Beginner. Need help. I am filled with anxiety in a life that Is really needless,however it is there. I desperately need to try and control This segment in my life.🙏

3 minutes?!. This app assumes everyone is a beginner. If I want a 20 minute meditation the first day, why make me wait? Seems they’re modeled after another popular app that does the same. 3 minutes is silly and a waste of time.

Enjoyed it. I was surprised how well it worked!

Not what I expected. There’s several steps for each meditation but only the first step is free, the rest requires you to purchase a ridiculous membership $. Not even a free song or demo in the music section. Also I prefer a male voice over female voice for these kind of things. Waste of time.

Amazing. The songs/sounds on this app make you feel like you are right there with a close of the eyes...meditation with imagery! In a city, by the ocean, on a farm in the morning... if you have a wild imagination...just try it!

Pretty good. This app has made me go to sleep several times. I recommend using this app if you have trouble sleeping. I have trouble sleeping. I usually don’t use mediation apps but have to wake up for school to so that has problem so I would rate the app a four, it helps me a lot.

Download NOW. I’m still new to this app, but I have used it only a few times and my days are already getting better. This is perfect for helping my blockage. Whenever I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed, I remind myself of this app.

This app. The ad leads to believe you can try this app without paying money. Not true.

Scam to take your money. Do not download and especially DO NOT OPEN - it defaulted to purchase upon trying to close

Trash. I can’t even register to use this app. Something went wrong, it says. Doesn’t matter how great they think he app is if I can’t get in it to use it.

Wowza. I actually have trouble sleeping even when I’m taking medications. I usually can’t fall asleep to this stuff but I thought I’d give it a shot. It’s surprisingly relaxing, and I felt myself drift off in the first two minutes!

Wow too expensive. Let’s you do step one then wants to charge you 11 dollars a month to unlock the rest of them. There is no music just talk with minimal instruction. Would not recommend unless you are rich.

Locked me out my app store !!!. This app is basically scamming me out of money. I didn’t want the app my child downloaded it thinking it was a game and started a trial. I cancelled it before my free trial was up and it still lit a 12 dollar hold on my account! This is absolutely unfair Apple is saying I can pay then have them refund my money, when there shouldn’t be any charge on my account period!

The first night. The first night made me feel like I was gently being pulled into something I have never seen and it made me so relaxed 😌 s

My go to meditation app. I’m excited to start my meditation practice with this app. So many options to focus on In my meditation.

Limited options. I Have downloaded the app, and I’m trying to look at the different features and see if I want to continue, but I can only review use look at the sleep part so I don’t know if it will help with stress or other things.

Recommend. This helped me I recommend using self love if you have problems with that it helps you on the first lesson It worked for me but I don’t know if works for everyone but I do recommend it for those who have self love problems

Crashes before I get even a minute in. Had high hopes for this app but if my screen goes off, it only plays for a little bit before audio stops and the app restarts... wish I would have known that before paying for a full year...

The Tone. The voice was Peaceful 🙏💗💯

Mood. I’ve never been a meditator, but have seen so much information about the benefits that I’m trying. I’m really not sure what I’m supposed to be doing for meditation, but the music to affect moods and focus is working great for me. I do database work and sometimes it gets dull and I lose focus or get grouchy. Putting this music on helps bring me back to my tasks and gets me out of my funk.

Expectations... Lawd no. The facebook ad showed a visualization of fractal patterned shapes. The app has none of that. Just a clever clickbait ploy. Cant even get into the app once downloaded without being charged for a trial period (not that big of a deal) but id rather if that happened in the first 10 mins of exploring the app. Add the visuals that i expected and ill redownload and subscribe monthly for sure.

Great!. This app seems to be wonderful. I love the music section for specific needs, it’s been wonderful for focusing and brightening my mood. I also love the meditations, they have great advice and ways to get on with your day or your goal. My only complaint is that you are limited to only one meditation in a specific course a day, which can be frustrating when you have more time to meditate and want to continue a specific route. I feel like it limits use of the app and limits the subscription itself, as you can’t move forward in the course faster than once a day.

Helps!!. After the first meditation I felt more relaxed and calm. I also have trouble staying calm and focused. This really helped me focus and release stress.

terrible. this app is absolutely awful and doesn’t help whatsoever. they charge you 40$ right upfront for you to even do anything without you knowing. then won’t give you refunds when you are upset and didn’t know that’s what happened. nobody should use this app. if i could give no stars i would.

Unfair. Don't trust them. I just applied for 3 days free Trial. Same day they charged me for one year subscription 42$. I canceled the subscription within 24 hr . Still waiting for my refund😬😬😬

Truly MAGICAL. Tbh the first time I tried the sleep one, I woke up energized and in such a good mood! I started recommending it to everyone and i just kept using it! Slowly decreased of course cause I couldn’t get the other tracks (I mean it’s a little too much money for me, $3 a month... deal. but nothing over $5!) I still use it and recommend it but can’t get the full experience, I mean it’s just sounds and meditating but I mean it may be worth it

Scam. How can i refund my money back? After 7 days trial the app charged me not a week but whole 6 month subscription!!! Its over $40 for something that isnt there. The ad shows completely different thing. I forgot to cancel the subscription, i dont want this app. Please contact me as i dont want to go thru my bank. Still gonna get money back just want to do it nicely thru the developer. Thank you. Ps im going to raise stars on this review if you cooperate

Scam. This app is a scam that’s nothing like it’s advertised. Worse, they make it look like a free trial that’s easy to cancel but it’s nearly impossible to figure out how to actually cancel it once you’ve made the mistake of downloading it. Beyond all that it’s gotta be the shallowest and least helpful meditation app imaginable

Cost. Why does it have to cost so much?

Prices. I’ve heard some good things about this app, so I decided to try it for myself. I realized that there wasn’t another option other than the 7 day free trial and I wanted to use it for more than that. I have been using your fitness app for a little while and I liked that you didn’t have to use premium even though you couldn’t do everything on it. Billing Issue. I downloaded this app and did not like it. So I deleted the app. But I keep getting emails about billing issues. I have already emailed Verv support but I still keep getting emails about a bill even though I am not using the app.

Magic meditation. I have only just started meditation on this app and I am so relaxed already, the app has calmed me down and I have no worries, I hope as I continue to use this app I am a better version of myself. The voice for the meditation sessions is calming and reassuring, I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Bonne application. L’app est géniale, la narration est très positive! La seule chose que j’ajouterais à l’application pour qu’elle soit parfaite, c’est de la musique en arrière plan durant les méditations. Quand la voix demande de prendre le temps de se reposer, il n’y a pas de musique, ce qui fait un peu vide. Une musique ou juste un bruit ambiant relaxant durant le temps de relaxation serait génial ☺️

Voix autoritaire. La voix utilisée sonne autoritaire, c'est assez perturbant pour de la méditation. Aussi, l'implication de la visualisation des couleurs dans les méditation est assez présente et je vois pas vraiment la science derrière. Enfin, le pricing est déraisonnable pour ce type d'application.

Sooo relaxing mmmmm.... Since ive starting using this app by Verv, ive felt so much more at peace with myself and with my surroundings. Meditation by Verv provides calming, energizing and satisfying meditation sessions that make me feel more than a million bucks- they make me feel human. In touch with my self and at peace with my mind. Ive been so much happier since I’ve started using it, really learning how to appreciate life and all that comes with it. Ive never slept better. The format is also very easy to use, and I even find myself often repeating the same meditations, and every time feeling just as great as I felt when I first used it. I strongly recommend this to anyone who gets stressed out easily and/or who has trouble sleeping. And really to anyone, to be honest. My favourite app out there.... better than Fortnite :)

Good sleeping sounds but needs more. I enjoy falling asleep to the peaceful sounds on this app. However I feel there could be more meditation courses and a British accent would be relaxing and helpful to listen too.

Not good. I’ve tried a few apps for meditation before sleep and this one was the least effective. The persons voice wasn’t soothing or calming and the things she was saying to imagine wasn’t helping. Also had nightmares for the first time the 1 time I tried this app. Not for me.
