I Paid For This Already!. Why am I still being prompted to "upgrade". And even that tab takes me nowhere, it only says I'm already subscribed without unlocking the content. This shouldn't be this difficult.

Crashing. On iPad this app keeps crashing

Disappointed. So far this has been such a huge disappointment. It states over 6,000 questions available, however each time I select a topic it displays 9 questions total. I am also unable to select more than one topic at a time to generate questions. I wish I could get my money back and try a different purchase. However with that said the physical book has been great I just don’t see a difference in this app vs the book. Money wasted to be honest.

Needs work. I’m using the NurseThink version of the app. While it’s easy to use, there are some issues. There are several when attempting to answer several questions the app immediately closes. Restarting the app and attempting to answer them again results in the same action. Frequently the app freezes and needs to be restarted. On one occasion the answers to questions did not match the actual question (this did correct on restart). Finally there are many spelling, grammar, and formatting issues which makes reading/understanding/answering these questions difficult.

NCLEX. The study questions have helped me prepare for testing and will be beneficial when we take the NCLEX

Highlighting option. Wish there was a way this was like a book where you can highlight and save sections you have been going over. It’s a pain to have to be constantly going through and finding where you left off.

Paid and I do not have full access!. I have paid over $60 for a year subscription, why can I not open all of the questions without the app asking for payment again? It keeps asking me to subscribe, and I already did.

Did not get any practice questions. I bought this and there are no questions that come AT THE END of EACH chapter. That’s messed up. Where can I find those questions? I feel like I just wasted my money. Please explain to me clearly how I find them. What a waste.

Not working. I downloaded the app, it wasn’t working. I deleted it and redownloaded it. It keeps brining up “this content is not available” no matter what button I push, even the account tab. All I did was signup and it stopped working

Bought the book and have to pay for the app. Why in the world do I have to pay for the app when I bought the book?! Should be able to use both. Easier and convenient to download the app and use it on the go rather than lugging around that big book.

Decent, but needs option to change font size. I use this app daily. I’m fairly satisfied with it, but I think it could be improved with the ability to change font sizes and landscape mode functionality.

Awesome review, need on iPad. I purchased the app on my phone, and have the same account set up on my iPad. However on my iPad, it won’t load all the questions. It only loads the free ones and I paid for the subscription. Otherwise, it’s a great review, just stinks I can only have it on my phone.

Purchased content doesn’t transfer.. I have this app on my phone and really enjoy it. However, I can’t get all the questions that I have already purchased to transfer to my iPad. I have tried restoring the data, making sure the purchasing account was attached and still nothing works. So frustrating.

Great to review, but answers have errors, so read all rationales for the right answers. I bought the comprehensive app, and the q&A app for both Saunders- rn. I had noticed some errors when the answers were provided, as they didn’t match up with the rationale. the rationale is correct, but doesn’t match the answer given. I bought the q&A paperback book, and I noticed that the answers on the actual book are correct and match the rationale. Make sure you double check your answer with the rationales because the answers don’t match. I emailed customer service, but I found at least 9 or 10 answer errors just on chapter 4. Hopefully they fix this.

I paid 50 dollars to not get access to anything.. The app is great, I love the questions. I just bought the 50 dollar 3 month access pass and I don’t have access to everything. I don’t understand what is happening or who to get in contact with. My money has been taken already :/

Not happy. I hate this app. It is not what I thought I was getting and I can’t use it. I requested a refund so that I could get the version that did what I needed it to and was denied TWICE. I will chalk this up to a learning experience and use any other source but Saunders and/or skyscape in the future. They can keep the $60 bc they won’t ever get another penny from me.

Love the book!. I love this book as it helps with adding information to what I’m learning. I use it often with the ATI books and quizzes. The app is helpful to practice questions on the go. I just wish I didn’t have to PAY to use the app after I already purchased the book.

Having trouble passing NCLEX. Did not know how to break down NCLEX questions… Now that I have a good basis on knowledge… my need to apply it into NCLEX categories changed further than I thought… This app is different because it’s on the go! …It breaks down each and every question not only with a rational like other NCLEX question banks… but also it also separates them into the NCLEX categories which is what I needed from an app! I loved this review book! To have it as an app is even better!!! Thank You! Here’s to earning this RN!

Really upset. So I bought this app to help me study for the NCLEX and really liked it so I bought the book to get access to the free questions and study materials on my phone. I restored my purchase of the book through the app and not even a few hours later they charged me $32 for a monthly fee. I am SO MAD. I want my money back. This app is a joke. Such a waste of money and time.

Access/support. I can’t send issues and I want to know why I’m unable to access this app on both my iPhone and iPad. Support shouldn’t be this hard. If sky scape can’t do this Saunders should get away from them.

Great content. Great content. Great study tool. The ability to practice specific content area is very helpful and not many practice apps come close. However, this app needs more optimization. Landscape mode for iPad and dark mode for the background would be a good update.

Great app until this update??. Things were fine prior to the update, now every time I get an answer correct the application crashes. Tried reinstalling but it was useless. UPDATE: I have to change my update, customer support responded promptly and the bug was resolved in one day!!

Confused. When I originally downloaded the app, the answer options did not match the questions. After resetting the app, it was fixed. I almost deleted this app due to that problem.

RipOff. It is literally the same exact content and practice questions as the book. The app made it seem like were paying for something different. I really hope these app developers refund me my money.

5 stars. Helps a lot during nursing school

Not like the ebook. This freezes and always downloading, does not have feedback while you’re answering the questions.. just very frustrating. I’m going to ask for a refund. App is a scam!!!!! I can’t even report a problem and no way of getting back money. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Get yourself the ebook for the same price and your have online access to questions with actual support.. 3 stars for customer service via email.. fast respond .

Get into Saunders. One of the most liable tools for Nursing school and to pass the NCLEX. I’d say is a must. Recommended

Buy the book and use evolve. This app is trash. Difficult at best to use with their “wheel” style menus when selecting topics. Unable to search for topics. Used both the mobile and desktop app. Both junk. The evolve version is much better. Unfortunately they made me buy both and wouldn’t transfer the app purchase to the evolve website. Please don’t waste your money on this

Problem with App. I ordered a subscription and paid $69 and some change on December 22. But, when I went into the app, I could not create a quiz, it had “0” as a selection for me to choose the amount of questions I wanted to have in my quiz. So I deleted the subscription within 30 minutes. I restarted my phone twice to see if that was the problem and never fixed it.

A lifesaver but needs a bit of improvement.. The app is wonderful and very convenient for on the go learning. But the ebook on the app is not the same as the hardcopy version. The text is the same alright, but I don’t see any of the illustrations and the little triangles in the ebook block some of the words. So reading the first few words of sentences is quite difficult. But apart from that I love it.

App rating is wrong. More like one star. You have to purchase this expensive app. Then the questions are low rate. To get better questions you have to purchase the other app. The people who are rating this app work for the company and have it for free.

Wish you could retest. When you are in study mode and you get a question wrong it stays wrong until you clear it all. Why can’t you search for questions in exam mode like study mode. The scrolling through 300 different categories to find one that you need is cumbersome. Make it more like anki. Let me search for all questions about BPH or mastitis and then make an exam with all the questions about the key word I’ve searched for.

Worth the money. This book helps so much with passing tests in nursing school.

Landscape. The only thing is that i wish i could turn the ipad side ways/landscape

It works. It’s a great app to study on the go without using the wifi and reception. Since I download the app already on wifi. I have the 2T memory on the icloud. So I have a lot of space on the iPad. It wouldn't work if there's limited space on your memory.

Duplicates and Quick Rationales. While 6K question bank sounds tempting, it is actually because there are a lot of duplicate questions with the same answers, so I wish they have a way to clean up their database to remove these. I have come across tons and tons of duplicates so I’m guessing the total amount of questions here is half or bit more? And some of the rationales unfortunately doesn’t explain why your answer is wrong, they just explain why the right is right.

Have to pay twice?. I already bought the book and have access to these questions on the website. Why do I have to pay for the app questions too?

Here is the thing👇🏿💯. I almost failed my first theory exam, after downloading this book; I made an 80% on the next, it can only get better!! Highly recommend this if you’re struggling. But break it down by topic for efficiency.

Search feature needed. It would be great if I could search for questions based on keywords. Other than that great range of questions!

YOU NEED THIS APP. Okay so I normally never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for this app! It’s helped me so much with nursing school exams. It’s so practical I am a very busy woman and having this app on my phone has reinforced my study habits. I have no excuse to get those extra practice questions in.

not working!. i just bought this app to help me with nursing school but for some reason, it kept downloading over and over. I can't access the content at all. I need someone to fix this app.

Saunders NCLEX 8th edition is the Truth!. The newest edition not only has 5000 plus questions but it covers everything an entry level registered nurse could be asked during NCLEX. This review gives you test taking strategies to help you understand the process for eliminating answers that don’t apply and if you practice daily; you will get better! I’m enjoying this book of knowledge and I’m learning and retaining a lot of good information 🥰😀

App not working. I had purchase the 1 year and nothing unlocking. Keep telling me to update plan so I switches to the 3 month plan and it is still not letting me access all the data. Mind it they charged me already……

Questions straight from the book. I gave the free trial a go and started with some practice questions. The rationales are phenomenal! I noticed after answer a few questions, that I had seen some exact ones from the book. For me personally, I don’t always have the time to crack open a book or the ability to carry one, so this might be your go to if you’re in a similar situation. I am a little bit old school so I like reading and highlighting my book as well as taking notes. I’m considering the purchase but haven’t been sold on it yet.

Could be better. The content is great and the questions are a fantastic source for studying for the Nclex, the reason I don’t reach for it more, and use the website , it’s the awful scrolling menu to search the content. This app needs to be upgraded so customer don’t have to scrolls for a mile for find a topic to create a quiz.

Love it!!!. Where was this app when i was struggling with pharm?! Today is day one of using it and I am absolutely addicted!!! This apps is worth 10 stars!!!! Cheers to passing nursing school!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Paid the 30$, got charged twice, once with PayPal once by the website after it continuously told me card denied. App is still in free version mode. And the customer support email does not work. Don’t waste your time or money, keep the free version and don’t upgrade.

Not good. Hard to navigate to study topics. Crappy interface. Hard to find what you need to practice Many topics listed have no questions, so useless Needs to be revised

Still showing free version. Buyed subscription for 3 months but still showing free version nobody is replying on customer support message and no one is picking my call very bad experience

Great source of information... super buggy app. The information is great and worth it, however, the app itself it buggy on both a laptop and phone. I purchased a subscription and when I would go to click to open a table or something I would be prompted to buy the subscription. When I would reach out to customer service they would always tell me to do the same things and I would but they would end up having to reset my account manually. Super frustrating to spend much of my time trying to fix the app so it works properly.

Not working. Could not get this app to work. Kept saying “downloading in process” and I couldn’t even leave the home page. Love the book so I hope they can get the bugs out bc the app would be so convenient.

Downloading in process???. I got this app to assist with test prep on the go. However when I want to select anything it says “downloading in process”.

Does not work. I purchased this in hope of having extra practice questions and the questions do not load. The first day I used this app I was able to select the amount of practice questions and now all sections have a zero.

Not horizontal interface, always vertical interface.. I don't think it's good to used it,… always vertical interface.

Scam. This app is obviously not associated with Saunders or NCLEX at all, because I already purchased the book and shouldn’t have to make another purchase ! Do not download it is useless, just sit at your laptop and do the actual Saunders

FONT SIZE TOO SMALL. I am enjoying the app so far. I have it on my phone and Mac as well, however, it will be a great idea to increase the size of the texts on the computer. They appear super tiny, which makes it difficult to read. :)

Passed NCLEX RN. Thank you I passed NCLEX RN with 75Qs on my first try.

Doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work. When I tried to use it it says download in progress. I tried to reinstall it, still the same problem occurred.

Disappointed. I purchased the book and this app requires additional purchase to access information. Disappointed because you would think the book purchase would include the app for studying on the go....

Negative stars. Every time i download it nothing shows up. It constantly says that it’s downloading and extracting files. But nothing ever shows up in the app. So this time i downloaded the in app purchase and i still can’t get anything to download or show up. Waste of money and time. I even messaged company and still haven’t gotten a response.

Great concept but doesnt always work. In the middle of doing questions it'll show only answers but the answer portion is entirely missing. If it didnt have the glitch it would be a lot more worthwhile- especially since i have the paid version.

Nursing student-1st semester. I had heard about this app on Nursing SOS, but when I tried to download it, the cost was $40 a month, so I decided to skip it. However, when I was on my the Elsolvier site, I realzied there would be a student discount. It was $40 to download it. My textbook package was $1800. Ugh. I am taking one star off because it wasn't included with my text book, but overall this is a really great resouce and I like that you can search for topics. It's much better than the ATI app. Nursing students need to be able to study on the go! I really love this app.

Still not working. Hasn’t worked for me yet. I deleted it and downloaded it again like the developer suggested and still nothing. It just continues to say download in progress.

Buy Twice! :(. I have this book which is to say I have all these questions so why am I limited? I have to purchase for $44 if I want full access? I can see a small fee for getting the app but why would I pay that much for something I already have? Very disappointing

Please add landscape view🙏. I love this app. I’m so much more likely to do practice questions daily because of its sheer convenience. My only request: please support landscape view. Portrait mode is difficult to use with an iPad + keyboard setup and/or iPhone view (especially if you’re reading the book portion). Great job otherwise and I look forward to future updates!

App Issues. Have tried out app on the free version and it worked no issues. Purchased 49.99 subscriptions and it no longer works, have 0 out of zero questions available and all bookmarks gone! Contacted customer service waiting for a reply.

Smart way to study. Each question has the option to connect with a real nurse educator for free!

Doesn’t work with book. I purchased a physical copy of the Saunders NCLEX-RN book and I cannot use this app with it? Seems a little ridiculous that I have to purchase the same thing again to be able to use this app. Very disappointed.

Very helpful for NCLEX prep!. This is a best app for my NCLEX exam preparation. It has thousands of questions to practice. I just love this app.

Good app!. Good app but you only get the first 3 units of the book. It would be nice if the app was included with the purchase of the book. Why would I buy the book then turn around and purchase the full app for another $45?
