Sets you up for failure. This game sets you up a failure. It’s like they made to game for you not not win. Your expense are always higher than your income. Only was to stay ahead is to go to the casino and hope you win. Or constantly do stocks. Every tier you make more money but to get the better you have to spend money in things like better food or house. Which then makes the better paying job you want actually turn into you having a negative. Even at the highest job per tier you are still are in the negative. Their are 7 job tiers each new tier you take a pay cut to get to a better job. I’m in tier 5 there are only 7 tiers and I’m in negative 2 thousand every month. You only make money at the very beginning at the low jobs. After that your gonna be negative for a long time. They don’t even give you a chance to even get to the positive when you are at the top job of each tier Before going to the next tier.

It’s a scam. Like all the other reviews are saying, this game starts out relatively easy and fun but becomes nearly impossible at a certain point because you have to spend more money than you make. (I’d say when you become restaurant director is when it all goes downhill.) And it’s not like you have a choice in your car, house, clothes, etc. You need to have a certain option in order to meet the requirements for a job so you can progress. I did the math, realized that it was set up that I actually lose even more money with each new job, and thought about staying in a profitable job for a long while and waiting for daily coin bonuses but that doesn’t sound like much fun. (It’s either that, or spend real money.) Don’t give in and spend your money on a boost. Not worth it.

Can’t get ahead. I had to cut this game out of my life for being so toxic 😂 it’s deliberately designed so that every time you move into the next job tier, you will lose income and go into negative spending. This is fine. It requires you to do some saving/investing/gambling and thinking ahead so that you can get your school/training out of the way early and also live off of savings while you gain your 3 mos experience in each new job. I got the furthest I ever have on my very last play-through when then expenses finally became too much. I had over $100,000 saved but then the expenses for the next tier and negative paycheck dropped me down to broke while requiring $89,000 in savings to start a business. I had no way to make money thanks to my mistress and my expensive tastes, other than gambling... which was just too much for me. Gambled my way up from $4,000 to $50,000 and then couldn’t seem to get ahead. Decided the game wasn’t worth the stress. Sorry! Not fun anymore.

A game to pass time. This game is very do-able. You start out a zero, like the game states and it honestly just takes time and patience to complete. You want to save your money, like in real life, move up in the world to become the president. One thing that is important is to watch the ads, though tedious, it helps when you want to add “money” to your savings. Best to start out buying the very minimum and watch ads early on. Also, going to school earlier than needed and watching ads to speed the time up help you more. The game is basically giving it to you, just have to find out how and what moves to make at when. Hope this helps!

This would be cool. This game is amazing addicting and so much fun. Since I don’t spend money on games it’s a fun game to play in the background (watching a movie, talking to friends etc.). Because your constantly watching ads but thats ok because it’s still so addicting. It would be so cool if you could donate money to other people though. Like if everyone had like a certain ID that you could send money to to help them out. I understand it would be hard to do but it would be soo cool and soo helpful. But yeah me and my friends have been on facetime for like 3 hours just playing this game. So anyone reading this I totally recommend it but I’ll warn you you have to watch a lot of ads if you don’t spend money. So good luck becoming president and have fun

Pretty great!. Honestly this is one of my favorite games! It is super fun and addicting. I do have a couple problems with it though. My first problem is really just a personal problem because I’ll be playing Netflix in the background and I’ll stop playing for a sec to watch the Netflix and next thing I know I’ve lost everything and need to restart but that’s on me lol. What I don’t like is that you have to be a boy. I would love to have an update where you could choose to be a girl for all the ladies playing this game. Other than that I have no complaints and will continue to play this game.

I Might Have a Heart Attack. I love this game. It’s very enjoyable to play but it is extremely stressful (that’s a bit of a good thing). Though there is points where your about to start drowning in debt there is some very difficult choices in the game, and timing is key. Though the whole Stock market concept is brilliant, I don’t think it racks in enough profit and the casino is much better. Adding some more profit to the stock market would make it a better choice. Also the character starts wanting things to keep him happy very early and to the point where if you do decide to make him happy right away, you could go bankrupt. Though there is a few kinks in my opinion, I think it’s a great game, that helps you stimulate your brain by making decisions and trying to to things at the right time.

Good idea but unless you are willing to pay $100. Great game idea, however you must pay to win. I spent 8+ hours on this game. Many time in this game you must either pay real money or watch no joke 100 ads to move on to the next part. The game is based on in game money and time. However in order to get money you need a better job and schooling. About half way through the game, Even after having schooling maxed out, I could not get a job that paid more than the mandatory requirements to get the job. The only answer is pay real money to win and I will not support a game like that. If you want to charge people game do a one time cost up front but don’t make it free to play yet unplayable unless you are constantly give real money. After all what is the point of a game where you pay $100 to get a million in game credits and then have nothing to do or worst have to pay another $100 not to lose your progress

Great Game, Few Flaws. I was just looking around browsing for games, as I already had this game. I looked on the game to check out the reviews. I think it’s a wonderful, yet not so realistic character’s mindset. I saw the ratings and the highest one was only 2 stars. The few flaws I have is the money situation towards higher jobs. I am currently a “Website-making business”. I am not enjoying that I lose 300 less than how much I earn a month. It costs about 70-75k to move up to the next job, with the car (very expensive), and the disposal amount at 24k. I would rather like it if the monthly fee was higher, and the car cost was lower. Like 20k for the SUV Premium, but 3 or so k a month. If you could review this, and respond agreeing or disagreeing to this statement review, I would be appreciated. Thanks, xXCharizardXx

Great game but money hungry. First deal I got was $11 off a $99 deal of limited time. Take a lesson from other apps. Deals on apps are suppose to be at buy me prices or regret it prices because it’s a digital free game on a mobile platform that’s hackable/modded. Plus the prices of the housing omg are expensive, their expensive as much as Seattle prices. Lol. I’d pay max $10 for the best house because it’s just an app and we’re not made of money. Lol. I want my money to make me want it so bad. I don’t care even if it is just wasting money on a game that could become unusable from phone getting lost or cloud wiped. I personally never spend over $20 on an app for permanent or worse semi permanent upgrades. I do blow money for great deals like half off or 75% of in game currency because then it’s really a great deal for me and I regret it when I get low on funds. Lol.

Good game but needs improvement. So far the game has been great. I like the game playas well and real life concepts. The only reason im not giving this game 5 stars is due to the employment structure. As you move into higher levels of work the game typically starts you off at a higher salary making putting you in a financial deficit when it comes to your expense to income ratio. It would be awesome and truly a 5 star game is this was fixed. Hard and strategic work should be rewarded as you level up, not the opposite. If you finish the tier in one employment bracket where your making 3k a mo, your next bracket should be the same or higher instead of lowering your income to $26k just to work back up to where you were previously making it hard to survive the game. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏽

Do Not Buy, Extremely Pay to Win. I made it all the way to the level before president before I gave up. The game makes it literally impossible to win right when you get to prime minister title. Your expenses are way more then you actually earn. This is true throughout the game but is normally fine if you know how to play the stock market. But, then at prime minister your house starts getting robbed every month making you lose at least 32k a month or you have some take scandal which can take away 42k almost every other month. Also they make the last vehicle you need to become president an impossibly expensive there’s no way you can get it without buying. Once you reached prime minister the stock market also starts behaving completely different. It’s made so whichever way you invest, buying or selling, the market moves the opposite way and you lose almost every time. Terrible game do not play.

PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE!. The idea of the game is amazing, and at first you can start to level up. However, once you get to around the IT Career section, it is physically impossible to progress without using real money. For instance, you can look at your budget by clicking on your character, and when your salary is $3K, your bills will be atleast $4K. They give you the ability to level up at first so that the user believes it is possible to progress, then once you get into the middle of the game it switches. Another thing, you cannot go up the career ladder without going into debt. For example, If you are a food manager, you probably make about $2-3K. But in order to go to the next type of job, you have to accept a career that pays less than what you were getting, such as $1K or $1.5K, making you go into debt, causing a chain reaction, and watching your character’s happiness and accomplishments slowly slip away unless you pay real money. Unreal!!

Really wish I had listened to the reviews. I spent $5 on this app to jumpstart. Paid for college, watched a couple hundred ads in order to skip time/earn extra money (this was all in one day. I had a day to waste due to illness and spent it passively watching ads while playing this game). It became apparent quite soon that cost of living outgrew income and never really balanced out. Unlike real life, you couldn’t cut costs in order to balance your budget. I have never had a job or promotion that required better food or more children in my family. I understand requiring nicer clothes, more education, and even the nicer car to get promoted. But requiring items to get a job that cost more than you can earn doing that job shows you that they are all about their paying players. If you’re free to play, even with watching a ridiculous amount of ads, you will find this game infuriating. The stock market in the game moves way to quickly to actually win anything (no decision making time, you have to hit the button at just the right time to make any profit). The casino is fun, but it’s a casino. It’s not a smart use of funds and typically doesn’t pan out as a money making tool. For those willing to put real money into game purchases, this game isn’t bad but boring after a couple hours. If you’re not going to put money into this game, I suggest finding something else. I deleted it about 6 hours after downloading.

Money Hungry. I gave this game a real shot playing as strategically as possible only buying items necessary to advance my career as well as no gambling and only slight investing. I made it to 38 years old and to the 2nd to highest position in the finance field. (About 4800/mo). Some things I didn’t like is that throughout most of my career I lived paycheck to paycheck, even though I only bought the minimum to keep advancing. And anytime I had to get education or switched field or career, I lost money for months. I saved over 30k early in my career to pad losses and still had no effect. I really like the idea behind this game, but the fact that you have to have a wife and kids or fancy possession to advance your career is stupid. You guys could’ve put a little more effort into the strategy portion of the game making it more fun and I would’ve gladly paid to keep playing, but instead the entire game I felt like the app was BEGGING FOR MONEY! I hate what these crappy app games are becoming. Zero to Give us your money is a more appropriate name 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Can’t possibly win without paying. I love the concept but The expenses are almost always more than the income and you can’t increase your income without increasing spending. For example they force you to get better house and car to get a better job but the job but you get can never cover the cost of the house, car, meal plan, and RELATIONSHIP STATUS. Yes they force you to get a spouse, kids, a side chick, and grandkids just to get a job and you have to pay a monthly fee for these as well. If you try to reduce your expenses then they make you start from the beginning because they fire you! The only way to possibly win is by gambling or the stock market which are both chance based. And luckily I didn’t fall into the trap of buying anything in game; however my friend bought the $10 car and it was helpful at first but when he finally ran out of money and lost his job it forced him to get rid of the car he PAID REAL MONEY FOR and the only way he was able to get the car back was to pay about 40k or so in game cash which he couldn’t achieve because they forced him into bankruptcy. The game has a great concept but it is broken. It seems too hard to win even if you do pay.

Just a Money Grab. I always love life simulation/strategy games but this is simply a grab for money. Requirements to move up the employment ladder require you to increase expenses just to get hired. Things like getting a wife and kid or a better apartment, or more expensive food and cars. Which in reality have nothing to do with getting a job, but also makes sure your monthly budget is constantly in deficit. The only way to advance without paying real money is to watch endless ads to build your savings enough to get the next car and whatnot to get a promotion. But then you are still just in an income deficit. I was making better money as a waiter in a restaurant ($900/mo profit) than as a sales store manager (-$100/mo deficit). Not to mention you can only follow a single career path and it is completely linear. You have to work through an industry and then switch industries for a hefty pay cut for the first two jobs within the new industry. Don’t waste your time. Terrible game.

Super unplayable. To start off, the game idea is a freakin banger. Such a good idea and concept it’s crazy how it’s not a bigger game, right? Wrong. As you play your expenses for a car, house, clothes ect. Becomes higher than your actual income with the job you have, then you need to pay more money per month by upgrading your car and housing to get a job that still under cuts your expenses ALOT. So essentially, you just need to either pay your OWN money, or get very lucky in the casino or stock market. The game is a pay to win game after a certain point. If the developers weren’t so money hungry, this could be makin a lot more money than they get off a couple of suckers who wanted to win. I played a solid 5 times and I couldn’t get past age 29. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Honestly if you want to know what I’m saying, get the game, try it, because it’s fun a first. But you’ll realize how it is close to impossible to progress in the game after a certain point. Funny thing is I said to myself I wouldn’t stop until I was the president. But that’s pretty much impossible. Big middle fingers to the greedy ah developers. Smh.

Super Fun Impossible Win. This is not a pay to win game as others have stated. Unless your willing to shell out cash for the 50 or 100 dollar in app purchases. The concept of balancing life decisions and moving up a corporate ladder with dreams of being the president is awesome and very compelling for you to want to try again and again. But after several attempts you realize expenses tend to consistently outweigh income, depressing spirals are maddeningly hard to recover from, and even paying with real money for the stock exchange upgrade or casino upgrade (8$ Real Currency a piece) don’t actually do anything to help in game but I’m assuming increase your odds. I’m actually more so disappointed in myself I would say curiosity killed to cat. I purchased the stock upgrade and the only thing it does is post a green emblem on your screen. Overall Fun Concept just don’t plan on being president even if you pay!!!!

Micro transactions are the devil!!!!!!. This game has the potential to be really fun. HOWEVER this was obviously made to farm customers for money. The game is built so that you have to use your own money to buy in game currency or watch literally hundreds of ads for currency to win the game. The purpose of the game is to become president by meeting educational and professional goals. To get better jobs, you have to upgrade your character with better clothes, cars, apartments, etc. Each of these cost more money per month. This means that most of time, your character is losing money each month. There are options to win money at the casino or the stock market, but, as in real life, it’s rigged so that you lose more money than you gain. Half the time the stock market will actually start going down literally the second you buy stock. This game is just one big example of everything that is wrong with mobile gaming today. Don’t buy unless you want to waste your life watching ads or you’re a millionaire who has a few hundred dollars to throw away.

Can’t win without using real money. I see all these other great reviews and wonder if I even got the same game? It’s not even possible to move further in the game without using real money. This game is a scam that draws you in and makes you need to pay to continue. I thought I was doing something wrong but no matter what eventually it comes to a point where the income is less then what your expenses are. Simple solution for the user would be to drop some expenses or increase income. But it just can’t happen. If you drop expenses you lose your job and have to completely restart the game because you will then run out of money. And you can’t increase your income without increasing expenses. The concept for this game had me really excited but the execution of the game was horrible. I think the biggest problem I had overall was not even how the game wasn’t possible to win without paying money, but the fact that if you do pay money it costs $8 (real money) to increase skill in stocks. $4 (real money) to buy a car that the character can only use until a certain point. And a lot more high rates with terrible returns. It’s a major scam ran by the company. They have a wonderful concept though so I hope they fix the game.

Impossible. I got to the vending business only. It took me nearly 5 try’s and about 20hours with ads to find out it is physically impossible to beat the game without paying. My final strategy involved getting education to business lvl. 3 while collecting up as much money before I got -x6 happiness, because after that if you can’t solve it you lose. I collected up nearly 33k before I head to enter the long stretch. The long stretch is a period in the game where the player gets no money. Everything went well and I got the pickup, but then you had to start saving up for business your first business at 7k while no money. Nearly lost it, but the nail in the coffin was me unable to save up nearly 64k through ads before the game gave me -x12 happiness. Now early I could not collect more money as to many happiness debuffs lose you the game. TLR- I spent 16hours on the game, to find out its impossible.

Unrealistically difficult. Much like the other low reviews, I will note that the game seems designed to push you to spend real money because of the unrealistic setup. Th main character is ambitious to the point of pushing the player into getting the most expensive option they can, often pushing the monthly expenses beyond the income level. The only real way to earn enough money to reach the highest levels is to play the stock markets or in the casino, both of which are essentially luck based unless you spend real money to increase the invisible “skill” associated with each. But what I really found that I loathed is that once the main character hits 60 his health tanks in unrealistic amounts each month. As in you lose 40-50 health each month from 60 on. Which is not realistic - people do not suddenly become decrepit upon reaching seniority. The only way to fix this is to get a 5k coin surgery each month, but if you’re in the casino or the stock exchange a window will pop up complaining about being a living corpse and can result in lost bets. The idea of this game is very fun, but it seems like a get rich quick scheme for the developers more than an actual idle strategy game. I do not recommend downloading it.

Casino is Glitched. This game would be halfway playable if the casino actually gave you money you supposedly win, but it doesn't and you're basically forced to either watch an infinite amount of ads or use the stock market. If you do use the stock market, you'll get bombarded with pop ups to watch ads and it's annoying and makes you lose money. Fix the casino glitch and maybe it'll be actually playable. Update: Devs, while I appreciate the feedback, it seems the point was missed. The ads are literally forced onto you at random times and the casino is GLITCHED. You cannot win ANY money from the casino and that was my main complaint. By that definition, the game is unplayable. So, I'm not sure how the spontaneous ads are supposed to help advance in the game when the current layout is a nightmare. Maybe you should look at your FZtH Communist game since that may help with the casino glitch in this game. Communist was playable and enjoyable; this game, not so much. Please fix the CASINO glitch!

Eh. There’s not really much of a “how to” do you really have to figure things out on ur own....the little tutorial doesn’t help much....you really don’t know how much time has passed...I wish there was a countdown that lets you know how long you have had the current job you are working.....also, I feel like after you finish one section of jobs you shouldn’t have to accept a lower paying job, also I feel as though you should be able to just pick one path and that one path lead to the dream job your person wants....also, I think the dream job shouldn’t always be the same...that should be random as well....other than all this, it’s a koo game, but it doesn’t play on if you’re not in the game....so time only passes if you have the game open...I wish I could close it and it continue....well at least it should be where we can still collect money if the game isn’t open

Great idea, bad implementation. I love the idea and it’s amazing, but it reaches a point where you can’t progress unless you use real money. I’ve tried several times because I thought it was something that I must have done wrong, but always at the beginning of the IT work thing the expenses are higher than the income, and the character wants things that he can’t have at the moment so he becomes unhappy, looses his job, becomes depressed (while I try to get him back where he was before) and hangs himself. At the same time, they (the developers) force you to pay to continue, as they make you run out of money without providing you the option of watching videos to get money. I just deleted the game because it’s unplayable this way. I’m tired of hopelessly trying to play this, because I would love to. If they could just change this do that this could be played without being forced to pay to continue the storyline. Just then I would download it again, and I’m pretty sure everyone who has tried it would agree that it would make it a great game

Slow. The game is about surviving in the world. Getting a job, home, food, transportation and a family. You can play roulette or bet on the market. You also get certain situations that you have to make decisions for. The game is relatively slow, since time doesn’t pass when your not playing the game. I can sit there for 5 minutes waiting for something to happen. You can bet by a casino or the market but neither of those games I like to play. Personally I don’t know how to play roulette or bet on the market. They don’t clearly explain anything. Since they don’t explain how you play and the tutorial is vague, you have no idea if you win or lose. The market and roulette also seem to be rigged. The market skyrockets when you are trying to buy and crashes when you are trying to sell. Of course you can watch an ad to fix this but don’t depend on the ad because it doesn’t tend to help. Every decision you make has a cost, weather it’s your happiness, health, or money. This is the one thing that makes me hate this game. No matter what you do, to have fun, to have a little happiness you lose something in the end. Unless, of course, you watch the provided advertisements.

Good game but wish you could speed up time. Just a little bit, maybe if they had a slow/normal/fast mode where you could speed up the days that would be great. This game takes forever to play!! The trick is to save up your money while you have a good high paying job so that when/if you switch careers and take a lower paying job you don’t run out of money. Establishing a good amount of savings will carry you through the times when you’re budget has a deficit - kind of like in real life! This is where the “speed up” setting would be extremely helpful since you’re not making any changes in the game for 5 or 6 months at a time and you can’t close the game to do anything else on your phone because then time stops. This game is super time consuming but the gameplay is great.

Don’t bother 😡. This game seems like a great concept at the start. It’s fun, you waste a lot of time playing it. You might even start making small in game purchases with real money. Suddenly, your character becomes unrealistic in his demands and you can’t keep up. If you run into issues, a window pops up Giving you the option to spend your money to continue playing. I actually spent $3.99 to avoid having to start all over again for the third time and still lost it all because by the time the purchase completed my character was homeless jobless and had lost everything. Once your character loses everything he stays depressed and sick and no amount of money can keep him happy and healthy enough to continue to progress back up the job ladder. I spent a lot of money on this game and it’s a waste. I will contest the last charge for a refund because it didn’t do what it was advertised to do.

This game is boring and terrible. It’s so not fun and it’s very boring, you can’t do anything but wait until you have enough money to do things but I lost all my money in the trade exchange which was really stupid of me. But the game forces you to wait for atleast 5 minutes just for you to get paid and do things. This is a waste of storage and time. Do not download it’s terrible you’ll soon get hooked and gamble all your money away and you’ll lose all your money and you can’t do anything but watch videos which is very boring and another way for this game to make money. I’m telling you, don’t download this game is boring and has no lead and fun in its content, I would rather play BitLife then this garbage. And you have to wait for you to age too. While in BitLife you can age when you want to. Overall this game is bad do not download. If I could give zero stars, I would quickly press the button and be happy with my rating.

More work than real life. Impossible to advance without spending money. The game constantly wants your expenses to be higher than your income and then to get to the next job you need to keep going for more and more education which gets more and more expensive. Then just when you start to catch up you are always miserable because you want more kids or you want more education which all costs money you don't have. It's really quite annoying. Not to mention that to make more money you have to keep dropping down in money. Like to go beyond 3k a month you have to take a job making 2k then 2.3k, ... You can't skip any jobs so you have to do every one. Oh and when you run low on money you get constant popups to spend money to the point where you can't do anything but spend money or start over!

I hope you like watching ads.... Because that is the only way you won’t completely fail and end up homeless in this game. You will literally have to watch hundreds of ads. My screen is probably 80% watching ads and 20% UI. They make it so you are constantly in a deficit and losing money each month (1 day = 1 sec). If you want a better job to make more money, ironically you’re going to have to spend more money to meet the requirements of that job. It’s a vicious cycle that I’d say the devs need to fix but I’m sure they know exactly what they’re doing. Either you constantly watch ads for fake money or you spend REAL money. Either way it means more real money for them so why would they change it? I downloaded it yesterday and ended up homeless because I couldn’t watch ads fast enough. Usually I love these kinds of games but this one is honestly a hoax. I’m not sure how they have such high ratings either. Doesn’t add up.

STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!. This is one of my favorite games ever! A lot of the time you find games that you can beat very easy. This game is a really tough challenge that you won’t beat immediately. It will take a lot of time. You kinda have to just figure out a strategy and go along with it. In stocks I was putting a lot of money in at a time and was getting really rich and then it started going the opposite way I wanted it to go and I went bankrupt. That’s the challenge, you think you’re doing amazing then it takes a sudden turn. Also, this game teaches you about real life situations. If you put the work in and play smart you can do wonders with your life by changing the style just like in real life. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!

Please read!. This game has a wonderful concept and could be amazing. Could be. First I would like to say that there are no glitches and the number of ads is entirely reasonable. However, I have some issues. 1) It’s too hard. You need 6k and $300 a month to buy a car so that you can make an extra $200 or so. The developers say that if you can gamble right, or play the stock market correctly then you can make enough money and keep leveling up no problem. This is simply not true. To be honest you would be better off with no job, no education, and just gambling and playing the stock market. 2) You have to play as a man. There is no option to play as a women. I know this may seem small, but to me I think small minded is a better term. You have to play as a man and you have no choice. And any talk about women in this game is always them hooking up with someone. Further to the point, there’s no option about which gender you date. This is less serious than the problem with women’s portrayal, but still. I would like for there to be more of an option regarding gender. Of both the player and partner. I have only played two lives, so maybe as you play more you can play as a woman, but this is what I’ve found so far.

Don’t waste your time and nerves until this game is fixed.. So I’ve noticed two things: 1. You are a whiny child. You want an apartment. You want a *nicer* apartment. You want a wife. You want a kid. You want another kid. You want to go back to school, Etc. I know the game is pushing you to progress, but seriously tone it the heck down. It wouldn’t be a real problem if it didn’t affect your happiness by SIX PERCENT PER MONTH! And with the happiness solutions becoming even less effective as time goes on, it makes the game unenjoyable coupled with the reason below. 2. It’s next to impossible to progress. After leaving your “dirty” job as a restaurant owner, kiss any and all hopes of saving up goodbye. Later on, you literally do not break even for AT LEAST a year and a half between office Deputy and the next profitable job, and that’s just where I failed last. You can watch ads for money but they’re limited and only go so far. This needs fixing before this game is even playable long-term again.

Difficult but doable. A lot of reviews saying it’s impossible to succeed. That’s not true. Best way is to play the market. I’ve gotten to over a $1M twice from playing the market. Currently 3 jobs away from becoming the president. One mistake I made was not paying attention to the down deposit need to start business early on. It wiped me clean and I went bankrupt. If I paid attention I wouldn’t have had to pay the $3.99 to get a little funds. From there I got $90k and turned that into over $600k to move up in careers. Play the market not the casino. If you get good at the market you can win the game without paying money. Pay attention to down deposits!

Unrealistic, and way too demanding.. I’ve played this game and have used ads up the wazoo to clear through school, gain money, etc. But when I switch from a job that gives me less than what I currently make, and I have to invest what basically takes the lifetime to get? It doesn’t make sense. A business that gives 11k/hr but I have expenses that are 13k/hr makes it IMPOSSIBLE to grow. I don’t know anyone in their right mind who would move to a position that pays less and doesn’t cover your costs, so the game is awful in realism. It’s nearly impossible to get yourself to a point where you make over 1k/ month in profit, and that makes saving up for a business that takes 300k 300 months to get if you don’t want to risk money gambling, trading stock, or watching ads. 2/5 here, it’s just too difficult to enjoy and not rewarding enough to keep playing.

It’s not realistic. This game just wants your money and I’d ad money hungry. It’s not realistic for me to get a more expensive car then current expenses in order for me to drive to a job that pays me way less then I was paying in expenses to begin with. I’m at the age of 50 because I had to pay for money. Don’t by the cars $$ wise because they lie about what it covered. I was told in a purchases it covers up to pick up truck. Got there and still had to buy the truck. I also hate that there’s no way to accumulate time unless your on the app. I understand you have to be active in the app but if I can get like a 2 month idle time or something it would help someone who isn’t a child and can’t just sit on my phone all day. Plus the app in itself is boring so now I’m bored and my phone is in usable. I love the concept but it’s obvious the developers just care about the profit side of the app a lot more then actually making a good game that people will want to spend money on.

Dreadful experience... I’ve spent money a couple times on this game, just trying to get ahead to a point where my profit is significantly higher then my expenses. Haven’t really succeeded in that manor. If you spend really money, to buy 220k then get kicked out on the street, everything you buy with that 220k, disappears and you have to buy it again. The worst game possible to rip you off. If you get kicked out of your house you don’t lose your car, your job etc. that’s not the problem. Honestly, spending money on this game is a joke if everything disappears once you get kicked out. The only way to get back to the job you had after getting kicked out is to spend real money to buy you wife and kids. Your car. Your home. Your food and clothes. Such a disappointment.

Starts out good, becomes unplayable. Giant scam.. I very rarely write reviews for games, but this game is an exception. It starts off pretty good and you are able to advance your career pretty quickly; and then you notice that not only are you earning less then you are spending BUT you actually HAVE TO PAY EVEN MORE to advance your career which- news flash still puts you in a deficit. Don’t be fooled by the other scam which is actually spending your money. Unless you’re prepared to spend over $60, spending money just bides you time, it dosent give you enough to actually make it until the end. What’s most disappointing about this game though is that it actually can be good, if the developers weren’t so hungry for money. I see the developers saying it takes strategy but I consider myself pretty good with these types of games, so like I said before, unless your prepared to spend over $60 on the game IT IS IMPOSSIBLE without incredible luck at the casino or waiting years (real life) to accumulate the money. To the developers: this can be a great game and people would pay for things if they thought it was worth it; you just can’t make it impossible for the people that won’t pay and it’s incredibly frustrating that people have been complaining about this forever and you don't do anything. Anyone able to complete this without spending money or waiting for ages is smarter then Einstein.

Fun time killer. Reviews talking about how you can’t progress are inaccurate. I didn’t spend a dime and made it to the level 3 of the business track. You have to play at the casino or do stocks to progress, plain and simple. The later stages get very tedious as you have to have large chunks of money to progress through the businesses. Like a lot of $$$. If I hadn’t gotten lucky twice and went all-in on “0” at the casino and won the $400,000 jackpot it would have taken ages to progress as you need several $100k each time you buy a business and you usually have to upgrade your car. I eventually got bored, bought the max house, food, and family and just went all in at the casino until I went bankrupt. From there you get kicked out of your house, loose your job and family and have to restart. A month later, my character hung him self. Decent game for killing some time.

Zero to Struggling. I like the idea of the game, but I really wish that it wasn’t so hard to make a surplus in cash instead of barely scraping by just to move up levels. To get money you have to watch ads that are 15 seconds at least and that gets old after the third time. I also wish that your money stacks up when you’re not playing, but it doesn’t. You have to physically be in the game for anything to continue, at least it seems that way. When you complete a line of work like Manager for example making $2.5k/month, the next level up will start you at $1.5k/month and it takes a few levels to get to where you were before. That means debt for a while and using money to keep your character happy and healthy instead of saving it. I’m about ready to delete this game so I can stop dying from spleen and sorrow.

Real life is easier than this. I can see why some would rate it 5 stars, but I was never able to get into it. First off is that, for a game meant to be a life simulator, it isn't very realistic. Sure, a lot of it makes sense from a gameplay perspective, but the job requirements become ridiculous really quickly. What company looks at a person's marital status and says "Uhp, you don't have a spouse, you can't work here"? Not to mention that the expenses to get new jobs (including the aforementioned spouse, food, clothes, housing, and keeping your character happy and healthy) pile up really quickly until your expenses constantly outweigh your income, forcing you to gamble or trade stocks just to keep food on the table (which, while probably realistic in some cases, is frustrating beyond belief) and leading to the next major problem. It's virtually, if not literally, impossible to complete the game without opening your real-life wallet, something that is inexcusable for a non-demo free-to-play game. I just uninstalled this game in favor of something more enjoyable, and don't plan on ever reinstalling again.

Could use some tweaks.. I like the game a lot, but it has some negatives. I wish we didn’t have to exhaust every aspect of making extra money to live and that certain jobs didn’t mean we needed certain vehicles, marital status, or housing. It makes it unrealistic. I thought this would be more of a “ my choice” kind of thing seeing that I budget heavily in my own life and not all of us walk around with spouses at 23. It would also be nice if we could have both genders and some character editing. It just makes me grateful for the Sims. I will say that it has improved since the first time I played it a few years ago though and I am glad for that.

Good game. Stock market is the key. Basically if you don't figure out the stock market and how to profit off it well, you cannot play this game without spending real money. Even if you do I doubt you can get away with spending zero real money. But you can for reasonably cheap if you get it down. Recommend a throw-away play through or 3 to figure out how to work the stock market. One thing I haven’t figured out and is very frustrating, the market will randomly close my position at times even when im in the green for a total loss of the whole investment. I’ve had it go the other way where I get automatically closed out and its for a profit as well but much more frequently its for a total loss. Secondly when you have not much miney left and your trying to recover with good trades the constant “your out of money” pop ups make it impossible to make good trades when it really matters. Probably by design. But it’s slightly infuriating when you had a good trade that would have taken you out of the whole but the 3 pop ups make you unable to close your position and you loose everything. This is basically stock market simulator with some other cool stuff too.

Good idea, but hard to play. So at the beginning of the game, it’s relatively easy, and it seems the whole point of the game is to slowly move up in your career. To do this you have to have a certain car, house, clothes, etc to take on new jobs. I expect the game to get increasingly difficult, but after having to go through the game 4 times, where my character died each time before, I finally got the business section but I’ve decided its next to impossible to advance further than that. Once you have higher jobs, you have almost no extra money coming in. You could have 4K in expense but you could only be making 3K and you’re supposed to move onto the next job, but can’t because there’s no way to keep increasing when you aren’t at least breaking even. Again, the idea of the game is great, but the only way I’ve found that you can kind of make it through the first half of the game is where you sit at the most profitable job at the beginning and keep saving your money for literal years of the game, and then continuing. Otherwise you can’t afford your expenses, and you ultimately lose.

Could be amazing. I love this game, or the concept of it anyway. I actually put it away for 2 years because it was frustrating that the expenses were hire than the income. But I decided to try again. This time I spent about $6 of my real money to try to get ahead. But then I got to the point where I’m losing $5k a month because of the mandatory items needed to advance my career. I’ve tried the “side jobs” but I don’t see where that does anything but lower my health and happiness. I’ve been reading the reviews and the developer responses saying it’s meant to be hard and based on decisions but the only decision you can make is whether to stay at a profitable job (which there seems to be only one or two) for a significant amount of time or advance. What I would like to see is being able to choose your food/car/clothing/relationship be an actual choice and not requirements for job (except maybe basic food & clothing choices), but that can affect your health and happiness so that’s where you need to determine your risk level. Sure we can watch ads, play the casino & stock market etc., but aside from the ads those are “luck” based so not really reliable for income.

Pay to play. Okay so I really really like the concept of this game it’s just after a while I’m the game you can’t continue like literally it turns impossible unless you do nothing but watch ads for hours on end or spend like 50 bucks in real cash. There comes to a point in the game where you slowly start making less money than you are spending which means you will eventually be kicked out of your apartment/house and your wife takes the kids and disappears of the face of the earth you lose your job and start back at square one the only thing was at that point i was 40 years old and I was on the street and I had to take the first job again and also my guy was so depressed from losing his job that I wasn’t making enough money to make this snobby piece for garbage happy enough to get the next job to keep progressing. I’ve restarted nearly 20 times to try different strategies like doing college as fast as possible (which what got me to age 40 then I hit that brick wall). With all that said I love the idea of the game but very poorly executed

Best mindless and relatable game I have ever played. This game is insanely tactical, full of adds, yet addictive. This game is the true plight of an entrepreneur, and will drive you crazy. Winners never win without any risk! Once you really start to think what is and what isn't profitable you can really make some serious progress. (Just cause something is on the end doesn't mean it's the best job to have). I have off and on played this game for... about 4-6 months and finally completed the entire game. It is possible to achieve President of the United States without paying a dime! Great mindless grinding game. Thanks for the experience developers, you have honestly made me think very introspectively about myself.

Decent concept, poor execution. I enjoyed the game at first, but it soon became impossible to play without either spending money or steadily streaming ads to earn the in-game currency and advance. I was hoping to find a point at which my monthly income was greater than my expenses, but by the time I needed to save 130k for a new sports car and begin my next career, I was still making thousands less each month than I was forced to spend. The casino and stock market mini games are supposed to help with this difference, but they are too random to rely on and often leave you out of money altogether (or maybe gambling just isn’t for me). Standing ~100k short of the sports car, I decided that the number of ads necessary to reach that point was ridiculous and made the decision to quit. It’s a shame, because I was honestly addicted to the game for the first few days that I had it.

Too Challenging. Games has rewarding challenge factor, but to be at negative income on every job is pointless, you can never get ahead/stabilise enough for the next risk manoeuvre..Pay to win is the only foreseeable outcome... I watched over 150 ads, got v.lucky with shares and casino and still depression got me around 45yo... I was negative $3K to stop depression and I was spending $4.5K to keep up with the basics... game broken... un achievable with paying $70 actual dollars... might as well buy another Xbox game for longevity... I think the vehicle and business outlays make it unachievable... like when you upgrade your business why don’t you get some sort of cash back from the business you started or some sort of ongoing income? If you start the business and own the car why do you loose it when you got bust and have a mid life crisis? You should get lump sum from all those things to be a life simulator... If you are going to keep the game this hard there needs to be some redundancies to recover from your “mid-life crisis(es)” I almost gave it three stars but with non stop ad watching you should at least be able to get ahead not just keep your head above water...

Game is completely different to what’s advertised. Advertisements which led me to download this game make this game look entirely different to what it actually is. And after beginning to play, I realise that this game is impossible to get ahead. Another one of those “watch ads for money” games to be able to afford anything.. and to get ahead. Everything is mostly pay to play based. Beware if you download, to either waste your time watching ads getting sick of it or to waste lots of money on this game. Not worth it.

Impossible to achieve anything. Challenging, but requires P2W. Pay to win seems to be the only option in this game once you reach in the harder end of the game. I would be getting alerts at age 40 to spend the unnecessary money to invest in upgrades that I didn’t need. The micro transactions do NOT help, as they don’t help carry over to a new game. So if you’ve spent $10 on the stock booster, it WILL NOT, carry over.

This is the worst game. GREAT!!. Great game but you should add more options into for example having the main character a girl and let her have different goals & achievements. More features!! There should be more ways to save & more ways to loss money which add more of a risk to what we should spend. All in all, add more realistic & creative features in the game but still one of a kind game. I love it

A good way to waste your life, but there’s like a 1000 better ways to do it

Overall a good game.. A pretty cool game. Some small things could be improved such as the health and happiness fade very quickly, the stock exchange moves very quickly, there is no real concept of time during the game and it needs to be run through the spell checker and checked for grammar. Otherwise though it sets achievable goals and is quite fun.

It’s okay.. Had played this game many many times but every time I get stuck and it’s because you require lots of luck or p2w to progress much further. In my opinion you should be able to decide on what your expenses are and just have the education for going to the next job. You shouldn’t have to drive a nice car or have a family that costs $500 a week to get a job. You should just have education and experience.

Feel like an iPad kid, being used for crazy amounts of ad money and kinda misogynistic undertones. First off, CALM DOWN with the adds, I’ve been getting around two 30 second adds per 3 minutes, it’s way too much and it ruins the gameplay, I’m happy to have a banner add or less adds. I used to love this game 5~ years ago but god it’s become a wasteland, a good example of this is the random encounters (you get 3 choices, one let’s you watch an add to get a positive outcome and the other 2 normally decrease either your happiness, money or health) and as bad as the game punishing you for not watching 15 adds per minute, lots of the scenarios are kind of womanising, they aren’t TOO bad but they kind of just feel a bit odd, and some of the scenarios treat women like objects or something to flaunt which is untrue, that’s about all I have to complain about with this game, I’m pretty devastated because there aren’t enough life simulators on the platform but that’s about all I have to say. TL;DR: Overall, great work developers but tone down the adds and fix the random encounters :) (Also get rid of the communist version which is exactly the same as the original but with the overused joke of ‘haha, communist country weird’, love the devs though and they deserve to be payed for their work 👍)

Pointless. I like these types of games, and found the start really great. But to get further along you end up having alot more expenses than the amount you earn. Why can’t i decide my marital status and places i live. I dont see why anyone would want to start a new career if you won’t even be able to afford to live. I had to watch video after video just to keep my money up, or hope to win in stocks and at the casino. Oh and i should get to decide when i want a car upgrade as in real life i wouldn’t continuously get a new car unless i actually had the money, and this game you dont have the money to do that or become rich

Game is so dumb and unrealistic. What kind of person in real life has a job as an accountant yet is relying on the stock market and casino to return a minimum profit each month?! Each time you get promoted into another business it’s a race to the top position to avoid getting bankrupt. The price of in-app purchases are also wayyyy too high for such a meaningless and limiting game. People rate it 5 stars just so they can get $2k at the start of the game.

Seems like a good idea, but more of a period scheme.. You have to pay to win, it just isn’t possible to get past certain levels without paying more. I don’t like the user friendliness of the game, too many button pushing. You have to exit the health and happiness and not directly click into it. Seems a little amateur for me, would be better off revising the game strategy and outlay of options delivered.

Thinking game. It’s easy to learn and start, it challenges you, simple but entertaining for long periods of time, a good way to teach young adults or teens on the value of money and work life balance, addictive.

Skewed to make you spend. I liked the idea of this game but look elsewhere because the mechanics are biased against you: - each job requires upgrading your house, family, car or food, such that you will always spend more than you earn (or slight breakeven) - each time you change jobs later, you must spend larger amounts of cash investment which you never get back (that amount is permanently lost) - gambling at the casino or stockmarket is capped by the level of your job, so you can never make large amounts of money for the business upgrades So, the only way to win is to buy cash for real dollars, and that is pure pay to win. I would avoid this game and find something better.

Just a cash cow for developers. Game starts off good but after a few promotions it becomes clear that the developers aren’t interested in making this game enjoyable, they just want to line their pockets. It’s impossible to win this game as the requirements for promotions cost more than the promotion will pay. Had the opportunity to be a really great game, but completely blew it.

Unrealistic and $$$. You’re mostly stuck in a negative income to spending ratio, if not you’re only earning $100 profit in some jobs. This is due to the unrealistic requirments placed on you such as spending over $250 a week for food, 3.4k a month for a small country cottage (never seen a mortgage this high, let alone rent), $700 a month for work suit (sorry but most men don’t buy a whole new suit every month) etc etc. The requirements for becoming a president are to own a sports car etc and have 2 great grandchildren??? Don’t see any presidents that are 90+ mate. The game is designed so that it is literally impossible to complete it without spending a fair bit of real coin $$$. Not worth it as it just gets frustrating.

Decent Game. What I like is that you can watch ads to speed up the process, what’s annoying is that you have to continue to upgrade your lifestyle in order to make money but then progressing through the “job” section going from 1 field to another you automat take a pay cut and it’s out of your hands.

The real reason for the 1 star however is when you start to get depressed in game it threatens suicide... I think this is absolutely ridiculous to have in a game where kids are playing it.

Huge mistake. Game is purely impossible I hope no one has bothered to spend money on it because even then it would be impossible. I think they made a mistake cause even real world life isn't that hard even starting from nothing there's more chance to advance in careers. Good premise for game though and would play if they fix the difficulty.

Don’t plan to finish unless you want to pay. Seems like a fantastic concept, but I’ve played it twice over and ran outta money (aka lost the game) because the jobs have these pointless requirements of needing children to be promoted, or need a specific house that costs a hell lot of money to get a job. Really just wanting to get your money. Great idea, but PLEASE MAKE IT DOABLE WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY BUCKETS OF MONEY!

No matter what job you take there will be an upgrade that sets you back on monthly income making it greatly difficult to stay on top monthly income needs a change and job income needs a change time to call the union 😂 have to watch so many ads just to afford some things I’m not paying to win lol otherwise it would be a good game to play

Annoyed. To add to the person who reviewed with the title ‘rigged’, you can watch ads to gain extra money which is all good for a while. You then think that you get ahead a little and you do, until like he said, you move into the next job category and your money starts to dwindle with no real way to get on top of your expenses. Then when you finally do and you reach the next job bracket again, it’s the same pattern. Now, with the watching ads strategy to gain extra money, and although it is handy, I have noticed that majority of the time they are playing only Apple Music ads which they do not pay up for. Especially when you’re doing it tough with your money, which results in you losing pretty well everything you have. I’m honestly so angry with this game right now.

Below par but with potential. Awfully balanced; impossible to progress without constantly watching ads or spending money. Almost always running negative income which becomes increasingly frustrating. Needs a lot of tweaking to be playable. I guess that’s what the developers are aiming for - getting people so frustrated that they spend money. Needless to say, I’m not going to do that and am about to delete this pointless waste of time app.

Too hard. You really can’t actually get ahead. To get every job, you need certain requirements and your budget is blown just getting them. It’s depressing. I liked it at first but after being knocked back to the point where a car was unaffordable too many times I stopped playing.

It is ok. This app isn’t the best but I think it is pretty good although once you go into debt you can either watch ads or pay to get more money instead of getting a loan and working your way out.

New job requirements missing. I can’t find any of the requirements needed for the new jobs. I used to be able to find them by just tapping on the accept button on the job but now when I tap accept it only shows me my required happiness. When I gain the requirement the tick appears next to the requirement but I still can’t accept the job. The time for next job timer thing is now missing too and I don’t know if that’s a good thing. Bring it back please.

Gender discrimination. I was really enjoying this game until I realised, it’s 2019, why is there no option to play as a female? Why is it after a wife and 2 children you advance to a wife + children + a mistress? Appalling discrimination against women. Even after playing all those advertisements because of the imbalance which by the way, well done. Make people spend, that is the name of the game isn’t it. Fix the app, make it more gender inclusive. Disgusting how you forget about 50% of the population. There’s no reason why women can not be president. I’m looking forward to playing this game once your discrimination against gender is rectified.

Forced to watch ads or buy coins. The game has a lot of potential to be great but later on in the game it forces you to watch ads to gain money or to buy it from the store just so you don't go bankrupt and lose all progress you've made. If there's other ways around this then it would be 5 stars!!

Games terrible. I matter what you do if you pay up or anything you still lose and there is no possible way to keep on top of anything poor quality game

VERY difficult. I have repeated this game several times and every time I have failed I find this game way to hard. U have to watch a ton a adds just to be a tiny bit ahead but the money problems come back very quickly and u die because of depression or become homeless. I personally would not recommend it. WAY to difficult

Great game. Very very fun game addicting, however when you run out of money you shouldn’t be forced to either watch an add of buy more money. They should have another option where it continues the player’s life and they have to work out of debt and bank payment. Overall fun game though

Fake reviews and overall terrible game. So, for starters, all (or at least most) of the 5 star reviews are fake and made by the creators trying to soothe their ego, you can tell by how simple their reviews are and how their usernames are a random combination of numbers and letters and even sometimes emojis. So trust the reviews that are more sophisticated. Also, this is a terrible game all round, for Christ’s sake you pay for a girlfriend and a family. If you are looking for a life simulator unlike this flaming hot pile of garbage I would recommend BitLife.

Great game but a few faults. This is a great game and I enjoy it a lot. After a few hours I finally make it and become the president. Just one suggestion is to make difficulties. Like Easy Hard and Realistic.

It’s an ok game. I like it a lot but here’s the tea. when you have gone far in the game and then you go bankrupt it is so annoying because you have to start it all over again pls creaters change that and let you have some funds

Rigged. You go so far, try so hard, barely keeping on top of everything, it’s fun right until you realise you can’t win unless you pay up. In each job category only one of those jobs will keep you above your budget atleast 0.1K until you hit business manager, then you finally think yes! I’ve got more money! You think you’re safe until the next job makes you buy certain things that puts your budget behind 1.5k per month and now you HAVE NO WAY TO GET OUT OF THAT UNLESS YOU HAVE 30K TO SPARE. I died the first time as I had 16K and it kept going down so fast I tried betting and losing and died of depression. And now the 2nd time at this point, I paid up $11 out of my own money and still each next job from now on requires up 50K to spend on opening businesses with no way to earn back, no bonus nothing, if you wanna wait each month(31 seconds) for a measly 0.6K to come in go ahead. There’s no earning when the app is closed btw. You can never be on top. ITS ALL PAY TO WIN.

The game is interesting and offers a lot of replay ability. Random events and tons of actions and jobs as well as items allow for tons of different options

I’m disappointed that I had to spend real god dam money just so I didn’t lose all my progress, why is there no option to take a loan or be in debt??? How come you can make loads of progress an then when you run out of money, you have to start over, where’s the money from the car you owned? The business you had, it makes no sense and I’m really angry that I didn’t REAL MONEY just to win the stupid game, and then when I get to 50yo I have a crisis and LOSE EVERYTHING???? A waste of my time, a waste of my money and a waste of an game that has so much potential if it was more REALISTIC

Too many ads and rigged. Finally got to a point when I had over 200k spare cash but had to watch over 70 million ads. I was still earning negative though. On top of that, I somehow stopped receiving casino winnings (bet 10k - won 70k and got nothing. Bet 25k and won 225k and still got nothing) absolute garbage. There’s no way to finish this game without spending real $$$. Don’t bother downloading this app if you’re not prepared to pay.

To many draw back and nothing that’s actually good in this game that make you want to play. This game has a limit on every single job that you can got to a certain job until you have done every single other job I mean really if someone want to be a lawyer they don’t work 90 job have a good house and car they study and dress well for and interviews it’s stupid that to work as a promoter then a courier and 3 or 4 other jobs to be a taxi driver. Seriously and why do you require a private jet to be the president. Impossible to pass. This game is fun and addicting yet frustrating. I’ve never gotten past the age 32 because I either go bankrupt and lose everything or I kill my self. If you go bankrupt you get everything taken away and have to restart with nothing and your character will have a desire for everything you lost and it will drop your health and happiness drastically; if you die you have to restart the whole game. Ways to improve: when buying a car, you should subtract the amount we had to pay for the car we currently have for the new one we want/need. Do not have the character want something, rather his healthy should go up when he improves. When you get older the free options to improve the health and happiness should not go down, it should remain at 2% and 1% the whole game. We should be able to go into the negatives instead of losing everything that way we can keep trying to make money and we won’t lose our progress. I am a female so why is the only choice to be a male? The significant other should be able to get a job and once we get married I should be able to control her life too.

Dreadfully boring game. I tried playing this because I enjoy life simulation games. In this one, it seems that everything is predetermined for you. You have to take a specific route, get a specific house, get a spouse, have kids etc... You’re not actually making any choices. It’s also clearly trying to sell ads and not be an actual game. I understand devs need to make money, but when I get a pop-up with the illusion of choice, the only “good choice” seems to be the one you have to watch an ad with. Another thing is that everything took too long, and I had to take a break from it to attend to real life, and when I came back the character was poor again. So unless you can do it all in one sitting, I don’t see the point. The last thing, I didn’t see any option to chose your character’s gender. Would have liked to pick.

Decent to bad. So, I figured this game would be good. It has a good concept behind it, however. After several moments of playing. I realized I was going to hit the p2p wall quickly. Which I did the following morning. It happened quickly thankfully, but I found a way around it.. temporarily. Watching the adverts for other games gives $500 per video, and in 2 hours I never hit a limit. Unfortunately, my expenses were becoming well beyond what the videos could handle. So I figured I would try the stocks, worked well enough... but it’s gambling for a reason. At the end of it, I deleted it because, being forced to get a girlfriend in order to avoid the x2 depression... the lack of being able to get that second job also giving x2 depression... gives it the p2p feel.

This is good. This game is good, but I tend to get really far and then just lose all my money, just like that. Not because of gambling, but just because my monthly expenses is higher than my income. I just wish that you people would give us zeros more than 2 months to regain my job. I’m real life, I would have just about over a minute to get it back. That is not enough time for me. Hooks you just to make it impossible with $$$. If your confused by the rating vs. Some of the reviews that's because when you get a job in game as a taxi they offer you $2k in game for a review, and at that point in the game it seems fair, but later in the game its obviously pay to win. I liked it at first but like other reviews stated at the IT job level it gets impossible without real money. The expenses you need to have to get a job is more than the jobs pay. You can save up but you'll spend in game years doing it just so you don't go broke trying to advance, but the streak continues so be ready to break out your credit card cause that's obviously the only way to win.

Improbable without HIGH IAP. I really liked the game at first until I ran into what appeared to be a paywall. I’m pretty stubborn and the game was simple to understand so I backed off, collected all the data, and built a spreadsheet. I used key jobs throughout the game where you make the most before hitting a paywall. I then calculated how long to save money before moving on and I found it would take approximately 1,500 game months (not accounting for health/fun expenses) to become President due to the irrational lifestyle choices and requirements in order to move up. Yes, I was bored. But I actually did the whole exercise in the hopes the game was playable and was disappointed. Unfortunately your character can only survive for 1,020 months... So while it may be possible to win with luck through gambling or stocks (which are influenced by rather pricey IAPs) I would say this is a little TOO perfect representation of the American Dream. I gave this game 1 star because it appears that a lot of work went into getting customers to like the game before slamming them with multiple paywalls. Either charge for the game up front and put out a free demo, or rebalance the game. Attempting to purposefully manipulate your clientele will only lead your company to failure in the long run.

You got it all wrong!. You guys got it all wrong! The game is very good in the beginning but later it can be hard! What you need to do is patience, when your actually getting well profit you need to wait a really while, then when you have a lot of money saved up, (around 50k-70k) you will easily buy the new car and stick with the job for 3 months. Then (Im guess this happens again later) you save up a lot again, and do the same thing. This is stock free and gambling free. It may take long but its a game. It’s supposed to be!

Fun game. It’s fun and I enjoy it but it makes you wait three in games months with one job to get the next. Ive had the pizza maker job for almost a year in game and it still won’t allow me to get the next job saying I need three months experience. Kinda frustrating and it’s annoying that you have to be on the game for time to progress and to make money. It’d be nice to do other stuff and come back seeing i made some money and can afford the next job and the things I need for the job.

Really 😵‍💫. Left this game a couple years back. Decided to give it a go again hopefully there would be change but somehow my character is still grossing less than the expected expenses 😐 I understand utilizing the markets and casino but the debt-to-income ratio is absolutely ridiculous even with me running side job constantly since the character turned 18. Okay at the beginning. I was enjoying it for a little while until my job couldn't pay for the requirements to get it. Once you run out of money it spams you to either watch and ad or spend real money. You basically can't win without doing so. I ran out of money and then got evicted and instantly lost everything except my requirements. I couldn't get any job better than taxi driver because no jobs would give me the car required. Also, dying from sadness makes no sense. When I was trying to barely afford everything I couldn't do anything to fix my sadness so then all my progress got screwed. Edit: I tried the game again and I was doing extremely well in gambling but then all the sudden I die of happiness because I was never notified. Even when the game is enjoyable it still gets screwed up by the bs the game brings.

It gets annoying. The concept is cute but this dude is always depressed. He is never satisfied and trying to keep him happy and healthy gets daunting. Why does he need specific food or a better car or better house for a better job? Why is he required to have children just to be a boss? The expenses get too high and I never seem to be making more than what I’m spending and I don’t want to spend the whole time during the game watching videos to make money and constantly trying to increase his happiness levels that drain as quickly as soon as it increases. I would definitely not spend real money on this game cuz it’s ridiculous and nowhere near real life. I never had to get married in order to advance my career or get a fancy car. It’s just so dumb.

This game is predatory. Be Warned*** to even play this game, you’ll need to spend a significant amount of your own REAL money! Otherwise, your character will die and the money does not roll over to the next game. There are no graphics and no scene changes. It’s a still backdrop through the entire game. The game is scamming people. The reason you all see so many good reviews is because in the very beginning of playing, the game offers you a bonus if you leave a nice little comment! So people are leaving generic comments before they even experience the game. If you don’t have real money to spend you can’t play this game past a certain level and that comes very quickly. I could go on but my thumbs hurt ... good luck guys and shame on you to the developer... you will all have bad karma!

You have to spend real money... You will get to head of sales, which is a pay of 2.5k a month, but to get there you need to have a wife and a decent apartment. To move to the next level you only make $500 more, but your expenses will be at least $1000 more, plus you need to buy a new car, which i think is around $12k. Really cool game but you can’t grind it out like a supercell game. Then after that you move to IT but start out at $1.8k a month, which is a $1.2k loss in pay. It takes you 4 levels to get back to the same money you were making as director of sales. Basically they have it set up for you to spend money at each increase of level as they cut your pay, add more monthly dudictions, and ask for a higher level of education for that job.

Unplayable. I love the idea and wanted to play it so bad.. but everything you apparently need to have for promotions and what not make it so you have to live outside your means. This makes it so you either have to watch a lot of ads (and I do mean A LOT of ads.. that don’t get you enough) or you HAVE to purchase money.. if the game gets a serious update I’ll play it again but otherwise I’m deleting it because there’s no point in playing it at all.. the original ad I watched for this game said test your financial skills.. I am very good at my finances and this is ridiculously unrealistic..

4.8 my a**! Waste of time and money!. Don’t get this game!!! Waste of time and money!! I don’t know how this game got a 4.8 rating. It is incredibly frustrating to play. It’s impossible to win without buying the houses and cars that cost real money. The first are not very expensive, but in order to beat the game, you would need to spend at least $80 to get the best house and vehicle. The less expensive ones only go so far to help you in the game before you have to upgrade to advance in your career. The cost of the items you have to upgrade, ie food, clothes, house, etc, are so much more to maintain than what your salary even is that you pretty much tank as soon as you advance, unless you buy the most expensive, real money, house and car. What is the fun in that?!

Open to change rating once bugs are fixed. Just installed the game and it gets stuck after telling me “don’t forget about education” I click where it leads me, but then there’s this out of focus screen where nothing shows, and tapping around does not help. Nothing to tap on! I think I’m still at “tutorial” stage but game is simply stuck. Also minor issue, game doesn’t seem to be adjusted for all screen sizes. Upper part is cut off by the front cam therefore reading certain stuff is not possible. Edit: I think I broke the game by enrolling to college before the app told me to. Now it tells me go to college but since I’m already enrolled app simply crashes. FOUND A BUG! Weird that nobody tried this and encountered it before. Now I have to delete the app. Oh well..

Don’t bother. Most of these reviews are false. Some sites pay people to leave false reviews. Game really pushes you to spend real money. You can’t control your spending because you may be earning $100 a month. But you’ll have to have $277 a month in college, $100 a month on a car, $100 a month on food, $50 a month on clothing, and $100 a month on a girlfriend. Then your character will spend like $500 on random stuff that’s out of your control. And in order to keep that $100 a month job. You have to keep all of the other things. That’s where it pushes you to spend real cash. And when you spend real cash on something. As soon as you run out of money, it takes that item away and it’ll request for you to buy it again.

Every new move is 2 steps forward and 3 steps back.... This game begins fun and can be a rewarding game but as time and position progresses, it becomes pointlessly difficult. I.e. the only way to survive on a monthly basis is to gamble or play the stock market, as it forces you to upgrade to an aspect of life where your expenses will absolutely be more than your income, then your only next option is to accept even less income while your expenses continue to increase. It makes absolutely no sense. There should be an option where you can jump industries at higher levels of pay by going to school etc, instead that’s the opposite. It makes no sense that you have to basically restart in each industry and accept base pay then again work your way up. Experience counts for nothing. Complete waste of time.

It’s not as bad as they say. its seems to be a cool game so far. One of the top comments is saying they can’t get past age 29 without failing, well i almost lost at 19. The developer’s response was right, the game makes you put in perspective the necessity to live within your means. I got a girlfriend way too early and she almost ruined me before the surprise taxi came. They have a chart at the bottom of the screen that doesn’t leave that shows your budget if you don’t believe me. Anyway the game is fun and definitely a way to teach me and my future kids budgeting and money management in a roundabout and creative way

Requires Strategizing. I’ve played the game about 5 times, meaning I went bankrupt about 5 times until I started to figure a few things out! You have to start collecting money right off the bat, get to the highest paying jobs in level 1 and stay there for a while! This is where your monthly income greatly outweighs your monthly expenses! While I was at this stage I completed almost all of the education courses and saved a lot of money. All you have to worry about is your happiness because the game will want you to progress so it makes you “unhappy” faster. The casino is fun and can become addicting! Every other time I played I couldn’t get past age 39 and now I’m at age 59! Just play the game slow and don’t go as fast as it wants you to!

GREAT GAME !!!!!. Once you know how to play it’s fairly simple first time I played I made it to 45years old and died of spleen then I did it again and the second time around I became president and had around $75M I’m still playing it but I did not spend a dime but the trick is you have to watch a lot of ads they really do help and once I had some money I used the stock market tremendously once you figure out the stock market the rest is a piece of cake by the time I was 45 I was ahead having more income than expenses fun game all based on strategy but you do not have to spend real money at all I highly recommend it 👍🏾👍🏾🔥

This game is in possible the only way you can do this game is if you buy money because the categories of jobs is stupid so you will need to pay let’s say 2000 dollars a month and you have a job that gives you 2500 But then when you get promoted to the next category which you will then have to pay like 2300 dollars but when you get promoted you’ll think I can earn more money now so I can afford stuff but no the bring your paycheck down like it was 2500 it will gone down to 1200 like how are you live? You can’t!!! Don’t download it because you will think oh I getting through this but then out of No where you’re homeless No wife or children and you lost your job!

Love the game but he’s too demanding.. The game is great and I love that you basically get to control every aspect of the characters life or so I thought. At first the game is fun an interesting but then it gets frustrating more that it should. The guy wants things he can’t afford way too soon and basically throws a fit if you don’t get it. Then on top of that the fact that a “specific car” is required to have better jobs is ridiculous. He has cheap car, cool that’s transportation and that’s all he needs till wayyy later. Love the game dynamics but the over demanding character needs to be reduced and the “better car” requirement for jobs needs to go away.

Great game idea but..... That’s Life! Really nice but you say you’ll give 2k if I give a five star review but this game is literally unplayable without watching a insurmountable amount of ads to get a little cash then you finally get that job just to lose it all unless you use real money. Money Grubbing Game. I spent a decent amount of money on this game and In only one day while I was playing it, I lost everything. If y’all are gonna charge people for in game currency, let them have an duplicate account just in case we lose everything because people pay REAL money for your game. Once you delete your profile, you lose everything, you have to make a new one and start from scratch and pay for more money for the game. This game is a total rip off and you just lost what could’ve been a loyal customer but you probably don’t even care anyways. I just wanna warn whoever downloads this game.

This game is annoying.. First off, you can’t even change your gender. Like whatever. I get it most successful business people are men. Cool. But that comes off as kinda sexist. (Not to be feminist at all) also, after a certain point, you can’t progress until you spend some money. I get it, they have to make money off the app, but come on, make it a little more fun. Like maybe play some games or something to help you progress or earn something instead of playing poker or investing in the stock. I don’t know. It’s kinda fun at first and then it gets so boring and so dumb.

Another game ruined for money. What could be a great game is actually impossible to make very far without spending a ton of money. Basically you get a job for income and have various expenses. After not long at all income can no longer keep up with expenses. If you spend real money (an outrageous amount at that) you can buy things that have lower expenses. But even those don’t last long before you’d need to buy something else with real money to progress again. If there was some kind of reincarnation where you can progress farther each time it’d make sense, but there isn’t. I’m astounded this game is rated as highly as it is. After maybe 30 minutes you have gone as far as you can. Unless something changed drastically recently I’d be very surprised if this rating was legit.

Broken. Could have been good, but you don’t Actually get any choices, unlike in the ad for the game. Turns out you Have to follow their formula for “how to live” exactly in order to get a decent job, including getting a mistress??? and gambling in excess just to stay afloat, all of which eventually makes your character very unhappy. Basically, he doesn’t want what he thinks he wants...I think Joe Moe was happiest when he was 19 and working as a chief of security... too ambitious for his own good : P Although I suppose it could be seen as an ironic comment on society, pointing out that living for money can only end in depression and ruin. Also, the stock market is rigged..no longer how long you wait to sell it will only go further down. To my knowledge, that’s not usually how it works in real life.

I wanted to like it, except for the ads!!. I understand the need for developers to make money and can stand a few ads throughout a game, but this is overboard. Heck, if a game is good enough, I’m even happy to pay a reasonable price. But this game is something else! Expenditures needed to move up to a new job make your income never quite enough. Yes, maybe you can try your luck at the casino or stock market (if you have the patience to figure it out), but otherwise, you have to rely on ads to make up the rest of your income. And be prepared to watch a LOT to earn your living! Then, there are the random events that pop up, always with the best choice only available after an ad! Don’t want to watch an ad? Be prepared to lose cash or other life points (except in extremely rare circumstances). If that wasn’t enough, more ads pop up randomly just because! I saw a reply from the developer, and the excuse was, “it’s supposed to be difficult like real life.” Too bad for them don’t want to spend my real life watching dozens of ads for a game that is sub-par to begin with.

Spend your own money to win. This game is a trap! I have tried to play 4 times to see if there were certain strategies to win without spending my own money, but I can never make it past the 3rd business. At first it seems like everything is going great but it will eventually get to the point where it is impossible to win without spending your own money on certain packages. It is completely unrealistic that your character would take a pay cut but keep the same expenses. Also when you get to the business part why would you lose your previous business’ income? In real life you would keep them all and have some sort of passive income. Just a way to get you to spend your own money because you already put a lot of time into the game to get to that point.

Disappointing is an understatement. I love games that allow you to climb from rock bottom to the very top, which is the objective this game leads on. Unfortunately there’s a point you reach pretty quickly where the amount of money needed to survive and the amount of money you earn are two different things. You can’t cut costs of food or shelter because the game won’t allow it without you losing your job. I’ve reached a point in my game where I just spend an hour watching ads to make ends meet. I refuse to put real money into a game when I can have something tangible with that money or food in my stomach. It’s so disappointing. This game had good potential but it will be deleted as soon as I’m done typing. You have to spend 11k in game money for a new car which doesn’t sound like a lot until you realize your character is making 2k a month as he’s spending 2.5k

So Close Yet So Far. This game is a brilliant idea and almost brilliant execution. i can honestly say i love this game concept and idea and even the game itself up until a point. once you get to about mid way you run into a major problem. it’s just a roadblock. it’s to the point where i’m watching ads back to back to back for literally hours on end to just make maybe 800 a month while i pay 2k a month for 60 months. If you could just rework the money i’d be more than willing to watch an ad every once in a while and continue playing this game for much longer. as of now it’s just ad simulator. Like i said i genuinely do like this game but please rework this

Specific food to get a job?. Why do I need to eat specific food and live in a specific place to get a job? Why do I need to be married or have kids? This is not really a game at all. There’s no real choice in anything, you have to take a pay decrease every so often to switch carriers for no reason, other then getting to the next pointless job there is no real goal. You just do this job until you have the experience and specific food, cloths, housing, car, and marital status to get the next one. You go from the head of a restaurant to manager of sales, taking a $800 a month pay decrease, for NO REASON except to continue playing the game. You can save money if you watch a billion ads or pay real money but NOT by game play. Don’t bother with this “game” it’s just a money grab.

Unplayable. This game has potential and could be fun to play if it weren’t just an attempt for the developers to make money. In the beginning things seem to go good and you can save a good amount of money, but about halfway into the game the character starts to demand things he can’t afford and spirals into depression if he doesn’t get them. Monthly salary never covers monthly expenses, character always wants more, and its impossible to save money to buy businesses when monthly expenses eat away at my savings. To the developers, if you want people to play this game for more than an hour, stop being greedy and make the game playable. I saved over 100k in the beginning, kept turning over profits in the stock market, and still wasn’t able to make it past the first business. Unless of course i spent real money. not happening.

Most of the reviews must be fake. This game has a great concept and even really tempts you to spend money, as I’m I WANT to spend money but I refuse to spend the amount they are asking for considering the game does end. It’s not like an online game where your currency keeps you relevant. Eventually in this game you just become president and die so the money shouldn’t cost so much. It’s pretty addicting but doesn’t seem like you can win without spending real money because you get stuck with school bills that are more than your income and you lose your wife as soon as you lose your house. You have to have a house to have a job? Just doesn’t make sense. I’m uninstalling. Also all the 5 star reviews reference taxi? This game isn’t about a taxi.

Horrible.. I never write reviews but this is just scummy. Gave it a shot, you get spammed with do this, now click this, now this, etc. like just let me play the freaking game. It plays itself through all the fun parts. In-game annoying ads. When you’re not watching ads game just plays itself and f any fun you might want to have. Main screen is very unintuitive and weirdly sorted to where you just dont know what to do. I watched a 30 sec ad to “speed up” driving lessons, which were 6 months (each day is a second so a month is 30 sec) and I imagined watching this ad would complete it. Nope, went to 5 months LOL. Like I was better off just not watching it, I would progress just as fast or faster. It’s a mess of a game that betrays scummy and greedy developer practices without any concern for the player. I wish I could rate it a zero.

LOVE IT. First of all the game is the bomb! It’s really fun and challenging, which is good. The only reason I put 4 stars is because you can only be a white male. As an African American I find this kinda of offensive, but I would just say to add the option to be a black male. Also to be a lady. The only option is white male, so the only way this game could be even better is if there were more customizable options like race, hair, eyes, and the option to follow a different life path other than president. The game itself is fun but it could be a tad bit easier, just a little tho.

Yea no. This game has you basically watch ads most of the time being when you go to the casino your probably gonna lose unless you bet on black and red even the tutorial was making me lose money when you do stocks and watch it for awhile everything seems fine until you put money in and then it starts going down you can’t pick what you wanna do you basically have to go in a list of jobs under different categories you can’t choose what you want to do in college you have to keep going back to get the jobs in the list that has been set up for you everything you want to do costs money you character gets sad if they don’t have a significant other but having a significant other costs money also the pricing for things are way to expensive it’s just not a great game

This game is missing. This game is missing a ton. I literally just spent the last hour and a half watching ads so I can skip through all of the schooling. I looked up what I needed to accomplish for the next job (newer car, newer clothes, etc.) but come on... I need to be a head cashier before I go into IT or Business? You have to progress job by job and it doesn’t really matter your education (unless the next cashier job needs a certain education level). I literally wasted my time watching the ads and buying the necessary upgrades to get a job in IT OR BUSINESS OR EVEN GOVERNMENT (that I can’t get because I wasn’t a master chef in a restaurant). This is a lame game that missed its mark. Don’t bother watching the ads to level up as you still need to progress job by job without skipping any jobs.

Could be better😕. I play this game off and on and each time I play it gets increasingly more boring and irritating. This game is extremely hard an don’t say “it’s supposed to you just have to strategize” I do strategize when I play but this game is incredibly difficult to play. I wanted to play and have fun but at this point it’s not a game it’s a second life. it’s not about strategizing it’s a money hungry game. Here’s why The game pays your characters to little to afford half the stuff in the options plus you’ll have to pay for schooling to get higher jobs (which costs a lot) I’m not a fan of ads but the amount you have to watch just to play the game is ridiculous watching ads are headaches and boring You’ll either need to get lucky in stocks or basically own the stocks otherwise it’s not happening. You’ll have to pay your hard earn money on a game that’ll be played for 5 minutes when there are other games out there that are actually worth your money and playing time🤺

Cool but hard. Cool game and great concept but it’s insanely hard to play. I don’t care what the developers say because they’re is no way to justify forcing you to have a nice car nice house and entire family just to get a job. What job in the real world requires all of that. Especially with how insanely overpriced the stuff is. In what world do you have to pay monthly for clothes??? And why do I have to buy better food to qualify me for a good job?? Makes no actual sense and that aspect can’t be justified. To make it worse if you don’t go to school or get certain jobs your character loses happiness super fast. If they would fix this portion of the game or at least balance it then this would be way more enjoyable

Impossible to beat. I’m usually really open minded to cheap money games. But this one was really fun at first, then got really bad. Your character loses so much income it’s insane and unrealistic. I’ve had to watch so many ads to get money because the stocks and gambling games are frustrating and are basically 50 50 chance of even getting money. You can’t customize your character also and you can’t be a girl. Also don’t get me started on the “your character is unhappy because he wants this” and it’s something soooooo useless and expensive and if you don’t buy your character that his happiness goes down and he kills himself. So many things need to get fixed about this app but I know the developers won’t fix anything because I know these are the type of developers who are in it for money.

Hardship. The game is EXTREMELY slow, but can be played without spending any money. However, if you’re bored and wish to speed things up, you can watch 5-30sec ads often to earn $500 a pop. That has sustained me through getting through the beginning of the game and completing college items earlier than normal. I don’t want to be in a position to be held up by school, or anything else, so I am making sure to struggle through the beginning portion with ads to complete all the college items. They don’t require anything else once completed, so once that’s done you have cleared up your future funds!

Good concept, but impossible without ads!. I downloaded this game and played it for a couple of days. I love games like this, kinda role playing and advancing. Excellent concept, EXCEPT for watching so many ads! The makers of this game should’ve built in a type of idling concept. I’ve spent over 90% of my time watching ads to get enough money and to do the college advancements, without going broke. It’s a totally pay to play game. That’s all I can say about this. Excellent idea, but really lousy to earn money! If it wasn’t for that flaw, I’d give it 5*.

Taxi station. This game is addicting, less detailed and way less confusion than bitlife. But that’s not a bad thing!! This is by far my favorite life simulator reminds me of a game we used to use proxy servers to get around the schools firewall to play computer games in computer classes in the early 2000s.. the taxi station in the game is awesome, hopefully you get that far in the game to know what I mean! Anyways best of luck to you can you make it through a lifetime your first time? Slow down and make your choices don’t try and rush or you’llfind yourself dry sitting age restricted.. ;) one love!

How much money you earn. I love this game but each time I run into one struggle you know that you can watch an ad to get 500 coins well it is always grayed out and I can never use it so I have to buy money as soon as I get low money and it isn’t just that ad that is weird it’s all of them when I am trying to speed up college grayed out when I want to do the best option in those random events grayed out I haven’t been able to figure out how to watch an ad for those things so if I am just an idiot please tell me love this game just that for me is the problem

Played game a long time ago. I used to play this game a couple of years ago and was extremely fun. I found it appropriately difficult and would plan everything I could to try to maximize my money during times of high positive income. During the downtime’s of waiting to gain the experience I would gamble on the casino, which was risky but also fun. Today I came back and noticed I can just spend my money at the casino. Chips are now completely separate from the base cash earned. I now find it less fun cause I can’t just gamble during downtime and I have to just afk until I can move up in jobs. Makes making money in the long term harder too…. Immediately uninstalled. Needs to go back to where u just spend you base cash at casino.

It is beatable. Lots of reviews say it is unbeatable and the first two playthroughs did feel like that but being the completion’ist that I am I found a way. Here are my tips. 1. Plan ahead, figure out what is in your future jobs, the info is there, use it. Ex: the next job or series of jobs will put you in a financial deficit so stay at current job till you get the funds. 2. Learn to play the stock market game(roulette was too risky for me) it’s not like the real stock market buy and sell fast to make a profit(I could profit about 80% of the time) but only play when your not in a monthly deficit financially 3. I would save up a reasonable amount playing stocks when I had a job the kept me in the positive 4. I will note that I did watch many ads in order to get through schooling, it should be possible to just make enough money to go through, I had about 8 years at the end where I didn’t do much but I did die at 60 lol life expectancy as president is rough Loved the challenge 4 stars is be cause of some bugs like telling me I’m out of money 8 times when I have 180k in the bank
