No Other Gacha Competes. I can’t think of another game of it’s kind that goes out of its way to satisfy any and all players to such a degree. Devs have shown that time and time again that they’re willing to change things for the better when competitors would have stayed stagnant or possibly even worse (looks at FEH). You’re never pressured into becoming a whale to enjoy this game because the premium-ish currency is so widely abundant that you really can get the characters you want. As for gameplay, it is stellar and focuses much more on your actual skill for dodging and damage dealing optimization than based on how rare or how much money you spent on said character (looks at pretty much every other Gacha in existence), although obviously you can’t take on everything as a Lv1 Nooblet. All in all, I will stand by this game’s level of quality and player satisfaction, hoping that it stays this way and becomes even better like they’ve so clearly shown to be capable of!

Cute Story, But Events Are Too Grindy. I throughly enjoyed this story. I kept playing just so I could find out how it ends. HOWEVER, the developers seem to be focused on making events that require you to sit there and repeat the same stage over and over again, simply to receive lack-luster rewards, rather than to release more chapters for the main story. The first event released was awesome for a few reasons. First off, you were working towards actually getting a character to use in the game after the event was over. Events now don’t have this option, you just have to be lucky enough (or have enough money) to summon the characters. Secondly, while the first event was “grindy” it was still different than the other “game modes”. Now events are just the same as every other level in the game. I feel like there is so much potential within reach for this game. The developers just need to refocus their time and efforts on the aspects of this game that made it unique. Also, why the heck does this game have to be so confusing? There is so much time involved in leveling up characters, dragons, weapons, wyrmprints, buildings, mana circlets, etc. this literally takes up way too much time. And why is “unbinding” even a thing. Literally the stupidest step I think I’ve seen in any game. Also, what is eldwater? Haven’t used it yet, but I have a lot, only know it exists because it’s one of the rewards.

16k might player review. This game is fun! However, after reaching end stage content and building your team to the max it seems pretty redundant. There is very little incentive to keep growing and leveling up units and getting better gear when there are no rewards for getting there. I believe leaderboards, a working chat (stickers are cool tho), guilds to make co-op easier to run with friends and minor bug fixes can really make this game grow. They need to try to add more things that go with co-op or place player vs player things to make you want to play more. Summoning is okay you have a pity counter which is great but its disappointing if you already have a 5* character and get the same one again but at the expense of your pity count. Honestly even a single wyrmprint would be better then a 5* character repeat if its gonna reset your counter. Diamantium is pretty expensive, music is awesome, art is breathtaking, and event exclusive rewards are pretty great, there are goods and bads. But this game is new! So nintendo/cygames ima keep playing and i really hope to see fresh ideas instead of just events where you farm a raid for rewards because no matter how cool the art and play-style may be it WILL get stale. There has to be something more than that to this game to make it a truly unique and worthwhile experience :)

Sadly has Gone downhill (note many reviews were from years ago). I started playing this around release and it was great for a long time. The game has sadly changed quite a bit, and for the worst. I used to be willing to spend occasionally because I like to support generous developers, but I stopped a long time ago because they stopped. I have declined in interest in the game because of many reasons. The 2 biggest reasons are that they nerfed event rewards pretty significantly and they also nerfed the banners. The banners is probably the most significant problem now. You used to be able to pull a banner unit reasonably well, but at somepoint they reduced the focus unit and dragon drop rates. Since they did that, pulling off the banner has been terrible. Combine this with a terrible duplicate pull system and it has become pretty ugly. They implemented a pity but it is so high it is pretty worthless and with the event currency nerf it is as if it doesn’t exist. Another aspect is they haven’t released any really worthwhile content in a long time. The game has become dull. The game was a 5 star long ago, but now it is about a 2 star. It is really sad

Not bad, but not that great.. It was fun for the first while, and the story is alright, but the writing and the dialogue is a little... well, it’s certainly cute, fun and quirky but even during scenes where things are meant to be serious, I can’t take any of these characters seriously. I can’t get immersed into it. I may be curious to see how it ends but I’m not dying to know, and I feel that it could’ve been executed much better. As for the gameplay itself- I found it rather boring if I’m honest. It’s more of a chore to do dungeons instead of fun. The gacha rates are absurd with how high the wyrmprint percentage is to characters and dragons, and more often than not any 5* you may get is a wyrmprint. It’s just a card you equip to your characters that adds a little stat boost and possibly some effect of some sort (ie. 15% resist to poison or something along those lines). It’s terrible. Totally not worth spending your hard earned money on either. If you’re rich enough to do so, go for it but if you’re planning to buy spins, you’ll need at least $30 for just one pull of ten, and your chances at getting anything decent are incredibly low.

I *want* to like this but I struggle. Right off the bat, the game pulled me in, I was interested in the story and the mechanics and the beautiful visuals, and honestly the actual gameplay part (combat, controlling your character, etc.) is extremely good for a phone rpg, and that's the part that made me keep trying it for longer. But after a little while, the rest of the "game" I just couldn't handle any more. I'm talking the menus, the layouts, the "freemium" mechanics. It's so loud, chaotic, needlessly complex, and crowded. It detracts from the actual game, it's difficult to navigate, and even if I was interested in paying for upgrades or whatever, I couldn't figure out how to do it. I would have much rather just paid a base price, got rid of 90% of the menus, and played the actual game part. But if sticking with the freemium model, it just needed to be implemented better, WAY too many menus and options are thrown at the player right at the beginning. It's unsightly and difficult to navigate, needs to be condensed and simplified. Because of this, I uninstalled the game, and I rarely give reviews but I wanted to do so for this one because I feel like it actually had potential if it just hadn't covered a gold nugget in an outer shell of crap.

Review to freemium model. So to put simply I’ll start with this is a very addictive game and it does a good job but let’s start with a full roll it’ll cost you between 30-40 dollars u.s. also it is a pay to win game I’ve played everyday and I’m overly enjoying myself so don’t let this discourage you there’s plenty to do and if you pay attention to the crafting, your halidom and mana wheel you’ll be plenty strong for events and story this is a co-op game no pvp at the moment so really there no stress because the single player isn’t difficult just work on your characters and play your daily events also clear your daily objectives but if your gonna pay (Warning to buyers) stockpile is my recommendation buy your weekly single options and the weekly gold mana and fifty gems don’t spend them save them 20-30 dollars a week will basically get you a roll so you save money but again save it so you can snipe a banner you really want trust me the gacha can be unforgiving so you’ll want more rolls .if your gonna spend patience and be smart if all goes well you’ll have really cool stuff I hoped this help someone

Last time for me. I hate to say it, but the other posts are confirmed. I decided to give DL another go after a long break bc they had 2 events running and 2 rate up banners on currently. I grind away with my 1 free 5* (grim) and free units most of the day. 20k stones and 20 multi pulls later (3 free multi tickets) what do I get? Not a single 5* adventurer?! That is zero out of 200 people! And I only got 8 4* adventurers. I was going to let it go bc the game gave me a 5* ticket. Who do I get? Xan?! Are you kidding me? What a rip. I have played this game several times and have even given it some money in the past. Not advisable from this point moving forward unless you are already established and can link to an old account. New accounts will not be fruitful unless you are willing to grind your life away for possibly building a decent team every few months (you need 5 btw). Can you reroll? Yes...for 4G of data per reroll. Not worth it for me. Fun game...not F2P any longer.

Amazing Game. I have probably spent 100+ hours, mainly on the endgame content. Progression is clear cut and the game has a simple but intricate combat system that keeps it fresh, especially with a lot of the new adventurers that are released frequently. This game innovates ways to keep old characters in the meta and is constantly changing. The special events have a lot of work out into them and are very fun to play, as they have special music tracks and dialogue along with it, the music especially is amazing because of how custom tailored it is to the game. My only quip with this game is the Co-Op. End game content is mainly only possible through Co-Op and most lobbies are only looking for other experienced players, making mid game frustrating to get through because you don’t meet their specific requirements and so you get out right rejected. The alliance system also doesn’t help that much as it doesn’t notify you outside the alliance menu when one of your allies wants to do co-op, so it’s unlikely that you’ll be able to get help that way. Other than that this is a solid game, would definitely recommend.

Day One Player. I have been here since day one. I have never in my life played a game let alone a mobile game who's company was so dedicated to its players. The amount of time and effort that they put into the stories for each of the 100+ adventurers is nothing to scoff at. The art is beautiful and they have flushed out a world that can easily be immersed in. They have come a long way since day one and have implemented many many many positive changes along the way. I have nothing bad to say about this game. It will forever hold a permanent spot on my phone. Keep up the great work! To all players new and old it has been an honor to play with you in these last few years. I hope to see you in other games on other adventures. And to the team that made his game a reality. You have created a work of art that will forever be a shining star in my life. Thank you for your work and may you spread the creativity outward to new works. I love you all.

Played since launch - Genuine Quality. Let me start by saying this game is NOT PAY TO WIN. You can pay and definitely gain some boosts, but it’s not really worth spending hundreds of dollars, or at least not necessary. I’ve spend some money and feel satisfied and that it is deserving of a little spending because holy moly here’s the gameplay: Yes it can be a touch grindy and repetitive; HOWEVER, adding skip tickets, 2x Autoplay, and making newer challenges and events that can either do co-op or solo more difficult provide enough entertainment to stay. The character’s all have their own story and unique abilities that can make even 3* or 4* viable adventurers. Also, let me just say I bop to these soundtracks. On a different note though, an idea for improvement or thoughts would be towards implementing a pvp mode. I don’t have much thought as to how it could be done, maybe like a “Arena practice within the halidom” sort of thing? I’m not much into pvp, but I would definitely be into Dragalia’s! TL;DR: Game is great with a catchy and simple play style, lovely story, BOPPING TUNES, and uhhh not pay to win. 5/5

Limited Wyrmite. For a gotcha game, it’s fun, but when you resource to buy characters is limited, it’s no longer fun. Once you’ve done all the events and all the missions, it becomes a pain to get Wyrmite. Dragonyule Cleo was a featured hero, and after grinding for hours soon hours getting as much Wyrmite as I could, I didn’t get her. With all my events completed there wasn’t really much I could do to get Wyrmite, So I never got her. It was frustrating knowing that if there was more ways to get Wyrmite, I could have had a chance to get her. I do have an idea on making it easier to get Wyrmite, is to sell dragons and Wyrmprints. When you sell them you get Eldwater and Rubies, while I’m fine with the Eldwater, Rubies are one of the easiest thing to get in the game because of the Avenue to Fortune event. Instead of getting rubies when you sell something, I fell like it would be better if you would get Wyrmite instead, it’s a lot more useful to get them rubies because like I said, rubies are so easy to get that they become worthless. I’d like if you just took my idea into consideration, and if Wyrmite was just a little easier to get, then this game would be close to perfect.

Good game so far, but.... So I have been playing this game since the release (back in Thursday). I must say, it is one of the most unique games I have played. The game feels like a shortened rouge like/dungeon game. Very good Nintendo. However, I can see that as time goes by, the grinding begins to show. Especially where I am now. I am currently on chapter 6 and beginning from the last part of chapter 5, it has definitely become a lot harder. My allies keep dying on me really fast. So of course, I must grind the events that give out the most exp. However, even doing that won’t get you anywhere after awhile, as they stop giving the gold crystals after like 2 or 3 tries. So of course, either you keep grinding those events, or you spend money on the premium currency and get there potentially faster. That’s right. Potentially. It seems that you can’t get those exp crystals directly, so there is a place where you can buy 10 items for 100 of the premium currency. However, it starts to get more expensive with each purchase of those 10 items. I hope everyone see’s where this is going. That is why I give this game 4/5.

I'm Very Impressed. I really love this game! I'm not usually one to like mobile games, and I don't typically like Nintendo mobile games in particular but this game blew my mind. I really am in love with each of the characters (I really appreciate the English vocal talents chose) and the game play is overall enjoyal and fun to play for hours. I love the gatcha system in this game (finally someone got it right!) and I really love the fact that you don't have to pay to do simple things such as speed up time for buildings. It's easy to understand and the stats are easy to learn (for people such as myself who dosnt really understand stats). The only issue I've had since I've been playing has been when it crashed and never loaded again. And then when I went to redownload it was taking extremely long. But aside from that (if I ever get to play again) I rate this a 5 stars; it's a super fun and kinda simple game that people are sure to enjoy.

Major Flaw. When first waiting for the game to come out I was delighted with the great graphics, art style and voices characters. As I continued to play the game got increasingly more difficult as suspected but I had a giant problem once getting there, the summons. Despite playing since the first day it came out I have never received a 5 star dragon within the normal summons. This is a problem because doing the more difficult dungeons was almost impossible without the buffs they provide. I know about the dragons provided in the raids but from what I saw they are weaker then some 4 star dragons. For example Pele is a 5 star dragon that is just a re-skin of a four star with weaker stats. I have tried working for the great wyrm trails for a 5 star but the materials required for that takes an insane amount of time. It’s just no matter what I do the game works against me as I did ten-fold summon I would say about 20 times in the whole game and never got anything good to show of it. Despite paying a couple dollars there was still no process and I have to say I am done with it. Perhaps other players don’t have my luck but I just can’t take hoping for something useful every time and getting crushed each time. Long story short please change the summon rates.

Not a bad game. This game is definitely a pay to win system. There are quite a lot of different things to collect in this game between heroes, wyrmprints, dragons, and weapon crafting. The game gives a good amount of variety to keep you interested but I would say to not spend any money until after at least 4 days. Preferably 2 weeks so you get a feel of how the game design slowly convinces you to drop actual cash. Between the mana required to level up character abilities, money to craft weapons, and amount of “unbinding” required to get good characters/party, you’ll should be able to figure out how the game creates significant barriers to progress without paying in that time frame. Some of my major complaints in the game involve how hard it is to do Co-op as a participant and no ability to sell weapons for cash given you can collect way too many of the basic weapons too quickly. Overall, the game is well designed and has a lot of variables in there to keep one interested (hope you like some level of grinding) but overall, it’s still a pay to win system.

The next NEW Game. When this game first came out, I had started playing it and, to be honest, I was already playing a game similar to this. I had a pretty good legacy going on that one, so this was kind of an afterthought on my daily game checklist. However, that game has died recently, so I decided to turn to this one and see it’s true colors with full attention. I actually deleted this game, so I had to start over, but in a single day I had been able to get farther than my previous account! WHAT?! It may be because of the fact that I have no social life, but this game is amazing! It an action packed game that I have never seen before! It is something that seems to take some grinding before you can start cruising, but it sets you up for success in a way with a feeling that you can decide how you approach a challenge whether prepared or not! I can see that this game was made to reel in people the moment I saw the title screen, and it is a game I will not regret starting to play and create a legacy on.

I never thought I’d enjoy a free to play mobile game. but here I am and I can’t put Dragalia Lost down. The gameplay is simple and satisfying with taps, presses, and dragging of one finger doing everything. The visuals are amazing and akin to some Fire Emblem art. The music is catchy and the English text translated by the ninjas of the game industry over at 8-4 absolutely bring the characters to life. All of this sounds great and I’d expect it to be ruined once it’s wrapped up in all the free to play game tropes that drain the fun out of anything. This isn’t the case with Dragalia. It does have a stamina bar, a handful of different currencies that can be bought and are individually used to level up different things, but none of that have felt like it’s held me back from playing and enjoying the game. It is a grind and you can pay to alleviate some of that but I don’t feel compelled to. I do feel like I’d buy a pack of resources but only because I’m enjoying the game so much and I’ve never felt that while playing a mobile game. Give the game a shot if you enjoy quick co op dungeon runs that reward you with EXP and resources used to upgrade your characters.

Absolutely amazing. I’m loving this game and the way it plays. It’s a mobile game and it’s free to play, so I think it meets those stereotypes in some ways but totally blows them out of the water too. This game is beautiful and the story from what I can tell is very well written. It’s every bit a mobile game and a console game like you would expect for 3ds or the switch. It does play like a mobile game, something I appreciate because it’s not too harsh on my battery even at max graphics and I can easily play it without taking an hour out of my schedule (but I totally could too) There is one bug but nothing to take a star off, hopefully the devs see this, but when launching the app if you tap to begin at the same time your game center banner is dropping down, it freezes and you have to reset the app. Nothing bad just something to keep in mind till it’s fixed. I would highly recommend this game! Give it a try it’s free!

Going downhill. I’ve been playing since day 1 and really enjoyed the gameplay, story, and events. If I were to leave a review 6 months ago I would have given it 5 stars, but shortly after the first anniversary the game has been going downhill, fast. They released new endgame content with new weapons that completely unbalanced the game and made the previous best weapons trash. Worse is that a few months later they added a new type of endgame content that is easier than the previous endgame content but rewards a stronger weapon than the previous endgame content while being easier to farm. A few months later they started to put the nails in the coffin by adding revives to even the high difficulty quests, removing any since of accomplishment. And now about a month ago, they completely killed any sense of skill in this game and basically made it an idle tapper by having all attacks that could normally be avoided by using a skill, just require you to roll and be invincible for the duration of the roll. They also added shared skills which made healers even more useless and now endgame content dies in under a minute, some like master high brunhilda dies in 15 seconds. Oh, and you can auto the expert agitos pretty easily now so no point in actually playing the game. I want to be hopeful that they will turn this game around and make it as good as it used to be but every decision they are making is telling me they won’t.

Decent, yet thrown askew by gating.. While I don’t think the story or the characters are the best of the best, I think they do, along with some of the game’s music, deserve praise. Other games, for instance, wouldn’t invest any time or effort into making either this expansive or enjoyable. That being said, I do think the gating is getting a bit much. For instance, in one fight you are relatively close to the suggested might, but the next, they increase it by five or six thousand. This, to me at least, indicates that the game wants you to grind, but the amount of grinding needed to overcome that is quite vast and would take longer than not. Accordingly, the question becomes is it worth the effort? When considering that the story is more meh than not, I’m not entirely sure how much effort one would honestly be willing to invest particularly given that the story starts getting less and less interesting, as one goes on. Is this inherently a bad game, no, but I think some of the mechanics and requirements being implemented are a bit much and more unfriendly than not. All in all, then, the game is mediocre at best.

Hands down best F2P game out there. This is definitely the best free to play game out there while being extremely fun. The game has a great storyline that are fully voiced in Japanese or English, events that are also fully voiced and fun, as well as the endgame content that is very challenging but you feel a great sense of accomplishment after completing. Every update the game has is always better and it feels like they truly listen to their playerbase which is something I love. You don’t see many games that listen to the players. I also love how I can easily finish my dailies in less than an hour and go do things in real life where other mobiles games have you literally grind all day just to stay even. There is no PvP in the game so there is really no competition and the stronger players are willing to help those clear harder content. I can’t say enough good things about this game, and normally I am weary of 5 star reviews as they can be bought, but this is truly coming from someone who has never seen anything bad happen from an update after a year of playing the game.

Converted me.. I typically don’t like mobile games. A long time believer that those are a waste of memory and space in my phone. I only downloaded DL to shut my friend up, because he kept insisting me on downloading it to play the beginning stage with him and then delete. Well fast forward 2 years now, I still have it and plays it everyday. It has aged like fine wine, improving by every update. I’m also a free-to-play player and yet I am still able to clear end game contents alongside other players whenever new challenges appear. That’s not saying the game is too easy. I’m saying the developer is really generous. Mixing that with my somewhat lucky breaks time-to-time in this game, I am able to acquire meta characters without whaling whatsoever. Being f2p, even if I didn’t get my desired character, I still didn’t feel too bad. Because the content is great and it’s all FREE! If you’re looking for a casual game to kill some time, but also gives the chance to get deep in the lore, then this one is a must try!

USD to in game diamonds exchange is absurd. First off I’m going for the one star since that seems to be the only way to get attention to a complaint so there’s that. I like the game, I’ve enjoyed playing it for the month or so I have. I just really, really want to know why a “10 character summon” costs 30 dollars????? I’ve done a bunch of these summons with either the in game earned “wyrmite” or with the tickets you can either earn or are given. The chance of getting something good or at least not a repeat are garbage. Why would I spend 30 dollars to “maybe get something decent?” I can’t stress that enough. 30 dollars for 10 summons, 10 characters, items, or dragons. Most will be bad. Maybe you’ll get 2-3 decent things, you might already have them. That’s fine, the % is fine. But 30 dollars??? It should at least be 10 of the 10 summons or something. For thirty dollars I could buy a few full similar games that aren’t freemium not just one mechanic. I’m just baffled, I don’t understand why it’s so expensive. If it was a few bucks screw it, I’d tell myself it was worth and buy a few here or there. 30 dollars though? That’s literally absurd. The economy in “Dragalia must be booming. For the exchange rate to be this bad. Maybe if I used euros or actually gold it might start being worth it

iOS Issues Overload. I want to explain that I love this game and this is why I must rate it this way. It is amazing—the music, quality of life changes/updates, summoning, and many others are highly positive. But why one star? With every update, the game becomes much more unstable and unoptimized. iPhone5-iPhone6plus with iOS 12 and newer has continuously encounter crashing issues midway through missions even playing at the lowest game settings. This issue has been ongoing since their 1.6.0 version update that happened a month ago. It is understandable to argue that older devices will have a harder time running but it is unacceptable when your device iPhone5-iPhone6plus is listed as a supported device. If a device is supported then the devs should resolve this issue instead of letting it linger for a month. They did not say there is a fix but only gave suggestions to mitigate the problem. It is not even a temporary fix. There is no announcement of a future fix. I cannot give this game a 5 star review that I think this game deserves when there are so many more important issues that needs to be resolved. What is the point of having an amazing game that’s unplayable for certain supported devices?

Becoming pay to play 👎. Difficult content is becoming more common while new story events are becoming more scarce. Summon showcases are becoming limited more frequently and now the developers are adding old featured content in limited showcases to lessen chances for a new limited characters. The Old director had it all at a relaxing pace of limited summoning and a lot of new story events but with the new director that turned to less story based content, more difficult content, and more money based summoning. I am not writing this review because the content is to difficult for me. I cleared all the content in the game to the current point but I believe it’s not relaxing anymore, more straining. Spending and saving is not enough to summon. The power creep is growing in quests as well as adventurers. The new director or Nintendo itself has turned this into a more difficult money based game you can never stop farming. I wish they change their ways before they lose me. I understand a gacha needs this to survive but the powercreep is not stopping and progressing more rapidly with each release. There is no steady pace to play the game now. It’s 9k+ might new or newly updated characters or your nothing.

Lovely! But just one problem.... So I started playing recently because I am playing FEH (Fire Emblem Heroes) so I wanted to try out this game since it was the game that FEH was having a crossover with. I’ve been enjoying the game recently. I love the music(not to mention the vocal remix of the fire emblem theme) and just playing the game in general had me captivated! I play this on an iPhone 6. I believe this is where the problem begins. Since I’ve started playing, the game has had the tendency to crash during many actions including summoning, story mode quests, co-op, etc. It’s kind of stressful to have to carefully examine your adventurers list to see if you got any 5 star adventurers from when your game crashed. And don’t forget the pity you feel when you are the host of a co-op quest and your game crashes. I dunno if the problem is storage space or the phone model because I searched up this problem online, and other people were stating that they had the same crashing problem with other types of phones. Anyone working at Nintendo, if you are actually reading this, please at least try to make this game more accessible to players with older phone models. Yes there are other problems like people trying to ask you all to get rid of something in the game (I’m new to the game so I forgot what it was called) but I believe it is more important to serve to those who are having trouble actually playing the game before tending to those who can play the game just fine.

Great game. Give it a try!. Normally I don’t review but since this game is gonna go away this year I just want to show my appreciation for this game. This was probably my first time ever invest many hours into Dragalia Lost. The action is fast pace, awesome/cute character designs, really fun and good story for events and main campaign, music ost, it’s literally a whole package of goodness. Also one thing to note the end game is challenging making you actually have to stratagize the boss patterns and knowing when to approach or do the right action. You can also play co-op if you want to grind together with a friend or just looking for help on certain content, there will definitely be someone who willing to help you, the community is nice. I love this game with all my heart but there are hard times where we have to say our goodbyes and this is definitely one of em. So before it goes away give it a shot! There is still plenty of content for you to enjoy and it’s worth your time. Lets see it till the end together!

Fresh Air. This game is a really enjoyable and fair gatcha hero game. Featuring a unique gameplay style instead of the typical 3 skills boring combat, it’s a lot more interactive with new content constantly. The game is very very generous in terms of premium currency which really keeps me playing. The only downfall I would have to say is the actual price to purchase currency. I’ve been playing this game religiously since launch and would really love to support it, and I tend to spend on games I can really get behind, but the cost for just one tenfold summon in this game is way too much to justify. 25$? That’s ridiculous, and with how easy it is to get free summons it just doesn’t make sense. I don’t think you guys should make free currency harder to get cause then you’ll lose playerbase, but I think you should make the premium currency cheaper to purchase. Considering it’s still gatcha and I can spend 25$ to just get all duplicates, it’s not okay. I’m not even sure what price I would justify for a random summon, maybe 5$? But something needs to be done.

Better than Sonic and the Secret Rongs. This game is fun, the combat is active enough to remain engaging and the simple controls allow me to play with one hand while I teach with the other. The story is cute enough that I read it and I do not skip it, but it is self aware in the fact that it knows it’s not breaking any new grounds. The music is bouncy and fun and I very much enjoy the J-influence in it. The characters seem to have potential and by that I mean I can see them releasing cool characters that will make me want to spend money on this game ( not a bad thing). For now it is fun and free as of writing I have not spent any money but I would gladly drop 5 dollars on this game. Nintendo and partners do well to bring a fun, simple, yet subtly neck deep experience to my phone and I continue to play their games as they feel they have effort put in. I can tell the most love has gone into the character design so I really look forward to seeing if they build on an expanding roster of interesting characters, or if they choose to expound upon the current main ones. I give this game a Hippopotamus out of 5. Good job guys!

Very Early Review. I’ve only played two chapters but wow! This game is pretty amazing! I’ve played a fair share of these types of rpg games but this one is very well made. The music is really catchy and fun. I love the unique walking screen at the main menu. The graphics are really good and the story is decent. I’m not much of a fan of the “cliche” fantasy plot in these games, but it does have some interesting element to it with the mysterious girl probably being the sister from the future. I have seen similar parallels to fire emblem heroes in which you must summon heroes and level them up. So far the plot reminds me of fire emblem awakening a bit so that’s a good thing. The gameplay feels very refreshing to me and I love moving my character smoothly across the screen with his friends following him behind. This game is super big so make sure that you got enough space to download. I didn’t realize that after you download the game you have to download all the chapters as well. So far the only real complaint I have about the game is the kinda “cliche plot” but that’s really more of a nitpick since I expect that type of plot in these types of games. I’ll probably write a better review later on when I’ve played the game more. It’s really cool that these two company’s collabed together. This is quite amazing and clean so far. Great job guys!

Passionate From Day 1. So, I fell in love since day one and I’ve been convincing all my friends to also join me so we can beat bosses together. Over time the developers and the team are always trying to improve the game to the point of being fun for as many people as possible. Yes it tries to earn its money with its own currency but it’s only a booster that can get you ahead faster. Many events and daily challenges implore you to do better and grow to get your prizes with your own power or with the help of other players. Beautiful artwork, beautiful songs from Japanese pop singer Daoko, beautiful 3D renders and enjoyable stories with many characters to expand his brand new world to so many players. Because of all the hard work and dedication that went into this game and it’s quality I did buy the welcome pack not to necessarily get ahead, but cause I wanted to send my support to the team and let them know they’re worth it. Thank you Dragalia Team if your reading this for making such a fun game!!! Try it today, you might just end up falling in love with a weapon, a wyrmprint, a hero, a dragon, or all of the above. My favorite character is Orion, the bodyguard who searches for love~ Favorite dragon is definitely Pele, the dragon who longed to protect her king. Oh gosh I wrote a lot XD that’s what Dragalia does to me. Anyways, go for it and try it out! Hope to see you guys fighting out there and one day possibly along side me!

Really like the game but. Been here since nearly the beginning. A friend recommend it and been in love ever since. With how the game works even if u don’t have the best character, or prefer one character to the other, if unshaven the right stuff, u can build them towards any situation, even one they would regularly be at a loss at. It’s fair to everyone. My only gripe thorough, is the game size itself. When I got it initially it was about 2gb and change. As of today, it’s nearly 8gb. I understand that with all the new characters and voice lines and new skill animations it obviously get bigger, but for the most part map layout and basic character animations are all the same so I really don’t see why it’s so big. I also play other high quality games with just as many voice lines and larger variety of animations and models that it to this day barely even 3gb of space. Still, I really enjoy this game and will still make the effort to play it despite its ridiculous size

Easy to learn, Fun to Master. I’ve been playing the game for two years now and am well into the late game content. Normally, this would mean the game doesn’t hold much left for me, yet I find myself eagerly logging in and playing every day. Through the loving efforts of the creators, there is always new content coming out and updates to the base mechanics making the game even better than before. You’ll find yourself coming back for the fun characters with an ever expanding roster, the new ideas implemented that changes the way you play, constant events with appealing prizes, and the updating main story follow and fight in. Even though there a few elements where you can pay real money for in game perks, I’ve never paid a cent and am no less off than someone who’s invested in the game multiple times. At the end of the day, if the game just isn’t for you, that’s fine; But if you have the time to spare, there is no harm in trying it out!

A unique, fun and free take on mobile JRPGs. After playing a handful of hero-summon mobile games, I found myself growing tired of horrible RNG, lacking storylines and quite frankly: mobile RPGs in general. Dragalia Lost is a strong contender against today’s most popular mobile titles. No only is the animation top-notch (and smooth!), but gameplay is very open and non-linear/turn-based. Even if you get a non-rare character summon, you can still enjoy the game by leveling up other aspects of said hero (eg: weapon stats, “wyrmprint” power ups, leveling up your Halidom, and dragons). Everything is level-able, and the game itself provides you with plenty of stamina to power through the story, and resources to try your hand at another summon. Another thing I enjoy is the fact that this game is NOT hindered by a paywall, despite Nintendo’s infamous Leaf Ticket fiasco with ACPC (which is why I was hesitant about this game at first). I’ve fully completed the game without spending a dime, and have summoned over 30 units and rare characters without having to buy extra in-game currency. One of the best things about this game is the multiplayer, as well. It’s active, meaning that four players can venture simultaneously. It’s everything I’ve wanted from a mobile game so far, and although it isn’t perfect (occasional bugs and connection errors), it’s been fun and addicting. If you love JRPGs, summon-based games and the like, please do yourself a favor and download this game.

If my expectations were going to Mars, they would be on Pluto now. I expected this game to be a Dragon Quest or Final Fantasy-like game with some extra features, but boy did I miscalculate! It still reminds me a lot of Dragon Quest however the story is very different from a lot of others in its genre, and the battle mechanics are a combination of Final Fantasy, Brave Frontier and the 3DS Pokémon games (because dragon pacts behave a lot like mega evolutions on a timer). You also eventually build a castle, read stories about your favorite teammates or dragons, and have the option to play co-op if that’s your kind of thing. I like several of the characters, the dragons have amazing designs, the mechanics for the most part is very smooth (I had to adjust the dodge swipe move), there are a lot of options to customize your game (including letting songs play with or without lyrics; something almost unheard of) and I didn’t want to put down the game the first time I played. Don’t let its looks judge wether or not to play it: if you like RPGs or dragons or building a collection of heroes, try it out!

Still fun, but can get a tad repetitive. Before I start my review I think I should say that I have been playing since day 1 and was around for quite a few of the earliest events, I have also never spent a dime on this game. This game is a lot of fun but I feel the biggest problem with this game can be summed up in one word. Repetition. The events all feel copy pasted. Kill the raid boss, level up the new adventurer to keep them, upgrade the totem for buffs. And it extends beyond the events, after a while the daily grind of doing things takes it toll. And multiple times have I taken long breaks from the game. The campaign is also somewhat of a let down, very quickly I became far more powerful than anything the campaign could offer me, I lost interest in doing it both because of what I viewed as a not to engaging story, and a lack of challenge. Now this is not to say that I don’t enjoy this game, I do, i find the gameplay, art, music and characters to be absolutely terrific. And overall I have had a lot of fun with this game So TL;DR game is fun, but has a problem with getting stale.

Love This Game. I am the type of person to pick up a phone game, mess around with it for a little bit, and get bored. That’s what happened when I first picked up Dragalia Lost during launch. When I came back to the Fire Emblem event, I was pleasantly surprised to find not only a massively fun and engaging event, but a completely overhauled user experience. There is SO MUCH TO DO IN THIS GAME! The developers are GENEROUS and they LISTEN TO THEIR COMMUNITY! This game is an absolute joy and they regularly update with events, give out freebies, and release interesting characters that change things up. Could not recommend this game more highly, it’s fine to be free to play in this game, I just spend money on it because I love it so much. That goes into my only real criticism of it: make the packs more valuable and/or cheaper. This would do LOADS for people who would happily support this game but don’t agree with the pricing. Like I said, purchase is no where near necessary, and this is a fun and addictive game that I’ve been playing nearly every day since the Fire Emblem event.

So far one of the best Gacha games out there. Most games of this type on mobile promise a lot and under deliver. This game tries to be a little different and while it is still a game that encourages you to pay money for stuff, they don’t seem as “greedy” as other games of this type. You can go a very long way in the game without paying anything.. and even when you hit that wall where the game starts being too grindy without paying your way through the limitations, you can still be competitive and keep on playing as long as you manage the resources right. In the game while strategies and user controls are limited, with deft play you can overcome tricky enemies with relatively underpowered characters if they are set up right.. so that’s refreshing. Other games of this type have a very artificial limit on what’s possible. However, the game doesn’t let you really go for much more powerful creatures as they lock battles behind required power limits. Basically this feels like an actual Game rather than a veneer over a pachinko machine, and I find it a better experience than Fire Emblem Heroes.

This Game Has Some Bugs. I want to make it clear I like this game, but it’s a bit broken, and at first I thought the bugs were just there because I had a crap phone, I now have an iPhone SE (the one from last year not the old one) and while they’re less frequent they still exist. Worst one would be the screen freezing while it’s loading, only the screen though, from the audio you can tell it’s still working but you just can’t see, powering off the phone (not just putting it into sleep mode) will make it go back to normal but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be fixed. The other big one is random UI things disappear when you go to the chapter select screen or try to change the difficulty while in the level select screen, it doesn’t happen all the time but it happens most of the time, this one is fixed by just closing the game but it’d be better if it wasn’t a thing. I should also mention I’m not one of those people who has 20 apps open at a time on a phone from 2012 and thinks their storage being low is the problem.

Golden Standard of Gacha. Dragalia Lost stood strong as one of the most selfless, generous, and rewarding gacha’s I have ever played. The developers often rewarded and thanked the players and community for playing their game with gifts, log in rewards, and events that heavily rewarded the players. The Monster Hunter like gameplay was one of a kind in the Gacha scene, being one of the more entertaining and thorough games I’ve seen on a mobile game. Gala Dragalia and remixes created monthly opportunities for new players to catch up and beat end game content. And even then, most, if not all, of the content can be done with F2P units and budget builds. Players were rewarded for helping new players out. It became a community based game in which encouraged players to uplift and help one other. Not often do I see a game that encourages and rewards players in this way. Dragalia Lost was more than just a game, or a gacha. It’s a community of wonderful and amazing people that constantly lift one another up. I will forever cherish and remember what this game meant to me.

This game is a joke. This game is p2p and even when you save your gems and do multi summon and get the rates to 5+% its still a joke to get something good. There is no rng game as worse than this game and even when you get a 5 star, you will probably just get a crap wyrmprint because this game has those useless thing at a higher rate and in the same gacha. Just a cash grab game and I will be amaze if it lasts a year. Stick to Fire Emblem and even FFBE who has it at 3% and is better than these fake rates. Gameplay is drawn out and repetitive and boring. I rerolled until I got a lily/leviathan combo which I do and even so its boring. I have even invested in the game cause I was like sure, I’ll do the starter bundles and some packages to show my support because they have to make money somehow. Yeah, I regret every single one of it as I did enough multi to get to 8+% before the banner switched and the percentage doesn’t even carry over like Dragon Project. This game won’t get any further investment and I would advise people to be wary until it removes wyrmprint from the gacha or at least make it its own gacha like Grand Summoner and have better rates or some guarantees with so many multi. I’m a gacha pro gamer and investor and this is by far the worst game ever. You can do better than this crap Nintendo. Shame on you. You lost a good supporter and consumer.

Fun while it lasted.... But it takes weeks to save up for one multi pull...and despite having practically non-existing mercy rates the odds of you getting anything useful are slim to none. We’re games like Dokkan, Bleach, Legends, and Star Ocean (to a controllable degree) have only ONE thing you really can pull for. For example, all four of those games only have one thing to pull on: characters. That’s it. This game has THREE things mixed into the banners. Characters, Dragons, and Wyrmprints. You’ll use characters most of the time, dragons are short buffs you get when you’ve fought enough as a character, and wyrmprints are just equipment really that give you buffs. So you may draw an awesome dragon, but have no one to put it on. Or an awesome character but only whelp dragons. See my point? It’s RNG I’m RNG. You’ll see the rainbow and get excited only to most likely be let down. They should’ve separated these items like Star Ocean which has a banner for equipment and characters, meaning YOU decide what you’re aiming for. Not hoping for a rainbow and something you need! I played this game daily for its first month. Now I can barely bring myself to log in every day. It’s just let down after let down. And with the power creep rolling in with newer things outshining older units, good luck keeping up.

Fun game, but such high prices.... I wish I could still give this 5 stars, but there’s so many adventurers and dragons at this point that trying to get a certain one or even one of a dozen or so seems pretty much impossible without spending hundreds of dollars... Even during the ‘Galas’ where 5-Star Adventurers/Dragons are supposed to drop at a 6% rate or higher, it can easily take upwards of 30 summons before you see one that you already have drop with one that you want, even if it’s a featured one, will more than likely take hundreds of summons, which, if you don’t have lots of money, you’ll just want to play for months without spending any premium currency or summoning tickets to have a slight chance at... If you save up long enough you can do 300 summons to be able to get enough “wyrmsigils” to get your choice of a 5-star from a small selection available during a given banner, but those only last a few weeks and if you don’t summon enough, those sigils will instead convert to a barely usable currency... After coming back to the game years later, I got enough “welcome back” gifts to be able to get one such selection and receive Joker, but it’s just soul-crushing to try and get enough free currency to be able to get anything truly useful, sadly... 😭

Big fan of game! Slight issues!. Definitely One of my favorite games ever. Everything is really well done. Especially the music. Lots of great in depth story for every character and constant fun co op. End game is kind of meh due to story being done so early but still fun to coop grind content. The in game currency dries up pretty fast as there’s not much story content released regularly and the story is pretty short. It is a gatcha game so summoning can be pretty underwhelming and the one annoying thing. The rates are pretty low especially for dragons and characters. So if you’re lucky to actually get a 5 star it will most likely be a wyrmprint since they have the summon rate of the rate of dragons and characters combined. So if you’re free to play or even plan to spend in game currency this is definitely one of the only frustrating things. But overall it’s a really great game and if you’re satisfied with making do with the little rare things you get you’ll have a great time.

Review from a day 1 player. I don’t think there will ever be another gacha that will be held as near and dear to my heart as Dragalia Lost is. I’ve tried so many different gachas from the extremely popular ones to the not so popular ones and none of them seem to be able to hold my attention for more than a week. Most of them have amazing presentation and music and are technically sound, but the gameplay is what always kills it for me. I am a fan of turn-based combat but I feel like the market for gachas is too saturated with it. Thats the main reason why Dragalia Lost caught my attention. It is an ARPG gacha with a beautiful story and cast of characters, interesting bosses and mechanics, plenty of content dropping often, and honestly the best combat system ive ever played in any gacha or mobile game in general. Yes, you can pay money to get more characters and dragons that you want but the game never felt pay to win because you still have to have the skill to take on those tough bosses. I believe that is where the game truly shined. So sad to see it go, but I hope this is a wake up call for other gachas that great action gameplay is still highly desired just like turn-based combat is. I really hope to see Dragalia make a return in some shape or form because I can’t bear to say goodbye to this amazing game for good.

Good game WITHOUT PAYING. 1. It’s good visual characters and 3D 2. It’s simple and toxic-free environment, because there’s no chat room. You communicate using the cute stickers they provide. Which is actually good because it promotes a positive energy community. 3. You can 100% be strong and good even without spending a dime in this game. Seriously. Even if you DO want to spend, they rarely ever have limited time packages that makes you wanna buy. They just have standard packs. So if you’re like me and you naturally love to spend, you can spend. Otherwise, the temptations to spend in this game is very minimal. They give out free 10-summons pretty often too. Spending is unnecessary in this game. 4. It’s fun and not complicated. Some games overdo it with too much stuff going on. This game has enough, not too much that you feel overwhelmed and end up quitting because there’s no way you can catch up and play competitively. This game is paced by you. There’s little to none competition involved.

BEST MOBILE FANTASY GAME!. This is a really good game, and even though I’ve had it for about a week or two, I’ve been interested in this game for a long time. There are so many things I like about this game: the characters, the music(not as good as Sonic the Hedgehog music, but still good), the DRAGONS(yes, you turn into dragons in this game) and controls are really easy to master. I also love the Crossover Events. I know you (Nintendo) have already done crossovers with Fire Emblem, Mega Man, and Persona, but I have a few other ideas. I think a crossover with Zelda could work, with Link, Zelda, Gannondorf, and Shiek being playable characters, and things like Gannondorf’s pig form and Link’s wolf form could be dragons. I also think Mario or Sonic would be a cool crossover. And RWBY of course. I just think RWBY’s animation style would work really well this game. Think about it. I would REALLY LOVE for a crossover with Wakfu, an French anime-influenced show that was recently put on Netflix since Netflix helped RUIN the third season. Maybe I just want a crossover with Wakfu cause I love the show so much, but I really do think it could work. Same with RWBY and Zelda. -from: HedgehogDJ (that’s my Roblox name) P.S. Make a Dragalia Lost anime. Just LOOK at the animation for when it’s downloading! I can really see that, or the 3D animations, as a TV show. Anyway, HedgehogDJ is OUT! PEACE!!

INCREDIBLE GAME!! WISH I COULD GIVE 6 STARS. Warning: this description is pretty long, but I think you’ll manage. Just wanted to say smth if you wanted a short review. I have been playing for a while. About 8 chapters actually, And I have to say….wow..just wow. I will admit, this game isn’t perfect, but it’s pretty close to perfect! I play it everyday and it never fails to entertain me. The characters are well thought of and beautifully designed, and gameplay is smooth and playable (rare I know) and you don’t have to spend half a penny on a single thing. ( well, except one thing, but it isn’t important to the story, And I have been playing for a long time and didn’t use it once. ) So I have to say, you HAVE to download. You can start alliances with actual players and talk, you can collect all sorts of amazing dragons and wyrmprints, you can fall in love will all sorts of characters and dragons, chill and read some Dragalia Life, (basically short comics that update all the time) and SO MUCH MORE! I 100% recommend this game. If your looking for an action packed, fun, ongoing adventure game with a great storyline, This is the game for you. That’s all I really have to say. Great game, keeps updating so your never bored, and overall. I love it, and I think you will too.

Great game!! Just two problems... I love this game a whole lot! It’s my type of game and the graphics are AMAZING! There’s stories for each character you find and it’s obvious there was a lot of hard work put into this game. But there is a situation on my end that keeps happening: crashing. The game tends to crash after I summon new heroes, complete a quest (before I see my results), and if I use a skill move. I didn’t think much at first but it got really annoying I was hoping it could get fixed ^^ My second problem is how you can’t get rid of heroes. Now, if there IS a way, please do tell me because I haven’t figured it out. It’s an issue to me because I can’t get rid of heroes I don’t want and it takes up a whole lot of space, making it hard to find the characters I do wanna use. I was thinking you could use heroes to promote as well? Like 3 4-star heroes to promote another 4-star to 5-star? Idk.. Don’t get me wrong! It’s an AMAZING game I just hope the situations get fixed.

Keeps crashing. Game keeps crashing when I try to do raids and after or before I do missions please fix this I love playing this game.

Too much crashing to the point of unplayable. This game itself crashes way too much for a phone game Until they fix this problem, i would steer away from trying to actually try to play this game as seriously as possible. It becomes disappointing because of these crashes, if you crash midrun then you basically have to run the quest all over again. How frequent these crashes happen is literally before a dungeon ends or right after, it’s nearly impossible to play more than 2-5 quests without crashing first. The game on the other hand, ignoring the whole crashing situation seems to be an interesting game with a fair amount of rewards to roll a lot for new characters/dragons as a new player.

Why?. Why Is this game not downloading? It’s not even 15% yet and I’ve had to delete what had downloaded and start downloaing it again. I had to rate to submit this.

Smithwirms. Great game it’s just that you can only have 5 smithwirms and it is a bit annoying I just think that the maximum amount should be raised to something like 10!

FIX THE GAME!!!. This game is fun to play, but with the constant crashes, I’m about to throw my phone. I can’t not get past a quest because I crash mid playing the game, I even clear the data so it stop with the crashes, but nope it seem I crash more now!!!!!!! SO CAN YOU GUYS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND DON’T IGNORE THE PROBLEM. IM ABOUT TO SCREAM EVERYTIME I CRASH

Not deep enough and file sizes are too big. Been playing this for around 6 months now and I can definitely say it’s not very deep. There’s lots to do but what you do gets quite repetitive - so it gets boring and mundane after awhile. Initial install is already quite big but updates and any seasonal events, file sizes range from 700mb to over 1gb. Unless you’re on wireless this can get very annoying (you can’t skip any downloads). It starts off good, interesting story, characters and art style but after awhile it gets repetitive and you find little motivation to come back and keep playing.

Finally here. Been waiting for this game for awhile, worth it very fun

Love it!. Fantastic game. Characters are charming, voice acting is amazing, and apart from the fact that it doesn't run on the older iPad pro 2017, fantastic!

Great game. This game has great gameplay, story and more characters than you could ever want.

Please improve the AI. Everything is not bad excepts your stupid AI teammates who have no more than 30 IQ. They don’t even know to dodge a deadly long casting skill but they can dodge normal attacks?!

New Nintendo series? Yes. Is it gonna be successful? Yes.. Hands down, this is one of the best RPGs for mobile and one of the best RPGs made by Nintendo. I believe that Dragalia Lost will become a Nintendo bestseller and a new entry into Nintendo's game catalogue. It would be great to see a console release with/without microtransactions. I managed to get 80 unique characters and 50 from the summoning tutorial ALONE including 5 stars! Please listen to me Nintendo

Your game is my new favourite mobile game. I never played mobile for so long until I found this game. I keep playing this first three days and I’m at chapter 8 half way. The character art and the story is amazing I also love turning into dragons. I would recommend downloading

Took too long to download. For what it is it takes way too long to download and I was waiting for about 30 minutes and it just reset at 23% and it took forever to get to

Amazing. Beautiful Graphics, amazing gameplay and ideas, I recommend it to everyone who loves JRPGs (which is everyone)

To much space. The game is amazing I have played it on my friends phone and a little on my phone but for the whole game it’s like 6.5GB even with having apps like Snapchat and instagram this can be the only game on my phone and I still don’t got enough space I understand that if you have more space it doesn’t really matter but I only got 16GB please try and make it smaller

Thank god Nintendo is here. Thank god Nintendo is here to make decent free to play mobile games. Very polished gameplay, interesting story, frequent events, generous FTP mechanics that don’t require you to spend a dime. Keep it up Nintendo!

Bad frame rate on iPad Pro 11. Why is the game running at 30fps on the latest iPad Pro 11? Weird and should be fixed as it is running 60fps on an iPhone X

My most favourite new game. I would love this game to become a series on Nintendo consoles (the switch)

Can’t open ur game. Hi I have a iPad Pro n ur game won’t open. The first time I tried I got to the Nintendo title screen. So I closed it. The second time I got to the next title screen. But it won’t let me go any further. Can u please fix it. BTW u don’t have a support facility on ur web site only FAQ. Y can’t we contact u without leaving a bad review?

Rip dragalia lost. Great game but sadly will end its service tomorrow.

Keep up the good work. Like it so far. Please keep up!

Black page. Mine just loads up to a black page then I can’t do anything

Amazing. Amazing game I love the story characters and magic based attacks and when you’re able to turn in to a dragon at will with enough energy is so cool

Downloading and loading. Too much of the game time is spent downloading content and then loading content. Battle controls aren’t intuitive. Sound track is pretty good though and that’s what gets 2 stars ⭐️⭐️

AWESOME. This game is really good. I haven’t seen any other games that’s as good with the Sanaa’s kind of game style. (Love the animated cutscenes things). Um, one thing tho is, even though it doesn’t bother me much but it keeps having to download more space every time I go into another quest. OVERALL: AESOME

Dragalia Lost: I FOUND the perfect game.. I’ve only just begun, and I absolutely LOVE playing this game. It really takes you on a whole adventure, and I love all the aspects I’ve encountered so far. The gameplay, the visuals, character dynamics, and more...they really swoop you up and make for a fun experience.

GG. you are making good games, why you are including any politics factors. It is disgusting to use game to spread politics. Never play games made by your company again.

Excellent. Excellent mobile game that has depth in both story and game play. Free-to-play friendly.

Probably the best gacha on the market. Having dabbled in many different gachas, Dragalia’s been my go-to for the last 3 years. I highly recommend this unfortunately hidden gem to anyone looking for a mobile game!

Greatest gacha JRPG of all time. The game is super generous with the freebies, story and characters tier together insanely well and every character seems to have their own fans and cult following. Gameplay is great and community is rlly welcoming. Pls don’t delete

1st person. I love this game but It would be better in 1st person

Hmm. I used the tenfold summon and I got a 5 star girl and it’s not in my collection Bug??

Good game 但是. It is a very good game filled with details and great texture, but sadly it needs WiFi. I understand why it needs it. But its just a shame. I would really like to play it when there’s no WiFi and I’m bored times.

The fact that this is on mobile. I love the fact that a game like this is even able to a run on mobile. Yes there are times where the game would take a while to download content but it doesn’t bother me too much. Full 3D models, actual voice acting, a decent story! It’s amazing that this game can even run on mobile. Dragalia lost is a hidden gem amongst most of Nintendo’s IP’s and is a game I would recommend.

Text issues. I’d like to point out that the cutscene text for the current in game event, Timeworn Torment, isn’t being rendered properly, as in, it shows up as computer coding instead of actual cutscene text. Could you please remedy this issue as soon as possible?

Lovely overall experience. Beautiful environment graphics. Satisfying and engaging gameplay. Very F2P friendly and overall a lovely experience.

Blank page problem. Works on iPhone 6s but does white blank page on iPad pro

Thank you.... As a second review after the game has changed over the years. The game is still awesome. The story, the events, the events relating to story, farming is nowhere painful, and the number of adventurers and dragons to collect is pretty outstanding. I can’t help but say this for EVERYONE who enjoys the game but doesn’t reply it in here: We thank you for the wonderful game you made for us, And we hope this game keeps on running for many more to come. i love it to the point Im making fan art of it, (though my art skills aren’t the best) in the future I want to send fan art as a sign of how grateful I am to you guys. Once again to the developers of Dragalia Lost...Thank you.

Best Dragon Game. This is a very very very fun game you really don’t need to spend money to progress or get a god team the events are fun and help out with that stuff a lot definitely give it a go!

Hmmm,. Stays on the black screen and won’t go any further I want to play this so please fix

Amazing time waster, decent game.. As the title says, if you want to kill some time it’s great. If you’re looking for a game that has a good story and good characters, it does that decently too. I got super lucky with the gacha and it always runs pretty well.

Game won’t let me play it. I really like this game but ever since their last ingame update download the game gets stuck and 100% progress and freezes and when you restart the app it freezes on the loading screen I’ve reinstalled the app and nothing seems to fix it I want to play this game but I just can’t, guess I’ll go play Granblue Fantasy which is better anyways.

Amazing game!. Haven’t played too far, but I can already tell I’m going to love this game! The gacha system is pretty good imo, and the campaign is very interesting and fun so far! Plus, there’s even an auto button! This is an easy 5 out of 5 game for me, one of the best I’ve ever played! Be sure to give it a try! 😁

good game. plox give us seteth in the next fire emblem collab... Flayn keeps annoying him and he just wants to slay dragons. Byleth is being a jerk to him and he is not having a good day.

6mins/1stamina?Seriously?. Seriously, I don’t know if this is game aim for greedy micro transactions just for stamina. Most games for free have 5mins tops just 1 energy or stamina. But this? It break the record.

Possible idea. Hello, Dragalia lost team. I’m not gonna push any ideas on you guys, because your game has kept me up from 3 in the afternoon to 9 at night, but say we had a Xenoblade Chronicles Crossover...or possibly any Nintendo RPG characters other than mega man or fire emblem. The Crossover ideas where awesome! I really hope you consider more crossovers in future, as I’m curious to how Euden will react to other Nintendo heroes. Looking forward to next year’s anniversary, thx for the adventure so far! Ps, you know how Mym is actually Brunilda the flamewyrm? I was wondering if that can happen with the other Greatwyrms. Yours truly, Nightstorm

Need nintendo switch. Please bring some kind of cross play with nintendo switch

Doesn’t download on most devices. Doesn’t download on most devices and if it does it’s riddled with black or white screens so you can’t play anyway. Not sure why this is so high up on the App Store. It downloads fully, but then once complete says it can’t be downloaded and keep in mind it’s over 3GB so uses heaps of data to store and get onto your phone.

To long!!!. The downloads take way to long on even the highest platforms (such as iPhone 11) and even ounce you’ve downloaded it it’s a short part of the game which, mind you is very repetitive and boring so I think it’s a massive waste of energy, time and storage!

Meh. Had to delete it. The game intro/tutorial was ok but the download time is insane. Not worth it if updates are going to take this long.

Executed Cleanly. It’s just such a good game.

Nice Game - Some Issues. Dragalia Lost is a good game where you don’t have to invest heavily in, but lacks certain things which makes a gacha game- good. For instance, in this game called Honkai Impact Third, they have a nice pity counter, where you’re guaranteed to get a S rank Valkyrie when you get to 100 pulls. If you pull 10 times, you’re guaranteed a 4 star weapon etc. And with Dragalia? It’s alllll up to luck. It would be nice if you were able to actually get what’s shown. Other than that, it’s a nice mobile game.

10/10. Been playing for a year genuinely the best mobile game out there. Amazing plot, fully fleshed out side characters, killer events, awesome soundtrack!! There’s so much to love with this series 10/10 recommend for any causal players and for people who wanna reach endgame

The cost “adjustment “ of weapons crafting is just stupidly or greedy.. Used to be one of my favourite game ever, IDK if I can say the same anymore. This game’s production value is A+, though doesn’t have the most F2P friendly summon system, but because of the amount of free pulls and currency it’s one of the more Player friendly game these days. But for some reason(Weather to intentional keep player grinding actively or to sell “weapons upgrade packs”) they decided to super charge the coin cost of the weapons 3x after the 2.0 update. Which now means you would have to farm the same dungeon for hours with weeks of saved up AP on end game team AFTER sufficient amount of materiel has Been dropped (How is that even logical?) or spending 400 USD to buy 4 of the “weapons upgrade pack “ to skip the now ridiculous amount of coin cost to upgrade weapons. Oh did I mention there are 5 elements and 9 weapons types? Do the math...Yikes!

Best f2p gacha. I’ve been playing the game for over a year now, and this devs are always trying to step it up in some way and improve the game. Whenever the community complains about something they respond accordingly and reward us. With the advent of the new update the game is much more polished, and easier to get into. Weapons and Wyrmprints are much easier to understand, and old useless weapons can now buff endgame weapons. The addition of the “wyrmsigil” feature makes the summoning feel much more satisfying, this feature is one that lets you pick brand new(and sometimes even old) units of your choice after a 300 summons. Which means no matter how bad your luck is, you will get the unit you want after 300 tries. The new game mode, Alberian Battle Royale, is not competitive at all. It features characters with set stats that do not affect and are not affected by other gamemodes. It’s only purpose is just dumb fun, and a few rewards you can buy in the shop for playing. The new balance changes to over 150 units is the best feature in my opinion. These balance changes make almost every unit in the game viable, so that people can use their favourites.

Please keep the game up. This has been one of my favourite gacha’s I’ve ever played and I’ve tried basically all of them besides waifu collectors, please keep it alive :[

Amazing game. Honestly the best gacha and rpg game. Great storyline, Amazing characters, and cute graphics, too. Gameplay is super fun and feels fresh even though this isn't the first rpg/gacha game and they're very generous with events and gifts as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for something new to play.

Looks good…But. The game looks like it would be a lot of fun to play, except for it being portrait mode only, i play on an iPad Pro 12.9 . And the portrait mode is really awkward as the ipad is on a keyboard and it’s a pain to flip it. May not play for long because of it

great game, but reeks of missed potential. i really enjoy the gameplay, and i think the story is fine, if not a little on the nose. very good mobile game. i feel, though, this game would’ve been better realized as a proper ~$40 PC or console game, instead of a free-to-play mobile game. honestly it makes me rather disappointed and sad thinking about what this game could’ve been. otherwise great game.

Thank you Mr Lost. Kinda sad that this game is going to shut down but the time that I spent playing it was incredible!

One of the best game available on mobile. Gameplay and characters are awesome, please keep the game alive.

Love ❤️ 💗 💕 ❤️ best ever. Best game ever amazing

Game glitched. I am on chapter 12 and it wants me to earn a 4 star water core weapon and I though that was just a water based weapon guess not, I have crafted many and it hasn’t completed the quest! I don’t know am I doing it wrong if so there needs to be better a explanation

🔥🔥🔥🔥. Best gacha ive played, and i love the options for heroes, other reviewers trippin cuz u can just upgrade 3 and 4 star hero’s. Spam the 50 free summons and you’ll walk out happy

Amazing game. I have only played the first few campaign levels and already love the game, the characters look amazing and the controls are great and easy to remember. If I had 1 thing to complain about, It would be that the 3D models for the characters are a bit blocky, but it doesn’t change how fun it is

Good game, good devs. Honestly one of the rare experiences where the devs work hard on QOL changes while constantly handing out free stuff to the players. The UI is engaging and doesn’t seem particularly heavy, and it runs quite smoothly. Actual gameplay can be grindy at times, but the game finds ways to mitigate the feeling by having many different areas in which to improve your stats and little story tidbits that accompany them. They do a good job of making the world feel alive and populated with interesting characters with their own quirks.

It crashes. I set the game to the lowest levelled features and it still crashes quite frequently

I’m trying to lose this game. Trying it to make it challenging because maybe I missed something but it’s too easy . So easy I yawn and wanna sleep. What’s the point of the game? I write before only good reviews about this game awaiting something but nope. Brain dead game

Kid icarus event. After this 2nd anniversary event can you do a kid icarus event which brings pit and dark pit please

A great experience. I’ve played this game for about 2.5 years on and off and i can say with confidence, this game is great. From day one I could tell the developers had great care for the game. They have done an excellent job making a world and characters within it exciting and loveable. The best part is the care that comes in with updating the game with new content. Many free games like Dragalia do such updates, but Dragalia by far has amazing quality within their updates. Over the game’s lifespan, these updates have never dwindled in quality. If you begin to play, there is a niche community who also share a genuine love for this game who’d love to have you!

Help. Whenever I get to the boss stage of a level, it crashes and therefore I cannot proceed to play this game. Please fix this issue

The best game I ever played. I spent month into the game and didn’t regret a single second. There are many reasons for it: great story line, amazing gameplay (not too hard and far from boring), offers a large quantity of characters with original well thought story line, ability to farm automatically when you get strong enough so you can avoid wasting time on fight you can all really easily beat, event rotation so you all ways have something to do, no energy problems because the game provide refilling item has rewards every 3 event, and the list goes on. Everything just work perfectly and i forgot to mention the visuals and music that made the game my most enjoyable experience on the app store in the last 8 years. I think the only thing that brought the game down is it’s lack of advertising. I personally heard of the game only once and it was in a small segment of a youtube video (10sec~) where someone was trying a variety of gacha game. Thanks to all the people who have worked on this incredible game. I will keep playing it until it’s very end.

Amazing stress reliever. This game is amazing and it relieves stress if you are in school or have a stressful job no matter what kind of stress you have you can chew some gum while playing this game and it can really relieve someone of stress is they had a bad day

Thank you, Mr. Lost.. I’ve only been actively playing for a third of Dragalia’s lifespan. That fraction of time was still one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a mobile game. Dragalia’s story is not many would expect from a mobile game. It deserves to be on a whole console. The complex lore and world building, the dynamic characters, they provide an experience that you can rarely find elsewhere. Even when Dragalia is eventually gone after services end…This game built such a dynamic world that as the fans, we will still be able to enjoy theorizing and creating fan characters to fit roles and lore that never had a chance to shine. It’s only fitting that the translated title of the title screen song is “In an Unending World.” This game has brought all of us fans tears, smiles, laughter, we experienced every emotion through relating to the characters and seeing ourselves within them…I will always look back on this game with nothing but positive, joyful memories. I will continue playing until the last chapter of the story in July. And even after that, Dragalia will stay in my heart, forever, in it’s own little designated spot. So, thank you, Mr. Lost. Thank you to those working on Dragalia, from devs, to artists, to voice actors, to writers, for such a wonderful experience that I will remember fondly for the rest of my life.

Dragalia winning. thank you mr. lost

I’m in love 😍 !!. This game has so much content and so much flair 😆😆!!

Thank you. Dragalia lost is such an amazing game and it may be sad that the end is coming, I will never forget the game, the great devs, most of all the fun I had. Thank you Dragalia Lost, from all of us.

Great all around.. Great game, well optimized and beautiful for mobile. The musique is fantastic. One thing the game look a little overblown on a average size tablet. It would be nice to get the same visual quality on iPad.

Best Mobile Game. 5 star music, gameplay, and story. Unlike any other mobile game the gatcha is generous. Been playing it for 3 years and I still come back to it every other day!

Thank you. Guess Dragalia is lost now

Can’t summon heroes. Summon rates are too low. Gets really boring fast. Game just keeps giving me terrible dragons as 5 stars. It’s too bad. I would have invested money in this game if I could actually summon a unit for once. Sorry Brown Dust is way more generous soo I’m deleting this and giving them my money this Christmas. At least I can summon units in that game...

Really recommend. Best mobile game I ever plaid

Fun. Having fun, very generous to new players

☺️😍. Yeah

amazing game!. i love dragalia lost, its very unique gameplay and the characters. the devs care about feedbacks too so thats great^^ the initial data download size was kinda big but its really worth it

Crashes. It looks really fun but it always crashes when I finish a level or if I am doing something important in the game. Plzzzzz fix!

bad. your gacha is bad and I have to play with idiots to progress leave me alone

Why. Downloading this game is one of the worst experiences of my life. I have a brand new iPad Pro and the best net available, why is that not enough? It took five hrs

Amazing Game. That’s really all that needs to be said, this game is truly well made. It’s not going to keep you hooked for a day straight like a FPS or whatever, it’s a gacha game; and for a gacha game it excels. Farming is made incredibly easy by fairly competent AI, abundance of stamina, high drop rates and many skip tickets. Banners have decent rates with a very helpful pity system, almost guaranteeing not more than a tenfold or two without some sort of pull. The story is well written and lasts for quite a while on many difficulties, offering a massive amount of summoning materials. Early game is a breeze to get through, and late game requires a well tailored team and a perfect strategy. The gameplay is very smooth and appealing, and controls are simple yet enjoyable. Character designs are great, the music is absolutely incredible, and the Devs are possibly the best I’ve ever seen. If you want to play a gacha game, this is the one.

Thanks Mr.Lost. i will miss zena <3

Battle royale. Please make the in game rewards of the battle royale cost a bit less I don’t much like the game mode and I have to play a whole lot of matches to get them

?. Confused does the game being not in service mean I can’t play it ever again?

Good. Great. F2P game with very high drops and fun gameplay!

vert good. good game

Just wow. I almost didn’t write a review because I had no way to express the way I fell but I’ll begin this has become probably my favourite noble game and I’ve always liked games where you summon the characters but I’ve never really kept those games for a long period of time but I know I’ll keep this one it’s sorta of become something that’s so good that I just can’t say it’s bad it has great music, gameplay, graphics, story which is amazing I literally usually never read mobile games stories but this is the first time I’m reading one I’m enjoying it, it’s also very friendly to its player base and it listens to the players I hear. I just had to write a review I never really write reviews but this game deserves it and I think it needs a lot more players I think it should be classified as one of the best games.

Gains. Amazing game. It’s very fun and always improving. The most important part is that even though it’s gacha based, it is very fair and a free to play player can be reasonably successful.

5 star. Title.

Finally! A F2P gotcha game. Honestly was skeptic about this game but only been playing 5 days, and re-rolled a few times to get a good start. Great game, plays well. I landed some tier teams within days, possibly luck but I won’t complain. Loving the game so far and the system seems quite generous for a gotcha game. If your looking for a time waster not a money waster you found it. Overall : Quality game, not pay to win, and good entertainment value! Well done Nintendo very impressed. Update: I honestly love this game, however after some lucky rolls and roughly 8 hours of gameplay I'm am crushing the current story. I’m guessing it scales hard later I did get some lucky rolls but it’s been quite boring essential mashing buttons for hours since I got some good rolls. Still would rate 5/5 but potential early boring game ! Still playing it though !

Great game. 10/10 engaging challenging and fun gameplay that is more action than rpg (a very rare find in gacha/hero collector games) The developers are consistently updating the game on a very regular basis and shower the players with so much premium currency you pretty much are guaranteed to pull most new characters. AND characters do not require duplicates to be usable or viable; Duping has no benefit, except on dragons which are a secondary kind of equip. There is a weapons, accessory, and monster killing cycle of upgrades that is rewarding and yet not too deep to grasp upon first sight. I’ve been playing less than a year and can solo just about any endgame content currently available and yet there is still lots of reason to keep playing and awaiting the new content updates that come twice a week. Anyways greeeaaat fjvin game bro!

Amazing. Really fun and simple game to pass time! P.S. I recommend u change the voice acting to Japanese if u don't want your ears to bleed

A Masterpiece that Will Live with its Fans Forever.. People will often just label mobile games as "Just mobile game." But Dragalia has gone far beyond that. I have been playing since December of 2020 and this game has helped me through some of the hardest times. Once you get used to it, the gameplay becomes fun and super addicting, the stories and characters memorable and have introduced me to some of my favorites in all media. The art is gorgeous. There is so much love and care put into this by the dev team and hats off to them for their generosity in making this f2p friendly. This is the one mobile game I felt happy to spend money in because it didn't feel like a requirement or a waste. This game also was responsible for introducing some of the most important people in my life to me. And the community feels like a family. Dragalia may be lost, but wherever this IP and dev team goes. I will follow.

Feeling cheated. Been playing since day 1 and found out now after a week of putting work into all the grinding, apparently you can keep rerolling your account after the tutorial until you get multiple 5star characters/dragons/cards. I didn’t start with any and have been just going for them the legitimate way in the shop rolls, but turns out I got screwed even more by getting duplicate 5star hero’s, if you get a duplicate 5star they get turned straight into tokens used to promote a lower star hero. Which is a completely unlucky ripoff, since what you get doesn’t even equal or is close to a 5star so if you paid for the premium currency or grinder for it like me and this happens your left with a bitter taste in your mouth. In all I like the Grindy game play, lots of work put into all the different story’s and dialogs for everything for adventures to dragons. But acquiring what you need/want needs to be reworked like starting everyone off with a single 5star and make it so you can’t get duplicate 5stars since you don’t get an equivalence of one.

Favorite Game. This game is incredible. There’s a vast variety of content to choose from. Because of this and the unique characters, there’s really such a huge bucket to pull from for your teams and things to work on. What’s equally amazing is beyond just fighting, there’s still compelling story-telling with great scenes and characters. Plus, every character you get has their own story (literally)! And to add even MORE, there’s so many ways to buff up your team. You have the Halidom (your home base) where you can put buildings to increase strength of dragons, classes, etc; weapons to craft; Wyrmprints to give extra bonuses; mana circles to unlock character skills and stories; and there’s dragons. Thought this much was amazing? There’s also fun events, co-op play, great music, awesome voice acting, and beautiful art. All in all, this is one of the best games I have ever played — on any platform. So glad I got this game and play it now!

13k might review. If you want the premium gacha experience, look no further than Dragalia Lost. While the game is simple on the surface and can be almost signified as a beat em up, the game has so much more than meets the first glance. The story is very well executed, with a simple premise but with many side paths and journeys to go on, and the event and adventurer stories are spectacular. In addition, you can play the game without using a single 5 star unit due to how flexible the game is; in fact, when you get to higher level content, 4 stars are actually integral to some of the fights, such as Verica in high Midgardsomr. If you enjoy a character, chances are they can be used in most of the content you want to play. That’s why I’ve loved dragalia since the day it came out, and why it’s worth a try for any player with a phone that can run it.

Great Potential, Unfortunately Not Met. When this game first came out I was hyped. It was fun and everything felt fresh and new. After completing the main story however a lot of the flaws start to BLARE through. After completing the main story there’s essentially nothing to do. The events that come are once a month, and they’re more tedious than challenging or fun. The summon rates as anyone can tell you have gone from okayish to just garbage, and on top of that the prices are ridiculously high for what feels like an incomplete game. Once you’ve beaten the season 1 story all you’re really left with is grinding for resources to level up characters, dragons, weapons or your castle, but even that isn’t as rewarding as you’d expect for such a grind heavy game. You’ll spend countless hours grinding just to advance one part of your game while the other parts begin to fall short, forcing you to grind even more countless hours just to keep your game up to par with the event challenges. That’s not a game those are chores.

Launch Player Here. This game is INCREDIBLE. I am not a huge mobile game fan. I don’t care to play with online players and I don’t usually stick around to play that long on a mobile game if I do (except for FEH). But this game is absolutely the exception; the gameplay is addicting, the models and graphics are beautiful, each and every music/soundtrack is a BOP, and the game is soo easy to pick up and understand! And don’t let me forget, the devs for this game are incredibly generous and understanding. More recently they've been repeating past events so if any new players missed them they have a really good chance to get items and units that they missed out on! Anniversary is coming soon and I thought it would finally be time to leave a review! Please give this game a chance, you really won’t regret it!

Coming back. Original: The game is simple yet fun. The co-op is where it’s at. Unfortunately to reroll for a higher tier in this game you have to redownload the app (there’s no clearing delete data/account/switching in this game). However they’re very generous in giving out the summoning stones. When you start you automatically get 1 random 5 star and at least 3 10x summon. You get quite a bit over time through a single event or clearing some new chapters although it doesn’t seem obvious. You also don’t necessarily need a 5 star to do well in this game— if you rank a 4 star and you’re good at playing then it’s not a problem. The thing to focus on is unlocking your skill nodes. The game is pretty free to play friendly. I’m satisfied. The story is fun too. Present: I took a break from the game and came back for the anniversary. I can’t play any team events anymore. The app crashes in the middle of battle now. I have an iPhone 6 I hope this problem gets fixed. [update]- I’m still dropping out of the battle despite putting everything at its lowest settings. [update#2]- Alright got it to work. I need everything on the lowest settings, my home WiFi connection, AND my unlimited data on as connection support. I still crash sometimes but at least I get to see the ending screen now. I am more likely to crash if I make the room in co-op.

Fun but.... So the game is fun, it’s a good time waster and the graphics and sounds are charming. But I can say that this isn’t a game people should invest a whole lot of time in. Why? Because it is a pain to try and actually get top level gear. The required items for making top level weapons is hard eanough to get but then if you want to get your top gear to max level you have to make it 5 more times. On top of that. The gatcha element is a real heart breaker. You go to summon and you see you got the rainbow light and your all excited thinking you got the dragon or character you wanted but nooope you got the stupid card that you couldn’t have cared less about. Seariously Nintendo, why? Why would you put 5 star accessories in your gatcha and think that’s a good reward for your players time and effort? I can’t tell you how many times this happened to me. Oh and forget buying gems unless your rich cause the price to get enough for even a single ten fold summon is stupidly high.

Great game, responsive devs. The production value on this game is insanely high, the voice acting is great and the soundtracks are really memorable. Story started out kind of generic, but it ended up being better than most games like this. Reading the stories for each character you can actually feel each character’s different personality, hopefully they will continue to develop them more as they release more story content. The game is very free-to-play friendly, they’re quite generous with handing out free stuff, and so far the developers have been incredibly responsive to addressing concerns that players have been voicing on online forums and through the “leave feedback” option in-game. The gacha can be a bit rough at times, but I have high hopes for where this game can go in the future. Give it a try and see if you like it!

It will be sorely missed. I cannot express the utter despair I feel nor find the words to explain the depth of how important this game has been for me the last 3.5 years. A mixture of starting the game when I started my new schooling and the pandemic times where I spent a lot of my idle days playing to stay sane. This game was something I turned to when things got rough, when I was stressed, upset, scared, etc. I could turn off my brain and just focus on this cheery little game. It’s sad… I started my schooling when this game released and it’s EOS is happening the same month I finish my education. It’s literally held my hand this whole journey and it feels like I’m losing a family member. I’m overcome with a deep sense of melancholy that a game as unique, fun, and F2P friendly will be leaving us. I love you Dragalia and it hurts me to know that we’ll be lost without you.

Weapon and defense are repetitive & low rewarding. I like the game it’s fun to me. There’s a lot of great bonuses and it’s not the typically pay to win games you usually see. Only thing that annoys me is the weapon system, takes 5 of the same items to unbind and enhance, same with when u get it to the next grade so if you want to build a elemental item you have to build around 20 T1 for grade one then 40 T1 plus 20 T2for the next grade then 60 T1, 40 T2, 20 T3 for a one max element weapon srsly couldn’t come up with a system that requires me to have no life to do this? All this for one 3 star max elemental weapon. [rough estimate I think it’s actually 25 T1] How did this idea get approved? Also defense stats that solely relay on hp / element advantage and nothing else is pretty bad too. It makes raids terrible in hindsight. You can literally get 3 shots in under 5 seconds if your not abusing the element advantage. T= Tiers

Best RPG of 2018. I’ve played this game for a few weeks now and so far, I am really enjoying it. So many things to do and quite the interesting story line. The dragons look pretty cool and I like how they have their own story to tell as well. The combat is not bad but could use a little tinkering with having different control options. I like how it’s not paid to win either so no need to bring out your wallet for this game X) The characters and their designs are extraordinary. I can see a few waifus that I like in the game 😏 Also a few husbandos for the ladies 😉 Perhaps adding some kind of affection mode to the game would make the characters more lovable. Or is it not that kind of game? Regardless, this anime like style mobile game is awesome and I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Nintendo for the wonderful game you provided us 😁👍

Amazing game! Here are some suggestions. This game has a good concept, especially with the entire transforming into DRAGONS thing but I feel like it’s not used to it’s full potential. First up, dragons need to have more than 1 skill, take the windwyrm with tornado tail, he should also be able to do something like summoning a gale or a tornado Second, more dragons! Because dragons! Third, there should be some levels or challenges where your playing as the dragon the entire level, fighting giant monsters and flying around, maybe as part of the dragon stories. You could change the weather, pin monsters to the ground, engage in air combat or water combat, stuff like that. Fourth, maybe add in an option where instead of transforming into a dragon you summon that dragon to do a series of attacks or something, say calling in Brunhilda to breath fire from the skies down on your target or getting Phoenix to revive an adventurer, these would be single moves and still deplete your gauge of course. Also, I would love it if some of the adventurer stories were levels where you play as the character in a critical moment of their life. And finally, I would love it for there to be a character with a mind control ability to turn monsters to your side, just for fun

Helpful before and after my surgery.. Absolutely love this game, as I do basically every Nintendo game ever. Thank you guys so much for leaving B.S. and political influence out of your games to bring us pure fun that everyone can enjoy together. I had my appendix removed yesterday, and while in the hospital for two days, I had an IV in my arm constantly making it feel numb, so I could only use one hand. Thank goodness, your mobile game development team is genius when it comes to one-handed game experiences, on Mario Run, Fire Emblem Heroes, and now here in Dragalia Lost. And I must say that it feels like the best one-handed gaming experience in awhile. You guys thought of everything. Tl;dr thank you for making games that I could enjoy with one hand while in so much pain in the hospital- truthfully, it helped a lot with the pain (and so did the oxycontin, I guess.) Please add an unlimited horde mode for single player and co-op and this would actually be the best mobile game available for free right now, not that it isn’t already one of the best. Then again, you guys are really just competing with yourselves, Square Enix, and sometimes Capcom when it comes to mobile gaming. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for the confidence to bring an original IP to iOS!

On par with Dokkan Battle. I am pleasantly suprised with how good this game is. I have been playing it as much as I could since it released, and have found every aspect of the game amazing. There are ways to make undesirable loot good, make your 4 stars into 5s, and 3s into 4s. You can upgrade every facet of your accomadations, and you can curry favor with your dragons for gifts! The little things in this game add up, and make it seem like there is nothing bad, but sadly, there is one thing that I do not like about this game; the co-op. When doing co-op you may get joined by trolls with low level everything who want to ruin your lobby, by both being a weakness, bot readying up, and making you lose some of your rewards. Other than the co-op, this game is worth it, and I spend as much time on it as Dokkan Battle, which I never thought would happen with any iPhone game.

Great game, but just one problem. I used to play this game on my old IPad and it was a really fun game! Yesterday I was searching through the App Store and saw this game and I remembered all the fun I had and I downloaded this game starting fresh and linking a Nintendo account. This is still one of my favorite mobile games to day and I really like everything this game has to offer. My main problem is that my game crashes a lot very frequently. I play this game on an IPhone 6, and I don’t know if this is just a problem for the IPhone 6 but it’s really annoying when I’m trying to play this game in my free time. I’ll be in the middle of a quest, and the game crashes, I’m summoning, game crashes, I’m editing teams, game crashes. This is a really fun game, but I can’t handle the game crashing every 5-7 minutes because I’m clearing a quest, please fix this in the future.

Basically an anime version of PokéMon Rumble.. The title of this review says it all, folks. Take Final Fantasy styled characters and... I... don’t really know because I haven’t played the whole thing, but rest assured, because what I’ve played has been great! The plot’s engaging, the characters are lovable, and the game’s fun! Just slide your finger across the screen to move, and tap it to attack! Simple ‘azzat! My one request for this game, though... Since this game seems to focus heavily on dragons, might I propose this idea to you, devs- wait, NINTENDO made this?! ...anyway, I have an idea. Because there seems to be an abundance of dragons here, ...how about you add the character “Lilac The Dragon Girl” from the 2014 indie action platform game “Freedom Planet” made by indie studio Galaxy Trail? Like, she could use her hair tendrils to attack, her special move could be her iconic “Dragon Cyclone”, attacking a good bit o’ baddies around her, and her SUPER special move could be calling upon the Pangu Dragon (From the Freedom Planet level “Pangu Lagoon”) that can fire a MASSIVE laser that COMPLETELY DECIMATES bosses and baddies alike! ...I dunno. Just a suggestion. Freedom Planet was actually released on the Nintendo Switch not too long ago, Freedom Planet REALLY needs more exposure. Aside from that, Dragalia Lost has been pretty fun! (Also, Nintendo... PLEASE PUT LILAC IN SUPER SMASH BROS. ULTIMATE!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAASE!!!!!!)

Gender Disparity. The game itself is wonderful. Decent story with likable and fleshed-out characters. To top it off, events and the accompanying stories are wonderful. The gameplay is fast paced but planning is not needed to complete a level. The company is also very generous in their gifts to players. All in all, a very good game to play. However, my only complaint is the gender disparity. Much more female characters are released than males. Not only that, but most dragons released aren’t dragons-they’re a mix between a woman and a dragon. That’s not what I came here for. Dragons released should be full fledged dragons, and if you are to release half humans, then at least release more male dragon hybrids. It’s disheartening that in the past year, hardly any good male characters have been released. This negative is not enough to drop a star, but is still something I wish for to be changed.

The Most Generous F2P Game I Have Ever Played. This game is really good. The characters are funny and relatable and their stories are fun to read, the events can all be completed for free, and the developers hand out freebies so much I never felt I had to pay. If you do wish to give the devs money though, the Dream Summons are great. They let you buy a character directly, instead of summoning random characters through the gacha. I wish more F2P games included this feature. There was a time early on in the game’s history where I hit a wall and had to simply check out for a month and stock up on daily bonuses, but the removal of wyrmprints (basically just equippable items for characters) from the summon pool negated this and made it very easy to acquire 5* characters. You can even trade in Eldwater (the currency you get from summoning duplicates) for wyrmprints, allowing you to get maximized 5* Wyrmprints easily too.

Great game. The game is great! Has a lot of characters, dragons, and the story is interesting enough to keep me wanting to play! It has a “one finger” style of gameplay which is what I’ve been looking for for a long time, the OST is solid and just keeps me entertained enough at just the menu screen. It has a lot of content for a mobile game right off the bat, has a multiplayer mode which lets you play the game with friends! All the characters have voices and the voice acting is pretty amazing for just a mobile game. Cygames really went all out alongside Nintendo. I really recommend you give the game a try, the only complaint is that you usually have to download each level which isn’t that big, but if you go to settings you can just download all of the games levels which is around 600MB at the moment. Give the game a try if your wanting you’ll truly enjoy it:)

Read this. Not even going to lie, 10 minutes in and I'm hooked. I know I know, some of you are going to say "that's not long enough to even write a review". Well, maybe not. But I do have to say that THIS game has it all. I can already see it. Not in MANY YEARS, have I ever felt so good about my gaming environment. The music (especially), the characters stories, the distinct attitudes of each avvy... it all is here. Not one game (and I play a lot of games, as I'm the leader of a prominent gaming community in discord) has ever had me captivated like this. Did I mention the comic strips??? That are actually GOOD!? The graphics, the simplistic controls, the story... the NON cheesy character lines and voices, is what makes this my ultimate game. I'll be putting PUBG mobile down for a while now, thanks Nintendo 🤙 If you haven't picked this up already, you're eating your life on half baked Games by half hearted developers. You will not regret this choice 🤙😘

Amazing Beyond Words. I’ve been playing Dragalia pretty much since day 1, albeit on and off. I really got more into the game in 2019 with the FE Heroes crossover, and I don’t regret anything. Free to play friendly, amazing characters, god-tier art and story, and the most perfect music and events. Every single special event stands out in my mind, and all have such special memories associated with them. It broke my heart when I woke up and saw the news of EOS. While I desperately hope we get a reboot or an offline version,(something to keep our progress), regardless, Dragalia will hold such a special place in my heart. Every summer I’ll be blasting all the beach event themes, every autumn I’ll reread the stories for the spooky and Halloween events, and every Christmas (I kid you not I still do this), I’ll have the Dragonyule music on loop to get me into the spirit. Long live Dragalia, for its not Lost, but lives on within us all.~

A quality game developed by an amazing company. I’ve played a lot of gacha games, but Dragalia is the best by far. Cygames is incredibly generous, but aside from that they implement QoL changes faster than any company I’ve ever seen. They’ve put out more QoL changes than FFBE has in two years. It’s astonishing. I wasn’t too excited when I found out the game would be an ARPG, but it adds a bit of a skill floor that isn’t really there in other gacha games where you can just pay to win. My only (albeit minor) complaint about the game is the pacing of story content, they’ve only so far released 1 story update since release, though it’s much more tolerable when you realize Cygames put out events every week or so, sometimes back to back. Though I would enjoy more frequent story updates. All in all, great game with great infrastructure backed by two great game companies. 10/10.

Seems good. So far the game has been great! The story line seems good although I do kind of link things to fire emblem but I love that series so why not love this game. The sound track is really good... I am a weeb though... The characters seem to have nice features about them, they aren’t hollow and they have depth to them. The art style is wonderful and beautiful! And finally the gameplay... first impression going into it was the movement is really easy to use as well as the combat system is just taping, which is great, a simple drag and tap type system works really well with mobile games and this is definitely no exception. The dragon transformations are cool and they do a good job having the level to a nice difficult for beginners, I’m noting that because I have seen games that are really unbalanced with levels. My basic take is that it’s a great game so far and the game can still have so much more, great job Nintendo!

Great game. So I’ve played a few gacha games over the years and some of them have been less than stellar, but this one, man, let me tell you is above and beyond anything I expected. As soon as I saw the Nintendo tag, I said I’d give it a shot and it has been worth it. I started playing about 5-6 weeks ago and this game and these developers know how to take care of their players. They have stuff for the new guys, the old guys, and everyone in between. The summoning is generous, the gameplay is fun, challenging, and rewarding. There is plenty to do and with alternate stamina resources for solo or team play makes it pretty awesome too. Top tier content feels like top tier content and is challenging, yet there are plenty of things you can and have to do to build yourself up in order to face it. I don’t write reviews for many games, my first actually, but since they’ve been so generous to the player base, I felt the need to let others know, this is a good game with a great set of companies attached to it and it looks like it is just going to get better with time. It has been so refreshing and amazing to see a game break the greedy gacha style and show that generosity can work amazingly in a game and it can still be fun, innovative, and challenging. Cygames and Nintendo, I love y’all. 😁 Keep up the good work.

Dragons+Anime Vocals+Japanese Music=❤️❤️. What can I say about this game! It’s amazing, and the graphics are on point. But since I’m a little salty today, I’ll start with the cons. I honestly love this game so much, being a dragon loving weaboo, but there’s just one minor problem. WHERES THE FEMALE CHARACTER OPTION?? When I downloaded the game, I was expecting to be able to pick your own character, instead of having to play as a prince. Or at the very least, have a female option. The reason I’m so upset about this, is because I’m a girl, and it’s quite weird to play as a guy, who is always referred to as “prince”, and “him”. I don’t know exactly why I’m bothered by this, but if you could, maybe add a female character option? That’s the only reason I put 4 Stars. I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks the same way. Anyway, despite this, Dragalia Lost is am amazing role playing app, far better than any mobile one I’ve ever seen. Keep up the great work Nintendo! ❤️❤️

Used to love it now it’s pay2win. Not to long ago, easy 5 star fun game. But recent changes have made it feel like you HAVE to spend money to get ahead. Ever since they added the 5 star selector purchase, the ability to get them from summons feels VERY low. In my last EIGHT 10-summon draws, I have only gotten ONE 5-star and it was a dragon, which i would need 4 more of to really do much with it thanks to unbinding. Before adding this selector box I’d actually gotten several 5-star drops (at least at a reasonable pace, nothing beyond expectations). It’s disheartening to just keep getting 1-2 4-star items every single summon. The gacha style random draw is fun, but at some point you have to question the randomness - especially when a way to flat out buy 5-star characters is added at the same time. So, expect to enjoy the game but also expect to feel underpowered for a long time (~ level 85 here, been playing a while)

Really Like The Game. Fun game and very addicting. I will say there are a few things I dislike. Free to play players constantly have to reroll their accounts to get decent characters since roll rates for the limited amount of 5* characters are very low and you struggle in a lot of content to get your power level up unless you’re willing to dump buckets of money into the game. Second issue is IAPs are very pricy for a mobile game. I know they want to have an older more engaged audience, but when a newbie pack starts at close to $10 and other packs for upgrade materials (which are available in dungeons but do not have a very large drop rate until later dungeons when you already have to have upgraded units to reach) can reach up to $20+ for materials that are almost required in large amounts to upgrade units. In conclusion, good game overall, but definitely one that IAP players get above and beyond anything a FTP player can manage.

Nintendo’s best game on mobile. This game is absolutely fantastic with its great gameplay, amazing music, all characters and summons/dragons have amazing story/backstory to read that progress when you upgrade them etc. (Using or spending money on the game doesn’t feel forced/needed) The story itself is great and the multiplayer is absolutely amazing it is very refreshing to get multiplayer this good on mobile. The gacha/summon system is fair and isn’t disappointing so far even when I get stuff I already have. Upgrading is at a good pace with all the content the game has and bonuses the game gives everyday. The base building aspect doesn’t ruin the game it’s just extra stuff to do while your enjoying the gameplay and story/character story’s told through out the game. This is by far Nintendo’s best mobile game to come out so far I really enjoy all the content in this game!

Bombastic Game. This game is a 10/10 recommendation. Its so great. However, I do have some criticism with it mainly with the summoning. If he devs are reading this could you let me know why yall put the adventurers and dragons and wrymprints all together in one summon? I barely get any adventurers in my pulls and thats pretty much what I came here for especially since it is a gacha game. If anything seperate adventurers from the dragons and wrymprints. Dragon and wrymprints could be on a seperate summon pull from the adventurers cuz it does get in the way of pulling the characters we want. Or you could just put the wrymprints alone and adventurers and dragons on the same one. Another issue I have is the amount of eldwaters to upgrade. I know the game just released but are there other ways to gain eldwater aside from duplicates? The amount is pretty high for a 4 star to a 5 star being 25k while a 3 star to a 4 star is only a 2500. The amount will be more reasonable if 4-5 stars only takes 12-15k eldwaters. Other than that everything else is amazing, combat and controls are fluid and story is engaging so far. The summoning is not a deal breaker but I do feel less inclined to summon when all I get a wrymprints all the time and no new characters to play as. Hopefully yall answer some of my concers as to why it is what it is in the game! Having fun playing it atm tho!!!

Most fun I’ve had for a mobile game!. This isnt much of a review This is my first time writing in the review section. But I’m mainly a PC gamer but I’ve played mobile games for a long time and I mainly play mobile when I’m commuting to and from work. This is the most fun I’ve had for mobile then say if your having a hard time with a particular part you can hop into a multiplayer room or make one and bam its so much easier when another player controls a character and its actually really nice to hop into a quick game in multiplayer. I love that all the characters has their own story even the little 3-star characters everyone has a tale to them which makes you invested in the characters. Obviously another gacha based way to get new characters but the game is very fair in giving you free currency and with the before mentioned multiplayer you get free currency when you play with people you’ve never played with before I was able to do at least 6-8 full 10 pulls from the gacha to put into perspective to you would have to spend $80 to get 2 1/2 pulls so I got like close to $300 worth of pulls. I myself have kicked a few dollars their way I think this game is worth your time at least a little try me. Also if you enjoy Granblue Fantasy or Shadowverse this is the same developers and their teamed up with Nintendo!

Dragalia Lost: man it’s great. I’ve played Dragalia Lost every since it came out and if you haven’t tried it you definitely should. The developers have been listening to fan feedback and give so much free stuff it’s unbelievable how generous they are with summons. For example, the 3rd anniversary is on going with 38 days of free tenfolds and on the 39th day, there’s going to be a free hundred-fold. Not only that the story is amazing. Won’t spoil much but just know it’s slow in the beginning but then picks up. Also this game has had crossovers with FEH, Mega Man, Monster Hunter, and Persona 5 currently. In conclusion please try it out! It’ll give you lots of new units at the start with giving you a gala banner with a certain amount of tenfolds you can do but you have infinite resets so you can get the units/dragons you want!

Amazing game, but pay to win. The gameplay is great. Graphics too. The controls are pretty simple. I’m enjoying this game a lot, but I’m a bit disappointed in the prices. To get any decent playable characters, you have to “summon”. You can earn in game currency quickly at the start of the game when you accomplish endeavors and campaign missions. But once you collect all that you can, it’s quite difficult to earn this currency and there’s only so much you can do, per day, to earn it. A ten-gold summon is your best chance at getting 4* and 5* summons. Which include characters, dragons, and wyrmprints. The only problem is, it costs 1500 in-game currency to do this OR 1500 of the pay cash out of your pockets currency. And in terms of money, 1500 of this cash currency is equivalent to basically $40. And that’s ONE draw for 10 cards. I summoned about 4 times in a row and never got a single 5* summon. At $40, I believe at least ONE 5* summon should be included. Or lower the price on cash currency because it shouldn’t be equivalent to in-game currency.

My review on this game. I personally really love this game… I felt sad that I didn’t get the chance to play this game until last year on September. But honestly this was an amazing blast to play for what it is! The characters were well made, the cutscenes were well expressive, and liked the cross overs that they used as I played threw the game! I especially like Luca of all the adventurers, he’s such a handsome chap, but off of that topic I love this game quite a bit! If we even get this into the switch (which may not be likely) I would be down to play it on the switch, because I had tons of fun playing this game! Thank you guys so much for giving me a new experience in my heart, and hope y’all are doing good for giving me quite the change of pace in terms of game industry for me!

One of the best. As the game preps for server shut down, i just wanted to say how much i enjoyed the game. It doesn’t matter the hundreds of $ put into the game, the content and story was great. Character design and events were spectacular. I had a great time with the game over the past 4 years, albeit skipping half a year between the first and second year due to some quality of life issues. After some QOL changes, the game became a flawless masterpiece. The game helped me stay in touch with college friends that i like and gave us content to talk about. As sad as i am that the game will be gone soon, this is a great game to play. I hope they can reuse the design for a Switch game to commemorate the story and characters. For those that may be starting the game now, enjoy it while it lasts. A 6 out of 5 kind of game. Thanks dev team Cygames and publisher Nintendo for a great time. Hope to see what’s next!

My favorite game (I like it more then fortnite) but needs work. First of all love the 1st anniversary update 2. I started playing in 2018 3. Needs work Ok this probably is not important but it would be cool if u would add dueling, most games I play have fighting in them and after u reach a certain point u can do pvp in my opinion if u had pvp to this game u might have more people play more often and download also the more players u defeat the higher your rank is and at the end of the month u get a big reward (I think the reward personally should be rupies holy water dragon fruit upgrade materials and fortifying materials and a exclusive character or dragon) Also I think I would be cool if u could lower the cost of updates... this one probably won’t be possible but I can’t have Dragalia lost if it takes to much space... so maybe u could remove something cause I love this game and eventually I might have to delete it (I made a Nintendo account so I’ll have save data) Last I think that u should add a mode that’s more extreme then hard mode in the quest so players have to work even harder to be the best Thank u for reading this if u ever do plz have a nice day and hope u grant my wish Love: My Second Favorite game in the world Is Dragalia Lost ( my favorite game if your wondering is Legends of Zelda Breath Of The Wild)

Drae•Gail•ia Lost or Drah•gahl•ia Lost?. There are two things in this game that I have a problem with now, otherwise it’s a relatively simple and fun game. The first is that it’s sometimes a pain to buy things from the shop, and I wish we could buy materials in bulk. The second thing is that they don’t really tell you the meaning of eldwater and where to get it. Otherwise, it’s a good game with easy-to-learn mechanics, although the dodge mechanics are less useful than the skills at certain points. It isn’t too hard to gain enough Might to complete the more difficult stages (as long as you do a bit of research into guides), and doesn’t punish for failing a stage. Some people say the pull rates are low, but I haven’t experienced low pull rates at all, pulling a five star character in one tenfold-summon and a five star dragon in the next. Still, even four star characters and dragons are more than enough to clear the main storyline.

Unplayable, frustrating and time consuming.... I was so excited about the crossover, that I reinstalled the game...big mistake. I’m already done with it, now I remember why i uninstalled it the first time. It constantly crashes, every 5 minutes, literally unplayable. I’m using an iPhone 7, and the app store says it’s compatible. That’s a lie, you need to update this information. I went ahead and cleaned out my phone, deleted old apps, photos and other stuff. Reinstalled the game, lowered the settings to its lowest ratings and it still crashes. The worst time when it happens is during a summoning session. I lose my Wyrmite, but don’t get anything in return, twice already! I’ve sent in feedback, but of course didn’t hear back. This game is just not worth it, don’t even start with it. If you want a smooth playing game, either play Fire Emblem Heroes, or get a better iPhone, higher than generation 7, because everything below that doesn’t work. It’s a shame, because this game really has potential, but it’s just impossible to play.

Love love love this game!!!. I’ve always been a fan of Nintendo and cygames games, so I was super excited when this rolled out. This game is very fun, and the grind is very mild compared to other mmo-jrpg games. It’s very casual and f2p friendly too! I absolutely love that this game has end game content that requires both 5* (top rarity) and 4* players (medium rarity) to play! You’re not at a huge disadvantage if you don’t pay real money like in many other games I’ve trie (looking at you, FGO). The community is amazing and positive, and the developers are spot-on. 10/10 recommend this game. I’m usually f2p, but I actually spent some money to support the developers. They do a wonderful job of responding to feedback and are super generous. Hey, if I can find time to play this game with a newborn baby, anyone can find time! Totally casual-friendly.

Phenomenal. Day 1 player here, this is my favorite mobile game ever. The gameplay is just amazing combining action rpg with weapons, cards and DRAGONS you can equip and upgrade. DL distinguishes itself from other games in the genre pretty easily; first of all no lazy art assets or animation, main stories and character stories are actually interesting, f2p friendly / summons are aplenty (well, they were until 2nd anniversary, hope it gets fixed), events could be better but still pretty great compared to other games, and also maybe the most important of all devs listen. Give it a try and don’t forget to check what the endgame looks like, it’s where the fun begins. Edit: After many years, this game is still the best mobile action jrpg, and it keeps getting better and better.

Great gameplay and charming characters. Dragalia Lost is a fun, action-packed RPG populated by charming and diverse characters. The game has a fun fantasy design sense, with a great variety of characters (over 100 as of this review). Characters are divided up into five elements and eight weapons. There’s a big difference between certain weapons, in terms of play style, but some are fairly close to one another. The other major mechanic of the game is dragon transformation, which charges up throughout battles. The game itself provides a nice variety of content for new players, experienced players, and an increasing amount of content for late-game veteran players. The dev team also seems very dedicated to taking feedback from its players and has continued to improve UI, summoning, and other quality of life items that have only improved an already solid base. The storyline is somewhat standard, though I find the characters very endearing, with different personalities conveyed in VN-esque scenes. If I had an area of criticism it’s that the story is pretty light, but some recent events have seemed a bit improved such as the Library Obscura event and Fire Emlbem collaboration. I really enjoy the game and recommend giving it a shot if you enjoy action RPGs.

Best mobile game I’ve ever played, Cygames devs are amazing. I’ve played Dragalia daily since the day it launched and haven’t burnt out yet. There is so much to do, so many characters to unlock, and it gives me a ton to look forward to every day. The developers Cygames listen to every community complaint and take intelligent, actionable steps to correct any imperfections with this game. They also compensate the community handsomely with free goods, free summons, free stamina refills, etc. as an apology for any time wasted prior to the fix. The game has a thriving community on reddit, the co-op is fun and exciting, and Cygames plans to make this their flagship game so it has a huge future ahead of it. Tons of beautiful artwork and characters represented in tie-ins to their many other successful mobile games. If you were ever curious about getting into the gacha genre, Dragalia is the one.

Summoning is the worst. I spent $240 on the in game paid currency “diamantium” that’s 12,600 to summon the Halloween Elisanne unit and used the free currency “wyrmite” to summon 10x 4 times and I got nothing but fodder. That’s a total of 120 summons. They say there is an increased summon rate for the featured unit, this one being the Halloween Elisanne unit but there isn’t. They have no handicap in place for people who just got that bad luck and can’t summon the featured unit after spending $200+. I myself will never spend another dollar on this game because of this fact and may stop playing because of that. Dragalia lost has great music by DAOKO and the music is lovely I have loved all the music I’ve heard so far. The story is great but can use a little more inclusion of characters even if you don’t have them and the gameplay simply and easy. But that does not entirely make up for the fact that you can’t even get the unit you want after spending a ridiculous amount of money for it and it’s simply frustrating.

Worst CS I Have Ever Experienced. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I started playing on day one. Spent hundreds of dollars on real money purchases. In July, I upgraded my phone. Without thinking, I wiped everything off my old phone. It wasn’t until recently that I have had the free time to come back to Dragalia Lost. Upon trying to recover my account, I have been denied because they “couldn’t verify” that I am the owner of my account. Despite having receipts for every single real money purchase, my player ID number, account name, several friend names, my Nintendo account that’s linked to my Dragalia account, and vast amounts of information on what units I have, I am STILL being denied recovery of my account. This is an absolute joke and whatever kind of “system” they have in place for account recovery is the worst thing I’ve ever had the displeasure of trying to work with. THIS IS A WARNING! If you ever find yourself needing to recover your account for whatever reason, good luck. I’ll be spreading the word and telling everyone I know to steer clear. It’s unfortunate because the game is great - but whatever kind of customer service and account recovery this is is atrocious.

Really amazing game. I got to admit I was waiting for like a month, for this game to come, and it did not disappoint at all, it’s been amazing since I started playing it, what I love the most it’s that’s it’s not those pay to play games that have been tormenting the gaming sphere for so long, it’s a really easy to play and enjoyable game, right off the bat I got 2500 of there in currency, and every time you pass a level you get more, so there pretty easy to get, unlike other games I have played before, I have been playing it all morning long since it came out, and it’s been nothing but bliss, Nintendo really worked hard on this one, if I could give it more then 5 stars I would, I hope they bring more updates with more levels, because at the rate I am going, I’ll probably burn thru the game in a week, I highly recommend it, specially if you’re tired of those weak rpgs coming out lately.

Really Fun, but Big Issues with Co-op Stamina. This app is really fun, and the soundtrack is great and catchy. I want to greatly recommend it and rate it as 5 stars, but there are some big issues with it. For multiplayer, the host uses normal stamina, while other people joining have to use “getherwing” points to play. While this isn’t at all an issue at lower account levels, at higher levels this means that people have stamina, but no getherwings. Because of this, waiting times for people to join can be super long when you’re the host. (One time I was waiting around 20 minutes!) Again, it doesn’t feel like a problem at all at low account levels, but eventually it gets pretty bad and unless you’re the one joining, expect to wait awhile. Also, compared to another Nintendo app, Fire Emblem Heroes, the summon rates are much, much less generous. The summoning in this game seems a lot meaner, and they don’t give you as much to summon with like in Fire Emblem Heroes. Again, I love this game and am playing it even more than Fire Emblem Heroes, which has been my favorite app game and one of the few app games that I haven’t stopped playing since I started playing it. The only reason I’m writing a review this long is because of how much I love it. I just wish the co-op energy was better so I could play with other people more often. Because I really like playing with others and helping them out

This game is great. The game is great but the space required is small at first and the updates were manageable but then all the updates and in game voices on the batch download are already starting to reach a bit further than 1GB but just downloading the game and doing the batch download is manageable but right now the game is good don’t get me wrong but the requirement for the game to update and even work can essentially leave a good phone without space but that little detail is pretty small should you have a 32GB or higher amount of space on your phone so the game is good but it’s not meant for lower space iPhones like the 16GB and that’s all I have to say about the space problem but the game itself is fun and can essentially give you patience for their new events and it truly is fun the tutorial is not repetitive nor bad but in the end game most players will be on the events since that gives new characters with boosted spawn rates and truly I appreciate that this game can do much fun and the co-op mode is gonna be your most used mode because it’s fun

Love it!. I love this game, the collection system is balanced enough where you can be F2P, but still have the option to P2P if you don’t feel like waiting to collect for summons. There are some things I’ve noticed though that the game falls short on, but still overall a great game. -It’s a battery drainer I’ve read online of other people having similar issues, but for some reason my battery will drain so quickly when the game is open. I always play close to a charger. I haven’t had a game deplete my battery like this in a while, and find it weird how quickly my battery goes down. -The movement feels a little wonky I love the one handed combat. Probably my favorite thing is that I don’t need my full focus to play this game. But I find moving around and attacking can be a little bit weird at times. Sometimes the character whips around in a circle if you’re too close to the center of your “joypad” that you make. And also sometimes when attacking, it feels like there’s a lag to start moving again after attacking. The second issue isn’t that big of a deal, unless you’re in a timed map and need to beat all of the enemies. Overall though, even with these two issues I have, the game is still a great game and I totally recommend people trying it out. The one handed play is something that is really interesting and isn’t done often.

Here’s the problem.... This is a good game. I’ve spent a lot of time playing it and it’s definitely one of the best mobile games I’ve played that has me coming back. HOWEVER, I don’t know where Nintendo got the idea to charge $30 for enough in-game currency to perform a summon...it’s true that you can gather Wyrmite in the game to do the summon, but over time it gets harder to gather — PLUS, regardless of HOW you pay for the summon, you are NOT guaranteed a hero to play as. They have to be living on another planet to think it’s acceptable to charge $30 for a 10-set summon that doesn’t even guarantee a decent, playable character. Maybe if it was $5 I would do it every now and then, but not everyone can afford that, and they’re losing players because of how hard it is to get GOOD characters. That’s why it’s been dropping in the ratings so fast. TLDR; fun game but very hard to get new characters, which makes the game lose its novelty really fast.

An actually good game, for once. I’ve been playing this game for 20 minutes and I can already tell that it’s a gem. It’s a dungeon crawl hack n slash with full English voice acting, great music, satisfying controls, and cool character designs. You get new units from a summoning system and from the very beginning I was given enough of the semi-rare currency for two 10-summons. The units I got from those were enough for me to get through two or three chapters without sweating. It doesn’t make you spend the special currency to get ahead—just grind a bit for materials and resources and do your dailies and such and save up. Another great feature of this game is the fact that you can skip the story dialogue and when you do a small pop-up appears that summarizes the whole thing, anyway; if you’re like me and you’re not too interested in the story but still want to sort of know what’s going on, this is an ingenious feature. There is also the fact that once you get enough of a meter, you can transform into a dragon and do damage to enemies that way. Enemies won’t hurt your health while you’re a dragon but instead drain your meter until you turn back into your old self. Honestly, check this out. It’s cute, it’s fun, and it’s fair.
