my problem is gone!. I used to download 2-3 apps for one task, my poor phone memory! Finally I got an app that has everything for work with documents, cool!

it passed the test. But hardly... I took a few alike applications, and compared them. It is good, even execellent, but the others were good too. So, you better think about stand out, my friends 😃

$15/mo is too much.. I get there are some people who can justify this for their businesses, but for personal use, it’s a non-starter. I would gladly pay a one-time charge of $15 to solve my AirPrint cropping issue, but paying $900 over the next 5 years to be able to print a few docs is laughable. The description is a lie. It says it’s free to use with limitations. You cannot use it to print even one of your own docs. It only lets you print test documents they provide. That’s a test, not usage.

Wide range of supported files. 30+ type of files are supported here it is soo cool, because you are able to choose exactly that one, that you need.

scans great. Hello! I often have to scan documents at home with an Canon scanner. I used to use the standard apps, which did not work. Now I use only Tap n print.

wide printing options. Nothing can stop me when I work with this app hehe everything goes very smooth 😃 it prints all docs I know, so the process never stops cos' of problems

Completely Useless. You can’t do anything with this app. Literally. They have 3 test files that you can print, but that’s all. You can’t print any of your own documents or images. Downloading and installing this was a complete waste of time. They are also rip-off artists. They want you to pay them $15 PER MONTH to be able to print anything at all. That is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t bother with this app. It is complete garbage.

only tool for docs. I want to mention one big plus of Tap n Print - you don't have to print from sample taken by photo. It can be google disk, any email you have, any cloud… It's not a surprise, but this app really saves many hours!

Worst “Free” App Ever!!!. This app does not let you do anything except print the test documents they have available meaning u cant print ANYTHING thats yours without PAYING! I wasted my time downloading this app they should be more transparent about having to PAY FOR EVERYTHING they might as well make the app cost money because it does absolutely nothing without a ridiculous subscription!

Wall street!. I work for Wall Street. Often I have to print various graphics, despite the powerful working computer in which all the work is done. On business trips, tap & print really helps me out!

cool options. Due to its widest printing options, you can do anything you need and anything you want with your material. 10 stars!

Cool & fast. After downloading this app and making print from my phone, I even don’t want to think about making this from computer!

WiFi and print size problems. I got a new WiFi system in the house. I couldn’t get to settings to change the WiFi on the printer from the i pad installed app. I went to computer and was able to do it. Still couldn’t get the I pad app to find the printer. I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer app. Now it prints so small I can’t read what is printed. There is no Ajustment on new app to change print size or do a lot of other things my old app did. A real problem. How do I find the screen to change the print of a document to fill the page rather than print on a quarter of the page. How do I select what pages to print of a document if I don’t need the whole? How do choose portrait or landscape printing? These options appear not to be available on new app. I really need help. Right now the app is useless.

Updated often.. Using it on my different phones and after ages it still works great. The app is updated pretty often and every ios update gives no bugs at all. Great, ppl!

nice printer app. Wow, how I like this app! I always wanted to have live photos, I put them in numerous albums 😜 And how great that this app allows to make collages of photos, means, you can put a few pics on one sheet! Excellent!

Could not use my printer need air printer. I purchased this to print information for court. I paid subscription and the app looked for air printer. I could not used and had to email my documents and print each document. I tried to send more than one document and it only sent one document. I cancelled app immediately. Advertised can use with any printer and I could not. That is reason I purchased it. I should get a refund.

best as usual. I used it 1 year before, precisely speaking, my friend did it. I liked it very much in that moment, but didn't install it myself. Now finally I got it, and it's great as always

no chances for bugs. At the beginning of using I have met some bugs in this app, pity to say. Anywat, they were fixed after only a week, and I didnt even write to support!

Cannot see my scans. I bought this app to scan things for a non-profit org. It seemed fine, I scanned everything and the names of the files appeared in the app. I didn’t upload them to my computer right away and when I went back to access them, they were all there but I received an error message. I had the most difficult time emailing the company from the app itself. They responded right away asking for a screenshot of the error message. That was a month ago!

scan feature. I didn't like the printing mode, it was a little difficult and too long. And what I can't say about scanning, this mode is above all praise!

Fastest search ever!. This app is perfect! You come across something online you want to save for reference print it as a pdf - then email it to yourself or upload it to the cloud. Best printing app as it find your printer in seconds.

Trouble with Legal sized docs. I was looking for a way to print statements that would need to go on legal size paper and was thrilled to find this app. The entire document shows on the print page preview screen, however, it only prints the second two thirds of the page but from the top of my printer paper, and chops the top off. Is there a way to fix this?

I have some issues. The app is perfect but I got little problem when I try to print A3 size , it’s prints small not A3 paper size , even when I choose print as A3 but no changes , please if u know the steps to print A3 size let me know

even from online. For what I love this app, that it can print from everywhere, even from online. I mean, I found something on the site, some text maybe, and can print it in minutes! Cool!

Just happy. The application has a very wide functionality like printing from email, icloud, as well as from the contact list. I am completely satisfied and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Like this app. Every time, whwn I needed to make print, choose a proper customizaton or convert files, I was asking my co-workers to help me, because it was a challenge, especially with that awful computer at my work( Today I do everything alone and happy about this!

covers all issues. I have met some bugs in Tap's work, but what I like is that the developers team quickly solves all the problems and you can ask the support about anything.

also for iPad. I mentioned, that there are only a few reviews about iPads. They are all positive, just what to say too, that it works on iPads as great as on iPhone

no disconnects. As you know, this app is for wireless printing. I think this is its main advantage. So, for me during all the time of it's using there were no problems. Well, at least, it deserves respect.

How can I get refund?. I downloaded this app for only multiple print function. But if you select that option! You can see some lines on the each end of the paper. Also I selected 2 sided print option, but this app doesn’t recognize the option and I wasted my papers and time. I want to get refund please let me know

Awesome. I really like this app because it allows me to print my books whenever I want or need. It also allows me to close and open different books and link them to any computer or laptop. Printing is a piece of cake because the link up to any printer, corded and wireless is easy.

Ink cartridge. My printer is functioning very well, except that the ink cartridge last for a few printings. What should I do to enable me to have ink cartridges that will last longer?

no step to street. In this difficult time it's better not to go often outside. And what to do, if you have to do a lot of docs? So I'm happy, that I have Tap and I can sit at home calmly.

Limited Functionality is false advertising. If you don’t pay for the subscription, the only thing you can do is print the test documents that they have embedded into the app. I guess that lets you know whether it supports your printer, but that’s not the common definition of “limited functionality” as used in the app description. I would expect at a minimum that I could print from the clip board, and that printing directly from cloud services might require a fee, but even that simple task requires money. It’s kind of hard to judge how an app will print if you can’t print your own documents.

simply and nice. The printing process is not difficult at all, but when you have a lot of work or have to work with unfamiliar printer, better use this app, it takes all the process on itself.

Only useful if pay 22/mth. You download the app and it doesn’t warn you that you can’t do literally anything if you don’t pay a monthly subscription. You can only print out the provided tests. That’s all. $22 dollars a month. Too expensive for smtg I’ll be using every other week.

False advertising. Can’t even print a photo without paying for subscription! Please change your App Store description so that you don’t waste other people’s time.

Subscription is a a trap. The app works, but the subscription cost for the ‘premium’ version is buried in fine print and is a total rip-off at $21 per month.

Does not honour cancel button. I tried to cancel this subscription only 1 minute after accidentally purchasing it. But there is no provision for a refund or to cancel even though your own T&Cs say can get a refund within 3 days. Not happy

Hard to hook up. I was unable to hook up my HP office pro.

Double Sided Issues. Prints 2-sided in “book” or portrait but when switched to “album” or landscape, with 2-sided selected, it prints two separate pages. Disappointing as I purchased the full version specifically to use this feature with short-edge printing.

Forced purchase-no thanks!. What a useless program, every time I try to print something it goes to screen that forces me to purchase the app for $20 a month with no option to close the page. Garbage.Don’t waste your time.

How much are you out of your mind. Ok so I was just looking to print an image of my iPad at the size I wanted .so should I pay $20 a month $240 a year to be able to do that. I think not . Now I’m sure it does a whole lot of other stuff but just not worth the money. Making money by making people fool. They charged me $21.83 . Even I didn’t want any subscription. My printer wasn’t working. So I downloaded the app on my iPhone. Thought it would be free. But they charged me 21.83. Nobody is there to cancel it and get my money back. There’s no contact on internet. This app is scam to make money by people.

Horrible and deceptive. The free version does nothing, in app implied that there was a free trial for the premium version. I thought it’d try that to see if it had the features I needed (it didn’t) then realized that the huge print where it said it was FREE was a total lie, premium is a $20 a month subscription charged right away. Promptly cancelled and deleted but still out the first $20.

Scam. It’s a scam, I subscribed by mistake, Then I unsubscribed immediately, but still charged me anyway.

size freedom. Mostly, I need the paper sizes much bigger, than usual A4. And I give big respect, because Tap always prints docs in any sizes from my iPhone

If you need something fast don’t use this. Before you can print something they put a big label on front of the page, unless you want to spend $12 month for a normal print app would be ok, no free test or anything helpful is on this app.. there’re better apps.. I waste my time on this, so I wrote this to make at least something good for someone in rush.. thanks

Why pay when I use to could print from my phone before I updated. Why pay a monthly fee to use my own printer and phone? I could print anything from my phone before the last update. Apple needs to make Apple products great again and stop allowing apps to charge fees for what we use to could do on our phones.

best convertation. I want to tell you about my favourite advantage of Tap and Print - no matter, what formats are converted, all docs ALWAYS in a great quality! Same to say about photos.

Literal scam. Did not agree to any subscription and did not make an account. Simply downloaded to see if it would work with my printer. It did not so I deleted it. This is when it asked if I would like to keep or get rid of my subscription. I was charged $15 and signed up for a subscription by simply downloading the app for a mere 30 seconds. Literal scam do not download. Would give 0 if possible.

Almost perfect. Plz, add color/hue/saturation/contrast control - it would be even better. Anyway - one of the most used app on my phone in office (after Instagram, of course:))

Useless unless you pay. Not much to do with it unless you’re willing to pay the $15 bucks for the app. It does get you a print to pdf and the chance take a pic (scan) of something but without access to OCR, it’s rather useless ... which is how I started this review that no one is going to read.

Fail!. I’ve been using this app for several years to print from our iPhones to my DJ J4680 and have always had issues getting it to connect. Now, I can’t get either phone to connect, even though they’re all on the same network. My laptop connected to the printer through windows with zero problems. I’m so done with this!

Great app. Love the app and all it does. New iPhone 11 user and I cannot find a way to delete my scans once I have used it. This is the only way to get support as far as I can find. Thanks for the app it is much needed.
