GRAY LINE ACROSS BOTTOM OF PICTURES. When I find a picture to add it puts a gray line that I can’t get rid of at the bottom

APP WILL NOT OPEN! AT ALL! BLACK SCREEN!. This app will NOT open. Please save yourself the frustration. It deserves zero stars and should be removed from the App Store.

Not working. Hey I bought Icona and Icona Studio And Both Are Asking To Give Access To Vanillapen? So I downloaded Vanillapen And gave access and still doesn’t work. Can I Get A Refund?

5 Stars!. I’ve been looking for an app that wouldn’t cost me too much to create transparent logos and designs for my streams on Twitch and YouTube that wasn’t too difficult to figure out. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I even purchased the full app because I feel you guys deserve the support for an app that truly is amazing when you learn how to use it lol.

Wow 4REAL. R u serious? Don’t say create a sample logo & then the next design i goto make requires a paid subscription. That’s faulty and cheating. There’s NO free version so how will I know it’s worth paying if I can’t even learn it or trial it first. And it’s whack with no instructional text. I wasted my free logo figuring out how it works I got nothing but yet you want me to COMMITT to payment. COMMITT to excellence first or at least to a real standard of service or product satisfactory. Nice elements seemingly but we’ll never really know because the creators are being cheap and greedy. COMMITT TO A STANDARD OF SATISFACTORY MOTIVE and I will rearrange my opinion and share to my contacts. 3 mo’s or I’m just gonna remove it

Was a great app until now. I’ve had this app for years and has always been an amazing app to design logos. Until recently, for some reason when I add an icon it has a solid line right underneath the icon that won’t go away which is so annoying. Please fix it!!! Once this problem is fixed then my review will be five stars.

Missing key functions. The entire “search unsplash” option where you can download images dosnt work at all. For $5 the least I expected was a functional app. Please fix

Was the best. Please update to fix for iPad Pro I loved this app now it crashes turns white to black screen then nothing. iPhone I add shapes and leaves bar line in the bottom. 😖 I hope you change it soon

The BEST. One of the Best Design Apps

Love the app- Hate that you have to pay for it everytime. I love the app itself, reason I am giving it a 3 out of 5 is because I use to love this app but recently not all the features are working. I am unable to search images and tried contacting the company and no one has replied to help me out.

Issues. The app keep asking me over and over to give it access to my photos from Vanillapen. I don’t even owe the app for than I could use the app and I paid for it. Very frustrating and confusing

Can’t even get past the opening page - doesn’t work on an IPad. I’m not sure if I’m being dense, but I can’t even get past the first page on my phone. It is beyond confusing. To give context I’m 30 years old, not 70….**AND IT DOESN’T WORK ON AN IPAD! What’s the point?

Great. Excellent App!

Do not buy - has major glitch. I think maybe they stopped supporting it, because they haven't answered support requests... When you add objects from their collection, they have an unremovable gray line under them. Ruins whatever you are designing.

Works.... with some caveats. This app works well on my iPhone 11 Pro Max but sadly does not work on my iPad Pro 10.5”. I’d really like if the developers could fix this issue. I like the interface and the ease of use. Makes it easy to create logos within minutes literally. It’s a great app. Just needs little improvements here and there.

Endless, recurring problems. I have had this app for a long time on my phone and had endless problems. They seem to have resolved themselves, however I am now having problems on my new iPad 10.5 Pro and can’t use it. When I select the app to use it, I get a black screen and it closes. Please fix, and I’ll change the rating.

Fix the issues. Constantly locks up the last version was so bad u could email now the good version is having issues - prove the app but the technical issues are bad

The Best Logo Design App. PeriodT.. After using every last logo design app on the apple store, this one is by FAR the best. Super simple and easy to use. I created the best logo I have ever designed, I’ve designed literally hundreds, and the one created with this app was perfect. I’m very picky and I have no complaints with this one!

Yet another bug. The search option for icons is no longer working on any of my purchases. Icona, LogoMetric, Logobrush you name it nothing comes up. Do you people even bother to fix the bugs?

Perfect for I need it to do. This app is definitely still working as of May 2023…don’t know what the other users problem was. It’s limited but simple and has all I need as a non designer to come up with a very decent and stylish logo

Copyright. This app is fantastic but I am wondering if you can use the logo with whatever pictures you pick, without copyright infringements? Say I want to use the logo for my small business and the photo that was taken by a person on the app, would I need to message that person to get permission to use it or have they forfeit that right once it has been uploaded by them onto your app?

Great app... when it works!. I LOVE the app! But I feel like they are due for an update.. it crashes, not too often, but enough to be annoying! I was working on a project that was quite time consuming... after spending a few hours making things the way I wanted it the app crashed and my work didn’t save. That happened 4-5 times before I gave up on the idea I had... 😭😭 This app is awesome please update it!

How do I get rid of the line at the bottom?. Whenever I save a project there is always a line at the bottom that saves too...it’s extremely frustrating especially because this is a paid app.
