Looks good but technical difficulties galore. Their apps are increasingly unstable and their offers pay out about half of the time. If there was a better app in PA I would not use DK app. I have to submit 2-3 support tickets a week to get credited and their support wait is several days. It’s easy to forget which support ticket you’re on and forget to follow up. The new live dealer segment is plagued by connection and app issues which is surprising because when I lived in NJ this was not the case. Support for live dealer issues seems to be separate from the main app support. I would not recommend this app for any serious gambling. The live dealer support will tell you that the issues are your fault and your app chooses when to work, when to surrender, when to stay sometimes. It’s a novelty at best to play $1 hands when you’re bored. The best live game is roulette because it’s harder for them to mess it up but these dealers are new so expect the ball to fly off once and not make it 3 times around at least once a session. It’s so south Philly that one time the fire alarm went off and 20 mins later we all lost our bets. It’s comic relief if you’re not betting much. I’m in town on an iPhone 12 with gigabit mesh WiFi.

Customer service is a joke. I created my account to make bets for Super Bowl in February 2023. It allowed me to make an account. I was never able to make a bet. Supposedly I had an account out there and you can only have one account. If that was the case, when I went to create my account with all of my information why did it allow me. Even so I went through the steps of contacting customer service. And I would only get automated messages. It was so never wrecking I gave up for a while. I even told them if another account is showing with my info delete it. I don't know the information to get into it. I now attempted again to try and get my account back since football has now started back up. This time someone got back to me. I provided them with picture of my ID, me with my ID, and my electric bill. They said someone would reach back out in 24 to 48 hours. And all I received were two emails telling me to rate the customer service and my account is still locked. I never placed any bets on DraftKings. I never got the chance to. I don’t even want my account anymore. I want to close it but I can’t even do that because it says restricted. If you are looking to go bet somewhere I would say go to FanDuel sports book instead. Layout and customer service is on point. This might be okay if you never run into an issue but be aware if you do their customer service is horrible.

Slots keep disappearing with updates!!. It seems like every update causes more and more slots in PA to disappear. I think we were up to 143 or 144 and now it’s down to 111. The casino app still had all of them a subtle until I updated today by mistake and sadly it’s down to 111 there to. I love DraftKings casino over FanDuel and I believe it’s miles ahead in the user interface and menus, but you can’t keep cutting away the slots that I love to play. Hopefully all available slots return in a future update and I’ll gladly rate 5 stars. The other day I couldn’t even do the multi-hand blackjack promo on my phone because that game is no where to be found on the app. There are so many more games/slots on the PC that used to be on the app, but have disappeared. I don’t want to continue to spend my money here if I’m just going to keep losing the ability to play the games I enjoy!!

Shady business. I have never had issues with betting money. I just recently started this last year and was using DraftKings but you for sure lost a customer today. There was a bet they were offering in which they randomly set my limit for 10 but my buddies all had limits if 25. Now I’m not a large better and I don’t bet every day so it didn’t make any sense why I would have a limit personally set so I decided to reach out and got nothing but the absolute run around from Joseph (their player advocate). My answer from them was well our trading team is who’s does that so sorry I can’t give you any more information. So you don’t have an issue taking my money when I deposit or literally any other time but you decide to draw the line when you have to pay a little back. It’s poor business practices and it’s shady and makes no sense why you couldn’t provide information to make it make sense. You can be sure that if this is how they treat their customers I will do everything I can to reach the people I know on social media and make as many posts as I can online to make people aware of DraftKings shady business practices and atrocious customer service. Feels like if DraftKings is collecting, they want their name out there loud and proud but as soon as something shady happens, they dish it off to the trading team and provide zero information. Pathetic way to do business with people who use your site.

A pain to deal with. I took the new player offer and deposited $25. The offer was to place a bet of $5 and if it hits you win $200 in bonus bets. Well my bet hit and I used a couple of those bonus bets on March madness underdogs and made around $200 dollars of withdraw-able money. Here is where my issues arose. First I had to verify a payment method to withdraw so I used my debit card to withdraw. Well that didn’t work and they told me my card was invalid. Then I deposited money with my pay pal so I could withdraw to that. Well now they want ID verified. So I send a picture of my license and they tell me all good. I go to withdraw again and now they want picture of ID with me holding it next to my face, proof of address. Proof of bank account info, proof that the pay pal account is mine, and an explanation for why I deposited money only to withdraw it without playing( which I did to get my card verified) and they still won’t let me withdraw. They don’t want you to win and take money so they make it near impossible. Just use mgm, I have never had a single issue getting my money out of it.

Money talks. Been using DK since the daily fantasy days and was quick to use them one it was legal in my state. If you spend, they will offer. By spend I mean make sure there is a comma in your bets on a weekly basis. If you don’t have that kind of bankroll don’t expect much from promos aside from $10 max bets. A win is a win but they love to limit those. Another pro tip is to never complain to customer service ever, for anything, at anytime, for any reason, no matter what, not even at all, don’t even think it it your head. I was getting boosts with a max bet of $250 or higher. The early NFL season promo of up by 7 points for an instant winner did me in. Bet the titans moneyline and they went up by 7. The bet didn’t pay as advertised. FIVE DAYS later, after 10+ e-mails, 4 requests for a phone call, and none of the above being answered, I was paid from a live support agent, which they no longer offer. Ever since then my promo offers are $10 max. Asked support how to increase my promo offers and was told “These are factors out of our control that we cannot elaborate on”. TLDR: Decent book but do not expect anything besides sub par/non existent offers/customer service unless you spend LARGE amounts of money.

I am locked out and can’t get back in. When signing up in Maryland to place bets Monday while the app was doing testing here and before the app went live I signed up for an account, won 2 of 3 bets and was logged out for the night. Went to sign in yesterday and forgot the password I used and was locked out after a few tries. Problem is I can’t get back in. The email I entered was one letter off from the correct email and I realized it and emailed support nearly 10 hours ago with no response. I just figured out I would try a work around which was to sign up for the errant yahoo email account and reset the password only DK hasn’t emailed the reset instructions. Is this a scam way to take my money I deposited or what? For a site that I would think would want me to bet and lose my money I’d think it would work a bit better and would have avoided the errant email by having me enter it twice and maybe have other options for password reset other than wait forever for support to help me. This is frustrating and will definitely be trying other betting apps that hopefully work way better

Glitch & Bad Customer Service. I had a $100 ticket on Lakers v. Clippers (I had Lakers -4) parlayed with Rangers to win (which they did). There was 19 seconds left the Clippers came back to take the lead by 1. Then all the sudden the app glitched to 7 seconds and I cashed out. The app switched back to 19 seconds and ultimately went to overtime and the lakers covered the spread (won by 5 points) I would have won $578. This will be the last time I use this app, that was very fishy to me, I am not just mad about losing the bet, but the fact I felt like they pressured me into cashing out because they knew my bet had a good chance of hitting, either that or there software quality is one of the lowest out there. There customer service is also very poor, the other day I made an incorrect bet emailed customer support and asked them to please void the ticket, return the money to my account and reapply the boost I had on the ticket so I could replace my wager. They said that was ok and asked me to confirm which I did. Then a few minutes later they said unfortunately we will not be able to void the bet or reapply the boost. Just bad service all the way around. Do not deal with these guys they aren’t worth it. I will take my sports betting to fanatics sportsbook, they are so much better and take care of there customers properly. 1 out of 5 stars.

Review for the kings of Sportsbook!!. You guys are very satisfying with your promotions and free games. Especially in fantasy. Very fair too. Never had a problem when thing were out of my control and a DK fault. I was talked to with respect and we handled our situation. Casino is fun! Glad you guys came through with the poker games. Craps in other states. I dont know why it not in ours when it’s at our casinos too. Another day. I enjoy with hearing the reports from some of the winners. Keeps me striving towards enjoyment. You guys are definitely the Kings out here. I hate seeing others trying to claim that spot. Different strokes for different folks. You guys stay the same please!! Always great reviews here!! A Seamless Bet on Excellence. I've been using the DraftKings Sportsbook app for a while now, and honestly, it's hard to find anything that matches up to the experience it offers. More agitation than satisfaction. Signed up for an account online and deposited funds from PayPal. Then I downloaded the App. The App seemed to log me out every time I clicked on something. Then I couldn’t find the funds I transferred from PayPal. I eventually gave up on the App and went to the computer. There, I discovered the funds went to play Fantasy Games and not the sportsbook. Needless to say, it just doesn’t seem to be worth the effort with the App constantly logging me out or freezing. Navigating via the website seemed as futile. Understandably these software tools need to have security controls – but when the software causes more agitation than pleasure, you just need to move on. Thanks for your response, so I can update my review. What I’ve learned is that DraftKings doesn’t want to return my money. If they deposit into the wrong product, they just keep it. I’ve submitted two different withdrawal requests and they just cancel them. No email notification, just cancel. Wait until you try sending an email to customer service – IT DOESN’T EXIST. Robo responses and templated emails that don’t address your inquiry. My advice STAY FAR FAR AWAY. IF DRAFTKINGS WANTS ME TO REVISE MY REVIEW, RETURN MY MONEY!

Location Errors Constantly. The interface and value on lines are pretty good, but I constantly get a pop up message that claims I am out of legal gambling area even though I’m in my house located in a legal gambling state(on the border of another legal gambling state). I can literally place a bet no problem, and then few minutes later try to place another bet in the exact same spot and it will say I’m not in a legal area. The worst thing is, it gives you a 30 minute time out on your account as well so it makes live betting impossible for me. I’ve reached out to support and they’ve told me to update the app, logout and close the app, and then open it again and log back in. I’ve done this and it still does not work. So many live odds that I’ve wanted to bet and and it just won’t let me, even after placing multiple bets already from the exact same place(right here on my couch!) Makes you think the fix is in and they don’t want you capitalizing on certain bets so they give your account a flukey “timeout”. I’ve heard people talk about draftkings implementing scams, but this is my experience.

Every Sportsbook is corrupt. I’ve used DraftKings for years and never liked any other Sportsbook I’ve tried. But I am officially retiring from betting and using any sports books especially DraftKings. I decided to let my wife join the fun and helped her make an account. Well she did good and then one day I noticed DraftKings steal winnings from my wife. She won an under parlay bet and then 12 hours later she had lost. The bet definitely won it was under 13 and it was at 12 after game and bet was settled. It was 12 on every stat sheet available that I could find. But what makes me the most angry is that we checked her account and it said she won the bet and the money was in the balance. After work and over 12 hours after the bet was settled a win it was changed to a loss with the stats still showing under 13 and nothing had changed. As well as customer services telling me that bet’s cannot be changed after settled even though they did. It was only 30 dollars, but I question how often has this happened and how many times have I or someone else not caught it.

Easily the best. Ive used literally EVERY sportsbook you can think of. The well known ones, the not so known, or well ones, and everything in between. i have never seen a sportsbook do everything right like draftkings does. their support is 10/10 even on their busiest days, making it feel like they actually care. i reached out to them about a problem with a bet i had, i emailed them at 8:30 am and not even 10 minutes later i had an email from them saying they were working on it and it should be fixed by within 24 hrs. Draftkings also gives out amazing promotions all the time, as well as giving you unlimited ways to play/ make money. you have the pools, reinmakers, social, and so many things to bet on. I have never seen a sportsbook even close to this one, the only other sportsbook i would consider using is fanatics. Draftkings is a 10/10 regardless of how you look at it, and if youre giving them bad reviews because you lost money, then thats on you, because draftkings will do everything in their power to make sure youre paid.

As soon as you win, they WILL restrict and limit you. I’ve been with them since DFS only days. Played a ton. Last year, I won a good amount. Twice, I won a lot on their casino & sportsbook. Which They the proceed to block my account each time. DK also Accuses me of having multiple accounts (I only have 1), playing slots in which was abusive to them (that’s right slots) and I had to upload my ID over & over again. I had a VIP host for a while. Last year and half ago the host and promo offers were great. My new VIP host is a big waste of time. They send all these emails saying I have all amazing offer and promos “at my fingertips.” But when I go to ask the VIP Host, they have nothing. They also are unable to get limit the amount I can wager on sports. They have no answers. There are a ton of other books now, DK only wants new and losing players so I’d definitely play elsewhere. Response: Thats another thing with DraftKings, they just copy and paste answers. I only have 1 account which is why I’m still active. Just heavily limited despite being a VIP that receives emails about all these amazing promos I can get. But I get 0.

Stolen money. In early 2020 I downloaded the draft kings app and I deposited over $250 , they had some offer about received draft king dollars after depositing a certain amount , once the deposit was complete and I tried to use my money it said my account needed to be verified and that I needed to upload documents . I uploaded my photo ID and never received access to my account . A week later I tired again and uploaded my photo ID and bank statement and still it tells me my account needs to be verified and it won’t let me in my account . I tried contacting customer service they replied weeks later and said to send them my passport and ID and statement. I sent all tat information and they never replied back NOR did they fix the issue ! I wrote to customer service simply asking for my money back since it seems ill never have access to my account, they replied they are working on the issue . It is now September 2021 they have no fixed the issue thier customer service continues to say they are working on it and they have no sent my money back to me ! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an app. APPLE should hold Some sort of responsibility that an app on thier App Store is stealing money from customers

Please Read - Tech Issues. Hello - I love the way you’ve designed the app and love the SportsBook progress but I think there needs to be some more spend or focus on the engineering and functionality aspects of the app. It took me 4 times to deposit money for the first time because the app froze and I had to re-load and re sign-in. There may be customers that don’t have the patience to wait for that and you may lose those customers. App functionality is going to be so so important for establishing customer loyalty moving forward, especially in states that are just newly adopting legal gambling because this is where the majority of millennials will bet, on their iPhones. Also this is just personal opinion, but I’d consider changing the design of the App Logo. The word DraftKings is too small and the light green is not a color that stands out, especially against the backdrop of a photo or different phone background. I’d use a bolder and darker Green with white lettering and black outlining. You want the consumer to be thinking about clicking your app every time they open their iPhone.

I get really frustrated!!!. I think the app could be greater than it is now. I do have the updated app and the highest speed internet Wi-Fi but this app lags a lot. Also there is a form of deception when betting on tennis. I bet on point by point basis mostly and there are several discrepancies I have like at the beginning of a match there is no option to bet on the the first point. Also if you don’t watch carefully it will do that or put the game that’s being played below the next game. You think you are betting on game 5 but it’s actually game 6. What’s messed up is you are trying to get your bet on so fast because it’s so slow processing the bets that you don’t want to have your bet rejected. I’ve probably had 85% of my winning bets rejected due to how slow this thing works. Sometimes I can log out and log back in to get it to function better. I like being able to bet on the tennis like this because other apps are not fully like this but I just don’t like the deception look and the lagging in bet processing!!! I’ve screenshot a lot of these things and hopefully people will avoid not being deceived…

Missing cash out feature screwed me over big time.. Before you say I have a degenerate gambling problem I accidentally placed an incorrect bet hours before the event while distracted by something else. (Did not realize I had a small parlay and a seperate 100+dollar bet in the same betslip both in effect) Immediately after, I tried to correct this by cashing out as it was hours before the event even started, only to find that cash out was immediately suspended. Frantically looking everywhere for help there was no live chat or customer support to be found, and my fate was sealed. Lost thousands to this sports book and I’ve gotten 10 dk dollars in return, while Fanduel gives occasional random bonus bets to help you get back on your feet after a tough amount of losses. Until customer satisfaction and support features are worked on, fanduel is a better option. Be safe guys and read every part of that betslip because your money will get snatched the very second you hit place bet, regardless of how long away the legs are.

All Around Great Casino. I’ve played on just about every casino app in Jersey and Draftkings is without a doubt one of the best. There is a great selection of games to play, Always some kind of promotion going on; Differene kinds of bonuses daily; fast payouts; and if you have a host, Than you always have support at your fingertips. My host, Nathaniel, is one the of the better host that I have had over these past years, and I’ve had a lot of different host. He’s always a text away and he actually tries to help out; regardless of the problem at hand. Ontop of that, he’s fair and that’s an important characteristic in my eyes. If he can help out with a bonus or something along those Lines, he will without a doubt and when he can’t, he always explains “why”; so as a player, I always know the reasons and if I didn’t know, I learned it because he makes sure that you understand what he is saying. Either way, this is absolutely one of the best apps out there!!!

Casino games are rigged and tons of technical issues. I used to love this app until I won a few bucks. Then all of a sudden I’m playing blackjack with the same cards for 3 days. It was like the cards were never shuffled and I was on an endless loop of the same card combinations and results after cashing out half of my winnings. It was so bad I could predict what total the dealer had, when I would bust or when I could/needed to hit on 17 and not bust. I guess this feature is great if you’re Rainman but I’m just trying to have some fun. Im sure closer inspection would find this practice illegal. In addition to this, everytime I was on a streak all of a sudden my game would be disconnected. That never happens when I lost. No technical issues at all. Needless to say I cashed out my account and deleted the app. I’ll use Betmgm or Fanduel. Sports books are very common and there’s no need to continue to use this app

Careful. Very addicting.. It’s nice it’s fun I love how they gave me a free $200 in bet credits. My original goal was to just take all the Bet credits from these companies and ONLY use them to bet. Well that was working for a little bit and then I was down and then I noticed myself using some real money. Nothing much but still it’s concerning for me because I told myself I wasn’t going to do it, but the possibility of having 50-50 odds on winning a game is pretty powerful. The thing is those you never know what’s gonna happen in a game and you can lose all that money I mean I don’t have to tell you guys this. But yeah, so I with Drew, my PayPal money it took them like less than a day to process it, and I think I had it in my PayPal account the next day. So the withdrawals are fast. Overall, I honestly like the look and feel of DK over all the other apps I’ve used

DK is where it’s at!. Hands down, if no sweat bets and boosts are your thing it’s here. They are the fastest at withdrawals. It usually takes a minute after the confirmation. They are not the best at parlays when it comes to what you can parlay together. DK is on par with odds. You can shop around but I don’t really bother most of the time unless the juice is considerably lower somewhere else. They don’t hand out any free bets after the initial sign up bonus. Other sites do. Sometimes they have gimmie bets/promotions but there’s nothing better than opening up your sports book and seeing a free bet. I don’t care how much it is. Also they usually void bad bets like if a player is out or gets hurt within the first few plays of the game. Other apps like FD do not and just make you pay. DK is definitely better geared towards customer service. If you have questions or email an inquiry they get back with you in my experience within an hour. Shop your odds but I do truly recommend DK and can’t deny they are still #1 and my go to sports betting app.

Draftkings activity defrauds their customers. Several months ago they removed the ability to create parley bets for games, forcing betters to use their new “same game parley.” You’d expect it to essentially be the same thing, but it’s just a cover for how they rob their betters. When you make a parley, the odds are supposed to be multiplied together, for example if I parley two bets both with 1.5 decimal bets the parley should be 2.25. Nope, the calculators at drafkings apparently don’t work very well because they will never give you the correct odds, and you will always be given less. It may not seem like a big deal but consider they do this to every single better and their parleys, it adds up. They are defrauding millions of people every time they don’t actually pay out the actual amount they are owed. Edit: wow they sure did get mad and write a whole lot of nothing justifying them breaking the law. Make sure you check the numbers folks, they will fraud you on every single penny they can. They love giving you “free 25% profit boosts” on bets, make sure you bring a calculator folks because a 25% boost of a 1.5 bet surely isn’t the 1.6 they’ll show you. I’d recommend using literally any other sportsbook that isn’t actively defrauding their customers every single chance they can.

Good betting app, a few draw backs.. The app itself is relatively slow. The profit boosts are nice and unlike anything I’ve ever seen on any other app or site. So that’s a plus. The lag on placing bets etc is a bit annoying, but it’s understandable. The UI is nice and the social hub is a huge plus and extremely underrated. Here is where my issue with DK lies: There is no withdrawal option besides a paper check. They show PayPal as an option, but it doesn’t work because PayPal doesn’t allow any transactions through any gambling sites. It also doesn’t work on Fan Duel, but Fan Duel has 5 or 6 different withdrawal options including Venmo. DK knows that you don’t want to withdraw those funds as a bettor, because you don’t want to screw up your bankroll god forbid you have a bad day, and then have to wait 5-7 business days to get your check in the mail, deposit it and then deposit the money back into your DK account. Which forces the bettor to keep the funds in the account for a much longer time. I understand the business tactic, but it legitimately drives business away from the site. I can personally survive without worrying about if I take too much out of my account. But I don’t think many people who bet on DK are happy with that.

rigged. this is the wrose casion ever . super rigged . they target players , i play roulette , for example, if you deposit $300 and play roulette out of $300 they will give you like three bats and those are going to be the least amount you placed on a bet just to make believe that they will give you money , also, there were many times I’ve made bets huge on that one single number for a long period of time and as soon as I decide to move from that number next bet this number comes it’s like they’re waiting patiently so k can stop playing on this number. It happens so many times and I know for a fact that it happens to other people all the time this is super rigged casino if you want to lose money this is best app for you. if you want to lose your house play draftking casion , i am 100% you will lose your house . I have all the casinos app and I never write a review in my life . I’m only writing review for this app to save others my humble request to you please dont play this casion it is super rigged . There are many good casinos app out there . all the 5 stat review you see here i am pretty sure they bought it . rigged rigged rigged .. give them 1 star to save others and download orher good casion app , thanks

Complaint filed with the better business bureau. For about 2 years I was loyal draft kings user. This ended about 3 weeks ago when I attempted to withdrawal. My withdrawal was canceled and I received an email the next day saying my withdrawal was canceled and in order to withdrawal I would need to email the company back starting that I would use the same method to withdrawal that I used to deposit and I was also required to provide an explanation of why I cashed out early on a $250 bet on the Cowboys/Steelers game from November 8th, 2020 (that I wound up cashing out after an $85 loss). I emailed back saying I had no problem withdrawing using my original deposit method and also providing an explanation of why I cashed out. To date, I have gotten no response from draft kings despite following up on my emails as well as sending messages to customer service directly on the app. About a week ago I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Zero response from this company to a customer trying to do a withdrawal of their own money? Something doesn’t seem right. I’m not sure how this is legal to not allow withdrawals and not respond to your customer. Use another Sportsbook everyone. I know I will.

Thieves!. I do not know how these thieves could have 4.8 out of 5 stars. I’m sure these reviews are rigged in the same way the app is. They are good at letting you win a little and then taking 5x what you won. There is no possible way these games are regulated or monitored as closely as they should be. You can literally feel how fake it is when you’re playing slots and you’re betting $4 per spin and get no bonus whatsoever and then all of a sudden you drop the bet down to 20 cents and magically the first spin on minimum bet is a bonus because they just took $500 in $4 bets from you. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve experienced these types of things. I also see tons of negative comments about the location services and connectivity of the app and they are 100% accurate and probably part of their scheme to defraud people. If I’m playing a slot for awhile and I feel as though I should be “due” for some kind of bonus or feature it disconnects me and says I’m not in the right geolocation (which resets the game) even though they just verified my geolocation minutes earlier!! Guess what Fraud Kings!? I don’t have a tele-porter. I hope these guys are found out soon and go under just like the whole Pokerstar’s situation years ago.

Do Not Play DK Blackjack. There isn’t a single chance the casino is not rigged. Anytime I gain ground the Algorithm kicks in and flatlines Me. I think It’s only a matter of time before their algorithm system gets proven to be illegal. In blackjack you will eventually have a nice run. You’ll bounce up and down for a bit and then the computer will undoubtedly come back to hammer you into oblivion. It will hurt your soul every time because you’ll be left thinking there’s no way that was possible if it truly deals random cards. Sadly you’ll be correct in thinking this. At that moment I hope you go to the AppStore and write a review of your experience with the algorithm system tracking the way you play and using that as a way to decide how to deal cards. If someone could tell me how the casino is truly random and not tracking your play I think a lot of people would love to hear it. However I will say Sports betting is nice, and is my favorite platform. The odds on same game parlays have gone wayyy down from where they used to be though, and that’s frustrating. In my opinion same game parlay odds aren’t even worth betting anymore. The promos and Sportsbook platform are pretty great though.

Rigged. That’s right! This thing is rigged! I understand gambling is a risk and you take the chance but they will do nothing to help you even if you’re in the right! Multiple times I had to email about bets that actually happened when they claimed they didn’t to get my winnings, as well as if you bet on a player and they get hurt you lose your money no matter when it happens. There’s even been instances where they “fact check “ a game 4 days later and take winning bets they paid you back!!! That’s their error and should now be allowed to dip into your money! The casino is even more rigged.... 500 hands of blackjack.... 97% of the time the dealer makes 20 or 21 , you have absolutely no chance of winning. Slots never pay and if they do you have to dump $2000 into them to break even. Winnings are predetermined before you spin.... I can guarantee this because my Money would go up or down before the spin even finished dialing in on my screen! Roulette is as rigged as they come. If you want to risk your money take it to a real casino where your odds are unfortunately better. REPEAT don’t waste you money with their “free” ideas you will regret it!

Hijack your deposits. First, it’s easy to place a bet BY ACCIDENT. There is no way to confirm after you touch the BET bar. I went to open a bet slip in order to remove the bet and my finger very gingerly brushed the BET bar. But I saw it happen so my fault. On 9/10 I saw a $20 bonus bet played on my account that was odd to me. Most likely I hit the Bet bar accidentally again but I simply asked how can that happen and without even talking to me I was restricted. What has me upset is I JUST deposited $200. I’ve tried for 10 days to get help and aside from an email saying the team will investigate I HEAR NOTHING. There is NO Customer Service here. BEWARE. There is no phone number or even CHAT. The only contact is through email but they Resolve nothing. All I want is my $200 deposit back. I told them to keep the rest of the money in there which were winnings on bonus bets. In essence I am returning the bonus money I used. But GIVE ME BACK MY DEPOSIT!!!!!! They hijacked my cash deposit the day after I made the deposit. IS THAT LEGAL????????? Horrible customer service. Slowest sportsbook out.. Yeah sure the bonus bets are nice at first, but once you get the hang of the app you realize how SLOW it is. By the time you create your own parley & get ready to accept your bet it makes you delete out at least 2 of the bets on your parley, because they get closed out, just for them to open back up and be the EXACT SAME point/spread, and the odds are the EXACT SAME. The app is useless when it comes to creating your own parleys. I highly recommend Fanduel, fanduel will tell you if one of your bets in a parley is suspended WAY before the bet is permanently Closed out. This app is only good for the promos it gives out daily, but it’s hard to use the F****** promos since you can’t even build your own parley to apply the promo. They have already made parleys but the odds are way to high and chances are it’s not gonna hit. THIS APP IS NOT FOR WINNING, ONLY FOR DUMPING YOUR MONEY INTO JUST TO LOSE OR NOT BE ABLE TO BET. Terrible. If I could give it a zero, I would. TL:DR the app constantly logs you out and doesn’t work. Finally got fed up enough to rant into the void that is an App Store review I have never written a review for an app before because, generally, they work as expected. This terrible, infuriating app has forced me to warn others to not use it unless you enjoy being constantly logged out and unable to bet - you know, the entire point of the app. For the last few months the app has been completely unusable (I know I am also not alone in this issue, to varying degrees). I have made sure the app is up to date and deleted and reinstalled it, all to no avail. I cannot bet on the app (and, yes, I’m in a state where gambling is legal). I enjoy live betting, so when the app was working, I’ll admit I would be on it quite a bit to keep up with live pricing. I haven’t lost a significant amount of money nor do I bet in big amounts/a lot, so there should be no reason the app should have excluded me and can only conclude the app is buggy. I have previous experience with legal sports betting having lived in Europe and never had any of these problems. I’m going to switch to Fanduel.

Find another book. I’ve won over $1000 on this book and ive still had the worst experience I’ve ever had betting on a sportsbook. To start, the amount of pain points the customer encounters to deposit money into the app…. No wonder why they need all these deposit matches! Customers wouldn’t be able to sit through the unbearable experience of troubleshooting their horrible technology. On top of that, there’s no customer support! Fill out a form and maybe you’ll get an email pointing you to their pre-written articles that you can find on the help page…. That are nothing more than common sense. And for the betting lines, the causal customer would never notice, but this sportsbook is doing everything possible to get you to make the worst possible bet you can make (so they make money). All the quick picks, promotions, profit boosts, are a scam to make you bet what they want you to bet. Offering 25% profit boosts with $10 max just forces customers to put in these lottery-pick parlays (WHICH HAVE CRAZY HOLD - TERRIBLE FOR THE BETTOR). No one wants to use their 25% profit boost to get an extra $2 on a straight bet. Their promotion strategy is shady, their deposit experience is horrible, and their customer support is non-existent. Save valuable time and money and go to Caesars or FanDuel. At least Caesars has a full customer support team dedicated to handling calls in a timely manner.

Only good for pregame action. Promos are good and pregame betting is good. App is super slow. Live betting is awful most of the time because most of the games are locked out. I’ve had games locked for all of halftime and all of a quarter. Once the games start, cashout options are very rarely offered. As another example, I’ve taken bets with something like a -150 and a -800 and the -150 bet gets cancelled then can’t cash out my bet that only has the -800 on it. So I ended up betting like 20 to win like 3 or 4 dollars. I’m not trying to do that. I had a $5 bet that was similar to that where the close odds got cancelled and I could win $1. They finally gave me a cashout option when the game was almost over and the team I picked was up a good amount. To recap, live betting isn’t great, app is slow, hardly get cashout options during live games but it has pretty good daily promos. They just updated the app to help fix its speed but it didn’t do much. Hopefully another patch is coming soon. If they could get those issues fixed, it would be a much better app than FanDuel.

Horrible Service. Last summer I had a bet settle as a win and I was given the winnings. The next day I realized DraftKings had gone back and actually taken the money away. I asked them about this and they told me that the bet wasn’t supposed to be up and it was a mistake on their end. This past weekend I meant to put in a prop bet. I usually wager between $10-$30, nothing crazy. Instead of hitting 3 0, I accidentally hit the +100 above the 3, and the 8 instead of the 0. Realizing this wasn’t right I went to delete the number but when I tried hitting the X, it entered the bet anyway. The ticket was for $1,008. I have never come close to betting anything like this and I immediately panicked. I messaged Draftkings through both email and Twitter. Email told me there was nothing they could do and to try and cash out (which was not an option.) Twitter told me to let them know if it ended up losing. Of course it lost, and when I told them this they gave me a “$100 free bet.” I don’t see how $100 in site credit comes even close to $1,008. I think it’s insane that when DrAftKings makes a mistake, they won’t hesitate to go back and take money away from you, however if you ever make a clear mistake, oh well. They have 76 commercials a day about responsible gambling, but when one of their users that has used the app for years makes an honest mistake, they have no problem watching them lose way more than they could afford. A horrible experience that I’ll always remember.

Is the worst of the worst even proper enough?. To be fair the amount of games on here is incredible… good job at the variety of casino games. As with any casino you have your ups and your downs.. downs lasting longer than one would hope. Either way, I had been upgraded to the “vip” program. Which really just means I’ve spent far too much money. Anyhow, I got assigned a “dedicated” person (ha ha ha) this person never once even introduced himself. I had reached out over an issue with a promotion.. no answer. I reached out to customer service.. told me to speak to the person who doesn’t answer? So, finally he reaches out and proceeds to hammer call me during work hours.. demanding I call him back. I stated I no longer wanted communication with this terror of a human.. and guess what?? He proceeds to reach BACK OUT ultimately I blocked his cellphone # - oh that’s right they handed out my cellphone number. So after countless interactions with customer service ultimately I was told I have to be placed in an uncomfortable position to speak to a terror of a human. Needless to say.. I don’t play that game! I played a few more games nothing of any real value proceed to “randomly” now lose every single thing I played (not rigged at all… nooooo) anyhow take your business to literally anywhere else… even a gas station casino may have better human interaction than this. Worst sports betting app ever created. I just joined and I DO NOT, AND I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND TO PUT YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP. THEY WILL RESTRICT YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU WIN OVER 250$ and PERMANENTLY DISABLE IT. I provided them with everything they asked for and also provided them with proof that I have been gambling responsible. I just joined LESS THEN A MONTH ago and I only place a bet every 3-5 days and deposit a max of up to 50$ every 3 -5 days. I provided them proof with all this an yet they will not unlock my account and give me access to my winnings. I’ve only won once an that was yesterday. I placed a 20$ parlay and won 374$. They instantly restricted and disable my account and will not provide me with a reason. I will be taking them to court so if you are/ have dealt with this similar issue prepare because they are going down. They are stealing from people and that is not right. I won and am entitled to that money. So since they want to play game with 374$, mark my words they are gonna have to pay me 374,000 when I’m done with them. They think it’s hard to get a good lawyer. Checks in the Mail. I have had this account for a while and decided to quit watching sports when they went woke, so recently I finally signed back on to try casino option because I have MGM and Fan Duel apps for casino play already. Almost 2 weeks ago my wife and I played all 3 apps did very well and cashed pretty good money out of all 3 casino apps. Now MGM paid me approx. 30 minutes later the money was put in my bank account and FanDuel put my money in my account approx. 7 minutes later, my point is it’s almost 2 weeks later and still waiting on my check from Draft Kings this is unacceptable and they use the USPS to deliver their checks and we all know how reliable the Post Office is now-a-days(sarcastic) guys it’s 21st century get with the times Draft Kings I opened accounts with these other companies never had to jump through hoops to get my money put in my account it’s pretty much automatic. Just shows how much they care about you, I mean your money 😂. Hi, I’ve used this app ever since it came out. I’ve probably had over $250k in placed wagers on this site for sports betting. Now Live Dealer blackjack is legal in PA I figured I’d give it a go because of the promotion. Now I hit the “stand button” but the site gave me the “surrender” option. I had a 9 to the dealers 3. Why in the world would I surrender. I kindly asked customer support if they could help. And was told “on our records we see no irregularities” and pretty much told me I selected surrender. Now I say to myself ok maybe I did hit the wrong button.... next hand. Bam. Same thing. Now this is where the customer Support thing gets fun. They tell me to fill out this BS investigation form. But ok, I’m only wagering $40 at this point so I couldn’t care less. But it’s the fact that I know many people out there can only afford to bet $1-$5 hands at a time. Also, if you can’t fix a simple bug and want your players to fill out a form that they will contact you back in 48 hours after it’s reviewed, why run this business. And if they treated me, a long term Sportsbook user that’s wagered over half a mil like a piece of dust under their blackjack table, imagine what you have coming when their site messes up. Great app but beware.. I loved this app. It feels stable so kudos to the developers. Unfortunately as a software engineer myself there are plenty of observable patterns that hints at your profile progressively and noticeably making it nearly impossible for you to have a chance of winning. For the first couple of days you will win a lot. I managed to turn $250 into $5,000. Slots machines and blackjack feel like you have a chance. This is how they get you. Then you you start loosing but not like all the time. Sort of balanced.... but then you can try the slots and hitting 100 times and getting nothing. Then it gets really bad. Bad as in blackjack giving the house 10 and aces 8-10 times in a row while you get 13s-14s and busts as you see all you money bleeding out. Then you start questioning yourself... put more and more money. Remove the app a few times and re-install... because maybe.. just maybe it was you. Down 2-3k later you are here writing a review to help others manage their expectations. Give it a shot; you will see what I mean.

Horrendous experience. Perhaps all the degenerate gamblers are too money hungry to notice the horrible functionality of this app (hence the good reviews DraftKings is somehow receiving) but I’ve had nothing but trouble. First with depositing issues, Second with opt-in issues for first time players, and now lastly with withdrawal issues. The customer service team is clueless. I requested the withdrawal and I got an email that said it was under review.. 3 days later nothing. No email, no update. So I reached out and they say I need to deposit $5 more to verify my bank account… the money deposits in my account with no issue and I’m still not having the option to withdraw to my bank account. Then they tell me I have a geolocation issue and that’s why my withdrawal was denied. They say it’s because they have to be able to confirm my location due to federal regulations… funny because they have no problem taking my money… so I’m really finding it hard to believe that they can take my money without issue but they can’t give it back. Garbage experience, and besides gambling at your fingertips 24/7 is a dangerous thing. I’m out, thanks for nothing DraftKings degenerate gambler enablers.

SCAM!! JOKE!! RIGGED!!. So obviously Draftkings isn’t in the business to give handouts and they obviously have the rules VERY TWISTED in their favor. They even explain that in super small text in their rules and I can still get by that. what I can’t get by is the freaking SCAM of a Cash Out option they have with their bets. So I know that the rules state that Draftkings can pull the cash out option any time they want I understand that. What I have a HUGE PROBLEM with is that when the the cash out option is available you can click on it and it will “load” “load” “load” even with 5 bars of service and then will just just go back to Cash Out. What Draftkings does I have noticed on big bets normally anything over $50 bets it glitches on the Cash Out button so you can never cash out. Now I wanna know why have a Cash Out option if you are not gonna freaking HONOR IT! I have screenshots of my page where I clicked cash out with the time on the top of the screenshot then three or four minutes later say Cashing Out still with another screenshot with the time on it. I then showed this to customer service and they refused to listen to me SCAM!!!

Zero chance it has a real rating. Sort the reviews by most recent, scroll down, and then you tell me how this has a 4.8 rating. Trust what you’re reading. Live bets are the absolute worst. They consistently lower your odds while the bet is “processing” to give you a worse payout. Or they use the “processing” time to let odds swing further in their favor and they lock you into the old odds to their advantage. But also their policy is once you press submit for a bet, you’re locked in for the bet. If that’s the policy, why don’t they guarantee the odds that were listed when submit was pressed? Or how about if you’re selective about taking bets during the processing time, you allow the user to cancel a bet during that time? Because then they couldn’t scam you and rake every last little drop of money they can get. Their marketing and customer acquisition costs are through the roof and they rip you off to pay for it. Their customer support is a bunch of robots masquerading as humans, and the CEO and founders are bags—read about them. Spend your money with companies that can uphold fair business practices. Across the board, Draftkings is toxic.

Horrible customer service and verification process. I recently decided after Ohio finally legalized betting, to try out this app. I was partially influenced by the Kevin Hart commercials but quickly learned that none of it was legit. There is a verification process, that validated you to gamble, after that there should be no additional verification, unless you have a garage process (hint). After I won and decided to withdraw my winnings, all of a sudden I needed to prove who I am. I sent a picture of my ID, a picture of my face, a bank statement, IRS form and a letter from the state. All total violations of my privacy. Still, they have my account froze: can’t bet or access my winnings and there’s literally no one to talk to. Just a bunch of dumb emails back and forth where they keep rejecting or collecting my personal information. I’m not sure which at this point. Either way, they have my money I deposited and my winnings & apparently don’t plan on releasing it. Please gamble elsewhere. I have plenty of friends who have no problems on other betting sites. I should’ve listened to them and not Kevin Hart. If you insist on betting, it’s safer in a dark alley among thieves and criminals than here.

Horrible customer service. This app is good if you plan on never ever reaching customer service or having any issues with the app. However if you ever need to reach customer service there is a huge issue. There is no phone number so you have to email them. Takes 1-5 days for them to answer or they ignore you. Most times they don’t understand or don’t know their own app well enough to answer your questions. If there is a significant issue they have zero idea of what is going on. They offered an nfl parlay insurance promotion. If you lose 1 leg of a 4 leg parlay you will be credited as long it is not a teaser. I made parlay wagers as did my dad using the alternate spreads. We never used teasers and were credited the first 2 times the promotion came out. Then all of a sudden they didn’t credit us and said teasers don’t apply. We didn’t use teasers we were just smart enough to use all their app offers. They have no idea the bet we used and I’ve spent days trying to contact them and explain. Save yourself the hassle and do not use this app. You will eventually get money randomly taken from your account, not get a pay out or some other issue. Then you will spend weeks trying to explain to them their own system to eventually get screwed. Use another sportsbook. Or else you will just regret the hassle.

DraftKings is best online sports book hands down. I’ve been a gold member since 2022 and currently live in Massachusetts. I have online sports book accounts, but do most of my plays on DraftKings because nobody else comes close with the promos, missions and bonuses offered here. An example: last year for Xmas/new years they sent me a $250 watch and a tablet at no cost to me (I got to pick from many gifts which was cool too). I have never had anyone i bet sports with give me anything like that. Not to mention the tons of free bets, profit boosts, missions, etc, I get weekly (more like Dailey). I love how easy the app is to use and that it’s not outdated - as other are. Lastly, they have more betting options than almost any other site. As long as they continue to provide all those benefits to me, I will continue to be a loyal member. Love it and recommend to anyone who bets sports.

Not only does draftkings have no phone support, or live support, the email support is absolutely horrendous. Started off well until they scammed me. DraftKings has an overall good sportsbook. I was very satisfied for a while until they locked and closed my account. However, the customer service is very sketchy as they reply with the same written email templates that don’t answer your questions. My account was locked for a year and they lean on identity theft to lock and closed your account. I magically had 6 accounts that was somehow associated with my account? I tried to work with them explaining all the details with my account but they were already set to keep me locked out saying that they require identification from all the other 6 accounts that I was somehow associated with? I only created one account, uploaded multiple verifying documents, and they still closed my account stealing the money I had inside. After reading reviews on the BBB, it sounds like they do this often. There’s a reason why there’s no phone number and they refuse pretty much all callback requests. Overall, just use this app with caution. I was satisfied until this all happened. If it’s possible make sure there’s no account associated with yours to begin with cause they can easily close your account with thousands of dollars in it with no way to get it back.

Experience of draft kings thus far. Recently started using this app and I’m very pleased with it simply because of the amount of promotions and bonuses and second chance opportunities to continually place wagers on sports. The app also has an incredible user interface that makes things easy to use. The parlay capabilities of mixing and matching from different games is also awesome. Would absolutely recommend to anyone especially beginners who are new to wagering on sports.

Decent but don’t join for a good offer. The app itself is decent and fairly easy to navigate. I joined as I saw a “bet 5 get $200 instantly” offer advertised on RedZone and I joined with the code, bet $25 and two weeks later and never received any bonus. I also prefer my current app as I do not get cash advance fees for deposit with a credit card.

BEWARE OF FAKE/SCAM PROMOTIONS. They will accept their custom designed fake promotions on sign up; will not say anything about them not being valid in your area—despite them being advertised in your area on websites for businesses that are only located in your area; then renege and take your money without hesitation. Customer service is totally clueless. DraftKings will happily accept your money and then lock your account and ask for bank documents that don’t exist. Their customer support doesn’t seem to understand how Interac transfers work despite that being a primary way of funding accounts in Canada.

Looks cool, can’t use it. Ui looks great, there’s a “bet 5$ get 200 bonus” that’s on search engines but not in app. I can’t tell for sure though because the registration process is anything but smooth, requiring more information than any other sports betting app, and my documents have been under review for months

Rigged slots. I wish I could put 0 stars, caught them not paying out on multiple slots not paying out when when a full line of symbols were lined up. Complete garbage. I even contacted support and they were no help.

Horrible. Can’t trust these apps it’s probably going to be the same thing like PokerStars where they want you to sign up then when you sign up all of the sudden they want pictures of your credit card back of your credit card bank statements and when you disagree and want a refund (because the only way to sign up as a deposit money) they tell you they can’t refund your money because you didn’t send them your private and personal information. What makes matters worse is DraftKings actually wants your precise location which ha yea right !

Scam Business!!. Do not download this app. Do not put in any money. This is a very deceiving business practice. You are lured in with your own money and with bold statements put in Ads of getting 50% match. Unless you read the very fine print underneath of your money going into a bonus section with time limits for F putting in 15k to remove it? Very Shady business practice to prey on young adults and tricky because it does not match their other, similar promotions . This company needs to be investigated and fined.

Scam. Honestly has to be the most rigged online casino I’ve played on. Dealer will ALWAYS have a face card. Not only that he will magically go from 12 14 and 16 to 20 or 21. One game the dealer won 14 hands in a row and took all my money. They don’t even try to hide it anymore. I will be deleting this garbage app from my phone and never participating again

Casino. I live playing the casino slot games, but lately it seems like they’ve changed something. You can’t win anymore, example, I played $650 today alone and thousands in the past few days and normally I would of won a bit. But the past few days, it’s literally impossible to win anything. This app unfortunately has become not worth playing anymore whether they changed algorithms or what idk, but used to love this app, it was fun. Now, it’s literally like burning money. Don’t waste your time or money on this, I will try one or two more times, but if this continues even 10 of my friends who typically spend over $10k a week each are ready to delete this app, it’s ridiculous. Fun has been taken… hopefully, they change this soon or we are all going to pull our funds. And between all of us, we did the math, we spend 50k a month on this app between the 10 of us faithfully…

Evil. Social Security before entering. These people are evil. At first they just start asking for your email and your password but then once you register, they demand your Social Security, your address and a photo of your ID before you even get to the sportsbook/casino BEFORE you even get to check it out. They don’t even care that you’re not in one of the few states that they serve. And of course I want access to your camera to take the photo. Is the only way you can submit your license. Heaven forbid that you would just send an attachment through an email. So, as soon as you turn off the camera, they notice. They also make it very difficult for you to sign out when you leave the application. I am removing this nefarious app! VERY SHADY. You said that your own risk. It’s like going to a restaurant or a store and they be requiring your Social Security number just so you can go in and look around. Please do not give your information it’s not worth it.

Use FanDuel Sportsbook.. With FanDuel you get what they offer. DraftKings words thing in a confusing way that will cost you money. With FanDuel I received a bonus for being referred by a friend. DraftKings said that I was ineligible because I already had an account (even though that was daily fantasy). FanDuel gave me a bonus for my first deposit. DK didn’t... again because I already had an account. They both offer the first bet as a risk free bet. When I lost my risk free bet with FanDuel, they gave me a credit for that amount to use as I wanted (I do mostly $5 and $10 bets). With DraftKings I lost the money from my “risk free” bet but they gave me a “free” $100 bet that I used and only won $14 (because I only win the profit from the bet, and not the $100 I bet). Just beware of DraftKings... they do shady things and you will lose money. I love FanDuel and will never go back.

4.5 Stars. User interface is pretty good. It’s a tad slow. I know people say it’s because of my phone or service, but the speed of FanDuel is about the same and ESPN is faster. Some others I’ve tried basically don’t work by my standards of responsiveness. I would say ESPN, or penn Sportsbook has made some strides in speed of use, but lacks drastically behind FanDuel and DraftKings for user interface and ease of understanding, not to mention reasonable odds boosts that aren’t spelling a loss for the bettor. I would say with confidence that I don’t know which of the three is best, but I can say that DraftKings has definitely secured a role in the top three. Heavy contender. The win will ultimately go to the Sportsbook with the lowest house rake. Which I suspect will be based on the blockchain. If you can’t beat them, join them I supposed.

Great app. The app is great it’s really easy to use and find props and lines and everything, the one feature that would be very helpful would be what FD uses when selecting a game for example Red Sox vs Brewers if there was a tab that shows pending/placed bets that involve that game already. For people like me who place multiple bets this would be very helpful. An alternative or another feature that would coincide with the aforementioned one would be if we could group our bets together under my bets. For example grouping them by sport or by type of bet (props, ML, line etc.) this would be helpful for people like me because when betting on multiple things that page can be difficult to sort out what I’ve already bet on as well as it can be difficult to locate the bet because their so much action on that “slip” Thank you!

Has gone downhill. If you want quick withdrawals, go to BetRivers FanDuel or Betmgm. If you want actual deposit bonuses where you have to play through one time, use FanDuel or BetRivers. DraftKings use to be my favorite, but withdrawals could take a cpl days, and if you “take advantage” of a deposit bonus they offer “VIPS” you’ll have to play through it 15 times (and most of the games only count towards 10% of the amount you need, making it more like 150 times play through on their digital games). Also you have to use all the money on casino only and can’t use it on Sportsbook until you play through 15 times (actually 150 times remember). They use to offer actual promos and sports bonuses that were exciting, and although their games seems fair, trying to come out ahead when you play that many times through is nearly impossible. Use FanDuel or BetRivers for better deals, promos and bonuses that you can actually use.

Terrible customer service. Switching books. For the past week every time I make a bet my cash out option goes grey and stays that way until the bet is settled no matter if it’s a single bet or parlay it uses the initial cash out amount (few less dollars than the bet) and the bar stay grey then entire duration of bet no matter how the bet is going so I have reached out MULTIPLE times the past week trying to figure out what’s up. I have deleted and re downloaded the app and it brings up the same grey bar after I log back in after re download. Every time I email all I get back is the terms and conditions for cash out and that they don’t pay any compensation. 1. I never asked for compensation 2. One guy didn’t send me the same automated message and he was basically telling me I was an idiot and didn’t understand how it works. I am a VIP with DraftKings trust me I know how gambling and their app works and something is wrong with mine was just trying to get answers as to why but that is to much to ask for apparently I will be switching books and not returning to DK

Thieves. I placed a bet on Kyle Busch to win xfinity race at Charlotte. With the cup race being postponed to the same day he is no longer racing the xfinity race. I contacted dk about getting refunded and they told me after a thorough review it could not be voided and still stands. Are you kidding me? If I bet on Jimmy butler and he doesn’t play the bet is voided. There’s no way you can treat this any differently. Just straight up stealing. And I have a friend who placed a live bet on Larson to win last week. The money came out of his account and reflected in his total in the top right corner. After the race, which Larson won he checks his balance and they did not give him his bet and the money was back in his account as if he never placed the bet. He tried to get this resolved and they told him if he couldn’t prove with a screenshot that he made the bet they wouldn’t refund him. So you have to have to take a screenshot every time you make a bet or they can just say you didn’t place that bet. They are crooks who will take your money and tell you there’s nothing you can do about it.

Still my only Sportsbook. I have been a Draft Kings user since the Super Bowl 54. My experience with your site has been great. Your promotions are excellent and give a novice bettor, like myself, a chance to get his feet wet while limiting risk. Recently I did have a small issue wagering and reached out to your customer service. I feel my questions were answered robotically which is strange because in the past, when I had wagering questions they were answered appropriately. I do understand I am a very low level gambler, even conservative, but I utilize Draft Kings to test my betting instincts before making wagers. I think your App is excellent and I still have not entered any other sports betting website despite some nice promotions(Fan Duel, William Hill etc.). I’d give you 4 and 3/4 stars if it was offered.

Sports Speculation A+: Fast , Efficient, Reliable , Entertaining, Useful Data. This Sportsbook app is fast and reliable. Offers same game parlay, live betting and more. Utilizing in the state of Oregon and all of the sporting events are made available. With international sports, wnba, and even rugby. All you could ask for and more with the statistics tab and social media in game app you can connect with other sports sepculators. Does not crash and is bug free. Cash out options are enticing and useful. This is the only app in Oregon for sports speculation and wagering and it is all we need. This company is publicly traded as (DKNG) and the large corporate backing financially helps the app's ability to serve its users. Tech support is there to help with any issues an the incentives are daily.

My Bets - Won/Lost filters. I love the DK app. It is easy to navigate once you know where to find everything. Most functionality is very good. One place I find to be a big pain point for me is the Won/Lost filters. They are sorted by the date the wager is placed. This is probably fine for some people, but for those that place a lot of bets across a wider window of time, it can be a “pita” to find info on a lost or won wager. For instance, if I bet weeks or even months in advance on a bet, I can’t find it under won/lost filters unless you remember around the date you placed it. And even then you have to scroll a good amount to actually find it. Please add other sort options to these filters, or make the default sort by the date won or lost instead of the date placed. That should be a simple enhancement! Thanks for the great app!

Soccer Leagues.. How many soccer leagues do you have in the app? I’ve been trying to solve this problem with you guys but nobody cares. I’ve been emailed that you have 73 soccer leagues but in the app you only have 18 leagues. You guys provided me a link to log in and it’s the same. I feel like I’ve been lied by some of your people and or I don’t know which one is worst that you guys can’t solve a simple problem. NO YOU DONT HAVE 80 leagues. You only have 18 leagues in State of Indiana. And some of them are EuroLeague,CL,World Cup. AGAIN,NO you do not have 80 leagues in Indiana. Stop lying. You have 14 to 21 leagues. You never had 22 leagues games in State of Indiana. Why don’t you give us to the link of Indiana and we can see how many leagues you have! :) I bet $100 I’m telling the truth. Let’s see your move.

Fix the App ASAP please. App constantly freezes crashes and messes up!! Everything about draftkings sportsbook is amazing when it is working well! When it is working well they’re Way above and beyond any other sports book. The problem is is the app is only working smoothly about 30 seconds total throughout the whole day. And the rest of the time it is constantly freezing glitching and crashing. I am on the app about a total of five hours every day. Mostly because I want to check out the new lines and live betting But also because the app crashes so much I have to sign back in or refresh it for it to work properly. Please fix your bugs draft kings! I definitely still recommend this app but this needs to be corrected ASAP. Definitely use this app and deal with it for now though

Their policies make no sense. I recently changed my phone number and wanted to change it on my account. It wouldn’t let me do it online or on the app so I had to contact customer service. They said they’d be happy to change my number but gave me no warning that my account would be locked out because of it. Once I realized my account was locked I contacted customer service again and was told they wouldn’t unlock it until I sent them a selfie of me holding my picture ID. Sorry but DK already has my SSN. They aren’t getting my ID also. I’m a customer. Not an employee. Out of frustration I requested they delete my account and they did it on the spot with no verification that it was actually me making the request. So pretty much anyone can log in to your email and request that your account be deleted and DK will do it. No questions asked. But try to make a change to your account and they make you jump through hoops. This is an idiotic policy that makes no sense.

Fraudulent Sportsbook. I deposited $2k into this sportsbook and when I tried to use it, the locked my account. Fast forward 40 days and my money is still locked away. I have sent 50+ requests trying to get in contact with anyone besides their automated response machine. Nothing, I’ve been ignored and told to upload documents proving my identity which I did weeks ago. Now, when I request to communicate with customer service they say they’re still “reviewing” my account. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional organization before. BE CAREFUL! They only care about you once you lose money, but when you win, that’s when the corrupt tactics come out. My money is still locked away and to no one’s surprise, no one at DraftKings has contacted me about a timeline of when it will become unlocked. DO NOT USE THIS SPORTSBOOK! FanDuel, MGM, Barstool, and any other book will treat you better than DK. STAY AWAY or be prepared for a month long battle with their automated customer support.

Worst customer service ever. I had an issue where my new user $200 bonus bets were invisible on my account. I could see them only in the state of RI which is where im from and DK isnt in RI. So when I went to Massachusetts to place my bets it would log me out and then i would have to log back in and my rewards would be gone. So I have $200 in bonus bets sitting in my account that I cannot even use. Tried to email support on 20 different occasions and all the customer service people sent me 1 email saying the bets are in my account. Its almost like they didnt even actually read the emails they sent the same response every single time. I would follow up to try and get them to understand my issue and they just wouldnt answer after sending the first email. I had a much better experience on FanDuel, they offered the same new user bonus and i got it instantly. They also have live support built right into the app and DraftKings you have to contact by email. STAY AWAY FROM DRAFTKINGS AND GO TO FANDUEL, DRAFTKINGS WILL NOT ANSWER YOU WHEN THERES AN ISSUE.

Truly and honestly HORRIBLE. Terrible app, terrible company, constant crashes, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and quite possibly the most corrupt and greedy. (even by Sportsbook standards) oh the best part? If you have an issue and wanna chat? No phone support, no live chat support, nope you’re gonna email them and about an hour later they maybe respond and if they do it’s never a helpful explanation, so you email them again, and eventually you’re so frustrated you just give up. That’s their master plan. Live bets are rejected constantly but only the winning ones.. I have video of a friend and i simultaneously placing opposing live bets on the same event and 4 out of 4 times they rejected the winning bet and accepted the losing bet. And when I asked them to explain they got back to me a decade or so later and said it wasn’t placed in time. They hadn’t learned what simultaneous meant yet apparently. The one word they know?? Corrupt. They are the kings of that.

Customer service. I have never ever been treated as poorly as I have by this company.. I could write an essay but the best way I can put it is I had my account locked due to a payment method. That was three months ago. I have exchanged 300 emails with 300 different people all just saying the same blanket statements over and over. Long story short, my account was unlocked finally after 3 months.. I was so relieved. I go to make a deposit it doesn’t work and then my account gets locked again and now I’m back at square one looking for all the same statement. And then all I asked was for somebody to call me and they refuse. God forbid you have any problems and need to contact support.. you will never get then same person. They never know what the previous support person has said.. it has been an absolute nightmare and i am literally appalled at my treatment.. like a criminal or a piece of trash.. like no joke I have never ever ever been treated so poorly by a company’ over anything.. All to give them my money.. just be cautious when dealing with them

You WIN some you lOSE some but at the end of the day YOU took that chance, Deal with it! In my personal opinion DraftKings is one of the Top apps have used thus far! The only app I use now. Odds are crazy always in my favor parley Bets are definitely worth the money you can pick as many legs as there are games! Platform is the easiest to navigate and I honestly don’t have issues with lagging or glitching. 5/5 it has room for improvement in one area😂 Helping me WIN! Other than that! Great job DraftKings! I love the app. In my humble opinion don’t pay attention to the bad reviews on her because it’s evident people get mad they don’t win their bets, now I cannot speak for the casino I primarily use the Sportsbook and I think it’s 100x better than FanDuel. Ive hit plenty of times on here and each time my money was in my account less than 5 minutes after. Odds aren’t bad I feel like on any sport betting app if you have good sport knowledge than you’ll know that there are big money opportunities when plus odds are apparent. Overall this is my favorite app I started out in FanDuel and I have not bet on FanDuel in months 20/10 make sure to get your on view of it once again because most of the bad reviews on here will be people who never win.

Wrong. I’m an avid gambler. Love the risk and love the reward even more. I urge you to not download this app. I deposited 600 dollars 7 days ago. After depositing I made a 50 dollar parley then decided that I would rather put the money in BetMGM with some better props. When I tried to withdraw my money. I was blocked. Still have not received my 600 dollars and I’m unable to access my account. I emailed. Uploaded documents of my face. My address. My ID, My Passport, proof of 2 different bank statements. And they refuse to unblock my account. I gambled over 100k in bets placed last year on BetMGM. And I will be sticking to BetMGM. This app is unjust and not trying to “protect me.” Now I’m disputing the charge and never using this app again. I urge you not to download this app for when you withdrawal they will block your account and no matter how much personal info you give them. They are such a power house they do not care for your business. Do not download this app.

It doesn’t work. I’m sitting in a casino in Las Vegas and the app tells me I’m in a prohibited location and won’t let me bet. I followed the instructions and closed all other apps, disabled my vpn, and turned location on. It just doesn’t work. An incredible waste of time. Update… draft kings responded and apparently Nevada doesn’t allow draft kings to do sports gambling. But in typical fashion, instead of just telling me that in the response, or better yet, having a pop up that tells me it’s illegal in the app, they have an app that just doesn’t work so I spend ten minutes trying to figure out how to make it work when it’s never going to. And instead of just telling me that in their response to my negative review, they make me click 2 links and find it in the print. I played daily fantasy for a few years, and this is about what you can expect from DK. Just a terrible company. Don’t get me wrong, all gambling apps/sites are terrible companies run by terrible people. But I doubt I’ll ever use the DK Sportsbook if gambling becomes legal in California.

Laggy, I recommend BetMGM, FanDuel, or Borgata not Draft Kings. Every hand, ( playing blackjack ) there would be lags in the amount of money that I possessed before and after each bet, either win or loss. Making it very hard to keep up with what you actually have. I see the Developer Response on these rating say “make sure you have strong internet connection” well I have very high speed Wifi connection and it’s funny how everything else is fast as light other than your entire site. Their dealers beg for tips, and just overall extremely disappointed in their services. I have tried out many online gambling sites and DraftKings is by far the worst. Oh, and by the way please fix your card scanners, all they money you guys make and your dealers have to swipe a cut card 100+ times for them to work. Million dollar company, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Leave it to BetMGM, Betrivers, Borgata, And FanDuel. Those are all 100x better.

Pretty dope sports book. So far it’s a pretty dope sports book, I really like the whole social aspect integrated into the app where we can post and easily tail other beta people post , my biggest issue is the app stability and that it’s kind of sluggish , also the lack of same game parlay+ , It’s coo you have SGP but It’s missing the ability to build parlays between multiple games. Or at least I haven’t found the option if it exist , also the withdraw and deposit options are kind of limited , it’s 2022 why is check even an option, at the minimum we should have cash withdraw options at a 7-11 or some other store. Lastly the line options are kind of limiting , granted the odds are better then most other sports books ie FanDuel , but that also makes it harder to win. I’m really hoping these few things are working on being implemented , I honestly think DK has the capability to be the best in the game.

Ehh. Slow and glitchy, odds are regularly worse than other Sportsbooks but they attempt to make it up in odds boost promos… their “crowns” (bonus in-site funds) are very hard to accumulate and being that im a regular who spends a lot in long sessions of betting, I find it ridiculous how slowly the points accrue.. also being a regular is a downfall when it comes to receiving promos such as “bonus bets” and “deposit matches”. Even their “giveaways” are all geared almost solely towards customers who rarely use their platform as opposed to their regulars (a common practice a few other Sportsbooks have implemented due to knowing their regulars will be back regardless if they are offered special promotions as appreciation or not)… customer service interaction is heavily dependent on an email system as opposed to a basic in-app chat which makes for slow response times in trying to resolve issues… large selection of events to bet on but desired bets or lines are often limited or restricted…

DraftKings review. I am A huge fan of draftkings I believe the app is at or near peek performance. I love the boosts you guys give away they are like no other sports book! I would like to see the social group betting to be improved. I think it would be cool to show how many bets people in said group make so you can see the % of wins a person has. For example it shows how many bets a person as hit in the week but If it also showed how many bets a person took in that week, it would be cool for the competition aspect of group betting. I would also like to see a more consistent max bet offered on boosts. My max bet will always fluctuate from $10-$25 i would love for it to stay at 25-50 and I don’t understand why it changes but you guys are great, my favorite sports book in America. I hope you guys can get to all 50 states asap!!

Don’t recommend at all! Predatory practices, too hard to win. They offer some decent promotions only to some players, but they are what would be called “negative expected value” in most circumstances. For instance they may offer to add 50% bonus money to a deposit, but they require your deposit and bonus to be turned over so many times that you’re likely to be broke by the time you’ve played enough for a withdrawal is allowed. Or they may say you can get 10% of your losses reimbursed over a certain day of play … well what good is that … I’m trying to win, not lose! A lot of the sports betting offers only allow a $5 maximum bet now which is sad. I guess the “investors” are sick and tired of the sports betting apps being too nice to the players and they want more profit now, and the only way to achieve that is belt tightening. Do yourself a favor and don’t download this app. Take whatever you would deposit in here and stick it in a savings account instead. You’ll be much happier and you won’t lose anything.

No brainers. I know the reason for the No brainer bets which I have done. I have only signed up for DK since not a big gambler yet. I have heard competition has been offering better deals? …..DK had no no brainer for NCCA first round bet? Again, not a high roller but would like the local Sportsbook to be a little more competitive when it comes to that. I do not plan on having multiple apps but may consider switching if this is consistent. Looking to (as everyone) is to get some easy money in bankroll to slowly give back to the books as I enjoy this very much appreciated as the books always win in the end which is fine as mass gets some kick back money. No problem spending a little money on luck and entertainment as a rookie!

Worst Customer Service. I don’t ever write reviews but I have to let others know what’s really going on here. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Been a customer for years and lost 1000s of dollars with them then one day out of no where they locked my account. I have money on there and now it’s locked. My money is now locked on their app and I can’t even sign in. I’ve provided everything they asked for a selfie on me holding my DL and a bank statement which is extremely personal information if you ask me. Now I’m completely ghosted I mean no response at all…nothing. I’ve sent emails almost every few hours hoping to get an actual person to reply. Nothing I mean nothing in days. It’s legit insane. Did they just rob me??? How can you lock someone’s money up like this it can’t be legal. Stay far away from these crooks MGM is way better with live chat where y out actually talk to a person. DraftKings needs to be shut down asap.

Horrible service. Deposited $25 and draftkings decided to take $100 out of my bank. Emailed for 5 days without getting anywhere with them they just kept sending back the same email saying they are extremely busy. So I decided to file the dispute with my bank and all is well until I try to use my play plus card. It’s declined. The only money I had on the card was actually from THE SCORE BET app and not draftkings (DK only went to my bank). Well since I filed a dispute with my bank without any word back from draftkings about the extra they charged me they also put fraud onto my play+ card. So now I can’t even use the money from a completely different app because it’s linked to draftkings. Never will use either again and I’d advise nobody else does either. Or at least make sure you check what your being charged after depositing because I’m sure I’m not the only customer who was robbed and treated horribly! Best of luck go use fanduel never did me wrong!

Customer Service is an absolute joke. I’ve noticed I’m not the only person that has dealt with the ridiculous “customer service” here at DraftKings. Won’t go into details on my specific issue but there is no way to actually contact anyone in any reasonable time. I had an issue with a live prop bet and wanted to just settle the issue that wouldn’t taken 2 minutes on the phone or through a live chat. However, the only way is sending them an email on the issue in which they have ignored for multiple days (and could ignore forever) and multiple different attempts to reach out. After I finally got a response the customer service asked me for the bet receipt, which I sent but after sending the receipt the only thing they sent back is that the bet was already resolved and wouldn’t even listen to my reasoning why I was upset. I’ve used this app for a few years and I do like the app, however I live in a state that has multiple options for sports betting and it’s about time to switch away from DraftKings. Nobody to blame but yourself DK and maybe it’s time to listen to the users that your customer service is laughable on how bad it is.

Not reliable at all, save yourself the stress and use a different app. Their deposit feature is absolute crap. I’ve had this app for 2 weeks and the deposit feature has broken down on me 4 times. My account is currently locked because money is missing from my bank account but it is not registered on my DraftKings account. This leads to my other complaint, customer service. My account has been locked for a full week, it took customer service 3 full days to respond to my initial inquiry and they have yet to respond to the info I’ve given them. I’ve also had 3 other issues I’ve tried to address to their support system and nothing has been resolved. I’ve even received generic-bot like responses from support that have had 0 relation to the issue I reported. Update: I ended up losing $3,000 dollars and customer support never responded to me. The only time I heard from customer support was 5 months after the issue when the announced my account was unlocked. I will NEVER recommend this app go use Fan Duel.

More like Draft Princess (sorry to any princesses out there). If you are someone that will stick with DK for a while and maybe even get into VIP status, do not expect great bonus rewards or any better assistance. They do not care how much $ you spend, overall you’re still just a number. They rope you into big contests like “Legend Series”, but you quickly realize to even win 500 DK dollars you’ll have to spend thousands just to rank in the contest. It would’ve been better if you never put the money in there in the first place. It’s so skewed in their favor that I’d argue they’re almost strictly operating off of new customers right now, because anyone that sticks around for a while sees exactly what their deal is. Trust me, this is coming from someone with experience. You will likely get lucky in the casino or Sportsbook at some point over the course of a year, but it will never outweigh what you put in, and if you have any issues, don’t expect DK to help you out with a VIP bonus that actually matters, not even a little, regardless how much money you put in.

Terrible site. I deposited $200 since it was “Recommended” and I would get up to $200 in bonus money. After I didn’t see the bonus kick it in and lost the $200, I didn’t see any bonus money kick in. I reached out to DK customer service to ask why. Their response was that they match the first bet win/lose. I asked why I didn’t get the $100 I bet on my first bet and I was told that I received the bonus on 8/22. I wasn’t able to deposit anything until October since cards weren’t working (at least mine wasn’t)...strange. I checked my statement and my first deposit in the Sportsbook was on 10/11. I asked them to send me a statement and they have yet to respond. SugarHouse and FanDuel honored their bonus with no issues. If DK is doing this for a bonus, I certainly don’t trust them sending me a check if I were to cash out. I suggest using a different sports app.

The REAL scoop. I use 5 sportsbook DraftKings is by the worst for betting. Fox, WilliamHill,Fanduel, PointsBet ALL give you way better odds on the underdog and the favorite, as well as prop bets. And it’s not close. The only thing that is solid is there Casino. When it comes to sports betting there lines are by far THE WORST, and the customer service is not what you expect from a sportsbook the advertises themselves like crazy. The promotional/boost bets that DraftKings gives you always has something sneaking(example) Risk free bet all main card fight but then they will make not all main card fights eligible. While other books make things super simple, and give the same exact boost and promotions without the bait and switch. Hopefully this helps those looking to sports bet, in short unless you play at the Casino you are doing your money a HUGE GROSS disservice by using Draftkings to bet sports their lines are super juiced compared to other sports book. Daily fantasy and casino is why they get two stars if it was just a sportsbook rating would be worse

Good app, some room for improvement. So I love draftkings, it does what it says it does and then some. I have two issues that I hope they can improve on. One is the social aspect of sharing bets or parlays needs a search feature or a filter. The other, most importantly is the VPN situation. Now I understand they are strict due to location laws. But please do not outright ban me every other week over a VPN. Just deny access. Th e customer service response time is awful, takes almost a week with selfies of sensitive data to get the account reinstated. I have learned the lesson the hard way many times so it happens less now. But sometimes Nord will turn on in the background or when I turn it off it doesnt register, then my account on draftkings gets banned. So please, work on that. Other than that, great job.

Poor software and functionality only some time. I went to place a bet and the page information was stale showing old information. Went to my bets page and noticed a bet was placed for 2 days later. Tried to use the cash out function which I have used on previous bets but no cash out function could be found. I Chalked this up to the fact that the data displayed on the Bets page was oldAnd that my bet would be canceled. This did not happen I then took up a chat with the Support group and got pushback as the terms of service say they are not responsible for any issues and that I need to be very careful about placing my bets even though the data displayed was incorrect and improper. My bet was rather small one but could’ve been much more impactful if it had been a larger bet and I would’ve still had no recourse so I am cashing out and moving to another platform as long as that platform is more stable beware if you use the software

Review for the kings of Sportsbook!!. You guys are very satisfying with your promotions and free games. Especially in fantasy. Very fair too. Never had a problem when thing were out of my control and a DK fault. I was talked to with respect and we handled our situation. Casino is fun! Glad you guys came through with the poker games. Craps in other states. I dont know why it not in ours when it’s at our casinos too. Another day. I enjoy with hearing the reports from some of the winners. Keeps me striving towards enjoyment. You guys are definitely the Kings out here. I hate seeing others trying to claim that spot. Different strokes for different folks. You guys stay the same please!! Always great reviews here!! Customer Service is awful!!. You as the customer are never right! Everyone that works with their support team is never on the same page. Always get different answers to the same questions. They always look for feedback/suggestions for you to give them to make their product better and as soon as you say something, you are immediately shot down. They find a way to politely tell you that you should go f$&k off. Many things that shouldn’t even be an issue or would be common sense for them to rdit, they do not even acknowledge. For example, they should have promotions pay out instantly as soon as you complete them instead of a couple days later. However, this isn’t the case. Ive had them screw me because I never received a promotional bonus after the promotional period ended so I contacted them and they told me I didn’t participate in the promotion correctly which was total BS! Therefore, always check in with them before you play a promotion to verify if you are eligible and be VERY DESCRIPTIVE!!!

Draft kings. I have used many different betting sites over the last year. Without question Draft Kings is the best. They pay out your winnings when requested quickly. Also, I placed an odds boost bet the other night on Giannis to score double double. The line was originally like -350. Draft Kings boosted it to +100. Great deal. However Giannis got hurt and didn’t finish the game. When he left the game he had half the double double hot with over 10 points. How ever he only had 8 rebounds so he left the game without completing the double double. I thought I lost the bet. The next day I received an email from DK informing me they will honor the bet and paid everyone who took the bet. So Instead if losing $25 I was pleasantly surprised and DK paid me $50. I highly recommend DK for all your sports betting. Barry

Good Luck With Customer Service. Im from Ohio and was looking for a betting app. I downloaded this one and deposited $100 which I thought gave me $20 bonus dollars so Id have $120 but it says DK dollars which I dont understand because I cant use the app. After it took my money I tried to bet on the UFC fight 2 weeks ago and it checked my location and said IM NOT IN A STATE THE APP IS ALLOWED so I cant bet. I try to withdrawal my $100 but it says I cant withdrawal my $20 DK in this state. I emailed customer service twice and both times they emailed me $10 to bet while they reach my inquiry. They still have yet to respond 2 weeks later. My account still says $20 DK only so the $10 freebies they gave me dont exist along with my $100. Im angry and frustrated and feel like I just got scammed. Worst part is now it tells me over and over Im not in the correct state and “Depost Anyway?” pops up. Where was that the first time I tried? If anyone has any suggestions on how to get to my $100 please let me know.

Security is flawed. They restricted my account and asked for documentation. I sent everything they asked for some things twice. Sent them my entire bank statement for the account they requested it from. They rejected my bank statement stating it shows proof of payment from the same exact bank account I sent them which makes no since. Then when I contested the response they said your bank account needs to be submitted in PDF. It was submitted in pdf already contested they said oh we don’t accept your bank because it’s third party. My bank is not third party contested again they stopped responding. Completely fraud. If they don’t want to accept my account they can just say that I sent them more then enough proof that I am the legal owner of this account. Using FanDuel sign up was easy and I actually trust them with my money. My entire office switched to FanDuel after this experience. All I can say is becareful with this app there is something very scammish about their customer service. FanDuel is awesome and legit.

Very poor functionality. I have never gambled on games or anything so it was all new for me but I was not impressed with the app freezing frequently and a lot of times you place bets on table tennis and all the sudden the game will disappear and shortly after it will say that you have lost so I felt this was unfair because it may just be rigged. They also don’t show live scores on some of the games especially true in table tennis once again. I would not recommend this app to anyone. Be very careful draft kings is not fair with their bets when they make games disappear. They are also very poor with customer service, I emailed them about 4 times before they got back to me and only to tell me we can not help you and asking me to take screenshot of the games that are disappearing I know doesn’t make sense because how can I take a screenshot of something that has disappeared but that is why they are so unfair and very poor customer service. Easily one the most buggiest, sluggish books on the market. Definitely one if the prettiest, and refreshing in terms of design. UI is user friendly and a pleasure. But the app needs an overhaul. It feels so HEAVY and bloated, like a phone thats has 2mb of storage left, or a laptop with a virus slow. For such a premier betting brand, it was certainly shocking to see its struggles with performance. I’ve tried on my iPhone 13 and Galaxy S23, and while the S23 is faster, its still suffering from the same bugs, freezing, crashing sometimes. This is probably the only sportsbook where my phone gets HOT sometimes actually. Across the industry, I really like Draftkings so most for overall user experienc, design, the promos, info, and features but I hold my breath anytime i use it. Without the promos/rewards, I would have no problem never using it again.

Love Draft Kings. Draft Kings is the best and easiest platform for sports betting that I’ve come across. The profit boosts are amazing and the betting both before and during games is second to none. The late night casino boosts can also be quite lucrative and a lot more fun than playing meaningless, moneyless video games on my phone such as Candy Crush. I make it part of my every evening routine to check for the latest odds boosts. The same game parlay feature is also second to none. I can’t get enough. And the $450 check I will be receiving in a few days will go a long way towards paying for a new set of golf clubs I’ve been saving up for. Having gone from $50 to over $600 in winnings in just a few months making mainly $1 - $5 bets is harmless, fun, and profitable. I love me my DraftKings.

Horrible customer service. I created my account and made a deposit, not only did they take the deposit I made out of my bank account but they also took 2 separate $25 dollar charges out of my bank account. Then I went to log back on my account and I could not get back in to make a bet. I contacted customer service and they responded once. When I emailed them back with the info they asked for to get me back into my account, I never heard back. I emailed them several times about this issue and no response. So now Im out over $100 and cannot even get in my account to make a bet with the balance I have sitting there. What crooks!! There are other betting sites out there That will help you when you are needing it and won’t steal from you. Update: got a generic response, with a link to try to help me get in my account. Click on the link and get an error message. Smh still cannot get in my account, but I have moved on to another site and had not one issue yet.

Customer support is terrible. The app itself is great everything you want in a sportsbook and casino app. But the customer support is by far some of the worst I’ve ever experienced as a consumer. If you get a restriction on your account, which by the way I’ve had 3 now, you have to appeal it to customer support, there’s no line to talk on the phone with them either so it’s all through email, and to give you an idea of how long it takes I submitted my appeal to them 28 hours ago and the only thing I got was an email saying they’re working very hard and “fast” to get the restrictions pulled. And it’s still not pulled. They even add a little salt saying “we know restrictions can be frustrating”. The app itself is great but the customer support and their whole restrictions thing is terrible. FanDuel is basically the same and I haven’t had any restrictions yet on their app. I can’t compare customer support experiences cause I haven’t had to talk to FanDuel customer support.

Why bad reviews!!!????. I don’t get why people review with bad complaints. Maybe some could be Just but it’s gambling!! You take your chances My experience with Dk has been excellent!! I played many online casinos and this is the only one I have kept. They have my winnings in my account within minutes!their all time best was 40 seconds to deposit my winnings. Just amazing and every time I have contacted customer support with a question they answer me within hours. So I don’t get the people who write these horrible reviews.
