Great place!. The employees here are awesome!! I was able to talk to them the whole night my Great Dane was in labor! If the technician didn’t know an answer to my question then she would go ask the vet and call me right back with an answer! They walked me through what to expect and when we needed to bring her in for further evaluation of problems were to persist! They made me feel so much better with their reassurance! Thank you Moorseville Animal Hospital!

Love it except.... I love the app, it seems to cover everything, EXCEPT screen orientation is locked on portrait and anyone with a keyboard attached to their tablet will have to stand it up on end. I don’t do much on the run, I like to sit and think about what I’m doing and I am not in that mode on my mobile, I do it from my iPad. That alone will limit the time I will use the app because personally it drives me crazy. So I’ll use it when I have to but probably from my mobile not from my iPad. A common problem, frustrating. All in all I would’ve rated a 5 but gave it a 4 because of it. Great app if that sort of thing doesn’t bother you.

Errored out twice just trying to register, then wanted me to check my server logs. I have downloaded and used hundreds of apps. This is so ridiculously slow and bug laden that IT IS LITERALLY UNUSABLE. I spent more than 15 minutes tonight just trying to get through the simple steps of agreeing to some privacy notices and creating a password. It couldn't even do that much. You want me to check my server logs? Really? On an iPhone app? I have no idea how it works once you get logged in and I have no time to debug the registration and sign in process for a company who failed at all the little things that are necessary to access their product. This has a big old REJECT stamp from me. And you bet I will talk with my vet tomorrow about it and discuss other options.

Unacceptable number of bugs, poor user experience. Garbage. I would not use this app if my vet didn’t use it. Unacceptable number of bugs, poor user experience. Login screen doesn’t work with iPhone’s password manager integration, and it’s not possible to paste an email or password into the input fields. Password input field also resets if you switch between apps while trying to enter your password (e.g. I had to switch over to my password manager to view the next sequence of characters in my strong password, only to have to the input field reset when I tried to continue entering the next sequence of characters). I ended up having to reset my password to something smaller (less secure) in order to actually login. I probably could have written my password down on paper and use that as a visual reference to login to this site but that’s ridiculous. Once I was finally able to login, I wasn’t able to select/copy any text in the My Pets timeline, forcing me to again manually transfer any information I wanted to use outside of the app like e.g. searching the web for a particular medication my vet prescribed or transferring the information to my notes app so I never need to use this app again for historical data. 2 stars for providing the information I need, minus 1 star for not letting my select and copy that information. I’m docking this site 3 stars for the poor login experience.

Unable to login. This app does not work on an iPad and I am not going to use it on my phone. First if you try to login, rather than taking the login email or phone, the screen jumps and does not allow entry. One time I got past that issue (one time!!) and entered a password but have NEVER been able to login. My Vet really wants us to use it for updates on appoints but so far this is simply a waste of time !! If you are going to sell to the vet community, better get busy making a stable product that works on all platforms.

Can’t get logged in. Slow, buggy app.. I love the idea of this app to connect to my vet’s office. It’s unfortunate that I am continually logged out, the app doesn’t remember my login credentials so I’m forced to reset the password each time I want to use it, and while in the middle of messaging with the vet office right now, the app said I needed to update to continue using it. Once I did yet *another* password reset, it’s just sitting there spinning on an endless login. I have no idea if the appointment I was trying to make was booked and the vet is closed now so I am unable to check until tomorrow. Sigh. Customer service here is excellent but I wish the app just worked every time I went to use it. This is not rocket science and being a developer myself, I find this inexcusable. I give this 2 stars only because of the customer service. Otherwise it would be zero.

UPDATE: still doesn’t work 1 month later. Still Doesn’t work. Been waiting 4 days for a fix. Update: would give 0 stars if I could. The company said they would reach out to my vet a month ago and yet- nothing. I get emails from this app saying I have unread messages but I can’t open the app. I can’t reply to their email. There is zero way to follow up with this company and the app doesn’t work. ———————— I corresponded with the company on 21 Nov. it is now 25 Nov and ZERO RESOLUTION. The app still won’t let login and no help in sight to fix the problem or even let me know a status of fix. It’s a shame my Vet uses this app since it’s useless to me. It let me easily create an account but doesn’t recognize my login credentials that I just created moments ago. I even reset my password and still no luck logging in.

Keyboard covers chat window. The app is a nice concept to make it convenient to communicate with your vet. However, on my iPhone X the keyboard completely covers the chat window so I can’t see the text area. I have to keep closing the keyboard to see messages and then blindly re-type. Very annoying to the point of almost being unusable.

Good app but the UX could be improved. I love having my fur baby’s health information so accessible. As well as being able to send messages to communicate with my vet. However, I do not like: 1. Having to scroll the timeline to find the Rx I need to refill. It would be great to have a place where all their current medication is housed and can be easily selected to be refilled. 2. Being able to request on Rx at a time to refill. Both my senior girls are on two meds. So I need to scroll and select all the information 4 separate times.

Worked once but never again. I was able to set up an account and log in quite easily...but then it never worked again. Tried to login a month later, and it told me my account didn't exist. I attempted to sign up for an account again and it told me I already had an account. It then let me reset my password...but wouldn't let me log in with the new password. I contacted customer support and they told me they saw no attempts to log in from a mobile device. I responded with a screencap of the error - and the email bounced back. Useless app

Dr. Suh is the best vet ever. We have a beagle mix dog who is 16 & 1/2 years old. She has been sick with nausea off and on her whole life. We brought her to see Dr. Suh several months ago & he was the 1st vet to correctly diagnosed her with irritable bowel syndrome. Dr. Suh’s treatment for has virtually elevated all her symptoms About a week ago our dog couldn’t stand up. We were concerned so we called Dr Suh. It was a Saturday after his clinic had closed, but he immediately said that he would meet us at Trail Pet. Dr. Suh diagnosed our dog with arthritis of the spine. After a steroid shot, muscle relaxers & pain killers, our little dog is walking, running & jumping over curbs outside. We think the world of Dr. Suh. He is very smart, caring and a gifted diagnostician. He’s the best vet ever.

Like the app but lately. I really do like this app as a way to stay connected to my vet for my senior dog who has lots of issues. But lately when I go to message then the keyboard covers the message so I can’t see what I have typed so far so I have no idea if I need to auto correct or change something so I don’t even use it at the moment. I’m hoping y’all will fix this issue.

Love it!. This is a great app! I had a hard time getting set up and customer service was fast and helped me get in. I have access to all of Khloes records, can get messages and pics to and from Vet staff, which is important to me when out of town. Haven’t used the appointment or prescription refill part yet, but so far I’m loving it!

Developers won’t fix known issues. Customer service is great about reaching out, but beyond that, the developers don’t do anything to fix problems. I have the same keyboard/text box issue as others, and I gave everything customer service asked for and was told it was given to the tech team. Well, if this problem has been going on for over a year, guess what? It’s never getting fixed. Enjoy your plummeting reviews. I’ll be informing my vet to no longer use your service, certainly not with my pets.

Doesn’t work anymore. I tried this app when my vet first started using it. Very basic and didn’t have all the info on my dog, only appointments. That’s probably a vet input problem but if my vet isn’t using it to the full extent, why should I? So I deleted the app from my iphone. Then I got an email that my vet had sent a message, which I figured was bogus just to get me to use the app again. So I said what the heck, maybe it’s improved. Nope. Won’t let me sign in. I reset the password and still doesn’t work. I’ll just call or email for my appointments. By the way, I asked them if they have a desktop version and they don’t. Phone only. Another turnoff. Not everybody lives on there phone. I prefer to live on my laptop.

9 wk puppy with pneumonia. After calling many vets in my area with no availability, even the vet we had seen the day before....your office willing agreed to see our new baby and were absolutely wonderful with her! Thank you all for being so caring and patient with us. I would recommend you all 100 times over.

Lackluster iPad functionality. I use my iPad Pro and attached Logi keyboard for just about everything. I use it for work, for games, research, texting....well, you get the picture. I usually don’t have any issues with any of the apps I have. BUT this app has a screen orientation issue.... which is that it just doesn’t, you know...orientate. AND to log on I have to disconnect my keyboard and use the OSK (which I LOATHE ...2 finger typing...URGH. Yes I even use the iPad/keyboard to text. So nifty how iPad and iPhone link together so I can use my keyboard.) just to log on. I do enjoy the ease of this app to communicate with the vet office and the convenience of reordering medications. If these issues were to be fixed this app would be PERFECT! 5 Stars!

First-timers logging in. Since I didn't login when it launched back in 2020, I'm finding it impossible to do now. I can't gain access to a PIN to login because the app isn't recognizing my cell number or eMail. Plus, when I attempt to "contact support" it tries to access the Apple eMail App, which I do not use because it is annoying. The vet's office I go through was of no help in terms of trouble-shooting, unfortunately. So this app might be convenient to use - and from what I've seen of it, it is - but one does have to have some sort of elite standing to get into it.

Messaging doesn’t work..first thing I tried. Messaging my linked vet doesn’t work, at least it seems. My vet got back to me within an hour on their online appt request but it’s been days since my message on this app to my vet...and then I find out the chat/message system to the app doesn’t work after the app notification “notified me” that I can ask them any questions..

Excellent app gives pet parents control. This is the best vet app I have seen. It allows pet parents to contact the clinic in various ways... message, call, we can request our refills here, which is a GREAT help, not to make the phone call, and request appointments! We can upload photos of our babies for the file. Any file changes still have to be done by the office, which makes sense. If u need a file change or update you just leave a message. It’s great! Nice update! Hope it helps take some work off those busy ladies up front!

Can’t read what you’re typing when sending a message!. Once you start typing in the message box , it gets covered up not being able to see what your typing! So annoying! I’ve had to delete and start over when I make a typo! Please fix this message box at the bottom of the screen when sending important messages to my vets office! I’ve deleted the app reopened it to try to fix it and signed out & in as well to try to fix it. Also I used to be able to see what I’m typing in n the message box. It’s been off for a while now. FIX IT!

Notifications. This app sends emails at least twice a week stating it’s a message from my veterinarian only to find generic Pet Connect generated messages! I really don’t need more worthless emails to open as the vast majority of the messages is information I all ready know! Lots of tips! Stuff I all ready know! Quit wasting my time with this! The app will not allow me to update my personal information! My vet can email or text me so I find this app useless! Enjoy another one star review!

Login experience is horrible. Randomly logs you out of your account. And trying to log back in is a PIA. Doesn’t work well with password managers like LastPass or Bitwarden. App URI sent to them is “localhost” and not an app-specific URI. Doesn’t recognize the password sent from the password manager as having filled the Password field, so you can’t click the Login button. When you click on the filled Password field, the app clears it. Doesn’t let you manually paste your password into the Password field. The support email that the app creates just pastes HTML tags into the email as text, so the email is just a messy text email with HTML tags visible littering the content and difficult to edit to provide issue information into it. All of this makes the proposed interactions between vet clients and vet clinics WORSE rather than better. Please fix these basic, essential app issues.

Great app for communication with vet, unresponsive sometimes. I love this app for communication back and forth with different vets as well as ordering meds or making appointments. However more times than not the app is unresponsive it takes forever to load from one screen to the next, almost as if you never touched the button. If you guys could fix the unresponsiveness you would have a 5 star from me 100%. Oh and getting into more vets in my area you guys only partner with one location, i would love to see more locations. This is such a great tool being underutilized.

Meh - annoying. The app functions decently well. The one criticism I have is that once an appt has been requested or confirmed there is no visible pet name associated with the appointment. If you have multiple pets who have appts on the same day it’s impossible to tell which is the correct appt if changes or cancellation is necessary. Update: Every time they do an update I get kicked out and have to reset my password. Also tired of the above reported issue. A name of who an appt is for is pretty basic info that should be there 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t like this app nearly as well as the old one my vet used.

A bit buggy, but convenient. Pros out front: convenient way to connect with your vet’s office. Medicine refills, appointments, general questions. Pet history is listed, upcoming appointments are shown. Simple. Cons: I’m not sure if the app is in need of an update, but we have found that it often has a connection issue with our vet’s office. We send messages, but when I don’t hear from the office for some time and don’t see the sent checkmarks, I worry that we aren’t getting through, but don’t want to bombard a busy office with messages. So I will check with the office over the phone and sure enough, they say they hadn’t seen anything through the app. I found uninstalling the app and reinstalling it helped the first time, but every time after I just resort to my “old school” methods of contacting the vet so that I know my messages are getting through and I’m not just calling out into the application abyss.

Ridiculous amount of spam, can’t sign up. I got 8(!) notification emails within a few days from PetPro Connect saying my vet had invited me to join. I unsubscribed from the emails to stop the spam, figuring I would join when I needed an appointment. Well, I needed an appointment today, and my vet isn’t calling me back, so I decided to join this app. I downloaded it, and had the option to use email or phone. I chose email, since I don’t want them spamming my phone like they did with my email. I then had to enter a verification email, but I never got it, probably because I unsubscribed from the spam. It wasn’t in my spam messages. There is no option on the site to resubscribe. So I tried to sign up with my phone number. But then it said I already have an account!!! So basically, I can’t sign up, and I can’t even make an appointment at my vet since they aren’t answering calls right now- they probably wanted to switch over to this horrible app. I’m about to call the emergency vet. What a nightmare. PS: I was finally able to sign up by selecting a different location of my vet, and the privacy policy is downright scary. Vets, please don’t make your clients download this app.

TERRIBLE Developers Won’t FIX Issues!. I have been using this app for a few years now since my vet starting using. The concept is great and the app is handy for indirect communication and file storage of all my fur luv’s records. My issue is YOUR issues in the APP! I have read many reviews complaining about orientation and keyboard/text overwrite from over a year ago and you still haven’t fixed it. Let’s be clear: while typing in the message section of the app, the keyboard covers the text box of which I am typing. Therefore, I cannot see what I am typing. I am using an Ipad Pro 2nd Generation 15.1. Please fix this problem asap and i will give you more stars.

Emergency Surgery. Our new puppy had a leg injury that required emergency surgery. With a schedule full for weeks they figures out how to squeeze him in regardless and got him fixed up. Surgery went well and he is on the mend. Extremely professional and friendly staff from the first phone call. Highly recommend

Love it!. I absolutely love the fact that I can send my vet a message any time of the day or night. I don’t have time to make phone calls during the day while at work so the fact I can send a message any time after work is a huge win for me. I also love the fact that God forbid I ever needed health history information in an emergency, I have it all at my fingertips.

Neglected service.. Dog was/is currently suffering from some sort of stomach issue and also pink eye. Reached out to my mobile vet on Dr. Foster out of Columbia, TN, on PetPro Connect twice in one morning to ask for assistance or a recommendation and all I received was silence. It wasn’t until I sent a firm message stating that I would be taking my business elsewhere and advising other clients to do the same that I received a response back. Patient care and customer service grade would be a 1 out of 10. It also wasn’t the first time I had a hard time attaining a response from Dr. Foster. I get that her costs are cheaper but the quality is just as cheap.

This App Stinks even the 2nd time around. I had downloaded this app back a while ago, got a notification today fro the first time in what’s got to be a year if not more and imo it’s still as bad now as it was before, except this time I’m leaving a review. It is not user friendly at all. I tried to change my clinic, clicked on it, confirmed it and it still showed the original one I entered. I do not see where I can remove a pet, I lost my Bassett hound to stomach cancer in early 2021, and am trying to remove him and don’t see how too, trying to add my new puppy and don’t see how too. If something isn’t user friendly I really don’t want any part of it. My time is useful and busy and don’t have hours or the patience to try and figure it out. When you can put clear cut instructions on how to do things and they actually work, maybe I’ll try it again but for now it’s being deleted……again for the 2nd time.

Outstanding pet care. The care my grandbunny Hazel received was always fabulous. The staff cared and always seemed concerned. When Hazel passed away, they treated us as if a human family member passed away. It was a serious and somber time and the love and compassion that they showed us and Hazel’s body was so sweet. I got another bunny from a rescue group and they have taken such great care of him too! I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Adds no value and sends spam. This app pretends to make communication easier between my veterinarian and me. It doesn’t. Instead, it sends messages that appear to be from my vet, including some with subject lines that sound urgent, ensuring I’ll open them. Then it pitches services I don’t want or need, and that my vet wouldn’t recommend, or sends me to a poorly written blog post on an irrelevant topic. This app exists not to facilitate conversations but to interrupt them. Edit following vague, evasive, mealy-mouthed response from publisher: This app is useless and the company that promotes it is classless.

Awesome. I’m new to this and haven’t had a pet in years although I’m an animal lover at heart. We recently got a Chinchilla and I took him in for a visit, little did I know I would get an invite to create a profile specific to him and the practice. I recently used it to ask some questions regarding adding another chinchilla to the family, the responsiveness was amazing and the information was exactly what I needed to make an informed and knowledgeable decision. I can’t say anything beyond.....I’m loving it so far!!!

Saved my Rosie.. I saw a different vet last week who insisted on a cat scan of her abdomen and then didn’t call me with instructions or results for 5 nights. She then wanted us to have blood work that cost over $400 sent away. She wanted us to put her on an anabiotic and an anti-inflammatory as well. She felt that Rosie had Triaditis. I had a really bad feeling so I immediately called Cumberland Valley Vet since many people speak very highly of them, they got her in that very day. They looked at the results, they examined her, they took blood work that was inexpensive and found that she was healthy. All I did was buy a different over-the-counter pet food that was lighter on her stomach. I have never been happier with a vet office. Trust Cumberland Valley. Don’t go anywhere else!

Top Equine Vet. Two things were utmost important to me when moving my equine Buddy from Georgia to Florida... a wonderful barn ✅ and a great equine vet service ✅! Atlantic Veterinary Hospital is a gem. From the office staff to Dr. Herb... Maple could not be in better hands. Dr. Herb is so personable... calling you directly to talk about your concerns, answering all questions so you have a clear understanding of information, following up in a timely manner... moving is very difficult but to have a great team to assist you makes all the difference ...Thank you Atlantic Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Herb !!

Happy with my dog care for pregnancy!!. I would like to thank 4 Paws Animal Veterinary and especially Dr. J and staff for the great service we have received for Daisy Jane. I truly know the staff truly cares about my dog, they treat us with respect and I trust them with my Daisys care. I highly recommend this team of experts for all of your pet needs.

Unusable since Update. The app seems to have updated sometime since I last opened it. It suddenly took a long time to get past the New opening/loading screen. When it eventually did, it said it had no connection and wouldn’t load any of my details, messages, pets, etc. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it to see if it would work with a fresh install. Now I can’t even log in. Was amazing, needs to be fixed to go back to working the way it was.

Our experience so far.. We are happy we found a place that Bubbles has become comfortable with the staff. She gets very nervous or anxious for car rides then when she enters the building. We didn’t know about this place until I looked up some Vets or animal hospitals nearby. We had taken somewhere close to home not knowing Bubbles would have had to go through some uncomfortable experiences. We had taken her for a serious check up only to have her misdiagnosed leading up to rushing her to an animal hospital we knew of. Bubbles had to have an emergency surgery or we would have lost her. It was scary for her along with us but they took great care of her. If Bubbles had been properly checked at her visit then they would have known what was going on. When we noticed something else with Bubbles I made sure to find another place to take her. It has been going really well. It is nice to have her checked then given the right diagnosis. Bubbles is very fond of Ciani, she will not let us clean her ears but she lets Ciani, this is how you know she is treated great. The veterinarians along with the technicians have been very good with handling Bubbles. Thank you for making Bubbles be properly diagnosed along with proper treatment.

Review the app, not your veterinarian!. App is pretty good, great for messaging the vet’s office for refills and appointments. I would like the ability to remove pets without asking the office to take the time to do it. Otherwise, the app is great for what it was made to do. Actually, this could work for the dentist, hair stylist, etc. I hate making appointments! Thank you!

Outstanding!. I am very pleased. Dr Freeman is a very knowledgeable and patient doctor. Dr Anthony is innovative and informative. Also they can rely on the Big Gun, dr Freeman Sr (the Dad) who recently retired, but he will give advise and he will perform in the surgery theater if extra help is need it. All procedures are explained to the client in details as minute as you wish. All questions are answered. If requested, extra info regarding compared anatomy, physiology and pharmacology are provided. The technicians are outstanding, caring and very well trained. The front desk manager is patient and extremely professional and efficient with extensive computer knowledge. They hospital is spotless. All of the above makes it well worth the 48 minutes drive. Cheers and thanks

Outstanding. Taking my dog to Wishing Well is reassurance that my dog will be receiving the best care, given by the most caring people who care just as much as the owner’s comfort (during Covid) as they do the well being of their pet. My dear friends who designated themselves as my puppy’s god parents, insisted that I take the puppy absolutely no where else than to Dr Confessore. I have full trust in her, having known her when we had our first dog many years ago. Her staff is kind, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and never make you feel like your questions are ridiculous-rather the contrary. They take their time answering your questions and never seem frazzled even when the clinic is backed up which is rare. I don’t ever remember waiting more than a half hour for my puppy’s appointment and that only happened once in all the years I’ve known about this practice. Dr Confessore recommends one of the best animal hospitals in the area if needed. People come from out of state to use it. In short, this practice is outstanding.

ANIMAL HOSPITAL GREAT ASSET FOR OUR COMMUNITY. Staff is FRIENDLY, CARING, PATIENT, and MUCH WILLING to ASSIST & HELP me with my many questions and concerns as I navigate this journey of raising a puppy from her 8 wk homecoming. I am much better able to meet Liza’s needs with this staff’s guidance. I trust Angel and Dr. Cottingham as they have always taken the Best Care of our dogs in the past, and They are upfront, honest, and highly qualified. I Sure want to come inside rather than wait in vehicle. Having had both vaccines I wonder why this is still the case here. Hopefully it will be safe very soon for in office visits open to clients again. It’s much more convenient and comforting to both pet and owner. Overall, Animal Hospital is such a Welcoming, Accessible, and Qualified Business that COMPLEMENTS our community of Henderson. BMC

Worthless. This app is seriously the worst. Just to get it to allow me to login I have to delete it and reload it every time I want to use it. It wouldn’t show the pictures of my pets I uploaded until 4 tries later. When I try to schedule an appointment with my vet it always says “oops something went wrong”. But somehow the random fact notifications it sends work just fine every time. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when it involves the healthcare of beloved pets.

Best Vets ever. My cat had become quite ill,out of no where, and they got me an appointment immediately. It was days of treatments and bringing her down to the doctor. They talked with me before doing any thing and soon she was on the road to recovery. They are empathetic and professional . I wouldn’t take my cat any where else!

PetPro & Hidden Valley. PetPro & Hidden Valley are amazing together and make my pets medical visits and history so easy to keep. Using PetPro helps so much when traveling or taking my pet into daycare so I have his up to date medical records at my finger tips. I am so grateful my vet office decided to use PetPro as a tool for their office and customers. Thank you SO much.

Horrible Update Breaks App - Nag Screens. Imagine you are just using an app minding your own business and a huge nag screen pops up that says “new update available update now to continue”. I could be in the middle of anything but now my only option is to click update now and go to App Store. There’s no “update later” button. It forces you to update even if you don’t want to update. So I have to cave in and update. Then guess what? Now when I am sending messages to my vet the keyboard is glitch on top of the typing box so I can’t see what I’m typing. Never was an issue before, until I was forced to update. Remove the screens that force people to update! Especially when those forced updates just ruin the user experience. Overall app is ok but I only need to use it to make an appointment and then when I try to just simple do that they give me the forced update screen. Might as well skip this app and just call vet.

Amazing & Easy to use!. I use this both as a client as well as a clinic employee to communicate with our clients and it’s amazing! So simple and easy to use. The ability to send photos is one of my favorite aspects. It’s so simple but can save someone so much time and money if it saves them a trip into the clinic. Requesting appointments, med refills, and having a real-time messaging conversation are seamless and great. I’ve had some clients say that their response messages aren’t visible so they occasionally do send duplicate messages but other than that we’ve had nothing but glowing feedback! Can’t wait to see what the team behind PetPro do next but I’m already a fan after just 2 weeks!!

Can’t edit information/what rewards?. I can’t manually change anything myself. My vet spelled my pet’s name wrong and typed my email wrong. There are no settings that I can find to edit my personal information or my pets’ information. The most control I have over this is changing profile pictures. I got a notification saying I received 24 points toward rewards but there is no place for me to view rewards or these 24 points (at least that I can find). On the other hand it’s nice having my pets information with me on my phone with easy access.

Terrible App/Website. I don't know why my vet is even signed up for this crap because they don't use it either. I've previously attempted to contact my vet through the app and was never answered. Then earlier today I received an email saying I had unread messages, thinking that it was related to my dog's most recent vet visit, I attempted to log into the site only to be told my password was wrong. I spent twenty minutes struggling with this apps reset password portal as it struggled to load, froze, and then continuously reloaded without letting me update my password and showing that the link had failed whenever I was able to update it. This app is a waste of time, I've deleted it before because of the waste of time it is and I will be deleting it again.

Not sure about this app.. I just got this app after a vet visit a week or so ago. I see her visits highlighted to look like they should be clickable to see details of visit. But nothing opens up. I can’t see anything about her visit or past visits that are shown. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s rough. The app often sends notifications that says you have a message so you login. But the login is broken and often doesn’t work and requires quitting the app multiple times and doing dumb things to make it work. For reasons unknown Face ID isn’t implemented. Then once you get into the app the message is an ad! I don’t understand why Vets use this crummy app.

Starbucks gift card. App offered $5 Starbucks gift card for downloading this app and to date no one has received one otherwise the app is a vast improvement in communication with the Vet and pet record management.

Every time i sign in tells me i am not an active user. I love my vet staff at west Chester veterinary medical center … they are friendly and take very good care of my pup … i have this one star b/c the app keeps telling me i am not an active user witch is crazy b/c my dog was just at the vet on may 26th … i have sent an email inquiry on the reason why this is happening i have not gotten a response … so i will just got back to old school and keep paper copies of every thing my dog needs

works for me. Allows me to chat with the vet and see what meds were prescribed. only issues found so far is when sending a chat message it doesn’t refresh the conversation so I end ip sending the message twice.

Needs Work!!!. This app needs work. Will not “remember” User Name & Password - need to type out each time. On log in, sometimes locks up to a blank screen, meaning you need to reboot your phone. Too many messages from vet clinic that’s just advertisement, not what I signed up for. Then to write a review you need to figure out by trial and error a name that is not used. Time waster!!!

Needs work. Just had to sign up for this app, then I discovered that you cannot access the site on your PC. It really burns my a.. when people that create these sites just automatically assume that you will only want to use an iPhone to access their site. I contacted them about the situation and was told that they are not “Optimized” to handle PC traffic at this time.

Most considerate. I had a concern about weight loss in my dog and they got us right in. Once there, they got her lovingly from my car and quickly returned to say that the vet considered her just right. Reassuring!

Would be great but. I have received errors and had trouble signing in after being invited by my vet office and signing up. I have emailed support two times to help with the issue and I can’t seem to get a reply let alone help with my issue. I’m sure it’s a great app and I was excited to use it but it doesn’t seem as though I’ll ever get a chance to.

Horribl e. Whatever amount you guys are paying your developers, it's too much. Terrible interface. Dead ends with no way to back out. Scroll through 500 vets to find yours. Ridiculous. (And one more thing, whoever is spending time responding to all these critiques would be better served ACTUALLY fixing the issues)

Talk about invasion of privacy!!!. The developer appears from their own privacy statement to be some sort of front for personal information farming. GOOD GRIEF!!!! Why on earth would a veterinary records app have any remote need to know my personal health info (not my dogs’ but my own), my gender orientation and a hundred other completely irrelevant things to my dogs’ health and care. Yet they admit they attempt to collect and compile as much personal information as possible, for as many uses as possible, including profiling for marketing. I want to take good care of my pets. With Covid restrictions contact with their vet is limited. So this app figures to play on my concern for my animals to get as much personal info as possible to sell to all takers???? This is beyond TOXIC and GROSS. Oh. Because they are BIG PHARMA.

Difficult Logging In At Best. If I don’t log in regularly it’s almost impossible to like out the username/password combo to get into the app. Over the fourth of lucky weekend my horse had a severe injury and I was unable to look to confirm if he’d had a tetanus shot or not. Would rather not have to use the app at all since it’s so difficult at times.

Impossible to signup. I entered into an infinite loop when I attempted to signup after my vet got all of my contact information into their system. The loop began when the app determined that I was already signed up and told me to reset my password if I forgot it. Upon submitting the request to reset my password the app tells me that I am not signed up and that I need to signup. It is not obvious how the end user can get out of this loop. Solved the problem by going to another vet that doesn’t require its customers to use this app.

Used to great but no more. The Vet that is have taken my pets to for the last 30 years started using PetPro Connect a year or so ago and it was great! I would have give 5 stars then. But now I get emails stating that I have a new message from the vet so I try to open the app and it just sits for hours on the “app loading” screen. And I never see the messages.

Such a wonderful app!. This is the first time I’m using an app for a pet and this is wonderful! Can view my pet’s medical records, her ID card, chat and make appts with her vet, refill prescriptions and more! Love that I can add a picture for her profile and for mine as well.

Great app. I love this app. All the information I need is in one place. I can make appointments request refills and afk general questions. Mancelona Vetrinary responds quickly which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this spp

No privacy options!. I’ve never come across an app before that has the option to upload photos via the device’s camera or from the device’s photo album that also did not have a way to turn off access to the photos or camera. It seems great otherwise, but it’s not worth it to me if the developer isn’t willing to give users that basic level of control.

Seems to work ok but doesn’t do much. Pretty much useless. Told it I don’t want notifications a week ago and still getting them. And sends me an email to tell me to go waste my time to see something I couldn’t care less about - sent me a notification to go see a reminder to look at a record which doesn’t even exist.

Potranco Vet Clinic. Took my 7 week old puppy and 1 year old dog to the Vet there and I received extremely fast, patient, and kind service. Will be going back for all my dogs check ups

Amazing. They took great care of pet and the doctor took the time to go over the issue her recommendations. I do not any to take my pet anywhere else, from here on out. And, the team looks for days and times that best fit your schedule. Thank you Topaz, team! 🙂

Errors. I liked this app until for whatever reason my login is not working and saying I don’t even have an account when I know for a fact that I do..... what the heck? Anyone else have this problem?

Beachbum. Pet pro App is great! I can schedule appointments refill prescriptions and communicate with my primary vet. However have not been able to register with a second vet on App.

Incorrect pet information. I have reached out multiple times using the message option on the app to get all of the discrepancies corrected. The name on my profile is incorrect, my pets information and vet records are all incorrect and missing. If whoever created or monitors this app and updating pet information can’t handle it, I suggest allowing the pet owner to add the information. The vet app from the previous vet I took my dog to worked just fine and updated everything.

Why is everything so slow?. Downloaded the app and it took forever to set up my account. The fact that there is a loading screen that takes more than 10 seconds in 2021 is embarrassing. When you log into the app, it’s so painfully slow to use. Half the time nothing actually loads and you’re forced to quit the app. I can’t believe vets pay you money for this garbage. You should be ashamed.

Stuck at log in. Worked once now just keeps loading log in and won’t go any further. Deleted and reloaded still just continually loads. Ugh Deleted and registered again with a different email...that worked. Thanks for the follow up

Glitchy Messaging. I’m using an iPhone 12 - the messaging feature never seems to fully load and is glitchy. While I can send and receive messages, I cannot always read them because the messaging screen seems to try to reload repeatedly. If the messaging feature was fixed I would give 5 stars.

Haley (coopers mom). I visited Carolina ranch for the first time today and finally I was told they could help groom my long haired puppy lol. They were all so sweet inventive smart and I could tell they knew what they were do and not only that they CARE :) so glad I found this place! Very happy with them.

Crap and not worth downloading. Received an “invite” from my vets office with an offer for $10 Starbucks gift card if I downloaded this app. Downloaded and was super excited to have all my pets info. Received a text that my $10 Starbucks offer was in with PetPro messages so I went to check it out and my app crashed. I can’t get into anything. None of my info is there and when I try to retrieve anything it says I need to reach out to an administrator.

Am I Missing Something?. I don’t understand the point of this app. I downloaded it because it says you can look at all of your pet’s medical records. However, all I see is a list of dates of his appointments. When I click on them it does nothing. Also, the app touts that you can message and send photos to your vet and request an appointment. I already do that through email. So...I’m seriously curious the point is of this app? Developer, please respond. Thanks!

This app is wonderful!!. I have a dog that has a lot of medical things going on right now and my vet connected me to this app and I can see all the information on it making my life so much easier! I can even schedule appointments in the app!

Lifesavers Hearts of Gold. When I called in a panic about my fur baby needing emergency care these guardian angels immediately took in my baby taking exceptional care of him! They all were so kind and have caring hearts of gold!

Iffy. App works fairly well on my phone but horribly on my iPad. Does not rotate with the screen and won’t let me enter login information. I even made sure I had updated to the latest version. Just needs better iPad functionality.

Love this App. This app has made communicating with my busy vet’s office so much easier. I can send messages, order refills, check on appointment reminders... it’s very intuitive too. I can get a faster response from my clinic than by calling, very convenient!

So impressed. I am so impressed with the staff at Bridgewater vet. She used such a calming approach by letting my cat come out of the carrier on his own and the office staff were friendly. Excellent vet services. One of the best places to take your pets to. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. They are very nice and come to your car to let you know what’s going on with your pet.

No privacy. I strongly suggest everyone read their privacy statement. My pet provider forced me into their service without asking a single question. No one responded to me when I reached out to delete my private information. This is not a service to be trusted your personal information is your choice. Tell your pet provider you don’t want these services and you don’t want your information sold or shared without your consent!

Useless. Constantly getting “unexpected error/contact an administrator”. Have contacted SEVERAL times with no fixes. Haves delete app SEVERAL times and reloaded with no fix. Last “suggestion” was that I had outdated version…..but I unloaded and reloaded app so it was latest version. Absolutely useless when I need my pets records on weekend or after hours and CANT.

Horrible customer service. I wrote a review that you can’t add a clinic. The send a message button to request the vet add you doesn’t work. They responded to my review please contact us so we can help you. Did that and wouldn’t you know they sent the same stupid response to press the send message button to get access. A completely isles app with horrible customer service. I will info my vet.

Stalls. Downloaded this app today. As soon as I add pet pic app freezes, nothing works. When close out, photo wasn’t added, and if add again, same, freeze, no photo saved. This was recommended by my vets office. While I can see records, can’t add photo.

Legit the best. Honestly this is the best thing ever. It has my pets vet history to look at, can make refills and has direct messaging to their vet. I️ no longer have to wait 24-48 hours to get a call back.

Absolutely love this!!!!. I was curious when my dogs were due for their shots. Downloaded the app and all their info was right there!! Bonus not having to call!!

Doesn’t work. A link was sent to my phone to verify. Clicked link and taken back to the app and nothing at all happens. Reached out to support and was given a solution that didn’t work. Reached out again and no reply. Asked for a reply and still no reply. So the app doesn’t work as designed and no support. Good business model.

PetPro is simple to use. I downloaded this app and on the first day contacted my vet to ask to make an appointment for my new dog. It was easy to set up and chat with them and had the apt set up in minutes without having to talk to anyone on the phone.

App orientation and typing.. Keyboard covered up my typing area for a message to my vet clinic, not user friendly in this regard. Otherwise a great app. Make it more iPad friendly and iPhone friendly regarding ability to see message as I am typing.

Super Helpful. I hate to admit that I am forgetful when it comes to when my cat needs new vaccines or physicals. It is super nice to have an easy way to find out when he needs booster shots.
