Lab. Pro version better. Pro version could Review and call patient so that could document for nurse to call. Now option is gone and only review or forward. Forward does not include lab results. This is a step BACKWARD. Also when looking at new labs no longer do previous labs show up as did in Pro version. Please fix.

Horrible. I would give this app 0 stars if I could. Crashes constantly, glitches while in the app, and despite confirming correct password with desktop login the app will often not let me log in. Not to mention when it is functioning “normally” the layout and interface is terrible. As a 28 yo it’s difficult to navigate, I can’t even imagine how some of the older generations could ever utilize this app.

Face ID. Urm, nope. Still no Face ID function that I can find.

Can no longer use Face ID to log in. Since the update, I can no longer use Face ID to log in. I keep getting “Please Enter a Valid Username and Password.” Allscripts fixed one thing and breaks another. Why can’t we have one update that works like it should?!

Broken app. Touch ID nor Face ID work anymore. Also cannot get login with pin to work either. Every time have to login with full password. Provider don’t want to use full passwords. iPad has been put on a shelf till fixed.

FaceID login not working. FaceID is no longer working, as evidenced by multiple reviews here. When I try to enable FaceID in settings, Inuse EXACTLY the same login credentials as I just used to log into the app, but it says invalid login credentials!! Please fix the app so it allows FaceId logins again.
