Love this app!. I can’t figure out why the developer isn’t charging a couple bucks at least for this app. Dear developer, please charge for this app to provide resources and incentive for further development. This is certainly the best in its class at what it does.

Love it. I like putting my drawings in and seeing the different effects. Then run that through a vectorizer app. Some great results so far...

Interesting App. Initial problem with app is now solved, thanks to prompt support when I emailed them. App provides a big range of effects but nailing a really prime image depends on finding the right picture and right combination of effects. Fun, actually.

Fun app. I have a number of photo apps that convert photos to drawings. I have some that have a broader range of techniques but this is a nice quick process.

Versatile and quick. This app is easy to use and has a great variety of effects. A nice compliment to other apps. Use Inkworks to abstract then touch up and layer with other drawing apps. Lots of fun.

I never realized how BRILLIANT this ap is !!!!!! MY ABSOLUTE FAVE !!!!!!. The brilliant simplicity of this app cannot be understated ! For like a year I only realized about half the feature this has !

Great app, would like to see more manual control!. I enjoy using this app on my iPad Pro, because my hands shake so it helps to have an app that helps me to add different drawing styles, what would be make this even greater , would be the ability to edit line by being able to erase and actually draw over areas that one would want to improve!

Feature request: levels control. Rendering effect is very interesting. However, please add a slider for white and black point controls on how image is rendered. Would rate five stars otherwise. I find myself going to other image editors and reimporting to get desired effect..

Adding to contact gets stuck. Great app. 4 stars due to the assign to contact gets stuck. There is no way to exit without turn off and on.

Mehhh. The examples posted are completely misleading. Just attempted to use the app with several different pictures. Went thru the few filters available. None of them have detail and look very blotchy. Not really impressed and feel like I wasted money. It’s alright if you want something that looks like a child scribbled something, then this might be for you. You get to choose from a few select colors and the app features overall are weak.

Dude!. This is so much better than spending all my time playing games or checking on social media. Fun, and the print turn out great. Get this app.

Just what I’ve been looking for!. This app turns your photo into a b&w (or any 2 colors you prefer) image. Many styles to choose from with the ability to apply nuances. Very nice and unique among photo/art apps!

Exceptional Customer Support. The app had some issues and customer support was courteous, professional, responsive and understanding to my concerns. Yes, they did resolve my problems I gave it 5 stars because of their support. Often times customer support isn’t even available on the developers website let alone respond to our concerns. A shout out to Mike for all of his help.

Inkwork is AMAZING.. I can’t rave enough about this app. I have been struggling with an art project for a while using the image trace feature in Adobe Illustrator and coming up with poor results. Inkwork gave me not only exactly what I was after, but tons of new options I couldn’t have otherwise come up with. This app has a fantastic variety of options, a smooth and well-thought-out interface, and high-res export. I can’t believe they’re not charging several bucks for it. Thank you, Inkwork!

Great way to make pictures special. Easy and allows important pictures to become special art.

Better line extraction.. It’s a neat little app. But it could use a redo for the line options. Medibang hasn a superb line extraction option, but lacks in the way of pen or pencil size options. The presets in this app need more refinement as to line thickness. Can you please update this app to reflect what I’m suggesting?

Nifty little app. The variations this little app can create is stellar. Combined with a vectorize app you can produce quality assets quickly. My only criticism is the UI. Cycling through each effect by touching and not sliding is painful. It would be so much faster with a sliding option to change effects. Still definitely worth the price though. Keep up the great work.

Good at doing what it’s supposed to do. This app is very good at converting images to line drawings. There are lots of options for drawing type, and the ability to modify the lines within each type. I only gave it four stars because I find myself wanting an Opacity control so I can let some color from the underlying image show through. I would rather not need to take the Inkwork drawing into another app to achieve that affect.

Great. VERY RARELY DO I LEAVE A REVIEW. And the few I leave is mostly warning people not to waste there money and time. Sometimes I actually get one good enough to recommend. I have taken down everything from my wall to paint and I’m redoing everything on the walls from a fresh start. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST MOST USEFUL APP I HAVE EVER PUT ON PHONE OR TABLET. I WOULF OF PAID MUCH MORE AND BE HAPPY. EVEN I DIDN’T ACTUALLY NEED IT. ITS SO MUCH FUN. AND ANY PICTURE OF ANY SEEN CAN BE TURNED INTO MANY MANY MANY STYLES OF BLACK AND WHITE ART.

Wonderful tool. Can crash often, unfortunately.. I love this app. So fun to see what each selected option is going to create. At the same time, it seems it can handle only so much as it tends to crash at least once during each session. Still, worth it.

Very useful. There are so many possibilities that it will take a while to explore but for me the exploration was very worthwhile. I’d recommend writing down the choices that got you results you like until you know your way around the app.

Does well. This is a very neat application. It has lots of potential for doing photos differently. Easy to use.

Easy to get great results!. There is a ton a variety and adjustments to make, so make sure you try them all. Many styles to choose from to suit the picture type. Output is excellent!

Horrid.. Absolutely furious that I spent money on this. Nothing is clear, nothing has an iota of realism to it, the choices and styles you have to choose from are erratic, lack depth. You’re literally better off asking a 3rd grader to trace your art and then jostling them while they make their best attempt. This is garbage. Don’t buy it. I implore you. I desperately wish I could get my money back.

Fun to play with. Have found some interesting things to play with but not realized my full expectations. Some images work fine but wish I had more control over the process and the output.

Best photo edit!!. Every photo could turn into a art! Of course you may discover whole bunch of horror movie style at the same time... but once you found the one! It looks so gorgeous! Have a lots of fun with it. Worth the price!

Great Artistic App. This app has so many settings, filters and ways to alter any piece of artwork, and in inventive & wonderful ways! I’m an illustrator with over 40 years of freelance experience and I have to say that the creators of this app have a winner on their hands. Highly recommended!

Pretty much in love with the app!. I don't tend to purchase any camera apps that can turn the photos into artwork, so this is a first and I'm glad I did it! It's super easy to use and the filters are amazing! I would be stoked if you guys did a video app as well, if that's possible!

Inkwork is just great.. Inkwork is a unique innovative app. I’m having great fun exploring all the many creative options. As far as features are concerned, the addition of an opacity tool and a masking tool will take this app to the highest level. Thanks for this app.

Fantastically Stunning Results. This app blew me away. It instantly turns any pic into a gorgeous work of art. I have over a hundred photo apps (I know...) but this is hands-down one of my favorites. It would be a bargain at twice the price.

Low Definition. The algorithms that create the inks are great—many have said otherwise in reviews, but if you choose the right type of photo and experiment a bit, you can get some really stellar results. HOWEVER, many such results have such a low definition that they are unusable beyond Instagram. What gives? With such defined lines in almost every ink, I don’t think it would be that hard to significantly bump the definition...in fact it’d probably be a lot easier than it was to create such great algorithms. I’d love to change my review if the resolution of the output increases.

Handy part of any art tool set. This app creates a surprising variety of solid renders of any image that can further reworked and tweaked to perfection. Great for finding a starting point for a design from your own photography or artwork and part of my personal workflow. Great app!

Options options options. I love playing around with pics in this app there’s lots of options for varying lines and colors. You need the right pic to have it really turn out sweet. Thanks for a fun app

Lovely app!. So, for a modest and affordable price, I can do some pretty amazing things, especially if I use this app with other effects. You can adjust your image to be bold and comic-style, or delicate, like an etching. You can save the image to your photo gallery or to another app for further creative rendering.

Excellent App!!!!!!. Well worth the money. Several other reviewers have noted and I agree, this is much better to use in terms of tracing to raster to vector than the awkward (deliberately so?) systems Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw impose for FAR more money. Features I’d like to see in the future are opacity and layers and Export as vector file option. Well done!

Skip the sketch apps and get this. For about the cost of the remove ads on other apps you get unbelievable controls in one app. Best of its kind.

Outstanding!. For those really into the photography apps inkwork is one of the best. This one has a vast amount of really great effects, and produces really cool images. I love it.

Simple, cool, artsy filter. I like the stylistic ink artwork that this app turns your photos etc. into. It’s also nice how you can change the color of the ink as well. I’ve only used it momentarily but it’s neat thus far.

Very Impressive. Maybe I was just lucky picking out good photos to start, but I’m very impressed by the quality of the “drawings” this app produces. Being able to control photo contrast and brightness within the app would make this even better.

So many presets, amazing results. The pictures this app can create are truly top-notch. Well worth the price

Graphically satisfying. I have a penchant for high contrast images, especially in black and white so this app really hits the spot. I often use it when I’m urban sketching to get ideas on composition and light treatments. I have two requests for the app: 1. I almost always use specific settings—H1 and fine line—and wish the app would remember between uses instead of defaulting to C1 medium line. 2. I wish the images were higher resolution with much finer line options. Currently massive amounts of detail are lost which seems such a pity.

Great App!. Very well designed and easy to use. In minutes I did my first sketch, posted it on 500px and in 5 minutes the photo went popular.

One of the more interesting and useful Photo Apps!!. The software they have created here is a welcome addition to any photographer’s arsenal of tools and Apps. Super easy to use with a diverse palette of stylistic/artistic options to chose from. The Customer Support people are first class and prompt to respond if there’s anything you need a hand with.

Disappointed. Apple recommended it. I bought it. Tried to open it. Got a home screen. Nothing more. Restarted my XR and it still didn’t work. ☹️

Won’t open & cant get my $$ back. I have an 8 plus with all current updates. App won’t open after asking for access to my photos. The Apple support button takes me to a site to purchase another app from same developer. Not a good way to start

Decent but no vector or SVG output. Decent presets (nothing that most free inking apps don't offer). Lacks vector or SVG output. If the app developer includes vector output as an export format option in the future, this app will be worth purchasing.

Good start but..... Started off wonderfully for a week or so. Since then it crashes every time I open it up.
