The best toddler app!. We’ve been using this app since our child was 1 year old. He’s now 2 1/2 years old. He knows the entire alphabet, can count to 10, knows all his colors, shapes, sings along to all the adorable little songs and speaks in full sentences. This app is worth every penny. I love that it updates and provides new games/songs/books and it really sticks to the Eric Carle themed art. I have nothing negative to say about this app. It’s been amazing. Thank you to the creators of this app. Keep up the amazing work.

GREAT App. This app is engaging, educational and age appropriate. This is one of only two apps we approve for my kid. Everything about the app is great, I just wish it had a Spanish option as well!

Terrible experience. We tried the 7 day trial and it worked quite well so we decided to pay the annual subscription. Big mistake. For whatever reason, the app started showing ads every time our kid moved in between modules. Why in the world would you show ads in an app I paid $40 for!? Also, it says we can’t play something because of a lack of storage — I have 10GB storage open. This is a terrible experience and I wish we had never fallen for it. Anyone out there, don’t download and definitely don’t buy the annual subscription.

Outraged. For what I pay for this app, why is my daughter being forced to seeing an ad for Disney every time she goes from screen to screen! Unbelievable! This is not a free app! The app itself is fine, so giving it 3 stars, but “try it for free” Disney ad spoiling everything. Luckily my daughter is not impressed and closes it every time, but it’s everytime she goes from one activity to the next. If this continues, I am canceling my subscription and demanding a refund.

Looks pretty good so far but FIX TYPOS, please!. We just started our free trial, as our three year old loves Eric Carle (and quite frankly, the limited content was way too limited to get a real sense of the app). We are enjoying the bright colors, familiar characters, and variety of games/subjects. Since the book section wasn’t available in our limited content exploration, we went to read one—the one about the frog. The pictures are cute, the information is age appropriate and the animations, though limited, are fun (the sound effects are especially appreciated by my preschooler). BUT! Imagine my surprise to find a typo! Yes it’s a common mistake —“its” incorrectly is spelled “it’s”—but COME ON!!! This is a LEARNING APP and there are grammar errors?!! Not cool. Not appreciated. And definitely NOT what I expect from anything Eric Carle-related (he’s a Big Deal in our household). For the money that we are expected to pay with the auto-renewal, I expect better editing and proofreading. Please look over AND CORRECT the text of the books and other sections of the app as part of the next update!

So very thankful for this app. Its everything!!!. Where do I start? This educational app Als well made+ so creative. For someone who appreciates great ASMR'!!! The train is my sons favorite he loves the alphabet especially matching them so he has learned to identify the upper and lowercase letter and he is 3 he loves the spelling of his name which is so cool it’s a whole page for the, to learn to spell their name!! Just makes me wanna cancel all other subscription and just keep this one I love it and so does he it should win the best app of the year seriously! Thank you

Seems cute… no family sharing?. Seems very logical as an app that needs family sharing since using it on multiple family phones for the kids…

Wonderful and thoughtful. Small glitches. This app is brilliant and has such an impressive amount of content. We love Eric Carle and this is a great and thoughtful extension of his books. Two notes on the last update, the tracing feature is no longer working on the numbers and the interactive pattern where you trace your finger and flashing circles are left behind, is distracting when left on top of other activities.

Buggy. Great content, but extremely buggy. Games stop responding to touch after a few minutes of play and requires a full restart to correct. Only for it to happen again after another few minutes. I would expect this in a free app, but not one you are charging parents a premium price for. I paid $55 for an annual subscription, but my child now avoids the app because she’s so frustrated by it.

Buyer beware. I got charged $40 for a one year subscription that doesn’t work. Full of bugs! I tried to turn off automatic renewal because I don’t want more than one year service which is already paid for in full up front and I can’t turn it off or the app stops working. I have a brand new (1 month old) iPad with hardly any memory taken yet and I keep getting a message that their isn’t enough space on iPad to download content but when I check usage is settings there is plenty. This app is total crap. Should not have these issues for price charged!

Lots of bugs while in the shapes section. If you can fix the bugs that will not move the shape or will move the shape but also zoom in the shape. It’ll also be nice to have an option to resume where it was left.

Pop-up ads in paid version now. Terrible change.. We have loved this app for almost a year. We pay a lot for it, and have been very happy. But this recent change to stick a pop-up ad every time you change activities is awful. We pay to get the content, not forced marketing to our toddler. Please remove this or you will lose us as a customer.

Constant Disney Pop Ups!!. The constant Disney pop ups are ruining this great app. I find it ridiculous ppl should that you charge a subscription fee and every time our child tries to go to a new section she’s inundated by the same Disney ad.

Great app! Please don’t let Mickey ruin it again!. Update 1/3/19: I appreciate the apology. Have revised from 1 to 5 stars. It’s a great app provided Mickey Mouse stays far away. Original 12/25 review: This has been the only app I’ve ever let my 2.5 year old use. I’ve paid more for this app than any other. After using the free trial, we subsequently paid for the subscription and it has helped my kid learn letters and numbers. I’ve appreciated the relative simplicity and the lack of flashiness when compared with similar educational apps. Until this morning. This morning, Mickey Mouse Disney ads started popping up every minute. It’s ruining the experience and is infuriating. We’ll be cancelling if this isn’t eliminated. Please fix this and apologize for what was essentially a bait-and-switch move. Even if the frequency of the ads was an unintentional bug, its still unacceptable to try to sneakily show advertisements to my child.

Great!. Fabulous app for my three year old, she loves being able to work the puzzles, trace the letters and read the books and engage in all the great activities offered. I feel good letting her play this app a little bit every day. Worth every penny!

Correction of previous review. I had reported that there wasn’t sound, but I got a response and was able to correct the issue. No issue with ads here and my 2.5 y/o son is still obsessed (currently mastering puzzles and card matching) and I’m confident he is learning rather than mindlessly watching the screen. They automatically charge you for a year. I got the free 7 day preview. It never even asked me if I wanted to renew or even if I wanted to subscribe for a month or year. It just automatically charged me for a year subscription. There isn’t even a place to cancel the subscription. The app isn’t bad but I think my kiddos are just too young for it right now. But they decided to just charge me, I’m giving it a one star. I don’t even want it!

I was so disappointed.. Completely unusable during the trial period and even after. Always the same in progress messages. My children couldn’t even use the portion that was free because suddenly that was being downloaded too. It wasn’t my internet connection. I tried it at home and my place of work over four days because my kids love the books so much. All I was able to do when trying to get help was hit report bug. WFT? Of course I can’t get my money back now. I paid money for my kids to be disappointed for almost a week. 😡😖😤 hopefully this won’t happen to you if you choose to download

This App is a Scam. After you pay 4.99 to unlock all feature, than after you do that it charges you another monthly fee to use it. First App should never say unlock all feature if those feature are not included just to ask for another fee. Beware it is just another scam I can not believe Eric would go this low to screw his viewers and customers so disappointed especially that You can not get refund for it!

Cute but.... Cute app and my 2 year old son enjoys it but I signed up for a monthly, at which my first month was deducted and this month they charge me for the full year?! I’ve written to them and have yet to hear back. I don’t like people taking more than what was agreed upon and I imagine not many people do. Please fix this so I can fix your rating.

Hidden fees! Dishonesty Prevails. My grandson and I excitedly downloaded this app only to find that the user had to purchase a yearly subscription. I thought that I might have missed that information and went back to the description. This information was nowhere to be found! I felt tricked and misled. My four year grandson was disappointed as I decided that I wouldn’t pay the hidden and excessive fees. We’ll look elsewhere.

Paying for full version but still so many adds. I’m paying for the full version every month but recently now there a pop up add for this same companies Disney coloring app and it is so annoying. If this pop up is not removed from the app, I will stop my subscription

I love this app. Peaceful, beautiful. We bought a new iPad specifically for this app. Our old one didn’t support it well. My son has autism and this is one of our favorites. Thank you!!

Waste of time. We have no money. The app is so ridden with ads trying to get you to purchase their full version that our 2.5 year old gets stuck in advertisement videos. The app opens up and asks you to pay or do a 7 day free trial that automatically bills you after the 7 days. If you manage to see the tiny text giving you the option to play the limited version, the play page is partially filled by a button telling you to start your free trial. This app is not meant for toddlers of families who don’t have the monetary means of getting a $40 subscription.

Wonderful!. My almost three year old is learning so much from this app. I found it after she became obsessed with the hungry caterpillar book. Thank you so much for creating such a great learning tool. I have found NO glitches and NO ads. It is very easy to pick which subscription you want (monthly or yearly). Thank you again!!

Premium App with Ads for Toddlers?. My daughter seems to like playing with the app, but I constantly have to clear out a screen of advertisements for other paid apps from Story Toys that she keeps clicking. It seems ridiculous that I pay 60 dollars for a year to still have ads that my toddler tries to access.

Music videos are not working. Why are all the follow along music videos not working on this app? They look grayed out and when I try to click on any of the videos it won’t play at all. Funny it was working just fine before it just renewed, now that a whole year of payment for this app has just been payed it now won’t work. Everything else works even though it does crash once in a blue moon.

Expensive and doesn’t work. Downloaded this and then realized the cost after trial....Cannot figure out how to cancel it… Also, I am fully connected to Wi-Fi and every time I try to check out the app it tells me I’m not connected to Wi-Fi and won’t let me do anything to download the games and activities… Frustrating for an app that cost so much!

Don’t Download. This was by far the worst educational app I’ve downloaded. Not only is there lots of bugs, it also automatically chargers the buyer. I thought I would get a month free to try it out, but it charged me $50 immediately. I then deleted the app, and was still charged. The process of trying to cancel this app was awful. Glad to know I wasted $50 on an app that is worth nothing! Be careful!!

Free Trial w/Pending Subscription. My children really love the Eric Carle books so I was excited to see a free trial for this app and immediately downloaded it. However, to participate in the “free trail”, you have to select a subscription. I found that very deceiving. There are other apps (i.e. Dr. Suess Treasury) that allow a free trial then block the content until you subscribe. I really prefer that method over this since you don’t feel trapped or tricked. You are allowed to view the content and see if your children will enjoy it without hoping 🤞 that you are able to cancel your membership if you aren’t impressed with the app. I have subscribed to several apps after the free trial...this is one I will not.

New music is stressful. I love this app. My children have used it for years and it’s the only screen time I encourage them to do. But with this update the music has changed and it’s terrible. The old music was beautiful — peaceful and melodic and I didn’t mind hearing it play when my kids used the app. (A rare thing for kids’ toys not to have obnoxious sounds/music). The new music is in-a-hurry piano music and is very stressful to listen to. I hope you all change the music back!

Review Take 2. Originally, when I downloaded this app, I wasn’t able to get sound. I was very disappointed as was my daughter. I emailed Support late that evening and had a response by the following morning. A very professional and detailed explanation of how to fix the problem (which was totally due to user error:)) was provided, and I was good to go! My daughter LOVES this app...and so does her nine year old sister! Lol! #pleased

Bugs and stops, a couple UI suggestions. In the blocks-to-holes game, my daughter will trigger an offscreen event like Siri or the camera and then when I bring this app back up, she can’t move the block; it’s locked it the coordinates where she’d placed it when the event was triggered. Also, she often wants to just start over when painting the letters rather than painting the whole thing white. I’ve worked around this by going back, then forward, but a quick-erase and confirm option (so kids don’t accidentally erase their painting) would be good so I can just cook while she and her sister race to destroy my iPad. Thanks, and overall, great work!

Sound trouble figured out!. I haven’t really been able to use it yet since I was having trouble with the sound. Customer support was super helpful and helped me figure it out so I will give it a try now!

Ads in the paid version!?. My son has been using this App for more than 3 months and weave loved the experience. We’re not happy with a recent change (only experienced today) where ads (Disney) are appearing after every screen change; selecting a new activity. This is WAY too frequent and invasive for a paid app. It takes up the entire screen... not happy

Fantastic. My daughter is 2 with some speech delays. She is learning so much. I’ve honestly never seen an app that is so powerful and I’ve been downloading educational apps since my son was 2, he is 11 now. There are so many different things to do, she never gets bored. I paid the yearly rate. Very much worth it.

Great app but no sound?. Downloaded and my daughter really likes it so far, but it’s bugging me that there’s no sound for some reason. I’ll be cancelling if that’s the case, not worth $6 a month if I’m not even getting the full effect of the app

Quality time with my kiddo. This is quite literally the best app I’ve found for my kiddo. The games and activities are beautifully done and thoughtfully created. It’s educational and relaxing and enjoyable for grownups as well. Bravo to the makers of this app.

Still being charged a year after free subscription. Emailing this company doesn’t work the only thing that would get this stupid app off my computer is paying them for a year of it I haven’t used. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an app and will be reluctant to download any apps that have a free subscription in the future. I hate this app.

Ads. This is a really great app for kids, done really well. My daughter and I both enjoy all the fun things to do with in the app. I like how the content is updated frequently. My only complaint is the ads inside the App even after purchasing subscription for one year. I often pay to have ads removed so my daughter doesn’t encounter them while playing apps. Ads are such a nuisance and distracting, especially in the middle of gameplay. It would be my suggestion that you remove ads inside the game for subscription users.

Not working. The App Store says this app works with my ipad and it did the first few times he played it…. But I had forgotten about the app for a few months and just tried to open it and it freezes as soon as the white cloud appears on the screen. Hopefully this is just a glitch they are currently working on.

What a wonderful world of Eric Carle!. Such a wonderful designed app and has so very much in it! Very colorful, silly, everything is interactive! We love watching the caterpillar move across the screen when he beats a level. Your child can read interactive stories, be read too with some of the amazing Eric Carle books, play puzzles, grow a garden, learn shapes, I can go on and on! This is one of my sons all time favorite. Very reasonably priced too I’m happy to support and they are constantly updating and adding videos, new content, or new stories. Love it!

Love it but crashes constantly. We have this for our son on our iPad mini. We love the app but wish it wouldn’t crash constantly. Not sure if it’s due to not being compatible with iPad mini & the upgraded IOS but they should fix this. Otherwise I will have to unsubscribe:(

It’s an ad, and I paid for it.. Going to figure out how to get my money back. I paid for a year and my kids can never play it. It says I have to chose from a free trial, or a monthly plan, or a year......after purchasing it I selected “monthly” just to see what it would say, and sure enough it says I’m paid through next spring but my kids cannot access anything other than an add. I’m beyond mad.

Please fix letters & numbers. As a retired educator I really like the app for my grandson. However, kids do not learn to write the number 1 with a “ roof” nor the 4 as on a keyboard. Same goes with the t... do you consult with educators? Would be helpful if fixed!

Love it! But it’s buggy.. I am a pre-kinder teacher and use this app for the kids during choice time. It’s engaging and educational. They love the stories and drawing features especially. The games on the other hand bug out so that they aren’t able to progress which can be frustrating because they are limited on the time that they get to play.

Nice app but they will rip you off $. A bit of a scam as the default option is for a one year subscription - pricey - so if you don’t change it before the 7 day trial you will get charged a fortune like I did. I certainly didn’t want a year subscription so I’m disappointed by this. My 3.5 yo daughter is a bit bored by it so that’s even more disappointing. I asked for it to be changed to a monthly subscription but, no surprise, it was denied.

Misleading subscription!. All they care about is scamming parents of money. What a joke! ABC mouse is better.

Ad pop up. The game needs to stop ad pop ups for other games every load screen. My child will click said pop up and leave the game because of click bait.

Auto subscription issue. I downloaded the free 7 days last Saturday for my 3.5 year old grand daughter, who loved it. Today(saturday of the following week) I went in and paid for a month but then saw that i have been auto charged for the year. It is a very good app. But How do i resolve this? Stephen

Unclear Subscription. I am also extremely angry and disappointed at the subscription process for this app. I thought I was signing up for a 7 day free trial to decide if I wanted to subscribe. I just got a receipt for $69 which I don’t even remember seeing the price for the year when signing up for the trial. Turns out my girls didn’t even like the app as it’s too young for them and I deleted it the same day I downloaded it. I didn’t realise I had to cancel the subscription as well. It was very frustrating that I didn’t even get a reminder email that the 7 day free trial will be up so cancel or I will be charged. I would like a refund.

Beware!!! Tricked into a “free” 7 day trial.. No ability to cancel during trial period through App Store or the app itself. Inaccurate cancellation instructions as subscription not displaying during the trial period. It is obviously a consistent problem issue that is deliberate on behalf of the developer.

Questionable subscription. I too was caught out with being charged a 1 yr subscription. Apple won’t refund and you, despite a number of people giving feedback, still continue with a practice that enables us to be stuck paying $69.99. In my case it turned out not to be the app I was looking for which I couldn’t find out until I’d done all the steps. So not only have I paid but I can’t even use the app. I won’t be risking subscriptions through apple or anything else through this developer. Just for the record I don’t normally write negative reviews because I feel bad for those on the receiving end. In this case I don’t understand your practice. All this requires is that it default to a 1 month subscription to start with. I was willing to pay $69.99 for the app I wanted but not this one.

Sneaky Subscription Scam. I downloaded the app for the 7 day trial only to be charged $69.99 without receiving a notification or email to confirm the continuation and full purchase of the app. Looking at the other reviews now, I regret my download, as it was obviously not made clear that money would be taken from my account without the chance to cancel. My feedback would be to stop the advertisement of this app as a 7 day trial or give clear, obvious notice to the customer before the trial is over. I’ll definitely be cancelling my subscription (that I didn’t willingly pay for).

Charged for subscription when I didn’t ask to be. Hi I was charged $69 for a subscription that I canceled when it was still in the 7 day free trial. I wouldn’t have downloaded it if I had realised this. Not impressed at all. I would like to get a refund please

No sound and cant unsubscribe. I downloaded this for my son for a flight and it looks great but the sound does not work. I have checked the settings on my ipad and uninstalled and installed again and still no sound. I tried to unsubscribe when I discovered this but have not been able to. I followed the instructions given to someone else and have still not had success. Not a great experience really. Especially, given how much it cost.

So hard to opt out. So I have just also been charged a year subscription when I thought I had turned off automatic renewal. Can I just say you make it really hard to do this. The instructions on how to turn off automatic renewal should be much much clearer and easier to find. Card was Charged Twice. Hi, I’ve just subscribed to the monthly subscription of $8.49 and my debit card was charged accordingly. However, upon checking the manage subscription page, there was a Limited Subscription of $3.49 only and so I opted for it and was prompted that there will be a refund accordingly. But when I checked my bank transactions, it was actually charged twice ($8.49 and $3.49) and no refund was done. Can somebody from the admin check on this?

Shapes and colours freezes. I love the app and it’s educational purpose. But I would have hoped the shapes and colours app didn’t freeze on some shapes in a lot of the categories. When this happens we always have to exit out and start again and it will freeze on a different section

Sneaky subscriptions. I can see I’m not the only one who got slammed with an $85 automatic subscription by accident. I can also see the developer replies to all of the other parents with “it was clearly stated, totally not our fault!” This is really unethical for a children’s app. If the developer was confident in their product, they wouldn’t have to sneak a subscription past parents. They’d offer a free trial, then lock the user out when it expires, giving parents an opportunity to purchase in a much more respectful and deliberate way. NOT WORTH $85 A YEAR, BY THE WAY.

Please don’t subscribe me automatically.. I downloaded a free trial and was 1 day late in unsubscribing. My loss, I get it. However, rather than charge me the monthly fee (which I assumed would happen automatically) I was charged over $50 for the YEAR subscription.

No French or other languages. The description shows it’s English and 4 other languages, but the only options in app are us/uk English

Misleading. Not free There is nothing for your child to learn within this app unless you subscribe.

It makes me sad. I use to read the book all the time when i was younger the fact that the original creator of this book died recently makes me wanna cry. God bless him.

LITTY. THIS IS SO AMAZING

Learn through play. My son is a big fan of the very hungry caterpillar who is 2.5years old. The songs are nice, soft and educational. It includes the activities following the curriculum like the alphabet, phonics, shapes, colour and pattern. Good for preschooler.

Family sharing. Can’t understand why family sharing isn’t enabled on this app. It’s bizarre that mom and dad have to both pay for this app in order to have it on each of their phones to use with one child!

Scam. Don't say it's free and then ask for over $10 a month! Ridiculous price point.

Trial. To sign up for a program that you do not know if it’s good or bad is ridiculous. Why not give a two/three day trial unbound for potential client?

Mandatory subscription to play now aside from the free trial.. Used to be able to play without having to subscribe. We are a low income family with a special needs child and the subscription is way too much, but my daughter didn't mind that some things were unlocked. This would be way better if they went back to offering it with parts unlocked, and then had a one time purchase price for other content.

Very misleading price. I signed up for the "free trial" and then saw I can "unlock everything for 6.99." After a couple of weeks I was charged for 84 dollars. I thought by unlocking everything I paid for the app, but now I have a year subscription for 84 bucks.

Purchased 1 year but won’t let me access. Purchased one year but every time I open the app, it asks me to start the trial period. When I try to restore it, the app says I don’t have a subscription. I double and triple checked and my subscription is valid until May 09, 2019

Won’t open. This app no longer opens beyond the Story Toys load screen. Really disappointing because I paid for the annual membership.

Tried the free trial, cancelled, and got charged next month.. Really upset that after cancelling during the free trial, I was charged the $52 the month after anyway. I’ve tried to get a refund through Apple, but nobody will do it. Don’t download this app unless you plan on never cancelling.

I thought there was family sharing. I downloaded the app on my phone and iPad, however the iPad is “limited” when I have the subscription. My family sharing is on for the devices. Would like this resolved. We have enjoyed the apps

Please fix your app. I have had two different subscriptions to this app and neither of them unlocks the entire app. I should not be paying $60 a year for limited access. I implore you, fix your app or issue a refund.

No audio. I have installed deleted and reinstalled this twice now and cannot get any audio at all. I've tried iPad settings on enable for sound and notifications and still no audio whatsoever.

Needs Fixing. There isn’t a login button, it continues to ask you to sign up or start a free trial even when you already have a paid subscription. Smh

HORRIBLE. Do NOT even click on the FREE trial for this app!!! They will automatically charge you for a yearly subscription that you do NOT even sign up for!! And than when you contact support they tell you they can’t give you a refund! Your $50 is just gone this should be illegal! The app is trash and definitely not worth $50 I am absolutely LIVID 🤬🤬

Used to be great. Ruined it with Ads.. This is a paid app, and not a cheap one. Used to love it then they put garish advertisements for other apps on the main screen.

AMAZING, but why doesn’t the sound work.. After installing, uninstalling, then reinstalling inSTILL can’t get the sound to work on this app.

Not enough new content. The app has many good learning games but app doesn’t provide enough new content to keep toddlers interested past a month or two. Would recommend getting a monthly subscription rather than buying a yearly subscription.

Refunds would be appreciated!!!. I cancelled my prescription but the app still charged me $53! I really like this app but hope that there is a way I can get a refund. I seriously hope the creators can fix this problem if it was my fault or theirs is still a mystery to me.

Does not work. I tried to download this tonight for my 3 year old. The free trial would not work, and I was unable to utilize any of the features, as the program kept crashing. Don’t recommend. The graphics appeared to be very cute but it was not functional.

Misleading free trial. I agree with another reviewer that was disappointed in the method for free trial. When the trial period ended, I was automatically charged for an annual subscription. Most other apps will be unavailable or locked after free trial period to prompt parents to subscribe if they want to. I cancelled subscription but still waiting for refund.

Ads after paying for app. Very disappointed that there is a huge Disney ad taking up the whole screen considering I paid $50 for this stupid game. It pops up every time my son switches games within the ad.

Love but not for $60 a year. We like this app to go along with the Dr Seuss app. We paid the one time $60 for all the Dr. Seuss books. I’d buy this app if it was just a one time purchase also but not for $60 yearly.

Cancel Please!. Games do not keep my 4 year old’s attention. Poor customer service. I have called and emailed to get this expensive app deleted from my account. It’s still there. Somehow a subscription was added and my request to cancel still has not been granted! 0 stars!

HORRIBLE APP WASTE OF TIME !!. Complete waste of time ! Don’t even bother . Downloaded the app about 24 hours ago , got the trial & I haven’t been allowed to do anything on it since downloading 🤦🏽‍♀️ everytime I click on something it says still loading . How freaking long does it take for a children’s game to download ?! If I can give ZERO stars I would .

unclear subscription policy. strange subscription policy, charges you automatically after 7 days of trial for yearly more expensive subscription for 50 USD not possible to refund. When i removed app and tried to install it again, app didnt recognize my device and offered to purchase it again

Ask to try Disney for free. It keeps asking me to try Disney for free without any indication on how to shut that off. I fully paid for the app and do not expect ads like this. it pops up for every screen. I will be requesting a refund!

Love The Concept!. Eric Carle anything is a win-win for me. Great app for ages 3-5 for watching growth of learning. I recommend this app to the world of learners who are interested in developmental learning growth

No Sound. Audio is a huge factor in teaching our child to read. No settings will get this app to play sound on a brand new iPad. Tried restarting iPad, deleting, reinstalling — just doesn’t work. Avoid.

Super Cute. This is a very cute app for learning. My only concern is that the alphabet sounds only address a single sound per letter. G for example makes /g/ as in gum and /j/ as in gym. 2 sounds. A makes /a/ as apple, /ā/ as in ape, and /ä/ as in father. 3 sounds.

Sound stopped working. Unable to create a bug report on the app. Seems like a good interactive app for kids but not worth $7 a month.

Unable to Unsubscribe. I downloaded this to try the free trial, unfortunately, my twins didn’t care for it. I attempted to unsubscribe but it didn’t show under my apple subscriptions. I emailed them but was still charged for a full year! I have emailed twice so far through the developers website with no response! Be careful downloading the free trial!

Just says processing. My child can’t even play. When I signed up to purchase access it just says “processing” and you can’t do anything. Just gonna uninstall and find something else. I hope it didn’t charge me.

No longer works after minor update. The update seems to hav broken the app. No amount of restarting the game an the iPad seems to help.

Not happy. I started a free one week trial that isn’t suppose to be up until March 21. My credit card has already been charges D for a years subscription. I had already went in and canceled the subscription but that didn’t matter. How do I cancel.

Buyer beware. I downloaded this app for the 1 week “free” trial for my grandson who is on the autism spectrum. However, I was billed for a full yearly subscription. I noticed this one day after the subscription started and attempted to correct it. Apple customer service advised that this was non-changeable. So, please be cautious if you take a “free” trial of this app. It could cost you dearly as it did me.
