Great digital version. Great digital version of a a light fun card game

So fun and fast!. We have the tabletop version of Cat Lady and have always enjoyed it. I’ve been playing this digital version for about a year and it’s so good! Super fast and satisfying, I can get several games in during on session of playtime. Love it!

Beware! Facebook required. Challenge mode is inaccessible unless you have a Facebook account. Those of us without a Facebook account have no way of participating in challenges. It feels like half the app is withheld from paying customers. With all the privacy violations in the news it’s incredibly tone deaf of the developer to require Facebook to access part of the app. Had I known Facebook was essentially required for full access I would not have purchased this app.

Solid game; implementation lacking. While the core gameplay of Cat Lady is very well implemented, there are some app polish/quality of life issues that need addressing. - why is there no rules reference? - what exactly is happening in challenge mode? How is it scored? Is there a way to find my name easily in the leaderboards? - is this online challenge mode the only online multiplayer that exists? If so why? What’s here is well presented, but more needs to be here from an app management perspective to get 5 stars.

Seriously addicting even for a dog lover!!. My friend got this card game while here on vacation and we played every day until she left. We went out and bought the game the same day and the expansion pack! It’s seriously addicting. Once you learn to play it goes pretty quickly or as slow as you want it to! Such a great game and could be enjoyable for children as well!

Faithful to the Physical Card Game. I really enjoy the physical card game and this is an excellent implementation. The AI is well balanced IMO and it’s a fast easy game to play while waiting for things. There’s even pass and play!

Excellent Digital Representation. Nomad Games has really captured this games tabletop magic. The AI plays intelligently and provides an adequate challenge. I hope more games can make the leap from table to mobile.

Addicted =^..^=. I’m addicted to this cat game!

Own the physical, prefer the digital!. My partner and I own the physical version of this game, but this digital version is such a perfect adaptation (and better in ease of play ways), that we haven’t really opened back up the physical since getting this over a year ago! One complaint: why restrict the seasonal theme? For those that don’t know, it’s a Christmas theme which changes nothing about the game but just dresses it up with a lovely holiday aesthetic. We love the theme so much that it literally stops me from updating the app when I know the update is gonna remove it. Devs, please stop this nonsense and just make the theme either an IAP for permanent use or better yet just a free option for players to turn on or off at any time.

Race for the Galaxy and this. I love Race for the Galaxy, but my wife will not play with me. This game is cute and with the achievements, you can play competitively and still let your wife win so she’s happy. Beautiful game. Would love to see more features like guard dogs and chasing coyotes.

Cant play online with others. My family loves this game and to find the app was such an awesome find. The graphics are amazing and it is really reminiscent of the actual game. The only downer is I wish you could play this online with other people. That is quite a disappointment as you can only play against the computer or someone if they’re sitting right next to you. If someone is by me I’m going to play the real game, so it was a disappointment to not be able to play online as that was the main reason I downloaded this.

Cat lady approved. What a cute app! I don’t play a lot of mobile games, but I tend to download any cat ones I see. And this is one of the more engaging ones if you’re coming from the world of passive “cat collector” apps. After a very helpful tutorial, it’s not hard at all to get addicted to playing. Definitely see myself opening it up when I want to kill some time.

Why Facebook???. I love this game and wanted to play it with others online. The mobile version is great, but it requires Facebook in order to play with other people. I do not have Facebook and don’t plan on getting it, so I’m locked out of this feature and have to play with AI. After paying for the game I am really bummed to find that out and that there are no other options for playing with others.

Its cute, but missing some basics settings. Maybe enhancements to come but i think this should have been included : Save my score and name and default to it Default to Classic mode Save my settings of Easy, Medium, Hard Its a fun and cute game, just needs a few tweaks.

Nice game. Nice little nonviolent strategy game, not too simple and not too complicated. (My first review of this game was low because a bug froze the game. That has been fixed. Good work, developer.)

Fun and cute set collection. Plays really fast and is a satisfying puzzle to feed cats and optimize the resources you gather. Cute animations as well.

Love it!!. Bought the physical game a while ago, but haven't found the time to play. But I bought this as soon as I heard it was digital! Easy to learn, quick play rounds, and fun cat animations! I love the cats names (use to have a cat named Pumpkin!). And getting to choose the difficulty of your opponent is a good challenge! The game is playable without internet and has no constant pestering to connect to social media! I play while waiting, or better yet, on my 5 hour plane flight across country! Feeding the happy cats makes me smile and keeps me coming back to get more cats!

Please add more. Please add more cards or challenges or awards. I’ve complected them all it would be nice to have more content to keep me engaged. I’d have no problem paying!

Need to update the update!. The recent update has caused the game screen actions to be very wobbly, it actually hurts my eyes. And like the other reviewers, I’m very annoyed at being lured into signing up with Facebook thinking I could play with real-life friends. If we can’t do that, what is the reason for it? And you can’t ‘un’ sign! So, 3 stars, but if these issues are resolved I’ll give 5 stars.

OMG so great- fast, challenging and funny. I rarely write reviews. But tripped Upon this when looking for “smash-up” app (my son and I play AEG’s awesome, if slightly unbalanced, physical card game). We love it. I play it all the time, games are quick, the sounds of the cats are funny, and it’s a challenge. My twin 6yos love it, my 11yo loves It, and I do. It’s truly one of those games that covers all the bases for fast challenging fun.

Funn, but its been crashing. It was crashing, rebooted... 2p seems ok but 3 or 4 crashes

App is as good as the board game!. I love this board game but don’t have many people who will play with me. I wish there was a solo mode but as there is not, this app is a great option! Please add the expansion :)

It’s good, and you don’t even have to like cats. Really good, but where is the manual in app? Like to see how scoring works, and better explanation of cards

Easy and addictive. This is a fantastic, short game to take up time. I really enjoy the card taking mechanic, and the ease of the interface in assigning food to your cats. I would like to see Facebook removed as a requirement to access challenge mode, in particular due to Facebook’s ongoing security and privacy concerns. Because functionality is lost without using this third party, one star was deducted. If challenge mode didn’t exist, or Facebook was removed, five stars would be warranted.

Requires Facebook login. Requires Facebook to access challenges, which is why I purchased this. I was also considering buying the board game for a friend. Uninstalled for blatant monetization of privacy violations. Devrloper, let me know when you come to your senses and fix your app. I wish I could get a refund.

Nice game but. I wish there was a way to skip the animation for the achievements. Like a double tap or a skip button. I also wish that on the end scoring, if a user taps on the item that the scoring break down for that item is shown.

Can’t feed cats. Since the Christmas update I can no longer feed the cats. All I can do is collect the cards

Fantastic port of a great board game!. This is how you port a board game! Wonderfully easy to learn, yet hard to master. Great art, beautiful UI and simple minimalist board equals a wonderful experience. There are fantastic small things the developers did that really make me smile (the cats frown until they're fed and then they smile cute). The controls are super intuitive and the sounds and colors are perfection. Love Cat Lady the game and this digital port is just as great!

Worth the 2 bucks, but I have already completed all the challenges. please add more, so I can work toward something. 😻 Food for thought; if you added a way to play with other users, I could play this with my brother, and you would get another two dollars.

Great adaptation of a fun physical game. The adorable animations and sound effects make this delightful to play. My only wish is that there were an online play option in addition to pass-and-play :)

Connect with Facebook?. I’m very displeased that I can’t play half the game because I don’t sign in with Facebook. What a stupid decision. I won’t buy from this developer again. It’s a shame, because the game itself is great.

Incredible Game!. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this game! This is one of the best designed games I’ve ever come across. The tutorial is perhaps the best I’ve seen in any game I’ve played, very well done. The art design is awesome, and the gameplay is perfectly balanced. I have a busy schedule, so being able to play a solo game against AI in just five minutes is just the thing I’ve been looking for. And, cute cats! Also the price is so fair. No IAPs, no stupid subscriptions. I applaud this developer. This is how games should be made!

Great. I love that I can practice this game on my phone so that I’m better at it when playing IRL with friends. Please could you create a “skip” at the end of the game when it’s loading each of the percentages in the achievements. I find that a waste of time.

Love This Game. My husband and I played the board game version at a cafe. We wanted to keep playing it and my husband found the app! It simplifies the game play so much as it does the calculations for you and you can still play with up to four real people or play against up to three computer people. It will bring out the crazy cat lady in everyone in no time!

Great game but challenge mode is awful. Love the game, it's fun and well done. However, am extremely annoyed that you require a Facebook account for challenge mode. I don't want to have to get a social media account for competitive play. Why not enable Game Center integration? It would be far better.

Meow!. I like this game a lot, but I agree with another reviewer that it’s cheesy that challenge mode requires a Facebook sign-in, since I try to avoid Facebook like the plague.

Save bug. This game is great, but just several days ago my save disappeared. It never saves anymore, no matter how many times I load it up to play. It’s very annoying and wasting time having to watch the bars go up from scratch in the ‘room’ every time I stop playing. Fix this and I will give it 5 stars. It sucks having to do the Christmas event again from square one, and when it fixed, the event will most likely be over :/
