Will not let me log in. I have tried to log in 3 to 4 times with my username and password on the app and online and it keeps telling me that the username and password can’t be found will be locked after 6 tries to protect important information. Did Healthy Blue get a brand new app or is the Healthy Blue app under a new server and name? I was able to log in the net day, I had to call the insurance company. Thank you for responding to my review!

No response. I read through the reviews here and tried to email the customer service and when I input the email it does not exist. I’m trying to sign in etc everything/create an account and it doesn’t do anything

something is wrong try again. it is always saying something is wrong please try again. I got this all the time. I do not know what is going on there. I removed the app and install it but oserved samething. I also updated the app. nothing works.

Features doesn't work. The app and the website is trash. Everything I click on just says "can't access" it's been this way for months. Can't access the Benefits Hub or Health Screener!

I get a nasty "Jailbroken" message when trying to run on M1 MBP. The newest mac book pro M1 allows apps to run on it. However, the developer has control over what apps are allowed to be downloaded to this OS. Healthy Blue is allowed to be downloaded on the M1 MBP. However, upon launching the app, the user sees: "We're sorry, but Healthy Blue is not allowed to run on jailbroken iPhones". LOL that message is triggered by some logic that sees the Apple M1 MBP as a jailbroken iPhone. The developer needs to address this issue.

tech debt. the overly agressive tracking logic applied in this app makes sure it only works on devices it can track and refuses access for all other devices. This renders the app my company is asking me to download useless.

Frustrating. Won’t let me sign in using my thumb although I selected that option.
