Great place to shop, just needs more sizing options. I shop on the app and it’s great, the clothes are always nice, and great quality. However, if you are a bigger size you don’t have as many options or have as many as the “cool” designs, outfits, clothes, etc. I find myself looking through the home page before I click on the filter and I always find stuff I wanna get but it doesn’t even come close to the size I’m needing. So I think they need to make some more items that are meant to be for everyone size wise.

Small changes but still very satisfied. The sizes are kind of confusing if I didn’t watch review videos online I wouldn’t have gotten the right side for my clothes but I got the perfect size and am extremely happy because the clothes are super sick and hella fly. The only problem is that it doesn’t seem the discounts are right like when they say it’s 40% off but it doesn’t add up correctly and another thing is that when im trying to see the back of the clothes or the side I can never see it because they won’t show it like yea it’s cool to make the person look cool in the picture but we want to to see product that we’re trying to purchase so maybe put a couple pics front back and sides and then some cool modeling poses other than that very satisfied.

Site development Needed. Listen if you market in the USA, please make sure customer service is a top priority. I have waited over a month for an order that states delivery in February it’s almost April. Tracking information is never completed correctly and of course we can only contact you via email. The size glitches, availability after a purchase is made, returns and refund process are minor corrections an online store should correct immediately!

Need to check the quality. Overall the jeans for the big guys is fire I di thing they need to give us more designs in the super skinny plus size jeans because we not tryin be basic but I did buy a couple pairs of super skinny plus sized and they were very nice I also bought a iced out bracket very nice shine is crazyyyy but the only problem was like 2 weeks into wearing it started to fade yes I wear it 24/7 but didn’t expect it to fade but please step up the quality of your braclets

Great quality!!. I love boohooman! The quality is really good, so as the price. I always buy here! But the shipping will take a little bit longer just because they’re not from the US. I think they are from Europe or sumting, but I am always willing to wait bec lf the stylish and quality of their product. Good job boohooman! Keep the sale going!

Clothes are low quality and the app isn’t user friendly. I purchased an overcoat that I truly love. However, aside from that purchase, my subsequent experiences have not been good. Many of the clothes are low quality and they don’t look like what is shown on the website. Many of the clothes also don’t have the materials that it’s made out of listed on the website either; I presume to mask that the clothes are made out of cheap materials. The app isn’t user friendly and I had to do way too much searching in order to process a return. Tracking an order is tedious as well. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing clothing from this company.

My review. I like the app, if has a high quality of clothing with affordable prices. The clothes go up extra size and they’re comfortable to wear. I like the free shipping they offer, I e never had an issue or complaint with my orders, some times they come earlier than expected. I don’t really like how much wishlist goes up to only 10 items total, I like to have a wishlist of clothes without a limit so I wouldn’t find the need to keep searching back. But all around I enjoy the app, it has a variety of clothes and styles to pick from that helps me find what I’m looking for

One Small Issue. This app is great but one thing that is missing that really takes my rating down one star is that when I go to try and look at similar items under a piece I like, nothing pops up. Also one thing that is essential to online shopping is reviews. Reviews tell me wether or not to buy this item but there are none here. That would be cool to see what other people think of the item and maybe even take pictures to show people that this is a trustworthy company. But other than that this app is great in my opinion. When I bought my first pieces of clothing they were great and better than my expectations. The pricing is amazing and that is why I shop here more than other companies, but if they raise the prices I might have to shop elsewhere.

Hit or miss and horrible Customer service.. I've ordered from Boohoo twelve times, but unfortunately, I've had multiple negative experiences with my orders. It's quite rare for me to receive everything that I've ordered correctly - either I receive the wrong item or the quality of the item is significantly worse in person. Moreover, the customer service is almost non-existent, with only a virtual bot available to provide information. I've spent hours trying to rectify an order where I received two incorrect items, but unfortunately, the support team is not very helpful. When attempting to contact them, I was only met with automated emails and chatbots that were unable to assist me. Furthermore, despite using the app's feature that automatically copies the order number, I was informed that my order number was incorrect - a situation that has never happened to me before. Because there are no real people to talk to, I'm unable to contact anyone for help, and I'm left with the wrong items and poor-quality products that don't fit me properly.

.. I received my order today. My items came in a pretty large bag. The packaging seemed to be very secure that was a plus but once I opened it I notice that bag was wet inside. I then opened a few of the items and notice that the clothes were wet also. I’m kinda disappointed because I hope to wear them on vacation. Who do I need to speak with some ASAP

So far so good!!. I’m not gonna lie I was skeptical at first. My teenage son wanted to shop here and I thought it was a scam, But now I’m shopping here you definitely have to look at their size chart but the clothes are good quality and I found some good deals worth spending. I’ll would recommend for now I have shopped 3 times here and each time my expected delivery was sooner than estimated which was a plus seeing it was coming for the UK. I would recommend for now I am sending 5 stars.

Wish list problem. For some reason now every time when I add something to my wish list & I go back on a different day to look it up, it’s not there anymore. Whatever I heart or add to my wish list keeps getting removed somehow & I don’t know why. It’s annoying. I had so many items in my wish list & not there gone. It keeps leaving 9 items I previously had already in my wish list but everything else is gone. I’ll look the item up & add it back but then it gets removed again. Please fix this.

AFFORDABLE AND CUTE!!. Even though I am a girl I absolutely BoohooMan for graphic tees, jackets, and my favorite, their graphics sweatshirts. Their so affordable and their quality is amazing for the price! I really like the app but I just wished they had reviews with pictures from customers but other than that if your looking for affordable streetwear, this is the place to go!!

Clothing for Big and Tall people. Okay (1) I love the clothes I find on the app and enjoy it all the time, because there are cloths for different people styles on there and I always find things that I like on here like band shirts, (2) when I first bought clothes from here I I was like exited and almost everything fit on me but the sweaters and the jackets that I order, which is fine I man could lose some weight. (3) if your a big and Tall person in the U.S. I would recommend always I can’t repeat this enough always order a size up not down because it size is a bit off from over in the UK than in the US but (Get A Size Up Than Your Actual Size) so you too can be happy with your purchases. :)

Boohooman. I ordered from this website on October 10th got 3 item out of 6 on the 18th and I am currently still waiting on my refund for my other 3 items were "sold out" so why did it let me order I don’t know! On top of that I had to explain and stress to them that I didn’t have all my items, they barely wanted to believe me ! Can’t talk to anyone just email on top of email telling that I have money and items that I still don’t have ! Would not recommend this app good quality stuff for the price but very unprofessional!!!

Excellent. Very good pricing! I ordered with express delivery and got it a few days late but Im almost certain it was the delivery carriers fault. I ordered about $230 in clothes and mostly everything was good quality and fits like a dream. One thing I will say is the board shorts or swim trunks run very small so I would suggest getting one or even two sizes bigger then your size But only on the board shorts. I ordered multiple pair of jeans and about 10 shirts everything was nicely made and some of the item actually surprised me on how thick and nice they were. I certainly recommend buying from BooBooMan just do a little Research before buying as you should anyway :) very happy

They legit legit. I’ve only had one order messed up and that was my fault but yo they got perfect quality clothes. When I shop with them I get my orders before the due date. My most recent order came a week early. The prices are very good and I don’t see myself not buying from this company.

The good and bad. This a great company to buy apparel from, with a wide variety of different styles. I’m always getting compliment about my clothes which solely come from BooHooMAN. My only issue is that when you’re missing an item, or just need help in general there is no direct way to get in contact with a BHM rep. Maybe it’s intentional so they don’t have to serve their customers but it is a great way to lose business because this has happened to me twice now.

Great stuff. At first I was thinking that BooHoo was showing high end material and then was going to send me out some crap but I was thoughtful and decided to give it a try. I purchased a suit and once it came I was thoroughly impressed. Not to say that I have gotten some stuff I didn’t care for, maybe one or two other pieces but other than that I have really enjoyed the outcome. Side note: I used to think that these reviews were fake too but once I did them for FootLocker (not a commercial plug), I recognized I could get even more discounts. I also like my payment plans to build up my credit too with the companies I use. (Not saying because I’m not giving shameless plugs) but I support it!!!! PLEASE READ IT ALL! Include reviews from Customers. Boohoo needs to include customer reviews on their clothing and other products. This will help guide the decisions of customers when they are unsure of purchasing products here. In addition, they can include pics of customers wearing their items. Not everyone is like the models and it helps to see everyday people wear the clothes. I think they could take it a step further and feature customers on Instagram and other social media

Horrible. Not really sure how this app has as many stars as it does, they are horrible. Their customer service reps are even worse, I asked about my package that was supposed to be here 2 days ago, they claim it is "Still being held by customs," but on my end it's showing that my package has been cleared by customs, Everytime I'd prove them wrong they would just give me a new colleague to speak with. Showed photo proof that my package should've been here 2 days ago, and that they've been cleared by customs and still no explanation. I wouldn't dare buy another item from this app.

TRUE OVERSIZED/ LOOSE FITTING HIGH QUALITY. Super fast tracked shipping. I’m 5 foot 9 inches about 180Lbs and the Size Large Oversized T shirts are perfect for me and Size Large Pants fit nice and the prices on their clothes can’t be beat , I just ordered the Boxy Fit flannel and the Boxy fit White Tee both size Large , I’m hoping they make some more Boxy fit style clothes because it’s pretty dope. Definitely Trust worthy site, and the material is great , you get what you see.

Not loyal quality is a gamble. First issue is it’s a gamble buying clothing. You can order the same style and size of a article of clothing and get two different materials. The jeans fabric is cheap is spandex stretchy and cheap. The revere color shirts cheap and tight around biceps. With all this taken in to account would in the past still shop here. Mainly due to the fact not to many people in America shopped here in my community or knew of the company. Then they canceled the baby for saying what he wanted. Instead being loyal they jumped on the band wagon. Which honestly once heard the da baby did a collab I said 😕 with this cheap (you know what ) line? Not A lister this more c lister collab worthy line. Cheap material bad collabs gamble in quality depending on orders. Now you CANCLE a rapper who has said some of the most explicit thing on rap record. Who walked around in a diaper prior to making it big. WHO SHOT A MAN IN WALMART! yet him making a comment about gays was the last straw BoohooMAN? 😒🤣🥲 you guys are total clowns. Not to mention that gives me me atheist or satanic vibes. Seeing as the Bible clearly makes mention of how same sex is abomination. (Gods words not mine). So maybe the comments was extreme but freedom of speech especially on something label by holy scriptures a abomination. You guys lost a big customer for life.

Broken app. The app is terrible and for at least 3 weeks now it gives an internal server error anytime you try to add anything to the cart. Nothing I've tried fixes this problem and if this issue is widespread then they are literally losing out on who knows how much in sales because it's impossible to order. The descriptions of clothes are incredibly vague, for broad catagories, or often times for the wrong items completely. Order tracking is a pain and I've once had an order confirmation email never come through to me, and when a rep resent it, it still never showed up to my email in any form, even in my spam. It's a shame too because I genuinely like the clothes I've bought but the app needs some serious work, and right now it's impossible for me to buy anything else due to this constant error.

Very low quality and poorly made. I was out on to boohoo man by a friend of mine, he said that he had order one or two items from the site and had no issue. I looked around the app and couldn’t believe how inexpensive the clothing was especially men’s jeans. I should note that i am in the middle on gaining weight for a bodybuilding competition, so I needed a bigger size pants than usual. Everything seemed to be discounted as if they were going out of business. I ordered two pairs of shorts and three pairs of pants. My order arrived only after three days. Once I got my clothing and tried everything on that’s when I understood why everything was discounted. I took one garment out of the box which was missing a button, another had the button hanging on for dear life, and all the clothing had no real fit or contour at all. Mind you all of the jeans I ordered were skinny, they were very baggy especially about the knee area and one could tell they had just been slapped together and thrown in a box. Rather than return the items which would be I feel an exhausting process am writing about it so other will know. From here on out I will pay for Great Quality clothing which you won’t find at BooHoo man.

Decent, but I Have Reccomendations. Dear BoohooMAN, I would like to suggest changes that would help benefit both the customer and you. First off, as someone who has made multiple grand orders, I’ve noticed quality control is somewhat poor. I understand these clothes are cheap and with that, there may be inconsistencies; but, there’s no reason why I buy two of the same pants and one is more tight than the other. Another recommendation I suggest is that you allow rating to be an app feature. By this I mean customers should be able to comment, rate, and overall give more active feedback towards the listings. I often find myself unsure of some clothes, especially with the outrageous quality control; one shirt is the same size as the other, yet it fits a mammoth. This leads to my last point: sizing. The sizing provided is horrendous. I suggest that you find a way to become more clear with the sizing. I find small oversized and large oversized to be basically the same. Best, Concerned Consumer

I’ve been shopping here for some years but no more.. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! After placing 2 separate orders a month a part and both of them had an item missing. I raised this issue with customer service both times in which they said they will get back to me on a solution after some investigating. It’s been almost 2 months since the first dispute and still no word, even when I request an update of the status. Unless you want missing pieces in your order with no recourse, then DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Dopest online clothing store. Good prices & always has different crazy discount deals everyday. Offers a bunch of different payment options for your convenience and also offers expedited shipping as discounted rates. Usually always has my size just make sure if you see something you like be ready to buy it asap before it’s gone! Can’t tell you how many times it’s happened to me!

Be careful. Clothes are nice but if a package is clearly lost they will make you wait an extra month to be sure before you can get a refund. ordered a jacket and pants on the 18th of november. was supposed to be delivered on 25th. wasn’t delivered. and on the 1st of december, i have no updates. called the shipping company and they said to contact the seller(boohooman) which is a hassle because they don’t have dedicated customer support like a phone number. Then they told me to wait till DECEMBER 16TH on the OFF CHANCE i still get it and if i don’t receive it by then i would either get a refund or resend. a whole month later.

Items are not saved in shopping cart. The app is mostly fine. The only issue I have is that after adding items in my cart and leave them there for a couple of days the cart is empty. This happened a couple of times already and I can’t remember all the products that were emptied from my cart and it’s annoying trying to look them up again, some which I can’t find anymore. I wished this app was like other shopping apps that automatically save the items in your cart without adding them to your wishlist.

Terrible experience. I had an extremely disappointing experience with BoohooMan, where my order never arrived, and their customer service downright refused to issue a refund. This lack of accountability and outright disregard for customer satisfaction has left me deeply frustrated and financially out of pocket. The unwillingness of BoohooMan to address such a clear-cut issue not only highlights their poor service quality but also their indifference to the basic expectations of trust and support that customers rely on. I strongly caution others against shopping with them, as this experience has been nothing short of a letdown.

Best street wear out there!. Probably one of my favorite app/website to use when shopping for new outfits or accessories. It has everything you need from tight fit jeans to baggy skating jeans. From jewelry to hats and also bags. All for a good price and hundreds of items are on sale everyday. It’s kind of addicting. I use this app every time and I’m gonna be using this app forever. It ships fairly quickly, I usually wait a week or so for my packages to deliver from the UK to California in the US. So I’d say it’s pretty quick and the customer service is great. They even partner up with popular rappers.

Missing items. I’ve been using boohoo for years now. There are still shirts I haven’t received from years ago. Also I just recently ordered 20 items and only received about 10 of them. Their customer service isn’t good at all and the only way to reach them from the app is through Facebook. It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting for my other 10 items I purchased that aren’t even showing on the app.

Please read before buying from them. I have ordered from them over 8 times and each one there was always something wrong with them. The customer service is absolutely terrible and almost nonexistent. I ordered some corduroy pants twice from them and both times were wrong I ordered them for the second time because the first time I tried reaching out to them there was no response will not be ordering from them again and please read this before ordering your better off ordering off of shein.

Easy to use, item descriptions could use work. I’ve made many orders using this app and overall the quality is ok for the price. I just wish the product descriptions were more accurate along with the materials used and measurements. A lot of the descriptions are copied among multiple items in a category and it’d be nice to know what I’m getting especially since I’m not quick to buy and return since this stuff is coming from the UK.

Poor Service. I ordered an outfit 6 weeks before my birthday and opted for express delivery. I wanted the item for my party. After 2 weeks, I contacted the company and requested an update. They offered me nothing other than “contact Fedex, the delay is not our fault”. I contacted them a week later, still no resolution was offered. After the fourth week, I contacted FedEx. FedEx let me know that the item was deemed lost and that Boohoo was notified two weeks prior. I contacted them to get a refund and they finally agreed to it, but of course it’ll take 5 business days. They offered NOTHING for the inconvenience. I will never try their site again.

Love clothes, but. Been purchasing clothes from them for a while. Love it but I really wish they would add a review section to help others get a better idea of what they may want to purchase. Kinda don’t like most shirts are oversized. Even when I order XS/S the item still seems like a medium or large. Also they should add the color of the item into the “Detail” tab when reviewing. Some colors may seem one way & you get them & they are totally off. Overall, love the fit of the jeans & variety they have, but could definitely use some upgrades in certain areas.

sorta bad service. the packages kept saying a certain shipment time then switching . my packages got her and everything sized correctly except for my jeans i went by the size chart and my jeans were too small i would recommend getting a size up in the jeans they ran tight tight . the quality was very good though but now i have to go through a 3 week lomg refund and return process because i followed the size chart. the t shirts fit very well and were true to size. i wish i didnt have to wait this long again for my clothes to refund me so i can reorder the right sizes but now im stuck having to pay for the shipping of it to do the return as well as wait for the jeans to take another 2 weeks to come in the mail. the sale was good but for the clothes size wise i wouldnt recoomend going by you original sizes .

My New Favorite Brand. As a business owners myself, I rarely take the time to review any products I purchase because we never have time, but BoohooMAN deserves to be rated by every person purchasing their products! So what’s my review? Omg.. I FU@$!NG LOVE IT. It’s always tough for me to trust a site’s sizing recommendations and so I avoid online shopping because I don’t want to deal with the return process, but BoohooMAN was spot on with my size and mostly everything fits perfectly!! I have placed 3 orders in the past 2 weeks of 20 items per order (because that’s the Max) and I can’t wait to receive my items. You guys are awesome, you’re now my favorite brand.

Satisfied customer!. My grandsons and I are very happy with the pants we received and just ordered more. The wide legged sweatpants are exactly the styles we were looking for and at a great price! I’m glad I didn’t go by the poor reviews. There is nothing wrong with the quality of these pants so I recommend that you give them a try. They’ve been laundered and worn plenty with no problems at all.

Good, but…. This app is super easy to browse and i like the user interface a lot. it’s a breeze to navigate and fun to shop on, but the only thing that’s tripped me up are the size guides. when you view the “Details” page, it’ll say “Model is 6’1” and wears size 32r” but when i view the size chart, it doesn’t show 32r anywhere. and the measurement shown in the display don’t match the measurements necessary to the article of clothing. there’s no clear way to reference the chart against the labels shown in the picture at the bottom. i’m about to order pants but i’m not confident that they’ll fit. i know that’s a risk of online shopping but you should at least try to have a user friendly size guide so that people have the lowest chance of buying the wrong size. other than that, it’s a good app. i’ve got some cool stuff in my cart for black friday and i’m excited to see if it all fits :)

Gonna buy again soon. I would definitely recommend this app. really good clothes for good prices I did buy two tracksuits one fit good but the other one was a tiny bit tight on the pants but were still good on me. I too was spectacle about the app but company is real and are famous for women’s clothing. Definitely buying again from this app.

GREATEST FASHION APP OUT THERE. Usually I don’t leave reviews but this app is amazing! I bough 2 shirts for about 20 combined and cargos for 25 and paid express shipping and they came extremely fast. I wasn’t expecting much but for the price the cargos are extremely good material and the shirts aren’t bad either. The oversize shirts don’t fit true to size. If you’re look to get “oversized” shirts I recommend you got two sizes down but the normal shirts are pretty spot on. For pants I usually wear a 32/30 and the medium cargos fit perfectly. I couldn’t praise this app anymore than I am but please if you’re on a budget and want to expand your clothing buy from here. Highly recommend it!!!!

Excellent clothing for big and tall men. Superb quality work! for us big guys it’s finally nice to have something that fits well and is still comfy I really love how boohoo is I’ve spent so much time looking for great clothing but every time I always get the “ sorry we don’t have it in stock or we don’t have your size”. so it’s really great that they exist! and I’m 6’4 318 Lbs I’ve always been satisfied with my purchases.

MISSING PACKAGE. I’ve reached out to this company via email due to the fact that they do not have any customer service phone number they do not respond on WhatsApp they do not respond on Twitter and they do not respond on Facebook I’ve been missing my package for a week now and I have yet to hear from a boohooMAN representative they created a case with FedEx but did not reach out to me once FedEx contacted me they told me to contact the seller so it seems to be a game of back-and-forth I am now missing a package and I am out of $200 I would not recommend this app or site to anyone and I will never be ordering from them again

STAY AWAY !. I bought around 8 items from this website. I paid extra for fast shipping by paying for UPS. Upon arrival I was asked to pay 34 extra dollars. Turns out the company wanted me to pay for their UPS fees and pass the cost on to me. They said they would reimburse me once I paid the C.O.D. (The 34 dollars). The only problem is you can only pay for it USING A CHECK. Aside from it being an inconvenience that I would have to pay for a fee that I shouldn’t ever have to pay, they ask me to ask someone I know to pay for it. Imagine asking your customers to pay fees after they paid the full price on your products. I hope this helps others to stay away from this brand.

Bug to fix. I like the clothing brand so far but when it comes to the app, it just takes you from the app and jumps you to a web browsing page. Which is cool because I can still do my shopping but what’s the point of me subscribing to your email for the “special offers” “when downloading the app” but, you can’t even use the app?? This is pretty much false advertising and not cool. Especially since we’re under a global pandemic and I could of easily took my money else wherever. So for that reason I’m giving you guys a 4 STAR review. Pretty dope how I’m copping swag from Europe, getting laced with some foreign drip so overall I’m pretty happy!! FIX YOUR APP. SOLID 4 STARS !!!

Quality for low prices. I love the designs of the clothes that they got in here. Although it’s made in China and I don’t really feel good about that, but Nike and many other high end brands like Gucci are technically made in China. On of my bros put me on. Shorts are kinda tight go extra size over! But t shirts go a little big!

Tracking shipments is a pain. Shopping off the app is okay, however good luck ever getting an estimate when your package will arrive. Normal companies will give you a tracking ID to put into google and it will immediately tell you where your package is and when it will be delivered. Off the app it makes you look up the email you received after paying to get the order number, which then needs copied into the app. Then for some reason you have to go through three identity authentications to prove you are not a robot. Finally you find out where your package is at if the app doesn’t crash in that whole process. Booo boohooman; if someone has stolen my phone and hacked into all my accounts, I have bigger problems than them knowing what day of the week my $20 silver and pink satin bomber will arrive.

Love it just confused on something. This app is great and it got some great choices but I’m confused on the sizes because when you look at it, it has options like 30s, 30r, and 30L and I looked at the size chart but I still got no clue what it means. Can you help me understand or maybe switch it to the regular (30x30, 30x31, etc)

Pretty poor shopping experience. I purchased some workout gear from this app and followed the sizing guides exactly. When the clothes arrived the quality was really low for the price and the sizes were smaller than the sizing guide indicated. Despite this, the customer service staff initially refused a full refund even though I followed their sizing recommendations. It’s been a couple of months and several emails to customer service. They are non-responsive and have only refunded a fraction of what they promised. I can’t recommend shopping here based on their lack of support and below satisfactory build quality for the cost. If something goes amiss, you could end up being ignored.

Bad bad bad. Hoodie I ordered didn’t have correct design printed on it, sizing guide is way off, material is cheap. Nothing looks the same on the website when you get it

Poor customer service. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans, same size however they were very different when worn. Unable to exchange for correct size and had to pay for return, shipping is not refunded.. and then expected to pay for shipping on new items.. I don’t think so.. Get your sizing consistent across your products or offer exchange or free shipping returns..

Good products but system suck. I forgot to update new address before i placed the order. Contacted the customer service, they couldn’t do anything about it. Couldn’t even cancel the order for me. If the other tenant takes and steak the order, it will be last order with this shopping app. It seems that they wasn’t even try to help me. At least allow me to cancel the order before it will be dispatched. They won’t even let me cancel the order as well. Either take the order at your old address, if it is gone, your money is burnt. Not recommended!!!. Don’t fall for the pictures you see on the page. It looks nothing like it. I ordered 6 different shirts. Order got delayed and when it finally arrived, 1. Packaging took me by surprise. All 6 shirts put into one plastic bag and most T-shirt’s were like crumbs. 2. Some shirts were smelling very bad. Probably the dye but it was awful. I tried few and my body started to itch right away. So I packed it back up. 3. Very poor quality of material. It just felt odd when I opened the first tshirt. It just didn’t feel right. The quality was below average. 4. Don’t be confident on the size. Even though I chose the same size for all the shirts , each shirt differs in length and breadth from one another. 5. Again the QUALITY( JUST AWFUL) I returned it right away bearing a loss of 30$ in courier charges. The overall rating looks decent but it seems they filter the negative reviews. I DONT RECOMMEND FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS.

Bad quality and bad sizes. I order like 3 jeans 2 joggers and 2 shirts . They arrived in 6 to 7 days and i try it on and everything was just too bog like i ordered XS joggers and they are like xl size that’s horrible. Everything was just too big if u order small or XS still its not gonna fit you

I’m a new user. I’ve tried ordering a few pants but when I go to select the “Pay” button all it says is “payment error”. I’ve even tried another card but it still says “payment error”. I’ve typed in the correct info both times but it still doesn’t work. Don’t shop here!. Customer service is terrible! You speak to over 5 people on one request and they are not on the same page. I never received my package, TWICE! Which I understand it happens. However, I’m asking for my refund and they are hesitant to give my money back for the full price I paid. I’ve been dealing with them for over a month. They offered me a $5 gift card to shop there which I will never shop with them again. Don’t order from them!

Hit or miss for America. Terrible customer service, my package came a week late, I still haven’t received my second part of my package for some odd reasons they divided the order in half. Not easy for international. I've ordered a lot of things from here before. Sizing can be weird but there's no system for exchanging product, the company literally just doesn't offer it. You have to return and reorder but if you go to re order you don't exactly get the deal you initially received...how is it 2019 and an online based retailer doesn't offer these services? Dissapointing. I just decided to return everything I ordered since I couldn't just exchange the pants for my 3 piece suit.

Wish we could see the bought clothes…. When you buy clothes or anything else, you cannot click on the imagine to see the item. You only get a thumbnail view of it, it doesn’t bring you to the listing of the item you tried to click on. Very Inconvenient but app is still good.

Haven’t received items after a month. I have waited nearly a month for my clothes to arrive when it said it would arrive in under 2 weeks. I paid over 10$ for shipping and when I look where my package is it says it hasn’t moved in 10 days. There was no way to contact them because the WhatsApp number wasn’t working. I was really excited about this app and I loved the clothes but this will be my last time shopping here.

Warning! Be very careful paying for express shipping!. Even though they offer express shipping… it won’t be express shipping, tons of people are having the same problem with UPS! I don’t know if the company is dense or just bad at picking a good carrier for international deliveries. It’s obvious the company they ship with is having problems with packages coming up “missing”. Instead of finding a new carrier they just keep using the same one. Pretty dumb if you ask me.

Don’t do it!!!! They are the worst!!!. I ordered from this company and paid for expedited shipping. I was supposed have had this order by October 9th - it is now October 11th and I haven’t gotten my order. I messaged this company and was told that they will look into offering me a refund if I don’t have my order by October 25th - 16 DAYS AFTER I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE MY ORDER - you know, the order that I paid extra to get on time!!! Do not order from this company!! I will also be messaging their celebrity front people to let them know what this company does with their product!!!

Make the size chart better 😭. App works perfectly, clothes delivered earlier than expected, but then none of them fit. I got mostly jeans and cargo pants, which I had ordered based on a really confusing size chart in the app that didn’t match the details of the pants. I get it’s a risk buying clothes online and hoping they fit… but jeez can we please fix the size guide charts to make them easier to understand 🙏 thanks.

Scam likely. This company sent me the wrong order, and the only way to contact is through social media. I spoke to 2 different individuals on two other platforms, and they both are unhelpful. They have my email address but will not send me the return postage. Instead, they will “refund” me After I send proof of postage when it's their mistake. The quality of this shirt is cheap, and not worth the stress. Buy AMERICAN and save the hassle. I will delete and inform all my friends to stay away from this scam!!!

Overall review. I've been shopping with boohoo for a few years and I simply love them I just hate that I have to order a size up on shirts due too shrinking and with that being said it's hard to buy a oversize shirt because I be way to long and I don't want to order true size because of shrinking.

General Complaints. This has been a really slow shipping experience. Why does your team split up packages. It’s really annoying to get 4 pieces and be still waiting 2 weeks for the rest. Isn’t that a logistical nightmare on your end? I now don’t know what is tracking, or where anything else. What a mess. I’ll be returning most of my last order because of poor shipping and the joke is I paid for shipping and will have to pay to return it. You’ve taken my money and my time. Sizing is always all over the place nothing is consistent so you have to buy multiple sizes of everything, ensuring you will have a return. This will be my last order. I won’t miss the HUNDREDS of emails and notifications.

Wishlist problem. Having issues with my wishlist not showing all my items I saved Also would be nice to have an option to get notifications when items restock unless I’m missing something I don’t see an option for that

If I could give no stars I would!. The best way i could describe this app is, Imagine looking at a freshly made chocolate chip cookie and you bite into it to find out it’s actually oatmeal raisin. It shows amazing deals but then you go to buy it and you don’t have any customer service nor a accurate time your order will be shipped. Once I realized that they didn’t have an actual person handling the customer service and reading the other reviews, I felt scammed.

Two lost shipments and mediocre customer service. I’ve tried to make 2 purchases on the last couple months through this app and this is the second one that has gotten lost. The shipping never updated from the start on this last order. And apparently the only way to communicate with customer service is through WhatsApp? Wishlist change. I had a long wishlist of items I wanted to purchase in the future. But now the wishlist can only be 10 items so it deleted all of that information. Having such a small wishlist is super limiting especially when I like so many of their options.

Amazing. the prices are pretty cheap for a clothing app with such good quality , they need more smalls and extra smalls they sell out fairly quickly , only problem is that shipping may take 2-4 weeks and mine took 2 months because of “weather” but when I contacted them they were very nice!

I bought 20 items, for just around $300 total & only received 10 of the things I bought, now that I keep tracking my other 10 it seems to be lost within the warehouse & I can’t even get a refund or they resend the other 10 clothes that I never received, I have been waiting for months now for a response, this is a complete rip off

Minor thing. I love BoohooMAN I always buy my suits from here and ASOS. The only issue with the two is organization. The clothes are scattered all over the place, wish that the items were paired with each other instead of me seeing a nice pair of suit pants and having to scroll down 16 it’s to find the suit jacket.

Customers Service. I believe customer service can make or break a company and this one has one of the worst customer services ive ever seen for a big clothing company that makes a $billion a yr. they dont allow people in america to call all they have is text or email which takes too long

Theft and Lies. I purchased some items and a few weeks later I reached out to them because my order didn’t arrive yet and they only refunded me $2.99 shipping. I took a screen shot and showed them that they only refunded me for the shipping and not the items and they told me that my money could be hidden in my account or in Apple Pay?? I literally just showed them a screen shot of only $2.99 that I received from them. That’s hilarious. What a joke. At least make sense when you lie so pitifully and STEAL.

Website not clear. Is it one size fit all? I’m looking for information about sizes and it takes me to a page with a bunch of writing none of which is relevant. Needs to fix site! Nice stuff but I can’t shop when the pics are not clear and I can’t see what is written on the shirt (maybe it’s the wrong message for me?) and sizes needs to be very clear! Would buy like 5-6 things but gave up instead... let me know when you fix it so I will come back.

Shopping cart. The app is easy to navigate but I had an issue where but I would send things to the shopping cart, exit the app and by the time I came back to checkout everything that were in the cart had disappeared. Happened quite a few times. :(

It would be GREAT if they could put the matching outfits TOGETHER. meaning, if im purchasing the pants have the shirt underneath as a “Suggested option item” so i don’t have to go type in and search for the exact match!
