Fitbit. My Fitbit won’t stay synced to buy phone. I can’t get messages and I thought I was supposed to be able to text and answer texts but have been unable to do so.

crashed before sync. I have a iphone XR with iOS14. downloaded & gave complete access to fitbit & apple health. clicked “sync” - a few seconds later - app just closed. tried again, same result. turned phone off, waited 1 minute, restarted. click sync, same result. i checked apple health each time - no data transfer.

Doesn’t work. It doesn’t sync after the first time :(

Great but no Auto sync. I don’t a Apple Watch so my Fitbit does the job and the app works like a charm but auto sync is a must on my list.

Keeping time. It does not sync the time on my watch Eastern Standard Time when the battery runs low and is recharged. Is there an alarm to be reminded when battery is getting low. I have an irregular heart beat and keep my phone on my wrist most of the day and night

Fitbit sync. Works great. Love keeping track of how well I’m doing!

Watch. My watch is great but I’m having trouble getting it to sync back up but I’m having trouble but not giving up

Works as described but wish it did more. It works but it's manual - if you don't sync it every day it won't do it on it's own so it's easy to forget and have gaps in your tracking on other apps. I wish there was a way to make it automatic or even just set up a reminder maybe. But it does work and doesn't have any intrusive ads

Good but. Please support active calories.

What I think. I can’t get it to work

Support is poor. I told support my watch won’t pair They gave me a case number and said they can’t help Isn’t pairing ur watch the First Basic Step???

Great. Easy to use!!!

Not what I need.. The app only syncs with my phone not with my watch.

Works perfect to sync fitbit to health. After a few apps not working or messing things up, this works perfectly to sync some settings from fitbit to health. Thank you!

Fitbit Sense. I have a Fitbit sense wrist watch and having problems getting used to the software. I don’t feel that the software is user-friendly. The instructions don’t give you enough detail to know how to program the watch and find available data. I never could get the weatherTo work properly by syncing the watch with my phone.

Works (not). Doesn’t work always. Works like every 20 minutes but I want to sync my data a lot but it does not let you do that.

This app doesn’t work..... Download and tried everything what a rip off, it doesn’t work. The developers don’t have the permission to sink with Fitbit app or Fitbit account. I had to buy another app ran by apple health to sync my trackers.

If. If it had two way communication with Fitbit so calories and amount of movement, exercise & water intake taking that into account it would be excellent

Very disappointed. I purchased 2 apps, Fitiv sync and pulse in order to sync my Fitbit Zip to my Apple Series 4 watch. I haven't gotten them to sync. I wrote to the MotiFIT website twice with no reply. Yesterday it crashed my Apple Watch. I feel I have no recourse but to submit this review.

Didn’t sync to Fitbit. As somebody else said earlier, I got this to be able to use only the Apple Watch but still have my step count appear in my Fitbit app so I can still compete with friends. It did not work. I can’t transfer date from the watch to Fitbit. It seems you can only go the other direction. I’d like a refund

Skip this. I purchased this to transfer data from Apple Watch to Fitbit as advertised. Does not work. I’d like a refund.

Works Perfectly for FitBit Aria Scale. This app is exactly what I needed to sync my weight, body fat, and BMI from my FitBit Aria Scale to Apple Health. One sync imported all of my historical data going back many years and it was free! Thank you very much!!

Disappointed in lack of heart rate transfer. I don’t understand why it doesn’t transfer the heart rate information and I am very disappointed in the fact that it doesn’t.

Does not sync with Fitbit. I bought this app specifically to synchronize with Fitbit app (as advertised). After purchasing app and attempted to sync. It then clearly says that this app is unable to support fitbit app!? FITIV should remove the false advertising in the bio. I’m deleting app. Can I get a refund please?

Garbage. Don’t waste your money. I had years of stats on Fitbit before I made the switch to the Apple Watch. Nothing really transferred over like I thought it would with this app. Yes most of everything did but all of your achievements that you gain from Fitbit don’t transfer over. It’s basically a fresh start when you get the Apple Watch. To keep it short Apple Watch keeps you connected to your phone where Fitbit keeps you connected with fitness.

Time. Every time you sync too apple health the time is logged at 11:59 pm. It doesn’t matter what time of day-using iPhone .

Syncs, but not all data. It is great to sync up, but it doesn’t sync the miles traveled. Also, if it would sync automatically, that would be nice, and replace the Apple data that the health app syncs on the phone by having it on your person.

Steps only. Won’t sync sleep or heart rate.

Free and it works!. This app is great. It’s both simple and effective. There are several other flashy looking sync apps that charge quite a bit. This one does exactly what you need for free. Thanks to the developer for making this available!

Doesn’t track distance. Unfortunately, the app only tracks steps, not distance. It doesn’t put all available information from Fitbit to Apple health. This will not help me.

This was advertised wrong. It was not the Fitbit app that I was looking for and came up as the top hit.

Does not work. I have tried multiple times to set it up. I am only left with a constant error message and no way of even trying to fix it.

Considering the options…. Had this app for about a week so far. It uploads more information then any of the other apps I’ve tried. So far so good. I’d recommend giving it a shot.

Works perfectly. This app works great! Not only do what it needs, it also has additional features that other free and paid apps did not. It lets you delete all the imported data that it added. It let's you select what you want to transfer over, and has categories that I didn't find in all apps. The only ads are for their own products, and they're not intrusive. The quality of this app legitimately makes me curious about their products since they appear to have quality engineering.

Fitbit charge 3 does not pair with app. Does not pair

App Quit Working. App stopped working in January. Every time I try and sync it just crashes. Seems developers have abandoned this project. At least it was free. It was good while it lasted. Fitbit and Apple are just never going to get along and we the consumers get screwed.

It worked, ish... I really wanted to pull info from my Aria scale over. It certainly did that. My only complaint is that for days where I did not have an actual data point in FitBit from my scale (because I don’t weigh myself daily), it inserted a data point using what appears to be an time weighted average of the previous data point and the next future data point. This doesn’t make sense to me at all, because I only wanted actual times I weighed myself.

It works. Sync's up MyFitnessPal, Fit Days, Apple Fitness and Health, Fitbit and FITIV Pulse.

Great complement to the Fitbit app. This app does pretty much what I was expecting the Fitbit app to do regarding the Health app, except for 2 things. 1. During the first sync, as I had been manually posting the same data to both apps, so when I synced them data was duplicated on the Health app and I had to manually delete it. 2. Sync has to be done manually every time

Overlap not overwrite. The app does import your Fitbit data into Apple Health. However, it does not overwrite any existing steps data from your health app. For example, let’s I walked 50 steps according to my Apple health pedometer, and I walked 100 steps according to my Fitbit. Using this this app to sync would just add 100 steps to my Apple health account for a total of 150 steps. What this app should do is overwrite the Apple health data so that the 50 steps would be replaced with 100.

It doesn’t work. It identified my Fitbit account but syncs to nowhere. It doesn’t work. Sent emails to developers and no answer. Waste of time.

Like this app !. Finally, my Fitbit, Apple Health and Lose It all work together without having to make duplicate entries or delete duplicate entries... all thanks to this well done little app 😊😊😊😊

Data duplicated. All the data is duplicated I will delete the app I don’t know what to do it’s messed up

Works as advertised. This app works exactly as it says it does. After reading a lot of the reviews I was skeptical to purchase, but after taking a chance I found out a lot of people misunderstand what this app does. It does not sync data from Apple Health to Fitbit—it syncs data from Fitbit to Apple Health. And I must say: it does it well. A lot of other apps don’t sync workouts to Apple Health but this one does...which is exactly what I wanted. Great app!

I have an Ionic watch FitBit. I really enjoy it

Would not sync. The data would not sync into my Fitbit app and upon more research (which I probably should have done prior to purchasing), it does not appear that there are apps that will allow your data to go into Fitbit app from apple health. Waste of money!

Unable to sync, unhappy. Tried everything suggested to sync, won’t work. Bad app, useless and frustrating.

Seamless Integration!!!!. I have been a loyal Fitbit tracker user since 2014, and I have been a loyal Apple user since 2005. When I decided to make the switch from a health tracker to a smart watch, I was skeptical about moving from a Fitbit product to an Apple iWatch because I did not want to lose all my Fitbit data. BUT, because I REALLY wanted to go totally Apple, I bit the bullet and purchased an iWatch. I accepted that my Fitbit data would be archived in the Fitbit app, and I would have to begin tracking from scratch in the Apple Health app. I purchased my iWatch, completed my first workout, and saw that lone activity in the Health app history. I then realized I didn’t like the idea of having to start from scratch, and my level of acceptance for having to start over was at zero. I purchased this app, and OMG, every single piece of data transferred from the Fitbit app. All of my history transferred—weight and body fat percentage from the Aria scale, sleep, steps, calories, distance, exercises—EVERYTHING synced. Thank you for creating this app!

Review. Awesome! Easy to use!!

NO instruction booklet included!!!. It really STINKS that no instructions are included when you purchase a Fitbit! Having to look everything up is ridiculous and redundant!

Old but fit.. At 71 I work out to stay fit and having Information at hand tells the daily story of how I am doing.

Does the trick. Awesome little app for those who have made the switch from Fitbit Aria to running off of Apple Health.

Best sync app!. This is the best sync app by far because the rest of the apps make you pay for a premium subscription if you want to sync anything more than steps. This app is very good and you should use it!

Simply useless. An other scam. The sync is a lie. Good job you stole me few bucks. I hope this review will make you lose more.

App crashes does not sync. App always crashes

No resting heart rate. It’s great, just wish it also did resting heart rate

Does as advertised. It works for everything except heart. Which is fine. It’s not automatic, but I manual sync it twice a day to my Apple Health flawlessly. Once in a while it might stop. Just delete and reinstall and it’s all good.

Doesn’t sync steps.. I want my money back.

Disappointed with ALL FITBITS!!. I started using my first Fitbit, which was the Flex 2, back in 2017, which at the time, I had no clue what year or how long Fitbit was the “HIP THING??”, but I always had the “LOSE IT!” app, but only used it intermittently for years, probably because I was always skinny my whole life (nickname was always “TOOTHPICK!!”), I noticed I was gaining some weight from about 2001-2005, because I met someone whom gave me the opportunity to go to school & work on my nursing degree that I wanted my whole life like my “granny” was! When I started all my prerequisites needed to get into the nursing program, I noticed my weight increasing d/t me not working out as much anymore because I was in school sitting all day Monday-Friday every week, and days that I wasn’t in school I was still laying/sitting around my house studying. I started a membership with JENNY CRAIG (and let me add to the fact that their food was & still is AMAZING!!!) that I was eating after being accepted & going through my LVN program, and my weight went down again. After working as a LVN supervisor for a year & a half, mainly sitting at my office desk computer, calling my pts meds into the pharmacy & not really walking/working out as much again, my weight gain started going up again!! In 2008, I decided to go back to nursing school and transition into a RN. At this time, RN classes/clinical rotations were way more intensive than the LVN classes, so I was basically running every day of the week plus still eating my Jenny Craig foods, my weight loss continued. After MANY YEARS of working as an RN-ADON, I was too tired everyday to even try to workout & didn’t feel the need to continue my Jenny Craig food/diet because I was back down to my HS weight. Then I went through MANY YEARS OF DEPRESSION!!! Stopped taking care of myself, stopped working out & ended up gaining a massive amount of weight (130 lbs to 198 lbs) by 2016! That’s what caused my increased depression because I was so so tiny my whole life!! Started using Fitbit in 2017 & also found out that the LOSE IT! app I always had & Fitbit synced with each other as well! I lost weight every day, and throughout the whole year of 2017, plus I was given the opportunity to take off work for the whole year as well & concentrate on myself again, I lost all my weight!! I ended up losing 78+ lbs, and got too low at 122.2 lbs, so I knew I needed to slow down a little, but the weight loss goals I kept meeting was like a “drug/alcohol addiction”, where I actually would log my alcohol into my LOSE IT! app, plus weighing my food portions on my multiple food scales everyday, that I received a “BADGE” from LOSE IT! for continuing my weight loss goals and still portioning out my alcohol intake (AHA!!). But to get to the point I wanted to make, is that my 3 different Fitbit trackers/smart watches, which each one have been replaced at least once d/t malfunctioning and not syncing properly, EACH ONE, and all 3 are still not working properly, and the 2nd Flex 2 isn’t working at all now!!! I’ve gone through 2 Versas & my newest Alta HR that I’ve had for about 7-8 months now is already not working properly as well, that I’m too tired to continue shutting my iPhone down, rebooting it up to 3-4 times a day, it’s EXHAUSTING!!! I’m at a point to stop buying Fitbit’s and just go back to working out like I’ve been doing, weigh myself on a regular basis & stop looking at my Fitbit!!! The only reason why I probably still keep using them, is because I love doing the Challenges!! I’m a very very sore loser!! I absolutely love beating the he** out of all the other participants!!!

Trash. Did not sync anything. Upset I waisted my money

Doesn’t sync! What a waste. Doesn’t sync! So mad I wasted my money on this.

Neat. Neat.

Newbie. I an I just

Sync Fitbit to Apple Health. I use the app to sync Fitbit Aria scale to Apple Health. Initially I had low expectations as there are other apps that charge a significant amount just to do this feature and I wasn’t going to pay just to get my weight and BF synced into the health app. I tried this and it works flawlessly. Very happy with the results. Try this before paying $49.99+ than other apps which appear higher in the App Store search results show.

Doesn’t work. Can I please have a refund?

Does not work! Waste of .99$. Attempted on multiple occasions to sync to Fitbit, without success.

Don’t work - requesting refund. It doesn’t work. I would like a refund

False advertising. This app does not sync Apple health and Fitbit. Fitbit will not allow. Do NOT buy!!! Refund please.
