Vans Family App. The app is great, but to redeem most of your rewards you have to go to the stores most of the time. I don’t have time to go to the stores often so this is why I use the app. Also, I have gone to the stores and they are out of the rewards I need or want. There should be an option to just ship all rewards to your home. Finally, I have reached out to the vans family phone number or email and I have not received a response. Those are the areas of improvement for me. There’s my two cents!!

luv vans but.... so i’ve had this app for a while now and everything was fine, and one day it just randomly logged me out. I’ve tried to get back into my account but it claims password and email is incorrect, but i do get emails from vans family. When i try to send the password reset email it never comes in. Today i spent some times reading reviews, and didn’t find one with this experience. It’s just strange to me. As an individual who only wears vans it’s quite annoying because i want to redeem my points, but i cannot because i can’t log in! so hopefully it improves !!

Horrible place to shop. I was a loyal customer for over 15 years. I had a ton of points to redeem online. So I redeemed 4,000 points to get two vans duffle bags. I only received one (eventually) and they just kept my other 2,000 points and told me there was nothing they could do. They were also rude when I messaged them about the problem. I was extremely shocked and disappointed with my whole experience. I will never shop here again and will encourage my friends and family to do the same. What a waste of time and money.

Works but referral doesn’t.... So i got this app, it was 3.7 stars and I was like cool! But I got it and it is a fine app, good graphics and good system kind of like the windows points thing system! So I was like let’s get some stickers or vans! And there is all of that the only thing is, when I try and refer a friend it doesn’t have a link so it makes it a bit acaward and I don’t get my 5x points for these stickers I want! Idk if the app is discontinued or if it’s just broken but if you try and msg someone or just copy the text it doesn’t send a link. But besides that good app but needs a little improving. Also they should have something to tell about this app if they are still funding it becuase I’m pretty sure the last time I went to vans, like 2 months ago, they didn’t have this or just didn’t tell anyone about it, ik nothing gonna change and I don’t want it to be like a GameStop where they flutter you with random crap you don’t want, but it’s just a thought.

Bugs or something. I saw on tik tok that if i won 2000 points on the app i could win a duffle bag. I downloaded the app and i did the whole what’s your shoes size, what do you like to do. i earned like 450 points and saw them in the earned category , so i know i earned them but when i went on the home screen at the top it shows how many points you have and it said 0 but i knew i earned points. So why didn’t my points add up?? can anyone tell me what to do

Love my membership!!!. I absolutely love being a member of the Van’s Family!!! This is my favorite loyalty program by far!! I always look forward to all the new Van’s products I can redeem my points for. And most of all I make it a point to by new shoes at least once or twice every 2 months!!!

Better rewards:. Hi, I’m writing to suggest better rewards for your loyal and maybe older customers like myself , i grew up on a skateboard and have always worn Vans apparel and shoes. My suggestion would be, make rewards directly accessible to customers who have a certain amount of points by this y mean better merchandise than stickers or a coloring book, i suggest shoes , or at least a t-shirt. I understand that your brand has to focus marketing on young people, but don’t forget about us older loyal customers, after all your slogan is “ of the wall since 1966”.

Why can’t I shop?. I really like this app, responsive and put together. I especially enjoy the idea of providing individuals with incentives for creativity. (Submitting photos for earning additional points) However I am disappointed that there’s no option for shopping or tracking orders. It would be incredible to put a pair of pants, some Sk8 Hi’s into an online shopping cart and be able to purchase with my thumbprint. That would change the game.

it was ok. it was fun but it wouldn’t send a referral to get the 500 points and also i tried to change my email because i put the wrong one in, and it wouldn’t let let, but when i went to make a new account, it said “CMN0620E The logon ID ‘*’ that was specified already exists” so if anyone can tell me what that means then... so i couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it to fix it so yeah moral of the story, don’t log out of the app or make any mistakes when signing up

No points. I already purchased two times at vans and I didn’t receive my points. I gave my phone number to the cashier and I don’t know why I never have them. I purchased more than $200 for those 2 times and I didn’t get my points. I tried to put my information of my purchase and the app says that they couldn’t find it, revise my information and try again, I revise my information and it is correct and always say the same thing that they couldn’t find it. 🙄🙄🙄

Disappointed. I love the company and the concept of the app. However, throughout using the app I would watch videos or participate in different things to earn points and it showed where I watched it or whatever. But it wouldn’t give my any points. I thought maybe it was my phone so I tried deleting it and re-downloading it. Nothing changed. I tried using a different email to start all over. It wouldn’t give me any points at all then. I think it had to be a glitch in the app. I would’ve loved saving my points up to use them for something really cool. But it disappointed me a lot with this incident.

Family Values. I will say, I’ve been a part for the Vans Family for a short time, but I’ve been a Vans fan for years! I love their shoes so much I think that I have more Vans then any other shoe. I also love their clothes but sometimes I find that the size I need is unavailable. I definitely love the Vans brand and the Vans Family app has been great so far. Can’t wait to do more and get more out of it.

Style and insane Comfort. I became not just another surfer, with New shoes. Became a pro surfer’ that could handle any wave’ on the tour. Because these new vans’ gave me water knowledge to take all waves on , 1983 was a long time ago. But i still surf and wear the legendary vans’ now with 17 pairs, of Extreme comfort and style., please help meObtain more style and comfort’ in the legendary Vans! Surfer john ready to paddle out. One problem. I would rate it a 5 star if I could have my actual birthday.... because when I was making. A account it said put ur birthday so I did it is currently march a I tried putting October cuz that's my birthday it was grey and wouldn't let me select that Option u could only use January February or march.... I just think that's needs to be fixed pls fix.

good app, one suggestion. I just recently downloaded this app but I really love it. The t shirt giveaway thing ends on my birthday and I’ve entered bc a couple times so I hope I get them haha! But I do have one suggestion. I think there should be like a daily reward kinda thing, like every time you open the app you get 5 points or something. Or it could like build up like you open the app one day and get a point then you open it again the next day and you get 2 points and so on and when you reach 5 points it just continues going as 5 points until you miss a day opening the app then you start back at 1 point. Just an idea for a way to get a little extra points! But overall pretty decent app.

Login Failure. I am unable to log in. The app will not allow me to get past the email screen. After inputting my email the app removes the next button. After inputting it a second time the app's screen is shifted all the way up displaying the email near the time display on my screen. I have deleted and downloaded the app again, reset my phone, and switched to a data connection yet the app still does the same thing. So it seems to be a bug problem. After looking at some reviews it seems that others are having the same problem. I also saw there was bug fixes for that specific situation and since then no one had wrote a review about that specific problem; perhaps it suddenly arose again. Also, I would like to note I have one of the latest Iphones (12).

Just one issue for me. Great app otherwise!. I like this app a lot, I go on it occasionally to acquire free points. However, one specific question “how big are those feet” is not answerable for me no matter what answer I put. Every time I put in my shoe size and my shoe gender in it says “please complete the challenge by specifying all the requested attributes”, WHICH IVE DONE. BC i can’t answer it I’ve seen the same unanswerable question on my “earn points” feed now for many months and it will not go away. I’m just hoping maybe a developer will see this and possibly find a fix for it. I feel like I can’t be the only one experiencing this.

I’m kinda mad but in love. So I love the app but I jut earned all the points I can get I guess and there is no more I can do so I only have 800 which I mean is a lot but still I want more. Also I really don’t have time to go to the store and get the stickers so I really want to order it and have it come to my house in the mail because I can’t go to vans a lot

cool but has problems. I like the idea of it and I like how I can get stuff that nobody else can get lol But see, the points never really update and I did all of them, and I don’t live in an apartment or suite, I live in an actual house so I have no clue what to put in the apt/suite/unit thing. And it won’t let me leave it blank. Also I feel like nobody really wins stuff and everyone kinda forgot about this app. I downloaded this so I can look at Vans products but like ig this is okay

Points don’t always get redeemed. This app was cool at first, but then I got logged out and it was a huge pain to try and change the email bc I forgot the original one. Then I ordered some shoes online and tried to get the points for that and it didn’t work. I tried calling costumer service, and I understand I was going to have to wait, but I’ve tried calling multiple times and still can’t get through. The only actually working good thing is probably just the fact we get discounts sometimes.

Love the products, hate the app. Don’t get me wrong I love vans and I always will but I always find myself going in store to purchase any items. It seems like the app and the website are always down.. and I mean ALWAYS. Every time I want to buy online it’s hits me with the “we are making some updates to our site and should be back up shortly” or the classic “try again in a few minutes”. The whole point of the app is to buy merchandise from the comfort of your own home and this reoccurring issue not just once every few months. And when it does work the layout of the item category makes it hard to find what I’m looking for, would be nice if there was a much cleaner layout. Hopefully this issue/bug with the website and app will be resolved soon 🩷

Vans points for $150 purchase never credited. Big waste of time! Would not credit me for a December Vans Custom purchase received 2nd week in January. 5 Vans service representatives responded avoiding to credit, just to in the end stating that my order has yet to process and ship and that’s why we’re not credited. Received order almost 3 weeks ago so they don’t mind lying. Shame for 1500 points to waste a good customer and great fans time and ... Daughter is disappointed. Don’t trust the customer representatives as they do nothing to actually help you!

Need more online website features.. I like that app but I wish you could do what you can do online far as in creating custom bans or even ordering a pair of vans. When I first got the app that’s what I thought you could do but it’s really only for keeping up with your points and using your points. Please add that to the app. The app should correlate to the online website.

can’t even log in. when I go to log in on the app, there’s a space for me to enter my email and there’s a button that says Next on the bottom. When I type my email in (or even click in the space to type and get out) the “Next” button disappears. And after two tries, the screen goes all the way up and you have to restart the process over again. Very frustrating that the first step of the app isn’t even working for me. There’s nothing I can even do about it either

It won’t let me log in. Vans are the only shoes I have ever bought I am a big fan! I am getting very stressed out tho because I’ve reached out to vans support to help me log in and there is nothing I can do I spend so much money there and don’t get to use my points! I feel like not even wanting to go there anymore because they haven’t tried to help me. All I’m saying is I’ve been a loyal costumer and they don’t even try to help me figure this out I don’t understand! I have the right email right password and it still tells me to sign up when I already have. Please help

Can’t log back in. As much as I want to write a long review about how awesome this app is. I saved up to over 5000 points waiting for an awesome reward to come my way (which sadly there are only a few options now as opposed to the past with more than 10 different rewards) but then it made me log in and got denied with the message of an annoying “sorry! Try again later”. I am very disappointed to also see that others have experienced the same thing and with no help from the devs besides a “change your password, ThAt MiGhT HeLp”. The app was great but now I can’t log back in even after changing my password. It is even more upsetting seeing that the update notes don’t include anything about resolving this issue. After the amount of time I have not been on the app, it is safe to assume those points have gone away.

Does not work after new update. After the new update the screen stays frozen on tge part that says let’s get to know you better. I can’t scroll down nor rotate screen. I have closed app, restarted device, and everything is updated in settings. I have points saved from before the app was updated, so would like to get the app to work.

Awful user experience. I have no idea how this app has 4.9 stars. These have to be bot reviews. I don’t even know where to begin with this app. Pros: - nothing Cons: - makes you sign in every time you login - freezes when loading up new pages constantly - if you click an item and try to go back, you have to reset the search filter and scroll all the way back down to continue your search. It is the biggest pain to even click anything knowing you just scrolled through 300 pairs of shoes and if you click something you’ll have to do it all over again with the slow loading times on top of it all - UI is strange and clunky. The app feels like it’s out of 2014 There’s plenty more I could go into but you get the idea. Just shop on the website. If you guys need help fixing your app just let me know. I like easy money 🙂

App doesn’t work. I have been trying too use this app for a while now. I keep on logging back in and hoping that they improve it but sadly nothing. The app doesn’t seem too work at all every time I try too shop it seems too work real slow and buffer again and again. Your better off just shopping through there actual website which actually seems too have problems as well. Vans if your reading this please take care of this issue in the near future.

Just got a free pair of shoes!!!. I entered one of the “submit your story” things and today I just got a pair of shoes in the mail. I was so confused because my mom asked what I ordered and I was like I didn’t order anything and I saw it was from vans so I was confused. I opened it and there was a message inside saying “we love surprises” and a whole note and I also got a sticker. The shoes were low vans and they’re like a grey blue color it’s so cute. This is my first time winning anything so I’m so excited! I can’t believe I actually got a free pair of shoes😳 I’m also going on vacation to California and I’m leaving today so these really came at the perfect time! Love the shoes! Thanks Vans!😆

Vans Family Rocks!!. I can’t explain how much I value the Vans Family. Not only do I love the product it’s also a huge part of my culture. I love this ap because it’s fun to explore and participate in all that it offers. I love the events and also the news. I’ve gotten a chance to win prizes and play games and watch videos that I love. This ap is the best. Thank you Vans family!

Awesome Store. Honestly I’ve been loving Vans for YEARS, crazy awesome shirts they got with some comfy shoes and I literally love spending money at any one of their stores, although I wouldn’t call this part an actual issue, I just miss the old point system a tiny bit, I liked being able to choose out which rewards I wanted online and redeem multiple for points but now it seems like you only get one for every point cycle which was kind of upsetting to find out since I had been saving up my points for a bit. But great app regardless and I love the stores a lot! But if there was any chance to take that old point system back I wouldn’t say no ‼️

Not very nice to teens under 17 with restrictions. I overall really like the app but when my dad changed the restrictions on my phone, it made it where I can’t use the app. It would be nice if it wasn’t rated 17+ on the App Store because of the weirdest things ever. Anyways, I still really like the app and that’s really the main thing why I’m writing this review. Been wearing vans for a few years now and I really like the brand and the things you guys offer.

Can’t sign in. I’ve logged into my vans family account on their site roughly 50 times of the past couple of years with zero issue. I install the app and it tells me my passwords wrong, then locks me out. Then I can sign in on the website and it wants me to reset my password. Vans customer service had to send me a reset link because the previous several from the site expired despite clicking them the second I got them. Finally got my password reset and the site acknowledges my username/password are correct but won’t sign me in. The app still says my password is wrong and wants me to reset it. This has been going on for 2 months now

Best app ever. Find everything you need and things you never thought you did. Plus you get a chance to see some of the world’s unique and coolest skaters do some sick runs. I’m telling you this is one killer app that offer more than any company I have come across in a long time.

“vans family”. I just downloaded the app and there’s stuff already wrong with it. I made an account and everything was normal until I had to add more information. I tried to add my birthday and it wouldn’t work, after I tried adding my birthday and it wouldn’t work and it chose one for me. My birthday is messed up and I can’t even fix it. Something for real is wrong with this app it’s definitely not working as designed, unless they designed it to be a horrible app that doesn’t even take the right information and puts in what it wants too. FIX YOUR APP!!! PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

I can’t log in to my original account😡. The app is pretty good and I enjoy it a lot but I stopped using it for awhile and I just installed it back but when I try to put in my information it keeps saying my ID or password is incorrect even though it’s not and I can’t make a new account because it says my phone number or email is taken I could use an alternate email but it won’t let me use my phot number because it’s already on my account that I can’t get into and I feel like it’s a waste of time using someone else’s phone number because what I do on the app is my business and no one else’s, this is extremely frustrating

Dope Rewards. Right off the bat you get a load of points by basically doing nothing. But after that, you say what the heck how do I earn more points? Well this is when you have to spend actual money to get the big rewards. It’s honestly so worth it in my eyes but if you don’t want to or can’t spend money on Vans, that’s alright because you still get free stuff anyways. I 100% recommended this app.

App no longer works, can’t access or redeem points.. I recently uninstalled the app because it was crashing my phone (which is not old and is updated to iOS 16). The app then was no longer available in the US at all. It finally was added back to App Store, so I thought the issues would be fixed. I have about 20K vans family points I cannot access or redeem. The app doesn’t work. It always gives an error and doesn’t let me log in. I’ve sent several emails to Vans customer service, and they haven’t bothered to respond. For a very loyal customer, this is pretty infuriating.

Things not working?. The app is great and I was so excited to see what things I could possibly get however my points won’t load quickly at all so I don’t really know how many points I have until like an hour later. Another issue I keep having is when I try to refer a friend it will not work. This is a good app but I wish it would be just a little better.

Expiration of points/ no items available at stores. I visited two locations to redeem my points and both locations (VIctoria Gardens/Chino Hills in Southern California) both we’re out of everything I wanted to redeem... employees shared to come back once they restocked... because of waiting for stores to replenish I just noticed that my account lost 950 points... had your stores had items to redeem, I would have never lost my points. If there is someone that can support to reinstate, it would be much appreciated.

Claiming Merch. I LA LA LA LOOOOOVE this app and I’m OBSESSED with VANS! I couldn’t even tell you how many pairs I own now and in the past lol Friggin’ love me some Vans. Buuut, the only “complaint” that I have is- probably like a year ago I got enough points to claim a Vans phone case so I obviously did! Bam, super easy! Hit the Redeem button and within like two weeks or so, got my new case in the mail. Loved it, btw! But now, every time I try to redeem something, it tells me I have to redeem it in a store; which is cool and all but I really like the fact that I could just get my stuff mailed to me. How come that changed???? I would definitely go back to 5 stars if that was an option again! Thanks Fam :) I still love and support!! Would just like to be able to get my “prizes” sent to me in the mail just cuz life gets pretty busy and I don’t ever have the time to find a store to redeem my stuff at! Thanks again Fam, much love!

Seems like a partial web wrapper instead of app built from the ground up. I like to load all of the shoes at once and when I scroll far enough down, click into a shoe, and go back it is either a blank page that doesn't load or it goes back to the top of the list. This makes it impossible for me to get through all the shoes. When I browse the nike or Adidas app I prefer to use those but for vans at least until I go through the whole catalogue I'll stick to my laptop web browser.

From-Chris Allen. I been a huge VANS! Fan since a young age headed to PV in KCMO hella huge names heard all around and great skaters I went to My first skate show when I was 13 wit all my skater 🛹 homies. Of course we grown now I’m 21 and they like 23-27 now so we all doing good man just taking care of fam now and I gotta son now he is 3yrs old his name is Justice I buy him VANS! As well

I Can’t make an account. I have gone to many stores for vans purchased more times than I can count. I decided to get this app in order to look through what you guys have in store. So I’m making my account and it asks for first and last name. When I try clicking on the last name it looks like it scrolls up. I try to scroll back but nothing happens. I think it might be some sort of glitch with this app but it happens every time I open the app. I’ve deleted this app and reinstalled and it still does it. I even got a new phone and decided to see if it would work. Still doesn’t but wanted to let you guys know that it is something that happens and I would enjoy it if it got fixed. I can’t give you guys a 1 Star as I enjoy your products.

Absolutely have loved Vans doll!! Have worn Vans since I was 4now I am 55 love Vans Family too.. I absolutely love Vans and love being apart of Van’s Family❤️I grew up wearing Vans for 51 years. My siblings have worn them since before you had a store and you were selling out of your garage. We were talking about Vans with my 91 year old dad who told us that at dinner last night.

My Vans Blanket. I could never find a vans store with any of the vans family rewards in stock. And I happened to be there the day they came out with the blanket but didn’t have enough points. My man Kobe was super cool and was joking with me the whole time and held the blanket for me. They held it for me for a week. When I came to grab the blanket I showed up at exactly 7:00 pm when they close and the lady was nice enough to let me cash in my points and get my blanket.

Not worth much. The app doesn’t really give the user much benefit. Redeeming points is through a physical store most the time, and the three times I’ve gone in they haven’t had the item I’ve wanted. Points accumulate because you can’t use them. Not even for a 10% off your purchase or something like that. I’d love to get discounts or have a wider range of rewards that can actually be redeemed!! So it’s great for Vans to market to you, but doesn’t really benefit me much. I wish they had a great loyalty program than they do.

Long road. I was born in 1966 in a small town in Lancaster Pennsylvania at the age of 11 I moved to Southern California to Huntington Beach got my first pair of vans when I was 12 years old I’ve never looked back the vans slip Ons with the double colors yellow on the side blue in the front I was the coolest thing since sliced bread vans have been a part of my life my whole life I introduced them to my mother who is 83 years old and has three pairs introduced them to my fiancé which now has two pairs herself and my 32-year-old son has been wearing them since the day he was born I also have a nine-year-old little boy with special needs that has four pairs newest what’s the newest high tops I got him help support his corrective shoes fan is a great company with quality shoes I’m honored to be a part of it family is everything thank you Vance family for being a part of ours God bless

Points system. I just had got the app today and it isn’t giving me my points it says I have 0 points then I go to see my earned points and it shows me and says u have earned 200 points etc and then I go back to the hime page it says I have 0 points they need to fix there point system and make it a little easier but I’m calling customer service tomorrow and hope I can get through to them.

OG Vans fan. For 40 years I have been a diehard Vans supporter and customer. Vans family App is an awesome way to keep up with the new and the old School Vans way of life. Highly suggest if you are a Vans Fanatic like me, then this is the app to have.

Amazing app. Absolutely no problems, never had one, probably never will, after about having the app for a year or two now, I randomly got a surprise pair of Old Skool Pros in the mail and I can’t be more happy with how cool this app has been, especially with all the rewards you can get.

Vans. I normally just shop and just rack up points but when they told me to download the app I didn’t think it would be this awesome!!! I’m earning more points and getting cool stuff

Vans Forever. Just another example of Vans doing things a little different with such amazing results. Vans knows we’re apart of the family, the most important part. That’s why I stay loyal.

Absolutely Amazing. I’ve had this app for years. Redeemed points for amazing easiest to navigate. Can’t beat the point system. Love the cool gear & sweepstakes and None better than the Being a part of the family. rewarda. Also was picked to receive a MASSIVE Vans family shoe for free. One word: AMAZING

One Suggestion. I love The Vans Family App however, can there be a way where you can use your points towards purchase like 10,000 points for a $5 gift card, it would be really helpful for customers who constantly buy Vans :)

Horribly Optimized. I have an Iphone 11 Pro Max and i very rarely have issues with apps being buggy, loading fast and using a lot of my battery, but this app seems to be so horribly optimized where it slows my phone down and drains a quarter of my battery in the span of 10 minutes and heats up to an uncomfortably hot degree. I have a better experience just using the website on Chrome.

Xnavygirl. I really love the Van app. It has a lot of knowledgeability and a lot of interesting video’s. I love Vans sneakers I am 54 and been wearing Vans since I was 15 years old they are so comfortable and they always have such designs since I bought my first pair I have probably owned about 200 pairs of Vans they are a great product.

Can’t log in. I was using this app a lot and am a huge fan of vans shoes so I have a lot of points but about a year ago it logged me out and I still am not able to log back in to the app. I only get a “let’s see if you already have an account” message and when I enter my email address it shows a green check mark but no option to log in. Just nothing happens. So the app and my points are worthless essentially now.

Program doesn’t work well app lacks features. The app lacks features. There are no exclusives for Memebers. The points from purchased don’t transfer to the family program and customer service just doesn’t respond. The only way to earn points is to watch crappy videos with the worlds most obscure Indi bands no one wants to hear. And crappy skate videos that are all in the style of burns film footage and chip cuts. Vans needs an update and this app isn’t helping.

Can’t finish signing up. I try and login, says I need to fill in some more info, name, email (already filled in), phone number and birthday. On the App, it doesn’t let you select the first name and last name form fields. everything else I can fill in. Try and hit submit anyways, tells me I need fill in my name. But I can’t, it doesn’t let me select the fields. Tried to go online to do it through the website, the first and last name fields are greyed out, and won’t let me fill them in. Try and hit submit anyways, says I’m missing information, my names.

Add a shopping feature. I got the app because I thought I could look at vans and make customs because the website wasn't working for me and although this app is a great way to earn points I just wish I could also shop while on this app

It’s in the moments. I beet getting my shoes here since I got my first job in high school it’s been 13 years since and I still buy them here best fit ever never been so happy to get new shoes like when I get them from here reminds me of high school good time best memories

Great app. I think it’s awesome and fun way to earn points cause they have cool, little surveys that are super short and you earn points from just giving your opinion. Also, every purchase adds to your points and you can do all that straight from this app so what more could you want

Super easy to earn. Unlike other companies that sometimes make you fight for it, the vans family makes it easy to earn points. Also all the stuff they offer is super cool(or maybe I just love anything with the vans logo on it).

Off the wall 4 life. I love the shoes, apparel, accessories and the skate swag. Comfort and affordability for all. Every time I go into a Vans location I’m treated like part of the family. Nearly hate to leave. I love the hoodies and half cab sweats very cush. Sk8/hi’s blackouts and Gill Crockett’s old school lows are some sweet choice kicks. Thanks Vans very happy family fan.

App trouble. I recently added and deleted and re added the new app and I’m not able to click on anything, it’s like it’s froze and I’m still not able to do anything. Please help

I love Vans Family!. I’m super stoked about this app, it gives you an incentive for purchasing Vans products! (10 points per $1) Rewards are 100x easier to obtain v.s say, Zumiez Stash which is almost impossible to save up enough points to redeem something worth all your points. Keep in mind that some rewards have to be redeemed physically in a Vans store. I highly recommend this app, and of course Vans merchandise!

improvements. I love Vans! I wear them almost everyday; although, I wish the app had an update where you could shop and track your orders. I downloaded this app as a quick and accessible way to track my purchases and add items to my favorites for future purchase, but I was disappointed to find out that this was not the intense use for the app, an update with those added features or maybe a new app would be great!

No more mailed out rewards.. I’ve been using vans shoes since as far as I can remember. Going into my 30s I am still wearing vans today. I found out that vans will no longer be shipping out rewards. I am pretty disappointed as I live in a very rural area and there is no vans location anywhere near me.

How about the ability to buy stuff?. There are certain aspects of this app that are pretty good. However given the hype surrounding some of the exclusive Vans Family releases that are available, the lack of an ability to purchase these through the app seems really counter intuitive. Vans are historically pretty poor at communicating where exactly to find these (I.e. the Metallica drop) so the lack of signposting can leave customers frustrated and disappointed (like this reviewer).

Vanz Family. This is a great app it functions great and it works really well. There is a little problem with the thing u have to send to a friend, it won’t work and won’t send the link it needs little improvement but after all it is an cool app whether your getting shoes or stickers etc.

Just one thing to add. Vans has an app where you can redeem points and gain points, yet you don’t have a place to shop for shoes in the vans app. You should totally make an update so the people who use this app also have the option to shop for vans shoes :)

Always Represent. I’m from OC. I’ve worn Vans since grade school. I’m 48 now and still rockin them. From flip flops to snow boots. Customs to seasonal themes. Star Wars, Peanuts, Finding Waldo, and Toy Story. That’s not including the apparel. My entire family. We have over 100 pairs of shoes between 3 people. I will always be a Vans fan. Always represent!!!!!

Update. I like how the crew listened to feedbacks and ideas because, a while back I suggested (and maybe it wasn’t just me) but, for the app to have more vibrant colors and easier access points to different sections amongst the app and everything is easier and more welcoming. It’s sick 🤘🏽

Time to upgrade. I think this app should be nicer if you make a space for us vans lovers to share pictures of ourselves wearing our vans, skating chilling etc, something like Instagram but only for vans users, and a space for shopping vans Merch too, it would be nice, I’ve been using the app since 2018 so I thought that an upgrade could be good, and you should expand to Mexico, we love vans here too

Five-star feedback. Absolutely love the fact that I get text messages for all the promotions. I don’t always go onto the app to see when there are giveaways so getting the text message about it is fantastic.

Feeling Appreciated. Honestly, this app makes me feel appreciated for shopping at Vans. The rewards are awesome, there are ways to points without spending money in store, and there are neat insider stuff you can only see through the app.

Love the app but there’s not enough of it. I love using this app, and wildly enjoy earning points. However, there is just not enough ways to earn points. I will check in everyday for weeks and there won’t be anything new to earn points with. It doesn’t feel like much of a rewards system because of that.

App is great!!. App is fast quick, and if you stay on it with the things they offer for points, you almost always get free things that are worth the time it takes.

App super slow. I love vans but the app is super slow even when I got to the website it's super slow it will lag out and close the app something they need to work on is making the app work more smooth I hate having the close out the app after looking through so much stuff and the screen just goes white and won't load

Not Useful. Aside from being able to redeem your points you can’t update your account email without having to call customer service. The account profile information given at the Vans store doesn't even show up in the app.

No ApplePay With In-Store Pickup. For some stupid reason, ApplePay is only available as a payment option if doing an Express Checkout, so if you want to do an In-Store pickup for your order, Express Checkout and in-turn ApplePay isn’t an available payment option. When you change the delivery option away from Ship to Home to In-Store Pickup the Express Checkout disappears at the bottom of the screen. This is STUPID and it needs to be fixed ASAP please!!!

My Fav App. Vans family app is great I love redeeming points for prices and love getting early info on new stuff if you love vans and are a big fan. You have to download this app to get insider info early access to items and get free rewards bye now

App STILL NOT WORKING!!!. everytime i try to load up the app, it freezes for 5 seconds then brings me back to the home screen. tried reinstalling the app and resetting my phone, but neither work! please fix asap!!!

To Vans. I am a surfer in Northern California growing up in cold water I needed booties and I saw that vans had the best looking pair in the world so I fell in love now I rock everything vans head to toe thank you for finding me !!! Thank you vans for finding the best style don’t know what I would rock without you!!!!

Can’t get past login anymore!. The app itself is great, when it’s working. I’ve had it nearly a year now, and haven’t been able to access anything in the past few months because it always says “Oops, something went wrong. Try again in a few moments.” I’ve considered deleting it, but I have a lot of points to redeem.

Kicks me back to login screen after a single interaction. This app started out fine, but suddenly became entirely nonfunctional. I used it for a couple days and then it began forcing me back to the login screen. Once I log in it sends me back to the login screen again after just one tap anywhere on the interface. The glitch has forced me use the website, which I can log into and use without any issue.

I LIVE FOR IT. I absolutely love this app. I’m already a vans collector and skater. And this app is legit the coolest. I’ve already earned tons of rewards and I just got the duffle bag so it should be coming soon. But this is great if you frequently buy vans stuff. I think everyone should have this app. Peace out.

Need more earn-point options. So I've been trying to get the large red flag to put in my room and I have 1,600 points because I've watched and completed everything and spent 200 points on a giveaway. I have used everything and need more options to earn points

Love it. Love being able to check out the new merchandise before heading to the store. I like being able to see what new rewards are available too. Loved the exclusive offers offered to the Vans members!

Can’t login and your points never get added. I had to call the store because when you scan the receipt it doesn’t calculate your points in the app and now I can’t even log in it’s ridiculous

Be cautious using. I used this app for the first time and it somehow had an old address on file. It immediately processed the order without having me verify first. There’s no way to cancel or change the order, believe me I called customer service and asked. I have over 100 pairs of Vans and this is the first time I’ve been let down. I hope the person living at my old apartment enjoys their new pair of shoes because I won’t be.

Love Vans, the app, not so much.. I’m a huge fan of Vans but this app is not all that great. When I make a purchase at a store the points never apply, it’s happened at least 3 times and it’s not worth wasting my time to do it manually since the prizes they offer if you redeem points are pretty sad. Offer better stuff such as discounts on shoes or maybe free shoes or merchandise once you collect so many points, also being able to shop in the app would be a great feature.

This is a Question. So I got the app yesterday day and did all the thing to go coins but today I. The morning I can’t do nothing to get more point so I am asking when do you give more videos/questions to earn points

Customs. The only thing I downloaded the app for was a potentially better experience with the customizer and it’s even worse. The page automatically resizes on its own so you can’t see the whole screen or all the options. Doesn’t save or allow you to refresh. You have to start all over. I’ll be uninstalling and going back to the website.

I love it but..... I love this app and have been using it for a few days now but there are some problems. First I can’t put in my shoe size for one of the things to get points and it’s hard to share the link for your account. Also I don’t have a vans store even close to me (2 hours away) so I can never get my rewards. :(
