Great way to order. Great way to order in a pandemic

Too complicated. No!

Forced Account. You shouldn’t have to be forced to create an account, you should be able to logon and pay as guest.

Simple and easy!. I was reluctant at first, but it’s really easy. Waiting for my food now. Let’s see how long it takes but ordering it, was a breeze:)

Unnecessarily complicated. As a traveler, I don’t want to have to download an app (on roaming data) to order. I don’t like this process at all.

Idiotic. Maybe they do thinks different in the UK, but I’m literally sitting in the restaurant The Eagle. You have to scan a QR code on the menu to order and there is no cell service where I’m sitting. They have free wifi provided you make an account with your email address. Then you have to download their app. Then to finish your order, you can either take a picture of your debit card, or enter the information. After you enter the information, you need to enter your email address again to “confirm and send you updates. I’m literally sitting less than 30 ft from the bar. I’ve had a waiter walk by. It over complicated ordering.

Take away perfection.. Freshly cook, piping hot always ready in time and tastes great! We just keep coming back for more

Too many steps to order and pay. Many steps required to order and pay! Download of app takes a while and Amex is not accepted... in summary waste of time!

Not good. Way too cumbersome and invasive for a meal. I will not use it or eat here again.

Hate app. Just walked out of Goat Tavern in Kensington because the app did not work as expected. Very frustrating. Will avoid Greene King taverns from now on.

Download failed!!. The app is not downloading! I thought it’s a network problem. But I tried a WIFI and still having the problem! Hope you can fix it soon

Transforms the pub experience. Order in a second, pay with Apple Pay and drinks at your table in a minute. Will we ever go back to waiting for waiters to come, orders being wrong or pay manually with card. I hope not.

Terrible process. Terrible process to order food not obvious half of the food we ordered was out service terrible

To complicated to order for a group. Started to use this to order for a group of seven. Didn’t get past tying to set up drinks. Ordering G&T takes two steps, one for gin and another for tonic. Couldn’t order a vodka and soda at all.

Send a waitress or waiter. How ridiculous that you have to order off this ridiculous app. Send a server out to take our order.

Easy to use. Not very picturesque, but easy no friendly to use. 20% promotion applied on first order, which was nice.

Order Time. To whom it maybconcer, I have been sat here with one of my mates, hoping to be served in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My order took over 20 minutes and quite frankly it’s left very sad and depressed. Kind regards, Kam

Lovely Pub. It’s a very lovely pub with some great guests. The staff is very busy and a little rough around the edge as expected when your that slammed. I expect that most puns in this area are good but the drinks and food is rather good. The kitchen was closed due to a broken fan but they sorted it out quickly. All in all it was a great English pub experience for a Yankee family. Cheers to all!

Pferde Kuchen. Absolutely awful. Back in the good old days, there would be a horse. And cake.

Information outdated and inaccurate. Made a dining decision based on information provided - hours and menu options were all wrong!

The greenest of kings. I want food. App has food. I get app. I get food.

More hoops!. This is such an unnecessary hurdle for visitors. There is no way I’m ordering more drinks or puddings or ANYTHING. What a hassle.

Good food but terrible automated service!. The atmosphere and food here is great, but the automated system for ordering is slow, unnecessarily complicated if you don’t already have the app, and allows for no customization whatsoever. If a fast food restaurant can allow a customer to add and subtract components in a meal, one would think a more expensive sit-down restaurant could as well.

Let’s discourage this behavior. For hundreds of years, people have ordered food in pubs by talking to human beings. Why on earth would you want to change that? Please, put an end to this madness.

Its a lot.. I prefer the simple face to face ordering. Talk to a server/bartender. As a guest to the area downloading an app and creating an account for something i will never use again is tedious. We just wanted a few drinks and maybe a bite.

A Day at Dyce Farm. What a wonderful evening at Dyce Farm! I went with my family of 8 and had an amazing meal at this establishment mate! We had just watched the footie and my team won! What a wonderful day for my wife, she was thrilled. Excellent xx

Lunch. Hit the vegetarian Pulled Mushroom Chili along with some drinks. Food was delicious, drinks were good. Ordered and paid in the app. Food and drinks brought quickly. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Ducking awful app. Hard to navigate and generally awful hated it no glass of water option!

Confusing. It took us 5 attempts to pay for drinks, it wasn’t until I added my card to the app that it let us pay
