Well-designed, addictive, challenging but not maddening—one of my favorite puzzlers. I just want the levels to keep going on forever. Hopefully more are on the way soon.
I love the core idea here. Seeing how each puzzle gently prods you toward its solution is a delight once you start putting everything together. For an added challenge, try to find the “secret” bonus puzzles, and once you have everything down pat, turn off the in-game hints for the ultimate challenge. The only complaint i have is that there were fewer puzzles than i’d hoped for. However, the ones that made the cut are very high quality, so i’m not too sad.
I had completed this game in the green and red difficulties, after updating, all of the bonus yellow levels are showing as not completed as well as a random level somewhere in the middle. Game is amazing but lost progress is a bummer.
Please add more levels.
I really enjoy sudoku and kenken-type puzzles, and this game is a nice modification of those. My only complaint is the lack of an “undo” button. As you move through the levels, the puzzles become larger and more complicated. Because it’s a logic puzzle, you often want to try a move to see what happens, but if you don’t like the result, you are forced to restart the level. If there was an undo button, you could take back your last move and try another experiment.
This game could be fun and interesting except for the fact that there’s this weird creature in the corner that doesn’t make any sense. The tutorial doesn’t explain it. The faces of the creatures in this game are absolutely creepy and the music is just plain weird so I’m just going to go ahead and delete it. I have no use for it. I really wish that it wasn’t weird because it is kind of fun to play. I’m going to have to ask for my money back. I’m so disappointed because this was given such a big write up in the daily blog from the App Store.
Beautiful, fun and relaxing. You can try to solve it by trial and error, or by logic. Either way, it is satisfying when you get all the dots lined up right. The minimal amount of math needed shouldn’t dissuade anyone who hates math from trying this puzzle.
I love everything about this game!it is beautiful, the concept is terrific, the change in difficulty is just right. BUT, like most of the other people on here I have to agree, it was over before I knew it and I was so disappointed to find myself at the end within only a couple of days. Please add more levels, I want to keep playing!
I got this game on a whim, and I absolutely loathe math. Hexologic, though, made my free time disappear and my brain work to solve satisfying puzzles about balance. Every move matters and the little tricks you pick up make the difference in later levels. The wait for more levels is only excruciating because I’m anxious to keep playing. The new hard mode seemed like it was a gimmick, but there’s a deeper level of satisfaction of solving the puzzles without the helpful assist- I even made sure to do the tutorial on hard so I could claim my whole screen as red. 5/5, please play this game and beg for more levels
Relaxing but challenging. The music is calming and I’m enjoying the different levels.
I finished this game (plus the extra 15 ‘hard’ levels) with 3 hours. Ive been checking regularly to see if more have been added as its an incredible game (one of the first to challenge me in a while) but alas no more levels have been forthcoming. For a paid game i would expect a few more levels then what was provided. Because of this i cant give 5 stars. However thats the only complaint i can make (or have seen of the game) so i dont think its actually a bad thing that people are screaming for more levels, means the developers are doing something right.
I absolutely loved this game and finished all the hidden levels as well in no more than a few days of playing. The design is quite beautiful. Hopefully they make more levels considering it’s a paid app. Perhaps endless mode or something.
A fun game that is over before you know it! 😏
I really enjoyed this game but I completed all the 60 levels and the harder bonus levels a day or so after purchasing. Would love to see some updates soon with more levels to play
Needs more levels
Been a while since I found something amazing to play. Sort of like doing a sudoku
A clever little game, that builds on the initial idea with a couple of interesting twists. The game is short and simple - experienced Minesweeper or Sodoku players will blast through it very quickly. Kids and those looking for something a little less taxing should have a good time.
For a game that cost money I believe there should have been more levels as I finished it in an hour. But I did like the game itself.
Good puzzle game to scratch that logic itch, but very short... finished in about an hour or two. Would rate higher if there were more levels or reason to replay levels.
Great game. I highly enjoyed it. It’s really well done, the art and animation is amazing, the gameplay is top notch. Like others have said, it goes quickly. It’s not that it’s too easy. It’s challenging. It just needs a lot more levels. I’d be willing to buy extra levels in app if that’s what it takes.
Thoroughly enjoyed every single level but I found myself at the end of the game all too quickly. 60 levels isn’t enough, especially when so many levels are spent teaching new concepts in the game.
Can we play beyond 60 and the hidden puzzles?
Some of the levels (especially gold ones) give you so little in clues that it makes developing a solution far too open-ended. Unlike sudoku (which this game tries to emulate), you can flag or mark cells to help crack the puzzles, however no such features exist here.
Super fun but way too short. I finished all 75 levels in about 3 hours. Only disappointment is that it ended so quickly.
Fun game! Enjoyed playing it, but I beat it very quickly including the hidden levels. Great music and setup. Will there be more levels added?? I need more!
I wish it had more levels as i finished it in one day. I also wish i could turn off all the sound effects. I find them VERY annoying. I like to listen to my own music while playing and the sound effects make it hard to listen. Tons of fun but too short of a game and no control over sound effects.
Great little logic game, but entirely too short.
I like the design of the color, the music. The only weakness it has is that is too easy for Asian ppl lolll JK. There’s no differentiable difficulty changes between every level.
This game is fun and pretty but waaaay to short. I beat all the levels, including all hidden levels, in one night (in under 4 hours). If there aren’t going to be updates with more content I’ll be disappointed because I really enjoyed the game when I was playing, but there is no more new content to attempt. Far too short for my taste.
