If only all delivery apps were this good.. Let me give some context to my worshippy review : I don’t drive, live in a place where that’s even more limiting than you’d think, what with 100F(+) temps. half the year, mediocre public transport and early-closing..everything. So 24/7 delivery?! (well except like 30m at 3am) Fair fees? Easily navigable app and — should the need arise — customer service link? Frequent discounts and sales that will apparently soon merge with 711rewards). Fast (!) service and quick to communicate changes/issues. I’m in heaven. If only their hot food were better or prices less in line with apu (nahasapemapedalon)’s dictate to gouge the customers.

Available Products. I can’t for the life of me understand why you wouldn’t make all of your products in the store available to be purchased. If somebody is really craving a particular flavor of ice cream or something like that and if you don’t have it they may go elsewhere because they can’t see a full selection of what you have on the actual store shelves. I hope somebody can actually respond to me because I’m curious why only select items are available. I am an analog guy in a digital world but I think I can hold my own with ordering stuff on apps but I may be missing something. Thank you

Don’t bother. I’ve had issues this the app in the past. However I decided to start using it again, and everything had been working fine for a while. I loved ordering coffee for me and my mom in the mornings, and occasionally some small slim Jim’s for my dogs. However, the 7-11 app took those off. And they have also take things like Cheetos and Doritos away. There are really no good snacks left. But the final straw came yesterday. I decided to try and order some snacks to eat before dinner, and when I place the order, it gave me an error massage that my card wasn’t working. I checked my bank account and I had more than enough to place the order. There was a pending order from 7-11, but my order hadn’t gone through. This is the second time this has happened, and I do eventually get my money back within 12 hours. Unless they fix their issues and put more things on the app, I will no longer be using their app.

Needs revisions. The app is ok when it works, but they don’t know how to handle technical issues. One of their stores where having technical issues and couldn’t prepare my order, but they never updated me. The only reason I found out is because I was tired of waiting for over 2hrs and called support. I then asked if my order could be sent to another store and they said they were unable to do that because it goes to stores automatically and I could either wait with no ETA or cancel my order. But then this happened again every single time I’ve ordered. (4 other times). I asked if the store that’s having tech issues could be removed from their app and they stated they were unable to do so. So it annoys me that they know they have an inconsistency and a problem but refuse to actually do anything to solve it.

7/11 Now is great, delivery is not. I love using this app. I just wish the had their own delivery service. Every time I place an order I pray I get my order. They use an outside delivery service and a lot of the time the driver steals my order. When your order is stolen you do get a refund but not for at least 24 hours. So when you order something you need that day with the last of your money You are kinda screwed. I will say though. 7/11 Now customer service is amazing. They are kind and I feel like they really are sorry when something happens to an order. They do their best to help me as soon as possible and are very understanding when I’m upset. However, after having my order stolen multiple times I would suggest just making the trip to your local 7/11 instead of ordering through the app.

The house above the sidewalk!. The idea of convenience store has has reached perfection with this app. Way to go 7/11! The only thing that was disappointing was that the ap asked me how much do I want to tip. How do I know what kind of service I receive before I get the service? Some people might take that question as a hint that the tip will make a difference in the quality of service. The tip should always be between the tipper and the tippee . It should be in cash. And everyone should work all the time like they were getting a nice tip. After all, it is their job their doing. If the tip is voluntary, then the tippee is more likely to be greatful for it. And I believe everyone should be greatful to another person who is doing something for them. A tip is a great way to show greatfulness. Just think if every person in the world were greatful for others? What a great world that would be. Thank you Sincerely Tina Cetrone.

Patience.. Great app ya'll, congrats from TX! Just made my first order and it was fun to look around and easy to do. I've waited a long time for a good delivery app to serve 24/7 in my area. Most the time I'm lucky to get delivery in my area. And you guys made that task simple. AT FIRST. I work a fast food job, so I know how deliveries pile up and things can sometimes take a while to go through, but when it came time for my order to be delivered they came and left with my food. No text or nothing. I even came out to meet them 6 feet apart. :/... I'm hoping we can round some of these things out, and I'm hoping more good things are in store for your app.✌️

Use if you love wasting your time. It’s always a problem. I literally used this app 10 times and 9 times out of 10 there is always an issue. The most unreliable service I’ve ever used. The drivers don’t show up. 711 rarely updates items in app so orders cancel frequently. One night I was celebrating my engagement and they kept canceling every order on wine bc they claimed not to carry it. So I tried a different wine and a different wine. They kept canceling without notification so we were left waiting for hours. All they provide is store credit for your inconvenience however time is valuable and all they do is waste it. Then today I order a pregnancy test and the driver claims he got sent to wrong address despite my address being correct in app. What a horrible way to represent a business. You’re better off walking 10 miles at night to a gas station than to rely on their service. At the least you’ll get a refund that takes 5 - 10 business days to process.

Don’t use this app. It is a scam!. I cant believe I have to put at least 1 star. This app really deserves 0 star. I accidentally entered a wrong address and placed the order. I tried to cancel my order right away but there is no option to cancel the order and the order detail doesn’t even show up on the current order or past order page. I called customer service right away but guess what! There were 56 ppl ahead of me. I waited 45 minutes and finally got to speak with a representative. Per him, my order is delivered already. But to where!!! It was so frustrating. I requested a refund. I told him that i tried to cancel the order but there was no option to do so and my order didn’t even show up on the app. The representative told me it is the kind of order that is non refundable once it is delivered... Really 711?! When you were developing the app, options like edit a order or cancel a order should be made available to customer. Please add this function to the app and please help me to solve my issue.

I never got my order.. I ordered today through the app. This was my 13th order. I got a message from the app saying my order was delivered and yet I didn't receive my order. I called customer service and they looked at the order and found it was my neighbor's address on the order. I knocked on my neighbor's door and they aren't even home. Customer service said they may refund my charges. After 13 orders and the correct address on my account, there shouldn't be any questions. They should just refund what I paid and offer something for my inconvenience. The app should never change my address from what I have on my account or if it does then it should prompt me asking if I want delivery to a new address.

Uber defEATS. ok first off 10/10 would not recommend because for some of here are afraid of the commitment. I DONT APPRECIATE IS THAT IM FORCED TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH MY ORDER AND I CAN JUST BACK OUT. Its like a runaway brides worst fear you gotta go through with the marriage because they caught you mid sprint out of the chapel and had to use the excuse oh I was just gettin some air. That’s how I feel with this app. I had no way to cancel and when I go and call up ma homie costumer service to see if they can help a sistar out (yes intended to spell that way don’t come for me) AND LET ME TELL YOU THIS THEY FAKE FRIENDS COSTUMER SERVICE FR I got held in a long wait that kept telling me I have 5 or more minutes to wait and with Tchaikovsky playing in my ear being cut off with the reject voice actress for Eve interrupting every 10 seconds. Like I said before 10/10 will not recommend unless I wanted to learn the meaning of patience but even then Gaudi would be like you’ve learned my sistar.

Past Annoyed. Where to begin…this app could really be something great! But there’s so many things that need to be fixed and addressed. 1. When decided the amount of an item you want, you have to click the plus or minus sign. Sometimes without is noticing, they option will reload and will never actually be added to your order. 2. Orders being canceled with little to no understanding as to why. If one store isn’t offering an item, then the app should allow for all the 7/11 stores in the general area to pick up the order based on the items ordered. they are WAY too many 7/11’s in the Charlotte NC area for items to not be available and for order to constantly be canceled. 3. Items saying they are available when they are not. I’ve had this happen several times and the app doesn’t always give me no option to choose a replacement, so the order gets canceled. which is a huge inconvenience considering we obviously are using delivery for a reason. 4. Now my app doesn’t want to take my payment. On yesterday my order got canceled 4 times. Then started to say my payment method failed and there is an error. so it told me to try a new card, which I did and got the same message. i’m at my wits end but it’s the only delivery app I can use that delivers tobacco because GoPuff is not available in Steele Creek/Charlotte, NC.

Greedy Delivery Service. I placed an order at around 1:30AM with three items. About 20 minutes later I get a notification saying that they are out of 2 of my items. I did not get an option to opt-out an item or cancel my order. I ended up spending $8 on a BROWNIE. I tried calling customer service to cancel my order, but there were “26 people in line ahead of me”. There was no communication between the driver and me, or the 7-Eleven store. And instead of talking to an actual person, I had to sit on the phone listening to an automated voice telling me how long I needed to wait in line for a refund; by which it was already too late, since the driver was about to arrive. It is obvious this is intentional. I ended up waiting outside for the driver for about 20-30 min, even though the app said that they had arrived. By the time I got my pathetic excuse for an order, I was freezing and very unhappy. I am so disappointed by how this app does NOT care about their customers who pay money to use their service, nor address the complaints that every one seems to have. I immediately uninstalled the app. Don’t waste your time using this app, they don’t care about you, only your money.

Good concept, needs improvement. I love the concept of this and about half the time it’s a great experience. I just wish you could choose which stores you could order from (within a certain distance of course). There are 3 stores within 2.5 miles of me that I know for a fact do 7NOW delivery, and yet somehow I’m almost always automatically paired with the one that’s second furthest and the WORST at fulfilling orders. They will leave it on the “order received” step forever until I call the store (they never answer) but I suppose it gets their attention and immediately after calling they advance to the next step “gathering items” and then it stays on that step soooo long (for instance rn it’s been on that step for over 45 minutes & I know it doesn’t take that long to gather 3 items) so just waiting bc until they mark it as gathered no driver can be alerted to pick up my items!! So annoying

would give 0 stars if i could. I ordered food around 1:00 with all my information inside the order including instructions on how to get in and find my building. Around 1:45 I got a call from my driver asking for my address I then gave it to him and he told me he was on his way. He then got here and called me and wouldn’t give me the specific area he was in because he didn’t listen to my instructions. It took him about 10 minutes to find where I was standing in the 57 degree weather he then found me just to pull out something that WASNT my order. I told him and we called the help number on the app they then told him to go back and pick up my order . about 20 minutes later I called the driver and he told me someone picked up my order and he’s not bringing it. I called the gas station , his number and the number listed on the app. They told me i’d get a refund IF it was verified??? It’s now 2:53 and i’ve never got my order. 100% don’t recommend this app.

Don’t use-please. Trying to cancel my order right now. On the phone on hold. There have been “27 people in line ahead of me” as the robot lady says every 60 seconds during the Muzak for 15 minutes. This is my night now. And I’m cancelling because no one has sent my order! No communication with me on that at all. There is no way to communicate online. You can only call. What a backwards app, understaffed phone service, and shoddy app/store connection. Does the store not know about the order? The driver? Everyone? I tried using the app the other day, after 20 minutes of them gathering my things I got an alert they were out of one of my items. Bummer. Main thing I wanted. But that happens. Unlike Instacart, etc. you can’t replace with anything. And you can’t do any adjustments on the app. Had to call the 1-800 number. But I got through. Oh good, down to 26 people ahead of me, only 20 minutes waiting on the phone. Hope I go to bed tonight? Or either I get food at 4am or just no money back? Hahaha. Sorry. Yikes. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review ever?

Not low vision or blind friendly. Also the search feature needs updated or redone.. He knocked and stood on the side of the door AWAY from the peep hole and or front of the door not visible to me. I told him that made me very afraid for my life because of people getting robbed/home invasions/front door getting kicked in. I don’t know why he would do something like this. I am a disabled female. Also, I have no problem showing deliver person my DL, but the app made me scan my DL. When driver came I had to give him my DL and he took a pic of it with his cell phone he then told me I had to sign my sig on an app he was using on his cell. I’m blind. I don’t feel comfortable allowing them to make a copy. Showing them my DL is ok, but giving it to them so they can make a copy and have me sign I am NOT OK WITH! I will not order again, I didn’t have to do this with my last order and I ordered the exact same thing. What is the point in asking us to upload everything on the 7 eleven app, if you turn around and make me provide the same thing to the driver???? Confused!

Mostly Useless. Here we go again, another store that doesn’t deliver what’s available all the time to people who can walk into any location. As someone who can’t walk and relies on delivery services I enjoy the occasional order from 7-11. And when it works it works fine. But every 7-11 I know has Taquitos sitting up front 24 hours a day. The flavor I want, Monterey Jack, is usually there, but if not it’s just a few minutes away. But it’s now been 5 days where they’re not available. They’re advertising $1 deals yet you tap that and no items are shown, just the entire selection. What little there is. Newest issue: having to sign in every time the app launches. The whole point of apps is to sign in once and your device is good. Sure my login is saved but it’s yet another inconvenience for this “convenience” store.

Usually great. I’m very happy with this app, in general. There have been a couple of times when I submitted my order and it was shown as being successful, but when it seemed to be taking longer than usual and I checked the status, the amount of my payment hadn’t actually been debited from my account and the order never arrived. Since the recent update, I open the app and am asked to rate my previous order. After doing this, it freezes and I have to reopen it and start over. This has happened only a few times, and overall, I really like the convenience and efficiency offered by the application.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had.. My first two orders got canceled. One by them, and one by me. First order the driver made it all the way to my neighborhood and was almost at my street. They parked there and then left. Now this is more a customer service issue, but it’s still irritating. The second order was canceled by me, and it’s absolutely ridiculous and at fault of the app. The exact same order was made both times. The first time I ordered 3 items and 1 of them was removed because the item wasn’t in stock. Sure whatever, that’s fine. Didn’t get either of them, but whatever. The second time I ordered, I ordered the 2 items instead since there was no reason to try to reorder that 3rd one as I knew it wasn’t in stock. THAT ORDER was more expensive than the order that had an item that was removed. I had to call customer service and complain. It was entirely too much for an app I’ve had for an hour and a half (waiting for a failed delivery), but having to pay more for less? You’re basically telling me I should find an item that I know is out of stock and try to rig the app in my favor. Why don’t you stop trying to jab me THE CUSTOMER, when I was just trying to be helpful. Deleted. The most garbage experience I’ve ever had, and a massive waste of time.

We are coming to your area, but not just yet...🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Let me start by mentioning that I live in the busiest area in Brooklyn, New York, where we have at least 15 stores 7/11, one is literally one block away duh 🙄 but since I entered my address - they sent me a notification mentioning that they don't delivery to my area yet but they are expanding at the moment and hope they will be serving my area soon too. Come on, seriously? We are in Brooklyn, New York, one of the most busiest location and biggest customer areas - and You don't deliver here? Such a waste. Second of all, I never used this app before in my life but when I created account the app told me that my email and phone number is already in use which is not and didn't let me follow up to my order. Like you guys have some real technical issues with your app that You have to work on, before You will loose most of your popularity and people will stop wanting to use this app. I am out!

Terrible Service. They use Door Dash for delivery. I ordered 4 items and only received 3. You can’t contact Door Dash so I had to call 7/11 support. I was on hold about 10 minutes. The rep came back on the phone and said it was too confusing to just send the ice cream so they would redeliver the whole order at no charge. This sounded great. Then I got a text that my order would be delivered in 10-15 minutes. 5 minutes later I got a text saying the store was closed so my order was cancelled. I then had to call 7/11 support again and they just said they’d credit me for the ice cream. So, after an hour and a half I still didn’t get the ice cream and spent a total of over 15 minutes on hold. I have deleted this app. This was my first attempt to use the app. I should also mention that this was 8-9:00 on a Saturday night.

A pizza that made me want to break my phone. I order one pizza from 7NOW at 2:25am with a promised delivery time of 3:04. At 3:04, I went down to the lobby and waited until 3:30 for the delivery. During this time I called the help number on the app and was placed on hold with an estimated wait time of 40 minutes. After half an hour I went back upstairs and continued to stay on hold for another 30 minutes during which the wait time stayed 40 minutes. Eventually I ended up making my own food and at about 4:30 am I got a call from a guy who say the Postmates app was down so they didn’t even have my pizza to deliver. At no time did 7/11 communicated 1) that Postmates was down or 2) that they even used Postmates. I had no way to see who was delivering or how to get in contact. I asked him to just cancel the order because it’d been almost 2 hours and I was done. He said that was fine and hung up. 2 hours later, while I’m sleeping, I get a notification that my order has been delivered. At 6am. A pizza that was ordered at 2:30am. And I was charged.

Completely disappointed. I have used this app and have loved it for its convenience, but my most recent experience with it has left me totally disappointed and extremely frustrated. I placed an order and it was just a mess. The driver showed up with only one out of the items I ordered and a half of one of two Slurpees. Half of one, yes, filled half full. And just one. I was still charged the full amount, for all the items and Slurpees even though there were items missing! I have reached out several times (to 7-Eleven and 7NOW, as well as to Postmates who couldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t order through them directly) and haven’t received a single response. Not one. This is just too much. I’m done with the app now and am very disappointed. I wish I’d gotten my money back, but absolutely nobody has gotten back to me about it to make it right. A real shame. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order anything in case you’re left with missing items and nobody who cares to make it right.

Watch out for the drivers and lack of communication. 3 times now in a row they have completely not dropped off my order one driver called twice and was texting I told them exactly how to get here and helped them the whole time to find my house they never delivered it after waiting an hour. The second order was just never delivered so I drove to the store to see if they had picked it up and they did the driver literally stole our order and never came to our house. I have contacted 7 now multiple times and still not have received a refund for the first one. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service I do not recommend using the delivery option if you want to order go get it picked up. This is coming from someone who does doordash and Uber. It is not hard to follow instructions it is crazy how this has happened to me three times now. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Just Postmates or something. I ordered some white claws just to try the app out. I got white claws and some candy was like 40 total which was a little pricey but if they deliver whatever. So 7 doesn’t even deliver it actually it was fulfilled by door dash. This dude shows up and I grab the bag of stuff and he is just trying to pull my attention away from what’s in the bag. I sign for it and show my ID, I even tipped him because he was bringing me alcohol. After I pay and he runs away I close the door and open the bag. He brought truely.. who is a super crappy version of white claw. You think I would be paying 40 dollars for some off brand white claw like nahhhh. Not worth it at all, like if you want any of this stuff 7 is selling delivered honestly just do postmates. It’s cheaper and the drivers care more about what they are bringing you. Like I never got a text or anything about a substitution they showed up with the wrong thing. Like didn’t even try to get the right thing. Screw this app it’s just a cheap ploy to try and get into the delivery business. Every other app was quick to fix a mistake and give me a refund 7/11 has yet to give me a refund. Pass dont download get postmates

7-11 delivery app not working now. Hey I used this app before to make a delivery and right now the app isn’t working anymore, I keep getting in the sign in page and I thought it logged me out for inactivity but when I signed in with using iCloud mail it asked for my location and I entered my location but it said that the location is not here yet and then they told me to enter my email and I submitted it but it put me back to the main sign up area but when I tried again it did the same thing and I decided to skip the sign in but it asked for my location but I keep getting this error message. It worked for me once last time I ordered from this app but it’s not working anymore. Can you check to see what’s wrong with it?

Seven Really By Your Side Through Anything… Even A Pandemic!. 7-Eleven really does withstand anything… even a pandemic can’t stop it. With that in its rapid expansion where half a year ago, I complained that the service hasn’t expanded far enough to deliver to my home, I can now get convenience store goods without leaving my home. The app is very easy to use and everything is explained clearly. They have numerous offers, including free delivery fees and some app-exclusive offers. Their service is pretty fast (20% of the time even faster than their estimated delivery times.) Lastly, their customer support is fantastic in case anything goes wrong. More importantly, if you can use this app and that your area is served, use the 7NOW app to get quick convenience store items delivered!

Wrong order every time. I don’t know if this is the apps fault, but every time I have used the app, the person putting it together either purposely left something out or completely mixed up the order. The first time, they left out the beer and then the driver went back and the store called me and made me order it again which prompted two more drivers to attempt picking it up and since they use postmates drivers they kept trying to get me to cancel the order but since it wasn’t in the Postmates app I couldn’t and kept getting new drivers asking me what was up with the order. Then in a different order I ordered 4 coke slurpees and got a single cherry slurpee instead of the 4 I ordered which made it necessary for the driver to go back and get it fixed... but then brought back the 1 cherry and 3 Coke’s 🙄we just stopped fighting it. the drivers can’t see what the order is supposed to be so we have had to show them receipts. I think it could be a great service if the store paid attention. (Arizona Biltmore area 7-11 in Phoenix). Deleting the app, not worth the hassle.

Drivers will not take items to your door. **If you found this review helpful, please hold touch on it to thumbs it up so that others can see, because I am sure I am not the only one.** I live in New York now, and apparently they are using DoorDash here. The drivers no longer bring up the items to my apartment door (Second floor) when I place orders. Therefore, get ready to go outside on the curb and pick up your own items. No other delivery service does this. Ignore the developer response that will appear on this review just as it appears on in your review. They are just app makers and have no say in any of it. Contacted customer service and they were not interested in fixing the issue.

All bad!. Ordered 2 pizzas 1 extreme meat & 1 cheese only App said pepperoni pizzas are out of stock What I received: 2 burnt pizzas ( I have pix) 1 pepperoni (wrong) 1 cheese only 2 packages of chocolate chunk cookie Received 2 oatmeal raisin cookies ( wrong) The driver was incredibly rude from his first body language and word. I asked for no contact delivery. He’s standing so close to the door that I can’t open it with my items still in his hand. I asked that he put them on the porch. That was worth an eye roll and more attitude. He put it down and I said thanks. He responds with’ “Lady! I need ID!” In a raised voice. I say ok and go get it. He taps on my screen door and says Here! No sentences... just few word, loud commands. I already paid for the items or I would have already told him to just leave. He can’t scan the id through the glass. He gets more & more angry. He starts talking to himself in another language. I tell him that I will put the id down on top of the pizza box. He doesn’t understand what I’m saying. He’s still standing so close to my door that I can not open it. I finally gesture to him to get back & refer time his way of speaking , “ Get Back.” With frustration on my part, now. Now, he’s talking to himself at an alarming & loud tone (as if I’m offensive) while picking my ID up off the box to take a picture. The only thing descent about this order is I got beer but even that fueled an id problem.

Used to love this app!. We used to LOVE USING THIS APP! Simple nice and had the stuff needed in a time you don’t want to go out! However lately every single time I try to order it won’t work I checked my card my connection my bank account and my last thought was there must be something going on with the app. I haven’t been able to update my gold pass to my current card and it was canceled .. I would love so much to use this service again but the app won’t work! I have also deleted it and reinstalled it as customer service told me to do every time I emailed them over and over! If the bugs get fixed out I would love to use this app again :) I loved it when it did.

Wrong orders every time, no customer service. I’ve ordered 4 or 5 times. Every single time (not exaggerating) there have been multiple wrong or missing items. All of the other times I’ve called and been refunded for the items that were missing and wrong. My last order they sent me bad milk and 2 wrong items. I called 2x. Now the customer service line makes you leave a message and promises to call back. There must be 500 thousand messages on that machine. The recording says something like “We know your time is important. Those cat videos aren’t going to watch themselves. We promise not to ghost you.” Yeah, well I left 2 messages a week ago and another today and have been officially ghosted. The cat video thing was a little funny at first, but is now kind of insulting after dumping a gallon of milk and getting ghosted by this incompetent company for the 3rd time. Give your money to a bodega instead.

Terrible app. I don’t understand how such a large cooperation can’t manage to make an app that is worth a darn. To say it’s glitchy is an understatement. Like, are the people in charge of this trash fire just a bunch of 3 year olds with access to beginners coding? On top of the crap app, the customer service is non-existent. They pass you off onto whatever platform the driver is on. Then you’re told by that platform’s customer service to contact 7/11. Ridiculous. If there’s a problem with the order that you happen to discover right after the driver leaves, your ability to contact the driver is already terminated. And good luck getting a refund if you need one. The only way to get in contact with anyone is by email. They tell you you’ll hear from someone in 3-5 business days. So basically, to sum it up, DO NOT use this app unless you literally have no other choice. You’d think for a company that’s been around for this long they’d know how to provide a working app and good customer service. Absolutely ridiculous!

Burnt Chicken. I was going to be generous, but I think waiting 40 minutes for a clay-tasting pizza and 2 out of 5 chicken wings that are burnt deserves one star. When I would go to 7-Eleven to get their one slice pizza, I remember it tasting just fine, but maybe it’s the fact that the pizza was free that caused it to taste so bad. I guess that couldn’t be helped since deliveries are a new thing? It tasted kind of... dough-ey? And it was also slightly warm, almost bordering cooled down. Take your time cooking it, without a doubt, I’m sure cooking it in my oven for 5 more minutes would make it taste SO MUCH better. But, giving me burnt chicken wings? I already paid $10 for just 5 pieces of chicken wings and then you’re going to give me 2 burnt ones just cause I don’t make eye-contact with you while you’re picking? I mean the chicken wings were already going to be soggy because of packaging. I was willing to forgive soggy chicken wings since it’s delivered but burnt?? I just can’t get over the fact that they would personally pick these chicken wings and be like “it’s burnt... eh that’s fine.” Bottom line — just cause it’s not in-person does not mean you can half-ass food delivery. If you were the one eating it, you would NOT pick burnt, BRICK-LIKE chicken wings for yourself. I mean seriously... how long were those in the oven, and why would you give it out instead of throwing it away? I ended up making potstickers instead.

Saving grace during COVID-19. So you want some snacks, maybe some white claw? Oh and you’re craving pizza? But there’s a pandemic going on, you can’t just go to the store and get the supplies... so you look in your fridge and pantry to find canned food, old celery sticks and realize there’s got to be a better way. I actually searched for this app hoping it existed and viola it’s perfect. Order a pizza and a case of claw for the weekend, some chips when the munchies kick in but also add some Red Bull’s for the extra motivation to get that weekend project done. Only downside is full 7-11 inventory is not available, only certain items. But hey, it beats whatever else you had at home which is nothing. If we weren’t in a pandemic, I’d rate 4 stars and go to 7-11 myself to pick up some of the things I know they sell but just aren’t listed on the app, but for now, IN THIS ECONOMY, I’m happy.

Use Literally Anything Else. I’m always amazed when a major corporation releases and heavily markets a product like #7now but doesn’t catch stuff like... updating delivery time... in a delivery app. Fun fact, the app also does not tell you what it’s password requirements are during account creation or allow hyphens in last names, shows out of stock items as available, does not have a way to contact the driver or modify the order once submitted, sells your personal information (US only so it’s legal to require you to opt in to email marketing and associated data barter), requires you to call customer service and wait on hold for upwards of 45 minutes... to leave a voicemail, and the best part is it’s not even 7Eleven delivering your order... it’s Postmates! Also can’t request a refund on an order through the app, Microsoft Anna yells at you about there being “three people ahead of you” although that number doesn’t change and eventually just dumps you to voicemail, cancels orders hours after stated delivery time without reaching out to customers and in some cases without notifying them, delivers partially fulfilled orders and sometimes charges the full amount. I’d be genuinely amused by the incompetence on display here if it wasn’t standing between me and some skittles... which means that this is true to the in-store 7Eleven experience at least.

UPDATED: Fix your app/I can’t create an account. Update: I received an email from “Janey Appia” stating that you are able to create an account with different email information than what I used for Facebook. However, even if I use a different email address, it still doesn’t work, BECAUSE ITS THE PHONE NUMBER THATS THE ISSUE! It’s not letting me sign up because I used my phone number for 7Rewards. So apparently their customer service isn’t too keen on the issue and isn’t much help at all. All I want to do is be able to use their app to give them money for food and drinks! Is it that hard?! Pointless app until I can associate my 7-11 Rewards email/account with this app. Because I have a 7-11 rewards account associated with my phone number, it’s saying I have an account already but I can’t log in because it doesn’t give an option to log in through Facebook. Fix your app and I’ll update my review!

Convenience got a little more convenient. I’m a big fan of app delivery services, but nobody offered tobacco delivery. And then I found 7NOW. They do require ID at checkout AND when delivered and the driver is required to scan the ID. Super smart. I use this feature to avoid going out of my way/dealing with early morning traffic in the mornings to get cigarettes when my work is a straight shot from my home. I haven’t had any problems with the app, they always arrive on time or early. Only suggestion would be if the store is out of an item that you have an option to select something else. I find it a little hard to believe that a store is always out of 20oz Diet Pepsi but time will tell I guess. I would gladly accept a Diet Coke too 😂 And for those that are complaining about your 7-11 not delivering - not all stores participate- just like on GrubHub/DoorDash/Postmates. I know there is a closer 7-11 to me than the one that the driver shows up at on the map. Just cause there is a store a block away doesn’t mean they offer delivery! Don’t blame the app for that.

No delivery today!. I ordered cigarettes at approximately 6:30 pm and the app sent me link saying the driver would deliver at 6:52-7:04 at the latest! Well that time came and went and no driver showed up with my $126 dollar order I called the number and it had expired. I texted the number and the same thing. I reach out to support from the app and the response was oh we cannot contact the driver! So the driver is driving around with my $126 dollar order and you have no way of getting in touch with the driver! So finally at 7:30 after the app is saying driver on the way, I cancel the order. At 8:05 I get a text message saying the driver will arrive shortly have my ID ready……almost 1 hour and a half later……go kick rocks Lynette! (The drivers name) I never had a problem with this app until today! I spend hundreds of dollars with each order and expect my order to arrive on time!

Would be nice if I could pick the store I’m shopping from. The big thing that bugs me is I’m not able to select the 7-Eleven Location that I am shopping from. There are three 7/11 near my home and I am constantly given the store that does not have anything in stock and despite the fact that the other store I know for a fact has the products that I am wanting to purchase this Apple only allow me to order from that other store. I would absolutely love it if I could select the store that I would like to make a purchase from. Until then I won’t shop using seven now because it’s not worth it to me for a half my items to be replaced with something else and not being able to get what I’m paying for especially when the other store has everything that I am wanting to purchase. Please fix.

There’s Too Many Flaws.. The only good thing about this app is late night delivery and the food, but what’s the point if the food is either not available or not included in your order? Instead of giving drivers an order number, give them A LIST OF WHAT I ASKED AND PAID FOR. I once ordered a pizza and 2 bags of Sour Patch Kids, and only got the Sour Patches. I asked the driver and he said that’s all they gave him when I paid for the pizza on sale. Recently, I tried ordering pizza, big bites and some juice. The driver calls to tell me that the machine is broken and I can either eat a raw pizza or cancel the order. This might be unrelated, but I tried with Postmates after and the driver told me they didn’t even have my order number. But seriously, give more options in app instead of having a number to call, let me choose a store, have an actual GPS and not just a still image of my location and the car, expand the selection a bit more for the app and then maybe I’ll re-install this mess.

Horrific! Do not use this app!!. Absolutely HORRIFIC. Do not order from this app. I ordered almost an hour ago and they told me that it would come 30 minutes ago, I guess a half an hour is a pretty reasonable amount of time. However when I checked the app at the expected time it was supposed to come at, it informed me that it would be coming in another 25 minutes!! I called up the hotline to see what’s going on and an annoying automated voice told me that there were 5 people on call before me. I waited on hold for another minute, and then it informed me that no one could pick up the phone and directed me to leave a message. Once my order does come, I’m deleting the app as fast as I can.

Always late, never stocked, expensive.. I used to use this app a lot, for the pure reason that they have 24/7 delivery. I genuinely have no idea why it takes 2-3 hours to get to my house at 3am every time. There is nothing to do at 3am, there must be *someone* available at the store to deliver promptly, even if there are only two people working during those late hours. The prices are a lot more expensive than in-store. One time I paid $10 for a Slushee that’s supposed to cost a dollar. You’ll find yourself paying $30 for some candy bars, pizza, and Slushees when in-store you can get them for $10. They’re also never in stock, which makes no sense. Do they have a separate stock exclusively for delivery? There is no way they ran out of coke bottles or doritos or three brands of candy bars. My customer service experience was okay, mind you I’ve called them a good amount of times on multiple orders lol. I haven’t used this app in almost a year, and seeing the recent reviews for it I can see that it’s still bad. Hopefully they’ll get their ssss together and hire more drivers (and perhaps find a better way to pay them if that’s an issue), stock up more, and invest more money into this app so the prices wouldn’t be as taxed. I assumed the service is based on the 7/11, but I’d also assume that the employees are the types to not really care, which is understandable, just annoying.

I absolutely love this app now. Now when I worked for seven eleven and had to do seven bows all night on top of dealing with customers who are inpatient and had attitudes but then wanted to complain when I got one back treat ppl the way you want treated I’m sorry point blank but now that I don’t work for them no more. I love it. And I still love the seven elevens I worked for under Abdul Basit we had our ups and downs but never once did he ever allow anyone to ever disrespect me or yell at me like I’m a child. I wanna thank the entire basit family you all are amazing and will always be family to me. Saba I love you to pieces Abdul you are the dad I wish. I would have had. Horrible customer service & promotional lies. Update 1/6/19: Tried to give them another shot shortly before Christmas. First order was modified & then one minute later cancelled. I placed a second order which made its way to me. The order was fine for the most part except they charged me for both orders. It’s been a couple weeks and I have yet to be refunded for the cancelled order. Calling customer service(as the developer response says I should do), does nothing. They put you on hold forever and when it’s finally your turn, they send you to a voicemail box to leave a message. I’ve tried multiple times to reach them to no avail. Original review: You’re better off going with their main competitor(GoPuff) in the convenience store delivery industry. Twice now I’ve had issues with my orders. The first time, I didn’t receive items. I finally got through to someone but it took a lot of effort. Over Black Friday weekend, they had a promotion where if you bought $50 worth of stuff, they would later return $25 to your credit card. It’s been over a week now and no sign of it in my account. I tried calling them and the automated system hung up on me. I did this two more times and each time the system hung up on me.

App assigns my order to a different state. Every time I place an order, the app sends my order to New Jersey, even though I live in New York. The New Jersey store is across the river and technically the closest to me (if you swim directly across the river), but by car it is over an hour away, resulting in the deliver driver always cancelling my order. I have many more stores that are much closer to me but the app never assigns my order to these stores. The people who designed this app don’t understand the difference between distance and displacement and could really work on fixing the system that assigns what store an order is delivered from. A multi-billion dollar company like 7-11 hasn’t figured out one of the easiest problems in food delivery. How about you restrict orders to the same state that they were ordered from? It’s a shame because I really like 7-11 but will never be able to use this app until it actually lets me order.

Never using this app again!. I’ve ordered from this app 4 times and neither time has my order been completed. They either don’t have my products (and don’t take them off the order like I requested) or they just put something else altogether. And that would be ok if that was the choice I made. When I say remove from my order of product not available it’s never done. I either don’t get anything or something I didn’t ask for. This last order I placed today I was told that their “data” showed all my items were scanned. I’d this is correct then where are my other items??? They should make the employees take a picture of the order before it is picked up for proof. It’s not fair that I paid $21 for 9 items and only received 4 but was told I couldn’t get my money back for the things I didn’t get. So I will be canceling my gold membership and deleting this app.

Actually had a great experience!?. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences w/ delivery apps in the past (app doesn’t update order status times correctly, random cancellations, wrong item delivered). Decided to take a 12:15am gamble with ordering a 6pack of beer 7now. Ordering was easy, and the app said ETA was going to be 1:05-1:15a...which is a really good ETA for the middle of the night in a small city like mine, almost too good. I got skeptical as I waited; read all these negative reviews for 7now and was sure this was gonna be another delivery app let-down. But at 1am on the dot, the driver arrived, with the right beer! Could be beginners luck. The overflow of negative reviews shows this app has its shortcomings, but I just wanted to say that it is possible for the app to work!

CONFUSED BY OPTIONS????. 1. Why can people order alcohol but not juul cartridges? I have epilepsy and the state of Florida won’t allow me to drive (even though it is controlled by medication, and I have a Service Dog who would know and tell me to pull over so yeah, thanks DeSantis!) So I can’t drive l and cannot take Uber’s during this pandemic because I have family members who are elderly and also immunocompromised. Can’t walk into a store myself for the same reason. That’s WHY I AM USING DELIVERY. THATS WHY WE ARE ALL USING DELIVERY and paying $50 for a 7-11 pizza a couple of 2 liters, some water, 2 Frappuccinos (the only coffee option under filter strangely available) and a bag of m&ms PLUS A $15 TIP YES support our frontline orders. I’m out of a job and it hurts my pockets but I am afraid to do theirs, so it’s the least I can do. AGAIN THE POINT OF MY RANT IS .... you can buy alcohol so obviously you are checking IDs. Why can’t I buy my JUULs that are helping me quit smoking???? Alcohol causes waaaaaaay more deaths than juul pods a year, and is widely subverted. So I guess I’m disappointed in you 7-11. America. Freedom. JUULS. Don’t discriminate!!!!

Fees on top of fees!. When I ordered extra items to avoid small basket fee convenience fee went up, making it a ridiculous final bill.

Unable to log in. No matter how many times I reset my password it will not let me log into my rewards account. When I use a guest it doesn’t give me options to have no ice in my drink or add sauces for my chicken. Not user friendly

i love 7 eleven but why can’t i get wings?. there aren’t ever wings - or any type of hot chicken- available at night. it drives me nuts. i’ve even called the store & they say they have them, but they’re not available to order? i would use this much more often if i could actually get what i wanted.

Glitchy as fuq. . It won’t let you change your location so you’re stuck with the crappy 7/11 that is always out of everything instead of the one 2 blocks down the street that actually has product. It’s also glitchy and laggy af.

Can’t buy anything. I try to do delivery I tried to do pick it. Nothing works. Everytime it gets to the part to confirm order the app always crashes. This is like the 3rd time I tried to order something. I thought if I wait a bit it would be fixed but it’s been weeks. I’m giving up on this app

7 Rewards App. Awe, it was awesome to get a free slurpee and free delivery, but even with that there are so many hidden fees. Also being forced to tip the driver is not cool. Usually we tip when we receive our orders, hopefully get all back if it is delivered to the wrong place. The wait time is long too, but I am okay with that. Haha. 😂 It happens… 😀

Fake promos. I was shown BOGO deal on pizza but I got charged for both pizzas.

Frustrating. For the most part this app is super easy to use, self explanatory. But the frustrating part is that many times the coupon code shown on the apps Home Screen does not work! The other issue is that I can either not figure out how to or the option simply does not exist to order more than one flavour of slurpee in the cup. For a treat we will order slurpee for the kids but need to order a full size slurpee in each flavour the kids like. Then pour and layer the flavours from the 2 or 3 slurpees ordered into one slurpee cup for each kid. Frustrating and a huge waste of money.

Limited choices, free delivery not free, no free Slurpee. There are no cookies in the section with cookies in its name?? The app has quick select buttons under “what are you craving”? I select candy - “no matches found”. Obviously their internal search engine needs work - there is candy in the snacks section. Why offer a quick button that leads to nowhere? Still in a beta stage of development, I would assume - hopefully it will get better with time. Even with the free delivery (and I did not see them add the free Slurpee as advertised, nor did I bother to try and figure it out - I just placed my order and assumed false advertising) there is still a small basket fee if the order is less than $20, a convenience fee and tip to the driver. So add ten bucks to whatever your order may be - on top of what seem to be some higher than in-store prices. Don’t know if I’ll be using this delivery service much, especially after the “free” delivery - but who knows, maybe when I’m drunk and dumb; and that’s probably a good share of the market for an app like this.

Always disappointed. I have tried to give 7-11 the benefit of the doubt, yet every time I am interested in ordering online it seems the popular items are unavailable. Every. Time. So, I've still placed orders hoping to munch on other yummies only to be informed halfway through the "wait time" that those items are also unavailable! Well. Who is ordering bagged chips after midnight? Nobody. We want the crispy chicken & taters, precious. So, do better.

Food and slurpees for the kids. 7-11 and the app always come through. Quick, fresh and hot. Better than Uber eats who effs up our orders and delivery to the correct address 1/3 of the time. 7-11 wins every time. Try it! Get the app :)

App review. Not easy to navigate. Could not pick what kind of slurpee I wanted. And with my nachos no where to write choose cheese and/or chilli. But on skip the dishes I can do that. Weird since it’s there company that has its own app. Figured I would have more choice not less.

Use skip the dishes. Similar menu. Skip the dishes has a more extensive selection of products. Service fees/convenience fees and tax use roughly 80%+ of $7 off first order. Doesn’t specify which location food is coming from.

Click “Place Order” = App Crash = Hangry. I attempted to place my order on the 7NOW app about a dozen times. Every time I am on the final checkout page and click “place order”, the app would crash. I reattempted by closing the app, and re-launching it. I checked for app updates. I deleted and re-download the app. All of these actions resulted in the same outcome: click “place order” = app crash. Now I’m “hangry” and Crispy Chicken is unavailable. Zero stars.

Unprofessional. Scam like experience. Just witnessed the 3rd time my order was not delivered even though stating “delivered” in app. When you call about your order not being delivered they put you on a 45 minute call hold to speak with someone. When you finally speak to an “agent” they’re highly unprofessional like they’ve just picked these people up from the streets of Bronx NY without training. They don’t even call the driver and then you to inform you of what happened which already raises red flags. Also, you don’t get your refund within 24 hours like other places, it takes TEN days to get your refund and even then I haven’t received my first 2 yet. Luckily I have 332k followers on Instagram who would listen to my story and think twice about ordering from here.

Terrible Customer Service. 1 hour after the app said my order was picked up I called because I still hadn’t received the order and couldn’t find the driver on the map. After being placed on hold, the woman advised that the “delivery partner” would be picking up the order shortly. The woman was very pleasant and I had no other choices so I went outside to wait. About 15 minutes later I get a text to meet the driver with my id. Only problem is I was already outside and had been for 15 minutes. Nobody ever showed up. I called back and was told that the order had been returned. For the inconvenience I was offered a free delivery. Woohoo. A free delivery delivery even though this order was a free delivery. Both women were very pleasant and professional, but the service itself is a waste.

crashes entering address. i was excited to give this app a try. at launch the app 'finds' my address about half the time - when it isn't 'location not found' it gets the building next to me. when I tap to correct this the app promptly crashes. determined, i continued and made selections finding that most of the options were marked as out of stock. finally finding acceptable choices i went to check out and there was an address confirmation screen which crashed the app again. after rebooting, i tried this all again. crashed in both address entry pages again. running iOS 11.3.1 on an iPhone X which should be up-to-date enough to support any modern app. it was a nice enough idea, but onboarding failed and i doubt i will revisit.

Unsatisfie. Wow I just downloaded this app and already my order is messed up they said they where going to do modification to my order and only gave me half of my order. They didn’t even called to see if they had the stuff they just whatever they wanted to give me, it’s like they don’t care even the deliver man did notify me he just gave me the bag and left in a hurry and didn’t tell me all me order wasn’t there. I sent close to $30 dollars on this order to not have my whole order this is ridiculous. I expect a refuse for the order I didn’t get. Then they gave me my money back and took it off again and still charging me for an order I fully didn’t get so please don’t waste your time downloading this app it will save you a whole lot of trouble

Worst delivery app EVER. Seriously could this app be any more unprofessional??? To start off, I placed my order. It said about 20 minutes, cool. An hour later I still don’t have a driver, no way to contact anybody or the restaurant. But then, yay!! I got a driver. Next thing you know she’s been sitting in the same place for about 15 min so I try to text her where she is at. But then I see my order has been returned to the store??? After she picked it up??? Not only did I wait an hour for absolutely nothing, I DIDNT GET A REFUND!!! Don’t even try calling the “customer service” number they provide you, all did was make me listen to some crappy jazz music for 45 minutes then have a snobby man tell me there’s 18 people in line ahead of me. I said ok I guess I’ll wait. He said “ok” then hung up. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great help horrible service. It would be more “convenient “ for them to have their own drivers or atleast have better communication with their drivers every time I’ve used this app the drivers have been rude, unprofessional or late. I guess that’s out of their control since postmates and door dash work with multiple companies but still the experience is horrible compared to me just ordering from the other 2 . I live in a gated community as well and have never had an issue with the drivers getting in my complex so maybe it’s just my bad luck in drivers but in a bad situation it’s handled very poorly and as the customer you know little

REMOVING My 5-Star Review…. I have to say I’m hugely disappointed. I’ve gotten SEVERAL people to download and try the app. As result, it said my “balance” was a credit of $30. Yet if place an order for $20 you still try to charge me $10?!! BUT YOU SAID MY BALANCE WAS $30?! JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE EARNS $10 FOR REFERRING PEOPLE DOES NOT MEAN THEY SHOULD BE FORCED TO SPEND IT $10 AT A TIME. Also, I’ve NEVER EVER seen something use wording of “Balance: $30” (that’s all it says) when you really mean “3 Discounts of $10” …and this is how thank people who are out there getting you new customers?! Unfortunately, those with the power to correct this probably aren’t aware and will never read this. But as someone in marketing I promise you — THIS IS A BAD IDEA. Because I probably sent you 10 new customers already, and could bring dozens more. …but not for some app that tells me I have a $30 credit then charges me $20 when I place an $30 order (see how dumb that sounds?) Nothing worse you can do than leave people feeling like they were scammed out of what they EARNED.

I just want the order left at the door!. Hello! I'm not sure where the issue is, but it's becoming an annoyance. I can only assume, at this point, that there is something wrong with the app (rather than it being myself or a driver). When making an order, I always opt to have the driver leave the order at the door. However, every time I get a delivery, the drivers feel the need to remind me to select the correct option “if that's what I want,” even if I already did! The first few times it happened, I assumed I forgot to select the correct box. I don't know if anyone else has this issue, but I hope it’s corrected soon. Thanks!

Inadequate show of supply. So I’ve already had a few problems with this app in the past but I’ve let them slide because it was only small things. Today I make an order and some of the items it said on the app were limited quantity, so I’m saying okay that’s fine at worse I might be missing one thing and they’ll take it off my tab. I’m missing all the items that were low quantity which was a 1/4 of my order, which I’m furious about. The app should have a better tracking/representation of what the store has and does not have, and furthermore it took away my deals because they weren’t provided items in the order that were combo’d together so i ended up paying more than I would have getting my combos almost until I then saw part of my order getting erased. I’m very dissatisfied.

Super convenient!. I ran out of milk and my 1.5 year old was not happy about this! I downloaded this app and saw that I could get milk delivered before 8 am which is so cool! And delivery was free too. The delivery guy was quite chipper for the morning and delivered my items early. The only thing that could be a bit annoying is that they have a fee for small orders of $1.99. I went ahead and ordered $15 worth of items to avoid this fee and just get more items I could use. Overall I would recommend this!

Good luck getting an order delivered…. Update- I received a response from the developer to contact their customer service number for help. I attempted to make another order and when it was obvious this order wasn’t going to be accepted I tried the number and it was zero help. They told me they weren’t able to get in touch with the store and they were not able to change stores for me. Not sure what the purpose of contacting them for help was supposed to be. Service started out great and even signed up for the monthly subscription- however over the last two weeks I have not been able to get an order delivered because it was never accepted by the store. Cancelled service after 4 consecutive orders not processed. Don’t waste your time/money.

Not letting me see my cart. I love this app…when it works properly. I’ve used this app many times before I made this review but I’m making it to bring attention to the fact that after many phone resets and app deletes and reinstalls not to mention getting a whole new phone it’s still having the same error. Every time I add something to my cart it shows at the bottom as +0.00 which I didn’t suspect anything until I open my cart. When I open my cart there’s a blank white screen that I’ve waited to pass for hours before. I have no solution for it and apparently no one’s ever heard of it. I’ll provide pictures if I can but this needs to get fixed and the apps a five stars.

This app is the worst wrong orders and fraud. This is gotta be the worst app 7 eleven has come up with so placed a order it was wrong then driver refused to take it back and get correct order and told me to call the store for a refund and then the store told me they will not replace the order and will not refund me my money so then the driver took a screenshot which I was unaware of of my shoes and the order on the ground saying it was delivered even when I told him to take it with him which he did he falsified saying that the order was delivered so I called corporate jumping through bunch of hoops just to get money back and never received the order I wanted had to call bank and speak to fraud department so yeah don’t install this app if you don’t want to be scammed or robbed

When Convenience Becomes Convient. My favorite convenient store delivers. When I’m on the road and I am in need of convenience, 7/11 comes all the way through. The hot food and snacks don’t hurt my pockets and they’re not bad tasting at all. Some days require a little effort to get to my nearest location when I’m off. However, when I am not on the road and I need a little 7/11 fix, I have this trusty app to get me exactly what I need. I will definitely be using it again regardless of the promotion. They deliver through Postmates with just a small cart fee of $1.99. Can’t beat that with a stick.

Do not use Dec 2018.. Horrible experience, first they reel you in saying they will take $11 off. Not true, they simply refund $11 (a week or so later). Second, an hour delivery time seems insane; as if that wasn’t enough delivery guy was 35min late (90min wait, 7-11 they brought it from is 10min away. There’s closer ones 2min away). Order was mostly Missing, we had ordered 2 brownies, 2 pizzas, 2 drinks, 1 slurpee, and a chicken biscuit. We only received drinks, slurpee and brownies. So the pizzas and chicken biscuit were missing. So I paid $22 for $5 worth of stuff. Pizzas are upcharged by $1. And they messed up on the slurpee flavor. Waited on hold for 2.5hours from “25 people ahead of you” to “9 people ahead of you”. After which an automated message with lame humor stated to leave a voicemail. Stay away from this app, and stick to grub hub or diner dash.

Uninstalled the App. I’ve been using this app for a couple of years until today. Primarily to purchase my tobacco items and snacks. The app requires license/ID scanned at checkout, which is not a problem. The problem is when your stupid app won’t verify said license/ID when the driver delivers the items. This happened the first time to me ever tonight. The driver had my license and staring me in my face telling me that I’m not the person on the license as well as telling me the license was fake. I cussed him out, reported him, and requested a full refund including tip. And I deleted the app...after using for many years. Not losing sleep over it either because we walked into a store with same license, got more items AND elsewhere to buy tacos & gallon margaritas.

Always fast, friendly and orders are right. 7 eleven delivery is better than any other delivery services. They are always available, fast, friendly and don’t ever mess anything up. They are perfect for those middle of the night or early morning store runs you hate doing. Especially when it’s something you need immediately and not just when stores open. App is super easy to use. The drivers are fast, friendly and always early. Definitely 5 stars. Would give them 10 but there’s no option. 👍

Stores say delivery but no such thing.... Really tired of stores in my town putting signs up about delivery every so often yet not a single one does it! Not from this app nor door dash...false advertising! Stores should STOP posting flyers and posters saying they deliver when they do not! While visiting a friend and trying to use this app, there was stuff “out of stock” and could not use a food stamps card even though you CAN use in store. Ended up walking to store myself and got what I needed even though delivery said “out of stock.” Sorry but useless. Things to fix. 1: stores should NOT advertise delivery if it is not offered. 2: app should show from which 7/11 you are purchasing for delivery 3: Include/Allow food stamps card. If they are allowed in a store it should be allowed online. Same for gift cards

DO NOT USE. I ordered from this app 2 things and they said it would be there in an hour and a half to 2 hours. They then emailed me that they only had half of it and that it was on its way without giving me the option of canceling the whole order due to half of it being missing. It then arrived an hour early and the contracted out Postmates guy called twice and then left. I called him back after a few minutes and texts him and he didn’t reply and then blocked my number. I was then told I would be charged for the whole order because I wasn’t there an hour before they said to be. After TWO HOURS and FOUR phone calls, I was finally told that they would put in a “request” for a refund and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. That is ridiculous and I will never be using this app again

Why would 7-11 roll this out. Without having open this in a small test market first? This was an ultimate blunder. I understand what you’re trying to do and appreciate it, but you made a very easy dang way, more complicated than it needed to be. “ Order was placed at 11:48 PM. Estimated delivery time 12:09 AM till 12:19 AM. It’s now 1:27 AM we were notified that the order was modified (I ordered Tylenol due to oral surgery and needed. Tylenol. Already had ibuprofen plenty of it.) so they modified my order and substituted ibuprofen. That’s not only unprofessional but it’s dangerous. You don’t know who is allergic to what type of medicine. there are at least 10 to 15 7-Elevens within a 5 mi.² radius. It’s ridiculous that it took nearly 2 hours to receive any communication back from the vendor.”

Just needs minor improvements. The apps easy to use and it makes it easy to get candy, chips, drinks, and other things sold by 7 Eleven. I just wish it displayed a wider selection of things like drinks and pastries - like I know the local shop sells 2-liter Coke Zero bottles and donuts, for example; but they never show in the app. Also, the only options shown if something isn’t in stock are to remove the item or cancel the whole order. I’d love to see an option to substitute whatever isn’t in stock - ideally like other delivery apps where you can preselect substitutes or have a two way communication with the shopper on whether their selection is ok or not.

Please don’t order anything from here.. I placed an order from the app and after a minute realized I made a mistake and wanted to cancel it. Well conveniently enough, there is no way to cancel via the app, so I call customer service. Of course the system tells me there are 120 people ahead of me, so I wait patiently. Of course the order arrives, because I’m still in queue on the phone, and the delivery guy informs me I can get a refund via app. Then, 30 minutes later, I finally get through to customer service and they say, “oh it looks like your order is delivered, and our policy is that orders are final, and there are no refunds on purchase via the app.” What?! None of my products are food and I’m stuck with batteries that look like they’ve been around from the 80’s. I will be escalating this to the higher ups.

2 hours late. I ordered 1 box of Nyquil severe with an ETA of 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I noticed my order wasn’t even picked up yet. I called the help line which took me an HOUR AND A HALF to even talk to a real person. At this point I get on a phone with a real person and they started just apologizing, like they were reading off a script. After I got off the phone with them my order was picked up 30 MINUTES LATER. Once my Nyquil Severe got there they required ID because it contains alcohol, which the pill form of Nyquil DOES NOT. This app has way too many hoops and they don’t even use their own drivers, they pay Doordash and 3rd party companies to deliver. Time line 7:40 - Order placed WITH AN ETA OF 8:10-8:20 8:20 - on hold 9:40 - Talking to a real person 9:42 - “Your order #### looks awesome” 9:59 - Order Picked up from 7/11 10:15 - Order Completed TOOK ME 2 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES TO RECEIVE 4 NYQUIL App has serious timing issues that need to be looked at and inexcusable wait time over the phone. 7/11 NEEDS TO MAKE SURE IT WORKS BEFORE PUTTING IT ON THE MARKET THIS APP FEELS LIKE A BETA VERSION THAT NEEDS MORE WORK AND TIME TO ACTUALLY SUCCEED Do not get me wrong, it’s a great idea but that’s all it is. An idea that needs to be perfected... TERRIBLE APP

They make you pay, then they cheat you. FREE DELIVERY, then they STEAL IT. They promise free delivery for new customers. Advertise items, like a SLURPEE, Just so they can refuse to deliver advertised item(s) and KEEP the money. So they end up getting a delivery fee from you, because they’re going to make you buy things, that you will never get. They force you to PRE-PAY, then the store notifies you, they won’t be delivering half of your order. Why? For no reason, other than their chance to cheat you out of a few extra dollars. We were just 10 you are due, since they charged you the full dollar amount, and they give you no option or ability to apply that credit to another order, or simply to refund it back to your credit card. They just pocket the difference, because that’s what thieves do.

Just walk to the store. So last night I attempted to use 7now for the first (and last) time. My order never arrived. I placed a simple order and was given an eta of 75 minutes which I was ok with. I called 3 times in the course of 3 hours each time being told I had been assigned a new courier or that my current courier was no longer assigned to my order ( it’s actually Postmates doing the delivery which if I’d known I would have cancelled immediately). I never received any notification or update that my delivery was just languishing at the store while literally NOBODY was on their way to pick it up. The only thing they got right was the refund. If I could rate this 0 starts I would. I promptly deleted the app and will never use it again. Lesson learned, just walk to the store you’ll be better off for it.

Such a Waste. Wished I would’ve read reviews before I tried the app. I have a 7-11 a couple blocks from me that I walk over to all the time. I seen a promotion online so I decided to try this app. Ordered and checked out with no issues. Opted to pay via Apple Pay. Scanned my finger and money was deducted. Then the screen refreshed and my cart still had the items in it. No order number, no confirmation. Only the deduction from Apple Pay. I decided to call customer service. 92 minute wait it said. I figured by the time someone picked up, either my order would be here or not. Either way I’d know something. When it was my turn, a recording came on for me to leave a message. “Someone would return my call” lol. What a joke. No thank you. Horrible all the way around.

Just DoorDash or some other app, they steal money. This is the second time I’ve ordered something from 7-Eleven through this app and didn’t receive what I bought. I ordered a pizza, wings, and a drink. Only the pizza is as delivered. I wasn’t informed any of the other items were out of stock so I’m assuming they didn’t even put it in the bag or the driver stole them. Either way, 7-Eleven purposely makes it almost impossible to get your money back. They let you “message them” on issues but nothing ever comes of it, or they’d run around the issue. The phone number is always conveniently busy. Long story short, my money is gone and they don’t want to give it back. Again, this is the second time this has happened, you’d think I would learn my lesson.

Could not scan back of my ID. I love 7NOW but unfortunately my main reason for ordering tonight was for my cigarettes which I have purchased through your app several times previously. When I went to check out, I scanned the front of my ID finally however back would not scan. I uninstalled, reinstalled, closed out app & reopened with no result. I removed my cigarettes finally as my only end result option. I had just signed up for your gold pass too… What a disappointing waste of my time & gods trying to give you our families money for an item I desperately want out of gods need to act like a child to annoy his daughter. First time last time. Used this app today for the first time. I was excited to use it because I happen to be studying and wanted some snack and energy drinks. Well everything was going great spent $23 bucks at 7/11 and pre tipped the driver ! I kept receiving updates on my order and even a txt from the driver letting me know he was a few min away I said great just knock it ring the door bell . Well after a few minutes passed I received a notice that the order had been delivered BUT IT HAD NOT ! I called customer service they were nice but now It could take a week to get my money back and I’m out my study snack !!! This really bummed me out in felt like this is an app I could use more often than not but not anymore . I’d rather have my items than my money back in a week

I don’t understand what’s going on???. Since downloading the app I have ordered at 2 different addresses and have never had a single problem until today. I have even ordered at like 1 or 2am!! Fast-forward a month or two since ordering and now 7Now is not delivering at either address? Or any address in my area?? How is it that 7Eleven had the bodies and the store locations to run this app but a month goes by and you can’t make a delivery from either one of the three 7elevens near me? Ridiculous and inconsistent. I was using this app instead of Postmates but I guess I won’t be using it any longer.

Delivered in a Blizzard. Stuck is a snow storm at 9pm at night, my brother desperately needed cigarettes. Ordered through app, took a pic of my ID (front and back) and submitted order and tip through app. Order took a bit to get to me but the roads were awful and I live on a winding, busy road, so the fact that the driver came out was amazing in itself. Came right to my driveway, scanned my ID and handed me my stuff. Again, the roads were not plowed, icy and it was 9pm at night today (Monday) - amazing amazing amazing! I live in Philly suburbs and they used doordash to deliver. A+

GPS. Honestly, I live in a mobile home community but the address I give doesn’t give me the opportunity to place my space number. Sure I can add it in but drivers still get lost. I mark the gps to show my location as well but then it gives a street address right over on the other side before even entering the community. Hopefully someone fixes this issue I’m having and I’m sure the people in this community have the same issue. Other than that it’d be 5 stars, but for now -1 star until that issue is resolved. I have to keep calling the drivers and guiding them.

It’s great…if you can get your order. I’ve been using this app for quite a while without issue and was pretty happy with it. Over the last 2 months however, after waiting nearly 2 hours each time, 8 of my last 10 orders were cancelled on their side with no reason given. Time of day and items ordered didn’t seem to matter. Obviously I can drive to my nearest 7-11 in way less time, but working 12-15 hours a day used to make this more convenient. Not so much any more. Such a bummer.

Charged for an order that was never delivered!. Placed an order, smooth and easy. But about 10min after my order was supposed to be delivered I got a random text asking what my order was. I replied, and they apologized saying the system was down so they couldn’t get it. Then I got another text from someone else (another driver I guess) who asked if I could cancel it because the system was down. I figured maybe it would come back up and work out. An hour later I see someone is on their way with my order... and about 5min after it was supposed to arrive, it was marked as delivered. I had been waiting outside, no delivery ever came! I was even charged extra for a tip I didn’t consent to giving! Okay it was only $0.33, but still, what the heck??

You guys are more a joke than a clown in a rodeo. Waited 1 hour for my delivery. About 13 minutes before arrival time you notify me that something went wrong? 13 minutes before arrival? When you had a 55-60 minute delivery? Can you not read? I understand if you notified me with some sort of pop up saying there was an issue before 30 minutes of my own time past waiting for service you are clearly in capable of giving. This has happened before with me but I kept my mouth shut. It has also happened multiple times with my roommate. If you value customers and actually look to ensure loyalty in the sense of delivering on what you say you can do and what you have, than get better at your job or reading your notifications. Pretty Freakin’ Great. I Love this app. It has great deals and coupons, is fast, and is always working. 10/10love that these guys are staying current with technology and meeting customer needs by offering delivery!!! But wait...it gets even better...because they offer DEALS as well!!! Sometimes it’s a free slurpee, free candy bar, or bogo ice cream. The deals are enough of an incentive to convince me order through this app rather than leaving my house and shopping at the other convenience stores that are actually closer! Thank you!

Awful. They started off good for a while nothings changed not even my address and then the last two times I tried getting emergancy items from them with my address I’ve been at for years they delivered to the wrong address twice I was lucky customer service was able to refund me I’ll go to the store for now on myself but the last two times was for emergancy reasons since grocery stores were closed they obviously can’t read the address and left notes on where the place is that’s what they get when they hire kids I even tipped the second driver online to make sure he gets our products here to our home and nope still went to the wrong address no where near our side of town start reading people you represent the company but I won’t be ordering from them again

Needs work but good concept. I so far see this as something that’s going to get better in the future but right now expect some issues. I’ve ordered twice, and both times the items listed as ‘available’ were not and I was refunded the money, but just kind of annoying that the system doesn’t update. They should link the online store to the inventory system somehow. Additionally, the store did not refund me 3 items I was charged for, but weren’t included in my order. I called customer service and they refunded my whole order which was nice, but so far maybe the store is working out some bugs. I think in time this will be a good system but it has some development to do

Not all 7-Eleven does delivery. This app automatically links you to the nearest 7-Eleven that does delivery which is great except for me. The nearest 7-Eleven that does delivery was in another borough. I thought all 7-Eleven does delivery. Nope. Thinking it was the 7-Eleven near my house I placed my items in the cart and checked out. The store finished my order in a min which I thought was weird considering I ordered a couple of hot foods. Then on the app it said it’s waiting for a driver. I waited 30 min and it still said waiting for a driver. So I called customer service and asked for a refund. Thankfully customer service was great but I wish I knew beforehand that the nearest 7-Eleven that does delivery was another borough away and too far so I wouldn’t have used this app in the first place! 7-Eleven you guys have to upgrade this app. This app could be much better.

Order almost always wrong. I order from the app at least once a week. The app itself is great but I’m almost ALWAYS missing an item or they’ve given me the wrong item. Today I only received 3 of the 4 Monsters. In the past I either don’t get my slurpee at all (drivers always claim store didn’t give it to them), or if I do it’ll be the wrong flavor. And it’s not that the item I’ve requested is out of stock, it’s just that the store isn’t paying attention to the order. I get refunded for my missing/incorrect items but I’d rather the issue never happens. How do we fix this constant issue?

Used to love this app!. We used to LOVE USING THIS APP! Simple nice and had the stuff needed in a time you don’t want to go out! However lately every single time I try to order it won’t work I checked my card my connection my bank account and my last thought was there must be something going on with the app. I haven’t been able to update my gold pass to my current card and it was canceled .. I would love so much to use this service again but the app won’t work! I have also deleted it and reinstalled it as customer service told me to do every time I emailed them over and over! If the bugs get fixed out I would love to use this app again :) I loved it when it did.

Horrible just horrible. I ordered about 5 times on here because I get off work late so I want snacks. Twice they sent an email saying the driver couldn’t get in contact with me so my order was returned. Which is not true because no one ever called me. The second time it happened which was just now they said I will still be charged which is ridiculous, why would I be for something I didn’t receive. No one contacted me the 5 times i ordered on here. I’ve gotten expired items and items left out my order that i paid for (and wasn’t notified they were out of stock, I had to find out myself and request refunds for those items) . Horrible customer service. I won’t be using this app anymore. Would give it 0 stars if I could

Everything is out of stock...supposedly. I used to order from this app at least once a month. I haven’t placed a single order in over 3 months. Things I used to order all the time are now marked as “not available.” However, when I just decide to go to the store (the same one that is delivering), the items are in store. I just left the store and they have every item they marked unavailable in the app on the shelves. And even if they were out of stock, the same items have been marked unavailable for months. I feel like this store agreed to allow delivery and then realized they couldn’t really handle it...so now they just mark most items unavailable. At first I thought it may be a system error. But again it’s been months. I done with this app and very disappointed.

Horrible. If GoPuff is in your area, then use that. This app is terrible. The delivery times are never accurate. Mine usually says 25-30 minutes estimated and it takes closer to an hour or just gets outright cancelled. Not to mention it’s $4 for the delivery fee plus another 14% for “convenience fee”. So you’ll be paying a minimum of $6 (because they’ll charge you a “small order fee” if you’re under a certain dollar threshold because they want you to order more so your convenience fee is higher). Then you tip the driver. So you’ll be paying about $10 for the delivery of a 7-Eleven order. Basically you’re paying 50% more for your 7-Eleven products. Save yourself the annoyance and order on GoPuff

Waste of time!!. So this was my first Time using the app and it was an absolute horrible experience! I had to call and check on the order twice, the first time I was told my driver was five minutes out from the store and I should be getting an update son waited about 15 minutes and called back when I never got an update, they then tell me that there’s no available drivers in the area and that I could cancel my order or wait an additional 1-3 hours for my food which was already late. Long story short I end up having to go get my order, when I get there my order isn’t even ready so I waited for my pizza . I got home and the pizza was so underdone it was stuck to the box and they didn’t have one of the items I ordered . Needless to say it was one of the most annoying experiences I’ve ever had.

Yikes but nice customer service. Okay so two stars because the woman on the customer service hotline was a sweetie and in the end I got my food but yikes. It took over an hour and I wasn’t sure until it was being delivered that it was coming and that wasn’t until after the woman rung the store for me, only to find no one had been working on it. Read some terrible reviews after ordering that made me scared I wouldn’t get anything so that was a relief. My order was slightly off but I was charged the same original price, maybe they felt bad for making me wait because I think it would have been more expensive. Also took about 15 minutes to get through to customer service.

Constant Error Message-Unusable App. I have tried MANY times over the last several weeks to place an order. ONE TIME it worked, but there was an issue with the driver who claimed he was going to go fix an item error and return. Instead, the DoorDash driver never returned and the order was canceled, leaving me charged the entire amount. Customer service resolved that charge. However, the app is now not usable AT ALL. After an hour speaking with customer service about the error messages and inability to place an order, the issue was not resolved. The issue continues and I’m still unable to place an order. The app is COMPLETELY USELESS to me. The time I’ve spent trying to use it, FAR exceeds the time it would have taken to just go to the store myself.

Still absolute trash - Literally just order from Doordash instead. I never go out of my way to write reviews - yet this is my second time writing a review on how god awful this app is. That should tell you something. I thought I’d give 7/11 another shot - and unsurprisingly they have let me down again. How can EVERYTHING be so wrong? From wrong items, wrong delivery estimate, and just full blown not receiving my order? The best part- the customer service offered me $10 credit for the trouble. This was over a week ago and have still not received any credit. Just genuinely don’t waste your time with this app and order from any of the other delivery services that actually know what they’re doing

Worst “delivery” app ever. So I downloaded this app one night because we didn’t want to drive to 7-eleven (there’s not many in my area). I ordered 3 (THREE) things: A kitkat, a bag of gushers, and a chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream (the individual cup) and the total was 19$. I wasn’t mad bc I was choosing to use the app lol but they add like 10$ in just fees. Then I get my order and I received a chocolate & POTATO CHIPS ice cream??? I was pretty upset because it tasted disgusting & that ice cream option wasn’t even on the app so idk where they got that idea from. Anyway I tried to reach out to see if there was anything I could do about it but they don’t even have an option to report a problem with an order. I did put 1 star on the order & contacted the guy who delivered my order & he said “not my fault ask the 7-Eleven employees”. So yeah just a heads up, next time just make the trip to 7-eleven! Lol

I’d rather drive to the store myself. Ordered a few items, waited 10 more minutes outside in the cold than i should have cause delivery was late. everything else was right in the order except the most expensive item, a $4 sandwich. Slurpee was also wrong flavor and was more liquidy than icy (tasted nasty as well). On top of that the app itself is buggy and is just inconvenient for the customer in many ways. App restarted 5 times while trying to order, and once I placed my order, there was no way to check back up on it unless there was an update with the order. You’d figure if it’s an app based on delivery that you can check on the status of it whenever you’d like instead of having to wait to get an update. App and delivery process needs fixing
