rent a car if you rent a premium car, 20% off if you spend 100$ on something you’d never Spend money on in the first place even if it was 50% off. However it is a great idea but absolutely worthless as it’s currently being used. How hard would it be to get business to give away free cup of coffee or a free burger at McDonald’s or some crap like that but not even that kind of thing is offered. Let alone that your miles are converted into fractions of the miles. I’ve seen conversions as low as 0.01 of a mile for ever mile redeemed. I’ll keep it in the hopes that the makers of this app pull their head out of their.... but I don’t expect much.

Just an App that makes you pay for free things. So… aside from the $5 gift cards that you can redeem an asanine amount of miles for there is literally nothing else that the app has to offer. All of the “deals” that you can redeem your miles for are just the regular free trials that are already available to anybody who wants it. They also have all of the same stipulations as those free trials: you must be a new customer, and this is a one-time-use free month and that’s it. If people who already had these subscriptions could add free months with our miles that would actually be a reward! But as it stands right now they’re literally charging us miles for free things that we don’t even need this app to get… How on earth does this app have such a high rating when it only offers the regular free trials? Seems very suspicious.

Rewards. How do I take off the reward if I don’t won’t it, or if I accidentally clicked it. Because I don’t want to pay the monthly 21 dollars, I thought it was all free. I thought you would just fill out a form and then give them your email and I thought you did not have to subscribe to the thing. A little disappointed on this part. Other than how good the app is, so I still give this app 5 stars!! PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION;) thank you guys!!! I’m kinda mad at this point, you guys responded but left a horrible response. You did not answer my questions. Also you just to “go to my email” thing was kind of pathetic. I’ve tried that before and that has never solved my problems. So I’m giving you 3 stars!!!!!!!!

This app is not Legit!!. I had Miles app installed on my phone since January & had earned significant points toward redemption. 2days ago in JULY I go to check my progress again only to find that I have No Acct! Tens of thousands of points, just GONE! I used this app faithfully & brought many other as well. I got a new phone & installed the app & transferred acct. & had to contact customer support & was told I had Multiple accts & I was about to be suspended! I said “I have 1 acct & Im trying to transfer it to a new phone.” I said I have tons of points to redeem & there’s ONLY ONE ACCT. They didn’t want to pay me for the points earned so they took them from me & suspended MY ONE & ONLY ACCOUNT for transferring to a new device! I had ONE account! Please Don’t waste your time & effort with this crooked app! This app deserves ZERO STARS! I’m sharing this every place allowed. All my friends are uninstalling due to this! Not Legit!!

Doesn’t track everything. I downloaded this app to help me keep track of all my miles: driving, walking, biking, etc. I have my phone with me with every trip. The app does a great job tracking driven miles; however, it does not capture MOST of my walking/running miles. I use a walking app to track those miles so I ALWAYS have my phone on me. I walk 2-5 miles a day (at various times) depending on the day. I seem to lose out on a ton of miles and bonus miles because the app doesn’t accurately track them all. I made a suggestion to link the app to the Apple Watch/Fitbit or health apps like MyFitnessPal or Strava. This app would be much better if it accurately tracked all the miles properly, or if there was a way to add miles manually (with verification)

A waste of time. For the record, the “rewards” are literally promotions you can achieve by just going to these websites on your own. Miles is making a killing from referral links. It’s not even like Groupon where you’re getting a massive deal in comparison to regular promotional pricing or packages. You’re literally only given the most bare bones rewards on this app. They then offer $50 raffles like that means anything. Nahh...give me gift cards when I redeem 20k miles or something. Not this scam of “rewards” options that are just referral links. Don’t believe me? Try it. They put the links right in the description. Redeeming your rewards literally only takes away miles. You can get the “reward” by not redeeming a single thing 😂 In response to the developer: That’s the whole point. You’re literally using your app users by cashing in on the referral links because some are too naive to see what you’re doing. Scammy. Call it what it is. I’ve literally tested these “rewards” and I can get any of them all by myself. If I go through the app, I get the “rewards,” sure. But I also give you the opportunity to make money off of me. No thanks. Stop replying to these reviews not telling the truth.

Rewards are not good. The app is a good ideal but rewards are terrible. Why do u not offer gift cards like every other rewards app on the planet? They say they vet their rewards to make sure their unique and I call bs because u can literally get the same offers they offer for 80% of the rewards for free just by looking on places like retail me not. I kept this app for a long time and never redeemed my rewards except one time and that was a $5 dollars off when I spend $50 at target. After that I could never find anything worth getting so I deleted the app but I decided to download it again just to leave a review that way others don’t waste their time. I will be deleting it again after this review. Seriously unless they change their rewards it’s not worth the time and space it takes on your phone to download.

App is a waste of space.. gets your hopes up. Then let’s you down everytime. Have had this app for 2+ years, at first it seemed cool, it gives you points based on its tracking you. The more miles it tracks the more points you get. You can redeem those points for what seems like a lot of stuff. However truth is all the stuff that offer for a few hundred miles, can be obtained for free anyway. No need to waste your miles on them. Most are trials anyways, go directly to the site that’s offering the deal and you’ll see. Then there’s the gift cards that you can never get cuz it’s always sold out. These are like $2 & $5 gift cards, not very much, yet you can never get them cuz they’re magically sold out every dang time for the last 2 years. There’s a bidding option to get in case it’s sold out. But bidding is only for platinum & diamond members. No idea how to be a member,I’ve only seen reference to silver & gold. Didn’t know the other two higher up even though existed. But not surprised considering this app is simply impossible to ever get the one thing everyone really wants which is the gift cards.. There’s other apps that will actually give you real stuff, like once a month. In two years I’ve gotten not one penny from this scamming app. Deleting this crap

I don’t understand. So I have been using this app for a bit now, unsure how long, and I have 3 thousand and some change miles. Of course, they keep trying to get me to spend them. The things I want cost stupid amounts like 25 THOUSAND miles, but I keep trudging along trying to earn miles to get these things. Guess what. All of a sudden it’s not tracking anymore even though I purposely open the app each time I get in the car and make sure it’s open. I have it set to always. So is the not tracking an app problem or are you trying to force me to use my earned miles? I would have used them by now if what I wanted wasn’t so expensive.

Horrible customer service and a scam. I download this app because I’ve heard about it from other people. There was a promotion where if I refers 5 friends , I get a 50$ gift-card. I refers 5 people and did not get the 50$ gift-card. When I contact them, they said they can’t track my referral or something like that, making crazy excuses when I have the proof and everything send to them. This apps is so useless . Update: from the created respond you can already tell their customer service is trash. The referral was literally tell 5 friends and they do their first miles. Easy enough. I did everything and even have proof. At first they said they were back up because of the holiday and everyone using it. Then they said I was not eligible because they think I make two account. Ummmm I don’t have time for that. I only have one phone . I had refer my sister that have the same last name as me ??? But she did her first Miles . After us how them proof they never reply to my email . LOL . So I refer five friends and didn’t even get the 50 gift card. So Don’t waste your time on this trash app and their trash customer service

Not free at all. When they say you get free stuff they really mean you pay a subscription, get the first month free, then end up paying the rest full cash. The other stuff that’s not subscriptions are just coupons. It’s just filled with companies it is working with so they can all try to make money off you buying stuff from them. Your paying for advertising basically. It’s not secure and the company does not take responsibility for getting viruses or anything off the app. They also just want to steal your data. Also if you look most of the ratings that are 5 stars look like bots, they either have only like three word reviews, maybe a sentence, or they are made by children that don’t understand what’s happening. Before they added the bots it had a low rating. Sad to see how easily manipulated the App Store is.

Do Not Download. I downloaded the miles app and then began to refer other members to download app so that I could get the referral incentives. However, the app picks and chooses which referrals to count for you. I even tried to contact them repeatedly with success. Don’t even bother downloading this app because they aren’t honest and doesn’t follow through with their incentives. Update: my referrals all did everything that they were supposed to do so that I could get my incentive and I contacted customer service who sent me the same message as what developer posted on here and when I asked for extra help, I never heard anything back. If it doesn’t benefit them, they won’t get reply back to your concerns. Also DON’T sign up for emails. No matter how many times you unsubscribe, they keep sending you emails.

Referral program is a scam. Supposedly you get a $200 gc if you refer 5 people who take 5, 2+ mile trips. It said my mom sister and best friend were “not valid referrals” and didn’t give me credit for them even though they drove the miles. So I got credit for 3 referrals only and was offered $15. For that, I wouldn’t have wasted my time! Also, a few people who did supposedly qualify for the $200 couldn’t claim it cause it said “sold out” so apparently there is a limit to how many people actually get the reward they entice you with so if you aren’t fast enough you won’t get it. It’s a scam! - edited to add since they responded, I did reach out but was told that my referrals didn’t qualify but they did not explain why. I saw their phones myself and see they did the miles but customer service couldn’t give me any valid reasons for them not qualifying

download it. i just fell in love with this app recently and thought i'd leave a review. i download a lot of apps that have benefits for things i'm already doing--- when the world was flowing i had redeemed a few rewards- some lipsticks, & perfume! i love btw-- now that the world has slowed down {i need something to look forward to} i love that they reward you with staying home points + bonus points for social distancing and being active = which leads me to i just used my chewy reward for my pup and i can't wait for that to come in!! but i look forward to the notifications from them, the app is made super well and easy to use!! i just really enjoy this app and i'm happy i downloaded it because it's only benefited me! (but i read the review before me and she put she wish there were more rewards which i love the rewards now but of course if there's more i'm all for it too!! Lol) oh ya and i love redeeming for raffles they are holding. his app keeps me going. love love love

Been using miles for the last few years... Works great and keeps track on all the miles I burn just going to work and back. I use this to help with my taxes too, since I’m an independent contractor. This year I can’t seem to access the app without it saying something went wrong and refuse to load any trips I made. So I keep refreshing and still nothing. Thinking of never using this app again because I can’t access anything on the app. The maintance team need to fix this asap. You are making me lose money!

Disappointing. The idea is great but with the rewards that are available it is 100% NOT worth it! If you want discounts and coupons you can use the app called honey, it’s free. The rewards need to be gift cards or at the very least good discounts like 75% off items or websites. This site mostly gives you deals on subscriptions, which is NOT appealing because even if you get a month free you have to pay to keep it going. If you could redeem a years worth of a subscription for free that would be worth it, other than that it’s pointless. I downloaded it despite the low rating to check it out. I’m sad to say this app deserves the low rating. Get those rewards worked out and you could have a good thing going. I have soooooo many miles and nothing I want to redeem them for so I’m deleting the app. It’s not worth it Update: To the response I got from the developer That’s all well and good that your offers are unique but they aren’t good. My point was it’s not worth it for discounts. You can find discounts all over the internet with a simple google search. It would be worth it if you could earn gift cards, I want free not discounts lol. There are other apps that you can get free gift cards with and I’m going to stick with them. Let me know in the future if you improve the rewards. My suggestion is fix the rewards because it is the biggest complaint I’ve seen in the reviews. Listen to the constructive criticism and try to make your app better.

Love the concept, but the rewards are essentially worthless. Most of these rewards are not something you would typically use often. For example, a lot of the options under the “food“ category are for those mail order food services. I don’t use those. Or a five dollars off a $50 purchase at target. Why not just give us a gift card so we can choose the amount based on our miles? If I’m going to spend $50, saving five isn’t that big of a deal. However, if I could purchase five dollar gift cards for so many miles, that would be beneficial. Or the offer from Chewy is only for first-time customers. Again, worthless. Why not offer gift cards for these places rather than offers for first-time orders only? I would like to find an app where you can use gift cards for your points. I do like how this app works, and it has tracked all of my trips successfully. I think I would start using it again if the rewards were worth it.

Convenient for commuters, but unreliable results. It’s an easy way to get stuff for something you’re already doing, but the miles have to build for quite a long time before you can really get “free stuff.” The smaller rewards are more attainable but mostly you’re using miles to buy coupons for more expensive items and you’ll actually have to spend money. The app also struggles to track my location, even though I consistently update my phone to “always allow” when it prompts me. I think the app is definitely worth it for anyone who travels more than 500 miles a month, though, or anyone who walks/rides the bus everywhere.

You’ll get literally nowhere while using this app. It’s pointless and designed literally for the developers to benefit from it entirely. Everything is so fake on this app. You shouldn’t even bother to download it because it’s all a joke. I always try to redeem my miles for gift cards, but it says they’re all sold out. They make you raffle on it, and they’re pathetically low offers. 25 cents to 5 dollars. I’ve made raffles plenty of times and see it’s just a scam. I doubt anyone actually wins these cards and if they do, how can you actually feel rewarded or even good about your pathetic self walking all over you city with false hope. 😂 Such a shame. If you download and use this app, don’t be mad when someone disrespects you for using it. You did it to yourself stupid!

Sketchy practices overall. From their support, to their rewards and even them explicitely admitting on their Terms of Service the following: "Miles does not represent or warrant that our Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. While Miles attempts to make your use of our Services and any content therein safe, we cannot and do not represent or warrant that our Services or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Services." The above is a clear depection that all they are after is our data for it to be sold or used for their own profit. They even openly admit to not be accurate, complete, reliable or even SAFE! We could get viruses from using their services and they just dump it all on us by ending that paragraph with "You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Services." Online articles and interviews are nothing but a marketing scam to make it seem appealing but there is nothing, believe me, NOTHING worth while with this app or company overall. I am now concerned that my data will still be used somehow regardless of me no longer having the app, nothing but regret of ever doing business with this company. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

NEVER EVER USE THIS APP. This app is a scam. I don’t understand why they are tracking people. But I can assure you that they do not hand out rewards. They will try to charge you more than the original price of the item. You usually get a free month on the products they are advertised directly through the company 30-days. This app charges you for that 30 days in exchange for points earned from them. I know by experience and you can Google the offers yourself. They are actually free for the first 30-days. I attempted both. I notified them that I got charged more than what the reward was offering,I never received any deductible and they wanted me to charge my credit card again with screenshots to show them proof of what I was talking about. They should know how their app. Usually a programmer checks it out themselves if there is a flaw. If any co, wants that much proof before, proceeding with anything or investigating anything, that’s how you know that the app was designed to rip you off. Not to mention you don’t want some stranger, knowing where you are all the time and what exactly it is you go there for. My best advice avoid this app. This app needs to be removed from the store.

Screw this!!. I’ve had this app for over a year now and slowly you have trashed it completely! It use to be a good place to get great deals on things but you slowly done away with the good things like the gift cards for a discounted “price” so to speak and the tech gear website deals!! It’s impossible IMPOSSIBLE to log in now that you’ve done this upgrade! I get stuck in a loop of “please provide your name we’d like to address your accordingly in the app!” Bull crap that will never stop! What’s the deal with that? Don’t want your users to access the app anymore?!? Seems a bit pointless to me to even leave this review but if I can save just one JUST ONE person from the headache this app has caused me in the last week, it’s worth it 210%!! Do you’re self a favor and download fetch! Less headache, less work… and they don’t track your every move!! 🙄 good gracious miles people, get your lives together here!! >rant over<

Trash! Don’t waste your time. 3 years for nothing. I have been using this app for about three years now and have switched between three different devices in that time however I have never ever been able to cash out for any type of reward I have 15,000 almost 16,000 miles and still cannot even get a five dollar gift card after three whole years! I am a silver member I guess but still I haven’t been able to even get a small reward!!! I’ve even left it idle in the background for months and it never registered 90% of my trips and it resets every month so you can’t edit anything after that!!! I wouldn’t recommend using this app unless you are just not caring that they take all of your location data and use it for God only knows what and they say that they pay you for it but they definitely don’t!

Pointless. The concept of this app is pretty nice, but how it functions makes it almost pointless. The rewards that they have aren’t very good and they’re never available on top of it. I’ve made 200+ mile trips carpooling, making it 400+ miles with the carpool multiplier that would take a few days to show up, if they ever did. On top of trips not being very accurate half the time, the option to change a solo trip to a carpool trip was removed. So, any trips that didn’t register as carpooling, I was just stuck with as a solo trip. Whenever customer support was contacted, the only explanation I’d get was something along the lines of my passenger having to be registered and active, which they were. As far as I’m concerned, their customer support is useless as well.

Scammy and spammy better off not. Bottom line: the app is basically an advertising platform. They claim you can use your miles for ‘discounts’ but these discounts are found all over the web and accessible in many other ways. There is some wierd stuff going on with gift cards apparently you can use your miles to enter give away for a $5 card or something? After two years I was never able to get one or figure out how that works. I got an email from them this morning claiming that because I hadn’t opened my account in 3 months they were charging me a 2500 mile ‘maintenance’ fee - laughable. Obviously a tactic to get me to log in an use the app. None the less- No unsubscribe button and no way to cancel or close my account within the email. Absolutely absurd that Apple allows this crap in their App Store.

Does not provide rewards. *please report for a scam if you believe that is what this app is doing.* I have been speaking with customer service / help desk for this app over a gift card I earned for the past 4 months. I say earned because I checked that I was doing everything correctly before I started the process to ensure I would receive the gift card, since it was a large purchase (close to $2k). After providing the information and answering follow up questions promptly, the company just stopped answering and I have not heard back for over 2 months, even after requesting an update. I am left to think that this app has no intentions of paying out the gift card and is just stalling. Please do not think you will get what you are promised from this app unless it’s coupons you can find elsewhere.

Not Fond Of It!. This could be a great app; however, from my end there has been too many issues with missing miles from trips. When I try report the issue, the response from I guess it’s the customer care team seem to be the same generic response, to open the app 2x a week. I’m in the app everyday checking out my miles, checking gift cards, enter ring drawings and donating miles to charities. Some of my missing mile have shown up the next day but for the others, it seems to be too much to remember trip I’ve made to report so the care team can update my miles. Also for a November and December I haven’t received any tier bonus to claim. I received emails and app notifications saying that I have them then when going into true app there’s nothing to claim. I also reported this issue and no one has even responded back to me.

They must only post 2 gift cards just to say there’s “multiple”. Whenever gift card rewards get posted, they go so unbelievably fast. I clicked a link via email literally 3 minutes after receiving the email & the rewards were sold out. This happens A L L the time. I have 20,000+ miles after using this app for approximately a year, and I can’t use the miles on anything because the rewards are either hard to come by, or are some kind of B$ Instagram influencer type deal - like $10(ish) off a hello fresh meal plan? Practically worthless. ETA: They only track SOME of my trips. This removed me from platinum status so I no longer get notifs about gift card offers. Was working great until that. Now it seems lazy. ETA Feb ‘23: now there are no gift cards. Yeesh.

Unfortunate problems. My entire app doesn’t work. I fell in love with them a couple of years back, but the only way to contact support is through the app, which will not allow ANY activity on my account other than tracking my mileage — which I can’t even access myself despite the mile points growing. I cannot review possible rewards, let alone claim one without being told to ‘try again’. I hope support can fix this for me and any others with a similar problem, but overall I would say this app is a must have for anyone who commutes, for whatever reason that may be for.

Your trip and customer super isn’t working at all. I’ve tried using your customer support both on your app AND website. Your trip counter stopped working, it went from saying I didn’t travel at all these last two days to now it’s saying I haven’t traveled ALL month. Your customer support keeps saying error when you go to submit the issue and when you click on the link to contact it takes you to a page not found. I went to your website to make a report only for that to not work as well. I figured if I want to reach you guys apparently I need to leave a review about your app. Maybe then these issues will be fixed. I have a screen shot too but no where will let me add it as proof for your team.

Great app,easy to use,No scams!. Almost never write reviews but this app has been awesomeI’m only 17 years old but still in the car rides that I take and bike ride I’m earning miles and money and seen many opportunities such as being able to pay for cooking classes with Zero miles and ect when they have deals and quickly got 10,000 miles to earn a five dollar gift card just seeing if you don’t mind the tracking and want a little hubby to take up some time I would definitely recommend this app

Yikes. This app started off.. okay? And then they just kept tacking unnecessary things on. Half of the graphics and designs changed with no purpose or function. On top of that the rewards are just Ads. 100% of the rewards are things that are already available to first time users of certain websites. You’re just downloading an app that makes money off of people looking at online business ads. There’s no actual gain to any of this. If you want to track your steps or “miles” there are much better apps for this (like strava). Dont waste your storage- in fact they removed any value they did have (aka their “gift card” rewards). ALSO none of their redeem codes ever worked?? It was a good idea but poorly executed. Like whoever put in the work to make the app function and look good is amazing- but whoever ordered it to be done is pretty bad at doing their job. (Also what’s up with the random tinder-esque swiping feature?? That was just weird)

Great…when it works. I’ve cashed in on a few referrals deals and have other members of my household signed up. Should be earning double miles for nearly all of my trips, however, it doesn’t register about 50% of the time. The trip will be logged for the both of us individually but we have to constantly put in support tickets to have the miles corrected. It’s frustrating to have to continue to do this as each ticket requires specific information about the impacted trips and it has to be something you stay on top of tracking if you want to earn the miles you should be. I’ve stopped referring anyone to the app and have advised customer service of this particular issue over a dozen times in the last 3 months. Response times are extremely slow (some surpassing 14 days).

Trash. I use app referral programs to make extra cash all the time. Each week they offer a large referral reward for adding 5 new “eligible” users. The eligibility requirements are that they must be a new user added in that weeks window and that they must drive a certain pre determined amount of trips during that window. I have this app on my husbands phone and mine, added 13 people last week between the two of us, 6 on 1 and 7 on the other and then took 5 of those phones/people out for the sole purpose of getting all the trips in and added a couple of extra trips to ensure they qualified. After waiting a week for the review, they determined that none of those accounts met the qualifications, knocking both my husband and myself out of the reward after spending hours of time and gas. Normally I wouldn’t care, but the fact that they offer these rewards and then pretend you didn’t qualify when you know for a fact you did leaves a really poor image of that company. I will be deleting the app and having all of the people I’ve had add it delete it as well. May not be much in the big picture but if these developers will be that dishonest then I’ll take the 19 accounts I’ve brought and go…

New tier status. I travel 30 miles to work everyday and now the tier status isn’t based on mileage, it’s based on trips! I have to make 100 trips to just advance to new tier status, who makes 100 trips in a month?! And I wasn’t able to retain my tier status when the new updates went into effect. I’m really disappointed in this new system. I didn’t think the cash out for stuff was very good to begin with ( I have other apps that I do and doesn’t take long to accumulate points to cash out for a gift card) but I figured with this app, it was better than nothing to earn miles towards something that I could get later on even if it took a long time. After all, all I had to do was drive like I normally do.

Eh. Edit 7/27: looks like they are fixing some of the issues, so problems are slowly getting worked out. One of my past trips finally showed up. Hoping to see the app continue to improve. Still haven’t heard from customer support other than here in the reviews. Also, still haven’t received the other 500 miles I was missing from sign-up. Edit 10/01: app has much improved since the launch back in July. Tracks my miles and no more errors/crashing. Rewards are not as good now, which is why my rating isn’t higher. It’s a shame, wish they had kept the $5 gift cards, maybe raise the “price” so they aren’t as easy to redeem? I don’t consider signing up for a subscription a reward.

False Advertising. This app falsely advertises that you can use your earned miles to purchase gift cards. Not once in more then a year have I even seen a purchasable gift card. Everytime I check (nearly daily) the gift cards are always "sold out". I do not believe that the company actually offers gift cards for purchase, only use the false advertising to get app users. Now for the good. I gave the app 2 stars because it does allow me to keep track of my daily activity...for the most part. I have found it is not highly accurate, usually does not record compete trips or even accurate distantances. So if you're looking for something to keep track of work mileage I would suggest finding a different app.

Love my Miles. Incredible app! It tracks my travel which is perfect for my work! It rewards me for the trips I would take anyway! It also gives me health incentives! And the rewards have really stepped up with anything from gift cards to subscriptions to free items or savings I would normally not find in other apps! I can’t beat the fact that I have been able to use the app to look back at my trips and prove timing for my job! Allowing me to get my max pay I would personally loose out on! Thank you MILES! I am able to guarantee that I am mot getting rid of this app!

SCAM- Charged a “Maintenance Fee”- Restarted me at 0.0 Miles! 😡😤🤬😤. I got this app to simply let it do what it said it could- track my trips and perhaps allow me some rewards. I have a fitness app tracker that even though progress was really slow- I eventually got like $10 out of it. Not bad, considering I didn’t have to do anything but workout like I usually do. I thought this app would be the same. HA! I’ve had this app for 8 months- 8 months! And have redeemed nothing! When I was actively checking my trips and miles, every good gift card to “bid” on with miles was always out of stock. Weird how the limit had always been reached right before I got on to redeem. So I waited… well, after having this for 8 months, I got back on and it charged me a “maintenance fee”. That’s right, this app, that has tracked my data and benefitted from me charged me a “maintenance fee” in 2,500 miles!!!!!!!!!! because I hadn’t been on. Yes, it wasn’t money, but it was a ton of miles that I had accrued. So after 8 months- nothing, nothing to show. They just want to track your data, end of story. I’ve never written a review but this was way too terrible not to. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! Worthless, infuriating, waste of your time for them to try to mine your location and habit data to sell to third parties and partners. Yikes- terrible app.

5 star down to 2. I used to love this app. It worked great and I was able to alter my trips to maximize my chance of earning challenge rewards. However, now most of my trips don't register correctly or are missing all together. Ex: I walked up the road (1.6 miles twice yesterday). The first trip got broken into two 0.8 mile trips so I didn't qualify for minimum of 1mile to count for challenge even though I never stopped and my second walk of the day doesn't even show up. I contacted support about a month ago, as it's been progressively getting worse. All I got back was a response that basically told me to make sure I open the app at least once a week...didn't seem like they even read what my issue was. Definitely can't recommend this app to others anymore, unless they get things fixed.

Great potential, with a few issues. I constantly take public transportation to get around to work and errands, so thought that this would be a great way to rack up points. There seems to be an issue with the app as it doesn’t recognize transfer trips. For example, I take two buses to work. Once I get off the first bus and get on the second one a few minutes later, the app will only recognize my first bus ride and not the second. I also have an issue with rideshare miles as it wants other people to also requires other people in the ride to use the app. Instead of that, there should be an option where we could link our Uber/Lyft accounts to transfer our trip data to verify that the trip was in-fact a carpool ride.

The App Itself is Awesome. I rate it 3 stars because I have over 5,000 miles just sitting in my account with no use. Most of the rewards offered are either unappealing to me, or located across the country. When it was first released there was a 5 dollar Starbucks reward that was awesome. I used it when it was there, but now that it’s gone there is nothing I want to spend my miles on. It’s to the point where I have turned off location services for the app to conserve battery. Why save all these miles when there is nothing to redeem them for? I will say the app works as advertised, when I first signed up I received my bonus miles, it also always awards me the miles I have earned. Three stars instead of five for lack of reward options.

Legit. I’m feeling it some things really don’t seem to be that treat of a discount or you could find better but A+ for the effort and great display also it’s great for advertising for company’s and websites . Some discounts I love bc it is a good deal other offers they had seemed just like what the company already does like give big discounts for hotels with member rates which is free anyway to book and do on there site . So I guess you can say it’s a 50/50 chance wether your getting something great and a good deal but there are more good higher or exclusive rates than none or same as site or nothing special deals . So I think miles is going places and doing a great job just needs a little bit more growth a little something something with a flare a i knowww they just didn’t OMG little pop to it . Wether it’s a deal or discount or one wildly amazing deal you can claim and purchase a week or day . Maybe have a monthly , weekly and daily , Pop Boom OMG Promotion or Deal/discount that flares and up to the level it needs to and occasion. Thanks great work ! -T.W.

Such a deceptive app/program.. Takes forever to accrue enough points to get what MOST people want which is gift cards, because let’s face it, your other “rewards “ are not actual rewards. These are offers that are available to everyone on FREE sites or directly from the seller or company site. So back to the gift card issue.. they’re ALWAYS “sold out” but are shown as available until you click on them and THEN here’s the real kicker! You can BID on gift cards that are supposedly sold out for 3-4x the amount that they’re listed for! Insane! Don’t waste your time on an app that will never actually reward you for your miles. So disappointed. I’ve sent 3 messages and now I’m writing this review because I do this for an actual living so it’s EXTREMELY important to me that the consuming public are aware of bogus businesses and app developers such as this one ☝️

Kind of a waste. I signed up for the miles ap back when they were offering $5 Starbucks cards for 2,500 points. Since August there has been nothing worth redeeming points for. If you listen to podcasts or the radio, you can get all the same coupon codes that you would be cashing your points in for on the miles ap. I can honestly say without a doubt that NONE of the so called “rewards” are worth redeeming. I redeemed some points for a $40 off purchase from a site that only exists in Europe so the shipping is like $40 per item. Ridiculous. The “prizes” remind me of the old magazine subscription thing where they get you to sign up for a free subscription and when you don’t cancel after the trial period you get billed a cray amount. Nothing is free on here. I really wish I could write a better review because the concept and the ap are nicely designed.

Don’t waste your time. Sort all the app reviews by “Most Helpful” and you’ll see why I’m warning you not to bother. The “rewards” are mostly free trials that you could get without Miles and the rest are mostly small discounts on sites or some products from really sketchy-looking sites that may-or-may-not just steal your money and your info. Their developer responses are insulting. None of what they offer is “unique” or “exclusive.” The high rating in the App Store implies that they paid for fake reviews. The only rewards that would be worth anything are the gift cards, but they’re always sold out and they lowered the value to the point where you can’t help but laugh. 1,250 miles for 25 cents worth of gift cards? 😂 How are you not embarrassed to present something like this as your work? What you’re getting out of this is our personal data and information on where we go. That information has a monetary value. You need to give something in return if you want to have continued access to that information.

A lot of missing trips. I started in January 2022 when the tier was by how much miles you covered. Now it is by trips and ever since they did trips they are not counting quite a few of my trips to the point that I have been logging in my trips to make sure they log it. Missing car and walks during lunch and that all adds up so it is now more difficult to get to a higher tier when they don’t count the trips it is getting quite frustrating. They don’t acknowledge that messages was received or my trips were added. I used to love it until this new system. I asked if they could hook up to my Apple Watch because I could verify my walks. Maybe they don’t respond because there a lot of people with missing trips. I should be a tier level at the end of the month but they didn’t count 4 trips!

Used to be ok, now just not worth it. I loved how this app automatically tracks your “miles” for you without having to go in and activating the app before every trip. The rewards were ok before, and I used to be able to get small gift cards are accumulating enough. However, now all gift cards require you to outbid other people using “miles” you earned, which I find so annoying and impossible to redeem. The tier system previously was decent before too, but now makes it impossible to level up a tier (goes by monthly) without either spending money or the type of person who literally does nothing other than moving around. You won’t really earn anything just for exercising or driving around for errands. I am hoping they change this back to the way it used to.

Poor choices and available areas. The app itself is pretty cool and most of the things you use to redeem your points are pretty fair but the reason they are fair is because there isn’t anything good or worth it to you to choose. They’re either like 10% off something crazy expensive or you have to spend a lot to get them or they are things that aren’t even anywhere near you. Also they are very misleading. For example free full tank of gas... okay sounds good. Open it up and it’s when you rent a car only or you have to have a app that is only available for use in two cities across the country. I’ll keep the app for a bit to see if more comes along but if not it’s just wasting your battery. Also looks like the app developers answer to almost everyone’s review but they answer basically if not the exact same way to everyone meaning it’s probably automated and just lead you on to think there’s better coming so you’ll keep the app.

I love this app! but there are some downsides when redeeming.😐. See this app pays you alot (especially when a gold member or platinum which is free) but there are some downsides 1: I redeemed a wasd keyboard from das keyboard and I thought it was going to be free, but they never said I had to buy something to get it, I want my miles back! (I’m jaxon ashford on the app) Other than that I love this app, it pays you 20$ for 200 miles, so if you are going on a long trip to another state or something just turn this app on and you’ll get your miles worth! bad rewards, sneaky email system. Rewards are all underwhelming coupons for expensive services and products I’d never purchase except at a deep discount. No amount of hunting over weeks of use turned up an offer I’d consider. This is an app for rich folks. However, if that was my only complaint I’d have uninstalled and went on my way without leaving a review... but I’m still getting emails! There is no clear way to unsubscribe across the board from miles emails. You have to unsubscribe individually from each “type” of email as you get them, which is an absolutely demented system. I’m not INTERESTED, guys. That’s why I uninstalled. If it had been easy for members to go on their way, you wouldn’t have gotten a one star review. But here we are.

Immediately Deleted. I had this app for months and had accrued quite a few points. I was never very impressed with the reward options; most of them were just discounts on overpriced items. But I figured I’d keep the app and just see what the points could get eventually. Until they deducted a maintenance fee. Now I see no point in keeping it. Why would I continuously log onto the app? To look at the same “rewards” over and over? Honestly, I think the more people logged on, the more they would be compelled to delete the app. The more you look at the rewards and the app as a whole, it seems like a waste of time and just another way to use your data against you.

App has become absolute trash. This app has become an absolute pain to deal. It went from a great format that allowed automatic mileage tracking to a cash grab. The old features where better especially since it allowed more options to earn miles in a more eco friendly way and the ranking system to get more was good. Now they want to make the process tedious by claiming miles and you have to spend miles to upgrade. No one wanted this or has time to constantly go into the app to claim especially when you can only claim a small amount of trips per day. The developers royally screwed up a great app to pad their wallets.

No real rewards. There is no real rewards. All of the rewards they have listed, you don’t even need this app to achieve them. For example, the free stocks and investments from the investment apps like WeBull and Acorns, you don’t need this app to get those. Those companies already offer it. The free meals from food subscriptions, or ANY Subscription, again, not necessary. You don’t need this app for that. This app gets a bunch of data from your driving and you will get ZERO benefits from it. The rewards you see here are exactly the same rewards you will see from Sweatcoin and others like it. If you already used that reward in other apps, the rewards here are pointless. They are null and void.

I don’t understand. So I have been using this app for a bit now, unsure how long, and I have 3 thousand and some change miles. Of course, they keep trying to get me to spend them. The things I want cost stupid amounts like 25 THOUSAND miles, but I keep trudging along trying to earn miles to get these things. Guess what. All of a sudden it’s not tracking anymore even though I purposely open the app each time I get in the car and make sure it’s open. I have it set to always. So is the not tracking an app problem or are you trying to force me to use my earned miles? I would have used them by now if what I wanted wasn’t so expensive.

Great idea and hope to see its potential. I use an app that gives rewards for doing stuff I already do called receipt hog, but this takes that idea to the next level. I believe most apps now a days ask to see location data, but with this app explicitly informing your travels and then empowering the user with a benefit for the data, i think thats pretty amazing. I hope more companies go in this direction of benefiting the user in trade for data they already take from us. Mutual benefits!

What a nifty app!. Downloaded this app because I drive a lot and I thought “rewards for my miles..sign me up!” This app automatically tracks your mileage as you drive. You don’t need to do anything other than keep on driving 🚗 You can then redeem your points for many different discounts with different businesses. Their support team is awesome as well. Had a minor problem trying to figure out how to redeem my rewards and they immediately responded to my inquiry and resolved my issue. Keep up the good work Miles! 👍🏽

Used to be great but 2023 is the year I deleted it. Used to be a great app, tracked miles, trivia, awards and rewards. And then July or August of 2023 the developers got greedy and now you have to remember to collect your miles, usually at a discount from what they actually were. Don’t worry if you want to PAY them, you can have the convenience back of auto-collection. Miles jumped the shark. If you have a Time Machine, go back and enjoy this app until 2023 when it changed. If you don’t, save your time and battery for the constant tracking, and don’t bother. Maybe a new app will emerge and do the same thing without a monthly charge like old Miles, until then. Nope

Been using miles for the last few years... Works great and keeps track on all the miles I burn just going to work and back. I use this to help with my taxes too, since I’m an independent contractor. This year I can’t seem to access the app without it saying something went wrong and refuse to load any trips I made. So I keep refreshing and still nothing. Thinking of never using this app again because I can’t access anything on the app. The maintance team need to fix this asap. You are making me lose money!

Not free at all. When they say you get free stuff they really mean you pay a subscription, get the first month free, then end up paying the rest full cash. The other stuff that’s not subscriptions are just coupons. It’s just filled with companies it is working with so they can all try to make money off you buying stuff from them. Your paying for advertising basically. It’s not secure and the company does not take responsibility for getting viruses or anything off the app. They also just want to steal your data. Also if you look most of the ratings that are 5 stars look like bots, they either have only like three word reviews, maybe a sentence, or they are made by children that don’t understand what’s happening. Before they added the bots it had a low rating. Sad to see how easily manipulated the App Store is.

Pointless. The concept of this app is pretty nice, but how it functions makes it almost pointless. The rewards that they have aren’t very good and they’re never available on top of it. I’ve made 200+ mile trips carpooling, making it 400+ miles with the carpool multiplier that would take a few days to show up, if they ever did. On top of trips not being very accurate half the time, the option to change a solo trip to a carpool trip was removed. So, any trips that didn’t register as carpooling, I was just stuck with as a solo trip. Whenever customer support was contacted, the only explanation I’d get was something along the lines of my passenger having to be registered and active, which they were. As far as I’m concerned, their customer support is useless as well.

Worthless. The majority of “rewards” you get without the app anyway. It’s nice that these offers are in one spot but it implies you get it because of this app when you get those deals anyway. Ex: 3 free months of Pandora when you buy a membership. The gift cards you have to bid on and it is impossible to get one at a reasonable Mike’s price. I kept the app on my phone because it seemed like why not. I’ll gain miles and eventually they’ll put something on there worthwhile but there’s nothing and it’s a waste of space so I deleted it. And their charities donations are pathetic!!! People give miles and once their is so many miles then miles with donate $25!? What kind of cheap crud is that!? App is a total waste of time

Don’t waste your time. Overall I think the app is a great way to get you to stay active, but the referral period that they had is misleading. I had 5 friends complete the referral during the indicated period and I know for a fact that they fulfilled all the requirements but only 4 were approved? They took a while to verify, which is understandable, but if you indicate that you’re awarding gift cards to people for referring x amount of people to receive $x in gift card, you would think they would honor the referral. I sent 3 emails in the span of 2 weeks to the company asking to please double check that this isn’t a mistake and I have not heard back from them regarding this. Very unprofessional…

Not a real points system.. The concept is right on, the app execution works, but the ecosystem isn’t a true points system. It’s hard to determine the value of the points as you can when redeeming credit card rewards because in this app you’re redeeming for wildly different valuations of things. And the only thing you can redeem these miles for are mediocre, one-time, non-combinable store discounts that you could easily find just by joining their mailing list or being a first time customer. Before downloading, ask yourself: is a free tire rotation or 10% off a clothing store worth your location data? The rewards system needs to be rebuilt from the ground up—perhaps redemption for gift cards.

Why not?!. So, you’re telling me that you’ll do all the work, track my miles and give me points for it all and then I can redeem those points on stuff I actually want because you made some awesome partnerships?! This is a no brainer. Came at the perfect time as I had a driving trip to LA from SF, heading to Cancun and Machu Picchu in the coming weeks! Talk about cashing in on those miles! If you travel a lot, run a lot or commute a lot, then this app is a no brainer. The rewards and partnerships they built are actually worthwhile and I’m sure they will have more down the pipeline!

Used to be good. So you let them track you to get rewards in return, but all of the sudden they came up with miles+ and if you want to stay with basic, which is free, you have to watch these crazy advertisements, and click to collect your miles, which doesn’t even give you miles unless you notice that and refresh the app several times, the customer support answers to your complaints, but is useless. You have to wait i think 72 hours in between getting gift cards, so if you spend 1000 miles a month, you are in diamond level and can get 25 or 50 cent gift cards. Wow!

Free stuff for all of the miles. This app gets me free stuff, credits, or discounts for all of the miles that I’m trekking — can’t complain! It automatically starts earning me the miles I can use to redeem rewards without having to manually check in or log them myself. While it provides me special deals on products and services I already recognize and/or use like Wag and Winc, it also helps me discover businesses I would have otherwise never come across. I’m excited to see this app continue to develop and add on a more variety of businesses and deals!

Was good but hasn’t been good in a while.. When I first started you could redeem gift cards automatically without having to bid on them….now you can only find ones to bid on and it ends up being like 40,000 miles for a $2 gift card 😬 I do a lot of traveling and am I gold level and I have over 20,000+ miles and haven’t been able to redeem a gift card since I first started over a year ago….I’ve used miles on other things like raffles because it feels pretty point less. I wouldn’t expect to actually get anything out of it.

Not worth the time after new updates. I loved this app when I first had it. It was very easy to use, I earned miles quickly, and had very little issues with the app itself. Since the upgrade, it’s terrible. Miles are capped and bonuses aren’t automatic unless you pay for the “upgrade”. I’ve had a lot of issues with the trivia not loading after the last update and frequently the app doesn’t accept answers I select. One day last week it erased the trivia streak I had and knocked me back to zero days. I’ve been nothing but disappointed in the “offers” over the last month in addition to the above mentioned issues. Don’t waste your time. There are better apps out there.

App is trash. This app is complete trash and has been for awhile. It’s hilarious that when I get an email to cash out my points for a gift card that “suddenly” the app isn’t working or “something went wrong” kind of bull crap. It’s literally impossible to get a discounted gift card literally even after you hit the email within five seconds of getting it. And for some reason you guys won’t fix that problem? You’re telling me a 5 dollar gift card sells out in 5 seconds or basically even less. Nah, there’s no way. I’m about to delete the app and never bother with it again.

Scam. This app is a scam. You are giving it permission to track your travel personal info for points, but when you try to buy gift cards, they’re always “sold out.” What makes it even more scammy is when you don’t have enough points for a gift card, it won’t show as sold out, but when you finally have enough points, it’s “sold out.” This is intentional. If you and a friend download this app, you’ll see that the one who doesn’t have enough points will see the gift card as available and the one who does have enough points will see the same gift card as sold out. Don’t waste your time giving your personal info to this app for nothing.

Distance is very, yes, very inaccurate for walking.. I hike in-city mountain every morning with my GPS tracker, but when I compare Miles app, Miles shows way way way shorter distance. It looks Miles only calculate distance when I stop for a while. I walk very steadily and I only stop when I reach to the peak of the mountain which is only 0.3 mile away from my home if a bird fly, however, when I hike, I can’t straight up of-course, but I have to use trails to reach to the top which is more than a mile (and over 500ft high)….Miles only record the straight distance both up and down, so, I only get less than 1/5 of actual distance I walked. On the other hand, My ‘real’ Garmin GPS tracker gives me super accurate distance…. I deleted this app - it’s completely useless.

Started Off Great. I’ve been a Miles member since 2019. This app started off amazing, with good offers for points that made sense. Now they limit the trips, you have to manually approve trips, the mileage needed for offers are ridiculous, the requirements to advance tiers are RIDICULOUS. THIS ENTIRE APP NOW IS RIDICULOUS. Theres no need to track my mileage throughout the day if I won’t even get the miles, they’ll just be “potential” miles I could earn that disappear in 7 days. I keep it on my phone because it’s been there so long but this is what happens when people start getting money hungry. This is one of the worst rewards apps I’ve used, at least the rest are consistently terrible. I hope this all turns around back on them.

Amazing expect a problem. The gift cards bidding is dumb since it always goes over the original price like how 10 dollars is 50K a bid would be like 5 dollars 70K it’s dumb also make it so we can see when gift cards will be restocked I’m tired of hoping there stocked is also a problem since gift card to get immediately are never on stock get more stock if you want more people be like Microsoft rewards or at least at a timer

Good plan, bad execution. Like others have noted, most of the rewards are discounts on subscription based services which I am not interested. Occasionally they will have gift add rewards available. They also have challenges to complete a specific amount of trips on a certain transportation type and you earn gift cards. However, they always mislabel my trips causing me to miss out on the rewards. For example I take a bus to a train to another train to the university and the reverse back home. The app almost never recognizes the bus and most of the challenge rewards are for multiple bus rides. Have submitted feedback multiple times with no response.

Easy but rewards are lacking. It’s really a very simple app. It keeps track of your activity and awards points. Nice. I just wish they had more rewards once you decide to redeem your points. The rewards are pretty much coupons to encourage you to shop on a certain site. These are sites I simply don’t visit. My first redemption was a Starbucks gift card. I feel like that was the bait to get you to use the app. I haven’t seen a gift card reward since then. Ultimately, I’m giving this app 3 stars since it’s so easy to use but I kinda feel like there’s nothing for me. I’m just hoping they’ll have better rewards.

Needs a better rewards system. I don’t like this app and in the beginning was great. I do a decent amount of driving so it’s fairly quick to rack up points. When I look at how many points/miles I need to redeem any of these points it’s like not worth it - a $5 gift card requires like 10K- to 15K points. WTH I can get higher value gift cards with less effort from other apps. I’m not a fan of discounted stuff or trial memberships-I can get those all day long without having to join an app. My suggestion would be to rethink your rewards system.

Not what it used to be. Miles used to be a halfway decent app, with only some of the rewards being questionable and junky in nature. Now the app is completely overrun with inappropriate ads and video ads that will auto play with volume. The new so-called Trips+ won’t even able if you have opted out of allowing Miles to share your data with third-parties, even when the onboarding ad makes it sound like all it requires is access to your motion data. I get having to make money on the platform some how, but the app has really gone downhill hill in the last year - and it appears to be accelerating down that hill faster by the day.

Great app, but need to change the points set up.. I love this app, and the fact that it pays you to do things you’re already doing every single day. The issue I have with this app is that it is so hard to get the rewards. I would recommend having a point algorithm similar to the one used by fetch rewards, where 3,000 points gets you a $3 gift card, 5000 points get you a $5 gift card 10,000 points a $10 gift card, and so on. That makes it much easier and much more rewarding for people.

Great app,easy to use,No scams!. Almost never write reviews but this app has been awesomeI’m only 17 years old but still in the car rides that I take and bike ride I’m earning miles and money and seen many opportunities such as being able to pay for cooking classes with Zero miles and ect when they have deals and quickly got 10,000 miles to earn a five dollar gift card just seeing if you don’t mind the tracking and want a little hubby to take up some time I would definitely recommend this app

Torn. So I do really like this app, I think it’s great for tracking how much you drive vs walk vs bike etc. I do have one but though that has become more evident since covid has started. My walks and bike rides/rollerskating trips are either not being tracked or are being split up into multiple trips even though I’m not stopping my activity. I do really like when they do gift cards rewards and find that helpful but I haven’t been able to participate in the new challenges as my trips aren’t being counted. I also use map my walk and my Apple Watch to track my exercise so I know how far I’m going.

Rewards are not good. The app is a good ideal but rewards are terrible. Why do u not offer gift cards like every other rewards app on the planet? They say they vet their rewards to make sure their unique and I call bs because u can literally get the same offers they offer for 80% of the rewards for free just by looking on places like retail me not. I kept this app for a long time and never redeemed my rewards except one time and that was a $5 dollars off when I spend $50 at target. After that I could never find anything worth getting so I deleted the app but I decided to download it again just to leave a review that way others don’t waste their time. I will be deleting it again after this review. Seriously unless they change their rewards it’s not worth the time and space it takes on your phone to download.

I don’t understand the point of this app anymore. I had a daily travel job and I was racking up miles like it was nobody’s business. Miles were claim automatically, miles I normally used for charity or raffles. Going through the app I found that the apps that they featured you used your queued miles to get this deals but they were nothing more than referrals. Now they updated the app and I no longer understand the purpose miles. You have to claim the miles manually. Oh and if you want to buy their premium service you can pay $40/yr or something and again the purpose seems lost. Offloaded the app don’t think ill use this again.. sorry

Where’s the benefit?. I’ve been using this app for close to two years I think and I’ll be honest, I’m just now really catching on myself. This app tracks everywhere you go delving into your personal information but the rewards are the exact same as if you went to these websites yourself. All the coupons, promotions, discounts, they are all what the companies are already offering on their website anyway. So what in the world do we need this app for again?? What isn’t it for us?? Why am I spending “miles” for coupons and discounts that are already being offered on the website anyway? And this is for every reward I’ve ever cashed in or even just reviewed. Seems a little shady to me.

scam.. I've had this app for like 3/4 months. i walk to work every day, 35 minutes to and from work. my location keeps being disabled out of nowhere. it doesn't tell me when it disables, it keeps going to "only while on app" but i keep putting it to "always allow". this app is a scam. i should most like be on a few thousand miles right now. i walk all day everyday and it's not giving me anything. i don't go on the app everyday to realize that it doesn't give me the miles that i walk, i go on the app every few weeks and realize the last counted trip was weeks ago. don't get this app!! it's scamming!! waste of time. wish i could rate a 0.

Okay app. This app is okay but definitely don’t rely on the bonus points they mention. I even reached out to support as I didn’t get my birthday bonus and they didn’t do anything but wanted a screenshot of something. Why would I reach out if it wasn’t my birthday and I didn’t have an issue. Needless to say they have the date I entered and should have solved it. No back and forth needed. Customer service was NOT helpful. Also I feel getting to the gift cards is such a large amount, 10,000 for $1. Maybe a restructure of prizes is needed. The ones that cost 0 you either have to buy something from them or sign up for something which I don’t want to do. Letting it ride until I have enough saved up.

Easy App but Low Value. I was transferred to this App from a Stellantis app. I found much less value here than before. I gave it 2 stars only because it doesn’t require any work from me but there are many issues. It doesn’t calculate your trips properly as it has skipped 5 trips a day for the past few days and that affects your levels. I agree with the others that the rewards are pathetic and of no value to me. Every subscription service offers a deal to try them, so what does this app give me I can’t get elsewhere. You can get a $2 gift card but it is a lot of miles to exchange for that. Why not offer a $25 or $50 gift card but make it obtainable. I have been collecting miles for a few years and only at 140,000 so with all the advertising dollars generated from this app, they should be able to provide something of value in return. I have yet to see an offer than had any value to me and I’m pretty easy. I’m a car guy so offer car perks!

Don’t fall for it!!!. Read through the reviews and you’ll see they are only after your information. The rewards are bogus. You can get better rewards without their “service”. You can see that there is either really good reviews (probably paid for) and then there are the honest reviews (real people being honest) that rate this app for what it really is (A SCAM). If you don’t believe it read through their terms of service. They will try to tell you that it’s all standard and that everyone uses a contract like theirs, but if the company was GOOD they wouldn’t have to tell you that it’s not safe and that they can’t protect you from possibly getting viruses. So once again please DON’T FALL FOR IT!!!

Used to be good. This app used to be good earned miles based on what you actually drove. Your level was based on how many miles you drove per month. Then it changed to be based off how ma h throw you made per month to obtain a certain tier level. Now it has gotten even worse. Not only do you have to spend your miles to get to a higher better tier, you now have to go in and Damon the miles thst you do drive and even that is limited to 5 per day. That is unless you spend $60 a year to have them automatically claimed and no limits. Like I said app used to be very useful and helpful, now it’s just become a complete waste of time and energy fro nothing. Do not recommend unless the developers return it to its former glory…..

Rewards. How do I take off the reward if I don’t won’t it, or if I accidentally clicked it. Because I don’t want to pay the monthly 21 dollars, I thought it was all free. I thought you would just fill out a form and then give them your email and I thought you did not have to subscribe to the thing. A little disappointed on this part. Other than how good the app is, so I still give this app 5 stars!! PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION;) thank you guys!!! I’m kinda mad at this point, you guys responded but left a horrible response. You did not answer my questions. Also you just to “go to my email” thing was kind of pathetic. I’ve tried that before and that has never solved my problems. So I’m giving you 3 stars!!!!!!!!

Rewards are awful and pretty useless. The concept is great but the rewards are a joke. This app would be amazing if they offered things that people couldn’t already get like 40%off wine or free trials for a razor or three free months of Pandora , just useless stuff like that. I don’t really consider that rewards. I consider that promotions u can find already if u google them. I’ve had this app for a very long time in hopes they would bring out rewards I could actually use. It doesn’t look like that’s going to happen tho. There is not one reward I’d waste a mile on at this moment . I usually just donate my miles instead of letting them go to waste.

Convenient for commuters, but unreliable results. It’s an easy way to get stuff for something you’re already doing, but the miles have to build for quite a long time before you can really get “free stuff.” The smaller rewards are more attainable but mostly you’re using miles to buy coupons for more expensive items and you’ll actually have to spend money. The app also struggles to track my location, even though I consistently update my phone to “always allow” when it prompts me. I think the app is definitely worth it for anyone who travels more than 500 miles a month, though, or anyone who walks/rides the bus everywhere.

Fine App, Poor Rewards. This app is a good idea at its core, but if the developers plan to keep users on board it’s necessary for them to provide better reward options. Claiming that these rewards “have high value” means nothing when they do not appeal to users. Most of the rewards are coupons for sites I’ve never heard of or offers that will require some form of payment down the line, defeats the purpose of providing my location / miles information for them to sell. If the rewards don’t step up soon, I’ll be deleting the app, no real gain on the user’s end right now. Try bringing the $5 Starbucks gift card back or adding some other tangible deals, that’s how you’ll keep the user base you need to continue operating.

It works but the new update is annoying.. It works well you do get the money but the recent update isn't fair. If you don't know what I'm talking about it's the one where you have to bid to get a gift card. I don't think it's fair especially since most people don't have a lot of miles. The whole point in my downloading it was to be able to get gift cards by using my miles. I can't do that when multiple people bid high miles that are two times the gift card miles amount. I wish the app store allowed to show pictures in reviews its be easier to show you.

Don’t waste your time!!. This app used to be good, then they changed everything and is absolutely horrible now!! It used to record your mileage without having to do anything, and give you points per mile to redeem on gift cards, raffles, etc. Now, you have to “claim” your miles for EVERY TRIP, and they give you 1/3 of the miles they used to. Of course the cost of gift cards and raffles are the same, so basically this app just raised all prices 300%!!!!!! Don’t waste your time, there are other apps that are much better for recording mileage and give actual perks. You should be ashamed of yourselves!! I’m deleting this app, I’d love to see how many customers were lost with this “update”.

Rewards. Although I like this app, the rewards are honestly terrible. Stick with gift cards!!! Every reward you have in this app is basically useless to me, and I’m sure other users could agree. Just think of this. I’m pretty sure this is the ONLY app that rewards you for miles. (correct me if I’m wrong) You have sooo much potential if you made the rewards good. I’m saying I would rate 5 if there were gift cards. All the other apps require you to play their apps, do surveys, or other kind of scams. This app rewards for miles. EVERYONE and ANYONE can make miles and get rewards soooo easily. If I were you, I would take this review into consideration and maybe, just maybe everyone will rate 5.

Won’t Track Trips etc. App won’t track my trips. Was told I don’t need to open app as long as setting is set to always track. I’ve tried leaving it open or closed, done updates, change if it’s for walk or car ride, but will not track. Disappointed because I was excited about it and had planned on sharing with family and friends who travel too. I’d rather the company reach out to help fix issue but if I can’t figure it out soon, I’m deleting. Realizing how many other people have same problem and gave up and deleted. It must be known issue, so it would be good idea for developer to share troubleshooting tips.

Do people really win anything??!!. So I’ve had this app for some time on and off I suppose, but I feel like I’ve NEVER benefited from this app. I’ve spent miles and nothing! Unless your someone on the go all the time.. I don’t see a benefit to this app. I’ve been on top of the limited gifts cared recently, nothing! I’ve gotten on the times it said the reward will show and when I’ve received my text or email! Get on it and nothing??!! Alway said error. Unless it’s on a different time zone i he no idea.. i know they have apps you can sign on to and get a certain discount but some of them aren’t really worth and might as well pay full price. I got a little hope for this app so I’m waiting it out.. we will see

Update to my previous review. My previous review was bad because I was experiencing issue with a gift card I won. It was a little challenging try to get customer service to resolved the issue. I’m not sure why the gift card did not work at the time I was trying to use it. I can say the gift card works fine now. I’m happy I was lucky enough to win a raffle. So far, I have not had any issues with miles. I’m happy.

Eh. Edit 7/27: looks like they are fixing some of the issues, so problems are slowly getting worked out. One of my past trips finally showed up. Hoping to see the app continue to improve. Still haven’t heard from customer support other than here in the reviews. Also, still haven’t received the other 500 miles I was missing from sign-up. Edit 10/01: app has much improved since the launch back in July. Tracks my miles and no more errors/crashing. Rewards are not as good now, which is why my rating isn’t higher. It’s a shame, wish they had kept the $5 gift cards, maybe raise the “price” so they aren’t as easy to redeem? I don’t consider signing up for a subscription a reward.
