Don’t download this app. I just downloaded to try the app and it didn’t work out good and I deleted the app immediately and this company charged the subscription fee of ~$40. This is a really bad strategy .. it is actually cheating!! I can’t even get refund, even though I deleted the app and it didn’t even work good. I need refund!!

Thief!. Woke up to a $54 dollar charge for a yearly subscription that I didn’t want, for an app that I tried to use one time and didn’t work. Give me my money back and I’ll consider changing this review. Otherwise you are nothing more than a thief. Forced to give one star where none are deserved.

It doesn’t scan any barcodes. I tried to scan barcodes of clothes I bought from a famous store trying to buy more online instead of going to the store and it didn’t scan any barcodes from any of the labels.

How do I cancel. Of course I kept trying to contact the developer but the link did not work. I tried to cancel the subscription before the trial ended. i could not do it on my iPad, on my iPhone. I do not want this so please cancel it.

STUCK with A Bill. I don’t recommend this app, it doesn’t work and they charge you $50 or more for this scanner. I tried to get in touch with them and I can’t get in touch with anyone . They offer a 3 day trail that’s were they got me, thought I would remember to Cancel or it would cancel automatically now I’m stuck with a bill I don’t need being on disability on a small budget 😞Oh Well don’t say I didn’t warm you.

Refund now please!!. I tried to do the 3 day free trial and was charged! I dont have a lot of money on itunes and what i do have was for MUSIC. I wanted to try the app and there was a FREE trial, but i was charged anyway. Quick and Easy. Works great and easy to use. I needed it during Covid to scan news updates and Resturant menu’s when no one want to touch them. I use it for quick website visits and discounts also.

Trouble with a refund or cancellation. I tried it and my camera didn’t work with it, now I’m charged for a year without even the time of using it for free, I don’t mind paying a week but how do I get a refund for a year when I don’t want this QR reader at all..!!

Can’t figure out how to cancel rebilling.. I immediately regretted signing up and wanted to cancel within 3-day trial. But nowhere can I find ANY way to do that. If my card gets charged I’m going to scream bloody murder Everywhere I can find. This smacks of outright FRAUD and I expect a response from Apple Support if they have any such thing.

Be careful. It is a free download with a free trial. But be careful, they will charge you a yearly subscription without proper notification. I am fine with the subscription but I used the app for all of 5 seconds once I realized it required a subscription. There was no PROPER notification that I would be charged and no real notification on how to cancel subscription.

Didn’t work-emailed three times - no response. Zero stars if I could. This didn’t work for me and I thought I cancelled the same day I downloaded. I’ve emailed three times requesting a refund with no reply. Guess I will dispute with my credit card company.

Awful Experience. I downloaded this app to test it out and then immediately deleted it from my phone. A week later I got a $43 charge. It turns out this app charges you wether or not you use it and simply just for downloading it. Keep in mind that nowhere in the app itself is there a warning if being charged or are you required to enter card information, etc. The charge was automatically taken from my debit card stored in my apple wallet. Wether it’s intended or not, this feels incredibly shady to me.

Constant interruptions of service. When trying to use the reader the site constantly pops up prompts to purchase its products

Cannot cancel subscription. I had a 3 day free trial period. The app will not let me cancel before the trial period is up!!! When I go to subscription, there is none under settings, I have none. The app have no cancel button, so what do I do?

Do not use this vendor. I Would not recommend I did not know this was annual subscription after trial. I cancelled 2 days after trial ended but was still charged $45 for a year subscription. Customer service will not work with you so I don’t recommend using the app just for that reason.

Scam opportunity. Immediately after registering my payment for this app (following the free trial), but phone blew up with fraudulent charges from the same credit card that my apple payments go through. Nothing else changed or was done. Makes it hard not to suspect someone at this this company of using my card info.

Unauthorized purchase. I just downloaded the app and only used it once after one week I saw a unauthorized purchase on my card from this app for $41 one year subscription. I am getting really worried I cannot afford the subscription. I would really appreciate if you could help me get a refund.

It Works but Ugh!. I needed to know the number that a particular barcode represented and this free app works well but that’s it. Just a number & it’s TERRIBLY deceptive trying to lead you to all sorts of charges, ads and downloads. I’ll delete it as soon as I use it. I don’t trust this company.

Be Careful. I was just charged 42$ for a year subscription when I did not agree to this. I downloaded the free trial to see if it would work for what I needed. Terrible scam. When you download an app that says free you expect to be able to use it - you know - without paying money. Even if there are features locked behind a paywall you still get to do something. Not here! You can’t use any part of the app without having a 3 day free trial and if you don’t cancel it, you will be charged $40 for an annual subscription. Stay Away

No customer service at all!. I have been reaching out to them for weeks now, they overcharged me and are just ignoring me now. Do not download! I never approved the payment and the only reason I noticed is because the bank called me for a suspicious transaction. Since then they have been basically non responsive. And now an actual information on the product...the reader takes a while to scan. There are free options out there. Do not use this one! Basically those people are thieves!

The amount of ads is ridiculous. Before the app was great. Now it takes 10 minutes just to scan a few codes because 1-2 ads pop up every single time. It’s annoying. Very annoying.

Refund requested for unintended auto annual subscription. I had requested for refund of unintended annual subscription which was charged without my knowledge. I requested refund couple of weeks back but no one responded yet from the company. I just downloaded the app for trial only purposes but the company renewed subscription for an year without my knowledge. Please refund my amount at the earliest as I am not using your app any more and wanted trial only.

Illegal. There’s no way to cancel the subscription through the app. I only downloaded this to figure out how to cancel the subscription that my mother was tricked into entering the trial for. It’s an entirely useless app whose main functionality is built into the iOS Camera app (among many others), and its attempts to gain subscriptions are deceptive and evil.

Very disappointed. I downloaded the trial of this app on a Friday at 1pm and went to unsubscribe at 8am Monday and it seems they have already charged me for the full one year subscription. I will definitely be disputing this payment with my bank as this is not 3 days!! Also when I went to use the app on the friday it would not even scan at all.

Doesn’t work. I bought this for a full year subscription. I’ve had it on my phone for nearly two months now and it is yet to work once! I’ve had other people try to use the app and they havent had any luck either so it is just me not knowing how to use it. Really disappointing - would like a full refund. Scam. Once you download this app it gives an option to have a 3 day free trial and they tack a 1 year subscription on the back of it. When you look at the subscription that you’re currently on it says ‘free’. You have to manually go in to settings in order to cancel the payment. No way found yet to get a refund, can imagine they’ve set it up that way.

Con job. So many have complained that these people just take your money after cancellation and then ignore you. They haven’t fixed the app and keep collecting money for an app that doesn’t work. Do not download. It becomes a big complex hassle to get your money back. Don’t download!!!!!!!!

Don’t get it. The set up of this app is a scam and designed to take money from unsuspecting ‘customers’ who ‘subscribe’ for a while year without meaning to. Watch out - they know Apple won’t give you a refund so they get away with it.

Download any other QR Reader. Downloaded this ridiculous app with a free trial, I did unsubscribe the day the free trial was due to expire but it still charged for a full year. Not a week, not a month, this stupid thing defaults to a year! Not to mention in that free trial none of the QR codes I tried to scan worked, like really? I got charged $62 for the most useless app ever. I messaged customer support for a refund and have yet to receive any response. All I can see on their responses to these reviews is just excuse after excuse, saying to contact apple to cancel subscriptions because they can’t cancel it for you. Sure - but what about people’s refunds? Pretty sure developers can definitely process those.

Your subscription management DOESN’T WORK AND TOOK MY MONEY. I cannot believe that after making the effort to report this scammer to Apple they are still allowing this developer to list their apps in their store. False Advertising. Do not say that the app is free if it is not. A “free trial” is also not free where payment details are required prior to use. Why would anyone want to do business with a business that engages in deceptive and misleading conduct even before you are a user?

Still have the subscription in active subscriptions. Tried this app as a free trial for something and then get charged $62 for it. A SCAM. Beware when you download this app, one click and it will automatically charge you for a ridiculous amount of a one year subscription fee. I immediately unsubscribed, deleted the app and hope I don’t get charge after the trial ends.

NOT FREE $62. I stay on top of the free trials and always unsubscribe before being charged. In this case you’re charged immediately, you don’t get a refund as if you read the details they use a third party for subscriptions. Once I realised this, was charged and knew I wasn’t getting a refund, I got over it and thought might as well use it. BUT! It doesn’t even work properly, for smaller QR code’s it doesn’t even register. It’s just through and through bad, taking money straight up, making it incredibly difficult for refunds and not even working.

Do not recommend!. Immediately upon installation I was bombarded by advertisements. As well as asked to pay for a subscription. There are much better qr readers that do not hit you with ads every 10 seconds or for subscriptions.

How do I cancel. Went in settings but saw no option to delete as your app directed. I do not wish to be charged for this. Not worth it on older iPhone.

Worse than adware. My experience with the app, it is worse than adware, could not get it to scan what I required. Every scan attempt resulted in several unwanted advertisements and never the results of the scan.

Rip off!!. It does not scan for Google password verification. It scans something, but it just doesn’t pass it on to google, so to me my $59 for a lifetime subscription. What’s the total waste.

Didn’t work. I am trying to cancel the free trial so it doesn’t charge me 30 dollars a year and I can’t seem to figure it out... also, I can’t seem to get it to work on a barcode... not user friendly .. I am so hating this right now

Charge??!!. I downloaded app - saw there was a subscription fee and tried to get out - it went right in like I agreed to the fee and 3 day trial. I am deleting app - but buyer beware! I am contacting Apple to ensure I am not charged a fee in 3 days!!! Agree with last comment - this is a scam!

Be careful. I installed to see if it would do its job. It didn’t so then I purchased the free trial of premium. Still didn’t do its job so then I unsubscribed and deleted the app. It still continued to take $8 from me. Can you please refund the money?!

Predatory Billing - should be banned from App Store. 1. Does not work will not read 2D data matrix. 2. Automatically bills your ITUNE account $43 for annual subscription after 3 days. Most insane experience ever for downloading an App. How Apple can keep such an App is bewildering.

Dishonest. I was also unknowingly charged a fee for a subscription that I never subscribed to. I followed the directions from the developer on the previous review and was informed that I do not meet the requirements for a refund! DON’T use this app!!!!

Duped into a subscription. You can’t delete this app. I had to use it to go to a business and got charged $40. I have no use for it and can’t delete it like every other app on iPhone. Highly DO NOT recommend!!!

Did not intend to purchase. I was trying to try for free and when I left the app to get my Apple ID, it automatically changed my choice to a year subscription. NOT what I wanted or intended to select. What a rip off. If I can figure out how to cancel, I’m going to cancel ASAP.

Beware of WEEKLY charges. Accidentally downloaded this thinking it was FREE! Read the fine print! There is a $3.99 WEEKLY charge for this app. DON’T download it unless you want to get ropes into ridiculous charges for an app that will be barely used! I want my $3.99 back.

Out $50!!!. My son did the trial and never told me. 2 weeks later I see $50 charged and now we’re locked in for a year even after canceling the subscription. Stay away!

Got charged for this free app. I was just charge for this free app that I don’t use. I downloaded as free to play with it but removed because it was not what I wanted. Please refund my money and remove me from further subscription fee

Review. I have been trying to cancel this for months as I don’t even have the watch anymore since my dad died Sept 2018....but every time I do it or reach out to contact someone, NOTHING happens. I do NOT want to continue this subscription, how do I get it to STOP?

Beware of this Company!!! Charged me $42. I was just charged $42 like previous reviewers for a yearly subscription that I never agreed on. After downloading the free trial they Authentically charged me the highest subscription price without warning. Apple is letting their customers being mislaid.

Hard to find cancel subscriptions. It didn’t work and it was very difficult to find cancel the subscription. I couldn’t figure out how to use it for free without registering for a paid subscription.

Charged without agreeing. I downloaded the free app and got charged over $50 for it. I would like my money back because the app was not worth the free part and got rid of it as soon as I downloaded it..

Gimmick. I downloaded the App to register a warranty on a product I bought yesterday. It t says the app Is free but it is not. I tried to delete it from my phone and it’s very difficult to do so. Do not fool people please!

Never refunded but continued to charge. Submit for a refund after the app charged me multiple time. with no response. Then they continued to charge my card without permission.

Scam. The app is designed to throw multiple ads in your face and doesn’t function, but they’re ready to sell you a upgrade

Doesn’t work properly. I have attempted to use this several times now and I was only able to get it to read the scan and allow me to open the link once. I’m very disappointed.

Worse ever. This is liar! This is worse ever! I just download it to see if it works for me for free trial, and then they keep charging the money every week, even after I delete it, still keep charging! Money Hungry! Worse worse ever! Be careful!

Bad, Sneaky App!. Downloaded app not realizing it was a free trial into a subscription. Subscription not listed on iPhone list so unable to cancel through Apple the way it instructs. Tried to go to the source to cancel and unable to find contact info (phone, email, link). Sneaky and underhanded!

Not a free app!!!. I downloaded this thinking it was free and was immediately hit up for payment....even to use the free trail! Not wanting you jump through all sorts of hoops to cancel it, I just deleted the app and downloaded something different.

Scam. Do not download. This app is a total scam. It is all about hoping that you forget to cancel the subscription. Get a free app. This app only exists on people who forget to cancel. Just look at how MASSIVELY overpriced it is. Apple should remove it from the App Store.

Does not work properly. App did not work properly, hard to cancel and unable to contact the owners. Poor response time and will charge you for an app you will no longer use.

Paid reviews. All the “good” reviews are paid for from overseas review farms. Just read them. Other legit options in the store that actually work.

Great technology to use. Fantastic

Very sneaky for the pro version pop up. It misleads customers in believing has to choose one of the pay options. Do not force customers into selecting the paid version.

Total waste. You have to jump through hoops to get it and then it tells me the scan failed.
