Solid, but room for refining Messages. This app replaced a different one at our daycare. My family didn’t have any complaints about the old app, but this one does pretty well. There is one area, though, where this app falls short: messages. Our daycare communicates frequently through the messages. It is hard to sort through the single thread. I wish the app were able to manage different treads or chains of messages. At a minimum, I wish we could sort by sender. A messages from the classroom teacher is visible only in the same thread as messages from the administrator or the center director. It would be very helpful to be able to filter by sender or organize conversations by subject. The other daycare app did this fairly well. Instead, this messaging service seems to lack even the basic features of texting (sort by sender) or email (reply chains). Please add this feature to help improve communication between parents and staff.

App needs may updated features. As a parent and a childcare worker I HATE this app. From a teacher standpoint there is no dashboard to keep track of the class needs as a whole when it comes to diapers, bottles, and naps. You have to go into every children profile to look for those three needs. You can’t message parents without it needing approval from management. This just adds one more task on everyone’s plate that is 100% pointless. There also needs to me a way to let parents know the child needs an item like diapers, wipes ect. From a parent standpoint I should be able to enter last diapers and bottles for my children before drop off so teachers know when they need to eat next. I should also be able to message their teachers and get responses from the teachers not management. Daily connect is a way better app!

Peace Of Mind For Parents. It’s always nerve racking when your little one is off with a sitter or at daycare but my wife and I love the updates we get through the app. Being able to see when she eats, naps, plays, and see pictures helps us relax knowing she’s in good hands! The app is well made and works well. I only have a few critiques which are minor. I wish I could scroll through the photos with a swipe instead of having to exit out and select each one. Also I hope they add the ability to comment or “like” some of the updates and messages sent by daycare so they know we received them. Messages such as “we need more diapers” could be acknowledged with a like or thumbs up, or react to the photos with a like. I want them to know we appreciate all the information without having to send a separate message via chat which can make it seem disjointed. All in all we are so happy the daycare uses the app so we can keep tabs on our little one while we work!

Love it with a couple suggestions. I’m so thankful for this app! It really has given me peace of mind when going back to work after maternity leave… They notifications all day are amazing and the app is really designed well! My only suggestions are the following… I love the messaging feature but I wish it showed up more as a conversation rather than just separate areas for inbox and outbox… Sometimes it would be easier to see our entire conversation in a thread rather than separate pieces. My second suggestion is to add the ability to comment on photos that the center posts. I think this would be a great way to feel as though you’re interacting with the day care provider although I’m not sure the daycare providers would want this function as much as the parents would.

Absolutely love this app!. My children’s daycare recently started using this app and I love being able to see pictures of my kids and the activities they’re participating in while I’m at work. I’ve often struggled with being a single mom, working full-time and not being able to know what my 2 young children are doing during the day. This app makes it possible to see what my kids are eating daily, what they’re working on and learning, their nap schedule and pictures throughout the day. I love this app and I think all daycare centers should use it, especially for the working parents who can’t be around their children during the day.

Sufficient, glitchy. Going down a star after a few more days use. It’s been an hour and the main timeline still hasn’t updated based on a notification of a nap from the teacher. Also I just noticed my sons teachers profile picture is showing up under my name also in the messages. Seems pretty decent, though I’m a parent so I guess I can only see what the school lets me. For me it’s more of a notification tool, which I think could be improved. For instance, I get a notification whenever my son is checked in or out, regardless if I was the one who did it, or my wife. Why would I need to be notified right after I did something? Also just in general I’ve found the the main timeline and the messages don’t refresh very well and it’s a bit clunky. I’ll get a push notification and then open the app and I can’t see what I was altered to, but if I click the notification it seems to refresh the app and then I can see it. After more use it seems that the teacher interface might not be very clear because sometimes going to sleep and waking up are separate activity blocks, and sometimes they are in the same one. But if they are in the same one I don’t get a notification for my son waking up. Honestly I can’t understand why this app has so many 5 star reviews. I must be looking at something different than everyone else.

Love Procare, hope 2 features can be added!. I absolutely love using this app for the sign in/sign out function and primarily to stay connected to both of my children while I’m at work (mostly my 6 month old). I have 2 suggestions for user features from a parent perspective (I wish there was a feedback button from within the app) - well, I guess that’s 3 suggestions now: 1. Feedback button/form in the app 2. A “reaction” and comment feature for pictures. I wish I could love or comment on the pictures instead of messaging the teachers. I want to tell them I appreciate seeing the pics, but sending a message seems almost overkill and could be more distracting to them if they see a message come through thinking it’s something urgent, when I really just want to say “awww!” Not really message worthy! 3. We get notified when baby starts a nap, but not when they wake up. My baby is an okay napper, so sometimes I’ll see he starts a nap, but if I don’t check back for a while I’ll think wow, he’s still sleeping! Then I’ll check and realize no, he stopped sleeping 30 min ago. Darn. The only way I’m notified he’s stopped sleeping is if he has a bottle when he wakes up. Would love to see a little notification pop up when the teacher “ends” a nap. Anyway, those are my suggestions, I still love this app and hope these ideas can be elevated somehow. Thanks, Procare!

Work Usage Bonus. It’s wonderful to use to keep up to date with parents and their little ones. I enjoy the features such as the allergy section so I can verify that what they are eating/drinking is a-ok. This is especially helpful right now. I am a preschool then the after school teacher and this is very useful when it comes to my after school kids. I am able to keep in touch with parents and send messages for them to pass along to my kids. While our school is closed down right now, I very much love the fact I am able to check up on everyone. My only suggestion (unless I’ve missed it) is to always list the child’s name in each selection (such as messaging, sending photos, etc.) due to the fact I may have started one and have to come back to it. Whether that be at home or school. Life/kid troubles happen and I do not want to be messaging the wrong parent about another student accidentally, just due to walking away.

Does a fine job!. No frills, but it seems to work very well. No bloat, just simple and effective. You can get and send messages between you and your daycare provider, get reminders about events, see picture your daycare provider posts, and you see your child’s activity feed like a social media feed that only features your child. Notifications pop up on your phone, so you don’t have to check the app or your email. Ultimately it’s up to your daycare provider to post the content, so if they do a good job posting, that will improve your experience with this app. I can’t think of any feature that I wish was added to this app. Maybe something for specific medication timing, or perhaps diaper changes... once again that would be up to the daycare provider to post accurately.

Best school ever!. Such a piece of mind for me As mom, after going through lots of different places around saint lucie and martin this is by far the best fit for my son, who went from 3-5 and now his little sister starting with the same teachers and director and pastor who are all amazing! My son is such a loving boy and does well with structure and fun but mainly kindness and they provide that and much more then I could ask for more. Every holiday they celebrate with amazingly good quality! They make playtime safe, chapel enjoyable , they are truly their for you and whatever you need and have concerns about. I could not say enough great things about how wonderful the teachers all are the and director Ms Agie! Also how they have helped our family more then they know! I would highly recommend this for your child if they are a good kind kid who wants kind teachers they help learn and love while making it all fun! God bless them and there future I wish they could extent to middle school because my son is 5 and it’s his last year here which is hard for me to ever find all they have to offer elsewhere.

Great App, but Needs Tweaks. Using the app as a parent, I love it. It keeps me informed about my kids throughout the day. The daily summary email is nice, too, if you don’t want to get every notification of every thing. Just a couple things I would change: - be able to “react” or comment on a picture - get more granular with notifications; I don’t need to know every update, but if the teacher leaves a comment (“need diapers”, “need a pacifier”, “baby had a blowout and needs more changes of clothes at school”), I want to know about that separately. This should be configurable by “event” type (I don’t need to know real-time that she ate all of her bottle, but I do want to know if her diaper change was a blowout and she needs more clothes). - other minor things; example: if you don’t have a profile picture for your kid, their initials are shown as Last Name Initial then First Name Initial, instead of the other way around.

Notifications not working. I love this app so far as a caregiver but, I will say not receiving a notification is not ideal. I have all the push notifications turned on and I still get nothing. I never know when a parent messages me because even when I’m actively in the app it doesn’t even have an icon by the messages. I can not constantly be checking the app for messages when I’m busy teaching the children. This has caused issues for me in a couple situations. Also, it would be great to be notified when a parent updates a profile, links to their child’s account or when they’ve seen an update. Besides that flaw, I absolutely love the app! I like that you can customize activities to add your own. I like that you can do individual post for a child or you can do a whole group post. It’s pretty easy to navigate and all my parents love it this far (besides my complaint above).

Employee and parent. I work at a daycare and also have my daughter enrolled there. This app allows me to show other parents how their child is doing throughout the day in real time, which is especially helpful for parents whose children have never been in daycare before. It allows employees and parents to send direct messages to each other— very helpful when child needs their special blanket forgotten at home or needs more diapers. I love seeing my daughter’s achievements and various activities when I check the app on my break. It also lets me know has she napped? Has she eaten what was offered today?

Get your issues fixed. As a teacher this app has been my nightmare lately! I legit cannot think of a week that there has not been an issue! I get more SERVER ERROR messages than a tech support worker. It’s ridiculous. We PAY FOR THESE SERVICES and if you cannot handle the service than DO NOT take on more clients until you get your system working. Parents want to know how their children are doing but how can teachers do that when your app is complete garbage since we cannot use it? And why can I not just type in a time? I have to scroll through all the numbers like it’s 2007… tell your developers to fix the issues, we cannot handle this ANYMORE! And why can we NOT send pictures through messages just to parents? You have to post on their pictures. If I get one more message about your app being down, my heads going to EXPLODE!

Figure Out Your Troubleshooting by Yourself. Update: Finally after 4 days, I was able to login and got the correct center. I had to figure out myself, and the steps include log out, delete app, re-download app, reset password and re-login. IF ONLY when you update features, you sent a proper notification messaging on how to troubleshoot, imagine the less frustrated parents be. ——————————————————— For the past two days, my procare app didn’t work and I keep seeing my old daycare that I left 2 years ago. This is the message I receive from my daycare admin today: Procare changed one of their features as of June 24th that no longer allows parents to “select” which location their child attends. From what I understand, they are working on the issue, but for now the only solution is to add a different email address to their account and have directors resend an invitation to the new email address. Isn’t this a dumb thing? How could this possible enhancing user experience? Who was the idiot decided on this? Why would I want to give multiple email address to manage my children’s schedule? Like life is not hard enough for parents. Whoever decided to remove the “switch school” for multiple location, did not think this through. The least you can do just automatically update the data with the most recent daycare and remove the older one. I DONT WANT TO REGISTER A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS! Fix this and I’ll re-review my rating.

The update is terrible. If you gave this app anything other than one star after this recent update, then you might not have multiple children enrolled at different places that use this app. Apparently now you have to fully log out and use your “other password” in order to access your other children. Obviously this doesn’t make sense bc you CAN’T have two passwords under one login. So you will just not receive updates for the children under the “other password”. Not only his this not acceptable but it’s not sitting well with parents who happen to want to know how their kids are doing or receive updates about them. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t had access to all of my children on this app. Resetting the password is not the solution! The app developers need to fix this assinine update.

Great app, but could use a few updates for parents. We love this app and how it keeps us informed about our children’s daily activities. Is easy to use and our school provides us tons of updates via the app. That’s said, there are a few quirky things that I’m surprised have not been addressed. First, the message feed doesn’t automatically jump to the most current message, so you have to scroll down and find it. It would be great if the current message appeared when you click into that section. Also, messages never go away, so the scroll gets long. I get the benefit of being able to acres old messages, but could there be a filter or archive feature to help organize it? Parents can’t add anything to the events section. Our school doesn’t use this feature, but it would be great for us parents to be able add things like vacations, schedule changes, lessons, etc. to help communicate with teachers and staff. Lastly, a nice-to-have feature would be the ability to like a message or photo from the teachers so we can show our appreciation for these updates. I can imagine it would be awful for teachers to constantly get alerts for likes on everything, but even just the photos would be nice.

The best app ever!!. This summer is the first time I've ever used this app for summer camp and I wish all school would implement this. My little guy has had a rough time at drop off and the fact that I can text the staff to check in him and receive ANY type of communication is amazing. I get videos, texts, and pictures very frequently. The staff updates us about little memos or just reminders as well and it's super helpful. It makes this mommy heart happier knowing that even if drop offs are tough at first, I can receive a video or pic of him having fun shortly after and that he's totally okay!

I love this app!. My daughter is in her 2nd year of pre-k at our local private preschool. She loves school so much already! I love that this app allows me to know what she is learning during the time she is at school. From the time the children get to school they sign them in, and when you pick them up (or any pre authorized adult) they sign the children out. So you know when your child got to and from school! Which is great if you’re in my shoes because her father and I split so I love knowing that him and his family do their part in raising her correctly too. Depending on what your school does, they can post pictures, activities, announcements, and even private messages to parents of certain children that they need to talk to the parent about. I love being able to see what book they are reading, what they have learned in the day, fun crafts, snack time, music time, etc. the thing I like the most is one child can have multiple accounts. So my daughters father has his own & I have mine. He cannot read the private messages that her teacher and I discuss which is nice because I love having my privacy. Also, this app has made it so easy to make payments for tuition. 10/10 from me! Sure they may have a few issues but it’s once in a blue moon.

Needs updates on parents view. I cannot speak to how this app is for schools and teachers. But for parents this is one of the worst apps I have used (this is my 5th app for daycare/school). The parents do not have the ability to log anything for their child ie diaper, bottles, food, sleep; which informs the teachers easily about my child’s morning. The message section for me only shows one message, not all the message exchanged. The Activities sections only updates to include “today” info after I completely close and reopen the app. I cannot speak to pictures as I have yet to receive one. The calendar function should be updated to allow different views and future activities. It is okay but needs improvements, which honestly shouldn’t be too difficult to complete. Wish my school would have chosen a different app, but will look forward to update to make this more useful and user friendly.

A few suggestions. This app is good for keeping up-to-date with our son’s preschool shenanigans. I had a couple of suggestions to improve the UX: 1) allow the ability to scroll between photos; currently, you have to tap the photo to view a higher res version, then close it to go back to the main screen and repeat the process with the next photos. 2) batch the notifications; our school sends multiple photos at the end of the day, so we wind up getting a dozen notifications in succession, with our phones constantly buzzing. It would be nice to get a single notification that 12 photos were posted, rather than 12 notifications. If these changes were implemented, this would be a 5-star app for us!

Lifesaving app for preschool!. As a Preschool Director of 65+ students and 10 staff members, this app has improved my job immensely. Tuition collection was the easiest ever, ongoing balances for additional charges, automatically calculated late fees, allows for recurring scheduled payments. Parents have given tons of positive feedback during the 2 weeks of piloting this. Attendance, sign in sheets, incident reports, toddler charts, potty training charts, notes and videos for documentation (can use staff view only feature) are all in one place and paperless! You can print reports of any kind for licensing. Best feature is instant communication with parents and notifications of injuries, needing picked up for illness/injury with alert and text message capability. Great customer service but sometimes takes an hour for them to respond to messages. Would love updated themes and options for newsletters and ability to switch profiles since my child also attends the school so I have a staff and parent profile. So worth the monthly cost! We paid the year subscription to get a discount. Lifesaver of an app!!

Get communication tool for free.. This app is a great way for my teaching staff to communicate with parents. We just owe it for all our daily and incident reports. I looked at the pieces that you can pay for and they all seemed very easy to use and very useful for the price. I chose not to use them because my corporate takes care of those aspects. We get a quicker response from the parents using the messaging piece. We get supplies quicker with the real time daily notes that parents can re ire at anytime with the app. And since parents can update information on the app our contact information is kept current. I would and have recommended this app.

Love the app, just wish one modification. I love this app for our daycare. I love getting notifications throughout the day of what she’s eat/learning/napping/etc and most of all the pics they can send :) you can also change the setting to have email notifications instead of push notifications, or none at all, or just the daily wrap up 1x per day. The only downfall is the school can send us photos but we cannot send photos back, which would have often been helpful: example: sending them a pic of a doctors note, or like one time my daughter came home with a mark on her face that we didn’t get an incident report for, it would be nice to be able to send photo of the mark so they can see what we are talking about in case it is healed over the weekend, things like that.

Have not been impressed. My child’s school just switched to this app from another program and I am not impressed. For starters I’ve been asked by the app 3 times to give feedback directly to Procare and when I say yes I will it disappear and I cannot actually give my feedback. So I’ll leave it here. Now I understand some of my issues may be with the school- and I have addressed this with them too. It is possible they need additional training/ communication from the Procare team on how to use the program from a sales person. I have the most updated version of the app and I still do not receive real-time communication re: my daughters day. I will get photos and messages but sometimes HOURS later from when the teacher sent them. The messaging system will not allow for the teachers to communicate back to me when I ask questions or communicate attendance. My daughter was sick one day and the ability for the teacher to update me was significantly delayed. The only notification I get real time is potty breaks. I am happy to discuss my concerns if somebody wants to reach out. Should these issues be with the school, I’m happy to update my review here.

Love the peace of mind!. One of my other kids went to daycare 15 years ago and you basically just had to trust your gut. While thankfully that did work out for us, I love not having to worry at all. My son is extremely clingy. He wants his mom and his mom only, 24/7. That’s part of why we put him in daycare so he could realize that other people are ok too. On the flip side of that, my anxiety was through the roof. Was he going to miss me and cry all day? Was he not going to eat? Are they not taking care of him as well as they should? All those thoughts ran through my mind before his first day. But then with this app, I know everything he eats, when he gets a diaper change and even what kind of diaper change. I get updated pictures and messages from them constantly, letting me know that not only is he ok…but he is happy and well taken care of! I also love the ease of paying right on the app as soon as I get the notification for it because I tend to forget easily.

Procare is getting there. This app is definitely a learning curve after coming from sandbox. The app has been lagging when it comes to refreshing the page after a caregiver or guardian picks up. We have found that referencing the live sign in page has been helpful when verifying that an authorized pick up has signed out the child. Instead of using the attendance page. There should be a pull down feature for each measure of development within each domain. the list is too long to scroll when trying to find a specific milestone within one domain development. Each measure should have a pull down menu to select building earlier and fundamental with reference to evidence for observations. The app could have a scan QR feature to ensure authorized pickups like sandbox had.

Junk app lately. Logs out automatically and won’t work for days.. Used to be a decent app but lately would log out randomly at the beginning of the day and then won’t login for days. Multiple password resets, multiple change of passwords, multiple rounds of deleting app and reinstalling and endless other things over a period of few days to get it to work. If you keep on releasing new updates without testing them fully then maybe just shut down this app for good. Can’t believe what kind of development team you have that kills users sessions with each new update/release and then won’t work after that for days. I guess only motivate of pushing a new release is to frustrate it’s users. Horrible horrible people that test it to let it go to Production without making it work these basic things work.

The best daycare center in riverside California. This daycare center is a blessing sent from god the teachers there are so amazing my baby is only 7 1/2 months and they are very awesome with you baby on this you will receive daily updates on child and how he/she is doing and what they are doing the best part about that is even though they have other children to attend to they still take the time to take pictures of you little and post them individually on each student’s profile for us as parents to see how our littles are doing. I highly recommend not only the app but the daycare center too😁

Loving it as a parent AND a provider. This app has so far (1 month in) been very usure friendly as both a provider and a parent. I like that I can have 1 login for both aspects and can toggle between what I need to do for my class, and what I need to see for my own children. As a provider I like that it allows me to track pretty much every aspect of my students day and leave notes for parents about events, how their child is doing, what has gone well (or not) during the day and send direct messages when needed. These are also awesome as a parent as I am able to see details about my child’s day and get notes from their teachers. I especially love that there are sections to upload photos, track moods (nice if my child is having a fussy day), and upload curriculum notes for parents so see what we’re learning and how it relates to state standards. All in all this is a fantastic app!

Good app for staying up to date. Being able to check up on my little ones throughout the day is great! I previously waffled between receiving notifications, but the updated settings introduced a week ago let me get only the ones I want. Several times, the app has been helpful for checking nap trends so we can continue them into the weekend. Response time when switching between kids or scrolling through more than a handful of events lags as the app loads the data, but the app still provides a nice overall experience. I particularly like getting photos delivered in a good resolution so I can save local copies and see them again later. Thank you to the developers for a decent app that keeps me in touch throughout the day!

Cool way to keep up!. Love this app - easy to use. Can see when kids get checked in after school and if someone else picking up I get that reassurance as well. One reason I took a star off is cuz with2 kids in the school, would like a way to communicate with teachers/admin generally instead of specifically under one child. It still works great as they always answer but would help say for looking up something later not having to remember which kid it was on. I always just use one kid’s account foe that but still. The converse is when they have a mass message to send, we would just get one as a family instead of multiples to go through.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!. I have used a few different Care/School apps and this is, by far, the BEST! My 2 year old daughter has Type 1 Diabetes and she started daycare full time for the first time since she was diagnosed. Her school uses the app to post updates and pictures and it has drastically reduced my anxiety about her going full time. I am able to see if she’s eaten her snacks and lunch and then that allows me to notify them of how much insulin she needs. I have never had any issues (feed loading, connection, etc.) with the app, which is rare for an app that has so many features. I definitely recommend this app to any school, daycare, institution, etc.!!!!

Almost Perfect: A Couple Suggestions!. I love this app! It helps so much from day to day. BUT there are a couple of things that bother my wife and me, or things we think would enhance the user experience . 1. I would really like to permanently change the “total amount you pay” number if I choose to. Every session our tuition is different, and I break that down into an amount to be paid each week. At least once I have accidentally paid the entire balance for that session, which was over $1500. The default should be what I set it to, with the OPTION to pay for the full amount; not the other way around. 2. Being able to click on a staff picture and see a full sized photo, or even staff profiles would be great, as we do not always know every staff member. 3. Notifications when your spouse comments in the message thread. We only seem to be notified when staff send a message, so we are often sending similar messages because we didn’t know the other had already sent the information. 4. When clicking on a text thread, it should load at the most recent message sent. Right now it is loading further up in the thread, which is just frustrating when you feel like you’re having to search every time you open the thread. Thanks for all you do! Just know that these tweaks would be awesome for your app!

Curriculum. I am that kind of mom who loves communication and updates I like knowing when my child is having a good day, I like knowing when my child is having a bad day, I like knowing if my child got hurt and I love knowing what my child is working on and doing well. I think it’s great that they a daily schedule and curriculum that they follow I feel like I’ve already seen improvements with my child’s emotions and receptive language at home. I love being kept in the loop, and I appreciate the teachers and how they coparent with me because it takes a village. My child loves going there and it’s sad when it’s time to leave. This app helps me know that my child is safe and well taken care of and it’s a great way to communicate with the teachers and I appreciate all that you do

Amazing!!. We’ve been with a few different day cares (and; with that; few different communication systems). This one is super easy to use, and acts almost as a live feed throughout the day instead of just a play by play report at the end of the day - LOVE that. Also love that it’s a “one stop shop” for teachers and administrators; could be just a great school we’re in, but I’m thinking this system makes the teacher life easier so they focus more on the kiddos - ie, great school! AND it’s a cumulative/running timeline - if you want to know a regular schedule/routine (feedings, diapers, potty breaks, BMs, naps, etc)... Lets say you’re taking a trip and want to try to make days a little easier for LO or you’re trying to figure out a natural potty training schedule - BOOM. Easy peazy info right there for ya. AAAANNDDDD the comprehensive end of day report summarizes by category (naps, meals, activities, potty breaks, etc). Two thumbs WAY way up.

Peace of Mind. I have trust issues when it comes to who watches my babies because of a past friend/sitter neglecting my oldest when she was 3 which in turn allowed her to leave the sitters house at 5am in just her diaper and cross a trucking route and walk to a gas station a block away. This chick WAS my friend and I trusted her with the most precious thing in my life and she of all people broke my trust. Also not a fan of lazy sitters who just plop kids in front of tvs. Primrose is worth every penny paid for my son. I love this app they use because they tell me what he ate, when he is changed, who picks him up and drops him off, and they upload pictures of my son doing curriculum throughout the day. I love it.

Almost Perfect. This app is almost perfect! I am a preschool teacher and I absolutely love it to communicate with parents and record our kiddos’ daily activity. It’s easy to use and reliable, and I love all the details you’re able to record. The one critique I have is there is no easy way to switch from the teacher to parent profile. You have to log out and log back in every time. My son goes to the school I woke at, and I just wish there was a quick button to push to switch profiles easier. My co-workers agree that it would be nice to have said feature. But overall, I love Procare from both a teacher’s and parent’s view!

Love this! But I have a suggestion!. Hi! So I’m an infant teacher and absolutely love this app. It’s removed wasting paper and has actually made communication between teachers and parents so much easier! It’s so simple to use, and it’s convenient, too! I have a suggestion for a new feature — an apple watch app AND complication. We have an iPad in our classroom where we all can input diaper changes/feeding/etc., but we can also use our phones. I usually use my phone since it’s always on me. But that requires me to get out my phone every time I do something. It would be so convenient if I could touch a Procare complication on my apple watch and input a diaper change straight from my watch. This is definitely a non-essential feature, but it would definitely be handy!!

Love the play-by- play updates. I smile every-time a get a notification! 😊 Seeing my son engaging in learning and activities is the best feeling. The written comments and detail of what type of learning objective was achieved kid great for parents to reinforce and continue each skill. For example, yesterday I received a picture of my son setting the letter T and A. The day before it was C and E. I was able to ask him questions to check for understanding and build on him retaining the sound each letter makes and apply words that begin with the letter. Then I had him work on upper and lowercase writing. Long story short, the app is awesome! 😊

Great app, helps with peace of mind!. My wife and I brought our baby to a new daycare, and the provider uses this app. We love the daily play-by-play updates, and seeing photos/videos of Baby Girl helps reassure us that she’s doing well! The embedded text chat feature is also great! So far, we haven’t experienced any bugs. The only feature update/improvement I can think of so far would be in the text chat section. Neither of the “parent” accounts gets a notification when the other parent sends a message in the text chat. It would be good if we would get notifications when the other parent sends a message, not just for the provider messages.

Love this app!. I love this app! I would have given it five stars except you can’t receive videos from your provider. If video was an option I would have given it five stars. As a working mom it means a lot to me to be able to see photos of my child during the day and updates from her provider telling me what is happening with her. It’s also very convenient because I use another app to track dirty diapers, naps, and feedings, with this app I don’t have to ask her providers when was she last fed, changed, or took a nap, I get notified right away when any of those things happen. I wish this app existed when my older children were in childcare.

They actually let me opt out of being asked to rate it!. This app does the job. Easy to use, easy to download the photos, lets me keep track of as much as the daycare workers have time to update. I prefer it with notifications turned off though because I don’t need to know every time my child naps for only 20 minutes when she’ll nap for hours at home. The feature that convinced me to go ahead and write a review is because when the popup soliciting the review came up, it gave me the option of never getting that popup again. Of course, since I decided to write a review I don’t know yet whether they’ll solicit me for a review again, but it was a nice gesture.

Push notifications. This good is good in theory but not so much in real time. I’m not sure how it works on the caregiver side but the parent side there is very little functionality. The most important thing for a parent is to be able to see and hear what is happening at daycare in real time… or at least close to real time. We need to know if our child has eaten lunch, has napped properly as it determines pick up times etc. the push notifications are not even close to the time stamp. At 6pm i get notified that my child had a diaper change at 11 am. This isn’t helpful and defeats the entire purpose of the app. The user experience is not the issue this is pure development and bug and I would prioritize this in the bug fixes. Teachers and administration gets frustrated as parents are still calling the office and the teachers to get informed. The messaging platform is simple and easy to use. I also don’t understand why the app hasn’t piggybacked off of the existing iOS camera instead of launching its own app. This has contributed to the heaviness of the application. I had to delete and make room for this app on my phone.

A good & helpful app. Procare is user friendly & a no-frills app. Love that it’s helping us (parents) keep us in the know w activities that our kids has learned or had fun doing at school. Also, teachers being able to post photos on it —allows my little one to share more details on what they were up to at school in each photo we get to review & talk about. A great storytime & that great feeling of enthusiasm that we need to invest to our kids to make them feel good & always having that feeling that they’re “seen” in everything they do while we’re away from each other for few hours! ❤️ Thank you!

Never felt better. As a parent you want to know that your child is safe and in good hands. This app not only takes all the guess work out of “I wonder how my kids day is going” and tells you every step of the way through their day but also keeps you up to date with all the “events” and now even let’s you pay through the app. If every school/daycare had this I could trust any of them with my kid but this school is really setting the bar higher introducing this kind of tech with this level of care. Don’t miss out on signing your kid up and downloading this app.

Great for piece of mind. This app is wonderful and allows our daycare provider to keep us, the parents, up to date on all items that take place with our child while he is being cared for. Really useful because my wife and I also normally track our child’s eating, bathroom, and sleeping habits, so with this app we don’t have to stop doing that while he is at daycare. I also really love the photos that they send through the app, and it allows us to communicate with them directly in case they need to tell us something or we need to tell them. Very helpful overall.

Really great app. I love getting updates in real time throughout the day. It’s so reassuring to know what’s going on with my kid. It also helps us prepare for his specific needs that day when we pick him up. We can see if he didn’t eat well, for example, and come prepared with a snack for him. I love the pictures feature, although the camera quality could be improved. One other technical thing that could be improved is the information in the pushed notifications could have the same details as the entry when you look at the activities list. For example, if I get a notification that says my kid ate the morning snack, that just means that snack time happened. I have to go into the app to find out whether he actually ate any of it or not.

Picture access could be better. I love that I get updates throughout the day. I wish there was a way to go in and see all the photos for each kid in one place without having to scroll through for so long over time where they are embedded. I wish there was an alert letting me know when the kid has been dropped off and picked up like in tadpoles. It made me feel better knowing that if I didn’t get an alert that drop off occurred, that I could call my husband and find out what’s going on (in case there was some sort of emergency and as a good way to ensure one of us don’t forget). It was also nice in our old app when I got alerts that they were picked up early. Just another check so If I wasn’t expecting that, I could follow up with my husband immediately in case god forbid someone did so without our knowledge or permission. I like that we can pay through the app. I also like that I can send messages directly to the teacher through the app, I just don’t have a way to see if they were checked or received.

Works reliably for talking with school. This is a pretty good app for talking with my daughter’s school. It doesn’t say everyone that gets the message (just “staff”) and it doesn’t allow you to pick who you send a message to. So basically any message gets seen by everyone at her school, which is not ideal when talking about personal things. When she was a baby, her daycare (a different business) used another app called Kangarootime, which allows for selecting who sees messages and sending pictures. It was nice to be able to add her Dad to the messages to keep him in the loop. Overall, this is a reliable app and works but it could use some feature improvements.

Great App for childcare. A great App. Just wish it had Canadian bank account options for automatic payments.

Amazinggg. Love the app and all the update the Montessori provides

Easy to use. Easy to use and I like that you can send photos or information directly to the families 😊

Works great!. Love the app, gets the job done, and doesn't get in the way. The only suggestion I have to better support updates within the app. Often, I receive iOS notifications for the app, and then I open the app myself (I.e. not by clicking the notification itself) and then I don't see the new updates. Even after refreshing (scrolling down) several times. The only option at that point is to close the app (swipe up) and reopen it to see the latest updates.

Good app, easy to use, helpful. Easy to use, helpful application. 1 star off due to push notifications comes in, but the app takes awhile to get the data in even when manual refresh

No easy way to download multiple photos. The app works really great with sharing information. It is just a very repetitive task to download and view photos. I would like to be able to select and save multiple photos to my phone gallery.

Great so far. Have only recently started using it. But its been great so far. Have just been struggling with the payments. Both credit and debit card options give me the 3%+$1 option when its supposed to be for the credit option only. I wish I could select both cards

The best app. This is so cool and very informative

Very Happy!. I’m so pleased with this app and the assurance it gives parents who send their children to daycare. I love getting updates on my baby boy. Simply makes my day every time.

Great App!. I love this app! It makes it so easy to keep track of how my daughter’s day is going, as well as seeing pictures of her and letting me sign her in and out.

Awesome app. Loving it

Love it. Love it

Emerson and Avery. I love seeing all the photos and videos - I think this is such an amazing way to how what the girls do each day and how much fun they are having. Thank-you!!!!

Looks like fun and easy to use. I like it 😊🙌

Easy to use. Love it

Great app. Love the app

Super convenient. Super easy to use really happy

App does what it needs to. App does what it needs to

Amazing!. Love it!

ProCare. Great app

Very useful app. I’m loving this app so much.

Good application. But some issue with push notifications.. Very good app. Allow me to know about my kid's activities in school. But some issues with notifications. At the end of the end, when teacher share the feedback, I got around 50-60 redundant notifications which is very frustrating.

So appreciate this app. Busy day at work but still able to see what the kids are up too with the updates I get. So grateful!

Great App. Excellent app

Excellent App. Keeps you very informed/updated. Very helpful and appreciated for a parent.

Grammie loves it. I love being able to see my grandchild who lives a daycare from me.

Great App!. I love that I can see what my daughter is doing during the day at daycare. She absolutely loves her caregivers and being able to be apart of her day while I’m at work is great.

Love it. I love knowing what is going on with my kids everyday !

Great App. User friendly app, that makes it a cinch to navigate. I especially like that I can communicate with other users easily and receiving real time notifications is a added benefit.

Minor improvement. Love the app but wish is was a little more user friendly.

Great app. Great app

Love it. App is amazing and easy to navigate and I love that’s I can save the photos and send to family.

Every daycare should have this app👍. Parents, grandparents have peace of mind while at work to received notifications on what their child is doing at school.

Procare. Love this app!! it lets me keep in-touch with the facility during the day while my little attends!

Great app but no way to put a like on posted photos. I love how the push notifications on this app are prompt . The only thing i dont like is that I wish there was a way to put a like on posted photos my child’s daycare adds to the feed.

Easy to use!. I’ve used several apps for daycare/preschool and love this one. The only thing missing that is on other apps is the ability to “like”/“love” the posted photos…please add!

Great tool. Great tool for communicating between parents and care providers

very good app to know everything about my baby in the daycare. ry

Not so great. Photos are poor resolution. Sometimes I can’t even see my child’s face clearly. App is also very slow in refreshing new updates. I’d have to quit the app and relaunch every time there’s new photos or updates. Wish there’s a feature to swipe through the photos instead of exiting out of full screen after every single photo.

Great app!. Loving this app. The ability to communicate with the staff of the daycare so easily and get up the minute information about my child is invaluable.

Excellent!. So happy with Procare and how up to date the staff are with updating our child’s hourly activities.

Great communication tool. I love this app, I just wish the parents could like or comment on updates!

Easy to use. Happy with the app

Awesome tool for parents!!. I love it!

All preschools should have one.. My wife and I love this app. It’s a fun feature and added piece of mind.

Stafff. Love this app , such a great way to communicate with parents & staff & for the parents to see how their children are doing through out the day.

Best school-to-parent app. Really easy to navigate and easy to use. Fantastic!

Peace of mind. I was seriously nervous about sending my little one to daycare, but this app has taken away so much of that! With regular updates from his caregivers I don’t feel out of the loop, and communication is easy.

Great app. This app is wonderful to be informed and it’s easy to use . Keep me informed and makes me confident of the care

Very cool. Enjoying it, simple, effective

I am in love 😍. Most child care places when an infant is in care need to give slips on diaper changing, naps, food etc... when the children get older this doesn’t happen. I have 3 girls, youngest is 2, then 6 & 10. I love that I can get my kids daily reports, pictures, nap time, activities etc... all throughout the day so I don’t have to worry how much she ate, did she nap or anything else. It’s a constant connection with the teacher about what’s going on with my babies all day & I couldn’t be happier about it! I get pictures and updates so I’m always in the loop! This should used at all child care facilities! Highly recommend?

Love this!. I really love how easy and user friendly this app is. I also love how when it is used by both parents and caregivers there are no miscommunications. My child’s daycare does a great job of letting me know when he has ate, gone to the bathroom, and even just pictures of him enjoying his day. My son didn’t start going to daycare until he was about 18months old so we are both very attached and this app and communicating through it has helped me with the worrying and tad bit of mommy guilt.

The BEST app for childcare providers. I do in home childcare and this app is amazing for communicating with parents and creating daily reports. The parents love the real time updates (and photos) and the summaries sent at the end of the day are as simple as signing the child out. Parents can sign use the app to sign their children in and out and if they forget they can do it from their car when they remember! Alternatively, the provider can sign the child in or out. I have been using this app for about two months and have zero complaints so far. Every detail and option I’ve seen or used has been great!

Great App!. Loving this so far. The only reason it is missing a star is because it is a bit weird that ALL entries get clumped together for each child and not only is it hard to tell when it switches from one day to the other, but filtering it to one day is not as easy, nor does it always work—there are times that even after selecting the date filter, I can still see multiple days. Another thing that is not so great is the toggle on and off for multiple household/parent messaging. It’s not super clear and takes several tries and switching before it updates. Other than that it is great.

Poor performing app. This app is very poor performing which is unfortunate because I don’t have the option to use another app for my sons daycare. The app is very slow to show the updates from his teacher in the main feed. Either I get the notification on my phone a long time after the app has been updated or if I’m in the app, I have to refresh the feed multiple times to see the update, if the update even shows at all. It is glitchy as well, I have opened the app to send a message a couple times and the app froze and wouldn’t let me use it at all which is also problematic because I use it to sign my son in and out each day. Overall, I really dislike this app and wish it functioned better.

Customer service is fantastic. You ask a question and it is always answers with minimal wait time. They speak to you in clear English everything makes sense. There are a few things I wish the app could do more of. You have to go onto the website because the app can’t do what you want. But that’s ok. The billing rotation seems a bit long for days for it to hit your account and They mean all those four days. I wish the attachments that are sent through the newsletter feature would show up in the messaging not just email. Overall it’s a fantastic app it saves me so much time and effort.

Daycare. I use this app for my one year old’s daycare center. I absolutely loveeee it. I get updates all throughout the day. Basically hourly. I always know what she is up to, when she is being changed, what she eats for lunch/breakfast, how much she eats for lunch/breakfast, how long she naps, etc etc. I also love that the teachers can post pictures and videos on her update feed. My favorite feature, though, is that I can chat with her teachers any time I want. It’s direct messaging! Like Instagram, but for daycare. I love this app. Highly recommend. It gives me peace of mind when I’m at work.

User friendly and Informative. I love how easy it is to sign in/out my child now, and all contactless. I enjoy being informed throughout the day everything my child is doing without having to have the camera service to see him and waiting until after he is picked up to see his report. The photos I receive during the day are great too, the only feature I wish the app had was to be able to mark my child absent when I know he won’t be there instead of having to call the school when they’re busy in the mornings, but it’s nothing major.

Pretty good with a few things. Overall this app works fine. It may be because I have an iPhone 6, but there are a couple bugs: 1. When I get a notification for a picture, I always have to swipe down to refresh the page to get the photos to load. 2. When I enter the app, my notifications do not clear from my phone like other apps do. If these things were fixed, it would be a better experience! Edit: another bug I found was that when you go to your messages, it does not open to the latest message. You must scroll down in order to see the latest message.

The best business partner. I love this app and my clients rave about it. It’s easy to use, the tech support is there right away if I have a question. Then they usually wait on me for a response because I get busy with the kids. But they wait and are always polite and knowledgeable. Parents get updates immediately as I enter them. I can send pictures of all the fun we have. It makes communication with my clients convenient and more exciting than a note home or a billboard that no one looks at. This app. Makes me look good and up to date for new parents and clients. It contains all the options I need for my daily reports, for the ages I care for. It makes signing in and out a breeze. It’s great!

Buggy and Annoying. The notification system needs to change, when multiple pictures get uploaded at the same time one notification needs to be sent out, not one for every picture. The spam notifications coming from this app are very annoying. When I open up a picture to view it I should not be asked every time if I like the app. The answer is no! When selection “Not So Much” it gives a button to give feedback which does absolutely nothing. However, if you do enjoy the app it’s takes you right to the App Store to rate it. The developers are not interested in receiving critical feedback. How this app is rated so high is beyond me because it is full of bugs and annoyances. It seems like this app is hardly tested before releases.

Pretty good intended purpose. My only irritation is you have to refresh the app when you open it - it won’t show the newly added updates even if you click on the notification. Otherwise it does a good job of allowing me to check in based on my proximity to the school and I love the photos. Two suggestions would be to be able to give a ‘like’ or ‘love’ on status updates so staff know you are viewing them. Also, I would like to have the option to message staff in room or daycare staff. Having two separate would be nice depending on what I want to communicate.

Like being with my baby even while at work. I love that my daycare decided to use this platform for my baby. It makes me feel at ease that they are tracking when he’s eating, having bathroom breaks and sleeping. It helps so I know when I’ll need to breastfeed him after work. Ways I think the app could be better is when there is a note left by the daycare, if I could “like” it to acknowledge I saw it. From a tracking purpose. I get that the messages are meant for more detailed conversations back and forth but when they leave a note, I don’t want to have to put “ok!” In the messages where their original comment didn’t start.

Disappointed is an understatement. My son’s childcare used Tadpoles as a communication app before switching to Kinderlime. I loved knowing how my son was doing throughout the day. That knowledge allowed me to breathe a little easier and feel as if I was a part of his daily school life. I have been extremely disappointed with the communication that Kinderlime provides, especially compared to Tadpoles. The information rarely comes in real-time; in fact, I often get the day’s worth of spotty communication when I’ve already picked my son up for the day. The clock in and out times are wrong, leaving his dad and myself often worried about whether he was dropped off/picked up. I miss knowing how my son is doing throughout the day—through pictures, real-time updates, food eaten, etc.; all of which is lacking in Kinderlime.

I genuinely love this app.. Procare is an absolutely amazing app. Especially for first time students and parents. My son just started pre-k and I was dealing with some severe separation anxiety. This app has truly helped me through that. I am kept up to date with everything that my son and his classmates are doing, learning, and even what he’s eating for lunch! I periodically get pictures sent of activities that he’s involved in throughout the day ( one of my favorite perks of this app) I am also able to sign him in and out of school which is pretty nice when there’s inclement weather.

Great-a few improvements needed. This app works wonderfully. I hesitate to put this feedback in this review because it sounds negative, but is more for the technology team at Kinderlime to update a couple of features. Whenever your spouse or you send a message or reply to messages from the daycare/school, the replies aren’t visible to the other parent. For example, if my wife replies to a message sent by the caregivers, I don’t see her message. Only a response to her message from the school. Overall though, I am extremely happy with the app and it’s functionality, ease of use, snappiness, and notifications.

Great app. I love this app!! It’s amazing. I have the children and all different ages and have been to girl a few daycares and never have they had something like this. To check in and be able to send messages. To be able to just jump on and pay your bill when you want instead of having to worry about paying it when you in a rush in the morning to get to work out at the end of the day when you so tired and then it ends up being late so I love it.

I love this app, BUT….. It would get 5 stars if there was a way to have parent input like “last changed diaper/last bottle” before dropping off, as well as a way to leave notes or communication from parents when signing the student in. Also, the messaging feature sends a message to everybody instead of just the teachers or just the school, so that should either be changed to reflect a “community board”, or add a separate way to send a message only to the teachers and staff. But overall, I love this app. I love the real-time messages when a diaper or nap is logged.

Best app for communicating with parents. I love this app as a parent of a young child who attends day care. This allows us to quickly communicate with the staff when we have a question or concern. The teacher constantly update us throughout the day on what the children are doing reading studying eating and more. This is by far the best app that our daycare has used. We would highly recommend this app to any school for parents. It allows the teacher to communicate in one place with both parents quickly and effectively. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Best app to connect me virtually with my infant & connect to teachers whenever and wherever I am .. Loving how in the moment It is in the classroom, so you can keep Up with what your child is doing throughout the day. And loving how teachers send pictures of activities and the ‘why’s’ behind them . With my Infant , developing Fine motor schools , learning animal names and sounds they make with their ‘Book of the Day’ . Such an amazing staff that utilize the app consistently, as opposed to just sometimes . They still find the time to make us as involved as possible , and We couldn’t be happier .

Jesslynnly. I have never taken my daughter to a daycare that is so on top of bringing the parents into the classroom per se. The teachers do such a good job with being attentive and helpful to each individual student.I love seeing pictures and videos of what my daughter does during, what she eats, when she sleeps, and when she plays. This app is really amazing and the teachers at Doodlebuggs daycare on Canton Road in Marietta Georgia is absolutely phenomenal. The rate for childcare on a weekly basis is absolutely unbeatable for the scale of attention, learning, and direction that my child receives at this daycare and through this app.

Loving this app. As a teacher I love using this app! It is easy to communicate with parents through both messages and pictures. This has been especially great with COVID restrictions. The function I like the best is that I can send messages at home to the whole class or individuals. I often don’t have time during work hours to send anything but this app allows me to do it at home when I’m relaxed and focused. I do wish the profile pics were slightly larger or I had the ability to zoom in on them. I’m older and I don’t see as well as I used to.

Great App. I have loved getting to use this app. I am in the process of setting up a home daycare and this will be perfect! I love that there is a free version for those that do not need tuition billing or other attendance records etc. I wish the messaging feature showed up as a conversation instead of sent and received. It would be much easier to see what you’ve responded to and conversations with parents to see the full conversation at once. I also wish there was a start and end button for naps instead of having to input a time by hand. For those that nap at different times, it would make it easier to just hit “start nap” or “end nap”.

Very nice!. It made it a lot easier to drop my kids off at day care the first day, as I got plenty of updates for them and plenty of photos. It’s also so much easier for them to just message us and ask us to bring in another pack of diapers or more bibs. I actually quickly realized I had to change my email notifications because I got a ton of email updates. That’s my b. Only less than stellar thing I’d have to say is the messaging portion of the app is a little funky, in that there’s a separate place for sent messages and separate place for received messages. Everything else is great!

Great info that puts my mind at ease. I love being able to see how my baby is doing throughout the day. It makes me feel so much better to see how long he is napping, how many diapers he has gone through, and how much he is eating. The best part is being able to communicate with his teacher quickly and easily. The only reason I didn’t give the app 5 stars is because there is often a lag in the notifications. However, if you simply open the app and “pull down” on the home screen, it will give you the most up to date info.

Great for parents!!. I have two kids, and two different apps for both because they attend different school right now! But this app is definitely my favorite! I love that the teachers can post pictures of the kids throughout the day, and post their curriculum, and what they’ve been learning that day/week. It definitely gives me a piece of mind when my kid says “i don’t know” when I ask her what she did at school today lol. This app is definitely a great one!! I love that I get notifications when someone signs her in or out as well. Very nice.

Easy. This app has been extremely helpful. Our school is great at communicating already but the admin and staff would have to put info out in several different platforms to cover everyone. With this app everything is at our fingertips in one place it is great! I love the pictures and chat functionality. I just wish that on the calendar that events would stay up for the month so I was able to look back on things for the exact date.

Best thing for parents!. This is the first time my kid has gone to daycare and gave me alot of anxiety and unease as i wasnt sure how he would handle it. Not only is he doing amazing but this shows it. You can communicate easily with the staff there and they send updates and pictures if what they are doing and learning. Also when they eat snacks and lunch and also when they are dropped off and picked up so you know your child is safe! 100% love this app and think all places should have this in place!

Needs work. Every time the day care sends a message or image, you have to close the app then open it and refresh just to see what they sent. I’ve tried several ways but it’s the only way I’ve been able to actually see what they sent. Also there is no clear way to contact the app developer for issues. Update: It would be nice to have a location/folder/tab to just see the images that the daycare shared instead of scrolling back throughout the day. It’s nice to save the images but if you don’t have time that day, you are required to scroll back through several days of the hourly post just to save images.

Diaper countdown needed. I like this app but one thing it’s missing is letting you know when bottle/diaper needs to be done. With this app you need to check individual child’s page to see when they last ate or had a diaper. Another app I had used had a countdown. After a diaper was added, green ring went around that child and it counted down 2 hours until next diaper change. At I believe 30 min before a diaper was needed, it changed to red so you knew who was about ready for a diaper. I’d love something like this to be added to procare

We love this app!. Our daughter Indigo just started preschool at our local Primrose; we were very nervous as she’s been at home with family for her first 15 months, but with the ProCare app, there’s absolutely no need to worry. We get constant updates, pictures and videos everyday of what she’s eating, doing, and when she sleeps, as well as diaper changes and notes from her teachers! We’re able to autopay her tuition and communicate in real time with her admins, so we are always at ease that she is doing well and will be happy to see us at the end of the day!

Love the function for communication. It really helps parents stay on track from what’s going on with baby at Day Care. Love the platform. The only “complaint” is if the app can update actives sooner. It normally have timely notifications for any updates but when enter the App for the actual status, it took a while to load and I have to jump to other sessions and back to trigger the actual update on the activity page. Always takes long time to upload pictures for sure. But still, better than nothing.

Love it and only have 1 request. I have two kids in two different schools and this app is a blessing to keep me in the loop, makes me smile, and just is so easy to use. My ONLY wish would be a feature to "Like" or comment on things the teachers post. For example my son is having a good day (he had a tough time adjusting to school at first) so when I saw his "Mood was Great" and the pictures of him I wish I could just "like" them so his teachers know how much I appreciate them. But I'll just write a message in app to let them know 🙃

You guys are the top of the line.. As a great grandmother I have really enjoyed seeing this little girl I helped raise from birth. She is one of my most precious people. My husband and I are Mimi and Poppy. We raised her having prayers before eating and being told all about the Bible. I am a quilter and made quilts of the Nativity and left them hanging up all year so she was reminded of knowing Baby Jesus. I also love all the music being taught as I sung to her as I rocked her. Our prayers are with you always and may God bless all the leaders as they work with these beautiful children.

Great app, but could it be better?. Let me start by saying that the clean interface and easy to navigate layout of Procare makes interacting with the app an enjoyable experience. However, the app lacks to refresh when returning from the background and requires the user to pull to refresh the apps newsfeed causing a small bit of frustration when reopening the app. Other improvements I wish the app contained include some type of “like” feature on newsfeed records and the ability to filter activity based on multiple types instead of a single filter option.

Best App for Parents!!. I’ve never had a kid in daycare before and as a new mom this app is an absolute godsend!! I get pictures throughout the day showing how happy he is and what activities they’ve done, it tells me how much of a bottle he takes and what foods he’s eaten, and they can send me messages and notifications like if he’s low on formula there or if there’s been any incidents (eg he was bit on the finger by another kid once). It’s been such a relief, and it quell any fears I had about having to put my son in daycare!

Great Way to Stay Connected. This app has helped so much with staying informed about my infant’s day. This helps me to pick back up on care for her at the end of the day and even helps maintain a close attachment. I never feel like I’m off duty as a mom even when I’m at work. That helps me always stay in the habit of thinking about her and keep those loving feelings at the forefront of my mind. That of course helps with milk production when pumping while away. The pics the daycare staff send make my day. 🥰

It's like you're there!. Over the years, I’ve experienced a couple of childcare apps. This one is the most user-friendly and the staff knows how to use it. The security seems reasonable, and I like that my kids' profiles were easily transferred when we moved. Obviously, it was necessary that the other school was using the same app. Nonetheless, it was a seamless transition. I like how the staff uses the app. I love to know what's going on with my kids during the school day, and the pictures that I get and text updates more than satisfy me.

Good overall. I like the app and the info I am able to see about my children’s day. There are a couple of things that need improving though. While looking at the Transactions page, you can only view the invoices although there is a Print button that doesn’t function. There is also no way to export your statement. One feature that would be nice to have would be the ability to interact with the post on your child’s daily activities. Even if it was just a handful of emoji’s. This way the teachers could have some feedback.

10/10 highly recommend!. Love that I get updates with photos and video throughout the day! Being someone who has extremely bad anxiety this app reassures me that my little is taken care of properly, let’s me know what she’s doing during various times throughout the day and love that the staff take their time to do these things. Being someone who was very skeptical of anything daycare this is an awesome tool for those anxious parents. Thank y’all for taking your time to ensure that parents, guardians, and caretakers are informed of daily activities in real time.

Awesome. A few small tweaks. Overall, great app from a parent perspective. Easy to navigate. Two Suggestions - push a notification for nap end time (currently have to go back in and refresh to see how long kiddo slept). Add a method for parents to add information to the day’s activities. For example, I want to be able to add an entry for bottle, diaper change, and wake time from home before dropping baby off so that my kiddo’s teachers know when he ate last, etc. Some other additions that might be helpful include: marking a kiddo as not attending that day, doctor’s appt, medications given.

Solid functionality but laggy at times. I enjoy the apps functionality from a parent/user side and the visibility it gives me into my child’s day. I have heard nothing but positives from my child’s school in regards to their user experience, and the connectivity it allows them to have with the parents/guardians. My only critique is the app is laggy at times and doesn’t refresh information right away on my first or second login of the day. Would give 5 stars if not for the lag issues but overall is very user friendly.

User Friendly. I was referred to this app from another child care professional. Needing to rethink our current billing service and find something more conducive to a child care center Kinderlime made perfect sense. With so many other features it was exactly what I was looking for. All areas needed for tracking in one place. I have been amazed at their customer service too. Billing, online payments, online sign-in/out, activities, immunizations, staff tracking and ratios plus more? The choice was easy!! I highly recommend Kinderlime. Sincerely, Cary Rich Santa Rosa Rise and Shine Child Care Center

Notifications never show up on time. I literally never write reviews but I am not kidding around when it comes to my child . I never get updates on time . I get notifications about morning activities after my child has checked out of school in the evening. The whole point of using this app is to be informed about your child , and at the moment this app is pretty terrible at informing everyone about notifications on time. It’s also glitchy when I try to open pictures from the notifications. It’s terrible and i wish I had known that my child’s school uses this app prior to enrolling, I definitely would not have continued with the process . I firstly hate the fact that my child’s personal information is on an app and that too a crappy unreliable app.

Best app for communicating with parents. I have an in home daycare and use to always send home papers at the end of each day letting the parents know what their child ate, how they slept, diaper checks and so forth. Papers get lost, ripped, stained by having to keep up with them all day. And, the parent doesn’t get to know how their child’s day was until the end of the day. This app helps me keep up with the kids right then. And the parents can see everything in real time. And! No more wasteful paper use! Highly recommend this app. I use the free version and get everything I need from it. But If you needed more, you could pay for it.

Love the communication and format (parent view). We’ve used competitor apps as well, and this one is fantastic! I love that I get alerts and we can easily and timely communicate with our caregivers. Our caregivers are great about using the app throughout the day instead of “batch” updates, so we are really getting the most out of it. As a nursing/pumping mom, the pushed notifications are a great way to help me stay in sync with my baby’s on demand eating schedule. The app features make it easy to use. Our favorite features are: pictures, messaging and the emailed daily summary. Very thoughtful design overall.

Pictures low res, can’t just swipe pictures. Pictures per with low resolution. Original pictures are much better. The feed only shows preview of the picture. If you want to see the full image, you have to click on it. Then, if you want to see the next picture, you have to click back, scroll down to the next picture, click on it again, and repeat. There is no way to slide pictures as you can do in other modern apps. very primitive application. in addition, the feed takes a long time to load. it’s pre-loads few posts or pictures, then you have to wait every time you scroll down. pretty annoying.

Rest assured at your fingertips!. I love the fact that this is a super simple app to understand, my kids profiles are separate, messages are separate according to classrooms, and I love seeing pictures posted throughout the day. I gave 4 stars because I wish the images on the newsfeed had a heart option to engage with the daycare staff to show that I do look at the pictures and get enjoyment out of it. It would also be nice to leave comments under the pictures, as this is a way for all parents to be equally involved with classroom communication! Hopefully this can be implemented in the future. 🙂

A start with room for improvement…. If you’ve ever used SeeSaw, ProCare is not that. While your child’s teacher can send you pictures, you are not able to send pictures to them. Also, the only option is to have one long thread amongst multiple people (teacher, office staff, etc.) so as the parent, you might want to send a message only to your child’s teacher but everyone connected will receive the message. With my first child just starting school, I decided to get an Apple Watch so I wouldn’t miss any notifications from the school. To my surprise, ProCare is not compatible on the Apple Watch 8 so I’m left feeling frustrated that I still need to carry around my phone in case a message comes through on the ProCare app.

Nice app but pictures are always blurry. Our school use this app so we downloaded it. It is a very efficient tool to communicate with teachers. The only complaint is that the pictures are compressed too heavy and looks very blurry when sent from teachers(who use I phone and the original quality shall be good) I understand high quality pictures take more server storage and hence more operation expense. I hope the product manager can come up with an idea such as that send a high quality image at first for parents to download and then compress for storage. Or compress the pictures less heavily. Thanks!
