L.O.V.E.!!!!!!!!!. Absolutely OBSESSED with this app. The filters are amazing and they are always adding new effects and filters! The copy and paste feature is my favorite and I love editing my videos with the same filters! Only bummer is that it takes up a lot of space if you don’t delete your photos in the app...hoping they can figure out a way to store to iCloud or automatically delete in the app if you save to your camera roll? Other than that, it’s perfect and they listen so much to their fans and make adjustments on the spot based on their user feedback. Go download this app ASAP, you will use it EVERY DAY 🙌🏼

impressed. i’m familiar with a handful of editing apps, but none have quite lived up to the hype as the tezza app. it’s convenient to use & the premium features are available at a low price which is nice for broke college students who enjoy cute pictures. i rly love the vintage vibe from all the video edits & the variety of film templates. i have had a lil issue with the app crashing after trying to save edited videos, so i reached out to the creator & got a response right away. it has only happened when i’ve tried to edit a video with the stop motion, but i’m honestly just so impressed by the kindness & concern i received. the app constantly goes through updates to fix bugs & i have faith the issue will be resolved as quickly as possible :)

Love the app, just needs some debugging. I absolutely love this app and have been subscribed for a while already. Lately some features stopped working altogether, hence the four-star rating. Writing here in hopes of it being fixed. My app is updated, so that shouldn’t be a problem. - when picture is added to “feed” the edit disappears, displaying the original picture. - instagram pictures don’t show up in feed. Tried deleting and downloading the app, didn’t help.

This app changed my life!!!. I’ve been a huge fan of Tezza since before the app came out and I even considered buying her presets once, but alas they were a little too pricey for me. When her & Cole released the app I knew I HAD to get it! I’ve had it since the first release and haven’t used any other app to edit my photos since!!! I edit everything in this app, my photos and videos. And the price for the amount of premium filters and editing tools you get in this thing.... for photos and VIDEOS... DEFINITELY WORTH IT. Seriously, this app changed my life. THANK YOU TEZZA AND COLE!! ❤️❤️❤️

Nearly zero free options. I was advertised this app on Tiktok, looked cool so I tried it out. There was only really a few free "filters" but as for effects or overlays, there were literally zero free options. The options are already very slim even with a subscription. At most I could understand is having an Ad paywall to where you have to watch an Ad to unlock filters, or play Ads inbetween trying different options to still keep the filters and effects free. Or, at least charge a small one-time fee of like $2.99 or something. But $5 a month for nearly no options is an absolutely ridiculous request.

Been great but not recently. I’ve always loved this app even only the few free filters are excellent and I love what it allows you to do editing wise. But recently I’ve been having some issues. Every photo of mine that I try to import it says something like “trouble loading, maybe the file is corrupted” and then it tells me to try again. I’ve tried this with multiple pictures dating back years. There’s no way that every single picture I have the file is now corrupted… Update: I realized it only starts to do this after I try to unlock the Cocoa filter by following them on Instagram. Before that it’s fine

Love the edits but…. The reason I downloaded this app was to utilize the video editing feature. Recently I edited a video in the app with a very minor filter effect and when I uploaded that saved video as a reel on Instagram the video looked spotty and kept glitching out. I thought it was my phone so I restarted it-nope. I thought ok, maybe I’ll try and upload my original video without edits to see if it’s just Instagram acting up-nope, uploaded fine. I tried this multiple times and it glitched out every time. Bummer because I did like the edits on the app!

I absolutely love this app. I think in my entire life i’ve only ever written like one review for an app, but tezza is absolutely amazing. I love photography and everything photography but im terrible as using apps like lightroom because i find it too complicated and my photos never come out just right when editing, so i like to use presets but when i started using tezza my photos have absolutely never looked more amazing. Even with the few filters that are free there’s still more than enough to get the photo just right for you, no watermark or anything, it’s an amazing app.

READ BEFORE SUBSCRIBING. DISAPPOINTED FOR OVER A MONTH!! The only thing this app does WELL is collect their payment. The video exporting feature hasn’t worked for over a month (just sort the reviews by most recent to see how long this has been an issue). The app just crashes and video doesn’t download. I’ve emailed support and CRICKETS, yet they still deduct their payments. They’ve even disabled the ability to leave a review from the app which appears to be intentional. Do not pay to create content that you will not be able to download to your phone. I typically used this app for stop motion videos and IG story templates, but neither is working. I waited in hopes that it’ll be eventually resolved with an update and nothing. Until acknowledged and fixed - don’t waste your time/money. I do not recommend.

love the app but sometimes it crashes:/. Giving 5 stars because i love this app and the edits it has! it is my go to. the only down fall has been if i am downloading, even a 15 second video, sometimes it will crash. currently i am downloading a video and it just simply won’t download. i’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, exited out of the app, and restarted my phone several times. they just update so i’m assuming that could be why? all in all i highly recommend this app for editing. it is very easy to use and they have the cutest and most creative filters and frames. love the app!

Best editing app - video works amazingly. I love the filters, there are so many diff ones for every occasion and I love that you can use them on videos too!!! I personally found the app very intuitive to use with copy and paste, but they made it even more obvious with actual words underneath the tool icons now. I also love the HSL and other adjustment settings - only thing to improve would be to allow lighting curves and better way to save videos in background bc that can take a while for longer videos. Overall, they are constantly improving the app (I remember when the videos saving didn’t have a timeilne showing how much had downloaded!) so def recommend. And of course you have to buy, the free version is more like a little test trial to see if you like how to work it.

Good App- terrible output.. This app is very well featured and has a lot of controls and useful presets that can produce a very fine vintage look. However unfortunately it is also completely useless since the lack of control over output options means it only outputs a three megapixel file with unknown compression. I’m feeding the app 48 Megapixel Tiff files from my iPhone 14 Pro Max. With output that small there’s really no point in using this app- I can’t incorporate it into my workflow so now I have a subscription that sadly needs to be canceled. Another minor annoyance was not being able to use presets until I liked the company on Instagram- which did resolve itself when I purchased the pro bundle. However again for an app that charges a subscription I shouldn’t have to put up with such small output files and I don’t feel comfortable following a company and liking their IG even before I’ve been able to try the features. It’s clear this app is geared towards casual users that want a fast vintage look for Insta photos and not serious photographers. Too bad as it’s clear they actually put some real effort into the effects.

Don’t waste your money. This app has become useless. Whenever I make edits and save them the edits show up bright blue on my camera roll, I have a new iPhone and an updated app so I’m unsure why this continues to happen. I tried to reach out for a fix (which was difficult as there’s no support email that I could easily find), and after DMing them on Instagram all I got in response was a “we’ll forward this info to our team”. Since I’m a paying customer I feel like I should have been offered a refund as this bug has made my app completely unusable for months. I keep redownloading it to retry after awhile only to find nothing has been fixed, which is a huge bummer because I used to love this app... deleting for good and pretty upset I wasted my money for so long and wasn’t offered any real support or a money back.

Simple Glitch Fix?. Hello! I do hair. I love using the Cocoa filter for my Instagram photos to make all my pictures look uniform without changing the colors too much. However I have come across an issue that makes me unable to use the app. I import a picture to edit, and then when I choose a filter the photo becomes pixelated and decreases the quality incredibly. For someone who does hair, it granulates the photos of hair and turns it into pixels and I can’t post that to my profile. Please fix this, because I love the filters!

I LOVE Tezza App…but I’m starting to feel ripped off.. I have had a subscription to Tezza since the app was launched, and upgraded to the video subscription when that option launched as well. I have loved using the app and was also so excited to get pre-access to the Studio version of the app. I tried Studio and loved it, but when I tried to use it today, I got a notification that it would be +$4 to access it. As someone who already pays for video, I feel like this “upgrade” should be included in that price. Again, I love this app and will continue to use and subscribe, but I’m frustrated that a feature that includes most of the same features as the video subscription is an extra $4. I’m also frustrated that this was not disclosed to those of us who were in the test group!

Absolute favorite editing app, just a few bugs please help. Obsessed with this app. I wanted to let Tezza know that there’s issues with the video studio. My app keeps shutting down when I crop a video. It also shuts down when I try to save a video. I hope this gets fixed! Pay extra for video shop and I can’t use it because it always shuts down. I tried restarting app and starting new projects and it still shuts down.

Not working. Normally, Tezza works perfectly but for the past week I have tried multiple times to go into the app and use it since I paid to unlock certain filters but I am prohibited from using any filters at all. When I go into the app, there is a just a picture of a model with the words “the art of life” and it does not go away. It has no option to click out of it and it is super annoying since I use this app for almost all of my pictures. Please fix this or if it’s just a glitch in my phone, I would like some feedback as to why this is happening and how to fix it.

I’d enjoy the app more if it worked. Since February I have only been able to use 3 or 4 filters. I usually have to do it manually (which I can do it in many different apps) I wanted to support a Utah local because that’s what we do. I have enjoyed the filters in the past and always use the app for my editing. Since February I haven’t had time to talk to a machine via email.. finally had the time and literally no help! I think you guys need a better team of people to take care of your customers so that our issues are taken care of. After all if I don’t pay I don’t play! But I’m paying and having no one help with an issue is frustrating. Hoping to have my issue resolved sooner than later!

subscription not working :(. I love this app so much. I paid for a yearly subscription back in April and have been using this app all the time since then. for some reason today it’s telling me I don’t have the subscription but when i try to purchase it says I already have it until April 2021. please fix this :(( **UPDATE** they’re working hard to fix the bug issue and i don’t want them to lose a star as a result 😹 the app the 10/10 when working properly. Thank you Cole & Tezza for communicating to get the issue fixed.

Love the app but it never works:(. I’m obsessed with Tezza and I pay for the app. I just hate that it almost never works. It I try to open a photo to edit, it freezes and shuts down at least three times before it decides to work. It also shuts down randomly while I’m using it. I don’t remember NOT having this problem. I always hope the updates will fix the problem but they never do :( praying it gets fixed one day because aside from these “bugs” or whatever causes this to happen, it’s an amazing app!!

The BEST editing App I’ve ever used. The Tezza team sure knows what they are doing.... this is the 👏best👏editing👏app👏 I’ve ever used. Period. I only wish I came across it sooner!!!! I just launched my blog and am so beyond satisfi— THRILLED with the functionality of the App, the presets, and the capability of the App to produce stunning content. Cute presets, glitchy app. Been using this app for a few weeks, the presets are cute. But the video editing has never worked for me- I can edit the videos just fine but not a single one will save. Really frustrating because that’s primarily why I downloaded it! So now I have a bunch of videos loaded onto the app (which obviously I pay for) and I can’t even get the finished product into my camera roll for use. I always get an error message.

Help me please. I need help getting this to work. This app is awesome. I love it. I want to be able to use it but my subscription isn’t working properly. It says I need to subscribe to use the things I want to use, but I am subscribed for it all. I have cancelled my subscription and re-subscribed. That didn’t work. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. That didn’t work. I have gone online to try and reach out for support and there’s nothing. I don’t know what else to do to get it to work. HEELLPPP 🙏🏼

Great start... could be even better!. I love this app and love the addition of the video editing :) Just a few suggestions with the new feature is that it would nice to have an estimated time range for how long the video takes to download because some can greater than 10 minutes for longer clips and the screen can’t “sleep” or else progress will be lost. It would just be nice to know to gage how long it would take and plan for editing video clips. It also would be helpful to have the download time for longer clips be sped up, however am not sure that is controllable through the app. I love the filters and the whole app overall a lot and usually don’t post these but thought they would be good improvements! Thanks:)

Suggestions. Love this app, just wanted to give a couple suggestions that would make it that much better! The first one is to be able to change the date on the disposable filter so we can put the date the picture was taken. Second suggestion is to be able to place the subtitles anywhere on the picture instead of just the middle section. That second one’s not too big of a deal but it’d be great to be able to change the date on the disposable filter (:

Love it, but...!. I absolutely love this app & it’s my go-to for editing all my pictures & videos, but I think some additions would make it even more user friendly & helpful! I think an “undo” button would be essential! Also, it’d be nice to have a way to store and save different versions of all the filters you’ve curated. Sometimes you like certain filters with varied levels of brightness, contrast, etc. and want to be able to name/save them and have it in a queue that you can quickly access rather than sorting through your previously edited photos to see which version of the filter you want to apply to the new photo.

Great, easy editing, but glitches so bad. I love the editing process. The copy/paste feature is wonderful. There are so many filter options, even the free version gives lots of options for editing. My only complaint is that when I’m editing pics, the app will often crash and the pic will go black or get all glitchy. Even closing out the app doesn’t fix it. You basically just have to wait it out. This is so annoying because it’s an otherwise awesome editing tool.

Great app, crashes a lot. Love the app and filters, I pay for the extra filters as they’re beautiful. The crashing (opening, getting stuck on selecting album and then closing out) has been happening since I got the app but it’s worse now. I rarely leave reviews for apps but this one was just annoying because I couldn’t edit photos in time for something I needed in a timely matter because of it constantly crashing. Would rate it a 5 other than that! :)

Great app, needs some bug fixes. iOS 16.6.1 Beautiful app, easy to use. However, I’ve noticed recently that the adjustments I make in the iPhone photos app do not transfer to the Tezza app. I’ve had to save the pre-edited ones separately in my photoshop app in order to create a new photo to use in Tezza for it to pick up those edits. I like to adjust the highlights and shadows in the Photos app itself before I go in and edit in Tezza, and would love if a new update made it possible to transfer those edits to your app.

Glitches in saving. Overall, I LOVE this app. It provides so many options all within one app! Gone are the days of having an app for every little detail. My only issue is that I currently cannot save videos since the most recent update. I’ve had this issue in the past, deleting and redownloading fixed it, but I really don’t want to lose all of my images. I also don’t like the feature to create stories. I find it difficult to use and I always accidentally delete my template without meaning to.

Great editing, but a few bugs.. I’ve been loving this app and recently had purchased the membership, letting me unlock a lot of filters, frames, etc. But when I tried to use the frame “softy”, though, it had not showed up once I finished editing it, and downloaded the image. It was one of the reasons that I’ve purchased the membership, so I’m a little upset about it. I know that Tezza is getting onto a lot of bugs, so hopefully if there are any Tezza workers reading this, you could get onto this one too! Besides that, it’s a great app with amazing filters, and other features. I’d give it 5 starts, but I’m doing 4 just because there has been a bug in my usage of the app. Otherwise, I recommend downloading this app, and even purchasing the membership! :)

Bugs. Still giving this app 5 stars because it’s still amazing, and I know that Tezza cares about the subscribers and everyone who uses it! I just wanted to flag that there are several bugs throughout the app: - 9th template under film black: when you do the 4x5 setting and download the image, it doesn’t download as it is shown. - 9th template under film white: the Polaroid behind the first Polaroid just remains blank. - 3rd template under sketch: the line for picture behind the first picture sits above the front picture. I think it’s supposed to look like one picture is behind the other picture. - 4th template under sketch: under the 4x5 setting, it’s forms a square but maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to be given the dimension change. Same with the last template under sketch. (Just flagging in case it’s not supposed to be like!) - in the regular photo editing area: after I edit a photo, it doesn’t always show the edits in the library. - sometimes the app crashes, but could be that I have too many pictures/videos in the library that I’ve edited. - not letting me connect to instagram. Tells me there’s an error. (I was connected before and none of my pictures were showing, so I logged out to log back in. But, this time there’s a problem logging in. I entered my password correctly.)

Love the Features. Love love love the features of the app and how easy to use it is, but mine crashes literally between every single photo I edit/ project I create with the template. Literally every single time. It makes it so much more time consuming to get my content created (bc I use this mainly for business use) when it kicks me out halfway through a project and I have to re-open and restart every time. But the features itself, If it would stop crashing, are awesome and relevant!

Bittersweet - REIMBURSE US!!!. I love this app - but it’s a little frustrating that it’s never fully working…I pay $3.99 a month and kind of expect everything to work with no bugs whenever I use it but no, it’s either the app doesn’t fully load or I can’t save my edited photos/videos to my phone. What does Tezza team do when this happens to your customers? Do we receive a credit or refund because I’m trying to save pictures to my phone tonight and nothing is getting saved to my camera roll. I can’t even edit new pictures in the app. I double click on the picture and the edit screen is blank/blacked out. I hope this gets fixed soon or I will no longer be a paying customer.

Disappointed. I downloaded this app with so much excitement and hope! I loved all that it looked like it was able to do for video editing in terms of imagery and filters and such. But everytime I go to add a filter or add any image adjusting it automatically created this awful washed out look. It doesn’t matter what clip I use…I paid for the YEAR! And even emailed their support and have heard NOTHING. I needed to use this for my job but will be canceling my subscription and asking for any money they charged back unless they get back to me and give me some support. So far my experience has been pretty rough.

Slow motion feature. I absolutely love this app! BUT the only thing that is SUPER frustrating is the slow motion feature that I TRY to use for my videos. Every time I try to use the feature it’ll freeze and then the app closes me out of it. I have to go back in and start editing all over again from scratch. The app is great when it actually works, but when it isn’t working it’s super annoying especially since I upgraded to use that feature specifically, I would like for it to work when I use it because I’m paying for it!

quality has gone down. I used to love this app and happily paid the monthly fee for it, the glow filter was my favorite. but recently all the filters have done is wash out colors and make any direct light in videos look completely over-exposed. the exact same videos that looked soft and glowy with the glow filter, now just look harsh and washed out when I try to use the same filter, even on the lowest setting. I’ve tried to turn down brightness and exposure, messed with every setting I can think of on my phone, and even tried on my husband’s phone since it’s a different brand, but nothing helps. I’m thinking of canceling my subscription and going without.

Studio needs tons of improvements. I really love the filters on this app. However, the studio feature has been quite buggy. I encounter issues like the app closing on its own, slow video editing, and difficulties uploading, selecting, cutting, and moving without problems. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app, the issues persist. These challenges are specific to the studio aspect of the app. It’s disheartening to notice consistent feedback on this matter in the reviews without a response from the Tezza team. I’d like to suggest considering including the studio feature in the regular subscription until its usability significantly improves, rather than as an extra charge.

Good but crashes often and easily. I’ve been paying the premium of Tezza for over a year. Whenever I use the templates, the app crashes. It takes a few times of closing and reopening the app before I can complete and successfully export a completed template. The app also crashes if you ever try to import more than 10 photos or so at a time. So things do work, but only after a lot of closing and reopening the app. The instagram feed feature glitches often—as in doesn’t load any photos. It’s just been a white screen for a while now.

Issues with the video quality. Love this app and have always used it to edit both my pictures and videos but as of lately I cannot use any of the edited videos because the quality is just terrible. I try to paste the same filter on to both pics and vids and the videos just don’t come out the same as it used to. Please help! I am paying for this subscription and it’s a bummer that it’s not working how it used to. Yes I’ve already deleted the app and reinstalling it but nothing happens.

Glitchy and Unintuitive. I do like their edits, especially for photos shot on a higher end digital camera (honestly don’t like it for iPhone photos - these edits are best on high quality images), but the app is super glitchy. It constantly crashes when I’m in the middle of editing. I’ve edited photos I uploaded to the app and then a few days later wanted to re-edit, but at export it wouldn’t process because it said the source photo was gone. My only workaround was to reupload the original pictures, edit, and export immediately - this is very frustrating. I’ve been now recently trying out their Studio feature and it’s honestly not very intuitive to use and continues to be glitchy, having to constantly restart the app. I’d at least recommend Tezza page create lots of available tutorials on how to use their studio editing tools, but there’s very little useful content out there, and the app does nothing to explain the how to’s. Lastly I wish there was more customization built in to the Vibes special effects.

fleeceware. it’s fleeceware. it won’t outright steal your data, but it’s shady and will trick you out of money. lures you in with a free trial, has hidden costs, hard to unsubscribe, might even charge you after you remove it. the good reviews are not genuine. the good reviews either bought (ie, fake) or old. free trial period that comes with hidden costs. They may charge users multiple times or charge a higher amount at checkout. On top of that, once the users are subscribed, it's very tough to unsubscribe from their services, and hence they continue billing even after being uninstalled. Also, they claim that the app has been recommended by Apple, however, it's not. How to identify these fleecewear? The first tell-tale sign is they are mostly entertainment apps such as virtual musical tools or utilities like flashlights and calculator or fortune-telling apps, photo or video filters or editors, volume boosters, quiz-based games, or wallpapers. Secondly, there is a flood of paid 5-star reviews posted with bogus reviewer names.

Not working. I love using the Tezza app it’s perfect for exactly what I’ve been looking for in my photos. I usually use it about every other day but right at this moment it’s no longer allowing me to access the other filters as it would normally allow me. I hope this is just a small issue that’s occurring but my next payment is coming up for this app and if it’s not fixed before the 26th I’ll have to cancel which is really sad :( I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app and still no luck please someone help me with this!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. So I bought the filters and I was using them and they are amazing! But now I’m not able to use them because they say I need to “subscribe” again... So I checked in my subscriptions and it say that I’m good until June 18th!!!! So I bought this for no reason! It’s ridiculous. So I’m giving it 1 star, I paid for it and now I can’t use it. Horrible app Update: they told me I have to the software update... I did so. I have the latest update. But yet when I want to restore my subscription it says “An Issue occurred while attempting to process your subscription. Please try again.” I deleted the app and downloaded it again. SAME PROBLEM! These people are either scammers or they really need to fix this problem. But PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR TEMPORARY FILTERS.

Love it.. but super Glitchy. I love the Tezza app. You can use it for stories, editing and to plan your feed… however you cannot trust the app. 9/10 when I download a story it doesn’t save properly and then I have to recreate the whole story again. There’s no opportunity to look back at old stories to save it again.. I have to remake it entirely. It’s happened twice now that I plan out my feed weeks in advance and then it glitches and makes my photos show up as whits boxes. I wish I could attach photos. It’s super irritating and I think I have to switch to something more dependable like UNUM which is a total shame because I love this app 😭

Great presets... app just needs some updates. First of all — the presets are amazing!! I will gladly pay $2 a month for the rest of my life to use them. The only things that I very much appreciate, and would love to see updated are: 1. The sliders to adjust the intensity of the edits are barely even touch sensitive and takes up to 20 seconds to even move them a tiny bit, I can never seem to get it to the exact desired number. 2. The exposure edit seems to lower the contrast a lot — not a big problem, but could be fixable to avoid having to go back and add more contrast every time I brighten up a photo. 3. Would love to have a library within the app so that I can go back and edit previous photos, as well as copy and paste edits to multiple batches of photos so that I don’t need to edit each of them one by one, which as a photographer could take hours (especially with the glitchy/slow moving speed of all the sliders.) Other than those minor tweaks, I completely love using the app and always will!(:

Not worth the money anymore. Honestly — have had this subscription for a lonnnng time. Finally ended my subscription bc I used very minimal edits that were actually free once I cancelled. I kept using it, then today I’m no longer allowed to use the once free edits bc the app is now requiring a subscription to use EVERY edit. Don’t waste your money because they offer very mediocre edits. Sick of everything costing money every month, so I’ll stick to the free software versions elsewhere. Sad, I loved Tezza for a long long time.

Problem Exporting Videos. I LOVE this app! It’s one of my go to’s if I need just a quick edit. I pay for the subscription, I love the new constant updates/ new content. However, I haven’t been able to export a video in at least 2 weeks. It gets up to like 93% done then it either crashes or it just freezes there. I’m not sure if it is just me this is happening to — but it is incredibly inconvenient seeing as this is my go to for video editing. Aside from this issue the app is great and I definitely would encourage everyone to get it.

App issues. So I was absolutely loving the filters, and i decided to pay for a monthly subscription for the photos and videos. I am totally up to date on my payments but all of a sudden the app keeps asking me to subscribe and will not let me use any filters on my videos. I just paid another payment of 3.99 last week, and I can’t access the filters I paid for. It’s honestly frustrating because I got charged for something I can’t even use. I’ve deleted the app, I’ve tried to resubscribe, and nothing it working or fixing the issue. I absolutely love the filters so that’s why it’s so bothersome to me. Maybe someone can help!

SO MANY BUGS U CANT EVEN USE THIS APP. I literally cant save pics i have edited for days cause of constant crashing- i have reached out to their team several times- and they simply don’t respond. I honestly am very frustrated… the app is amazing and i love the filters- but the crashing ruins it. it would honestly be a simple fix if they got together and had a sit down meeting and invested more money into how much the app can handle… but clearly they don’t care. They do not even respond to their support lines which to me says that they don’t really care ab their customers- just the customers money. very unhappy and i would give 0 stars if i could. for 6$ a month that intense of a bug is EMBARRASSING.

Editing videos not working. I just went into the app to edit my videos with presets and it won’t allow me to edit, copy or save the video. Only option is has is to delete the video. I have never had any issues with editing videos before. I also have the latest version of the app

Nice filters but the app is so buggy and has performance issues. I’m happy to pay for the additional presets in the app but every few app updates there is always a bug where you can’t use the app for days at a time until it’s fixed. I’d love if it were more reliable.

Great app but glitchy. I really love the range of filters. It’s user friendly and produces great pics. However, I’ve had an ongoing issue with loading pics in from my camera roll and then not being able to edit them in Tezza or if I’ve done the edits I can’t save them so I have to import the original photo again and start over. I emailed support but their answer was to just import the photo and start again, which isn’t helpful. Given you need to pay for the app I would expect they would fix if but it’s been going on now for weeks. Think the developer needs to do a bit of a bug clean up.

Every time I save a video, it glitches. Great features but an absolute waste of money and my time making 7 videos that glitch every time I download. Tezza should be paying me for my wasted time.

Videos don’t load. Every time I try to add videos to my collages it takes sooo long to load and the app end up closing everything. Another pain point is that I can not see my past designs/creations, there’s no history.

Edited images not exporting. My uploaded and edited images are not exporting. The only way it appears to fix is by deleting the app & re-installing it, BUT by deleting the app it deletes all of my images and my subscription and I have to start from scratch. This has been a repeated issues lately. Disappointing as I’ve been a big fan of Tezza up until now.

Great for really quick, and mostly fantastic looking edits. Great filters that generally look great on most images. Shadow recovery does degrade image quality a little too much for my liking but it’s manageable. One feature that really needs to be implemented is importing from the recents folder in the gallery. And video export is a little slow.

Don’t bother. I tapped to try the free trial and it told me that it would be $5 per month afterwards and then proceeded to charge me $48, I cancelled the subscription right away and it expires after the one week trial!!!

Really buggy. App often crashes for example when trying to load new media. Especially if I press the “add” button two times. Some filters lower the picture quality such as “Cocoa.” Video exporting very slow. Just generally lots of bugs. Don’t bother with paying for the subscription, really not worth it with all the current bugs.

saving videos. I have been trying to save this one video that is only 1 minute long and every time I go to save it, the app just shuts down. It’s been happening for days now. I’ve tried deleting the app and installing it which then made me loose all of my preset settings that were saved, I have even tried rebooting my phone and nothing seems to work.

Not the plan I picked. While the app is good but I’m getting really sick of is apps picking a different more expensive plan to the one I actually selected myself at signed up. Luckily I check - I selected $5.99 plan but when I went into my subscription it showed the $8.99 plan selected for video - I don’t edit videos so I wouldn’t have picked that plan. Won’t open. Please fix! I use this app to edit photos for my business but when I open the app on my iPad, it’s just a blank screen and I can’t use it. I tried restarting my iPad and everything but nothing works

Warning DO NOT ADD THIS APP. I added this app less than 20 minutes ago NOT KNOWING THAT THERE WAS A TRIAL FOR 7 days with many charges after that for different parts of the app. They make it extremely complicated especially if you want to opt out! I was given a email for any questions .. if you go there to cancel you are then redirected to another site where they ask you for another $2 for a trial.. $10 after that in order to get you off of the original app which is the actual issue!! So why am I not getting help directly from the app creator of Tezza!!!?? Tezza! Please help me delete my newly added app from the past 20 Minutes! I DO NOT WANT ANY PART OF YOUR APP!! There’s no free trial. The app claims you’ll have a 7 day trial, but then charged me the full weekly price at 3am. I disputed and don’t even know if I’ll get a refund. That sort of practice is untrustworthy and I probably wouldn’t revisit using the app in the future in any capacity.

The filters are awesome. The filters are really good, super easy to use and has a lot to offer for the paid subscription BUT out of all the apps I have on my phone, this is the only one I have problems with. It sees like they are aware of these problems tho and do seem to try and fix them as they occur!

Won’t let me edit my photos. It seems like when I add a new photo to Tezza, the edit button is now disabled. No contact/help button in the app either.

Don’t download.. This app would be great if they weren’t just looking for money. U can’t really do much without subscribing, you can’t even view your full photo with the filters to see if subscribing would be worth it. Don’t bother downloading.

How the app is going. This app has so nice fliter so but all the nice ones are for money that what’s disappoint me

A lot of glitches. This app normally has a lot of glitches. 9.5/10 times I can’t edit my photos when I want, after uploading my image (like today) I have to wait a few hours, sometimes days until the edit feature works. I’m only writing this review now, because after paying for this app monthly for a year or so, I think it’s a little ridiculous. Also annoyed at myself that I am now reliant on this app & the 1 filter I use for the sake of my feed aesthetic. Pro tip for anyone, just take some time to learn Adobe Light Room.

Do NOT download this app. Tezza advertises a free 7 day trial which is not free at all!! They will charge you immediately after and do absolutely nothing to give you your money back, they will just keep taking more from you. Read the other reviews here and you will see. I had to go through Apple to get a refund and if they charge me more we will have a serious problem. Huge SCAM.. stay far away.

Really Don’t Love This New Update. I have used this app for over a year and absolutely love it! I even have a subscription, HOWEVER, this new update is driving me crazy!! 1. All my presets / previously edited photos have been ruined 2. Whenever I upload a photo to the app, the quality is severely compromised, making it unnecessarily difficult to edit 3. The dust filters before we’re one of my favourite things about this app. The “scratches” & “colour fading” in addition to the dust made the pictures look authentically vintage. Now i find the dust filters remind me of cheap Instagram or snapchat story presets. I really hope these issues are fixed, as I really did love this app before the update, and I don’t see myself renewing my subscription if not.

Photos don’t upload to edit. I have tried choosing many different photos and almost all of them don’t upload. It says “try re-importing them”. I tried this and it still doesn’t work. What’s the point in using a photo editing app if you can’t upload photos to edit? Annoyed about this because it seems like they have good edits. Will be deleting. Fix your app!

Videos don’t download clear, and you can’t download a video to your iPhone half the time. If you’re thinking about paying for this app, wait until they fix all the bugs. I got it for work and do makeup videos that I speed up real time. When I edit on this app it won’t download the video to my iPhone 11 half the time. When I can finally get it to save to my camera roll the quality it TERRIBLE. Super blurry video quality. Really disappointed. I talked to tezza through Instagram and they said that it will be fixed in an upcoming app update but didn’t specify when... will be looking for other apps that can deliver on this and will be cancelling my subscription until they fix this as it’s pointless to have this app if it can’t be used what i need it for.

Disappointed. I recently downloaded the app and signed up for the monthly user subscription. After uploading a few pictures to practice the editing tools, I went to try and make a photo template only to find that my photos won’t load onto the template. Once I went track to try and upload more photos to edit, I found that they wouldn’t properly upload either. I emailed and understand it might be a bug but I’ve tried deleting and reloading the app several times and it only seems to be getting worse.

Glitchy. I’ve been using Tezza and paying for a subscription for a couple years now and it’s always been amazing. However, recent updates have been absolutely awful. I had to delete and redownload the app and lose all my edits because every time I clicked into a picture, it changed it to a different picture in my gallery. I cannot get my login to Instagram. The cropping has changed and isn’t flexible, and it leaves black borders around the photo. The glitches are endless and it’s ruined my experience.

New version. I love this app and my filters that I created for my content, but since the new version came out, I haven’t been able to open the app. It’s literally been days since I have been able to edit my photos and videos. For an app that you pay for, I am very disappointed. I tried reaching out via Instagram (only way i can seem to contact) and was told they were working on it, but it’s been 3 days since they told me that and nothing has been resolved. If this keeps up, I will be finding another app to edit videos and photos in.

Has been crashing for over 3 days with update. I’ve been trying to use my app for the last 3-4 days and it won’t open without crashing. I updated the app and still crashes every time. Disappointing because it’s not the cheapest and when you use this as your primary app to edit content as a creator it can really feel like a much bigger deal and time consumer. my review✨. I totally recommend this app. It’s has very pretty filters and editing features you can use. I’ve been using tezza for about a year. I hooked a lot of my friends to tezza. My favorite filter on tezza is vintage. The vintage filter makes me look tan. I recommend this editing app to everyone that needs good filters for their pictures to make them feel good about there self .

No Peeking. 9/10 features are paid features and when you try to get a look at them without activating the trial the “like what you see” sign up pop up covers most of the image so you can’t really tell if you like the effect to commit to the premium subscription. I liked this app before despite the bugs but now it’s difficult to know if it’s worth paying for.

Great App But Has Been Crashing When Launching- Even 2 Days After Update?. I can’t find anywhere to post this or find any kind of “app support” on the Tezza website, but I haven’t been able to open my app for about a week because it crashes every time I open it. Subscription issues. I use this app to edit all of my photos and videos- I love it. But the subscription issues are so frustrating, especially when I have to edit something within a timeframe. The app won’t process my already paid for monthly subscription and when I try to restore, it shows an error and won’t load. This is the 3rd time this has happened and I have to wait until my subscription restores the following month before I can use it again.

Love it, but…. I love the app. Definitely go w the subscription. But I don’t love the fact that not everything I upload to the app will show up when I open the app. I just have blank spaces where photos should be. My saved flows also struggle to load sometimes and it doesn’t seem to matter if I’m connected to WiFi or not. When it works, it’s great!

Ok I’ve always wanted to be a photographer and it’s hard to find a good picture editor app. I decided to try this one bc I saw it on TikTok it was an add and I was like this looks like a good one. Nope you have to pay for it and I can’t I would if I could but sadly I’m only 16 and can’t get a credit card and my dad won’t pay for it. Really efficient and easy editing app to use. I honestly didn’t expect to love this app like I love using Lightroom. But the presets and collage outlines are amazing and super cute and go well with all of my photos. Even though I don’t have the upgrade and I only use the free available preset options I still love the end results of each edit! Definitely recommend this app to any one who likes to edit photos!

Worked great…but now it won’t save any of my edited photos. I absolutely love the filters on this app!! My edited photos, however, are not saving. It will say “Save error the operation could not be completed”. Very disappointed in this and the amount of time it (did) take for my videos to save. I pay for premium and I would like to know how to fix this.

Great filter ... glitchy overall. I love the filters! But it’s still very glitchy for example the toggle to move around intensity of filters and edits does not move smoothly it feels stuck. Also kind hate that you can’t zoom in ya pic while on the app. I know it’s still pretty new and love it overall but hopefully they can smooth out the kinks especially for a monthly subscription app (only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars)

Got potential. Love the effects and tools but it’s very slow loading and I often cancel a task instead of waiting. It has crashed on me a couple of times while working on a photo - thus losing my work. My main issue is definitely how incredibly slow the loading of effects and templates is. If that was fixed it would probably be one of my favourite photo apps.

I utilize the app and didn’t have an issue until recently where it crashes everytime I use it and won’t let me save anything when I’m finally able to get something edited. My app is up to date on its update. I just need it fixed because I utilize it for my business.

A small business life saver!. Here at The Lady Bag we use the Tezza app daily! Years ago Tessa was our first photographer for our website and so the Tezza app is like having a personal Tessa touch! We appreciate the updates and templates constantly being added. We love that her filters are natural and can be adjusted to make them your own. Thank you for such an amazing app!

Free features taken away more over time. Unfortunately, I have to give this a one star review. I’ve probably paid over $60 to Tezza for subscriptions. Now, I use the free version and I’ve noticed that more and more features such as their standard filters (which used to be free) are now part of their subscription feature. The app is virtually unusable unless you want to shell out for their subscription every month. Interesting how the free features have been taken away just as their subscription has gone on “sale”…. hmm… Yeah it’s very sneaky and I don’t appreciate it.

The best real photo editing app!. Professional photographer here! This is the first and only app that has allowed me to fine tune my images on my phone the way I want! Always super happy with the result. This app is so well thought out and built- always adding more new features. Highly recommend!!!

Keeps crashing😭. I love this app for photo editing but it literally will not stop crashing when I try to save the videos I’ve edited. Super frustrating because I work in social media and can’t get my clients their edited videos because the app won’t stop crashing—even after restarting my phone and updating the app! Love the edits but realllllllly need to see some updates made to support video editors (who are paying for a feature that won’t work lol)

Not working. I downloaded Tezza to edit my baking business photos and LOVE the filter options. But for a week now I haven’t been able to use it. I’m paying for the app, but all filters are locked and keeps asking me to subscribe. I’ve tried over and over to resubscribe and an error message pops up. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it too. Restarted my phone, etc. Hopefully it’s just a bug and will be fixed soon because I really want to keep using it.

miss the old app. i had tezza for a few years and just redownloaded it a few days ago. like most editing apps these days NOTHING is free. tezza is probably the worst when it comes to having to pay for an app. there really isn’t a single thing that isn’t free which is really unfortunate. i love the filters, effects and everything but would love them even more if they all weren’t locked up behind a paywall. i just want to edit for fun and to make nice videos. i’m not paying six dollars a month though:/

More Upkeep, Less Newness Needed. The APP as a creative tool is great. However, having been a client for several years, I feel like it’s focusing increasingly on having new features/ new editing templates, etc, and not as much in keeping the app running at 100%. The bugs are just happening all the time these days, which slows down the work. Not the best experience in that sense. I feel like better maintenance of what is versus just creating more filters would provide a better customer experience.

Favorite App but takes up phone space!. Love this app like crazy, but it’s so large and takes up more space than necessary for an app like this. They need to talk to developers and see how they can lighten the load. It’s so heavy so that I often have to delete it, to make room for taking photos. Yes, my phone is out of space, but when looking at all the apps taking up the most space, this one is the heaviest for some reason.

Family Share Subscription. I’m giving a 5 star because the app is great. However, my spouse and I are on Apple’s family share and we can’t figure out how to share our purchase of the app. As much as I love the app should be shareable within the same household. Please do whatever update is needed so we can share within the family.

Subscription issue. I love love Tezza , however i started having some problem with a message about my subscription !! It’s already paid and I was using it perfectly fine. I did the iPhone update , I delete the app, reinstalled again and nothing seems to work . Please I need help , I use this app everyday !!! Thank you

I love this app!!!. Overall this app has been SO FUN to play with and I adore all the editing options. I’ve began to edit some videos which is so cool, but I’m having trouble saving them. Is there a time limit as to how long a video can be? My video will save up to 65% and then stop. Otherwise it’s definitely worth it.

App Subscription Not Working. Hi there! There may be some sort of bug issues but I’ve been using Tezza for months and for some reason I cannot use any of the filters. I tried playing around with the subscription management on my phone but still not solution. I tried downloading a couple times as well.

Frustrating. I pay for the monthly “video and photo” subscription. Every time I try to save a video in QHD or 4K resolution the app crashes. I only use this app for their video editing features like Vintage and Stop Motion, which work great, but there’s no point if I can’t save them into my devices. I tried editing videos with a lower resolution (1080) and it worked. But as a content creator, who wants to provide anything less than QHD. Also, their support is not very helpful. Frankly, the app has beacons useless lately - which is a bummer :(

It won’t show. The app overall is amazing but for some reason whenever I’m trying to edit my photos and I click on them, they won’t show, it’s just black with the edit bar. They’re there on the home page but when I try to edit them it’s just black and the pictures not there for me to edit. If you could fix It that would be amazing.

Why so many bugs :(. I’ve been using this app for years. Love the filters and the edits. However, a couple of things that really kill the vibe: 1) it takes 20+ seconds to delete even ONE photo. Lightroom and VSCO don’t have this problem. It’s a huge friction point to keeping my library neat and up to date 2) it’s buggy. Currently crashing when I try to save any photos or videos. 3) as many others have mentioned, can we get an undo button?

Keeps crashing. I want to give this app 5 stars because I love the filters, but the main reason I subscribe to this app and pay for the membership is to have the stop motion feature for the videos. Every time I upload a video and put this feature on my videos and go to save them, the app totally crashes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and have more than enough space for the app and videos but it still crashes 😭 This makes paying for the subscription kinda pointless

I like the photo editor however the video editor. I just started paying for this I’m a small creator. The video editor has some glitches for example when I save it, the images and videos are SO tiny and then I had to actually screen record rather than saving and uploading straight from the app. Everything except that is perfect. I love the dreamy aesthetics and different mood and edits for that vintage photography feel.

Stopped working. Today I updated the app and purchased a yearly membership but suddenly pictures turned black. I cannot make any edit and even cannot see any picture. It is frustrating. Hope you can solve this issue as soon as possible.

needs some work. i looooooooved this app, used it for business and personal. since last month it started to glitch, i can’t save videos without the whole app crashing. i’ve done all the necessary checks, app updated & phone updated. after checking reviews i also see that it’s not just me. PLEASE WORK ON THIS, because i won’t keep paying for this app if i can’t get anything out of it.

Great app however..... Love this app so much! As a professional photographer I need an app that helps me create content for my social media platforms easily and quickly. However since the recent update every time I edit a video with the stop motion feature the app crashes and won’t let me save the video. If I remove the stop motion feature it lets me download. I’ve been unable to get any answers to why this is happening and I’m so sad about it. Hellppp!!

Do yourself a favor and download 😭💕. I never write reviews but with how often I use this app I just had too. I love photography and am in charge of running the Instagram of a fashion boutique I use this app to edit my pics and everyone loves the look of our page! Thank you so much for making it 100x easier to find the perfect presets for that fresh vintage look!❤️❤️❤️

The best app ever!!!. I cannot tell you how many times i’ve said to myself that I wish you could copy edits and here it is this app is better than Lightroom better than vsco edits and better that any of the other ones so if your looking for a photo app look no longer because this is the ultimate photo app!

Best editing app!. This app is amazing! I think the monthly subscription is a bit pricey for the app. There are also some bugs, the app likes to close out randomly. I can’t seem to finish my work because it freezes and shuts down, I then have to clear out the app and refresh which is frustrating. I think if the bugs were fixed it would be 100% worth the money.

Love this app!. I love the Tezza app and use it to edit most of my photos and videos! All of the presets are so good and make my photos look amazing! Unfortunately though my app stopped working and won’t let me access any of the filters even though I have the paid subscription. I tried resubscribing, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, etc. really hoping to get this working because I love the tezza app!

Love this App, but need help with a bug fix!. I use Tezza EVERYDAY and pay for the subscription! I used it yesterday and it was perfectly fine, but woke up today and it is only letting me use the free filters. I keep trying to restore my subscription and it won’t work. Please lmk what I can do as I use the app 24/7! Y’all stated that the bug is fixed — but I still don’t have access? Am I wasting my $$$ or will this be fixed... at this point I already feel cheated out of money as I use the app every single day and have now been unable to.

:-( were charged. I had to delete this app from my phone and unsubscribe ! Less than a year I had a subscription, I’ve truly enjoyed it!! but one day I found out all filters were blocked and I’m not able to use non of them and app asking me to “subscribe”... even though my subscription was still active! I’ve tried to press “restore the purchase”, tried to update the app, nothing worked ! Filters were blocked and the most frustrating thing- they were still keep charging me the monthly fee for my existing subscription!!

Problem with app. Ok, so I absolutely love this app so I decided to pay the 3.99 for photo and video since I love editing my video with this app but when I go to edit my video it states that I need to do a free trial then purchase, but I’m already paying for it so why is it not letting me edit my video can you please fix. It’s really fustrating cause I use it a lot and now I’m considering to unsubscribe if I’m paying for something that I can’t use.

Subscription error. I love this app and use it all the time. But recently there has been an issue using some of the filters. I’m already subscribed but everytime I try to use the filters you can use once you subscribe it won’t let me. It says I have to re subscribe. I’ve already deleted the app and canceled my subscription more than once. Is there anything else you would recommend me to do? Thanks!

Great features but very glitchy. Great features on the app which is why I was disappointed when the app was very glitchy. Videos get cut off when saved, always loosing the last 3 seconds of every video edited. When using the stop motion feature, videos won’t save to camera roll. App constantly closes out when editing. Reached out to support team via the app and the messages get bounced back so wasn’t able to get the issues resolved.

❤️ Tezza app, from my fav Instagram Influencer. It's come a long way--seems Tezza & Team really do care to fix bugs, make additions, and provide new features. I'll renew my annual subscription. Love the fact that I can make edits in landscape mode on my iPad now--thanks! Excellent selection of professional filters, all included in the annual fee. Edit single photos or create collages. Very pleased.
