Change in App. I loved this app, used it often. But something has changed and I’ve tried to delete and download again but there is a bar across the screen that moves and makes it impossible to type information. I can not tell if my payment has gone through. Please fix the app.

Can’t sign in. I can sign in on the website just fine but when I clearly have email and password filled in and tap sign in, it gives a warning saying “enter your email and password” and under the inserted password I provided it says “password required.” I just don’t understand.

Garbage. This app does not work and their support is nonexistent. Find another lab for your tests. Received email saying results were ready but never showed up. Contacted through their form a week ago. Nothing from support; still doesn’t work. Now even the contact form doesn’t work. Junk

Terrible app.. Buggy, just a worse version of their website. Do I really need to print out a form, fill it out, scan it back, wait for a response to authenticate my identity to receive results? Because that would be ridiculous… like the world hasn’t become 10x more complicated with Covid, the LEAST you could do is create a freaking app the helps the cause instead of adding gas to the fire.

New Update Messed up Sign-in!. What the heck happened? I went to sign-in today and there is nowhere to sign-in on the main page. Only has “Create Account” cannot find sign in or fingerprint authentication that was previously available. Recent update really messed things up!

Surprisingly bad. Yes I have the newest version- just downloaded today. I tried to paste my password- paste doesn’t work. I tried to log in with Face ID- doesn’t work. Then it logged me out pretty quickly and I had to do the nonsense a second time. And once I finally logged in, it’s pretty useless. I tried to set my notification preferences- there aren’t any. I tried to set my sharing preferences- nowhere to be found. I thinking Labcorp as being cutting edge but this app is really bad.

Unable to process payment. Absolutely ridiculous in trying to pay invoices through the app. When I go in there it says nothing is due then when I type in the invoice number it shows it then it won’t let me actually pay it. I fill in the name they want to do credit card and then it says select go, but there is no go button also as I signed in it said they now accept Apple Pay but don’t see that as an option once I typed in my name, and there is no go button as I said before.

Poor format on some sections.. It’s ridiculous to have an app that uses desktop sites in some sections, such as payment. And why does LabCorp attempt to bill an insurance company that I used several years ago, after the current insurance I provided you paid in full?

Failed on New Account Setup. I kept getting red error “Items highlighted in red need to be addressed” with nothing incorrect and nothing highlighted. I went to the website and set up the account and noticed that the site has the “I am not a robot” challenge. The app did not and looked to be just a portal to the site. App worked fine after account was set up from web.

Horrible User Interface. Can’t change or create a new strong password. Doesn’t support Apples Strong password generator and doesn’t allow you to use the paste feature to paste in a new password from your clipboard (e.g. copied from a random password generator). This is a medical app with confidential data. You would think they would promote the ability to easily use strong passwords (which aren’t easily remembered).

Disappointed. Lame that when you’re scheduling an appointment, app kicks you into web browser to do that. Then what’s the point of the app? I downloaded the app specifically because I did not want to use the web browser to schedule my appointment ! Everything should happen inside the app. Also, all the capchas when I’m checking if appointments are available at different locations…I signed in with my password…that shouldn’t be necessary. Also, showing my birthdate, but covering my email and phone number. Again, I signed in with my password and I’ve used you guys before…no reason to put my birthdate on the screen…that’s much more valuable to identity thieves.

TIME I'LL NEVER GET BACK. 1) A TWO out of TEN!! As CRAP APPS go! At least it's better than my Privia. 2) TIME I'LL NEVER GET BACK!! 3) These developers' DO NOT seem to understand that Chrome and iCloud key Chain—will autofill email and passwords. It always takes 2–4 rounds of entering my email and password for it to work—MANY TIMES it just doesn't work!! Today it kept plastering the Labcorp logo over the password field. 4) App should have the ability to print an End of Year Statement—for FSA & HSA accounts!! 5) TECH SUPPORT didn't address issues just kept saying well it's working now! (LOL) But it's not really funny at all. You get what you pay for. SMH TIME (Like a bad movie) THAT I'LL NEVER GET BACK😞

Some bugs to work out. Not sure if it’s just on my old iPhone SE with a small screen, but when I tap on the menu and then my name, the options that appear below it, are mostly not visible since they’re below my screen view, and there is no way to scroll down, because when you try to scroll, only the underlying page scrolls and not the overlaying menu itself. Otherwise seems like a fine app!

Maintenance Schedule Inaccurate & Inconvenient. My results were posted this morning but I’ve been unable to view them due to a “Scheduled Maintenance”. It says it was today from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm….it’s 4:20 pm and the message is still there. I needed a copy of my results for a flight in the morning. Crazy!! Hoping I can print this evening…

Labcorp App is nearly useless!. I have a Labcorp account set up and can log in. I got the app to track and manage my lab work - it does neither! I cannot see my doctor ordered labs to verify the are “in the system” to make an appointment or show up for blood work! I cannot see billing information for my personal account without first entering a reference number from some paperwork! If I could actually get lab work completed and paid for, I might see the results- but no one answers a phone to address questions! Don’t they know this is the electronic age and my “secure” personal account should have all the necessary relevant LabCorp data to be useful??

Can’t create account. I downloaded the app created it accounts is asking me to authenticate myself is asking me three questions. I answer them right and I still can’t get in. Didn’t want you to download a paper to mail it and just authenticate yourself. It is not that serious. I’m going to delete this app and continue to going to quest diagnostics.

Terrible experience. The identity verification questions were completely unrelated to me, I didn’t own a 1997 Chevy nor a Jaguar but apparently you know me better than I do. Next step was sending in a form which requested a password I never made, this was not the account password. Thankfully I was emailed the results via the store and didn’t actually need to depend on this unreliable service, goodbye.

The latest update is terrible. The latest update for this app made it barely useable. FaceID is no longer a thing it seems like. Other times the app asks you if you want to resume your session only to then show the sign up page for a new account if you say yes. I can’t even imagine what a security gamble such a broken up is, esp. when we are talking about personal health information. They really need to improve their QA process, because this is just embarrassing.

Seriously buggy on iOS 16.6. The developers seriously need to address interface issues that make the iPhone experience unusable. The popup admonition to review their new user agreement is non-functional; you can’t click the link to review it, and multiple clicks of the X to close it has no effect. In fact, the interface acts as if it is not there because selecting the review button or the X highlights text behind the popup! Also, the banner at the top of the page shifts to the middle of the page as you scroll down and ultimately blocks the bottom of the page when you reach the end of the scroll. A wholly frustrating experience from the moment you login and realize you can’t see or do anything.

Glorified wrapper for their website. The LabCorp app is not a whole lot more than their website made into an app. In many ways it looks like they hired a couple of developers willing to work for the lowest amount possible and it functions that way too. For example, I tried to pay a few invoices in the app but the “submit” button on the review payment page was missing. I feel like being able to submit payment should be one of the primary purposes of an app like this? I also don’t like how it kicks you onto Safari to enter payment info. Again, that should be a basic function of this app.

Cannot log in. I have a Labcorp web account but cannot login with this app. Most apps will offer to use the stored iOS password but not only does this one not suggest, it will npt accept the stored userID and password and will not allow a complex password to be pasted in the field. I would choose a lower rating if one were offered.

Not an actual app. Useless.. 7/6/23 They say it’s new and improved. It’s not. It’s still just a web view of the site. The FaceID button does nothing. You have to re-login every time you exit the “app”. It’s glitchy, it’s not user friendly — especially for those with any accessibility needs. Serious question: why even bother having an app? I sincerely hope you’re not paying a developer to create what is simply the exact same thing that a user gets by just signing in via Safari (or any iOS browser). 🫤

Can’t tell what orders are pending. I can’t tell what orders are pending. Also they basically have a monopoly on testing so the market isn’t deciding which company should be being used. I very very very passionately hate this company. I’ve also seen them being incredibly rude to people in person. They ask for physical sheets of paper for orders but make people check in digitally and get results digitally but to drop stuff off they won’t have you in the system. I had to drive an extra hour because apparently I needed this sheet of paper and they couldn’t look me up. I am more than infuriated with them. If anyone can create a service to compete with these awful humans, please do.

Identical to what you'd see on mobile not using the app. This app is identical to how the website looks on mobile without the app, with the added annoyance of the top toolbar now floating in the middle of your screen as you scroll down. It's terrible. I'd really hoped the app cleaned up the results and made things easier to search, but there's no different at all.

Horrible app. I’ve been waiting for results for a Covid pcr test. Had the test done February 16th. It’s supposed to take 3 days. I called the Emurgent care on the 17 and they gave me the results. Today is the 24th and the results still aren’t posted on the LabcorpPatient app. Terrible application. People are waiting for results and they don’t get posted. What if someone doesn’t have the good sense to call the doctors office? Definitely a 👎🏾

Changed Labs. I used to go to another Lab for blood work which was further from my home as a few places closed. So I called to see if t Lab Corp took my insurance. They did so I went there for the first time. What a difference. The front desk person was VERY helpful and made it simple and quick to sign in. I had a short wait as a walk in and the woman who did the test was so efficient and nice. This is where I would recommend to anyone needing those services.

Not User Friendly. There are buttons such as view my bill that don’t work when pressed. Also it doesn’t allow you to paste your password from a password management app for example. I think it’s more secure to allow people to copy a random password from a password app than entering it manually, plus less mistakes when entering it in.

Duh. In order to make an appointment you have to do it in internet browser not in app. They do not display pending physician orders which is what I need. I make an appointment, wait 3 weeks, go to lab, no physician order. Would have been sooo much nice to view orders BEFORE MAKING THE APPOINT. Now I leave call physician and explain why no completed labs.. I really miss the days when you just took your lab slip to the place that draws blood. Lousy app.

It’s just a viewer. Basically the app acts like a browser so it makes it extra bad when it doesn’t work properly. Face ID doesn’t work at all. And the site is down half the time so the app doesn’t work and when you go to an actual browser, it won’t work because the website is always broken. These seem like simple issues to prevent. They really need to change their engineering leadership and introduce better practices to prevent bugs from being released and constantly breaking the patient portal.

App is terrible now. This app used to be good. Now its like their developers got lazy and decided to just render their website in an iframe. Except it doesnt work now and you cant make payments anymore, because onetrust jumps in and asks about cookies in the middle of a payment and completely breaks the payment workflow. So the lazy developers didnt even test this scenario. Fire your lazy developers Labcorp! Go back to the professionals you had before!

Billing section very bad. Fix it: 1. Error message how up immediately while start entering First name and Last name 2. Removes entire credit card number on when you try to delete my one wrong number, is dum developer expects that some one enter whole 16 digit card correct using mobile😂 3. With one error all entry boxes marked as red and no going or clearing back until close the app and start over. 4. Who on earth will put 2 boxes like CC number and expiry etc side by side in mobile. They should be responsive and should go down and non scrollable. Suggestions: Add the feature of Scan CC and read the information in. Finally have your developers and testers, manager use the app for a week before release it to public.

New update is much better!!. Lot of improvements in this new release. registered and viewed my results with in minutes. It is smooth experience throughout the app.

Worst App on the planet. Come on guys! If you wish to stay in business let’s do better with an app to access my information. There at least needs to be ability to remember my email address if you don’t you don’t wish to develop facial id. This app is awful in all aspects beyond that! Perhaps I should use Quest!

What a Mess…. This app was fine until the last update. Now there’s no way to have email and password remembered or stored and copy/paste doesn’t work. So each time I want to use it I have to look up my password and type it in character by character. Results are “spread out” and no longer in compact graph form. Please revert to old form.

Glorified version of the website - functional but not much more. So the app is functional, but appears to be more like a mobile friendly version of their website rather than anything imagined as an app from the ground up - which brings me to my biggest gripe - why on earth does it need to be over 600Mb in size? Just seems like bloat. Anyway, once you have a Labcorp account you can at least link it to your Health app and get results there instead - but that doesn’t help with any results for dependents. Also, defaults to just show my latest results - every time I login in I have to tap through and set the view to show all results, not just mine.

I should’ve believed the reviews. I’m not able to create a new patient account, keeps giving me an error while creating a password saying it’s missing a character but, also the app confirms me in green letters that my passwords match. I tried several different times but no luck. I work in tech, whoever is in charge of this app is costing you a fortune. Investors , try the app yourself before investing into this company.

Funky. This is one of those weird apps that supports face id, but it never works. In addition, it doesn't support pasting into the password field. I have to manually type my incredibly difficult password in every time I login to the app. I just use the web page instead.

More Analytics will make it better. Since all the data is there, it would be more helpful if we could compare all the data (or selected period) and see if certain results are getting better or not in one spot. For example, if I wanted to see how my A1C results changed over the years, I should be able to do so without opening all the results from each test.

Just signed up. Pretty bad so far. I’ve had to sign in multiple times, the app itself is glitchy and the banner keeps moving around. I’m asked to accept cookies and the overall clarity is bad. I have the newest iPhone and the most recent version of iOS as of last night. Poor programming and/or poor planning.

Useful but is very buggy 🐛. Your login an password change process is very buggy. It has a criteria that pops up only sometimes and goes away so fast it’s unreadable. You don’t allow pasting passwords which is understandable but probably unnecessary and when someone logs out their password is immediately unusable. Also, the face recognition feature doesn’t work or invalidates my password. When it finally works the results are great but way to difficult and the user experience isn’t good at all. You need to fix this as otherwise it’s a great concept as I like having a record of all my tests. But it’s too hard to get them.

The app freezes. The app freezes at check in. So I used the machine to check in, both also freezes. None of the pharmacies try to help, they just say oh ok and keep on working. The person ( black lady) who supposed to draw blood came out, ask me if I checked in, I said the computer freezes on me, she kept repeating the questions, I told her again, I wasn’t able to finish it, because the computer freezes on me. She just gave me a dirty look and closed the door on me… yep, just like that, left me hanging… I don’t know what to do and certainly not wanting her to draw my blood. Even though this location is right next to my house, I’m NEVER coming back again.

Badly written App released without being property tested. When trying to enter a password, the screen scrolls to the bottom of the screen.... had to try 10 times before the cursor finally allowed me to enter the password in the proper field.... When trying to make an appointment, at the question " will you be fasting", selecting NO generates an error message So I had to select Yes to be able to move to the next step : " Choose Date and Time" Alas, selecting this button opens a new window with a spinning wheel that spins, and spins, and spins and never gives me a date to choose from. After now 15 minutes wasted on such a badly written App, I just gave up and I am writing this review.

Update broke it. App always just provides the basic but recent update broke it. App now sticks on “establishing secure connection”. So much for improved app Original review Does the basics but it could be so much more. There should be a way to chart labs and/or to view the same labs over a period of time. Should be a way to view billing/payment history. iPad should be designed to make better use of space.

Trash app, used it for Walgreens covid results. As soon as I read other reviews about how they couldn’t see their results I knew I had to write mine too. It’s ridiculous how you have to send in a form and still wait three days to even view your own results. Never doing testing at Walgreens again with this garbage app.

horrible. they told me 2-7 days for results here i am 7 days and NO results i’ve emailed several times and they keep saying it’s pending and just the same words as the previous emails they sent. just wanted this app for the gender of my baby and here i am and my reveal is this saturday still with 0 results even my doctor doesn’t have them. come on now..

Bill payment on App TERRIBLE!. I love the app, but as soon as I try to make a payment through the app, information disappears and can never continue to the review part. I always have to go on a laptop or web browser on my phone to pay.

Better but needs more. When I try to login, the app hangs up and just spins. So I have to delete the app, reinstall it and start over. Also, I would like to see what orders my doctor has made that are pending. Sometimes my hematologist’s office calls me and tells me the wrong tests were run so it would be nice to see which orders have been entered.

Doesn’t work. Aside from not being compatible with password managers or copy/paste features. It functions horribly as does their website. Both the app and site are throwing a 502 gateway error when simply trying to schedule an appointment. I’m not going to do a walk-in. I hate the competitor so much that I was willing to give LabCorp a go, but this app has sent me right back to their competition.

Worthless App. Signed up for app. Made an acct. Went to make appt in app and it takes u to webpage where u have to re-enter ALL of your info. I don’t know why there’s an app. And it’s not user friendly during check in. I’d rather click the link in the email to check in. I don’t have to log in or do anything but say I’m here.

Will not load and not user friendly. I put in my credentials and it will say “Authenticating” while the circle just spins and it never loads patient information. I’ve been trying to get into the app to see my results all day. This app is no where near as good as Quest.

Payment Via App Impossible. The payment screen allows you to enter your first and last name, but does not have fields to enter any other payment information. There is no NEXT button to continue, only a CANCEL button.

Useless - Unable to pay invoice. When attempting to pay invoice, no credit card fields or “Next” button appear, despite being prompted to click on “Next”. App has failed at basic functionality/business purpose: the ability to take $ from the user/patient.

Rate the app not the service. Rating the app 1/5 because it will not stay logged in, does not allow you to update your login email; Does not support a face ID login; and does not support notifications of new results available. All of these things I would expect a modern app to do.

Lab results. Lab corp will not show my lab results, I have had the app for years with no problems but now I sign in and they say they can’t find that account, even though a few weeks ago I signed in to make my appointments and was no issues. Sure would like to know what has gone wrong with this app Not happy with the app

Mobile app hangs during login authentication. Login / authentication from the web works perfectly, but authentication hangs on the current version of the mobile app. I’ll give you a high rating once you fix this glitch on mobile. Thanks!

Missing a next button to pay bill.. Can’t pay bill within the app. Not seeing a next button and don’t call companies and give CCN over phone. Fix the app and I’ll pay my bill.

Waste of phone storage. The app does not update my Lab testing results EVER! And I live a couple cities away from testing site (accelerated urgent care in Temecula off Winchester), so to see my results I now have to go in person! With these gas prices, it’s a joke! Don’t even know why they invented this if they aren’t gonna utilize it!!

Upcoming Appointments doesn’t work. I need to cancel one of two scheduled appointments but neither the app or website Upcoming Appointments area displays any content.

No touchID/faceID access. The app forces you to reenter login credentials every time. The labcorp website is not recognized by keychain and has to be entered manually every time. How can notifications work if the app doesn’t stay logged in?!? Unacceptable, invest a bit more into your app development.

Can’t create account. The app won’t accept the name of my town (Manchester) when trying to create an account. The error says the word must begin and end with alpha characters. Well, no kidding. And how exactly does Manchester not fulfill that requirement? I’ve tried several times to no avail.

Mostly Useless. This app is coded so poorly it can’t use location services correctly and is unable to schedule appointments because it can’t find labcorp locations near you. But you can pay your bills with it, once you use a regular desktop browser to set your appointments.

So frustrating.. I get a bill in the mail and try to pay it on the app, and either can’t find it or enter my credit card information when I do. Get it together, developers.

When you are able to login. It works great. God forbid you need to paste in you password or allow your phone to actually SAVE a password. And I’m relatively young. Easiest to make my password qwertyuiop to be able to tile it in quickly.I am pretty sure the coders have never actuall used the app.

Pay online. Trying to pay online through app and it doesn’t let me enter any credit card or banking information to pay with.

Why waiting rooms?. In this day of apps and texts, why must we wait in a small 12x12 room full of maskless sick people to get non-covid bloodwork taken? App/text notifications when time to come inside!

Bill pay doesn’t work in app. I like the app for getting your test results, but the bill pay feature doesn’t work.

Still waiting for results. Lab tests May 4th; Doctor received them, but still nothing on results shown to me!!! It’s now May 14th and they should be on my App under results like every other time! Where are they? Awful service.

Doesn’t work with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. App is glitchy. It pastes the banner everywhere you are trying to type. It’s updated to the latest version according to the App Store, but says I need to update to the latest version anytime I try to use it. Garbage.

Updated app. Since the update, my new test results are not showing. Now when I try to schedule a lab, I can’t get into the appointment page. Prior to the update everything worked fine.

Barbara Haun Patient. 20 people are in waiting room. Hour and half wait times. Some even longerAppointments are not available for 2 weeks. The staff is wonderful. Definitely can feel their frustrations along with patients. What is the company going to do to resolve these problems?

Easy App to Install. This App was very easy to install and set up a new account on!!

FIX FACE ID PLEASE. The Face ID sign in is not working. It checks off but then does not sign you in. Checked my settings and everything is turned on. My password won’t save in my passwords either.

This isn't an app. The "app" is a limited-functionality version of the web site, which you have to log into every time you launch it (more or less). There is no point in this thing existing.

Face ID Still Broken. LabcorpPatient is a joke. Even their techs hate their system. Face/Touch ID never has worked. Their systems take FOREVER to show any labs or even a “Pending” status. So glad my provider is switching to Quest. Only good thing about LabCorp is their friendly Techs.

Not compatible with iOS 16. I have deleted and reinstalled this app 4 times since updating my phone to iOS 16. When I launch the app I get a blank white screen. I can’t even login! I gave this app a 5 when I first started using it. I’d love to go back to that review. PLEASE update this app!!!!

New Update Messed up Sign-in!. What the heck happened? I went to sign-in today and there is nowhere to sign-in on the main page. Only has “Create Account” cannot find sign in or fingerprint authentication that was previously available. Recent update really messed things up!

Computer upgrade needed. Made account last week and used several times on MacBook Pro. Today LabCorp never heard of me. Went on iPhone downloaded App and made new account using exactly what I used last week and worked perfect as if I was making new account.

Just another browser app. This app is just a browser that points to the labcorp website. There is no reason for this app to exist. Just use the website as it’s equally broken when trying to view test results.

Results never showed up. I keep getting emails that I have new test results. The emails encouraged me to create an account so used the app and did so. Had the app about 1.5 months with no results ever showing up despite being notified that they were in.

Don’t try to create your account on an iPhone using Chrome. Also, don’t try to copy/paste any of the fields, I tried using Dashlane to create my password and it caused the form to give me an error message, but not highlight the field with the issue. This is one of the worst account creation experiences I’ve ever had.

will not let you create a new acct. App won’t let you create a new account. You’ll fill in a bunch of info, pass the CAPTCHA, hit Submit, and it will just sit and spin forever. Same thing it does on a Mac online - uses the same website from the looks of it.

Tells me my address is wrong. Tried setting up an account. Due to the name of the road I live on and the name of the town - I get I need to correct the misspellings. If all of my mail,drivers license,any legal document goes to that address don’T know what lab corps problem is. Will not set up an account. Oh well.

Doesn’t save login info. The app won’t save my login or password on iPhone. My other apps do. Very frustrating. Works otherwise

Just signed up. Pretty bad so far. I’ve had to sign in multiple times, the app itself is glitchy and the banner keeps moving around. I’m asked to accept cookies and the overall clarity is bad. I have the newest iPhone and the most recent version of iOS as of last night. Poor programming and/or poor planning.
