Great content, UI is lacking. The content is great! The price is worth the recipes alone. Overall great app but here are some personal experiences that have been a bit strange or frustrating if you’re interested in making some improvements: When I select gin and “stirred” it shows me one drink when I’d expect that would include up and down drinks. How things are categorized could use a little improvement. Search only allows for single terms. It’d be great if I could search for all drinks that use multiple ingredients. Searching “gin campari” gives me zero results for example. Also, the autocorrect in search should probably be turned off. Ingredients always autocorrect to other things. Cynar to canary. Creme to crime. Etc. Overall great app! I’ve used this one and the previous version a lot over the years!

Good but could use some usability tweaks. Great content! The usability is a bit lacking. It can be really difficult to trigger the menu to slide out or the back button. The area to tap is pretty small and it often takes several moments to navigate. Otherwise, full of good content and good formatting.

Recipes are amazing. favs need search. Needs a search bar on favorites but otherwise a fantastic app

Very disappointing! Save your money!. I never pay for an app. This one cost $5 and was a total letdown! No Whisky Sour? No Skinny Margarita? Ridiculous! It should have every classic cocktail and then lots of exotic ones but you have to cover ALL the basics!

Doesn’t have normal cocktail recipes. I bought this about 2 weeks ago for if I’m in a pinch behind the bar. I hadn’t made a sex on the beach in years and it randomly was ordered, figured I’d use the app and they don’t even have it on there.

Amazing. Gold mine of truly good modern cocktails.

Missing Basics. Doesn’t have a bloody Mary category etc.

Craft Cocktail bliss 👍🍸🙏🔥💯. This app is fantastic. It solves the daily question of what should I make tonight? It asks you 4 optional questions and then gives you a list of excellent recommendations. So when you are wondering what kind of drink should I make when I am in the mood for something with (gin,bourbon,rum,etc) that is (boozy,sweet,sour,etc)? This app has you covered. The recipes are drinks that you would get at a nice craft cocktail bar. I've used this app for a couple of years now and didn't realize that I've not left a review.

Incredible. I’ve been getting into craft cocktails for a while now and have a fairly good collection of reference cocktail books. This app blows all of them out of the water It has an incredible selection of cocktails and the app works well to recommend drinks you may like based on some parameters (eg I’m in the mood for a boozy gin cocktail) I use this app very regularly and am terrified they’ll discontinue support for it and I’ll lose access to my many many favorite cocktails!! I would happily pay for a new app if they were to release a new version. Please keep up the great work.

Choice is Limited. I have a fairly well stocked bar and would like to have some direction to create innovative cocktails, so I bought this app for that advertised feature, but nearly every time I try to use that feature I get a ‘we have nothing to recommend, because it doesn’t narrow the choices at each level, and there are so many options it’s easy to hit a dead end 9 out of ten times. I was just trying to come up with a lemony vodka drink and got no results until I only selected vodka, and then 1/2 the recipes were for gin cocktails. I regret purchasing this app and I hope you can avoid my folly.

Great tool. This is a great tool for anyone in the industry. Worth the Money easily. Other than that it’s awesome. Do yourself the favor and get this app!

Great for the home bartender. Sure it’s missing a few drinks. But man oh man. So many other choices. Great buy!!! Highly recommend.

The best. The first edition was amazing and the best, and this new and enhanced version is even better. Chances are, if it’s worth drinking, it’s in here.

This app is f’ing amazing. I use this thing at least once a week. 1) I don’t have to remember recipes for favorite drinks. 2) I can search an ingredient I’d like to use up and find a delicious drink that I can apply it to. 3) I discover new incredible drinks all the time. I have two minor issues/requests: the back button needs to move away from the iOS “return to last app” button in the top left, and the search should include custom notes. I like to flag recipes with “need to try” if I don’t have the ingredients on hand, it would be great to be able to search for that phrase. Or build a tagging system. Up to you. Otherwise, fantastic job! The app is worth it for the Gloria alone.

Amazing discovery!. This is beyond the best cocktails’ app on here. It’s insane that the cost is only $5! Tonight, I made the Conquistador, and it was almost as tasty as when I had it at Attaboy. I’ve been searching for this recipe, and to my delight, it’s here.

Add iPad Version. Love this app. Buy it, your cocktail game will thank you. Humble requests: 1. Please take advantage of all the UIKit flex rules and publish an iPad version. 2. Please take advantage of CloudKit so we can sync our favorites.

Almost Perfect. Pretty nice app for cocktails, but come on guys! Where’s the Alabama Slammer!? The Pink Squirrel? Ok how about a Brain Tumor shot?? Nice app if you like easy drinks like the Haitian Divorce but clearly missing some true classics.

Huge Fan, but…. I’m a huge fan and use the app all the time. However, I’d like to see new recipes added. I love boozy agave drinks and one can only drink so many Mance Ryders or Zone Amarillos. Would love to see some new stuff.

Totally worth it!. Great app that is worth the price. The recipes are great and I love that there is a place for personal notes on each recipe...that way I can make note of what I liked, disliked, or changed. Also love the “I Feel Like” section where you can narrow down the menu based on the ingredients you have or the flavor profile you’re going for. Great job! Keep adding more!

Solid app, could be better. Pro: - Solid collection of recipes - Ability to make notes on recipes - Ability to solve the “idk what I want make me anything” statement that people say at the bar - Updates and new recipes - Historical blurbs Cons: - No personal notebook. I really want this app to have a personal note book so you can keep all your own personal recipes and so I don’t have to flip to my notes section of the phone.

Notes?. Very good app—a lot of detail. Would be great, however, to get a better understanding of how to make certain ingredients: What’s the ratio for the honey syrup? How does one make sweetened ginger syrup? Etc.

Great app - easy to use and comprehensive. Awesome app. Love the varied ways to select a drink (search ingredients or by taste profile). Only thing missing is ability to catalog what you have and suggest drinks based on that, but otherwise perfect!
