Amazing flavor!. Although it is a very time consuming recipe, (do it well ahead of time and forget it) it is well worth the time and effort. My gravy came out silky smooth and delicious, until my husband decided to just add the pan juices from the turkey directly into the pan. It was still fine, with a few lumps from fond, and a bit more fat than I would have liked.

The Best Pumpkin Pie. This pie may be a bit more labor intensive than the “standard” type of pumpkin pie we all are accustomed to BUT it is so worth it!! Just follow the directions and you will be fine. I recommend thoroughly reading through the recipe well ahead of time so you can budget your time for the preparation of the crust and pie filling. For example, I am making the crust thru the disk stage and refrigerating on the Monday before Thanksgiving. I will be completing the pies on Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving. I find this really speeds things up and there is a lot less to clean up at one time. An aside… I made three of these pies for a bake sale. One was purchased by a person I know. He called me two days later absolutely raving about it being the very best pumpkin pie he had ever eaten. He then told me he had taken a slice to an aunt that was a retired pastry chef. She was so impressed and couldn’t believe it had been made by a home baker because she also said it was the very best pumpkin pie she had ever tasted… I think she would know! Trust me, this is an excellent recipe and turns out beautifully every time. I find all ATK recipes to be reliably dependable. I rely on their cookbooks for everything.

Great recipes, app issues. I love ATK’s recipes. Unfortunately their app team does not have the same attention to detail as the cooking team. The app regularly logs me out. Sometimes there isn’t even an option to log in, just to pay money. For the past two years when I log in first after my annual subscription renews, my saved recipes are missing. They’re there if I log in through the browser and at some point in the year they come back but it’s usually after I need them.

Love the recipes, problem with adding personal notes. First of all, I love the recipes and useful tips and instructions. My complaint is with functionality. I have to be able to add notes when I make something. The app has a personal notes feature, but after taking the time to type them out, when I click the ‘add’ button, I get an error message saying unable to add personal notes. Worst of all, everything I just typed is then cleared so I can’t even copy and store it myself. Very frustrating. I am an annual subscriber so this feature should be available to me.

Frustrated. First I want to say I love this app very much and enjoy cooking, baking, and eating food made from the recipes. But…every holiday I get locked out (thanksgiving and now Christmas). I suddenly have ‘invalid credentials’ and can’t sign in. It’s so frustrating to save recipes for a particular occasion and not be able to access them. I’ve powered down/restarted, deleted the app and reopened it, I’ve changed passwords, it does nothing. The holiday will pass and suddenly I’m logged in like nothing ever was wrong. I feel cheated, I’m paying for nothing when I really need it.

Some features needed. Please consider adding some features to allow the users to personalize the recipes, such as mark a recipe as cooked and let users add their own notes for preference/substitution/metric measurement conversion (since ATK only uses U.S. Standard, even for baking recipes). It would also be helpful to have rough categorization of bookmarked recipes without having to save each one to personal collections. If not, at least provide a way to text search for a recipe within the user’s own favorites list. My list is getting quite extensive and it’s getting harder to find a specific recipe quickly. Thanks!

Keeps Prompting for Subscription, Already Subscribed. I have deleted and redownloaded the app twice. Updated my phone. Logging into and out of the app Logged in through the website. No matter what I do it keeps prompting me to choose a subscription. I originally purchased a yearly subscription through Apple with a two week free trial. It does not register that I gave subscribed until I try to purchase a second time and then I get the notice that I already have an active subscription. It never moves pass this screen. That's when I tried the website. Lets me login but when I try to view content I am told I need to choose a subscription and enter a credit card. I called the 800 number and the woman tried to tell me that my email isn't valid. Even though it sent me a confirmation to that email and then allowed me to use the same email to login on both the app and website. I ended up canceling the subscription through Apple and now I'm going to try to reset the password since the 1-800 lady asked me for it. What a joke!

BEST COOKING/Recipe Resource EVER!. I started using this website on a trial basis and the first year I got it for maybe $20, not sure but something very low. Nonetheless, when it was time to renew at the normal rate, I couldn’t help but keep it because I was hooked! It has been a powerful tool for me and has never let me down. I have been a member now for about four or five years now and I wouldn’t trade all of the knowledge I have learned for the world! I absolutely love the site for everything cooking/baking!

App is spotty. I absolutely love the website and the recipes. However, some of the buttons don’t function all of the time. Case in point, the save button for the recipes. Sometimes they work, sometimes not. Searching for recipes, sometimes you find them, and the next day they disappear even if you search under the exact title. Please fix these issues? I really love your company.

I Love ATK And They Did A Great Update On This App. I am so glad they made so many improvements to their app. The only issues I have now are not being able to share the shopping list across my iPhone and iPad. Everything else shares just not the list. Found that out by putting the list on my iPad and taking my phone to the store. No list. Meh. Also I can’t delete many items on the shopping list as I’m going through the store. It makes that feature almost useless. All that aside I love the app and I love ATK. Been a subscriber for many years. I use this app like a used to use Mealime. I pick out a week of meals and create a collection. Put all the ingredients in my shopping list and eliminate the things I already have on hand. If the shopping list worked like it’s supposed to it would be really cool. I use it anyway and grumble a lot. Please please fix that because everything else is amazing. ❤️❤️❤️

ATK is my go to place for meal planning and cooking techniques. ATK site has been a key component of my meal planning for at least 8 years. Not a day goes by when I’m not checking out ATK for recipes and meal planning. I’ve learned to cook using this application and watching the shows on public broadcasting. Unlike the “free” sites found through Google, the recipes on ATK always work. The instructions are clear and concise. The comments are a fantastic source of guidance as well. I very much appreciate my fellow subscribers who take the time to pass along their opinions and wisdom. Always something to learn! The application itself has improved dramatically over the past few years, so much so that those who gave up on it a few years ago should give it a try. Thank you ATK. Yours is a paid service that is worth every $.

Search recipes by author. We are huge fans of ATK and love the app for multiple reasons but it would be nice to be able to run a search by author in order view all the recipes the author has written. Thank you for helping grow as a cook and providing food my family!! Thank you for your reply!!! I still can’t find the recipes by the author I’m looking for; Cecilia Johnson. That’s why I’m wondering if there’s a search option for “authors” versus “test cook”?

My favorite cooking show and magazine.. I am Rebecca. I have been receiving the Cooks Illustrated magazine since the very first issue which I believe was at least 35 years ago. The magazine was my teaching tool which from what I’ve been told made me an excellent cook. I am now 70 years old and still faithfully receive my Cooks Illustrated to this day. The recipes I have made from the magazine have always been a hit with friends and family. Thank you Cooks Illustrated and America’s Test Kitchen !!! Rebecca/ Boise Idaho

Bursting with flavor. I have cooked this recipe several times and each time my guests couldn’t get enough. The complexity of flavors with a kick of spice is something I’ve never created before. And don’t forget the spicy mayonnaise which complements the chicken like lemon does with fried chicken. I’ve cooked this in my ceramic Kamado Joe grill which adds another layer of wood fire smoke that takes it to a new level. Don’t be afraid of the Habenero pepper. It’s heat is mellowed by the cooking process. Hope you enjoy as much as we have.

Wow, Surprisingly Fantastic App. My expectations for website partner apps is often low, but even still, ATK nailed this app! very clean, clear, and friendly. The one downside is that I can’t “share” a text version of the recipes, therefore I can’t upload them to my believed recipe app. Even if I could click a button from the app which would redirect me to the recipe on the internet, that’d be useful. ATK clearly put a lot of effort into the ingredients list feature, which is super cool, but because I already have a recipe app which does that, I wish I could download these recipes over to my other app (Paprika) for my grocery list. Not a big deal, because I can go find the recipe on the internet and download from there.

Yuck— the new update tries to sell you ingredients. The latest update has replaced simple, clear, and readable ingredient lists with a bunch of horrible linkbait. Now everywhere it lists cinnamon in every recipe you get a link for “The Best Cinnamon.” Everywhere it lists unsalted butter you get “The Best Unsalted Butter.” In one recipe “honey” is listed as “Supermarket Honey.” I don’t want to or need to read a hundred links to understand the basics. I appreciate that ATK has articles on ingredients, but the ingredient list is not the place for these links—especially when it creates confusion. Are you telling me basic unsalted butter won’t work? This feels like an upsell in the worst possible way. The whole point of paying for ATK is to get away from the clickbait and confusion of recipes everywhere else on the internet, where the ads take over every screen. And now here’s ATK trying to jam one more transaction or click down our throat. And degrading and confusing the product in the process. It’s one thing to add a subtle link color to an ingredient name—but actually change the words of the ingredients in order sell us is unacceptable and a disservice to the recipe authors. Also: what kind of elitism are you implying by suggesting that my kitchen is incapable of cooking your recipe unless I use for every standard ingredient “the best”?

I’m an ATK Fan. I’m really a big fan of ATK and Cook’s Country. A lot of times their recipes are a little more complicated and take some atypical ingredients that may not be in your pantry. However, both the extra effort and the unusual ingredients are worth the trouble. I’m also a big fan of their reviews. I’ve bought several of their recommended appliances, tools, etc and have been pleased with them. I also have several of their books and use them often. I use other sources for things like sourdough bread, but I always check ATK first.

Bugs logging in. I love the recipes and have subscribed to Cook's Illustrated for almost 20 years, but it’s so frustrating to be locked out of my account every 2-4 weeks because of bugs. I was told to clear cookies from my phone to fix the problem, but that resets so many other programs I have that I just delete the app and hope it works when I redownload it. Works about 60% of the time. It’s super frustrating because we rely on ATK for so many of our dinner options - the recipes really are the best!

Comments glitches. Favoriting comments—fixed Writing comments is glitchy on my iPad. Often the keyboard slides up over where you are typing so you can’t see your errors. In trying to move the screen into view, you can hit the wrong link and post unfinished comments—recently I made a real mess. It would be nice if you could edit or remove your own comment for a limited time. Until then, I’ll type them in a word processor and paste them in.

Great app. I don’t like to pay for apps. I used the free trial and quickly fell in love with this one. It is worth every penny of the subscription. I have found so many great recipes to try for my family. They are all laid out simply and no annoying added like all the blogs out there. There is also a ton of good information in their articles. I have personally used their recommendations to purchase 2 new knives and have been so happy with them.

Always improving. Out of all my subscriptions, this one I never second guess, never consider canceling. I use the ATK app almost every day searching for and studying recipes and techniques. That said, the app doesn't shine as much as the recipes do. I was so relieved when they finally added searchable tags for different recipes in your favorites collection. Now they're gone again? Maybe they'll come back? They're not too transparent with the user base, and the app isn't always inspiring to work with. But it works, and it's better now than it's ever been functionality-wise.

I use this every day. I started out with their beautiful magazines many years ago. I originally used the digital content for special holiday meals. Now I pretty much use it every day and have several cookbooks as well. Aside from great recipes, I look to them for recommendations when buying products. They do blind taste tests and rate everything from olive oil to coffee makers. They will not accept free products so they are not compromised on the reviews.

Love ATK, hate the app. Worst app I use. Some examples: - have a large favorites file. It only let’s you look at a few at a time. So make take 8 ‘more’ to get to a recipe. And if I look at it, the app fakes me back to beginning!! Have to keep ‘more’. Incredibly frustrating. - SEARCH function is horrid. Used to be able to search for ingredients. I use ‘black garlic’. Try searching for that- you get every recipe that has anything ‘black’ or anything ‘garlic’ - almost 1500 items. One example of many. Previous search options were not great but way better than this. - integration between app and emailed recipes is poor. Email doesn’t know I’m a member, doesn’t always save it to my favorites, and makes the email marketing experience very poor - loads slow too Seen some improvements but overall ATK/CC is an incredible group tied to a poor app

1st time and am making it again now. Awesome. Really good. Made it on a ski weekend and despite barely letting the skin smoke of the chillis and Everyone coughed the dish is amazing. I think we had planned for 4 people to eat it over the weekend and instead we inhaled it in on afternoon. I don’t even think I got seconds! *** i let it stand over night and we woke up and it was like practically all soaked up. More like a stew than a chili! But was so good. I’m making it now and won’t let it stand all night. Blended the chilis better. Added some more onion. Toasted and browned the sides of the steak evenly And made with equal amounts of love and attention. Am excited for this next batch Must include raw red onion, Monterey Colby jack cheese, avocado! Mmmmmm

Korean fried chicken wings. I never make substitutions using a recipe for the first time but we had a plethora of chicken thighs (bone in/skin on) and gave it a try. My poor luck frying chicken was transformed into requests to repeat this recipe on a larger scale! Best fried chicken ever. We are studying how to possibly use an air fryer here. I am just starting to learn how to use the air fryer. I am not certain this recipe will work for it. Our preferred Go-chu-jang is made by Bibigo. It has just the right blend of sweet and heat. (great on pulled pork too) Thank you for an excellent and confidence building recipe.

I keep finding more reasons to just use the website. Update: a new grievance. You can’t print articles from the app. You can only favorite and share them. This truly confuses me, since the website doesn’t even need you to log in to view and print articles. I have to copy the link from the app, and then open it in safari in order to print. Truly bizarre. Another thing, the reviews don’t have half stars. This one baffles me. Equipment reviews on the website that have, say, 2.5 stars will instead have 2 stars on the app. And recipes print in super tiny print on the app, but normal on the website. I guess it saves paper, but I have to squint to read it. The recipes on the app don’t have the publication date. This matters when there’s multiple magazines with multiple versions of a recipe and I’m trying to find that one prime rib recipe I used 10 years ago, for example. Tldr: the website is better by far than app, even on mobile, just make it with less ads and offers to clutter it up. Stop forcing me to close extra offers and making me reject cookies so I can just log in and use the account I pay for.

5 Star App but…. User should be able to scale a recipe with the push of a button, ie 1.5x, 2x, 3x. Tips can be given to the user on what to watch out for when scaling up or down. As mentioned in the latest Healthy Back Kitchen … font size should be adjustable and other modes of background and text color should be added. Black text on white background is very hard on the eyes. ❤️❤️❤️#atk #gladchrisisgone

no joy in this kitche. can’t tell you how disappointed and frustrated I am! I’ve been a fan of cooks illustrated in America’s test, quit kitchen for many many years. Have digital access, put up with the bugs because I appreciate the information techniques available. But as of the last month or so I’ve been completely unable to login either on the website or through the app. I am a voiceover user, had others try to login on the website who aren’t using voiceover, and they are able to access. I have called customer service, no help, they told me I need to call Apple. I have called Apple, no help they need. They tell me I need to talk to cooks illustrated. at this point, I have to decide whether to continue my subscription with the hope that someone there were realize that you have completely made your website an app on accessible to those who have to use voiceover. I have tried to log in here to talk to Apple support, simply tells me the server logs up because I can’t access it. So no help again. please let me know what you’re going to do so I can either cancel my subscription or keep my fingers crossed that you might decide to make your data available to those with handicaps. You claim to be excessively friendly, it’s clear that you were not have you even checked? yes, I am angry.

Seems great so far!. I have been a subscriber of America’s test kitchen for over 10 years. I was reading the new Cooks Country magazine and saw the download our app section. Despite some of the reviews for this app, I am very happy with the app so far and it seems user-friendly. It is nice to have all the articles and recipes easily accessible. Typically I had been using my computer to look at recipes and the app seems like you can access everything all together easier. I like that this app will keep me more up-to-date on new articles and recipes released by Americas test kitchen. Thanks for making this app and I look forward to using it.

Cheesy grits HIT!. This recipe is a hit! My husband loves grits and add cheese, well that’s just a bonus. Easy, great tasting and now will be a regular. This is not a hard recipe and it takes very little time. I did use quick grits, it still works just keep your eye on them, it literally only took about 5-7 minutes and they were perfectly done. Always taste test…tgats the key to any good recipe!

Nope, I’m out.. I was a subscriber previously and decided to go for it again. But this app is not clean and easy to use, and is full of affiliate marketing junk. But the worst is that even after paying for a pricy subscription it won’t allow me to share ingredient lists to notes for shopping, or to select and copy text. If I make any recipe, it’s going into my recipe folder. ATK is determined to block this. I could do a screen grab and OCR it, but that’s too much hassle, and I object on principal to paying and still being restricted. Canceling now.

Excellent! A Must Have. This is a fantastic app. I do wish you could copy and paste from the app for the sake of grocery lists or importing into MyFitness Pal, but that’s my only tiny complaint. It does have its own grocery list within each recipe. It is so easy to search recipes by name or ingredients. And it isn’t just recipes, you have every little bit of Cooks Illustrated knowledge at your fingertips. I’ve also searched for equipment and ingredient reviews. If you’re a foodie, you will find this app highly entertaining. I love just browsing. Being able to save recipes I want to make is great. I also really love that you can review them in the app and add your own comments.

Charged for a one year subscription,. When questioned about payment after trial period if I would be interested in paying monthly or yearly I checked monthly. If I we’re interested in this site I would have agreed to pay monthly, until I was positive I wanted to commit to yearly. I haven’t been able use this site enough to have made this decision. Also, why when I added this app to my phone did they bother to ask if I wanted to pay monthly or yearly if their intentions were to charge me yearly, when I explicitly checked monthly? What right did they have to charge me for yearly at the end of my trial period? Extremely disappointed!

Best app on my iPhone…. …except for the phone. This app not only has great nutritional recipes, it has wonderful old fashioned recipes and how-tos that have ingredients I have actually heard of all my life. Best of all, if you are considering buying anything cooking related, there testing info is an excellent resource for getting items you will actually be able to use! They show both, expensive and les expensive items, if they believe in them AND THEY TELL YOU WHY. I have had sooo many mixers in my life and finally threw the remaining ones out for various reasons. I wish I would have had this app 50 years ago, but, of course, would not have had my wonderful iPhone to use it on. THANKS, ATK!!! Well worth the subscription price.

Great resource and super supportive teams behind the scenes. I have been a subscriber to cooks illustrated for many years. The ATK app was a a great additional resource. Especially when away from the magazine shelf. The recipes are well thought out and written. The staff behind them respond to questions and thoughtfully. The support team behind the app technology are very helpful and responsive as well. Issues are taken seriously and resolved.

I love everything about ATK. I have been a fan of ATK for ages and the app allows me access to all of it. Great recipes. I always check the product reviews before buying new kitchen things. My only complaint, and it’s small, is that it is extremely difficult to import the recipes into my digital cookbook. The capture gets stopped at the paywall. I understand why it has to be, but wish there was a way around it so everything would be in one place.

One small frustration…. I love ATK and having the app on my phone and tablet is so handy for cooking and shopping. My complaint comes from the push notifications. It is so frustrating to get a notification that says ‘Try our best recipe for…’ and when I click on the link it just takes me to the home page versus the recipe, equipment review, etc that was referenced in the notification. So frustrating…

IPad app is broken AGAIN. App is fine when it works but starting last weekend I can no longer access my account through the iPad app. It has logged me out, and when I try logging in using my valid credentials I am taken to a page saying I need an all access membership (which I have and pay for though the App Store) and am given the choice of either month-to-month pricing or annual. When I tap on annual (which I already pay for) a message pops up saying I am already subscribed. IF I AM ALREADY SUBSCRIBED (WHICH I AM) THEN WHY WON’T THE APP LET ME IN???? This is frustrating and infuriating AND it’s happened before. DEVELOPER PLEASE FIX.

Worth Every Cent. We used to waste time searching different annoying blogs and websites looking for a recipe. Then we’d buy all the ingredients and hope we weren’t about to waste our money on something bland or inedible. Not anymore! We love this app! Everything we have made has been delicious and spot on for what we were looking for. I’m so impressed and now I rarely use anything else. Thank you ATK, you have a life long subscriber now.

Love this site. I’ve used a competitor’s site for years but took a flyer on ATK and man am I glad I did. I’ve already made a bunch of recipes with more saved to try. What I like most: they tell you why they made the recipe the way they do. Lots of inside tips and valuable learning. The site is well done and easy to use. The search function makes it very easy to find things. There are tons of bonuses as well like the product reviews. I bought a new food processor because of the product reviews. The comments section frequently includes ATK responses to questions asked by subscribers — a rarity of recipe apps. The best part is the videos. Watching a recipe being made is far more valuable than just reading the recipe. Often there are little tricks or techniques that only come through in the videos. This isn’t just a collection of recipes. It’s a thoughtful and easy to use guide to great dining and fun in the kitchen.

Good, but some improvements needed. This is a HUGE improvement over the old app (remember that one? Oh boy…), but I have two main critiques. First, the comments are broken. You can only load about twenty comments before it refreshes and goes back to the first comment. This happens regardless of how the comments are sorted. Second, they need to make a way to view the ingredients needed for each step. On long recipes, it’s really annoying to have to scroll all the way up to the top of the page and then back down again just to check, for example, how much salt is needed and whether it’s kosher or regular.

SPAM! SPAM! SPAM! SPAM!. Since subscribing to the service so I could watch all the shows on demand I get incessant spam emails marketing all the other ways to give ATK money, sometimes multiple emails in one day, an abuse of good will. I have clicked the unsubscribe all emails option in my account multiple times to no avail. I’ve written to ATK support and if they get it fixed, I’ll update this review but at this point, I can’t recommend anyone signing up. EDIT: Not sure what’s worse about the form letter response to this review: admitting the unsubscribe doesn’t, or that customer service doesn’t? Still getting the daily emails. It appears ATK considers paying customers as sheep to be shorn for all they’re worth

Have used the app for years.. I have had a subscription to ATK for as long as I can remember. When they came out with an app that was even better. The recipes are easy to search and I love that you can save your favorites. What’s so cool is that you can leave a review with a question and sometimes someone from ATK will respond back. I do feel like this feature could be improved, but I realize there are probably thousands of questions. Other than that an all around fabulous tool.

Excellent recipe resource and organizer. I’m obsessed with ATK’s absolute commitment to finding the best tools, techniques, ingredients, and recipes for just about everything, from cooking basics and pantry staples to international and restaurant-inspired favorites. And I LOVE (lovelovelove) the ATK app’s ability to create custom collections. It’s my go-to cookbook for family favorites, recipes I want to try, and culinary tips to make my cooking easier and better. The best cooking show, the best food magazine, and the best cooking app out there!

Sous vide prime rib. My previous favorite prime rib recipe was the ATK recipe for “best prime rib”. I used it for years, but occasionally had difficulty estimating how long it would take to roast, based on the size of the roast. For the past three years I have used the “sous vide prime rib recipe.” It is basically the same recipe except the cooking is done by sous vide instead of in the oven. I especially like that I don’t need to be exact on the time, since you really can’t overcook the roast. Everyone says it is the best prime rib they have ever tasted.

Great when it works. The app is great when it works. America’s Test Kitchen is the gold standard for any cook who wants to improve on their cooking and also for the best recipes. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t seem to properly link my email address to my payment. The first time this happened I just brushed it off, but to happen again seems unacceptable. Hopefully this problem will be resolved by the end of the week - but I’m still waiting. For $50 a year I expect to have access to the app when I want to look up a recipe.

Updated a few months ago and MUCH better!. I've been a diehard ATK subscriber for over 10 years, so I've experienced the evolution of this app from somewhat buggy and clunky, to sleek and visually appealing, now with a more intuitive search engine and easier-to-read fonts. And of course, having easy access to thousands of the most delicious and rigorously-tested recipes in the country is pretty cool too!

Great Recipies. Every one of the recipes that was of interest to me that I have used have come out exceptionally tasty and well. Most of them have become my family’s favorites. You do have to have some experience in cooking to be able to execute the recipes as intended. I have used this as my to go place for recipes for the past few years. The only time I use alternative sources is if I cannot find a recipe here. In summary, YUM!

Worth the money. I signed up for a free trial to get the Mississippi mud pie recipe, but I didn’t cancel in time so I got the annual subscription. Best mistake ever! No more googling recipes and wading through awful ads on my mobile browser. No more questioning how the recipe will turn out. I can keep my personal notes right there on the recipe, and there’s a whole community of folks who add helpful comments too. If you’re seriously into food, I’d highly recommend you splurge on an ATK subscription.

App needs lots more testing/development. I love ATK, and I guess I’m happy to be supporting them with my subscription $$ while they work on developing the app, but right now, I think they need to put a lot of money into actively user-testing this app. Like, get a usability researcher to gather up some live, unfamiliar respondents, and do some old fashioned task scenarios, to see where people are struggling / stumbling. The app is just not quick/easy to understand and move through. I couldn’t figure out what lists even WERE or how to add a recipe there, til I’d had the app for a month (hint, you don’t add recipes there, you add ingredients from recipes.) I’m hopeful it will continue to improve.

A global membership requires metric & imperial measures.. As America’s Test Kitchen is available to a global community of subscribers, the app should present all of their resources, suggestions, recommendations, advice & their recipes, in both metric & imperial measures. To continue to present the app in only an imperial setting, to the exclusion of the most used system of measures across the world, is inappropriate. More people use the metric system in the world than the entire number of people living in America. America’s Test Kitchen app is a very good source of recipes and a lot of expertise and commitment lies behind all of there thousands of articles and recipes. The only matter preventing the ATK app from being absolutely outstanding, is its singular focus on the imperial system of measurement.

Cannot Save. Since the update to the new app version I cannot Save on my iPhone. :-(((

Can’t find my saved recipes!. I’m an all access member, and I can’t find my favourites. What good is this app?

Excellent Pork Tenderloin. I have made many good pork tenderloin recipes but this was excellent. The pork was very tender and juicy. The shallots and apples were perfect accompaniment. I will be serving this to guest from now on.

Too minimal. ATK recipes are incredible, but this app is not fully-baked (sorry for the pun). There is no browsing through ideas, or different cuisines, just a search. And not a particularly accurate search, either, which goes back to the very start every time.

Can’t print from the app. *

Convenient!. I am an all access member. This app saves me from logging in to all three sites every time and has all my favorites marked. If I have saved a video, it is right beside the favorite recipe. The shopping list is also a nice feature. I think I will make better use of my membership.

buffering. still buffering after 1/2 hour 👎

Pretty good!. I notice quite a few of the concerns in the lower rated reviews have been addressed now, so wanted to provide a more recent review. I think the biggest deal for me about this app is that I can access the ATK, Cooks Country, and Cooks Illustrated content without having to login multiple times (which is a frustration I have with their website). Also, the app is more mobile friendly. It’s nice that my favourites are accessible via the app as well as the website.

Love the recipes frustrated by the app. So if I don’t close the app and accidentally leave it open in the background it kicks me out of my account, so frustrating. It usually takes a day to reset automatically but really difficult when I’m doing meal planning and come back to it with no access to recipes for a day. Please fix.

Good So Far. Okay I’ve only had the app for enough time to scroll through it a bit. One issue I have is that I’d like to use it on my iPad when it’s in the landscape position so it can stand on my kitchen counter to view recipes but the app won’t rotate. Please fix this so that it can orient to both vertical and horizontal positions!

This is a VERY POOR APP!!. 🤦🏻‍♀️WOW. Truly sub-standard app.

A good beginning. It’s nice to see an ATK app and I think it’s a good beginning. That said, I’m hoping that future versions will let me: 1) browse recipes. Yes I can search in this version but I have to have some idea of what I’m looking for. Would be great if I could at least browse sections of some sort. 2) use it as a prep aid. It’s nice that I can add ingredients to a shopping list, but how about letting me use the app while I’m cooking? Marking steps complete, ingredients added as I prepare the dish etc. . .

No Illustrations. Trying to follow a recipe and need the illustrations. They aren’t there. Thus, only half a recipe.

Good recipes; awful app. The app is why I won’t be renewing my subscription. Searching is clumsy, you can’t move smoothly from hit to hit, recipes refer to “pictures below” that aren’t there, some photos don’t load, product reviews aren’t on the app, some results are duplicated—those are just a few of the issues. Too bad such a fine show ended up with this app fail.

Cost of Subscription. I might be interested in buying a subscription, but it seems to be a secret. Why not be up front about the cost instead of offering a two week trail, with no hint of price. For this reason, I will just delete this app.

Ughhhhhh!!. I love this app and it’s all access!! But since last update, signing in is impossible!!! Just buffering!!

Unable to open app. The app is completely unreliable. Since the website for ATK redirects to the app I am unable to access my paid content. Ugh Pfff update to say I clicked the app support link in the App Store and even that link doesn’t work.

Disappointing. There is no info on the app or the App Store site about the cost of this subscription. And it’s offensive that a subscriber to the hard copy of the magazine is not entitled to log in without paying. What’s up with that?

Dismal. Not worth the money-can’t find personal reviews or equipment reviews.

Minimal & Efficient. I have been a longtime digital subscriber to ATK. I appreciate the quality of their recipes and modern and scientific approach to cooking. It has worked very well for me, both in terms of introducing new recipes, techniques and equipment and appliances to me. I say this, because at this point the app seems to be lacking much of these features and is more recipe oriented. Reading the reviews, this seems to be an issue for some. On the other hand, this information is readily available from their web site and other sources. When it comes to cooking this minimal approach lends itself well to using this app as an aid and quick reference app on an iPhone. As for the subscription issues, I had none. Downloaded the app, log in with my username and password from my existing all digital subscription. The app opened up right away, recognizing me and giving me access to my recipe box. If you are thinking about downloading this app, setup your digital subscription first through their website. Once it is up and running, then go download the app, login and launch. All should work well.

Took my money!. I subscribed, and they took my money, but the app states my payment request is cancelled. This has happened to others as well. Buyer beware!!!

Better with update, but still needs work. The recent update to the app is just okay. There are now equipment reviews and videos, but as a cooking app, it’s still lacking necessary features. For example, if you jump from a recipe to the equipment reviews section of the app, there’s no obvious way to get back to the recipe you were just looking at. Like, there’s no back button. And let’s say you make a recipe and want to rate it or write some notes for yourself, like “Next time, try cooking this a few minutes less.” Nope. Can’t do that. There’s no way to assign your own rating or to add your own notes when you save a recipe. So basically, it’s just a search engine specific to the content of the three ATK websites. 😕

Delicious!. Most of my cooking is “make it up as I go along”, where I start with a basic recipe & add my own variations & ideas once I understand how it works. This app & the ATK recipes have allowed me to expand my repertoire. I’ve even ventured (successfully!) into baking - even making sticky buns (aka cinnamon buns). I’ve found the instructions clear& easy to follow. If I have one complaint, and it’s a personal taste issue, is that some recipes seem to be a little heavy on the salt. I’ve reduced the amount added on subsequent runs. My subscription originated from my desktop Mac, so I’ve had no problems on both my iPad & iPhone.

Won’t accept login info. App is broken. Won’t accept login info

Website outages are common and frustrating. I have subscribed to the website for a long time, but there are often outages that prevent me from accessing the content I paid for. The unreliability of the site has me reconsidering whether I will renew next time. It makes the app much less attractive.

Well worth the money. Great for weekly meal planning. The recipes are uncomplicated, tasty, and the prep time is accurate.

Rip-off. It says they’ll charge you $9.99 for a month and I got billed $66.00!!!! Sat on hold for hours, no Representitive.

No longer works on older versions of iOS and iPad. The updates broke the ability to use this on older versions of iOS. The older iPads were useful in kitchens and other high traffic areas.

Moist light texture and very flavourful. The bbq type sauce is a must and completes Turkey meatloaf. My husband is renaming it turkey wonder-loaf because he’s always hated meatloaf, BUT NOT this one!! I can always count on my ATK recipes being delicious.

Requires a ton of improvement!. This has got to be the worst cooking app ever! Repeated recipes, no videos, repeated photos in different recipes, no option to comment or ask questions. It’s a terrible app!

Good when it works. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m subscribing from Canada, but I’m constantly getting messages in the app to subscribe, having trouble logging in, and generally not being able to access my account. I’ve paid for an annual subscription and definitely won’t be renewing when it comes due in February. It happens way too frequently.

Easy to use app. For years I collected all the Cook’s Illustrated magazines. Loved the recipes and absence of ads. Once I could go on the line it just got better. I appreciate how easy it is to find recipes and store the ones I like. Great app

No Functionality. Once you perform a search there is no way to narrow down your results. It would be so much easier if you could add a few filters, type of dish, meal type, technique etc. Also - I cook exclusively with my iPad and the app is not configured for that and only works in portrait mode. Way too much money for what is basically just a list of recipes. There is no value added. I will not be renewing my subscription.

App does not recognize my subscription. I bought a 1 year subscription and just cancelled it after a few days of trying to gain access. I can log into the app but it takes to the page to buy subscriptions. It will not allow me to go beyond that page to any other sections. This is a pricey subscription. The cost does not live up to it’s performance. I have deleted and reloaded several times so I could try to log in again. Once it takes you to the subscription page, your stuck there. There is no drop down menu available. My advice is to avoid this until they fix it and drop the price by at least 60% It’s too bad because I really like the show and content is great. Too bad they can’t get their act together on the app.

Great content access, poorly written. In this day and age with new and current phones with lots of memory there really is no excuse to have an app that is this slow and often buggy. I’m just reinstalling it on an iPhone 12pro as it’s stopped opening. This isn’t the first time of the first phone it’s done this on.

Request. I wish for more gluten free recipes. A GF hot cross bun recipes would be nice

Quick, easy access. Love being able to access my recipes without wrestling with a mobile browser. Search and browsing are smooth as well.

Best Recipe App in the World!. ATK has been my go-to for years and this app makes it so easy to find everything. I use it daily and their recipes are always great. Highly recommend!

Please include equipment reviews. I quite enjoy the recipes but I am accustomed to having the equipment reviews on the website. Please add the equipment reviews. I like apps that maintain a equal or better functionality in the app than their website.

What a joke!. I don’t have an America’s test kitchen account but I thought the app would contain similar information to the websites. On my 14 day trial, I was looking through recipes on the website and saving them. All my recipes are saved in the app but there is nothing else, no recipe reviews...nothing!! What a horrible waste of money! This subscription does NOT include access to the websites. Save your money!

Absolutely delicious. This is a wonderful recipe that make delicious butter chicken. It’s pretty easy to make and it turns out great every time … and I’ve made is many, many times. There’s lots of sauce so I’ll sometimes freeze some for an easy meal another day. I’ve been told by friends that it’s “restaurant quality”.

Bugs to fix, lost all favorite recipes :(. Although a better interface and includes equipment reviews and videos which I don’t have to alternate through their different websites. All favorite recipes have been lost and some recipes can’t be bookmarked. :(

Trouble renewing. I opened the app to retrieve a recipe I’ve used in the past. Up popped a renew now which I tried to do but it wouldn’t accept my Canadian address. I tried unsuccessfully a few time. Finally gave up and renewed through the App Store

Won’t open after update. 1 out of 5 is generous for an app that doesn't work

ATK Rocks…. Love watching episodes on PBS and I must say they are the real deal- breaking down recipes and making great meals easier! Love having the APP for times when traveling and want to try something new, research almost anything, and not be overwhelmed! Thanks to the whole crew- we love you!

Almost like my mommy made. This was so delicious, I was totally amazed with the flavvor and consistency and the little amount of time it took to prepare. For some reason, I remember my mother making it, and it took a whole long time, but that was years ago, and we were from Germany. It was delicious

ATK is my favorite. I’ve had this account for many years. I use it daily and it has never steered me wrong. Have I loved every recipe I’ve tried , of course not. But most of them have been wonderful. And I find the app easy to use and convenient.

Amazing UX. The user experience of this app is amazing ! It’s my new go to for recipes it’s just super easy to use the recipes are pretty good as well. Love how they thought of having the ingredients tab pop out when you’re reading the directions genius !

Great and very useable app. This app doesn’t replace my stack of ATK annuals, but it’s a fantastic way to locate and sort the recipes, and I do most of my cooking using the tiny phone screen rather than splaying the book across my work space. It’s easy to plan a week’s menu using a collection and easy to make a shopping list for the week. I wish the recipes and especially the equipment reviews had dates. And it would be marvelous if an updated or improved recipe linked to the previous versions (including the date).

I love Americas Test Kitchen. I’ve been a fan of ATK for years now and I love what they’ve done with their app. It’s extremely easy to navigate and I love the new features they have included. The “collections” page makes it so easy for me to save all my recipes in one. Can’t wait to see what else is in store for the app!

I want to put my saved recipes into different categories.. I would like to put my saved recipes into groups of appropriate categories, such as entrées, desserts, etc. Also, when I am searching for a particular recipe on the homepage and click on a recipe, then back arrow, the search starts from the beginning again rather than going back to where I left off. So annoying.

The app is great, but I have one complaint.. I really like the app. But the grocery list feature needs work. One suggestion to improve it would be to allow print outs for grocery lists. Another improvement would be to integrate automated ordering from a list like the Whisk app. That would really be nice.

I love ATK, they make everything easier!. I got a digital subscription to ATK about a year ago, and it was the best thing I’ve done in a long time. I have a lot of good cookbooks, but when I want a recipe that is guaranteed to work, I go straight to ATK. I love it. The app works great, too - I’ve had no problems with it.

Easy Pork Chops. I’m using voice to text so sorry for any wonky grammar errors. I tried this recipe tonight and I followed it exactly. I tented my pork chops and there were so much juice. I added it back to the pan and I simmer it down and I added my pork chops backand they are so delicious and moist and tasty. I also added mushrooms and onions and it came out so delicious. Thank you.

My go-to cooking & baking app. I always check ATK when I’m trying a new recipe and to review my tried and true favorites. I know that the ATK recipe will come out as expected because they’ve done all the hard work. Now we have a gluten free and dairy free person in the house so I have even more need for great recipes!

Best Subscription I’ve Ever Paid for!. This app has become the hub of my kitchen, it’s all my iPad is used for. The recipes are great, the educational content is worth the $10 in itself, and they’re always updating with new cookbooks and articles! 10/10

Vastly improved. The re-designed app was a disaster when it first rolled out, but after several updates it’s in really good shape now. I left a few 1-2 star reviews previously, but pretty much all of what I found frustrating has been fixed. Very happy with it now!

Conflicting Info about App. The description of the app says it can be used without having an All Digital Access account. However, when I tried to log into the app using my credentials from my Cook’s Illustrated print subscription I got a notice that said I needed All Digital Access to use the app. Frustrating! I mainly wanted the app so I can watch missed TV episodes and get recipes from the Cook’s Country and America’s Test Kitchen TV shows. Are those features (or ANY features) available in the app without an All Digital Access account?

NOT FREE!. I downloaded this app because it said “get” rather than showing a dollar amount, and the app description doesn’t say anywhere that you have to pay to use it, but you do. There are two REQUIRED in-app purchase options, you cannot do anything in this app until you hand over a credit card. I’m not saying ATK doesn’t deserve money, but it’s deceptive to hide that fact that you have to use a credit card to use the app. Just state the price up front, like an honest business would. Put it on the button.

Special Diet Filter. Obsessed with the app and the content. Would love to see a filter option for calorie content. “Under 500”, “Under 400”, “Under 300”. That would be extremely helpful while trying to lose weight.

Works great now!. Initially there was a glitch with the iPad app. It would not allow me to access my account after logging in. I deleted and reinstalled the app, then logged in and out several times. Eventually it worked, and I was able to access my account. So far it works great, and I like using the app better than the website.

Great recipes. Try something new. When I am looking for something different I can look my ingredients, food type, ratings etc and find a recipe I am confident in the success. I have made excellent dishes for special diets and some of my favorite take away selections. Wonderful. Thanks

Awesome app. As a home cook for 25+ years, I figured I knew most of the things I needed. Wrong! I’ve learned so much here. The product reviews are great and reliable, and of course the recipes are very good. If you’re a fan of Good Eats and Alton Brown, you will enjoy the approach ATK takes in not only giving detailed instructions but also in explaining the reasons each recipe works.

Video Player Issues. I used to be able to use Apple Airplay to stream ATK videos from my phone to my Apple TV. Now, after the most recent update, I can’t even watch the videos in full screen on my phone, let alone of my Apple TV. Something is wonky with the new video player, and I don’t like it. (I love ATK in all other respects. So thankful for them in general. My low rating is because you’ve made it harder for me to enjoy your material.)

ATK is the best!. I love ATK. I've been a subscriber for years. I hope to never be without ATK or any of the other content included. I love having the app on my phone. I don't have to carry a list to the store because what I need is on the app. I have some recipes on my Favorites List that has been there more than 20 years! I started watching ATK from the very beginning when Bridget, Julia and I were young and skinny. It's been wonderful to “grow” my culinary chops with them and the rest of the cast. My husband tells people that I am a gourmet! It's all due to you!

I will use this salmon recipe forever!. The salmon fillet I purchased was half the size as noted in the recipe, so cutting everything in half was easy. I also didn’t have any dry mustard, so I coated the fillet front and back in Dijon mustard then added the dry ingredients on top. I cooked it on a baking sheet and it came out perfect ! We used one of our Meyer lemons for the finishing sauce. Best salmon ever!

Love your shows. I love to watch episodes of your shows. I would love love to come and be a part of a live audience of you still do that, or even to stay a couple days and watch you all prepare meals. Everything looks so darn good! Thank you! And I love being able to look up recipes from your shows. I have made several! LuAnn Tryhus

Go with NYT Cooking - this app is a dumpster fire. When the app works it’s okay but inferior to the NYT Cooking app (both in recipe content and in technology). Unfortunately a few times a year, they end up getting out of sync with Apple and unable to verify your subscription, locking you out sometimes for weeks. You end up having to call their support line, wait on hold, ask for a supervisor because the front line folks can’t help there, and hope they reactivate your account. If you send an email for support you never hear back. Just a mess…

Excellent and easy!. I made these for Thanksgiving this coming Thursday but tried 2 tonight and they were awesome! I may make a second batch tomorrow! My dough seemed more sticky than the video but it turned out great. I weighed my flour and it was more than the 2 and 2/3 cup the recipe said, but it still worked! Loved it!

Fantastico!. I recently retired and wanted to get back into cooking. I’ve been a fan of ATK for years and thought the app might be a good place to start. I especially wanted to connect with the hearty Italian dishes I remembered from childhood. Well, the ATK app is amazing! The recipes, equipment, tips - it’s all wonderful! I’m cooking, entertaining and learning new recipes and techniques. And the Italian dishes - fantastico!

Worth the money. I’m a huge fan of the show. Their useful favorites & grocery list features mar planning much easier. I use this in combo with my ATK cookbooks -it’s very convenient. Also, the comments from other cooks a extremely useful! All around- well worth the money!!

Mmm…so prefect. This was a very good recipe….I loved how it kept the large chunks of crab meat in tact and perfectly seasoned. We made the chipotle sauce I loved it but it was too spicy for my husband. I used a combo of avocado oil and ghee to fry up my cakes and they turned out perfectly. We live in Oregon and Dungeness crab is in season so this is the crab we used.

Delicious Pasta. The dish was easy to prepare. Read the recipe, prepped the ingredients so they were ready when needed. The only thing , I did not need the extra cup of pasta water. I believe the dish would have benefited from a tablespoon of flour rather than 2 teaspoons the sauce could have been a little thicker. Serve this one in a bowl with a loaf of your favorite bread to sop up the sauce !

Great mashed potatoes without butter. I made these for Thanksgiving so that my vegan husband could have mashed potatoes. I used 100% California extra virgin Olive Oil brand olive oil. The recipe was easy and we all thought they were delicious and we didn’t miss the butter one bit. Next time I’ll double the recipe because there weren’t enough for leftovers!

Review for the new update. This review covers the app itself. The ATK content is great and I love their material. The app and website are useless if you want to stream anything with Airplay. Over several months I have reached out to their tech support, and the blame always seems to land on me. Somehow, ATK is the only thing that won’t Airplay from my phone, MacBook Pro, and Mac mini, but it’s my fault. I was told the latest update would fix this. It did not. If you’re content watching television on a 4” screen, then this is the app for you.

Great job devising this recipe ATK!. I made this crust for a Lemon Meringue pie and it turned out great! I made it following the directions exactly except substituting apple cider vinegar for the rice vinegar. I used King Arthur Measure For Measure Flour and since it contains xanthan gum , I did not add that ingredient. The dough was harder to work with compared to traditional but the secret is keeping it chilled. No slumping as I blind baked it as other reviewers noted. Good taste and tenderness too.

Husband loved it!. The prep was easy to do ahead of time, when it came time to air fry the shrimp everything went quickly. The flavors were perfect together from the chipotle to the lovely citrus of the lime and acid from the vinegar. Such a good recipe I will be making this again.

Cheesecake and more. I have made the NY Cheesecake several times and I feel like I’ve finally got it right. This cheesecake is the best ever, covered in fruit or chocolate sauce or nothing at all. It’s delicious and easy! I also simply love ATK - I’ve never made anything I didn’t like from your recipes

Prime Rib melts in your mouth!!!. I salted it 48 hours ahead and sous vide for 24 hours on 134. It was by far the best prime rib I’ve ever had, even at some high price restaurants!!! I made a horseradish sauce to go with it and saved the au jus for later(French dip sandwiches). I will definitely do this again and not change a thing! Thanks Test Kitchen 😋😋😋😋😋

Sweet Potato French Fries ( crispy). This is absolutely the very best sweet potato French fry recipe I have ever used. No fancy equipment,,,, ! You will never enjoy sweet potato fries in any restaurant again. Bar none! Be sure to serve them hot, right out of the frying pan. Also, I did make the Spicy Sauce that was suggested. I do not like too spicy, so I started with 1/4 of the recommended garlic hot sauce. Plenty hot for me. So,,, start off mild , and add more heat as you wish.

Every day. When I’m meal planning, I scroll through the app and print the recipes I want to make for the week, then I purchase the supplies. Every day, I post my dinner recipe on the fridge so my family knows which delicious dish will be served that night. We add the ones we love to my favorites list on the app so we can make it again.

What is missing are videos and illustrations. It’s frustrating when a recipe says to refer to illustration(s) and they are not included on the app. Same with the video that accompanies many recipes—they’re just not there. So I have to go to my computer and log on to the website to get that info. This makes me want to use this app less each time I encounter that roadblock.

Great platform for some creative additions. We loved this dish and had a great time adding our own flair. We sautéed italian sausage before starting the red sauce, and to that we added a tbsp of honey, a 1/3 cup wine, dried morel mushrooms and about a tbsp of heavy cream. Fresh tomatoes from our garden really increased the sweetness. It will be interesting to compare the taste when we have to use store-bought tomatoes.

Hard to navigate. Just spent 10 extra minutes in the grocery store trying to find your product reviews. It seems just a couple of weeks ago, that wasn’t a hard task, so I don’t know if there was a recent update so searches on the app are different or what. But I refer to product reviews a lot when I’m shopping and getting to a specific product shouldn’t be that hard

Just WOW!. Absolutely the best tomato soup I’ve ever made! The Sherry completely finished the flavors. Less is more on the Allspice, just a pinch, don’t be tempted to over indulge. Control the salt, let the sodium in the tomatoes find it’s place before adding salt. I found that the salt came to the foreground as it cooked down and it only need a finish at the end. I added a Parmesan crisp and oyster crackers to make it a meal.

LOVE LOVE AMERICA’S TEST KITCHEN AND COOK’S COUNTRY. My daughter and I love EVERYTHING about ATK and Cook’s Country! We watch episodes repeatedly and enjoy every minute of each show! Every host is so awesome and a joy to watch no matter what the show subject is!! Thank You all so much for your hard work and professionalism!! We love each and every one of you!!! Rosita T

LOVE!. Having all these epic recipes at my fingertips, anyplace, anytime, is great. I’ve never made anything from ATK that my family did not rave about. The shopping list is also handy and I use it every time I shop. Highly recommend this app if you do any cooking at all.

Wonderful!!. My husband and daughter love Little Debbie Oatmeal Cremes and so I thought these would be a hit…and they were!!! I love the technique of processing the raisins and oatmeal!! So smart!!! I decided to use dried figs since were growers and had dehydrated a bumper crop this past summer. Wow!!! So delicious!! I will be keeping this recipe and the techniques learned close to my heart. Thanks ATK for another WINNER!!

My go-to cooking app. I use this app several times a week while cooking dinner, maybe even more than I use the NYT Cooking app (which is my other favorite). It’s easy to find recipes and cook through them in real time. The photos are beautiful too.

Delicious. We haven’t had pork chops in a long time. They just weren’t a favorite at our house. Then I purchased an air fryer. When I saw this recipe on Americas Test Kitchen , I had to give it a try. I made 5 thin pork chops. Pre heated to 400 and cooked 3- 4 min each side. They were delicious and moist and they had great flavor. Will definitely make them again very soon !

Any pasta will work. I made this recipe for my wife and I but we wanted to try Papparadelle, a wider pasta and it turned out great! It was a little tricky getting the pasta to cook evenly but with a little attention, it worked! The surprising thing to the beneficiaries of this dish is that there is no cream in the sauce! I really enjoy making this dish and everyone I have made it for has asked for the recipe!

Like having my mother, grandmother and a world class chef in my pocket!. ATK and your ever present app bring me pleasure everyday. Whether it’s practical, last minute or a slow, savoring comparison of several recipes, I appreciate sitting down with my coffee with ATK. Thanks to Mr. Kimball for starting it and to all of you who are carrying it forward (especially Dan!)

Best recipe website ever!. I have been using the website for a long time. I finally got the app and it’s so great just pulling up a recipe on the phone in the kitchen and not bothering with the desk top. The app is very easy to use, I can find exactly what I’m looking for, and there aren’t any pop up ads!! That’s huge for me. Thanks, Test Kitchen!

Beware: This cookie is addictive!. I used to be a staunch proponent of the Thick and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie. It was the one that every member of the family preferred. Until I made “the perfect cookie.” How could something so perfect not even need a mixer??? It’s very difficult to restrain yourself and eat only one. The fact that the recipe makes only 16 cookies is a safeguard. It’s perfect anytime.
