Fun but. It was all good until I got to chapter 59, where I repeatedly entered a word and was told it wasn’t correct. After using my hints on that last word, I learned it was the exact same word I had been entering. After getting it right, the page stayed the same. It’s stuck on level 59 and I’ve tried everything and it won’t move on. Suppose I’ll just have to delete the app now.

Corrections. I love this game. However sometimes it’s needing letters that are not listed and uses my coins up quick. Even if I have to word correct. It still does not show as correct. Other than that. I love it!

Great game but too many glitches. The game is awesome but there are too many glitches as far as not recognizing words at times. I have the correct pattern of the word but it says that is not correct. Level 312 the word LAIR did not recognize as I tried to enter it, but I had to use coins to complete the letter word. I Hope I’m making sense?

Bad update. I have enjoyed this game so much. It’s been my go to game for over a year when I am bored. Since this last update it crashes frequently and I have to turn my phone off and back on to get game’s background music to quit playing. I gladly accept ads to keep the game free, but they are slow to load now, if they load at all.

Even better than scrabble. Endless fun ! Don’t know how I would pass the time without this game . Just love that it keeps my mind stimulated and challenges me with harder and harder puzzles each play .

Game gone wrong. On different levels the game gets whacked up and does not make any sense. On level 311 for example, the game says that the word works and is correct but it never count it and does not show that the word is right. On another word on a level we got the hint because we were stuck and it gave us letters that were not an option to play for a word and when we got another hint it gave a letter that was an option but it did not make any sense and there was o word that would be possible to play. We love this game but it has its flaws that desperately need to be fixed so that we can play.

too bad game FAIL!. I’ve been playing this game for several years. I’m on level 5653. I have 3600 something coins, with many many spins available. BUTHere’s the problem. I upgraded my phone from an iPhone X to an iPhone 12s. Since that time I haven’t been ableTo play this game at all. I updated it, I sent the developer two or three messages with my email and got no response. I am sad but I’m gonna have to delete this game. If they can’t take care of the game then they shouldn’t have it on the market. Very frustrating!!

This is a great game. This is a great game and you should totally get it . It doesn’t really have that many adds. But then again I just got it and I do t know a game that doesn’t have a problem

Makes you think!. This game is fast paced and fun although as you get into the higher levels it gets more challenging which I like. It’s a good way to help keep your brain sharp!

Be nice to have the correct letters.. Love the game, but I can’t find some of the words needed to finish a puzzle, because when I push hint.... it gives me a letter that’s not available to me.... what the heck? Only played for a day and have had 4 puzzles that could not be finished because I didn’t have the correct letters. It’s very frustrating to try and place a word (that’s in the puzzle) and can’t, because it’s states that I’ve already found it. In addition I’m fed up with the made-up words in the puzzles. This game needs a lot of fixes.

Age. I appreciate all the word games I have played. They get more challenging as I go, and this helps me stay a little more sharp at 65. There are a few too many ads during the play, less would be better! Thank you!

Freezes. Do you read your reviews? Your 30second ads cause game to freeze and no points awarded, because you have to reset. Game hung up won’t take words waste points I will never Pay to play. Waste of money - fun when it works. One ad causes the iPad to freeze and you are forced to close and reopen the game losing the bonus points. Frustrating makes me never willing to pay for coins to many bugs

Good initially and but gets frustrating.. When the bonus gift pops up it may go to the lowest number even if it is obvious it should stop on a higher number. While ads are necessary it goes to extremes hiding the “x” to move on. As the game progresses the bonus gift disappears and it stops retaining the game you are playing. That makes you play that one again when you go back to it.

Fun brain teaser. Fun word game that helps pass the time while in waiting rooms or on the elliptical...I don’t pay attention to the gold coins and have only used the cheat once since I just play for the fun of it.

Awesome addictive!!!. It’s a great stress relieving time killer. I love this game and it very addictive. I played dozens of word games, this game is intuitive, very fun and challenging. I play it many hours a day. Can spend lots of time on it. There is so many levels, about 3000 levels come with the game! This game lets me sharpen my skill, helps me to elaborate on my vocabulary. I love the dictionary in the game, when I come to a word that I don’t know, I can check the dictionary immediately to learn the meaning of new words. I definitely doesn’t know all the words in the English language. These are some words that could be extra words that don’t show up. For example “geld” and sometimes the game doesn’t recognize real words. The sound effects and the background music is very effective at relaxing the mind, the graphics are awesome too, lots of beautiful backgrounds. I wish that I could earn coins to remove advertisements and I can save my progress to other devices. The dictionary might need expanding a little. The word it accepts versus the words it doesn’t seems a little arbitrary. For example, why are certain currencies accepted (e.g., yen, dollar ) but not other (e.g., peso, lira)?. The advertisements are a little annoying how often they pop up but the game overall is great!!!

Forced to watch crap!. Have been locked into garbage where I can’t get out. I will not watch gambling advertisements or political propaganda. Your opinions do not belong in a game. I have the same disgust with slang & dumb abbreviations. Redundant advertisement like 10 times in a row. Ready to stop playing.

Fun Entertainment. I am loving this game. Also love the backgrounds. In addition, I love that you can use it for brain training. Further, This game helps with tuning up your spelling. Furthermore, it can also help with increasing your vocabulary by introducing you to new words that you discover, which in turn, leads you to use the dictionary to learn its meaning. From there, you will learn how it can be used in a sentence and it parts of speech. Finally, I love the added touch of the music, which I think helps to stimulate your cognitive function (verbal memory).

Really fun!. I was playing a similar game on another app and was getting so frustrated! It kept crashing and freezing and so many ads. I am so happy I dumped that one and downloaded this one instead. I love it! Works perfectly, ads are minimal and it’s really fun to play.

Makes you think. This is a nice game that is indeed relaxing to play. I like that we are given credit for words that are not listed in the puzzle. I give it four stars because of the numerous ads that are associated with this game. I think fewer ads would be more user friendly. The game makes a person think yet isn’t overly stressful such as many games with timers are. I am not very far along in the game (level 2) before i was asked to rate it. A little premature if you ask me but in order to receive the coins a user must rate the game. You will not receive the coins if you choose to opt out of rating it. So a user is pretty much forced to rate the game in order to receive them.

Ads. I was enjoying this game just to pass time until your ad came up against President Trump. Due to that ad I’m deleting the game and will any other that has ads like that on! I’m sick of all this. I want to just play a game and NOT hear anything about politics. The left wing is the most evil, biggest liars I’ve ever witnessed in my life, and the sad thing is, they have no conscience. He’s the best president we’ve ever had or may have. Obama was the worst, most scandalous one we’ve ever had. His intent was taking away what America stands for and Praise be to God, Trump got us out of the snake pit Obama was leading us in!

Fun. Can be easy and challenging. Each puzzle is different. Sometimes the words just jump right out at you and other times you can struggle a bit and wonder why your brain took so long to see a word. Give it a whirl. ENJOY

Drains battery super fast. For a word game, it drains the battery much faster than watching a movie. I don’t understand why? It leaves the phone hot and the battery drained because it’s processor heavy. It’s not my phone, because it does the same thing to my kids phone as well. If it leaves my battery at 50% after 30min of simple word game play that’s completely horrible. What is it doing that’s using sooooooo much power. Probably hacking my phone in the background and sending it to the dark web.

This is E & R. It’s EAZY enough to be RELAXING. I actually try to play just a couple puzzles with my morning coffee. I say TRY because I enjoy this word puzzle so much. Also my Scrabble games have improved along with my spelling.

Love the game. Love the game but it does not recognize the word I make when it’s the word in the spot that is needed. Also the letters are getting mixed up. I needed to make the word “volume” but when it appeared in the blocks the “v” turned into a “n” please fix this. I am having to use the hints in order to move to the next level bc I “already found the word” when it wont go into the blocks.

Addictive. I only play my bubble shooter and could never be pulled away from it, however, this game has kept me from playing my bubble shooter for over a week now. I love it!!!

It cheats some. I know I have tried words that it did not accept, but then when I give up and use hints, the very same word is what it turns out to be. And just now the word “cell” was used two times. On the second one I had the “C” and the last “L”. The only option was “cell” but when I tried it I got “you have already used that word.” I had to use coins to complete it. Otherwise, it’s an interesting game.

Fun if it worked correctly. Keeps accepting words as “extra” but doesn’t fill it in on the puzzle even though the word is there so I have to use hints to fill it in. On another puzzle I tried every word possible and nothing so I use a hint. The hint reveals the first letter of the word to be a T........ I don’t have a T to choose! Was addicting at first but way too many bugs has just made it frustrating

Childish. Took until level 34 for it to even post a modest challenge, then went on another hiatus until level 59 before anything else of any sort of challenge presented. And the challenge then? Why are the ten most obvious words not counted? So the “challenge” is simply to keep guessing until you happen on something the developer will accept. That’s not an intellectual challenge; it’s just a dumb guessing game. Waste of time. Oh, and the NRA gun ownership survey? What on earth is that nonsense all about?

Me. Why did it freeze up?. A week ago, I would have given this game 5 stars because it was, hands down, my favorite game. During the past few days, however, it has frozen on the same level. I try it afresh each day to see if there’s any change, but I’m sick and tired of “bunted” being the longest word!

RJW. Fun game. I would really like to have the app synced to all my devices. That way I could play on my phone and then at home when I want to play on the iPad I wouldn't have to reply to get to my next level again. When I down loaded the app all my devices received it. So I just assumed it would also be at the same level on all devices.

Glaring issues. The puzzles are too small and the words are too short. Even basic words are often unrecognized by the game (it thinks "rats" and other basic plurals aren't words). It usually says "you already found this word" when I never have. The main issue is that you can only find an extra word once ever in the entire game? So hold up, the game is throwing me basic three letter words to solve for over and over, but I can't find extra words in there? Come on. There are better apps for this style game or there. I just wish the best ones, like Wordscapes, had more levels, so I wouldn't be forced to play bargain bin knockoff crap like this.

Could be better. Often I make a word in the puzzle and it does not fill it in, then the help letters show that word. Also often there is a letter in the puzzle that does not exist in the letter bank. These bugs make some of the puzzles is impossible to solve. I have a screen capture of a puzzle that had both of these issues but I can’t upload it here😒 Also, the full page adds are slow, make you wait or play a game. And the smaller on screen banner adds slow the game so you have to wait for them as well.

Won’t go to the next level. I keep getting the remarks that I successfully completed a word but the puzzle doesn’t fill in and I can’t move on. Frustrating!

Best word game I have played!. This game has a lot of words that the other word games do not have! Plus, getting a hint only costs 20 coins instead of the normal 120 coins in other games!

Relax with word cross. Very relaxing. Takes your mind off the everyday stresses of life! Enjoying happening across a new word I didn’t know before. If you have a few minutes waiting on appointments you can make time go faster and don’t get bored sitting

Awsome game but could get a little harder. I’ve been playing for about a year and this game over all is pretty fun. I do like the updates on holidays and stuff. But my only concern is I would like it to get a little harder. I’m on level 426 and I can get each puzzle done in 10-15 minutes. So please make this game a little harder. Over all, this is a pretty good puzzle game. You should really try it. 😀

Word Crossy. Once you pick it up it’s hard to put down. The levels start out easy and get harder as it goes on. So put on your thinking cap and go for it. If you are a word person, you will love this game.

Don’t like the snow fall. I really like Word Cross. I find it relaxing and calming. But now with the Christmas theme, there is that falling snow in the background that I personally find annoying. When are we going back to regular backgrounds without the Christmas stuff?

Poorly designed. It’s an addictive game, but I’ve noticed multiple times that I’ll put choose a word and it’ll go down as something else, like as my most recent example I found the word “fired”, but on the tiles it only comes out as “fied”. Being shown an incorrect amount of tiles makes the game harder than it has to be because you won’t really be looking for words at the length you need to find them in order for them to count. Also one time in a level a word showed up on the tiles with the letter “R” when “R” wasn’t even an option in the letter chooser part. I also wouldn’t say this game is super family friendly as I have had to find the words “meth” and “fetish”, and other curse words get counted as bonus words. This game is poorly designed and needs some more work, but I can’t put it down so I’ll still give it 3 stars

Fun, easy. This game can keep you awake at night, when you finish one level you immediately want to get to the next level. My only complaint is there are way too many advertisements, one after each level. I wish there was a way to have an X come up sooner to stop the ad especially when you have to watch the same one over and over. That is my only complaint. Game is easier than many other ones, less frustrating and fun to do. There are still some challenging words. Have fun

Fix your glitch! Can’t finish the game!. I’ve found too many times: a letter, not in the choices, show up on the puzzle, thus it’s inaccurate. Words I formed have not been accepted, but when I pay for hints, the word I submitted that it originally rejected, was the word to be guessed. Now I have a non word and I can’t finish the puzzle without faking hints.

Not as smart as I am. This game would be awesome if it didn’t have glitches that put letters in boxes that aren’t even choices, or makes you use your coins for hints for words you have tried to enter but the game tells you “you already entered this”, or when you try to complete a word and it tells you “well done” the letters don’t fill in and you can’t move on to the next level. Horribly frustrating.

Great game. I love this game. It is challenging and some are easy some hard. Good game What I don’t like is that fact you can’t change the color of the letters. I can barely make out some of the letters because the color is so light. The letters should be black!

This app has a continued bug. I’ve been enjoying playing the game but this is the second time I deleted the app from my phone and redownloaded it again and started over. This time I got a bit further but then got the same error again. Error: “Please find the words that match the word length”. Ugh. And you are stuck and can’t do anything. What a shame. I’m giving up on it and finding another app that works. I emailed support the first time to report the error but didn’t hear back. Not going to waste my time again.

An ad freezes up. The exact same ad keeps freezing and you cannot get the coins after sitting and waiting for the 30 sec count down. It is the ad to spin and win the coins on the game. I have tried spinning the game etc. to stop from loosing the actual coins from Crossy. One would think if an app which is actually downloaded to their phone, it would honor any ad it puts on its sight. At some point, I will just delete this app off my phone. To much frustration happens when an ad on a app doesn’t follow through.

Great game!. So addicting! I absolutely love this game. A friend told me to download and I haven't been able to stop playing. Not too difficult, yet not too easy. Simple and clean UI with lovely background images. Has a pleasantly gradual difficulty curve as well. The only complaint I have is that I have spelled a few words that have not been recognized. It's a very minor thing and I really love the game. I get frustrated sometimes and decide to cancel it but I always change my mind bc I LOVE IT!!! Lots of levels to keep you going. Could be less ads but tolerable. Weekly events are a nice touch. More difficult as you progress so no boring repetition. Everything works great and the video ads are not that long. That's a good thing considering the price of the ad removal option. That's the only point lost to me. Wish it would explain what coins are used for more explicitly. This is a wonderful word game. Every one should love it. Because it is the best. People would ne surprised.

Doesn’t recognize all words. Its dictionary is incomplete. It sometimes refuses to acknowledge words from a current puzzle for bonus credit, saying “you have already found this word.” I also would appreciate a running list of bonus words identified for the current puzzle—something competitor programs for.

Misses letters. Good but sometimes doesn’t understand the letters you are choosing which gets frustrating. When you then pay it shows the words you have been trying to choose. Also makes words with letters that you can’t choose.

Excruciating. So frustrating had to delete. Excruciating to just play the game without ads, offers to buy, watch ads, confusing options and suited for a five year old.

Erreurs de grammaire. Je viens de découvrir qu’il existe des erreurs dans le jeu. J’ai donc dû le supprimer de ma tablette. Par exemple, le passé simple des verbes ramer et armer devrait se lire rama et arma respectivement, mais le jeu exige ramat et armat respectivement. C’est inexact. Dommage!

Constantly freezes. This game needs an update! Freezes all the time!

New bug??. Hi, I have been playing word cross for awhile now and the last two days the app opens, but all I get is an orange screen. Hopefully this can be fixed, or you can tell me what I can do to fix it as I really enjoy playing this game. Update.... I lost all my points, I was at over 84,000, lost all those and am now at less than 400!!! Not happy 😡

Flaws. Level 132 & 133 make you use some of your bonus in order to move on. Won’t recognize correct word until you do.

Error. I am on 183 game and there is a wrong answer to a word to use. The word is corny and it won’t let me use it. There are 5 letters. I love the game puzzle but I can’t get out of the game.

Used to be great. Used to be a great game but now the chances to earn points has been decreased to where you have to purchase points to keep playing. I had several other complaints but it all comes down to - it used to be fun, now it’s deleted.

Not working. Have played word cross for probably 2 years and loved it but now after doing the daily challenge it won’t open new screens. Says they are on the way. It’s been several weeks.

Bugs in program. Good game but often will not recognize words swiped and will require you to fill in the words with hints. Also has some misspellings and “words” that are parts of words but are not really words. Also uses names of proper nouns occasionally as well.

Colors —need better contrast. Good game. Fun but the grid colors of white letters on a bright yellow grid makes it difficult to see what is already there. Worth five stars when that is changed or make it where you can chose the colors

I've started learning from the first game. Already I am paying more attention, taking more details.

I just found this game and feel it relieves stress.. It will take your mind off your problems as you search for words.

Does this game ever get challenging?. I’m on level 500 and the words are still very easy. The challenge is to find words your dictionary recognizes because it incorrectly doesn’t allow perfectly good words.

word cross. I love this game , but I don’t understand how this game can disappear for hours and you cannot count on downloading it and playing .

It’s a very fun game. I really like this game and I was looking for a word game that I could play that will keep my mind active when I am idle and this is a very good one to do that with

Fun for kids. My son and I play this together. He was watching me play this and wanted to play it also. It’s great because he’s in the first grade so he gets to practice spelling.

Less time wasted. I really like this game over some others I’ve tried. The hints are not as expensive, rewards are more often and the advertisements are shorter. Plus...the game itself is fun!

Word game constant player. Starts too small but at least harder words than most. Woul like to see levels to choose.

Good but...... I enjoy the game and don’t mind an ad here or there but one after every board is a little excessive. I will not pay to remove them so I will continue playing until I get sick of it.

Ad City. The game does not particularly increase with difficulty with progressive levels. Pretty easy to see that the creators of this game made the simplest game that they could so that they could cram it chock full of ads. A typical level took me anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes to complete...then BAM! AD! Rinse and repeat for your entire stint with this game.

Skyeys70. Highly addicting. Some levels are quick others have a lot of letters and drives you nuts when you use a coin and it was a silly word you’ve thought you’ve already tried

Bugged. Some puzzles are impossible to solve because there are letters in the word that are not in the ones you swipe. It makes you spend your coins just to love onto the next. There are words it will not recognize. I have screen shots of instances of these problems.

Ugh. Loved this game until the update and now it won’t load on my phone!!! Please fix it!!!

Challenging and fun.. This is a fun game when you need something to fill up your time. Hard to stop playing it because it is fun.

WORD CROSS 👍. I have enjoyed finding the words: some new words, others spelled differently in U.K., balancing difficult words with simple keeps me playing. Fun and challenging!

Addicting. This game is very addicting, you think I’ll play just more round and then it’s been an hour or more

Rigged. The farther in the levels you get it forces you to use coins because it Will either have words with letters that are not available or it won’t let you make the word needed by saying word is already found then when you use the coins it’s the word you were trying to make

Fun game. Very addicting. I can spend hours . Funny how a lot of the right in front of you and you can’t pull out words.

Not Always Accurate. For bonus words toward the package prize, the game will frequently state words that have been found for the first time have been found already. At times the touchscreen will not respond to selected “letters.”

Fun. Much better than word cookies. At least having a letter or two in a word makes it less frustration.

Uncommanded opening of google maps. This app has so many bugs but the last straw was in the middle of playing the game it opened google maps and showed my location. Screw that!! I just deleted it. I could not disable cellular data on it until I played a few games which was the first red flag. Seems to suspect

Loved it until. I loved this game until I hit about game 110, then words I put in were not accepted until I used up all my hints and then game filled the same words I had used. BUMMER!

Currently FRUSTRATING!. Every time I get to the level for the treasure box the game gets stuck & when it finally decides to unstick it’s self the reward has gone missing!

Word Searching is Fun in Class. I love playing this game when I’m just sitting in class and the teachers talking and me like teenager I am is getting on my phone to play this game.

Misspelling and constant repeating. I have already reviewed as to the constant misspelled words but failed to mention that there is constantly repeating games. I have been in a loop of about the same 20/25 rounds all the same. I thought I might work through them as this has happened before, but no.

Great at Start. Started this game a couple weeks ago, now at level 280+ it started adding letters in the boxes that aren’t even in the selection. It doesn’t give you points each time you solve a puzzle. Last category I had 2 puzzles that threw up letters that were not in the selection and 3 puzzles solved that did not add any additional points.

Glitch. Fun game but several times now it states I’ve already found a word that is not on the board. I end up having to use hints to reveal letters, to finish the level, when I’ve already made the word in question.

Note to developers. Update the games word base. The game doesn’t recognize all words as correct. This can be frustrating when using, when a player enters a correctly spelled word in their selected language and it is counted “incorrect”. Thanks

Word Cross. I have tried all the word cross games. This is absolutely the best one. The hints are only 20 points instead of 100. And you can gain points easily. Highly recommend.

Fun, but the ADS!. I just downloaded this today. I thought I was going to like it, until each new game meant I had to sit through an ad for other games! I was watching ads more than playing the game! 🙁

Mistake. Found a level where one of the words used a letter that was not an option. I did laugh. When I typed in all the other letters in the order the word appears.

Tami. This is a great game to keep your vocabulary broad. It’s a fun way to wind down from the stresses of life. It gives plenty of chances to complete puzzles and keeps me feeling like a winner! It’s a win win!

Slow. I wish you didn’t have to wait between levels

Beginning. Just started this game. Seems to be fun. Ad after every puzzle is a bit too often.

Too many ads. I don’t know how much longer I can handle this game, there are ads between almost every round. It’s a fun enough game, but I just downloaded it & it’s not challenging enough at this to put up with the ads to get to a level that could be challenging
