Ok. To start.. First off, the games are knock offs. Close enough to the actual games, but not quite. Still fun though... until... I reached level 50ish. I had over a Billion. Yes a Billion. With a B. And literally won nothing. I think I won more than my bet bet maybe 10 times. All the way down to 9 million when I decided that was enough. Excellent graphics. Fun games. The creators of these slots are talented and did a good job. Having said that, be vary, as with all apps and games, if you play too fast, too hard, it may cost you. So far, congrats to the makers of this app...I like to play word games, etc., and don’t like to pay for them because we all pay so much for our fun. I have! It’s a fun game.

Nothingness. Spin after spin of nothingness. Some of the games are visually fun but very very stingy with bonuses which is the only way you can play because most of the hits don’t even cover original bet. Not much difference than the rest of the games available. I’m sure not going to pay for coins to play when you have to spin 150 times before you hit something and when you do hit it eats it right back up. You can’t sustain. I’d rather go to a real casino. The Money Tree Game. With the free credits I received upon downloading this app, I was able to play for a solid hour and a half without making a purchase! Great fun until.... Their script locks your account down (from progressing through a game/tournament) unless you bid stupid high amounts. Guess what happens when you raise your bid to stupid high amounts? What a joke. My recommendation: Play until the fun runs out and move on, while your money is still in your own pocket!!!

Complaint. I gave you one star because you stole from me 6 billion points by tricking me. I was playing 3 million points a spins when you offered me to buy some points which I declined, when I went back to continue playing I spinned twice when I realized that you guys changed my bet to 3 billion a spin. To show a good faith you should return my 6 billion points. A week later I am still waiting for your response. It’s been more then two months and no answer yet I guess you you don’t care public complain you deserve a zero star i was too generous to give one star. Few months passed and I am still waiting for my refund points. Shame shame shame.

Just enough wins. I’ve played a lot of online slots and this seems the fairest in terms of giving you more wins than losses. That said, hopefully, that trend will continue. Great Themes to choose from. Fantastic game! The only problem is that most of the pop ups cause my 3rd generation iPad to freeze. As a result, I never get to the 2nd free spin because the mega win or big win on the first spin crashes the program. Random glitch. Just to let someone know I just had a crazy glitch on one of the games where it was stuck on a bonus spin with max bet and I spun probably 50 times with max bet and max symbols in a bonus and paid out max amount every spin. I also leveled up probably 30 times in this process. If the game deletes the money and new levels I get that but just figured I’d try letting someone know.

Great until now freezing on Rhinomanio advert. The game was great but now every time I try to download a new theme it pops up with watch the bonus video, that is not a problem until when trying to press not now nothing happens. I cannot get off the advert. Then the strange thing is when I close the app and restart it the first thing it shows me is the Rhinomania advert strangely if I press the buy button it activates but if I touch the X or anything it does not change anything on the screen. Enjoying it but why reduce the daily bonus?. I have been playing this for months and for some reason they reversed the dollar amount and multiple in the daily bonus. This effectively lowers your bonus amount under most circumstances since the maximum amount is now 3 million instead of 5... Update: I really liked this game until I upgraded to an iPhone XS Max last week and now it won’t even load correctly. It starts to open then just gets stuck on a black screen. Very suspect.. Impossible to win. I love playing your games but there is NO way to win at this!! I will focus on Big Cherry (but they are pretty much all as bad) I wrote to you earlier to complain that I purchased over $900,000,000 worth of credits. (You did not reply) It was totally not worth it. In the matter of a short period of time I bet $400,000,000 and did not get one bonus!! These are the problems with Big Cherry. Besides not having enough bonuses, when you actually get a bonus you VERY rarely get more than eight cherries. As for the diamonds that trigger a bonus-NEVER did I get more than three diamonds and I am talking tens of thousands of hands!! So obviously there is a huge problem or this game is totally fixed. In closing I feel badly I can’t continue to play this but never getting ahead in not conducive to having fun playing!!

Issues with quest. This game could have easily gotten a 5 star rating had it not been for the fact that the “my first journey “ has a glitch that would not allow me or my wife to get past “Cherry Riches”. There is no way to achieve the “Big Win”. I used over 430,000,000 coins and hit big many times and never achieved the “Big Win” to complete that section of the journey. I tried the contact us tab and it tells me I do not have email set up but cannot find where to do that. Please fix this glitch. I will not be purchasing anymore coins just to blow them all on a task that literally cannot be completed.

So many games, so few allowed to play!. While some of the games are ok to play and actually do win, you are allowed to only play a small fraction of them. Great Game Became Disappointment. I have been playing Magic Halloween since before Halloween. It is the most entertaining slot that you have and has the best graphics. And it is very exciting to play. I have tried most of the other lots. They are all very basic, dull with below average graphics. Not exciting at all. So I have basically played Magic Halloween as my only slot. I am now on Level 129 playing only that slot. This morning I go to the site to get my morning slot fix. And what has happened? Locking up. Slot keeps locking up. I can't clear money offers, so I am an able to play. Starts out fun, then fizzles. Becomes very routine.. Starting out you see “scatters” and bonus spins. Once you win, or move up in bets, those bonus items all but disappear! Love playing Heart of Diamonds slots.. Love to play but I rarely get to stay more than 10 minutes. I run out of coins and either pay a ton of cash or wait however Many hours for the Free coins. It can be very disheartening to feel shamed by an app. Need bigger payouts. More coins faster timing every 15 minutes.

Scatter symbol for Diamond Heart. I just started playing this app again for the first time in a while. On this particular slot, I thought it was at least 3 diamonds to trigger the Scatter Bonus. Which in the pay tables, that’s what it says. However, when I played today off and on for a good 3 hours, I got the Scatter symbol but no bonus round. What am I missing or is this a bug that can be fixed?

Heart of Diamonds. I started off well and then lost it all with no heart feature at all, no free games. I won’t be buying coins so I guess that’s it. Too many ads to buy, they are annoying.

Re playing. I have my selected game with 'hearts' it is very disappointing at times as it seems a "long" time in between spins that the hearts come up and Evan longer if I have a big win. Poor features.. The max bet button is right beside the spin button so you can be playing quite happily then you are out of credits because you must have accidentally touched that button!!!! Glitches. There are so many glitches in this game. The reels land on winning combinations and it doesn’t seem to register. Deleting after 1 week. Pretty fun game for the most part. I’ve had it for just a little over a week and even purchased some credits. Actually LOWERED their daily bonus. Developers actually lowered the daily bonus system, before, you could occasionally hit the max at $25mil, now the max is $15mil, and I have yet to come close to hitting that. Review. I like the games but I don’t like the way you set up the bonus. I go on everyday to collect my bonus but I can’t get past day 4 before it goes back to day one. I use to get bonuses like 30,000,000 now I get at the most 7,000,000. Most days I get 975,000.

Slots-heart of diamonds casino. There is constant crashing when I collect a daily bonus it crashes with an add selling 270million coins and the ad will not clear no matter what. Tried rebooting I pad no help up loaded to the cloud and only succeeded in loosing about a million points when I downloaded again. Sent to support and heard nothing. Bought coins thinking this would make ad go away did not work. Can I get some help I really would like to play this game

Solid slots game. Heart of Diamonds is a solid slot game. The quests, daily missions, and rewards definitely make it easy to play on a daily basis. The only issue I find is the amount of adds that pop up or send you to websites from the game happen way to frequently. Other than that it is a good slot game.

New update!!. I'd give it 5 stars but since the update I cannot download new unlocked machines so I'm limited to only a few and I'm getting bored of the same 3. Minimum Bets Appreciated. I appreciate that the games have minimum bets under $1M and $5M coins. Fun game but bonus payout rip off. I really loved this game but while playing Fortune Gold and in a bonus spin three time I filled the board but the game would respin the last number. When the bonus round stopped I once again had a full board and should have been paid the Grand but it only added up the total and the Grand was not paid.
