Play Before Purchase. I should have played the demo before purchasing the game. I assumed that since it’s an Elephant game, the would have been fun to play. My mistake. Too dark to locate collectibles. The interactive map does not show hidden collectibles. I also did not know what collectibles to locate, except for jigsaw puzzle pieces and morphing objects. The game became increasingly boring and frustrating, due to the darkness. The major glitch, however, is that the bottom of the screen is too touch sensitive. This is glaringly apparent during the HOPs. The game kept returning me to the previous screen.

Does not work on iPad. The cut scenes are grainy and low resolution and the main game is pixelated and looks very strange. You cannot see anything and the screen is broken up into various sized rectangles. It’s obviously not compatible with the iPad but it’s being marketed as if it is. Developers probably know this but they’re just hoping people purchase it without checking the game out first. Dishonesty at a criminal level. Elephant and a big fish are getting worse and worse over the years. They used to be the best and now they’re getting a little shady in how they do their business.

Good game but introductory sample is very short.. Game is designed well initially, but it asks for payment to continue before the player has a chance to become involved in the story or really see whether it’s worth the money. Some of the puzzles are elementary and should be redesigned (moving a ball through a basic maze by tapping arrows) and the creepy vibe really wasn’t selling yet.

Unplayable due to graphic issue.. Unable to play due to graphics being totally messed up. Purchased this a long time ago and tried to replay it when I noticed the problem .Played fine several years ago. Deleted several times and reinstalled still unable to play. No response from developer for a fix. Don’t waste your money on a game you can’t play.

Graphics issue. I paid for a game I can’t play because the graphics are completely screwed up. Everything is whitewashed and broken up. Impossible to make anything out. I tried to get my money back but the response was that I didn’t have anything that was refundable. My bank account says different.

Graphic totally messed up. I got to the screen at the hotel after the man went into the hotel and the door slammed shut behind him and the graphics are really screwed up. I get a washed out scene with what almost looks like a series of various washed out photo boxes all over the screen. Unfortunately for me I paid to unlock the game before I got to this screen and am completely unable to play the game. I love Elephant games and have played many Haunted Hotel games and I’m really disappointed that this game so far is garbage! I already tried to reboot my iPads (had the same problem on my two iPads) and I deleted and reloaded to game multiple times......no luck!

Haunted Hotel: The Evil Inside by LynxMinx. So here’s another cheerful installment in the Haunted Hotel series! I understood what Dracyy was saying, but I am addicted to Elephant’s gameplay. The storyline was pretty basic, about love gone horribly wrong. The graphics were the usual somber tones indicative of the series. You get the usual perks: lots of collectibles (morphing objects, business cards and picture pieces), plus items, customizable settings, and a marked teleport map. At each location there was a plethora of tasks to complete. The HO scenes had the usual variety, although there were a couple of interesting ones. There were plenty of puzzles/games. Many were rotational in nature, others were codes, and there were also a couple which tested your dexterity. The gimmick is a device called Patrick; I won’t go into details because that would spoil the fun for you. The game was a decent length inclusive of the bonus adventure. My true rating is 4.5 stars. I really enjoyed the game, and I deducted the half star because it was really easy to back tap to a prior location or out of a puzzle, and because I found the map button a bit unresponsive. Other than that, I was entertained by this gloomy and somber game (talk about an oxymoron)! Happy gaming to everyone!

Graphics are messed up. I love these mystery games from Big Fish and was so disappointed. The opening scene at the hotel is all messed up. There are rectangles and washed out images. So glad I always play and then do the in app purchase. I would have been so upset if I had already paid for it and noticed the problem.

Game is not playable. I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 16.4.1 & the game can’t be played due to scrambled & blotchy graphics. When you listen to the introductory stories, the video is stretched but the text is still visible correctly. But when you go into actually play the game, instead of seeing the screen images there are cubes and patches of white and what’s behind the white is just a little bits and pieces of color or black-and-white and you can’t tell what anything is. the audio is fine but you just can’t play the game because you can’t see where you’re supposed to go and you can’t see the things that you’re supposed to interact with. I’ll keep an eye out for an update and hopefully that will fix it but until then I have to leave it as a one star review. It’s too bad because it really look like it was going to be an interesting game.

There’s a bug.... I was playing the game, but have reached a point where I can’t continue. I don’t know how to reach the developer to ask for an update or a refund. I would be happy to talk with someone and tell them where the bug is if someone could contact me. I was enjoying the game until now. The bug involves needing to pick up an item to scare an animal, without giving too much away about the game! I would be happy to give exact details to the game developers.

Short gameplay then buy full. It didn’t say anywhere in the about section of this app that you need to purchase the game for a full version, which blows. I spent a good 20 minutes really getting into the game and then found out I needed to buy the full version to continue... pretty upset about that. You guys should definitely put that in the description of the app. It was a fun game until I couldn’t play anymore.

GRAPHICS messed up mine too. First cut scene comes out OK start a new profile and when it went into the first scene after the cut scene, it came up all blocky and in black-and-white like you’re looking at a negative but it’s not clear it’s all like you can see some blocks squares. Hard to explain but it seems others have had this problem as well a year ago and I am doing it a year later and it seems like there still an issue with this game. Would love to buy it not like this. Says it’s compatible on my iPad but it’s not.

Just okay. I have played many HOP mystery games. There is not that many HOPs in this game. You constantly have to go back and forth to find object in the game. So much to the point you get very tired of playing the game. This game is perfect if you are interested in playing mini games every single time you go find something or do something. Spoiler alert: The storyline is not what you expect unfortunately. Why were there so many women missing? Who killed the people? Also, near the end where you have to drag the small lights or orbs, there is a huge malfunction or glitch. I unfortunately had to skip and end the story.... Overall, not worth the money I spent.

Graphic messed up. There is something seriously wrong with this game upon installation while the opening movie plays fine the minute you get into actual gameplay it’s a weird white screen with lots of boxes. You can’t get past that to any other scene. Refreshing +and uninstalling and reinstalling the game doesn’t fix the issue. I requested a refund from Apple, which I got. I usually love the haunted hotel games but can’t recommend this one until they fix the glitch....Which doesn’t look like elephant games and/ or big Fish is in a big hurry to do

Can’t use tool bar on iPhone XS. I love these types of games and this one seems REALLY well put together. I want to love it but can’t. I would give this game 5+ stars if I were able, but I’m having a major issue with it that’s completely stopping my ability to play it. The tool bar at the bottom of the screen interacts with the iPhone XS function where you swipe up to switch apps or close apps. Every time I try to grab a tool the phone tries to close the app. What makes this worse is I paid extra money for the Collectors Edition and can’t play the game. Hopefully this is something the developers can fix. 🤞🏼

Disappointed. I was having ALOT of fun until I got in the 3rd room. Once I obtained the key to room 12, opened the door and then I kept getting a pop up ad asking to get the premium version. I couldn’t get passed it, thus forcing me to end my game. Sadly I can’t continue playing and you have lost a player. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised since it is the premium version, but I should atleast have another option to atleast to continue my game.

Not able to play!. I am very frustrated! I paid for this game but I am not able to play because it is all pixelated and I can’t see anything. I usually love Big Fish games but this one is terrible. If you can fix this for me and I am able to play. I will change to a five star review. Please help. I don’t want a refund. I just want to play.

Broken. The app is broken to the point you can’t play it anymore. It is visually broken which makes it almost hurt the eyes, and since these types of games require you to use your eyes 75% almost 90% of the time to play the game (its 25%-10% audio for the story) you literally can’t play this game anymore. I’d love to play this game but I literally can’t. Any puzzles are literally just a white screen and most of the rest of the game is like blue and white jarringly. Like as if you badly photo shopped it.

Can’t play. Ugh!. Bought this game back in July to have something to play while camping. Went to play and everything was good until the game actually starts. The scene is blotchy, white and blocky. Like someone broke the screen of my IPad. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. I have played Big Fish games for years and this is my first complaint. Maybe an update will help. Hopefully Big Fish can fix it.

Don’t bother. I paid for this game and am unable to play it. The screen is all whited out so you are unable to see anything. When you click on something the boxes that pop up are empty. You have to download another app for hints. I would like to get my money back for it but I’m sure that won’t happen.

Horrible for iPhone xr. Trying to play this game on the xr has been a chore. The game is stretched to fit the screen, and because of this, trying to use anything from the inventory is darn near impossible because the phone sees it as a swipe up to close the app. I have to try to grab each thing I use very gingerly and it's insanely annoying. Also the graphics look horrible due to that "stretching to fit" thing. It seriously needs an update.

Game is a wreck. I paid for this game and then tried to play. Scenes are only partially visible, covered in stead with moving white blobs, and partial items. It is impossible to see what is on the screen or what to do. When I accidentally happen to tap on something that responds, I’m most likely to get a blank white rectangle with nothing it. I want my money back!

Loving It. Thanks once again BF & Elephant Games for yet another scary trip to a haunted hotel. Terrific graphics & effects. Good HOP’s and puzzles. Throughly enjoying game. If you like the Haunted Hotel series you’ll love this latest version.

Doesn’t work on iPad. I downloaded this game to play on my iPad, and after the opening sequence, the graphics cease to exist and are replaced with white boxes. I see lots of other reviews now stating the same thing, and I wish the developer would address this issue. I can’t imagine getting the best experience in a game like this on a tiny phone screen

Screen is bizarre. The start of the game is messed up. The screen is disjointed and bizarre. You can’t tell what’s up or down. It’s like a piece of abstract art. When I went to see if this is how it’s suppose to be, the screen was actually normal. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it still does the same thing. If I had know, I wouldn’t have spent the $7.

Graphics are messed up. There are multiple reviews going back MONTHS where people are saying the graphics are messed up, white boxes, etc. These complaints date back to at last January 2021.. it’s now August and the same problem exists. It’s ridiculous that the issue has neither been addressed or fixed.

Cannot play. Downloaded a while ago and finally went to play it tonight and there are no graphics, game is totally trashed. I have been a member of Big Fish for many years, many, many games on my PC and pay a monthly membership as well, and never had any issues. So this was quite surprising. Hopefully you do right and give a refund or update/fix this game asap. Would be nice to see the developer respond to someone…

Controls leave something to be desired. So far, it’s a great game! Solid story, pretty good graphics, and the voice acting doesn’t make me want to barf. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars though is because of the controls. And by controls, I mean selecting objects on hand to use. The object list is on the bottom of the screen and to use one, it’s click and drag. If your like me and have an iPhone, unfortunately, this is also the motion to see all open apps. So it takes a few tries to actually get an object rather than change the screen. Infuriating at times, but I can live with it.

Stuck loading. Got to the second floor, put key 12 into lock, got in the room but before I could start playing, a skull came up stating that it was loading, bedroom scene came up, then back to loading, then to a page where you can buy the bonus edition. Clicked the x to get out, but game kept going to the purchase page. Had to delete entire game. Not working correctly.

Fun but not optimized. This game is fun to play and the storyline is intriguing, but it’s not optimized to play on iPhones that don’t have a home button. Every time I try to pull an item from the items bar it just closes the app because of the motion I use. I can’t even double tap or anything to get an item, I have to drag and drop.

Patchy Blind Spots. As soon I tried to play the game there are white spots all over the screen. I thought it was part of the game and hoped it would clear up eventually but it turns out to be a glitch. I gave two stars hoping they would fix the problem.

Fun game was happy with it. I liked the plot and flow through the game. Nice combination of puzzles and hidden objects. I had one freeze but restarting my iPad took me right back and no further issues. The creepy music and some scares were great. My minus one star is the hidden objects are dim and often double-action (you have to move things or grab things, etc.) I don't like that it's tedious.

Haunted hotel or hot mess?. I used to enjoy this series but they are all starting to blend together. Overly dark and drab colors throughout making it difficult to discern items in the background. Overly touchy controls. One tap a hair too close to the bottom and back you go. Same few scenes but lots of back and forth with no overly logical reason or game flow. If I wasn’t bored I would have passed.

I tried removing the game and then bringing it back from the cloud. I tried changing player names several times and restarting. The results were the same, a garbled mess. I would like to get a refund on this game since I could not even get I started! If I could, I would rate this game at zero stars!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. It’s a complete waste of your time. The game looks like they accidentally released an unfinished version of the game. You can see white boxes around each item that moves or interactive. But that’s if you manage to see ANYTHING because most of the screen is completely white. Like someone turned the contrast and brightness all the way up. The opening movie is fine, and some of the objects are fine so you can see what the game SHOULD be like (and it looks like it could have been fun). I struggled through the first screen by just tapping everywhere and using the hint to get through puzzles (how can you solve something you can’t see?!?!) hoping that the first screen was a fluke and the rest of the game would be fine, but even after opening the hotel door you get to experience yet another completely white screen. Hope the developers actually see all these complaints and update it, because it really does seem worth playing if you could just SEE the game. The “app support” page for the game no longer exists. So I’m guessing they just forgot about it and moved on. How about you remove the download from the App Store?

Meh. You can play for about 2 levels but then you get stuck into an endless loop where you walk into a room and a load screen pops up that tries to force you to buy a collectors edition. If you don’t buy it, you are trapped forever between the room opening and then the purchase popping up. You don’t even get a real chance to see if the game is worth the money or not. You absolutely can’t play unless you’re willing to buy you’re way out of the room you are sent to investigate. Don’t bother downloading.

Uber disappointment. I downloaded thinking this would be a fun brain teaser in my spare time. Well the only mystery I’ve experienced thus far is the graphics. The little videos with awful audio acting were visible by all means. However when it came to the very first attempt (and every single one after) it is a mess. You can’t even tell what you’re looking at. Clicking anywhere on the screen, and by pure chance clicking on something, you can’t even see what the box pulls up. I’d give this a negative 3 stars if I could. Utterly awful.

Unplayable. Installed the game and noticed right away that the graphics are completely distorted. Even the menus pop up with almost no recognizable options. After tapping randomly to start the game graphics remained distorted with the screen appearing mostly blue with white borders spread throughout the active screen. Text windows display no text just a white box with a faint “x” in the corner to close. Was really looking forward to playing this game however I am going to have to uninstall it as it is.

What is wrong with this game?. Purchased game but cannot play it. It starts out fine but after the first scene, when you’re suppose to enter the hotel it goes to a screen that you cannot do anything other than get the pruners. It’s just blocks and when you try to go to the next screen it states Task Blocked. I paid for this game and if you cannot fix it, please refund the money. No stars given because you cannot play the game, so how can l rate it? Sheesh, you have to give it a rating to be able to send....well, l guess 1 star will do.

Don’t buy Big Fish Games. None of the games over two years old work anymore. Every game I have bought that’s over two years old, are glitches with these white rectangles covering the entire screen and makes game play impossible. So none of these games are re-playable. I have sent many emails to Big Fish and have received no reply. Do better. I’ve given you guys so much money.

Great Thriller!. This game is very well put together and enough spook factor to keep you on the edge of your seat. Loving it! Some very clever tasks to perform. Hidden object scenes are fun and have a different variety to them on some. Lot’s of puzzles to keep any brain cobwebs from forming. Teleporting map, as well as morphing and collectible items. Highly recommend picking this one up. I personally, found it Very Entertaining!!! 😁 Happy Spooky 👻 Gaming Everyone!!! Good if you don’t have a iPhone 11. This game looked really good but I have an iPhone 11 and when I clicked on it everything looked funky. There was white boxes around everything, the haunted house and a few other things were blue , somethings you couldn’t see, it looked like how a game would look when it crashes. I re downloaded it and it did not change it was basically unplayable.

Experienced. I’ve played more hidden object games than I can count and majority of the Haunted Hotel ones are right up my alley but this one spank you is a bit to easy. It’s also to short sounding from the description on the unlock purchase page. Couldn’t bring myself to pay 6.99 for this one.

Size matters. Looked fun and was actually enjoying it but it doesn’t conform with the iPhone screen and every time I try to use any tool it either closes the screen or shuts off what I’m doing. Very frustrating

Graphics don’t work. I got this game for my iPad Air and the graphics are broken. In the intro video, everything seems fine. But in the first screen of gameplay, I see big blocks and strange geometric shapes with very little color. I can interact with it, but since I’m guessing at what I’m interacting with, this is not gameplay. A worthless game for the iPad Air.

Paid $6.99 for unplayable game… 0 stars. I paid for the extras before starting up the game. The graphics are all messed up. It looks like someone smashed my screen and it’s all white washed. It’s completely unplayable. Idk where to report this to get my money back. I paid the money beforehand because the bigfish hog games usually work great on my phone and i love them. Huge disappointment and waste of money. Really hope things are made right. I’m honestly just so disappointed; especially seeing as I’m not the first to run into this issue (i just saw a review here describing the exact thing I’m experiencing). I would be happy with a working version of the game honestly. I paid for literally nothing.

Enough already!. Honestly, how many amulets can there be? This is a never ending progression of find amulet, insert amulet, receive another amulet! The hops are list, silhouette, and find the matching pairs. The mini games are interesting, ranging from easy to medium. Graphics are good. I got excited, based on the opening scene, that our protagonist was going to be a black male. But no. Morphing objects in all 25 scenes, yes just 25, including the bonus game. Morphing collectible cards and picture pieces to find as well. Although there is not an achievement for finding any of the collectibles. Storyline poor. Spoiler alert: You never find out who killed Bella. Was it Alexander? If so, why? There’s nothing to indicate that they were anything but a loving couple. Why does the house kill everyone but not James? The story could have been good but they just didn’t seem to care. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars, would have given 4 simply for the better than average mini games, but the repetitive gameplay made me go with 3.

Graphics. The graphics are awful. They won’t load properly the screen is white washed and just a bunch of boxes. You can’t see anything you are tapping. Complete waste of space on phone. Immediately deleted, I expect more from Big Fish. I see other posts from a year ago about the same issue and a fix still has not been put out.

Is everything in JPEG?. I tried playing this game, and the entire screen is just full of white. It’s like the images all lost their transparency and have a white box around them. The cutscenes don’t have it. When I tried to start playing, it was the exact same for everything else. I don’t know if this is supposed to be intentional, but I can’t play a game where even the menu has a white box around it.

Serious iPhone X issue. I'm sure you devs are aware by now, but the inventory is right on top of the home control on the new iPhones. And you have to drag can't even click them then click again where you want to place the item. But other than that it was pretty fun. I'm a bit biased as a huge fan of The HH series, (The X was incredible), but it was a bit short and as others said the colors were super drab to look at. Plot was also feeling way too familiar to a lot of BF games, but I digress. Still was kinda creepy but please kick up the creep factor some more!!

Graphics. Honestly horrible graphics this is like watching an old box tv. With such bad graphics you can hardly know what your doing smh wanted to have a good game with paranormal entities and I guess the ball got dropped 😞

White screen upon upload. The initial video shows fine but once the game begins, I get a white screen with weird boxes and cannot see what needs to be clicked on. Usually love BIg Fish games but I just wasted my money on this one.

Good game...until the bug. I was enjoying this game, until I hit a bug that kept me from progressing. It was far enough along that there was no way I was starting over, so I deleted. On the plus side, the music, games and graphics were nice.

Game is glitching. I am a huge fan of your games, But this one has been glitching for quite some time! It lets you download the game but then when you click into it it shows the different parts of the games in boxes that are glitched. Please fix it would love to try this one out!

Not playable!!!. Not only is this game NOT playable on an Ipad(my fault for not reading previous reviews), but the company still take your money without automatically at least popping in a window to tell you it won’t work. Now I’ve invested money and no way to retrieve or play the game. Big scam!

Game play issue. Game would be fun if I didn’t get so frustrated it’s the inventory system. When playing this game on a device with no home button, it makes it nearly impossible to drag inventory. Too bad, I was going to buy the full version of the game, but just ended up deleting it.

Graphics aren’t visible, not playable. From the very beginning it’s all jpegs or just white boxes everywhere. You can’t see anything to even play. Hope the developers work on it. The intro videos seemed cool though. Could be a good game.

Bug: Stuck at Valentine’s Room. The hint says there is something to do in valentine’s room but when you are there the hint button doesn’t respond. And there is literally nothing to do there to move forward!

Does not display properly on latest iPad Pro with recent system upgrade. Buggiest game ever. Imprecise control over selections... Sections of screen do not display properly.. covered in solid white screen. hOPs are mostly occluded under blank white sections of screen..

Not worth it.. I was excited to play the game but you can’t see anything it’s all bright with boxes and when you click on something it just a white box and nothing shows up. So irritating.

False advertisement. Should definitely make it obvious that you can only play for five minutes before you have to buy the full version 😡😡😡

Horrible game!!!. I literally couldn’t get passed the first part of this game!!! No instructions and no way to see anything in the game!! Horrible game in my opinion!! Even the hints were zero help!!! If I could give it zero stars I would!!

Strange graphics. I downloaded the game on my iPhone and for some reason the graphics look unfixed and strange, like it was in the development process. I wish I could add photos but I can’t so until then I have to halt the game cause I can’t see anything

Meh. The game was fun puzzles and object finds were fun and a little tricky but when I got to “room 12” which wasn’t very far into the game it wouldn’t let me do anything or back out of that room unless i purchased the the full game for 7$ I wasn’t interested in being forced to buy the game so I ultimately deleted it. It was also the reason for the low rating

The screen was too neon. The screen when I downloaded during game play was sooooo neon that I couldn’t even see what was going on Im going to try to redownload it and see if it fixes it if not I’ll give up

Broken. Game doesn’t work. Apparently been messed up for months according to reviews. First game screen is covered in white boxes and doesn’t allow you to see anything you need to gather. Everything is whited out on the interactive boxes. It won’t allow you to enter the hotel.

Does not work correctly. Graphics are messed up on iPhone 11, all interactive buttons and objects are outlined in white boxes making it very difficult to see anything at all.

Graphics are messed up. I downloaded this game and was like this is weird why does the game look like this so I went back to see if other people were having the same issue and low and behold there are so many people. Big fish games y’all need to fix this

HORRIBLE. I download it everything was good through the first storyline whatever and then all the sudden the picture was horrible and I couldn’t get it to where I could even see what the picture was I do not recommend this app at all deleted

Game not good. Bought this game based on some of reviews and past games I played from Big Fish. This game needs to go back to the drawing board. Am unable to go past the first setup. Hint button is a joke.

Freezing at end of game. I have enjoyed this game until I got to the end. I cannot complete the ritual. It keeps sending me back to the wine cellar. The hint directs me to a task in the corner of the room but tapping in that area brings no results. I still have the tracker and tracker screen in my inventory but can’t place them on the ritual table.

Needs to be fixed. Developers, I’ve enjoyed playing your games over the years but this game is glitching horribly. I downloaded it and this game is just a giant glitch. You obviously are not reading customer comments.

iPhone problems. I was enjoying this game and I even bought the full version... until Apple updated the OSI and now I can’t see the game at all! Maybe they could fix this?

Pricing. The game seemed fun but I am tired of being charged $5.99- $8.00 for a game a done solving and playing within a few hours. Stop charging these dumb prices and bill people at $1.99. You are done playing the game the same day and lost money bc they didn’t add more stages of the games.

Started well then after paid real money.. Repetitive but enjoyable til Game crashed word with no access to objects or items to complete the game just an endless loop. It will not even let youplay the other games as no means to retrieve items.

Good. It was hard to go to your tools without I making you go into the previous scene. Shirt but good. I like this serious but they’re always so short

The Developers haven’t responded to anyone…. Why are there no responses from the Developers with these issues? **Game will play the opening video. Unfortunately, main screen has white blurred boxes over entire screen. Sad… it seemed like it could’ve been a good game.

Scam. Pay attention to this game it’s a scam and will get you for 6.99 and apple will NOT refund your money it asks you to put in a name you want to be called and when you push the button it automatically pops up a purchase for 6.99 😡😡😡😡

Screen glitch?. Obviously I will change this if I can get this issue resolved but I also know this is a big company. The game screen is constantly glitched and I can’t find a way to fix it, I’d attach a screenshot if I could. As is the game is unplayable.

Can’t even play. The play through is all white and blue and no it’s not my phone. I just bought it. I thought maybe the sign in screen was so supposed to look like that but no. I can’t even play the game and I bought unlock. I either want money back or y’all fix the issue

Screen in game messed up. I really enjoy HOG games and this one as soon as you get one the first screen to start it is all messed up. It is very unreadable to be able to complete. Need a refund!!!!

Glitchy screen. I couldn’t see past the glitchy squares all over the screen. Would love to be able to play but can’t due to the glitches.

Can’t play. The screen is so messed up that you can’t play the game, and heaven forbid you find where you can get your money back. This is unusual for Big Fish games. I’m really disappointed that they’re not fixing this.

Will not work on iPad!. I purchased this game because a friend loved it that was over a year ago. It says it works on iPad but it doesn’t and the developers doesn’t care enough to fix it!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD ON IPHONE. I did not check reviews before downloading and paying for full version and it bit me. Game is not playable on iPhone. They will only give you “big fish points” for the issues if you’ve bought it already. Don’t waste your time if you have an iPhone.

A waist of money!. I downloaded this game and paid for it just to not be able to play it. It doesn’t allow me to move on and some of the sights are a blank screen. I have played Big Fish games before, but this one is a ripoff.

Broken Game. I have tried several times to play this game but it does work! The graphics are all messed up you can’t tell or see anything! I don’t know what the issue is but if I could get some kind of help that would be great!

Something is wrong with the first screen. Please fix the bug. The story began very well, but when the actual game begins, the screen is pixelated and I cannot do anything. When I click in “squares” that should be objects, it opens a white screen with nothing to click on.

Fix it please. I downloaded this game but it won’t let me see nothing when I open the game it shows white squares and when I clicked on any of them it only brings up a white image the door or any other action is all white please fix it or return my money I paid for the full version

Graphics are messed up.. Download this game just now but can’t play it because of the graphics being so messed up you can’t see or doing anything.

Doesn’t work on iphone 11. It says it’s compatible, but the colors seem inverted and every click-able area is outlined with a rectangle. Cant get past the first screen.

Don’t waste your time. I downloaded this game thinking it’d be fun. And the storyline is great. However the video/image quality is horrendous. It plays the first scene clips fine, but after that it gets all blocky and you can’t see hardly anything. Game also becomes unresponsive at this point.

Items. It’s hard to play due to the items being a the bottom of the screen. This causes the app to close when I try and click and drag the items due to the phones set up. Fun game though.
