Worst photo app ever.. I generally don’t like to say I am pretty, but seriously... I have a good complexion. I’m 5’7” and 120 lbs. I have alway been told I was beautiful. I even used to be a model. None of the filters helped anything in fact they made me look horrible and although I am obviously a girl it kept turning me into a guy in the past lives and I had no clue how any of the stars were.

Problem. It’s on my phone, but no icon for it so it’s not possible to get to. I came up with this because I just got a notification and was able to get to it.

Don’t do it.. Loved this app and had been using the basic version for MONTHS yet now it wants me to sign up for a 3-day free trial before charging me $25/mth. No thank you. How many selfies does someone take to make a decision within 3-days that they’re willing to pay this subscription? And, most apps have a free version and a paid version. I suggest you do the same.

Satisfied. Yeah, it works well. I have been using this app for a long time now and think that this face editor is a good one to use to get rid of imperfections. Use it for all my social media appearance and most people think I look 20 years younger than I am

Total crap!. While reading the review of the app it seemed great however what they failed to mention was that you don’t get access to ANY of the settings without paying a monthly fee. I’ve used a few photo filter apps in my day and I know that they usually have a basic version and then if you so choose you can pay to be able to use all the settings but this was just straight up false advertisement.

BEST SELFIE APP!. Awesome app! It gives warm colours to my photos, makes my skin beautiful and the images come out nice. I can slim down my cheeks (omg!) and look natural and not like an alien vs other selfie editors. I use it all the time instead of iPhone camera. I’m not a fan other popular face editors as they make it too much,but this app nails it. If you need a more powerful and smart camera, this one is just what’s needed. And free version is pretty usable too, but I switched to premium as it has more options.

How the hell do u use this thing.. Not impressed. Didn’t see any change unless I’m doing it wrong. There’s no explanation of how this works. Everything came out blurry. And didn’t help anything. Thought I get a nice selfie. This did nothing. Don’t get it. Maybe you should explain how it works. Not happy with this. No one can do what this is suppose to do. It’s all bull.

Will not work. Just paid 10. To have some fun with the grandchildren and will not work! We pick a photo and then it closes!

Stealing my money. This app is just stealing my money ! I did not give my consent to it , they took more than hundred of dollars from this subscription I didn’t even know I had. I will not leave this situation! I will fight for my stolen money and I have so many proofs! I hope your application will be forbidden on iTunes! Easysnap Suggestions (PLEASE READ). About this app is when I save my photo, but, it has a pop up! I say that this app can charge your money. But, I say to this app an ok though. Also, adding another suggestion, there r A LOT of colorful makeup, plus, I say that because they don’t have enough natural colored makeup. Here is the good thing about this app: U can edit your own magazine!!! If your new at this app, got ahead & try it! Enjoy!!

Terrible disappointing app. I was so exited to get this app after seeing how many people liked it and bla bla bla but the app layout and design was confusing and frustrating and the colors of the lips and hair and stuff did not look natural or the way they should at all and to get ANY resonably ok stuff on there at all you have to buy it! This is probably one of the most disappointing apps ive ever gotten.😤 do not waste your time and money on this

Bad app. Bad customer service.. The app doesn’t do what it says it does. The “premium” also pops up without warning so if you’re attempting to do something on it already, you’ve just purchased the premium you DID NOT WANT. No big deal, contact customer service. Takes them four days to get back to you (all you said is you don’t want the paid version of the app as you won’t be using it). Four days for them to say that I’ll be able to discontinue the membership in the iTunes Store. Incorrect, looked every where on it. It’s not showing up or something. And these people just charged me, again for this useless app.

ZERO stars sub ZERO if allowed. Not only are you bombarded to subscribe for a WAY too hefty subscription right off with a free trial option. DO the free trial and CANCEL post haste cause if you want to be insulted with the celebrity match or the past life feature... go ahead subscribe lol Here I thought a bit of fun to see who I would match to... but dang... no fun to see your face turned into something so far and away from who you look like... especially when the wrong gender pops up over and over and 70 years older than you. 😂 All my life people have said I looked like Jennifer Grey and the celebs match turns me into Viola Davis as a 90% match. Just to give an idea of how off this is. REALLY????

Amazing App. Really I Loved and I will share it with all I know, just If you add more editing for video like erase wrinkles acne and few make up will be perfect , but really I love it it natural make you more fresh younger soft I give it ten 10 STARS

Ridiculously Priced. The limited version of this app is just that, exceedingly limited. But in order to get the full version, you have to pay $25 per month. Unless you’re someone who wants to take several selfies each day, you’re essentially paying $1 a day for an app you probably won’t use that much. If the app was reasonably priced, I might consider paying for the full version, but no way am I paying $25 a month for an app.

25-35 Dollars a month?!?!?. Are you serious?? This app is total crap. Do NOT pay for this!!! You can get better pictures from your built in camera or a free app. Do NOT waste your money on this way over priced scam. Cancel your subscription immediately so that they don’t charge you. Better yet. Stay away completely. The con artist that came up with this should be tarred and feathered.

First time user. First few taps if using effects…instantly liked the difference! Easy app to use!

Wanna use it always. I love how the app has so many options yet and all beauty “tricks” so organized and easy to navigate. Can be used in any light, gives a good result both photo and video, everything can be changed in real time, it eliminates all flaws and keeps your face natural, warm and slight coloring! Very useful auto-adjustment with a single swipe setting, very excited with it neat functions! Another very important thing is that it works as it should and does not weigh much! Absolutely worth its money! Photos are clear and beautiful without anything extra - that’s all that cameras should do!👍

Poor matchup. Your app is cool and all, but when placing faces on the portraits, it doesn’t really match up facial shape or features, just wedges the photo into the space. It can look distorted and pretty creepy. I realize this is the tech that is. But that’s a flaw.

No way to see what it is before payment. I’m not reviewing the functionality of the app as I’ve never actually used it. I’m trying to do something very specific on an edit and there isn’t a way to see what this app even offers without paying a minimum of $6.99 (per month) it says it has a free trial but when I clicked the more info it just takes me to the Payment page without any mention of a free trial. When you download the app and open it for the first time I takes you to the payment page and is stuck there until either you pay or delete the app, which is what I’m doing.

Where are the People of Color models?. Hello, I was considering downloading the app but when I was looking at all of the models there was not one Brown or Black person (ok, Jlo) I could find and therefore concluded this probably isn’t an app for me. Please consider being more inclusive and mindful that people like me want to see themselves in things they do and in everyday life! Thank you.

Life changing. I love this app. It’s quite helpful, I edit some of my selfies to use them for wallpapers and icon portraits. Thank you for the cool updates and endless cool ideas. Even though I never change my hair color , the makeup tools are amazing.

Why Pay?. I know that in order to keep the app going and stuff, you need to charge people, but why not make it free? Many people will use the app more and more. But, maybe charge very special features. Like VIP and stuff like that.

Used to be a free version. Used this for over a year with the free limited version and loved it. Now you must sign up for a ‘free trial’ or pay $25 to use. Contacted Banuba and they replied with a generic tell us why you want to cancel, which I already had explained they took away the limited version and they told me how to cancel the subscription. Not helpful. Don’t recommend this app and am now deleting it.

THERES A GHOST IN MY HOUSE. This app saved my life I was sitting on a bed and was doing makeup filters so my iPad was at 5% and was leaving to get my charger until I saw the makeup filter floating in circles I told my brother then my cousin and never went to that spot ever again

This app is horrible. This app makes people feel like they should EDIT there own beauty so that they look pretty or they get more people attracted to them or more likes on photos. These people need to know that they are beautiful no matter what everyone else say and that they don’t need a photo editor to make that feel true. This isn’t right. Also, even if people want to use this app, they shouldn’t have to pay money just to make them look “pretty”. If this app really cared about what people needed, they wouldn’t have forced people to pay for it. That’s all

A bug?. Anyone else experiencing a bug? Everything works fine while the app runs you can take videos fine but when it comes to taking a picture the filter disappears and won’t let you use it. It’s there when you look at it but not there in the picture. Very frustrating.

Pretty good!. Pretty good!!!- Not totally free..... But nothing really GOOD really is. If your a five or above this app is for you, if you a four or below try try getting FACED TUNE, once you but it, you just have it and I is totally worth it! Take it from a used too be seven that is now a four.

Awful rip off and terrible customer service. I did not mean to get the premium subscription. The design is sneaky and (from a brief scan of other reviews) tricks you into subscribing. I emailed and reviewed here. Someone finally contacted me, claimed to be fixing it. Now I’m getting an email saying it’s time to renew if I don’t cancel (which I thought had already happened) ou there is NOWHERE to select “cancel subscription” for this one. How is that even legal?

Used to be better. There used to be an enhance button upper right corner. It gave a great effect that’s why I bought this app. One week later it was gone. I submit a question to the developers but no response or change . Also think it ought to have a timer so you can step back pose and shoot. Submitted to the developers but no response.

Don’t Do It... BAD, BAD, BAD. Impossible to cancel.. Nothing like it says, horrible in every way don’t do it you will only regret it. Impossible to cancel there is no option. Over priced even for a .99 trial . The match up is a insulting joke, i mean REALLY, I look NOTHING like a man in anyway , shape or form, but that is what its saying. I could go on and on with what’s wrong with this app but don’t feel like wasting anymore of my time than i have on it and neither should you.

It’s ok. It is fine. Not the best app. The only bad thing is that you only get 5 photos to edit. You have to pay to get more photos which is kinda dumb. If they let us do more photos and have more things for us to do then I would like the app way more. Another thing is it is way to much for one month of the membership. I could by a meal for my whole family with that much money.

You trick people into paying for subscription. The first time the app is downloaded, you have 3 or 4 “Continue” buttons in sequence. The 5th one triggers the in-app purchase screen, resulting in people that don’t know better purchasing a subscription immediately. Your app is very sleazy and I can’t imagine you’ve built that UI in good faith.

An must have. This app is fun to use to retouch existing photos and enhance features without changing them entirely. I really enjoy this and tried it for a week then just signed up for a quarter. Everyone to try this I feel like.

Selfies. I’m giving it 5 stars only because this app apparently only works on photos in your gallery once you leave a positive review, or 5 stars. If this thing doesn’t work after this review, delete delete delete. I’m not being fooled by yet another selfie editing app only to discover that free isn’t actually free, they automatically send you back to the App Store to buy their overpriced app. Will update review to give my actual option once I learn the truth.

Not worth it.... I downloaded this app and VERY quickly deleted it. It has a lot of “Marketing Smooz” but, it doesn’t live up to it. I was a bit surprised so, I went and read the reviews. That said it all and to top it off... 1 week trial and then an Inordinate amount per month! Going, going, gone... my trial didn’t even last a whole day!

Uninstall an app. I need to have the easy snap from my iPhone I have tried several different ways with absolutely no success. As I did not install this. It was done by accident. I will greatly appreciate help with this. As I will be getting charged. Thank you

Not so easy. I am not happy with the app at all. It is not user friendly. Also after doing and following the directions it blanks out the screen over and over again. I’ve tried to cancel the app twice and I am getting no response from them. I’ve tried ten nicknames and I’m going in for 11 they Keep saying it’s taken. I guess they don’t like the review.

TRICKS YOU INTO SUBSCRIPTION!. Be careful! The last “Continue” button will get you to payment panel. And if you’re not careful, and especially on TouchID iPhones, you’ll likely touch the home button and automatically authorize sale! Update after dev response: You guys VERY WELL know that the tactics you use IS very close to fraud. Targeted at less knowledgeable people. Your subscription activation buttons reads ”CONTINUE” FFS, and actual details are in such a small type AND low contrast I could barely read them with my good vision. Both of my older parents unknowingly authorized your “free” trial. It’s good I track their purchases and canceled the AUTOMATICALLY converting to WEEKLY 20-30 dollars PER WEEK subscription. So just put your “helping” reply right where it belongs - that is up your arses, and STOP the fraud approach to subscription.

I found a way to go around the premium. So if you took a good picture and really want to keep it but then you notice uh oh it’s premium take a screen shot of yourself and boom you edit the pic and Poof you have a perfect pic! 🤩⭐️❤️🥰😊I like this app but don’t want to spend money going premium

Didn't subscribe. How do I cancel this subscription? It doesn't give me any information and I've been looking everywhere

Scam to charge monthly subscription. This app is such a scam! Description did not say anything about charging people an arm and a leg for monthly subscription. As soon as you installed it, during setup, it asked for a couple of clicks and then automatically charged you the monthly subscription (after a few days free). Even I did not confirm the monthly subscription and cancelled the setup and deinstalled the app, it still tried charging me the monthly payments until I physically go into the account again to cancel! What a scam! DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!!

My review. The features on this app are amazing but the makeup ones need to be more natural. For instance the Begonia one, the cat eyes look so unrealistic and it looks weird the way it almost reaches my eyebrows. Also I don’t mean to be rude but almost all of your makeup features look fake such as, the one I mentioned before,Jasmine, Carnation,Geranium, and Hibiscus, I mean the Azalea on does look nice and cute but the cat eyes are so big it doesn’t even come close to natural. Other than the makeup features the rest was amazing like how it fixes your acne, or how it makes it look like you have smooth skin i really recommend having this app. All in all I think this app deserves a 4 star review.

Garbage made by con artists.. The effects are terrible, Snapchat is more realistic. The filters are any app 5 years ago. And to make things worse they took $40 off me after 3 days while I was trialling it. Don't bother, don't even try. It's a scam, not an app to stick around, just here to make money off people trying it out. Utterly shameful profiteering.

A solid software.. I first saw this app on my new iPhone and I thought to watch the clips and read the reviews and they honestly didn’t give much feedback. So I downloaded it, took a few snaps and tried with the filters and tools. I would definitely recommend. It’s safe, free and it does a lot to your snaps.

Very good app to try different looks. The app makes you a queen with minimal effort. You can see how you would look with different makeup looks and you can choose different colors.

I think it is a pretty cool and good app and more because I like makeup and the only thing is that you need to buy stuff with money if you want more stuff for your makeup but it gives you extra stuff to use like hair dye and handbands for the hair and it gives you ideas of makeup looks

AMAZING!. This is the only photo/image adjust app you ever need. You can adjust your pic in so many ways you won't even recognize it when you're done. Works flawlessly.

Better Than A Shaver. This app blurs the facial hair where a man shaves:-) . I have been looking for a facial photo app that removes the black hair and gray area on a man's face in a photo. This app does a good job on getting that very close shaven look with blur. Most men have to shave before taking a facial picture unless they want a beard or mustache this app can blur your facial hair away.

It sees me as a man!. I took several photos, submitted previously taken photos, either way it sees me as a man! Doesn’t give me a choice and only provides whatever setting it is programmed for. 🙃

It worked well on my iPad but not really on my phone. When I try to use the app all it shows is the screen where you buy things but I’m not sure if I’m going to but it because I need to see what the app is like first and wether it’s actually good for iPhones please fix this

I’m scared. So I downloaded the first app I saw to add hair to my bald teacher (LOL) but I’m scared it cost money. I deleted it right after and checked the reviews to see if it cost money. All I know is that you need a subscription for 13$ a week. I have NO CLUE if it’s necessary and I don’t want to spend my parents money behind their backs. If it does cost money, I’ll rate you five stars and write a GREAT review if you take this off their tab. I’m sooo scared that their gonna get mad, so please tell me someone.

Over exposes. I find my app over exposes picture on a regular basis. It looks great on the iPhone but when it takes pic it’s over exposes, not even close to what you saw in the viewfinder. Aside from that glitch it’s a wonderful app and I do love the video on it, it’s much more stable than the camera.

Don’t bother.. I installed with free trial. Opened it and it crashed within seconds. Twice. I had cancelled my subscription after the free trial and the 3rd time I tried opening the app it got stuck on the “Sorry to see you go” pop up. Closed & deleted. Too bad. Nice idea, if it’s as advertised.

Not worth the subscription fee. Downloaded the free trial, got charged before I thought it was over. The app works poorly in my experience. You can do all of the features it offers for free online, and at better quality. Currently trying to get a refund because it was almost $50 Canadian and absolutely no use to me. Examples of why it doesn’t work well: does not isolate hair well for the hair colour feature, does not isolate the subject or person well when changing the background so there are patches missing in your foreground, app is relatively slow, reduces image quality, and the Makeup and Celebrity look alike features are laughably bad. Would not post anything edited in this app anywhere.

Misleading. You click to find out information, the next thing you know you’re being charged and can’t find anything on this application to cancel.

Says it’s free, then they bill you. When ypu download it says it’s free but it will automatically bill you after a week and there is no clear place to cancel. Fist time I open it and all I have done is look for that cancel option.

Selfies. Could be easier to move from one feature to the next.

Crazy Expensive. I’m willing to go abo $7 or $8 a month if the app is exceptional. This app is $25 a month!! That’s insane….. especially for the limited functionality that Im able to get from 2 or 3 other free apps. Hard pass.

Tried. Multiple times to change hair color on different pictures and it doesn’t work. Maybe you have to actually pay the price after the subscription to get it to work? I don’t know but I’m deleting.

scamm. i had seen this app and i had done a free trial and now it wants me to pay $25 + and i can’t download ANYTHING until i pay for this and i had canceled it because i didn’t like it BEFORE my free trial ended and now it wants me to pay for this app ! Filter won’t stay on face. For 35 dollars you’d think the filter would stay on your face and cover it entirely but it doesn’t and it misses your forehead half the time. Also the fun mask filter part isn’t included which they lead you to believe it apart of it when purchasing

Useless. I have not used this app at all. Just installed the app and then I realiesed it’s waste of money and time so I just deleted and they billed me for three months? How is it possible and why I have paid this bill. I just checked my subscriptions and I have paid three months continuously around 24 $

Used to love.... This app was great, but now all the pictures (selfies) flip and reverse, which is pointless for taking selfies. Why did it all of sudden switch and do this?? If you cannot answer this, it stays deleted. Disappointed.

Whole year subscription Easysnap. I did a big mistake I know.. I tried the app and forgot to cancel, now they changed me the whole year. I send a few emails to the support and no answer yet. I want my money back. I should have a way to cancel.

Loved it before, now... I loved this app before, but now when I take a picture, it flips it to have that mirrored look like with what the iPhone does. I don’t like having my picture flipped and that’s why I got this app in the first place.

Trial version is a waste of bandwidth. Free version didn’t come with the features advertised. I’m not paying for a photo app that does less than the one that came with the phone. Free app should give a limited number of photos to see if this app meets a persons needs.

App is great… Bills double. Double billed. There is no customer service number to contact. Sent basic contact email. No response. Takes months to dispute. Still no credit for months of over billing. Apple wasn’t much help.

Fun but Expensive. Unless you are going to use this app daily it’s super expensive. It’s fun and works fine but too much money.

Crashes with in30 seconds. Paid for app but unable to use at all. It crashes constantly, before you can use. The minute I upload a picture it crashes. Less than half a star, it’s useless on an iPad.

Bought the membership. I bought the VIP membership and the app still won’t let me save any of the pictures I did to my phone. I still can’t figure out what I am paying for

Misleading. I downloaded this app just for the trial period. The app stated I could simply cancel before being charged. Well, I’ve been requesting to cancel the app to no avail. There is no way to cancel the app in settings, as it stated when I first downloaded it. This developer is completely dishonest.

No trial period charged me. Not a trial period to let me see if I even liked the app. Charged me $56 immediately and when I realized that I immediately unsubscribed. Lesson learned the hard way. It wasn’t worth it to me to pay that before I could see what the app did.

It’s a great thing. You don’t even have to put on real make up in real time. This app Iis like magic and it puts it on for you. Love it!!

Please get rid of the flip. Used this app for months and love taking pictures with it but now it does the ‘flip’ picture thing like my iPhone does. I liked the camera before. Please switch it back.

Watch out for. As you are setting up the app they ask a series of questions. Like most you tap through but watch out it will set up a subscription with one tap. If you don’t cancel you will be charged 24 dollars a month.

Why won’t app open up ?. I downloaded app for the three day trial for 99 cent an it will not open up iv tried setting a an it’s just all blurry , my phone is new so it’s not the phone all my others apps work fine just not this one ?

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!. I just downloaded this app and it automatically subscribes you to a 1-week trial. After that they automatically take $20 every month. Honestly, the developers should give the user the OPTION to choose weather to subscribe. Not automatically force you to get a subscription just by downloading the app. Deleting this app✌🏼

Flips. When I first downloaded it, the pictures didn’t flip like they do on a regular camera, which was why I got it. Now, with the update they flip and there is no setting to turn that off plus it stop filtering it too. So disappointed.

Beware. This app charged my debit card for a subscription that I never authorized. Then my bank fraud department called me to let me know about the purchase and Then put a hold on all my cards. This has been such a headache. I never even used the app not one time!! I want my refund ASAP. Will not ever be downloading it again.
