About Time. I’ve read all reviews regarding the app, and I was very hesitant to download it. BUT I thought the app had to be better than playing the old fashion way. And sure enough, way~ better. Just remember to keep all playing cards after you scan it. Some of the issues mentioned on the reviews are no longer valid, so kudos to the app designers for listening to the reviews and taking action. Overall a pretty simple, straight forward app that makes playing monopoly efficient and fun

Says my email doesn’t exist in their system.. Seriously?! No way to contact any customer support that I saw in the app. Was SO EXCITED that they had switched the game to a digital format. Haven’t played in years as it is so time consuming to search and tape things on. With a young family who has that kind of time? I downloaded the app today and it asks for my ‘Just for you’ email and password. I enter and it says ‘email not found’. Odd... that’s the only personal email I have and get all my ACME emails through (can’t use my professional account email for this). Try a password reset but it won’t allow because it doesn’t recognize my email. Try creating a new account, tells me I already have a ‘just for you’ account with that information... SHOCKER! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ Guess Im not playing again this year. 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

Much harder to use than last year. Three problems that did not occur last year: 1. Frequent freeze ups. Especially when scanning the QR tracking codes. Every 3 or 4 scans it hangs and I have to close the app and reopen it. 2. Every time I open the app or return, I have to log in again, which is both tedious and time consuming. 3. The app does not identify the login fields correctly to the iPad so it won’t automatically lay in the user and password, so it has to be done manually every time. Disappointing, because it is wasting a lot of my time.

Less than one star, really!. If I could leave less than one star I would! A colossal waste of time. The game lasts for months because the app doesn’t work, or works so sporadically that you can only enter a few codes or track markers at a time before it stops working. All sorts of errors and spinning icons. As you scan the game codes and earn tokens it’s pretty exciting to watch your tokens add up. You can play the tokens to enter sweepstakes. But there will be error after error after spinning icon and “unable to process your request at this time.” Go ahead and turn your phone off and on, update your software and update the app itself. Makes NO difference. I love the idea of it but if it doesn’t work then fix it or just stop trying!

Gimmick. Downloaded the app. I’ve had to login multiple times because app keeps kicking me out. I’ve also had to type in my codes because the scanner would give an error message stating that the server was not reading it. After either entering or scanning the codes - the app took so long to even read it. I would then close the app and go in again, login again just for it to tell me it was not a winning number. Also, when redeeming points, the server again would say the reward was not available yet, there was time left on the reward. The app seems like a gimmick to me. I would think a company as big as this would be able to afford a good app to make it seem to work in real time. Too bad.

More fun than the paper version. I remember when I moved to the Bay Area my housemate and I played monopoly that year and we thought it was amusing but grew frustrated with the great effort involved in figuring it out and keeping track of the little pieces of paper. So I’ve ignored it for years. But this year I opened some and realized there was an app. I had a little trouble with the login, but I made an account on their website, and then I was able to scan in my tickets, and it was quite painless. I could imagine kids and parents having a lot of fun with it, getting to scan bar codes like a checkout person, which honestly is still like a little magic trick that happens everyday at the supermarket. Thanks for making this app, and I hope you keep working on the bugs, but it has real promise and is now a fun little addition to shopping.

Horrible. You would think in this day and age they would know how to let you stay signed in. I go to scan a piece and it freezes, so I shut it down and restart and have to log in again. Also, if I just scanned a piece and say scan another one, why in Sam hell does it not take me to the scan screen again? I have to select scan again. It’s kinda common sense. If I scanned the last piece I’m gonna scan the next one and then the same with the rest. It’s like they have people who have no clue how this app should run. It’s a shame really. You want people to download and play the game but the whole way the app is done makes it just so bad

Time-consuming promotion. I didn’t have any bugs with the app like some others, but my roommate summed up this year’s version of the Monopoly promotion perfectly, after watching me open and scan these codes for 90 minutes: “What a waste of customers’ time!” Prior years, the promotion was a nice little collection game. You had a gameboard, you knew what to collect, and there was some digital integration for bonus content but it wasn’t everything. No longer does this feel like a fun little reward for being a regular shopper: it’s WORK! You can’t enter multiple codes at once, the buttons aren’t all available on one screen so you have to constantly scroll to enter more codes, and you have to play a pointless chance game that gives you the illusion of choice but really manifests itself as 4 extra inputs. On top of THAT you have to tear each of these things open without damaging them. If you want to get value from your Monopoly tickets—and spend say, $150—you are conscripting yourself to an hour of free time post-shopping of using this dinky app at least. Simplify this process, automatically load them onto your account, SOMETHING. This was truly excrutiating for the little value I got back from it. I had to have spend at least $2000 at Safeway during this promotion, and felt like I lost far more in time than I earned in cash.

Forced to register. It's sort of a minor punishment to have piles of these tickets to scan, knowing there's virtually no chance of winning anything except two hundred free Shutterfly photo books. But that's not a complaint about the app. The app is (or was) fine for its purpose. My real issue with it was that it won't keep scanning. The developers know that people are going to want to scan ten or twenty tickets in a row, so why make the users tap two or three times to scan each and every ticket? Just add a continuous scan feature. But the real annoyance now is that the new "improved" version requires that I register an account just to scan these silly tickets. That's one step too far, Safeway.

“Update Required”. So the app was working great for me and I was very excited to be using this method to keep up with markers, but now as soon as I open the app it says “App Update Required” and no matter what I do, I can’t get past that screen. I’ve tried updating - there is no update. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it - doesn’t help. I’ve tried forcing an update through the App Store - nothing. Can’t log out, can’t do anything. Stuck on the Update screen. Sooo basically this app has rendered itself completely useless somehow 🤷🏼‍♀️ Hope this gets fixed because yesterday I would have given the app a great review!

Worst scanner ever. Setting aside how time consuming this is when the app does work, most of the time it takes a ridiculous amount of time to scan. Worse, better cameras make it even worse. It was faster on my wife’s iPhone 8 than on my 12 Pro. I think my record *best* time on the 12 Pro was 20 seconds, with a carefully flattened game piece and good light. Too bad the horribly dated UI makes scanning on the smaller iPhone also unpleasant because of the amount of scrolling it takes to reach the oversized buttons. Is it really that hard to adopt to the screen size? I write software, and the answer is emphatically no!

Very messed up app.. I used this app last year and had no issues with it. Now this year I can’t even sign in, or reset password. When I try to rest password it tells me there is error try again later. Well I have tried and tried. I know they have my info. I even tried to signup again think I was using the wrong email but when I tried this I get this email already exists. When I try to contact them and enter my email it tells me they can’t find this email you need to register. I am totally loston what to do. I have even looked for 800 number to call but no luck there. If they had someone one you could talk to that would be very help with the issues I am having.

Hopefully this year it’s better. Last year I downloaded this and my son and I scanned all the ones we collected and also my family collected for us. Sometime around the end of the game I decided to look at the tickets after I scanned it cos it showed doubles for a couple and I knew I hadn’t had that one yet at all..turns out it wasn’t even showing up as the same numbers/letters as the little papers had on them!!!! I had no idea how many times this happened but, I gave up and rechecked the ones I saved because I had it and on the app but, there were some that the app said I had and I didn’t!! Really hoping this time it does it right and I will be double checking right away.

Worst App Possible. I feel like Albertsons hires the same company who made the health website for Obamacare for their app here. What a joke. The app is complete garbage and is a waste of time. I think the only reason why people do this is because the fantasy of winning money. If I were Hasboro, I would pass Albertsons Group with using their Monopoly Name and have someone else do better who won’t drag the name in through a pile of crap like this does. 1. The app is extremely slow. You open the app and log in for the millionth time, even if you want it to save your log In. 2. Clicking your grocery store freezes or just makes the app go into a meltdown. You have to slide the screen up and down and tap another store and hope for the best. 3. You scan and it doesn’t give you an acknowledgment of the pieces. 4. If you try and scan again, it takes minutes which feels like hours when you just want it to do its job. My solution is to fire the app maker and start over where the app is web based or anything better than this!!

Designed by a Child. This app must’ve been designed by a 6 year old. No self respecting app designer would claim this. An absolute MESS of an app. The functionality is terrible! The stupid pointless match game that shows up every time you scan a card? A colossal waste of time and annoying EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you could scan multiple cards at once everything would be so much easier. Also the fact that you can only enter one entry sweepstakes at a time?? Are you kidding? I had over 300 tokens and there’s absolutely no way I’m gonna spend all that time entering 300 times for a cost of 1 token each time. Who came up with this honestly?! Also the fact that they've reverted to entirely digital is shameful! My elderly parents used to love playing this game when it was a paper board they would give you, now they have absolutely no idea what to do. Acme should be ashamed of themselves, they must know no one wants to waste their time entering all these stupid tickets in. Absolutely disgusted and will no longer be playing or shopping at Acme.

I won at the game of Monopoly!!!. I better call the boss and tell them I quit because I won at the game of Monopoly!!! Big promotions all over the grocery store! Tags all over items making it difficult to figure if something is on sale or just attached to this gimmick... The app is pretty shoddy for a large grocery chain... the scannable link didn’t work and i had to go directly to apple apps and search for it. You also have to sign up for the other Safeway app to have any of this work. I spent $500 in groceries and got 60 tickets. 32 were dumb coupons. 20 were scan to play. 5 were other gimmicky offers and 3 were “instant winners”! 1 loaf of french bread, 1 sack of flour, 1 can of stewed tomatoes. Of the “scan to play” rewards I seen I think the $1 off your next purchase was the best offer. I won probably 5 16 oz bottles of water but still have to pay crv and tax.!!! I better call the boss and tell them I quit because I won at the game of Monopoly!!! All in All downloading the app, opening all the entries and trying to get the camera to scan the barcodes probably took me 2 hours. If I do it again I will open the entries toss the coupons I don’t want and then just focus on the scan to play tags. I still have to try and figure out how to correctly redeem the “Prizes” it’s not cut and dry go up to the check stand and get them or show the winning ticket...

This is about as broke as it gets.. Can’t install this on a PC. Can’t install it on an iPad or a phone. Can’t even get past the boot screen. Sometimes it won’t even show that an shows a blue wall paper with nothing. Java is working. I even sandboxed the app for fear of it being a hack and let it see and do everything in permissions with cookies but nothing happens. If the application is this bad what’s the point in killing all of those trees for tickets because nobody can even play the game? Finally if everyone is going so green why do we even need physical coupons or tickets? This is so bad these companies should be forced to plant trees all across our country to make up for the waste of paper this game and their printed coupons have become.

Worth the time. Just started ShopPlayWin with 4 tickets and won a package of organic coffee which would normally cost me $10-$12 (depending on the brand) in a grocery store. Plus I won a free token but I had to go online to find out how to use the token because I could not find the information on the big game board. Unfortunately I had already tossed the scannable barcodes on the ticket apparently necessary for the tokens since I was using the board and had not yet downloaded a scan barcode app. I figure the whole process is a numbers game and the game is entertaining once you start. Besides, who does not like winning a free prize? I am looking forward to seeing what else I might win. I say keep a positive attitude and go for it. If it becomes annoying or too tedious you can alway stop.

Infested with bugs. This app is simply a website, which would be convenient enough for quickly entering the (god-aweful) game piece codes, but the site/app has been completely broken this year: Log-in is never saved, site freezes/is unresponsive much more often than it actually working, and if you can get as far as the QR scanner, it doesn’t seem to work unless you have great, natural light (Seems to have trouble if an overhead light is casting glare on the game piece). Terrible. Not worth playing this year if they don’t fix their multitude of issues. The alternative - the physical game board - has its own significant issues, where I don’t think there was any quality control involved. I think their policy is “If it IS broke, don’t fix it,” because they’ve been using their completely non-sensical 5-digit codes with zero actual references to Monopoly for years! Don’t waste your customers’ time on this garbage.

Problem with update. Went to enter codes, app said I required update. Downloaded update, it scanned 3 codes, then it keeps saying I need to update but when I try to it says I am already up to date. Have tried deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, etc, but the app is u usable because it won’t do anything until I get an “update” that either doesn’t exist or is already installed. Hoping this is a known issue and will be resolved shortly? I have a huge stack of tickets from the last month to enter! (Also it used to constantly make me re-log in, which I hoped the update would fix?)

Not Stable. The app any stable at all. When signing in it gives an option to remember the user; however it doesn’t. Typically takes at least two times to sign in because the first few give an error even with correct credentials. Once in the app the program freezes and doesn’t allow to scan or move forward. Often have to close the app multiple times before it will work. Once it does work, it is great Thought it was a network or even iOS version issue, but not. Last year it worked flawless for me and this year I have experienced the same issues everyone else has. Very disappointing for large corporate America!

App Functionality is Awful!. I play monopoly every year and have never had this many issues with the app. First of all, it takes forever to click what store you’re using. I had to go through and click around for a good couple of minutes. Then you have to log in, it will prompt you to create and account every time. It won’t save your log in like it has in years past. The worst part is that when scanning barcodes or the QR code’s, the pop up function telling you what you’ve scanned doesn’t pop up. So you have no idea how many tokens you won from that ticket (or whatever instant win prize) and you have no idea what pieces to keep or discard as it doesnt tell you which pieces you have already or which ones are new like it has in years past. Using the website is easier but you can’t scan and have to manually enter everything. Very frustrated this year.

Buggy and frustrating. In years past my kids and I have looked forward to the game bit not this year. This years game is a 3 step process. Too time consuming! The “free items” you win have been consistently out of stock and half the time the al is not working! We have till the 18th of May to scan in tokens and once again I can’t get to the log in screen! The skip to navigation button flashes then disappears and you never get to the navigation screen. I think you n the d to reevaluate for next year.

Faulty application. I can assure you that I’m not the only one having difficulties trying to use this application. Does the company have any intentions of addressing the issue? Maybe it’s time to refocus and consider another approach towards creating a more authentic company themed game. It’s obvious that because of the company’s refusal to partner with Hasbro the yearly promotional has faltered to a failing attempt of having to much pride of conceding because of the aforementioned decision. I’m a loyal customer aside from the marketing gimmicks. I will honest with you when I say that I did enjoy the early origins of this game related to your marketing strategy. Seriously though, it’s the end game in regards to this theme. The time has come for a new strategy in regards to once again entice your customers to have fun instead of fustration.

Can't even play. I literally just downloaded this a couple minutes ago. When I open the app, I'm met with this pop up: "UPDATE REQUIRED. A new version of this app is available." So I check, and there's no updates and I cannot get passed that pop up. I try contacting support, and I put in my email and am given this prompt:We have reviewed the database, and this email is not in the system. Before you can enter your online game codes, you need to register for the game as a new player. Pleaseregister and begin playing. Thank you." I am completely unable to contact support unless I've played the game and made an account, which I'm also unable to do. Bad review it is then 😞

Wish we could claim more products. This app is MUCH better now that you can stay logged in, and don’t have to log in each time you open the app. But I wish that we were able to claim more product prizes. It didn’t take that long for us to claim every item (apart from sweepstakes) that was available to us. Now we have hundreds of tokens and only sweepstakes to use them on. Under the Product Rewards section, it shows that very few of the products have been redeemed. Can you please open these rewards up again, so that we can use our tokens for more of these items? Thanks. My family enjoys playing the game!

Can’t even login to store which is required to play!. I was delighted to find out there was an app so I could scan my tickets in instead of sitting at the computer entering the numbers. But unfortunately they have tied the playing of the game to having a just4U account (Albertsons) or the equivalent, and though I have an existing account, I tried logging in over and over and nothing worked. I tried resetting my password, no luck, I tried creating a new account with a backup email address and that didn’t even work. You would think they would take the time to test these apps before they dump them on an unsuspecting public. Shame on you, Safeway and Albertsons. You should be treating those of us who religiously spend money in your stores a LOT BETTER!

App works great! Game is horrible for 2021. I have no issues with the app and scanning codes it’s just what a BAD GAME this year. I’m getting 85% coupons that are even worth zipping open the game piece for. It may have been more fun to NOT tell me about a coupon for .50¢ off of Tampons (that guys can’t use) , but rather keep it a mystery so I’ll scan and THEN see I don’t want it. I just started this game and now I’m done. I can get better deals and free things already with the simple “Just for U” app and I don’t have to tear and waste paper to do it.

Awesome!. This app is soooo awesome , I scanned my tickets a couple weeks ago and 2 of them were winners 🤑 This app apparently is for monopoly, so don’t go downloading it and thinking it’s some kind of game🤪. This app currently has some issues that need to be fixed ASAP😑. The only issue that’s getting on my nerves is when you scan it and it never gives you a result if it’s a winner or not🙄. And one extremely important question 😬if we win the prize we signed up for will you email us as well? 🤔 anyway I guess that’s all thanks for reading this and have a blessed day😇

Do you test before you release?. The app worked okay when I used it last year. Since the beginning of the new season of winnings, the app worked for 15 minutes total so far. The app has looped my login for Jewel and has yet provided me an experience that I want to continue going back to and use. I am disappointed because this app has the potential to be extremely helpful during the shop play win campaigns. Are the developers just working on too many other projects in this campaign’s off season to not be able to keep up with the app’s continuous issues? If so, please find another team that can provide the support we hope when we download the app.

Free... but you get what you pay for!. The app is poorly designed. It is cool that the app will track your pieces. The problem is that it takes forever to scan them. After every scan, you have to hit a button to close the pop up. Then, hit the “scan” button again. The app should stay in scanning mode. The end of the game is around the corner. The app is constantly freezing between scans. Not displaying a list of what you scanned. I’ve closed it numerous times, to help refresh it. That doesn’t help. I get logged out and am prompted to sign in again. I do all of it and there is an error message that says the system can not handle the request. I force close it. Try again... and I am signed in and ready to scan. Well... ready to try. It FREEZES again and again. I think logging manually will be quicker.

How much time do you really want to waste?. You could spend 30 minutes attempting to log in, easy! You could indefinitely sit at the kitchen table and scan each game marker only to have the app have 0 recollection of you next time you log in. You could repeat this process over and over again. And the process of scanning a single game marker is very involved and awkward, menu, scan, press back, menu, scan repeat. And the app will then forget you and you can do it over again. If you can log in. Not that it matters because you need the actual physical piece and game board to win. Lastly, 5 wasted minutes to write a review given this app 1 star. Don’t be like me and waste your time. Screw you monopoly app.

Tedious and dumb. Such a waste of time. They tried to make scanning in the codes a “mini game” but the prizes are predetermined and the process to get to the prize is so slow and tedious. We had to take a break while redeeming codes because it was so annoying. So many buttons to click for practically no prizes whatsoever. “Oh yay, another free plastic water bottle that I’ll never redeem...” I thought at least they’d make the board game pieces digital with a digital board, but no, it’s a match 3 game that has predetermined results and very low stakes prizes. There’s no point in playing anymore. Goodbye Safeway monopoly, it was fun before this year.

3 steps forward 2 steps back.. Love that I don’t have to have a map but I thought we’d still get pieces and one scan would give us all are pieces on the game digitally (how it should have been done for years). I HATE the pick 3. It slows things down. ALSO why are you making us hit scan every time?! I just scanned one and hit scan more of course I want to SCAN more!!! It’s such a waste of time. This irritated me last year too. Just let me scan like 50 back to back. I can do the games and check the stuff after. Pop up for “instant win $3” or whatever.

Less tickets, less of a chance to win!. I have participated in almost every time this game was out and have never won anything other then like a free game ticket or 50 cents off something...and I was a little shocked at the fact that now there only 2 tickets per “game piece” and I only received 5 pieces for spending $100?!! What happened to 1 (with 4 pieces) per $10? I’m going to play since I have the pieces anyway and you can’t win if you don’t try! BUT seeing LESS tickets for MORE money AND only 2 tickets per “game piece”!? It’s very discouraging considering actually winning something big is already next to impossible...they just made it so much harder :( just my opinion. And I will not go and spend a bunch of money I didn’t plan to spend just for tickets, especially with this apocalypse going on...good luck everyone!

App doesn’t work. Been trying to login for days. Does not let me. Reset password does not work after several tries over last two weeks. Support will not respond to my requests for help. Total garbage. Not worth “free” should pay you to tolerate this trash. Probably fails on purpose so dumb people just keep adding accounts and you get more and more spam email after they sell your info. Apps is not good. As soon as you start typing your email it tells you it’s wrong AFTER ONE LETTER. Does not autofill email address. Can you not afford decent programmers or do you make us suffer on purpose? Also, this game is a sham. Spent $50k at Safeway playing this game over the last few years and won exactly $5. If you want my email to sell all over the internet just give me the $5 up front and spare me this garbage app and fake game

CRAP II: Log on fail and now server jammed. So when I first tried to logon, I used my existing email and password. It said my password was incorrect. So I requested that it send me a new password. And I entered my existing email. Then it said my there was no account associated with this email (not true!) So I tried to set up a new account with a different email. And then it said, it could not set up my account; please see the counter service person at the store. (Like that 16-year old is gonna know what to do, or even give a ship!) Finally somehow got it to work with a third email. Fast forward.... Now it’s within three days of the contest ending. And the servers are so jammed with people entering tickets, that you can’t scan a ticket or a game piece, or even submit a token to spend for other prizes, like the $250,000 for the Escalade. So it’s a $250 million giveaway, and the App team team really had no idea that millions of people would be entering tickets in the last two or three days? Amateur and sophomoric, and...CRAP!

Worked fine until this week!. Yes, the app is a little less-than-desireable in terms of user experience, but I’ve never had a problem with it until recently. I’ve been logged in continuously for weeks now and have been keeping track of my markers and tokens. Everything was fine until this week - all of a sudden I can’t get the app past the “choose your store” screen. I press “log in” and nothing happens. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times and have no idea what’s going on. If they did a recent update (again - I literally was using this app with 0 problems as of last week), then its due to a new bug/glitch associated to that update. I will keep trying to get it to work... but otherwise, at this very moment, it’s a pain in the in terms of convenience.

Deserves 0 stars. Doesn’t work at all on an iPhone X with 14.4.1 update. Not sure if it worked before because I just downloaded it but all I can do is repeatedly dismiss the Skip to Navigation prompt. I tap navigation but none of the pages open. Tested privacy policy at bottom of app and that doesn’t work either. Literally nothing happens for me in this app except cycling through the “skip to navigation” prompt over and over again. That will go away for a moment until I tap something. So lame for a company this giant to flip so hard on their app. What a waste of time. Thanks for $.50 off my next purchase of $12 in Kleenex. I really feel like a winner.

Waste of time. Remember the Monopoly game of past with shoppers collecting properties to get a Monopoly and win a prize? Well, this is NOTHING like that, and actually bears NO resemblance to Monopoly at all. Well, except this “Monopoly” of affiliated stores gets to steal your time and energy to pretend you have a chance of winning something if you buy a sponsor’s products. I figure I’ve “won” at least a case of water, one 16.9 ounce bottle at a time and a Boatload of single cups of yogurt, but the prizes never show up in my rewards - and yes, the game is connected to my email, the same way my Rewards account is. Kinda worthless, a waste of time and next year I’ll just pass game pieces on to some other sorry sap.

And it only takes a few seconds to scan-major time savings-so even busy mom’s can play with little effort. ACCOUNT SET UP ISSUES? I see lots of folks getting stuck at the “local store” part of set up. I remember getting stuck there too, but it turned out I didn’t do something correctly (didn’t scroll all the way down or didn’t enter all info or...?). Once I corrected my own error, it was SUPER EASY from ther!!!! I am so excited because last year I didn’t load the app and tracking things was so time consuming.

On top of being disappointed. I spent hundreds there over the last two weeks and got maybe 60 tickets? Which the people at the counter didn’t even want to count, so they actually gave me much less? Now out of those I did get, maybe 40 or less, I got like 10 actual tickets to scan. I only won a water bottle and 20 tokens. Which gets you like, one water bottle. This is ridiculous and not worth any bodies time. I hope you guys fire the people that told you this was the way to go this year. Not participating this year, those sweepstakes are the only prizes now and the chances of winning those are just so so so insanely slim. Not worth a single second of playing this time.

awful app and i hate my job. i work at a star market and i have the app/scan my tickets etc. if the app worked then that would be cool. but it works maybe 30% of the time. buttons within the app are non functional . its not user friendly whatsoever. most of the time i just give up and end up unable to scan the tickets/play the game. i work at this godforsaken store lol so i have to tell customers to play it too. then i hear things like "my app isnt working" "can you help me with the app" and well i would love to help them! but i cant! cuz the app itself does not even work! so then the customers upset because i couldnt help, because the app is a complete nightmare, because it was never functional to begin with! THIS APP SINGLEHANDEDLY MAKES ME WANT TO QUIT MY JOB SO THNX ALOT MR MONOPOLY

It’s ok. Last year I downloaded this app and there were a few things that were irritating about it. First thing was I had to log in every single time I opened the app, which was fine till one day I tried to log in and it said my account didn’t exist. So I thought well maybe I’m being stupid and typing it in right- tried few more times- searched for my name and stuff.... didn’t find me. I created the same exact profile, same number, everything. Lost all of my tokens (62 tokens! I was saving...) and obviously I threw away those papers. So I stopped playing game... heck I stopped going Safeway cause I didn’t even deal with it (yes I was being a baby about it.) So this year seems to be good, I don’t have to log in every time and nothing weird seems to be wrong. I thought I would write a somewhat good review cause I noticed there was a lot of bad ones.

Bug ridden awful. TLDR: This app and game is created poorly and frustrating to use. Owners could be making way more money but are too lazy or cheap to produce a professional product. This monopoly concept is a great idea for stores and could make a lot of money. I just don’t understand why it’s implemented so poorly. The app is just a website. I’m stuck on a nonsense screen and can’t do anything after killing the app. QR scanner is a joke. You have to scroll around on screen like a web browser. Was excited that this went digital. It turned out a failure. If implemented correctly would actually make the ‘game’ playable as opposed to paper board. The piece codes are an awful 16 digits to enter. Honestly a lazy production and an embarrassment of an attempt at a professional product that could make these guys millions.

Terrible. When I first started playing the game this year the app worked fine. Awkwardly built, but it worked at least. The second time I went to scan more tickets, I became stuck in an endless circle and never got past the initial login. The third time I tried, I got logged in, but just got a screen showing a list of the participating brands and could not enter any codes. Now, I can enter codes, but only manually. There is no scanning option. I have too many tickets to be willing to spend hours entering all of the codes manually. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. Most frustrating of all is that there is no customer support! I’m sure that if I knew how to Completely remove the app I could reinstall it and maybe it would work. Please provide a way to get tech help. I’ll be very annoyed and disappointed if I wasted all of this time collecting game pieces, opening them, and trying to get the app to work for nothing but I am about to give up!

Works fine. iPhone 6+ = Works fine This is way, way, way easier than only dealing with tickets by hand. You do need to either sign up for the app with an email and password that you create. Alternatively, if you already have a login for the store app of a store that is running the promotion (like Vons for example), you can sign in using the email and password for that app. Using the app, you can scan the small QR codes on the back. That records and tracks the pieces you got in each ticket. Contrary to other recent reviews, I saw no error tracking pieces ever made by the app. Remember that the app only tracks your pieces. You will still need to keep them to turn in if you win something. So make sure you hang onto your pieces until the event is done. Also, you can use the app to scan the entry bar/letter codes for the 2nd Chance Sweepstakes. Each 2nd Chance scanned gives you a random reward of 0-many “tokens”. You can then use your tokens to buy chances at winning other prizes. You can also turn in tokens in order to claim grocery rewards like a couple of dollars worth of groceries or individual items, like a free donut, tinfoil, etc.

False advertisement. I have come to the conclusion that the monopoly game is fake and a way to get people to shop especially now that it is app only which 1) isn’t fair to those people who don’t own smart phones. 2) it is literally impossible to make an account. When I try on the app it tells me they are encountering difficulties. It has been telling me that for 2 years now. I try to sign up on Vons or Albertsons and same tells me they are having technical difficulties. I emailed customer support she tells me where to sign up on line and instructions. Does not work, email back and silence. Don’t advertise a game and prizes if you don’t allow people to participate. False advertisement.

App All Of A Sudden Crashes. I have loved this app until yesterday. Whenever I try to scan pieces or do anything on the app I get an error message. When I exit the app, sometimes it logs me out and try to sign back in I get an error message, “Your request couldn’t be processed at this time.” Other times I will be able to get in, just not do anything without getting a similar error message. I was hoping that this bug would be fixed today, but it still isn’t working. The clock is ticking because the game ends next week. I love the app because it keeps track of all of the pieces easily and I hope that it is fixed soon!

Not a simple redemption. So I have so many coupons for the monopoly thing. But of course you can’t just take your coupons in. You have to scan them to even use them. But you can’t just use them through the app. You have to have another app for that. Since I go to vons, it has the just for U rewards. However, when I logged into the app, there wasn’t any option to even redeem my coupons. I have over 100 coupons. The virtual help does nothing, and the rules on the ShopPlayWin app helps with nothing. This is the most ridiculous thing ever. It wasn’t this difficult in previous years. Why can’t you just take the coupons in? Why are they making it so difficult to redeem them. It’s not worth it. No wonder they give so many out. They make it almost impossible to actually redeem anything

This app does NOT work. I have spent close to an hour trying to sign up. It keeps stalling on me. After I gave up, I tried to sign up again later, and it says I am already signed up. When I try to log in, it says I have a problem and to call customer support. When I tried to fill out the form for that, it kept stalling. This app is completely useless!! The game used to be fun, now we’ll never know, seeing as how you can’t get in. I’m done with this useless app and game. I do plan on complaining to your cashiers as they give me pieces to play with, which I will be refusing as they’re worthless paper trash as of now.

A lot easier to play. So much easier to scan game pieces and keep track of which ones you need. Spending tokens on daily prizes is also way more convenient than logging in on desktop. Without the app I wouldn’t play Monopoly. It would be nice if the app could say what state the prizes were won once it’s not available anymore.

Can’t use the app. I tried to create an account with my email. Said it already had an account with the email even though I didn’t create one. Told me to try recovering password, so I tried to recover password. Said the account with the email didn’t exist. ????. Tried to use a different email. Couldn’t create an account because an error popped up with the app. Meanwhile ... I’m throwing the monopoly pieces away since I can’t “digitally scan” anything. I’m literally throwing savings away ... 😡

What a bad user experience!. This app is sooooo sloooow! And I’m on a new phone! Tap something, wait, wonder if it recognized the tap, and then finally it responds. It also doesn’t seem like it was designed for a phone. You either have to scroll to get to a button, or interactive elements are kinda small, with product images so small you can’t tell what it is. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the app does work, just exceptionally slowly.

Employee Tickets Won’t Scan onto and Employee Account!. I work at the Shaws Williston location, and through shopping I’ve racked up probably close to 100 of these tickets by now. Every time I try to scan one, the app says I need an employee account to scan the tickets. Even when I need to use the exact same account to get the employee tickets, the app refuses to scan them in, leaving me with tons of unused coupons and savings. It would be a much better experience if the playing field was fair for all.

Exactly what you pay for. This is a free app that does not work consistently and requires you to type in all information instead of saving it like other apps will. WHEN it works, it is convenient and saves a lot of hassle playing the game. But since this app has only worked properly twice this week, I’ve spent a lot of time inputting name and password info to no avail and have not been able to enter my monopoly pieces in three days. Probably won’t play it next year due to frustration.

Impossible to log in. Says both of us have an account under our phone numbers then requires us to use an email to log in yet no email address we own has an account, this includes trying to reset password using all of our email addresses. Can’t play the game if you can’t log in, can’t log in with just a phone number, can’t log in when they tell you none of your emails are registered even though your phone number is. Deleting app.

Basically useless. Have appreciated this app in years past to keep track of Shop Play Win Monopoly tickets. This year, however, using the app saves no time in tracking game markers. The app requires you to log in with every use, but the deal breaker for me is that it constantly tells me I have new game markers, but when I go to affix the “new” game markers to the game board I find that I already had the “new” game markers. So I save no time by scanning because I have to check every game marker against the game board anyway. The only thing the app is good for is scanning and redeeming the digital codes.

This Year 2021 app is Broken. I really enjoy this game every year. But this year 2021 i can't log in. After choosing my store and signing in it couldn't go any further. It asked me to wait. i gave it 30 minutes came back it was still stuck thinking. After waiting long enough. I reinstalled the app and kept running into a blank blue screen or frozen at choose store. I've got over 50 scratchers but no idea how u can upload if the app isn't working. This year you didn't offer game boards, and a bad app. This is a big bummer. Won't let me redeem my tokens. I have previously already redeemed my tokens for the $25 grocery store gift card and that worked okay. HOWEVER, now it will no longer let me redeem the next prizes in the list. The boxes are a darker yellow as if to say that I do not have enough tokens. I have 263 tokens right now, and I should be able to redeem them for a $20 grocery gift card. Also, when I click on the 'spend tokens' page it says "skip to navigation". I've clicked on that and nothing has happened. Are we only allowed to redeem one prize from each category? Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Doesn’t work. I’ve been playing this game for the last couple months. Scanning game cards, winning coupons and lots of free products. But I can’t access any of it! I’ve contacted the people that run the game and they say they see all my points and rewards and have transferred them to my justforu account. The justforu people say they don’t see my points and there is nothing they can do! I’ve been bounced back and forth for over a week - phone calls, emails to IT. And now the game ends shortly. Seems like someone should be able to help? So frustrating!

2021 Monopoly Digital 👎. Every year since this game has started, I would religiously play this game to help with stress. This year took all the fun out of getting those little tickets and seeing if anything matches to the board. No board this year, not even tickets. We get to scan coupons and hope we get a ticket to scan to match cards on your phone to HOPEFULLY get something. It honestly took the excitement out of Monopoly and I’m severely disappointed. Let’s hope the app holds up at least, shop play win didn’t have a good reputation previously.

Can not log in. I even downloaded the version that supposedly fixed the login issues. I still cannot log in. It just says there was an error. I ABSOLUTELY am giving the correct Just4U email/password, since I get a different error if those are wrong. I even changed the email address & password (on Safeway) and those continue to work. It worked last year well. I have no idea why it doesn’t work, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to get support. “Help” just goes to the same info and then tries to go to Safeway, which isn’t a problem since I can use that just fine.

Tom Thumb. I’ve had so much trouble trying to log in my Tom Thumb account. Reset password, cleared cache & cookies, updated PC software, used different browsers, tired apps on phone....even contacted Tom Thumb to no avail!! I was able to successfully log into Market Street despite them advising they aren’t participating this year. This has turned into a bad experience and no one knows how to resolve it lol. Tom Thumb’s Rep seemed annoyed that her trouble shooting steps weren’t working. I tried them all prior to calling. Let alone you can’t reach “Shop Play Win” bc it’s not their issue either! It’s very disappointing.

Frustrating doesn't remember user or history. If you could give zero stars. How in the heck did this one make it to production? You have to log in and tell it which store you shop at every time, and it has no memory of the other times you logged in and scanned tickets. That means that basically you should wait until the end of the game to scan all of your tickets. The most frustrating thing about the game is they are adding work for their shoppers who are arguably mostly women with a lot on their plate to begin with. They should have a woman design the entire game experience.

Used to work. I play every year and this year is no different, however, the constant problems I’m having with this app is seriously making me rethink my decision to play. This app will not load correctly. It consistently stops working when trying to navigate through it. After the login screen it is nothing but problems. This is causing so much frustration when trying to scan the barcodes and the mini QR code’s for marker tracking. So much time wasted waiting for loading screens that never show up. Please fix these issues!!

App struggles again in 2021. They have known for years now that the App is the way most people would want to play, but yet after is completely broken at the start of the contest. It has taken as long as a month for them to fix in past years and this year they started late. No game board this year, so I wonder how long until these just end up in the recycling bin. Feel bad for the advertising $ spent by participating companies. Maybe next year they will have it ready in January, so they can run what could be a great promotion.

Don’t bother. Tried installing app and the first time it opened all that showed up was the background screen. Opened again and the home page with all the sponsors shows but nothing else can be done. Was never asked to pick a store and the links in the menu for faq, rules, etc are all useless. The don’t work. Tried all the restart before and after installation tricks but had same disappointing results. Wasted 30 minutes of my day getting nowhere. Quite frustrating.

IMPROVED!. Better this year than the previous two had tried using. Scans fine, both tickets and codes. No manual entry has been necessary this year. Though, it still sometimes claims “new tickets” when they are duplicates (mine are in a baggy) Keep all your tickets, just in case, you can win a prize more than once! I’ve already had a $10 instant winner ;D

Temporary Error Screen. I have all of my devices updated and the app and website won’t work! Every time I try to make an account it says there was a temporary error and to try again. I don’t even know how many times I kept hitting refresh and the create and account button. Why can’t they just make a good app and/or board for everyone to play? And make it easy for everyone! I have a stack of tickets next to me and now they are probably going to be wasted because their app and website system won’t get its act together!

It worked until it didn’t. It was working fine. I won two $5 Vons Grocery cards. Last week and now, I cannot not login. I tried iPhone 6, MacBook Pro, and Samsung Galaxy tablet. Can’t get a reply from customer service support. Galaxy tablet says it can’t get a secure connection for https//. Still can’t login. Sad. My Just 4You account is working ok. It uses the same login info.

No prizes remaining for tokens. The app works better than previous years. I have won a few food prizes and $1 coupons but today I’m trying to use my tokens before deadline and A) there’s few redemption options and B) the ones that appear available aren’t really once you attempt to spend tokens = Fandango gift cards. What’s the deal with that? And why can I only spend 1 token / entry at a time for the only drawings left?

App Stuck on Virtual Gameboard. Albertson’s has such poor app development. It’s the same problem every year with a non-functional app. If you’re going to have such a large promotion every year, figure out how to make it work. It seems like every year the Monopoly promotion gets more and more frustrating. I thought I’d give it one more chance, but this year the app is worse than last year. I scanned one ticket, which brought me to the virtual game board, where it is absolutely stuck. I even re-downloaded the app and had the same issue, still stuck in the gameboard. So frustrating!

App doesn’t work with iPhone XS. I was using the app with no issues on my iPhone 6S and after upgrading it, I cannot tap any of the store buttons to get to the login screen. I also can’t pull the navigation menu down. I did download and install the most recent version of the app, but to no avail. Can’t login can’t use the app. I decided to power my 6s back up and login there to scan my latest pieces and keep getting a message that there has been a temporary issue, despite the fact that I can login to the Tom Thumb web account without issue. Aggravating.

Worthless. I’ve been trying to log in to this app for the past three days and every time it tells me to try again in a few minutes. The app needs a serious upgrading. This app is trash, how are you gonna offer a promotion and it not even work??? That’s ridiculous. I remember playing last year and the app actually let me log in (wow I’m shocked!) but it was incredibly slow and kept logging me out every time i changed apps! So they definitely haven’t made the effort for improvement. What a shame. If i could give zero stars I would.

HERE ARE THE MISSING INSTRUCTIONS. When you scan your first ticket in, you will get a game board with 9 boxes that say Title Deed and a faded out submit button that doesn’t do anything. SELECT THREE of the title deeds, then you will be able to hit submit. It will then tell you what you just selected and if you matched three. (It’s similar to a lottery scratch ticket.) You can then see what your prize is and continue to scan more or see your history. The instructions SHOULD be in the tutorial, but they are not!!

Terrible execution this year. I have so many coupons that loaded to my account, but not all of them are reflecting on my J4U account. They also don’t clear off of the list after purchased, so I can’t tell how many of each items I have left. I shouldn’t have to keep track of them myself. You guys had a year to figure out how to execute this properly so there really should be bo excuses. It would be way more helpful to just turn in the coupons like all the other years.

No longer monopoly. Having to Collect the paper game pieces was frustrating, so I was excited this year when the game was all in the app. But you are no longer collecting monopoly game pieces, it’s more like a cross between bingo and memory. And what was not made obvious at all is that the paper coupons are no longer accepted at the store. You have to claim the coupon in the app in order to use it in the store. I had a lot of coupons for free items that I did not get for free today.

Can’t log in and the game expires in 2 days!. I can’t log in on any device - not my phone, iPad, or computer. Of course, this would happen 2 days before the game ends, so I have over 50 game pieces and no way to scan or log them in to my account. This is so frustrating! Is this a scam? That is, is this the company’s way of making sure they don’t have to pay out all of the prizes? Is a call to the Better Business Bureau in order?? And what about the prizes that I’ve already won when I WAS able to log in? Will I still be able to get those?? Ugh!! 😡

Complete waste of time. If this nonsense was fun, I'd give it a couple of stars. But it's so boring, it's mind numbing. First you have to fiddle around tearing off the edges of the tickets, then "scan" them ( which is the only brilliant part of this game ... the almost magical way the number is picked up from your iPad camera is fascinating). Then you pick three of nine squares for a "match" ... which has been calculated to be next to impossible. Then when predictably you don't win, then you get one of two "consolation prizes" ... a couple of tokens. Then ... wow ... you can "spend" those tokens on an impossible lottery for a prize. This is ridiculous. Don't waste your time. Oh yes, sometimes you win a discount on some item. And the discounts are ridiculously small. Just wait for a regular store sale!

Suddenly getting error message when logging in. A few days ago I started getting the error message “your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again in a few minutes” when trying to log in with the just for u login page that opens when you click on vons. Also don’t understand d why I have to login every single time I open the app. It’s become completely useless to me at this point. Can’t get support for the app as when I click on the support button here it takes me to a site that just says 403 forbidden so there’s no way for me to get support.

Awful app, awful support. Last year I had no problems at all. This year the scan link does nothing, whether I select flashlight and/or front camera - nothing. (Why are those even options?) And no FAQ to address it either. It would be nice if you at least acknowledge that there are issues so people aren’t spending hours trying to figure out what is wrong and how to correct it. So why won’t the scanner work?? Some of us spend a lot of money there, Monopoly is a nice perk. I got 70 tickets tonight - all opened and ready to go and - nothing. Can you please acknowledge and address the complaints??

Suuuuuuuuuucks. Loved Safeway’s Monopoly game in past years but this app ruined it. The app itself is glitchy and the login process was a headache to begin with. But then when you finally get in and start scanning tickets it’s even worse. It doesn’t just give you a prize or say try again. Instead you have to try and match 3 cards to even have a chance to win anything. It’s just annoying and cumbersome and I would much rather just try and collect actual monopoly pieces like before.

Broken waste of time. Why, for a silly game app, do I have to log in EVERY time I open the app? All I want to do is scan a couple of game pieces, but even if I JUST closed the app, I have to log in again. Total waste of time. Why do I have to choose my store EVERY time I open the app? Are the developers’ coding skills so poor that they can’t make it remember what store I chose at registration? Again, total waste of time. Why is the barcode scanning engine so blind? No matter how careful I am to have bright lighting with no glare or reflections, I have to yo-yo the barcodes around like a fool to make them scan. This isn’t hard; Red Laser had it figured out years ago! Fix the scanning engine, remember my store, and either do away with the constant logins or use Touch ID, and you might have a usable app. As it stand now, this app is garbage. It’s faster to just compare tokens against the playing board.

Scanning not an option. I was super excited that this year everything was online, and here I sit with over 50 Digital codes that all have to be entered by hand! Yes I appreciate that we get free things which is awesome, I hate that everything says you can scan it and you absolutely cannot scan anything with this app! This is not monopoly anymore because you don’t even get monopoly pieces you get coupons and tokens. I can play a match three game with way less effort than matching on here if that’s what I was looking for I can download an app just for that.

I don’t know what these recent eaters are talking about. I just uploaded my app April 20 11:39am and it seems to be working fine! I actually like the update because just recently I wasn’t able to access my tracker. It wasn’t able to let me know which tickets I needed but now it does! I’m not sure if it’s people’s phone but it’s working for my iPhone XR so I’m happy about that. Thanks!

Get a system. I really enjoyed this app last year. It made the process much easier to add my tickets and claim rewards. I kept tickets in a plastic bag and when I won I went through the bag and found my winning set. There is really only one ticket out of the set that is limited. So I would throw away the duplicates knowing they would show up again before the limited ticket would. I think I won about $50-$75 last year. It counts!

This App Is a joke. I was suspicious in downloading this app based on the horrendous reviews but I wanted to redeem a bunch of grocery stickers in order to get potential perks. Well the consensus is accurate: unusable app full of amateur roadblocks. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I could barely create a profile because it kept crashing within the “local store” section. And I have a brand new iPhone X w the latest OS. obviously they haven’t put money into building a functional app because they don’t want you to redeem their benefits. May be profitable for them in the short term but it’s terrible for the brand.

Doesn’t work much of the time. This app is infuriating because it only works about 10 percent of the time. When it does work it’s great, it scans the markers quickly and is easy to use, but when it doesn’t you can try over and over and over again after it freezes repeatedly and and it just keeps telling you to try again later. It’s extremely frustrating! I just need to scan my codes so I can redeem them but I’ve been trying for about three days and can’t get it to work. I wish I could figure out how to report the problem so they could fix it.

Does just what I need. This app does exactly what I need it to do. It tracks my codes and allows for either scanning or typing the codes from the game pieces or 2nd Chance sweepstakes. I can also enter my tokens to win additional prizes. It’s easy to use. I’m happy with how it works and don’t need anything else from it (except to win!). 😊

Login doesn't work. Cannot even log in. Tried multiple accounts on multiple days. Not a very good app. Its current star rank is worth it. Also, the phone number you use to save at the store you cannot use for password recovery. You have to remember the email address you used many many years ago at the store to recover your password. Also, if you have a new phone number and someone used it previously, you will never be able to play online. Anyway, doesn't matter because when you get your password from account recovery, login receives an error and doesn't work.

The worst! Horrible! Awful!!!. To the leadership of Osco/ Albertsons: Get rid of this horrible “sweepstakes”! My 3rd grader spent hours upon hours going through these little tickets. We went to the store, scoured the shelves for the silly things she won (most of which we didn’t need). And bought a bunch of stuff with 50 cents off coupons (also things we didn’t really need). Then we got to the check out, to discover I needed a separate App for these tickets. I could not get the app to download, and it was taking so long that the people behind me in line had to take all their stuff off the counter to go to other check out aisles. The Jewell grocery store workers were lovely, and one eventually hand entered every ticket for me. What a waste of time and energy. I’m so annoyed that I went out of my way to find this app (that wouldn’t download yesterday) just so I could tell you how awful it is!

No way to update the app?. Tried to open the app and got an “Update Needed” message. Tapped on it and the usual IPhone “open app” option was made available. Tapped on it and it took me back to the “Update Needed” screen. Can’t find an option that accomplishes an update and the app remains frozen. I was going to delete and reinstall but decided that would probably wipe out all the data I’ve previously entered. Help!

How do I contact customer support??!!. So the app won’t let me select a state after logging in, and it won’t let me do anything until I select a state. So that’s useless now. I tried the website using safari and the same thing happened. Useless. Then I tried chrome as a web browser and when I go to the website it just starts spazzing out. Like literally spazzing out flickering and all. There is no where I can reach someone from customer support or anything. So hopefully this review will warrant someone’s response. Without the app there is no way to scan any of the pieces so there is no point in even playing the game!!!

Unusable. The first time I used the app I got in one scan, it went directly to the “Match Three” page and proceeded to lock. I couldn’t hit “submit” and couldn’t get out of the page. I have since deleted and reloaded three times. When I contacted support they sent the following message: (We are sorry that the app was not working for you. One of the services involved in the Shop Play Win game experienced an outage that caused the app to not work in part or full. It was addressed in a couple of hours ago. The system has since come back online and all systems are functioning normally once again. If you continue to experience additional problems, please let us know. Thank you, Online Game Support) I responded that it was still a problem and got this message again (two more times) I even sent screenshots of the locked page.. The app is unusable and I’m truly disappointed. Don’t bother downloading this!!!

Glitchy waste of time. When I went to update this app to play The latest version of this game I noticed that there were a lot of poor reviews for this app but ignored that and thought I would update it anyway. Now I know why there so many poor reviews! You cannot login and you cannot reset your password… So what’s the point of this?! I am sitting on a stack of these tokens and I’m just going to trash them because I have no way to use the “improved” app to scan these barcodes! Hey Safeway/Vons, Don’t bother putting a game together if your customers can’t play it!!! WASTE OF TIME that just makes folks like myself MAD!!! Grrr!!!

Works great!. I don’t have any of the issues other people who are posting one star reviews have. Sounds like first world problems! It’s a free app that helps you win money. Come on. I have a very easy time with it and I’m auto logged in. Super easy to scan things. Tells me how many tokens I’ve one and tells me what new and duplicate pieces I have.

An exercise in futility. This app is designed to frustrate you into giving up. When you randomly get 50+ tickets on your $40 shopping trip, you get so excited so you methodically peel open and sort each ticket and then download this app. You start scanning and then it hits you, they create roadblock after roadblock in the hope that you’ll give up, but don’t. Show them, by spending the remaining hours of your last day off by slowly scanning ticket after ticket, to receive yet another free loaf of French bread of 16oz bottled water. They cannot defeat your will!

Issues every year. I scanned 14 codes today and it didn’t count a single token. Every year they have terrible bugs to work out and when you try and contact them about it they ignore you. Last year I saved enough tokens for one of the gift cards but redeeming it was so complicated that I took a break and was going to try again later. It took my tokens but I never received the gift card. I contacted them and still never got my reward then they changed the process but only after a ton of complaints.

I’m going to scream.... I’ve never taken the time to write a review but I am so livid that I had to. It is not letting me hit the “create account” button. I tried on the app, I tried online, I tried deleting the app, reinstalling it, etc... This is a joke.... this whole game is a scam anyway and I know I am just wasting my time but I have all of these “enter online” game pieces and really wanted to just try my luck because, why not! But now I am ready to never step foot in a jewel again because of their insane incompetence.... I practically have to beg the cashier every time to give me the stupid game pieces in the first place.... 🙄 Same thing happened last year too...I gave up on the whole game because the app was completely useless... I can’t believe they haven’t improved this AT ALL!! Grrr... Sorry I am not usually like this.... this app has me going coo coo y’all!! 🤪🤬🤬🤬🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
