❤️. This is one of the best games I have played to date. I found it by total accident and so happy that I did. I love exploration/escape games and this totally hits the mark. I truly hope there is an update to open those remaining doors because I want to keep going! Was so sad that it ended, I played through twice more just to improve my time. If you love open world games without having to “be attacked”, you should definitely check out this one. Thank you for making this! I look forward to future updates!

Two bugs with the current version (as of 3/14). I like the new additions, however there are two bugs, one which is merely annoying and one which might be game breaking. Don’t know how to contact for bug reports, so.... 1. If you’ve gotten achievements already (it auto gives you achievements if you’ve already played and got the update, which was the case for me, haven’t checked if it happens with a fresh install) and you get an achievement with a new run, the achievement notification repeatedly comes up. Only workaround I found is to uninstall and reinstall. 2. In the second staff room, if you open the toolbox, it says you got a tool card, but no card actually appears and the game freezes up. Got around it by rebooting iPad, but no new tool card showed up when I loaded the app back up.

Waiting for updates!. Great game! Would like to finish playing when it is finished. I can’t complete the last part of the game because the game glitched in the 2nd staff room and the tool card disappeared. It’s not in my inventory and doesn’t regenerate after reloading.

One of the biggest surprises of 2018. *the dev is currently working on fixing the itouch 6 crash issues so I am changing my review back This has easily been one of the most addictive and fun games I purchased this past year. And to be honest, I never thought I would like a game about just collecting tool cards and keys, but the game strips down the puzzle solving and it’s all the more fun because of it. The graphics are really great looking on iOS (pc quality) with great attention to detail. Since the ‘re-release’ the dev even made some really nice changes to the graphics style and control movement making it feel much more smooth and like you’re in better control. It really fits the touch screen well. This is definitely one of the better premium games on iOS that warrants the price. The gameplay can last upwards of 15+ hours depending on how much of the story you want to discover or if you want to 100% the game by collecting everything, discovering all secrets and completing the achievements that were also recently added.

Incredible game. If you’re a fan of non-linear hidden object escape-type games, then this is for you. There are so many areas to explore, so many achievements to unlock (though I didn’t even get half). The visuals are stunning but the sound effects are amazing! Overall, a very satisfying game.

I think that more games like this should be available. I’d been looking for games like The Room series and the House of Da Vinci, and this point & click 3D adventure fits the bill. I’d venture to say that I like it EVEN BETTER. I can’t wait for future expansions and since this is the first game from this game developer, I can’t wait to see what she comes up with in the future. Surprisingly Addictive...Stick with It!. Although I wasn’t hooked when first playing Alleys, it didn’t take me long to find myself staying up until 3am trying to beat the game! What seems at first like a simple collect-all-the-resources game hides an intriguing mystery spooled out at just the right moments to keep you hooked. Especially if you can pick it up on sale, buy this game...and stick with it!

Some other guy. Great graphics that provide a great environment to explore but when all is said and done you just do a lot of running around pixel hunting so you that you can either unlock something or buy something. The controls are good for moving about but hit and miss for acquiring items. There is a story that provides some sense of purpose but doesn't provide any meaningful information about what to do or where to go. Instead you are given a list of goals telling you what to do once you get somewhere. The map is next to worthless. For those who like hidden object games this is worth the money. But for someone looking for for a good point-and-click puzzle adventure game this is not it.

Great game! Needs tweaking.. This is a great game, however it is in need of some tweaking. Like where the heck am I on the map? What does the hint button do but count down? Wouldn't it be nice if, when you double tap you would zoom in "when" there is something to "find", such as a token? Especially useful for those with not so good eyes when hunting pixels. Other than that, it's still a great escape game!

Great Game. Beautifully Conceived.. Loved this game because it’s not like anything else I’ve played. The designer did a great job of not only designing the world and the levels but also the interface with that world — such as the use of tool cards and a hint system which doesn’t take away all of the fun. I played through the whole game on an iPhone 6S with iOS 13.1.2 and didn’t have any issues.

“A” for effort and style !. I am 80% through the objectives and I have enjoyed every minute! I don’t want it to end! The map is definitely helpful but I’ve also had to take my own notes to remember specific areas that require multiple visits. Personally I love the challenge. This has been as enjoyable as The Room series and I applaud and encourage the developer to keep up the good work!

One of the best. Highly recommended! This one goes on my Favorites list, with others like Rooms, Samorost, Botanicula and Machinarium. I love peaceful games like this, that have immersive environments worth exploring. I spent nearly 9 hours playing this game, and didn’t want it to end. Beautifully rendered, Alleys has depth not found in many other games. Every area has multiple layers, from attics to sewers. Transitions are logical, and often you can peek through to further locations. Like another reviewer said, one of the joys of this game is the fact that you can complete it in multiple ways. You never need to worry that you’ll miss a critical step, or be a slave to a walkthrough. Wander and have fun! Greatest Game Ever. Can’t believe how much fun I had with this game ! Took me nearly 17 hours, a lot of frustrations, a lot of fun, but was finally able to escape. The intricacies and unimaginable hard work this developer put into this gem is beyond anything I can imagine. You won’t be disappointed. 👍🏼 😊

My kind of game, but stuck at end. This exactly the kind of game I’ve been waiting to see in the App Store. I love exploring and enjoying the artwork of the game. However, I have escaped Chester Wilcox’s house but am stuck in the mine— the phone booth is inoperable and there are chairs blocking my way out. Have I come to the end of the game? If so, will future updates allow the player to experience alternate endings of the game? I love to be able to go back without re-playing the entire game. Overall a fun experience!

Fresh breath. Finally someone broke the mold of making us run all over to chase down obscure clues that weren’t all that clever. The game was easy to learn and was extremely clever with hints. Loved it!

Love this game. This is such a unique escape game. I love it. The visuals are beautiful and it’s long enough to feel worth the purchase and short enough to keep your attention. Suggestion for the developer: please give us a way to go back into the game to try a new ending without having to play through from the start.

Alleys. I have played this game all the way through two times and love it. Some of the puzzles are hard to figure out but you will. Love the graphics and how huge the town is laid out.

One of the best escape games I’ve ever seen. What else can I say? This is a masterpiece. Great graphics and gameplay, soundtrack and environmental are top notch. The UI (I’ve only ever seen the “all-new” one) is awesome, intuitive and helpful. The concept of “cards” makes conquering puzzles fun but adds its own new dimension at the same time. Really impressive game. Not done yet but looking forward to seeing how it all comes together. One note: some of the text could use proofreading. There are some clunky sentences, weird grammar and spelling errors. I see this is developed by a Chinese company so much of that can be forgiven, but it does take away a little bit from an otherwise very polished experience.

Excellent game!. First, I played NONSTOP for 8 hours. Yes, I loved it so much I literally couldn’t put my phone down. I absolutely love the open world, open map, scavenger hunt type escape game. I loved the attention to detail and how I could relax without worrying about some monster lurking, waiting to pounce on me. I’m so glad I got this game. It was well worth it. I just finished and I’m starting over to play again and get achievements I missed the first time around. The review about the map being “useless” is accurate. I didn’t use the map because it was too hard to figure out where I was in this HUGE town. That is my only complaint. If you are looking for a great game that is a lot like Gone Home, this is it. Totally different atmosphere though. I noticed also that there were a couple of doors that when clicked on they said something about expansion in the future, so I’m assuming the map is slated for expansion maybe? That would be great. Although if I’ve already completed the game and left the city, these couple extra doors wouldn’t really be of any use to me. But anyway, I’m rambling. Just get this game. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I Wish More Games Were Like This. Alleys was so fun and engaging. I’m shocked more people aren’t talking about this game. It’s in league with The Room series, Eyes of Ara, and the DaVinci games but from a small independent developer. Such an interesting world to walk around and explore. You certainly get your money’s worth and then some.

Great!. Love it! Perfect level of difficulty with options for help throughout the game if desired. I can’t wait for future updates!

Loved it!. Brilliant, took me days to get through, and now I want to play again. Took *lots* of exploration, looking into every nook and cranny, and even getting out pen and paper at one point to do some mapping, though it is not required to finish. Beautiful art, sound, and graphics. Enormous map. Logical puzzles. A few small glitches here and there, like sometimes you do something to generate a tool card and it puts it into your inventory without telling you, so it is confusing to see that you *do* suddenly have that thing that you need, even though you don’t know why! Also several notable typos in the English version (forth/fourth). But the rest is exceptional. Recommended!

Glitched. I absolutely love these genre of games. It looks beautiful and I was excited to play the game. The first time I played I got stuck at opening the library. The game is not really a free roaming game. The library is locked from both sides and will not let me enter, even though I have a tool card. I tried and tried.... I uninstalled it and try to play again..... it froze up on the first key you find. It let me take the key but it will not let me back out of that scene. I unloaded it again and tried again, the same thing happened. I’m really disappointed,I was looking forward to playing this game. Second try..... Got as far as the bus and even though I have the bus card it will not let me in. So it’s bugs have not been fixed and don't look like they will be. I am playing on the last east iPad with lots of memory so it’s not that my system is old or slow.

Bug in break room. I am having the same trouble as others. I find the secret break room and open the chest. No tool key and the game freezes. Would definitely be a 5 otherwise

Escape enthusiast. I really enjoyed this game! I got stuck once and had to use a walkthrough. Terminology could be explained a little more, most was easy to understand or figure out. Kept me busy in the game and scenes helped keep interest, so did collecting along the way. Thank you and looking forward to more!

Love love love this game. I love the look and feel of this game, it is beautifully done. However, I have found a couple of bugs in getting the achievements. 1)Ready player one achievement-the game won’t give me this achievement even though I have used all 4 card machines multiple times. 2)the speedwalker achievement is for completing in under 4 hours, the game won’t let me have this even though I have the 3 hour, 2 hour and 1 hour achievements 3)the collector achievement- not sure if this is a bug or not. I have all the keys, tokens, and check-ins. Is there something else I have to get? Other wise the gameplay is smooth and the game works great

A simply outstanding game!. This game is special! If you love escape games, play this one. The first time I heard of it I didn’t think I would like it. I was so wrong. It’s one of the best games I’ve played. It’s a huge game with a world you can get immersed in. The graphics are detailed and beautiful, the music is perfect - it’s there but not intrusive, the 3D controls work well, and there is so much to see and discover and explore and find. I didn’t want to leave. There are some things I would tweak - the map could be more useful - I’d love to see a ‘you are here’ like some others have said, and I think there are places that aren’t on the map? I’d also love to have a hint function that could somehow tell you where you need to look when you’re stuck. It took a little getting used to since it has its own kind of puzzles and inventory, but once I did I was happy, and deliberately didn’t exit as soon as I could because I wanted to get every last experience possible from this town. To the developer: amazing first game!! Congratulations! I do hope you’ll update to add more places (personally I’d pay for an update. $2.99 is cheap for what you get). And I hope you’ll make more games! Well done!!

Completely Crashed. It's a beautiful game, but it crashes each time I enter a new area (such as entering the library or bus area). I'm on an iphone 6 using ios version 12.4 (edited). I'd be very happy to rewrite my review once it gets resolved! A little while later: Now it's completely crashed. It has no resume option anymore and won't launch when I click start.

Game crashes on iphone6-for the developers. My original review is below. Just wanted to know if you r working on a new release version to fix the crashing issue. If not, I’ll stop checking for updates, and give up on the game like so many others who have the same problem. Might be a good game, but hard to tell when it crashes every time you enter a new area. I have to restart the game, and twice the option said start vice continue. So you had to start over. Tried re-downloading, no luck, same problem. iPhone 6. iOS 12.1.4. Finally gave up. Will try to wIt for the next update to fix it. Response the developers. iPhone 6, iOS 12.1.4. It always crashes/closes every time the circle with the dots comes on when changing scenes, like entering the library, opening the door where the bus is, for example. When I reopen the app, it says continue, and it picks up where I left off. However, after 6-7 of these transitions, The game crashes, and when I reopen it, the only option is start, vice continue, then the game will not open at all. I’ve tried deleting the game and reinstalling numerous times, always the same. Hope this helps!

Outstandingly Detailed Adventure Game. Not only did this game provide me with hours and hours of exploration, but watching the amount of detail that went into creating this game was almost as good as playing through the plot itself. It was a great mixture of adventure, puzzle, point-and-click and simulation. This is in my top ten favorite games! I applaud the developer’s dedication and pure creativity. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I love it!. I do escape/adventure/logic games and was looking for something I could immerse myself in. Wow, did I ever!! Even though I have all four keys, I am not leaving as I have two more check-ins to find, as well as the treasure. I have over ten hours logged on this and have enjoyed every minute. Kudos to the developer!

Great exploration game!. Alleys is a great game that lets you go at your own pace, and never leaves you at a loss of what to do. There are a lot of details and places to explore, and it really rewards players’ curiosity. This is a game I would love to play in VR!

Lots of potential but full of arbitrary & unnecessary frustrations. The game is fun and has potential....but there are several things that annoy the absolute crap out of me: 1. No map legend so if you can’t remember which symbol is the mining office, good effing luck. Nothing found on the developer’s website or via google searches either. 2. No “you are here” symbol on the map. 3. You can accidentally win before you’re done exploring and there’s no warning. Then you have to start completely over. Seriously. Since there are several ways to escape, this is just extra stupid. 4. I got the “All Aboard!” achievement, which is great I guess, but now the announcement - which takes up half the screen - pops up all the time. For. The. Love...sigh. 5. Apparently there’s new stuff in the latest update but I’ve only encountered a couple small new areas and there’s now these weird people shaped posters that give you useless information & minor backstory. And guess what?! If you’ve played through before and just want to go back to see the new stuff, NOPE! You have to play the whole fracking game from the beginning. YAAAAAAAY. 6. The “quest tracker” only tracks a few quests...the main ones, of course, but also some of the side ones but only 1 or 2. Why can’t the game track all your quests?! I’m all for writing things down for an escape game but not something as basic as what the game wants me to do. So unnecessarily frustrating.

Breath of fresh air. Was an exceptional game. Don’t normally leave reviews, but I would have to put this right up there with “ The Room” games. Great graphics, game time, and challenges. The whole game meshed together perfectly. Hope to see more in the near future.

Bug/glitch. Every time I try and get the tool card from the 2nd staff room (one located in tunnel/sewer) the game freezes. When I restart the game there isn’t a new tool card nor a card lying around in the room. The tool just disappears.

I’ve been stuck for days now. This is an amazing game, but there are no good walkthroughs available. Although I haven’t needed one til now- there is no information out there to help me escape Chester Wilcox house. Why does it tell me I can’t use my tool card (yet)?

In awe. Honestly, finding keys and cards instead of solving traditional puzzles does not seem like I will enjoy in paper. However, I gave it a go as it seemed really good nonetheless. I am honestly blown away. This is the best experience I have had last year. It is so polished and detailed to the point it’s hard to express it with words. Anyone who hasn’t played this gem absolutely needs to do so.

Game is slow and unresponsive. I want to like it but... The game keeps freezing up and when it does work it’s jerky and slow to respond. I have played for less than a half hour and already I’m bored with collecting keys. Every time I think I have something and go back to where I think it fits I’m told I need something else. Really want my money back.

Love it. I love escape games and this one is awesome. I wish there were more like it and more from this developer!I am playing it for a second time and really wish that some of the expansions they had planned in the game were available now!

Frustrated. This is the first time I’ve ever left a review. I love the concept of this game, but unfortunately, after trying four times to get through the game, I still haven’t finished! I deleted and download the game several times, hoping it would work. Each time I got stuck in Chester Wilcox’s house, and couldn’t find a way out. The game kept telling me that I had the right card to get to the third-floor, but as I tried each card I had, it didn’t work. This is happened four times! Guess I’m gonna give up. It’s really sad because this game has a lot of potential.

So much fun. If you enjoy puzzle/ escape the room games you’ll love this. I couldn’t put the game down till I finished. It was very challenging and clues don’t really help that much which made it even more fun for me.

Great game. Totally great gaming experience, the fifth star would be there if the game isn’t crashing when loading between areas. My device is iPhone6 with 12.1.2 iOS version, in case you need to know for further crashes investigation.

Fantastic game!. This is shaping up to be one of my favorite games of the year. A large and complex map, easy controls, great attention to detail. Classically rogue like, with the feel of the “Room” games, mixed with Zork. Gameplay relies on cards to take actions as you move through a maze of alleys and rooms and sewers and turrets, along with keys to spend on opening things. The developers clearly have a love for detail, and the graphics were wonderful, a little retro but still very sharp and clear. This game is for people who like to make maps, explore, look for minutia, and take their time solving games. No hurrying here. I saw that other people had some problems, but they must have been fixed, or the problems must have been due to impatience, as it played beautifully for me. A few comments for the developers: 1. The map provided is pretty useless, as it doesn’t show you where you are. It needs work to be a helpful tool. It might be best to make it a map that adds as you discover things. 2. I wish there was a feature to go back to where you were before you win the game. I won unexpectedly, when there was still a lot for me to do, but apparently I have to start all over, which is a bummer. I mean, I had TONS of stuff left to do. Maybe it shouldn’t be possible to win without achieving every major task? At least let us undo and go back to the game if we win prematurely. Loved the game. A lot.

Unique point and click adventure. A great game with lots of play time. The graphics are amazing and it’s fun to explore the town and collect keys. Challenging at times, just remember to look high and low for items, and then look again. I’m about 1/2 way through (I think) and don’t want it to end.

Utterly stuck, does not work on iPad. The hints don’t seem to mean anything. What does 2m mean? The library card doesn’t open the library. AppUnwrapper has a different version that is easier than the version I downloaded, so I can’t even use the walkthrough. The instructions about what to do next make sense, but it is utterly unclear how to do these things. Too aggravating. Gave up after an hour of not getting anywhere significant. Reloaded. Still stuck. It keeps telling me to choose the tool card to open library, but neither card works. Cant get anywhere. Maybe not updated for latest iOS?

HUGE disappointment. I rarely pay for random games these days and this is why. I only played it for maybe 20 minutes before I lost TOTAL interest, and I am a VERY patient person. I rarely want my money & time back for many things, but in this case I most definitely want my money AND time back… What a disappointment. Graphics look decent in the previews, and that’s about it.

One of the best escape adventures. I’m always looking for new escape rooms, but often when they get rough I find myself turning to online walkthroughs to make sure I am getting everything done in the right order for it to work. This takes a lot of the fun out because then you end up just following instructions and checking your work like it’s some kind of assignment instead of a game. This is probably one of the most immersive rooms because you don’t have a specific order you have to do things in. You can enjoy exploring without feeling lost and follow the things that interest you instead of trying to check off a long list. The movement and gameplay is also really pretty and immersive. If it doesn’t click at first just remember there will always be a ought keys and the map is confusing and can be ignored so you can remove those anxieties. Just check things out and the story will follow you really nicely.

Continually crashes, now will not load. I downloaded the app a couple of days ago and found that the app crashes on my iPad Mini 2. I have to restart it while I’m playing. However, now the app doesn’t even load. I get to the Start page and nothing happens. I’ve tried numerous times to close and restart the app to no avail. I want a refund!!! That being said, it’s also horrendously boring. All you do is try to find keys and cards to open stuff and find MORE keys and cards. There are NO puzzles here. What a total disappointment. I love puzzle games, and this one is is a hide-and-seek game.

I really want to love this game but... Updated to 5 stars. When I wrote the original review, I was trying to play the game on a first generation iPad Air. When I got frustrated I tried it on my iPhone 6S and it worked just fine. Really enjoyed it. The only critique I’d have is that the App Store said that the game “works on this iPad” which it does not! As a big fan of The Room games and House of Davinci, I really like the attention to detail in the graphics in the Alley game but... 1) the controls are terrible. First, one minute, the game doesn’t respond to your touch to turn and the next you are spinning out of control. Very inconsistent. 2) as others have noted, when you go through a door that has no graphics behind it (cutscreen?), I get dumped out to the iOS screen and have to restart the game. Annoying but manageable until... 3) upon restarting, hitting the continue button give me the little chime sound but the screen never changes. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but now I got the crash even earlier in the game. PLEASE fix it! Otherwise I’m stuck waiting for the next chapter of House of DaVinci.

Terrible frame rate. Promising game however I am finding the frame rate so terribly slow that it’s almost unplayable which is a shame... needs more work ... glad I only paid a buck fifty

good but. i am really enjoying the exploratory nature and simple mechanics of the game but framerate falters and sometimes freezes when moving from point a to point b, i have to wait for a couple of seconds before i can move forward (a bit frustrating at times). I am not sure if the issue is from my end but none of my other games is suffering from frame rate issues.

2 stars for now..... Was looking forward to playing this game, and for the price I thought It would be good. I have an iPhone 6s and have found that this game is extremely choppy and slow. Please fix....I really would like to try and play this game.....

Great entertainment. The game was a lot of fun. I enjoyed the scenes although some were a bit dark and didn’t show up very well. Even after I activated all four machines to get the cards needed to escape, I looked around at more areas. I didn’t get to every area but that’s okay. The only thing I didn’t like were the hints. I only saw numbers supposedly pointing off in some direction. They were pretty useless. That being said, I didn’t need them anyway. Definitely recommended for a few hours of entertainment.

Outstanding Game. Very smooth intuitive but challenging design. Love the hint system. (It is not what you originally anticipate!) You don’t feel like you are cheating because you are not getting any plot or solution hints. (I suspect you would find more location cards in the black wall boxes if one had not already found the keys??) Due to me walking past a card machine for most of the later half of the game I ended up finding the treasure room last! Game should have been designed to hide this card better as it was actually rewarding to enter the treasure room last! Love the mailed card! Transporter phone booths weird... sort of did not fit in with retro theme. Thought it was an episode of Dr. Who... lol. Only glitch was it took a lot of tries to get employee pass to unlock sewer staff room - however I may have missed some subtle way of activating/using the cards. Finally got it to work. Hope author is working on big sequel! Again, well done.

Visually Stunning and Equally Fun & Challenging to Play. I certainly got my money’s worth playing this game. It has beautiful, detailed & immersive artwork to really pull you into the game, and the puzzles are challenging enough to keep you thinking and ever progressing onwards. I must have played this game for over two weeks, for a few hours every night. It’s equally impressive knowing that a single person created this game, and that this was his first game that he ever developed. I highly recommend this game if you’re looking for a story-based, puzzle driven mystery game.

App glitches and shuts down. Even after your last update the game will only let me play to the red truck part then it just turns off. Please fix! I have updated my iPhone 6S+ to the latest iOS 12 version and have even redownloaded the app but it still shuts down!

A good concept well executed. The theme-park/escape room idea played out well. Side quests, extras and main puzzles were hard but not so much so I tried to find a walkthru. A couple small bugs but nothing that impeded the flow of the game.

Nice looking game. This is a very good looking game. Some times the graphics are a little jerky, but nothing major. I enjoyed exploring the alleys and discovering new places. If I had a complaint it would be that the story is a bit lacking. There are hints that something bad happened, but in the end the answer is just handed to you. It would be more fun to actually gather clues and evidence to solve the crime, but instead your time is mostly spent looking for keys, cards and chests to unlock doors. There are also no other characters to interact with. But, I still enjoyed the game for what it is which is, essentially, an exploration game.

Kept crashing, now unplayable. Same issue as others have had apparently (wish I read all reviews before buying). Game kept crashing at every scene transition. Now cannot restart. I would like a refund.

Love the game sad to see the developers have seemed to have abdanoned it. This game is such a gem I’m just so sad to see updates and expansions aren’t coming

I wish I could get my money back. I was so excited to play this game, but it crashes and even when I have the right tool card I can’t use it. I’m so upset that I spent money on this game. Amended 2/28/19 I am so sad. I’ve installed this game and deleted it at least 5 times hoping each time the glitches are fixed. The game randomly stops, closes, and restarts my progress. I’ve gotten over 20 keys and 5 check ins, but I can’t use my tool cards nor can I progress in the game as I don’t have access to the next tool card. This game has the potential to be amazing but there are still too many issues to make it fun. I hope you fix the issues soon.

Freezes. Great idea but it keeps freezing and will not let me do anything.

Game breaking bug!!. I enjoyed what of the game I played, but like some other reviewers mentioned it has a game-breaking bug on iPhone 6 so I can’t in good conscious give it any higher of a review. Basically what happens is every time you go through a door that takes you to a different area it crashes on the load screen. I liked the game ok so I got used to just reentering the game via the main menu, which is a very frustrating thing to have to do but still workable, the areas are large enough. However, eventually the game crashes and you can’t continue anymore. Very literally - instead of saying continue on the main menu anymore it reverts to start. On top of that, nothing on that menu works anymore. You can’t hit start, or options, or anything. It’s totally broken. You have to reinstall. This happened to me once shortly after starting the game so I was ok with the delete and reinstall but the second time it happened I was on 45+ checkpoints and didn’t at all feel like starting from square one again. Exquisitely frustrating. So yeah, I probably wouldn’t get this if you have an iPhone 6 unless the game gets updated. It’s a gamble with your time & money that could very well lead to disappointment.

Blah...just blah. The graphics are cool, but the game itself is unbelievably NOT fun. Who has fun finding tickets and keys and “checking in” on weird machines. After 10 minutes, it was monotonous, after 15 i deleted it.

Crashes just as bad as before. Got a note from the developer in response to my earlier review so I just gave the game another try. Crashed the first time I went from the library area towards the bus. It’s worse for me now than before.

Good but not a puzzler. While this has the look of games like myst or the room, there are absolutely no puzzles involved. This is strictly a hidden object/fetch quest game. That said, it’s good at what it does. Just don’t expect challenging puzzles!

Want to love it. Conceptually, the game is great, but the controls are clunky and unresponsive and the whole thing keeps crashing. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling a couple times with no luck. I’m really hoping that it’s just a glitch that can be fixed with an update.

Why no hints for secrets?. Played game twice. Fun, but first time I got burned by leaving the park. Can’t go back to explore. So, played again, got enough to leave again, but I want to find other achievements . Secret ones listed on the achieve page. Emailed developer, says to go on Discord groups. Garbage life. Just give some hints or charge for them! YouTube vids are no help. Only for beginners. Dumb imho.

Laggy. Could be fun but I got too frustrated with the lag.

Dig dug. I have loved the game and played it till I encountered a glitch that will not let me advance past the bedroom, other than that it’s been a very enjoyable game

Just Amazing. Really like this game. Lots of atmosphere, and no voices to ruin vibe. Lots to do, choose your own path. The controls are still balky: sometimes you can’t move; sometimes the world goes spinning. The tool card at the shop wasn’t there the first time I played! Didn’t get the Speedwalker achievement. Nevertheless love this game. Hope to see additions, and some more bug fixes.

Crashes constantly and now it’s dead. Just bought this today and what a waste of money! Constantly crashes every 15 minutes and now the game won’t even work when I open it. Will be getting my $ back...which is too bad because I had high hopes for it for the little time I did play it

Can’t open library gate!. Should be able to use keys, but it says it’s locked from other side. Can’t move forward in game. I really wanted to play this game!

Fun killer. Beautiful graphics but the amount of screens to read and the business with the keys kills the game.

Want to like it but too buggy. I want my money back since a bug is making it unplayable. Like another reviewer, my card for the library doesn’t function. And as they also saw, the app unwrapper walkthrough has a different and easier version of the game.

Question for Developer. Love the game so far, however I have not been able to locate the grocery card. I ended up resorting to the walkthrough and the card is NOT in that location for me. PLEASE HELP I really want to keep playing

Keys and cards. Ditch the keys and cards mechanic. It’s ridiculous. Make better puzzles. Finding keys to even perform a puzzle is ridiculous. Redesign this and get rid of the keys. It’s not fun.

Love it but frustrated. Different kind of exploration game, very enjoyable. BUT I’m trapped in the miner’s house and can find no way out. Developer responded with a clue but it was not for the place I am stuck. Would love to know if there’s a glitch in the game.

BEST PUZZLE GAME OUT THERE. This game is a-Maze-ing! Every nook and cranny is filled with puzzles and secrets. I really enjoyed the open feel of exploring this city. This really needs to be a vr game, because it is very exploration-based. Great job!

Blown away. Absolutely fantastic, original, clever escape game. First escape game since The Room series that has blown me away. Amazing graphics, seamless game play, and very long. 5 stars.

Hopeful Enthusiast Let Down. I love escape rooms and I actively seek out any games that deliver the escape room Vibe. I was hopeful with Alleys, however I was let down when I realized the game was incomplete. Now I am stuck in limbo until the game is updated so o can finish the story line.

Worked for 1 day. Worked for 1 day, contacted app support and still no reply, app does not work.
