Disappointedly loyal. Been working hard with the team to climb the challenge boards, disappointed to find when logging in for the latest drop the team has been pushed back on the board. This coupled with connection and location issues is proving to ruin the experience. Getting over it quickly!

Fun game, addictive. Been playing for a while now and really enjoy the game. It’s only frustrating if you don’t get out much as you have to wait for nearby respawns. Luckily I like getting out.

Fix the bugs. Great game, totally addicted. But the bugs in this game are so frustrating. I have made a safe house and it takes the tokens but doesn’t build. The game drops out multiple times while playing and you lose where you were up too. I have contacted support and they just say to go out and back in again, no help... But if you can get past these lil problems, you will love the game

Too long a down time!!!. I was enjoying this game a lot. We had 4 level 4-7 holdings built invested hours of time playing only to lose EVERYTHING when the game was down for days. Now I am seriously disappointed and unwilling to start over again when I may lose all my shelters, warehouses, armories, and trading posts because of the developers. Especially unhappy about our level 7 almost 8 shelter at our home. It impressed guys and not happy with losing all that gold invested or coins.

Great idea, poorly executed.. This game is built to push micro transactions, which is a bummer as I would have been happy to pay a small monthly fee to play this if they did it right. Eg how about rewarding exercise? Award one experience per step and you level heroes by spending exp? Right now you are limited by your in game energy instead and to get more energy you need to wait around doing nothing for ages or pay for more - which makes it almost pointless as a augmented reality app. It’s also buggy. Right now part of our groups challenge is to build 2 warehouses and deliver survivors to them - which we did but now the warehouses disappeared within minutes of making them ...

Getting bored. It’s a fun game at the beginning. But now it’s just become more and more boring. Weekly challenges is a total failed game design. It stops you from playing the game freely. Everyday u have to focus on those quest 100%. I want more weapon cards! No u can’t, u have to send survivors to trading post because of the quest. I just got a legendary weapon! No u can’t use it! Because u have to use blue weapon to finish those quests. The weekly challenges are not challenges at all, they just quests with simply big numbers, kill 1400 zombies, use blah blah weapon to win 400 fights etc. Boring as hell. No fun at all. Seriously think about the meaning of “challenge”, it could be “one team member to pass a level 20 infestation”, “win 10 epic battles”, “win a battle with no bullet”, “win 10 raids without losing any team members”. This is not hard.

Loses appeal. In game - the main challenge is to progress a series of ‘boards’ by completing a range of missions. These are all based around a quota system wherein you reach the quota for, say, a class of walkers killed with a particular character backing you up. However, the games algorithm begins excluding elements of the game if you need them to complete a mission and the weekly challenge is nearly finished. The result is a disproportionate experience relative to what you need at a given time. This only happens when you are close to finishing a mission and there is not much time left. It leaves a sour taste and is a bit too cheeky for me to maintain an enthusiasm for the game.

Watch out for the store... (scam!). Look, I’ve been playing this game for years and it’s fine. Good sense of community and whatever, some mindless fun. However, the developers have made the store deliberately laggy, causing accidental purchases using premium currency. It is waaay too easy to tap twice and spend gold when it takes 5 whole seconds to register a purchase! A scam to make you spend all the gold you rightfully purchased. Despite this, the suggestion to add in a confirmation for premium purchases has been repeatedly ignored by developers. No doubt because they know they benefit from accidental purchases like mine. I’m on my last leg and willing to drop and delete this game, after years of playing. Too many problems... I would suggest others avoid, unless you want to waste your money.

Not working!!!!. I love this game but for some reason I cannot play it as it takes me to the tier screen and doesn't move from it no matter what I do. I've tried to remove and re-install and turn my phone off and on again but still stuck with the same issue. Really hope this can be fixed as I really enjoy this game.

Hooked so far. I am hooked but it takes a while for more missions and other little side missions but other than that it’s awesome I just built my first safe house

It’s good but the servers are down too often. Honestly, I find that the server goes down more often then it should and (as having started not that long ago, around a week) I’ve actually lost cards and levelling up EXP to server downtime

Good game but not great. I’ve always liked the game since it first came out, however I’ve always ended up deleting it of my phone as I will never use my hard earned money to purchase in game currency to upgrade all the Hero and Weapons and so forth. Surety the Developers could increase the amount of coins earned after some of the missions. I’ve been a member of 2 groups that have disbanded because of this since I first installed the game. I last removed it from my phone in January 2021 and haven’t reinstalled it because I always end up not being able to upgrade anything.

Great premise but not sure about its future. The game has a really solid concept- walk around, shoot zombies, rescue people. But after playing it for three weeks... that’s it. There’s nothing else to do and it has grown stale for me. There is a promise of pvp in the game but that isn’t my cup of tea so I don’t see myself playing much longer, which is a shame since it’s a genuinely solid idea.

Constant Crashes. I used to love this game, but recently I haven’t even been able to enter any instances without it crashing and sending me back to my home screen. When I actually do manage to get into any instances, it crashes either while I’m shooting, or just before I get the rewards for that battle. When the guild rules changed, all the casual players in my group got kicked out, leaving myself and one other player, who is having the same connectivity issues as I am to pick up the slack. We aren’t really enjoying the game anymore, which is really sad considering how much time we put into it before the issues arose. Hopefully it will get back to good at some point, but right now I’m giving this a low three until it improves.

It’s cool but... Challenges screen has never worked it’s in an eternal load screen which really impacts the game as I’m constantly left behind with crappy card drops only available from mobs and not being able to get the ones from challenges. I really want to play this game but I’ve seen complaints from more than a year ago saying the challenges page won’t load. I have reinstalled the game. Still nothing. Get onto it and fix it finally?

Love the game BUT. I love this game but I got some issues with connecting to the in game store I want Darryl’s bike for 30 days but as soon as I go to pay for it it says connecting to store and locks up I’m running the latest iOS on the latest iPhone the iPhone X please fix this issue and I will change to a 5 star

Playing for 3 years!. Love the game, been playing for 3 years now! I give it 4/5 stars :) would be 5/5 if we could transfer resources to each other Thank you for doing so many updates in the past year and making the Game better

Great game but terrible update timings. This is a fun game. It’s strangely addictive but the timings & length of maintenance and updates is quite poor. There was a week long maintenance break which started in the middle of a challenge week. Afterwards we were compensated for that with in game loot. Now one day left of the next challenge and there’s an app update required but the update didn’t come until half a day later. There needs to be better communication on Facebook and Twitter channels rather than leaving players in the dark. Especially people who have paid money to purchase upgrades.

HOOKED! ~ suggestions. Great game honestly it’s clearly like Pokémon go but even better because it ZOMBIES! I think this game will really go far if more time is put into the graphics, a variety of survivors, more achievements, AR would be good,

It’s ok. I love it! Reminds me of the time when I used to play COD BUT I think it has the potential to be better. The AR either doesn’t even work or it just doesn’t show up on my fone for some reason. An update would be great 👍🏽 because I sometimes I find I drop out & not from my internet connection.

Jamie. Game was working perfectly and going great until last update when my guild had our progress on the boards reset to the beginning, many of our guild had spent money to advance as far as they had and now we are back at the start... very disappointed with the lack of response, recompense from the creators of the game..

Gameplay. Great game however with the quests the requirements get higher. However the walkers you need get sparse so you end up not being able to finish.

My buildings keep disappearing. I really enjoy the game and play it often but every few days any buildings I have build (shelters, warehouse etc...) disappear and don’t return! Some of these I have used gold to upgrade and they are now gone! It has happened 3 times so far 😩

Glitch. There is a glitch where I can’t see and use the buildings that I build. A lot of people have this issue in game so please fix it. Other than that, I love this game

It’s early days.... Look, this is ok. Not great. It has potential to phenomenal, but you need to listen to the end user. I dread when PVP comes online, then it really will be pay to win, but for now I am enjoying challenges with my team.

Got me hooked instantly!. This game is great. Downloaded it to play as all my friends are Pokémon Go players and I am just not into that. This gets me out and about with them, but for my interest. I’ve now got my friends onto it also, so I have a little clan out with me on search missions. Just one glitch that myself and my friend encountered - building a Safe House for my Survivors and it disappeared. Took my 10 coins but didn’t place the lot. Really annoyed as they are so hard to collect as it is... please amend and give some coins out to us little folk haha. I’m also having the issue of the Weapon Upgrade, but my free coin doesn’t appear, as no weapon was highlighted but the steps are constantly at the top to continue to upgrade but I’m unable. Please help!!!

Lost members due to game resetting. I‘m NitroShark lvl 32 from Phantom Zone, today Flash also lvl32 had his game reset to lvl 1, both of us have been playing since the beginning, as a family, same thing happened to my wife’s (WonderWoman) game 15 months ago, now one of my sons game, we have put hundreds of dollars & time into this game, we were playing as a family, now we’re down to three, can’t see us making it to the fifth anniversary

Totally hooked BUT!!. I’m definitely hooked on this game! I absolutely love it, but building shelters, warehouses and all that need to be updated or fix the glitch. I’ve built three houses and one warehouse close by to my location and nothing!! No buildings are close by to me. I have plenty of space to built but as soon as I use my tokens to built I yet to see anything happen. I have to wait until someone in my group lights a flair or if I’m on the move to safely loose the people I’ve rescued. Please fix this, it’s driving me insane. EDIT REVIEW; My issue got sorted within a couple of days from the team. I got reimbursed on majority of my tokens. Now my only problem is with the last view updates I’ve noticed I don’t get many missions anymore, even with daryls bike. I used to get a maximum of six missions, ten with daryls bike. Now I get four missions, six with the bike. I now rely on my group to set off flares so I can complete missions and boards. To be honest with not having enough tasks for me to do I don’t spend much time on the app

Need Primary & secondary weapon selection. Great game, I am addicted to playing. I do have some suggestions which are as follows: 1- remove the coin cap. My upgrades are so far out of reach that I’m wasting battles because my coin cap is reached and can’t earn more. 2- introduce a primary and secondary weapon instead of only one weapon. Some battles have armoured and heavy walkers in the one battle so it would be better to be able to switch weapons mid battle for the different walkers. Same as ordinary walkers and slim walkers. Hope to see these mods soon.

Getting over it. While the game itself is well thought out I’m rapidly getting over the game dropping out because it’s having problems connecting to its servers. I’m using high speed internet at home and full service 4G while outside and it drops out everywhere. I’ve missed out of some good items because halfway through a fight or just after finishing one the error message comes up saying it has to reload because of server issues. Ready to delete and move on soon, it’s not making me want to spend money when it might drop out half way through a transaction.

Nice game, shame about the bugs.... I’ve been playing this game for awhile and everything was fine until it came time to upgrade my pistol with mods. I used the token provided and modded my pistol. This is where everything has gone wrong. Upon logging back into the game, it asked me to repeat the process. I thought I may have been booted off the server before it had a chance to save my changes. When I repeated the mod process I got an error message and was returned to the home screen. The problem is now I can’t do anything because it keeps asking me to repeat the process and it always ends with the same result. The error message. Now I am left with a game I cannot play until the game is patched and the bug rectified. I understand that there are always small problems that are incurred when you roll out new software but more time spent in testing and debugging would be nice. I have not been able to play for several days and I had just purchased a level up pack. Kind of wished I hadn’t now. There is a lesson here for app and game developers. Make sure you thoroughly test your product before releasing it to the general public. It’s a shame, because the other Walking Dead games I’ve played have been really good.

How do I fix it!!!. Love this game but I have built three safe houses and none of them are showing on my map. I have tried via 4g, reloading the game. Deleting and starting again. Nothing has worked. Please let me know how to get this fixed ASAP. Or i will have to delete

Fun to play, a few small things needed to add a little depth to the game. A few things I can see being improved It would be nice if the developers worked on the base building aspect of the game a little more, adding some small things like allowing buildings to get attacked by zombies, being able to build many building next to each other (creating your own base), building small walls, etc. Zombies in concentrated areas (with harder fights towards the centre and easier battles towards the outside) rather then scattered everywhere randomly. Giving many small hotspots to the game with better rewards for the central/harder battles. This as well as Having hoards that wonder around would be a nice aspect to be added to the game. Is a great game and will continue to play regularly. :)

Terrific game - gets you moving!. Nice to have a game encourage you to move around the neighbourhood looking for zombies and upgrades/power ups. Nothin to the AR, but can see how the younger ones gets a kick out of it

Don’t buy the poor support. It’s not worth the free download.. This game promises much but has basic issues that are not apparent until you have spent hours and hundreds of dollars. There is no support just constant excuses. I would give them a ZERO star rating if I could. They are not scammers but their behaviour is close to it.

I can’t seem to buy gold!!!. I’m getting so frustrated! I probably would have spent over 100$ so far but it doesn’t mater if I try to spend $3 or $30 it won’t let me! I have had this game for well over a year now

Fun, yet unstable (suggestion added). Is a great game, mate and I play it on our post workout walks. Would be nice though if the game was stable. Also a nice feature would be if the board scaled in difficulty to the amount of people in your group.

Terrible support. Due to guilds being able to have the same name my groups been pushed out of the search engine. I messaged the developers almost daily for 2 weeks now with no fix. As this games challenges require active members we are struggling to hold our weekly challenge tier. Some of my members have spent thousands of dollars on this app and if the problem isn’t resolved soon they will seeking a refund..

Not actual real world game play.... Thought it was a ok game until I noticed that it’s not actual in the real world as they say and show so they have done fake advertising the game would be a lot better if they actually showed what they said like in the real world where you could kill zombies in actual the place you are at and seeing..

Crashes and bugs but still amazing. I just got the game and theres a few bugs and it crashes a bit but it’s good. I’m trying to build a shelter but it says I have no coins when I do 😂😂😂

Do not trust the Devs. My entire team where locked out from the challenge board for an entire week causing us to drop two tiers. We were promised compensation and after 3 months of constantly following them up they never delivered. We all ended up quitting on the game. I was forced to give a star rating but I think they deserve nothing

Zombielicious!. Generally a good game, with the potential to be great! It can become a bit repetitive though, and the boards are challenging if you don’t belong to an active group. TierMasters is looking for new members, if you’re searching! Updates full of added features and bug fixes are pushed frequently, and general communication with players is great.

Great concept but needs some work!. Good fun and great use of google maps for gameplay but if you’re stuck at work or wherever and can’t move then it’s pointless playing really! Game devs should add missions for those of us who are stuck at work all day and want to have some walking dead fun on their break. Looking forward to future updates but for now personally, there’s no use playing. I think also for Pokémon go fans this would be a good game to play when you’re out and about hunting Pokémon!

Challenge boards. I really enjoy this game. My favourite part is the challenges, I just hate how there is a period of almost 2 days where anything you do in the game is pointless because it doesn’t contribute to the challenge boards.

Love it. I really love the game it’s Awsome I love how we can use flairs and bring people from ur clan but can you make sure that when people chat and send off flairs please make sure it sends a notification other than that I love the game and I will tell my friends and family about this Awsome game!

Fix your issues. Weekly challenge needs to lose the build shelter requirement- to hard to get shelter tokens and drags the game on in a boring way, gun skill and upgrades should be achieved by using the weapon not just cards. Money is way to hard to get. I get that u can’t make it easy but it’s such a drag to progress threw any of the game, ment to be fun and rewarding not repetitive And boring.. the weekly challenge is fun until u have to build a shelter and then another shelter and then another shelter, come on guys mix it up a bit and have a go- 100 kills with pistol, then 100 with rifle - 100 with machine gun anything just make it fun and exciting and decent rewards but 5-15 coins

Very responsive support team. I’ve had a few issues but the support team working on this game are really responsive and help full and have seen through a lot of issues, there’s still a bug with ware houses not being built after I place them but I trust the support them to liaise with the developers to help fix it

No rewards. Appreciate you gotta move about to play it. But half the time there is some type of server error. No rewards to make up for that. No rewards for building buildings. Same monotonous rewards for dropping survivors. Guns cant upgrade as the two starred ones dont drop easily and the ones given do not kill the lvl 8+ ones. Honestly i now am thinking this was a waste of time.

Getting less for for your money. I noticed with this game the offer your get from leveling up is costing three times more, than it use to, but your only getting double the resources you for your money, I currently have 14 in app offers that keep popping up on my screen, time to fine a game that’s no so money driven
