Update need it. This apps use to work great. Now every time i try to use it. Ask to update the app first. But there is no update available. You need to keep updating your app so the functionality between the app and the IOS stay up to date and work whenever the IOS upgrade happens. Now this app just occupy space in my phone.

Government Abuse. This app is a testament to the state of mediocrity in which government agencies operate in Puerto Rico. Absolutely nothing works. Schedule appointment? “Ops, we don’t know how to program that just yet” Ask to renovate? “We don’t quite really do that yet”. It’s just a visual, nothing works. The only info you can access is the one you already got.

It works at least. It worked perfectly for me ( iPhone 7 Plus, latest iOS ) just make sure to put the correct information. But it does need to be updated, it says my marbete is expired when its not for at least another month.

Months not appearing. When selecting the month of the second vaccine dose the months of January and February would not appear in the drop down list. It will start at March. Dev you need to fix that.

Help. It says there’s a fine on my license I have proof that I have paidThe ticket there’s not an option or an email you can write to them because of the pandemic everything is close . again like I said is there any possible way that we can get in contact with him by email to show the evidence look at they can take this off my license

Will not procees fine payment. Although the App properly scans the credit card and all info entered is correct, it will not continie to the final process of payment. This feature is useless. Needs revision.

Older iPhone with iOS 12. There is no app for iPhones 7 or older, so it will be impossible to obtain and present the VAC ID at any location (they will not accept the original card). I Could spend $1,000 for a new iPhone, but then I will have no money to go out!

App not optimized for iPhone 15 Pro Max and Dynamic Island. When using the app content is being shown behind the Dynamic Island on iPhone 15 Pro Max. Also the back button is almost behind the time on the top of the screen and I can barely use the back button.

It doesn’t work. I have been trying to pay a fine without success.

Best gov. app. This app exemplifies that great things can be done by the government when it puts its mind and focus to the project and leaves politics aside. Kudos to the developers and team. (Small bug: the “add to my wallet” function is broken on the most recent version.)

Logs out/App Icon not loading correctly. App’s home page icon looks black and white and incomplete, app logs itself out while being used, turns VACU-ID switch off. Really like having all my driving information, payment options and official certifications available without having to drive to DTOP.

Great start, need to push for data accuracy. Information was not updated nor accurate. I had payed a fine in person last year and it is showing as unpaid right now. It may be caused by inaccuracy in DAVID. However, consumers expect accurate information when a service is launched.

Needs work!. I was able to view my documents but some of the information is outdated. It still showing a car that hasn’t been registered in PR for over 10 years. The app will not allow me to continue when I tried to schedule an appointment to go to the office. It shows all the CESCO locations but the calendar doesn’t load. If this app is meant to make it easier on everyone, they need to work on it.

2 steps authentication. Please can the creator add 2 step authentication to the app and website, I’m having the problem that someone had all the normal information to log in to my account and every time I went back to the app it ask me all my information again even if I selected remember me. So I did the test and yes is someone login in from another device. Is a big problem since we can do title transfer in the app if the car is paid off (not quite sure how it work, I don’t know if we can do the whole process of title transfer in the app, but if we’re able to do it the person can do it easily because it have my personal information). I hope the creator take the security seriously. I’ll give better point if I see a change. Thanks

Can’t add 3rd dose information. I still can’t be able to put my 3rd dose information in the app after they announced it publicly that the app have that option available.

Urgent attention is not working at all!!!. Is not working. It now appears to be some type of “offline version” and only gives me the option to “see my ID” but when I try it appears a white background and then it suddenly closes. There’s no sense on having an app ocuppying space in my phone but still can’t do nothing with it and I used it often for my ID… try to fix this please!

Vacu-ID Problems. I filled out my Vacu-ID information and have been waiting more than 48hrs for the authentication process. Whilst this is going on, many of my friends info has been authenticated in minutes. Not very consistent.

Notifications Bug. I have 7 notifications and there is no way to dismiss, there should be a way to dismiss the notification so the badge disappears

Application. The opposite issues the work ID section still is not functioning correctly the bugs are numerous honestly you can hire a college individual who just started coding and can probably make it work better in half the people are employed by you if you had this done by an employee if you paid a contract to do this job boy you got royally screwed you need to see them get back your money in for them to do the application correctly for free and send a message to other people who do contact with you don’t give us garbage when we pay. you want to change the reputation and the way the people in the world view your country and your government please do not doing yourself any favours by continually doing bad stuff.

Unable to download for printing the Vehicle License for the car tag (marbete). I used to download on time the license of the vehicle for the car inspection and renovation of the car tag, and for this time, for the renovation on June, I was unable to download the document because is block, I went to the Inspection location, they did the inspection and also they couldn’t download the document.

Unable to register for Vacu ID. When trying to register for the Vacu ID I was unable to fill the date as I received the second dose on the same month as my first one. You should be able to select the month and not impose by the app. Please fix it!!!!!

Can’t pay fines. I can see all the fines that I have but it won’t let me pay any. None of the fines appear on the app but once I enter to the certification the fines appear. Would like to be able to pay my fines online and not have to make the long lines in person to see 20 people to tell me I have to buy stamps and then be able to pay the fine. The system need to be fixed.

Several Issues. 1. In Puerto Rico the majority does not understand or handle English. Therefore, it is a Government instrument paid, but not accessible to all. 2. I bought the new “marbete” on June 28, 2021 and it indicates that it is expired. 3. It should provide a way to contact and attached documentation to inform CESCO of misinformations, etc.

Vacu ID error. I have tried for over 2 months to get my vacu id processed and an error with validation keeps popping up. I call department of health all information is correct. They tell me Delete app re install and try again and again And again….

Can’t pay fines. Passed all process and an error that payment can’t proceed at the moment. A friend do the same and same error occurr. Puerto Rico does it better!! Nothing function well. Don’t waste your time or phone memory downloading this app. You just can look your info exactly as going to the website, thats all.

Constant problems. I have to erase the app and downloaded every month. I set up the pun, it recognizes it a few times and then it does not. After three times it freezes me out and I have to enter all my data again. I have tried using different combinations and nothing worjs,

Does Not Work. This app is a waste of time. It does not function properly and you aren’t able to complete any transaction on it. There is also no customer support so when another error pops up, there is no one to speak to. I would give it zero stars but that is not an option.

Good app with issues. Good app. However, I was not able ro input my vac. info because the time between the 1st and 2nd shot was only 27 days. So the app arbitrarily assume the next shot occurs at any month following the month you took the 1st shot. In other words, it your 1st shot was on the 3rd, and your 2nd shot occurred on the 30th of the same month (because you got a called from the vac. center that shots were available), the app will not allow you to input the 2nd shot info for the same month.

They Disable the App When You Most Need It. They force updates on you without warning and disable access to the old version when you most need it. I get a “Waiting” message that never ends. Especially on a Saturday. Unreliable. Best to carry the damned card at all times.

Unable to change address in license. I am set to renew my license digitally. I follow the process and informed CESCO via the app that my address has changed. I’ve been trying g for two weeks for my license to change addresses. When I click on the option to change address the system tells me that there’s been a recent change in address but DOES no changes my address. Someone fix this app

Notifications. How to delete the old notifications? But in general’s this app works very well, keep it up

Request in Process. Downloaded this stupid app, I went well signing up for an account until it asked me for my COVID shot data, like I carry that on me anymore… IT’S 2024! Then it says “Request in progress… This process can take up to 48 hours”. I deleted the app after waiting 13 days and never got my account setup.

It’s the worst. So now today it still gives you a sorry error but now a banner pops up asking if you want a COVID card and when you say no it kicks you out. Verification for emails are horrible never received a single one. How about verification by cell phone number text? I’m waiting to pay my ticket and I only have 15 days for a discount. I don’t know where these locations are so paying on line is the best for most people that are not from PR. They should extend the discount for 30 days or as long as it takes for you to fix the on line forms.

I need App support!. When I put in my info I incorrectly entered my email address and since I had already registered with my correct email, it keeps telling me someone already has that email! That someone is me! But it will not let me correct this error. Please tell me how to get hold of tech support!

Great Start!!!. Is definitely a game changer for CESCO, yet it could be upgraded to include Driving Record, Test Booking, among other easy transactions. DOT should also add functionality or create independent apps for ATI (Public Transportation) and AutoExpreso (Tolls), maybe even a 3-1-1 to report traffic lights, potholes, etc

Stop this nonsense. This app has way to many bugs, cant pay fines, doesn’t show the updated documents. The isn’t connected to the auto expresso so fines when paid can be erased from car license. The app freezes or breaks the trying to load the id. Its not working correctly for the vaccine passport, says data is unavailable. This is a disaster!

Great improvement with Vaccine ID. The app works perfectly and adding the vacu ID to Apple wallet is excellent - is it possible to also add the drivers license to the Apple wallet?

My drivers license needs to be renewed and this app is useless. I’ve been trying for the last 10 days to get this app to set up an appointment to have my drivers license renewed, but the darn thing keeps giving me one error after another. Not allowing me make it past the Appointments option in the menu. And even when I finally can, the system dosen’t even make it past the schedule either, so I can’t find the most available time to go. On top of that, I can’t even digitally renew my license, because there’s a document or two that’s missing. But the system dosen’t warn me which documents I need to bring. Update: I still haven’t been able to get an appointment so I went ahead and called them. And after waiting 20 minutes I finally got someone on the phone. I tried to ask them to set up an appointment only for them to tell me to just use the app. But when I tried to explain why the app won’t let me, she hung up on me. Congratz, Cesco, you just won Worst Department in the World.

As useless as the website. Was unable to pay a fine after multiple tries. When entering information the keyboard doesn’t enable. After finally entering all the information, it says it was unable to process payment. Even their spelling is defective. Shameful.

Not bad…. So far it’s working for me. The only problem I have with it is that it keeps telling me I have unread notification when I have read them all. I don’t have an option to delete the notifications. Fix that and it’s a good app.

Vacu id. I had tried several times and I can’t complete the process i had tried sending emails with my validated information and i had no response I had tried to call the telephone numbers given to call the health department and they seem to be disconnected Is there anything more i can do to complete the process? Thanks

Issues with Vacu ID. If you got the vaccine during the same month in the second date you don’t see the month you got it. Like if you got both doses in April in the second field you don’t see April.

Unable to upload VACUID onto Apple Wallet. Apps works great. I was able to renew my license swiftly and easily through the app. There is a small bug where the app crashes and closes out when trying to add your VACU ID onto Apple wallet. As a suggestion- the global VACU ID should also be allowed to be loaded onto the Apple wallet for ease of access.

Notifications. Alert and notifications cannot be deleted. Needs to improve this section.

Thank you. I appreciate that CESCO is becoming more technologically oriented. I hope CESCO and the government of Puerto Rico continues to expand it services on line. It makes it less frustrating to deal with a government agency. Thank you

Error Error sorry!. Si funcionara como se supone sería un súper App, pero son muchas más veces las que me dice “Error Error Sorry” que las veces que me deja conectarme. If it worked how it’s supposed to, it would be a super app. But, I can’t count the times I’ve tried to Connect and get an “Error Error Sorry” page. Very few times I’ve been able to log in.

Vaccine Credential. You need to update so all of the months appear and can be selected for the second dosis. In our case we got dosis at the beginning of March and the second one on the 31. The option for that date was not available for the second dose.

Valuable but needs improvement. Although it provides valuable information. I was not able to pay any fines using 2 different credit cards (both VISA).

App crashes a lot. It a great update to having to wait in lines for hours but on the iPhone the app crashes a lot. When trying to add the vaccination id to Apple wallet and randomly too. Wish this was fixed

Frustrating- constant errors. I have tried doing a few things via the app and it feels almost impossible. Constant errors and the app closing itself. I’ve tried every trick to push through and sometimes can get a few pages in before it kicks me out again.

Whats the point if I can’t pay the fine!. Visa, Mastercard, Credit, Debit. I tried everything still can’t pay the fine.

Keeps logging out. It keeps logging out for no reason. It was running okay before the last update.

Doesn’t work. Trying to pay a ticket I received the day I was leaving the island and it’s not taking the information!!!

Things to add. It would be nice to add the handicap sticker to our info. when we have one. thank you

Compatibility. Not able to use on devices below iOS13 so this app is only for people with newer devices. More important apps are compatible so no excuse to make it unavailable for people with iphone6 and 6 plus.

2nd Vaccine of same month. Need to update this app.. won’t allow to add same month on 2nd dose of vaccine..

Re license on line. It’s an excellent Idea, for the people who don’t have time to waist going to the CESCO, the app need a way to send the required documents with a valid affidavit thru online for renewal process.

Fines. I have payed fines, have receipts and everything, and this app shows them with all the added interest as if i hadn’t payed them in 5 years.

Does not work. Can't pay for anything online.

Language. Should be able to at least choose English or Spanish.

Terrible. If the purpose of this app was to provide better service, it failed miserably. I was not able to pay a fine using the app after multiple attempts. The dtop needs to put some work into this if they really want it to increase transaction efficiency.

Works for me!. Excellent progress. Great to have information accessible.

Worst App Ever. The App doesn’t work at all! According to CESCO we should be able to renovate our license through the app! It doesn’t let you! DON’T DOWNLOAD IT! like everything In Puerto Rico it doesn’t work

Logging out everytime.. It normally works good, it brings me info about my vaccines, etc. the problem is that every time it logged out and I need to make the request again.

Vacu ID. Pfizer shot was 21 days apart. If first dose was at beginning of a month, that same month does not appear as an option for second shot. Needs to be fixed.

VacuID. Wrong vaccination date window, does not allow choosing the exact date for the second dose

Not able to set pin. Unable to set, update or change the pin # for this application. It doesn’t even have a link to reset it

DIGITAL TITLE TRANSFER. Just bought a vehicle and a I’m not able to receive the confirmation email to complete the transfer process. Totally disappointed and frustrated.

Bug fixed. Finally a bug that prevented me from doing a title transfer was fixed. Thank you

Non functional. This app is really a piece of trash. Didn't work at all. Time wasted trying using it.

Great app, needs work ASAP!. Everything works great except paying fines services. For some reason it doesn’t process the payment. All the other stuff works okay.

Not efficient!. My license is a Real ID since 2019. In the app, is out dated. I call the CESCO, they referred this issue to the app malfunctioning. A lot of dollar invested and they can’t do one thing right. This is not the only issue, because is better to not talk about the VACU ID… worst service…

constant crashing and glitching. im trying to update my information but the app keeps crashing and logging me out and even though i have face id and pin log in it keeps blocking me out after the new update. i had already verified phone number and now it’s empty again after trying to verify the email.

Can’t process payment.. It doesn’t surprise me that the app doesn’t work. Like everything that has to do with the government. The payment can’t be process, then what the purpose of the app?

Can’t access driving record. This is supposed to make our lives easier but I can’t access basic documents. The app won’t let me see my driving record.

Payment. Would be nice if you could actually pay for things without a constant error. Too many bugs.

Unable to transfer vehicle. purchased a vehicle but cannot complete the process using this app

It crashes. I enter my information correctly and it closes or crashes. Sometimes it gets my information and it closes.

Don't work. Downloaded the app and still asking for the latest version which doesn't appear.

Problem with Login. The application only allowed me once to login, after several times if trying. I haven’t been able to login again!! Bugs in the system.

Old man. You can’t pay or object a fine or even can’t send a message

Can’t take photos to renew license. When you take a photo of your existing ID to renew it gets stuck on the next screen and just goes black.

Doesn’t let yo do appointments. If your are lucky enough to make an appointment screenshot! This thing doesn’t save any of your appointments in the app nor does it email you. Keep in mind, is CESCO what else can you expect from them?

Vacu-id. I have tried to get access to the vacuna-id on numerous occasions with unsuccessful results. Application does not provide the corresponding feature on the Menu.

Vacu id information is gone. 1 It is annoying that I’m in the middle of a line to enter an event and when I open de app, no information was available. Had to use a foto of my vaccine card

Email options no work. I never recived the confirmation pay email

Waste of time, it doesn’t work!. I have the real id for a year and need to renew it. Downloaded the app today and it doesn’t show the option to renew online. What a waste of time!! All we get from PR government agencies are just LIES!!

Errors. Updated to new version and it only keeps giving errors.

The worst government app. It crashes daily. Every day I have to delete the app and install it again to make it work.

app works as advertised. easy to access and navigate. i was able to review unpaid traffic citations, description of registered vehicle, new license registration. not nec related to the app but database--system shows my plates as expired despite tag still valid for another 90+ days.

Crap. Not useful at all. Don’t need an app to show me what fines i have. What i do need is been able to PAY online without having to lose time. By the way, i seriously doubt they are actually working. Like every goverment service, failed.

This app should be illegal. The lack of security is incredible. A person can steal my car if the know one or two thing to open it. I have no idea how the lawyers in Pr have not made a class action lawsuit over it.

Not working. This app doesn’t work, why can’t the government give a better app
