Like it!. My boyfriend and I got this in preparation of me leaving for school in August. It’s overall a cute and fun piece of technology. I was a little worried after reading other reviews but it turned out working for us...it required us to update it when we first opened the app so that might have something to do with it. The only thing that keeps me from rating it 5 stars are reasons similar to other reviews... the taps are a little delayed which doesn’t particularly bother me personally but I can see why it would be annoying to some. Another issue is that you have to be near your phone to send and receive touches which can get annoying when you or your partner are not close to their phone at the moment. However, so far we are having a great time with this product. One thing I would suggest is making the actual bond touch module more compatible to other bracelets, as I tried putting it on several bracelets I already have and the openings are too narrow to fit around them.

It’s good but... My boyfriend got us these for our anniversary and I like them, he has some ify feelings about it. We’ve been dating a year and we’re long distance now so we decided to get these for our anniversary gift. We both hate how the app has to be constantly running in the background as me and him (and possibly a bunch of other people) close out of all of our apps, which would include this app disconnecting us. It would be a good idea if you could still have that connecting us without the app having to be open in the background. It would also be great if it would tell your partner when the others bracelet is charging. Me personally would like more colors like some greys maybe or lighter blues, purples, or pinks instead of these bright colors. Otherwise so far I really like this :).

Won’t pair - horrible customer service. I realize this is a brand new product, and there are going to be bugs, but I can’t even get someone to respond to my messages for troubleshooting help. Not only did I have to wait over a month to get my bracelets, then I had to send my boyfriend his on the other side of the world because they won’t ship to two separate locations (even though these are intended for LDRs!) So now that it’s been over three months and we both finally have our bracelets, the stupid things won’t pair with each other! We both have them set up entirely on our phones but our invitations to each other go nowhere! What a colossal waste of $90! I should have saved my money and put it towards a plane ticket. My advice, have an entire team dedicated to customer service when you a launching a new product so that people can actually use and enjoy it. Update: finally got these stupid things “working” but I use that term loosely. What is the point if you have to be j the application to receive touches?! Plus, you cannot review history. I could send 50 touches and my now fiancé would only ever know about the last one I sent. As soon as we are married we are getting Apple watches instead! My advice o anyone thinking about getting these, skip it or spend the extra money for 100xs the function and zero frustration!!

Cute, fun way to keep in touch. My boyfriend bought these for us even though we live together and are not long distance as advertised for use. He works 12-14 hours days 5-6 days a week. So we use these to check in throughout the day without having to pick up a phone for a text or call when it’s not available due to work. It puts a smile on my face throughout the day whenever I get a notification sent through the bracelet. We have only had them a week but they have been great for letting each other know we’re on each other’s mind throughout the day. We will never have to worry about a busy schedule that doesn’t leave time for a call or text to check in making us feel like the other is to busy to care. These are perfect for any relationship to show you think about them and say I miss you and love you in such a simple way.

Love it. Me an my boyfriend love it so far and sometimes we will even just mess with the other person seeing how long we can send a touch. The only thing I wish was like if there was a little power button or something so that way when I take it of for a while it doesn’t lose charge. Also I do wish it reached a little farther so if I’m somewhere I can’t necessarily have my phone right next to me it would work which I think is some of the point in having the bracelets so you can communicate a little when you can’t use your phone (like sometimes you’re not allowed to have your phone on you at certain work places like in a locker in the other room or something)

Can't add partner. First of all, the bracelets work perfectly fine. The problem my boyfriend and I are having is that when we get to the last step in the app where it has you type your partner's phone number, it's not sending us anything. We've tried deleting and redownloading the app, restarting our phones, and logging out and back in over the last three days and nothing is working. The request to add a partner isn't going to either of our phones and we've tried to set it up both together and apart. Secondly, they need to have a better way to respond to people that go to the support chat on their website. He messaged through the website three days ago and hasn't gotten a response so I messaged today. Their website says they are available Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm and they will respond in at most 48 hours, which apparently is a lie considering it always says "they'll be back online tomorrow".

I love this but…. I love my bracelet so much. It’s such a cute thing and has definitely become my favorite item I own. As much as I love these bracelets they have their flaws. Firstly, my bracelet tends to not pick up all the buzzes. it’ll register my wake up buzz but after that it just slowly turns off, it doesn’t matter how many times I tap it. Secondly, my bracelet tends to randomly disconnect. I will be in the middle of tapping it and it’ll flash white even if I’m right near my phone. Lastly, my private space chat does not work. I have tried restarting my phone, restarting the app, and even redownloading it. My chat still continues to not show up, and only slows a blue screen. Other than these few issues I really do love these bracelets.

New Update Is Horrible. I loved this app and it was amazing but this new updated ruined everything even the design was better before I liked the darker and more clean design you had before. My issue is with the connectivity of the bracelet with this new app. My partner and I have 2 bracelets that we usually switch out while the other one charges and with the old app I could easily choose between one or the other and select one while I let the other charge and it worked perfectly. Now with the new app I can’t even connect if I’m within 10 feet of the other one and even then 10 feet isn’t enough I will go all the way to the other side of my house and I STILL can’t connect my bracelet because it says the other one is still in range THIS IS RIDICULOUS it worked perfectly before and you guys ruined it with your new crappy update and honestly the new design makes my eyes hurt. You had it working right before then you went and ruined it all and I’m not sure why you did that but please I beg you add back the support you had before where I could just choose between the ones in range so I don’t end up getting frustrated and just selling these things or throwing them away. Way too much hassle just to reconnect my bracelet when even if I’m all the way across my house I still can’t connect cause there’s “more than one within 10 ft” (I’m wayyyyy past 10ft on the other side of the house)

Good start but needs improvement. I understand that the bondtouch company and overall the bracelets are still new and everything is still being developed as it goes but there are some serious bugs that need to be addressed. 1. Sometimes when I, or my boyfriend, send a touch the other will never receive it. Or it’ll take a day and then it won’t stop sending it so I’ll have to restart the bracelet to avoid getting the same pattern of buzzes every 4 seconds. 2. I’m pretty sure the battery percentage in the app has no real meaning behind it, besides the bracelet being at 0% or 100% it could literally be anything. I had it go from 100% to 40% then back up to 80% without doing anything throughout the day. It’s also really frustrating when I plug it in to charge overnight and I come back to it in the morning and it’s even more dead than it was before. I ordered my bondtouch bracelets back in July so I was able to get ahold of the leather bracelet model and I pity the people who have to deal with the silicone, I ordered the silicone as a bonus because I thought it would be lighter than the leather and the bracelet itself is just a horrible design honestly, I would recommend getting another bracelet similar to an apple watch’s or something because it’s such a bad design. Overall, I do really like the concept of the bracelets and it’s very helpful. I just think that these bugs need to be addressed as this company is beginning to boom with business. Thank you.

Exceptional. These bracelets are key to a long distance relationship. I got my boyfriend and I these bracelets for Christmas and we love them. Every tap feels like a warm hug from 6,000 miles away. Edit: I have come across some issues as time goes on. The battery life is really short on the bracelet, even if we don’t use it. He also has a Samsung and not an iPhone, which causes him to have to manually connect the bracelet to his phone every time he wants to send or receive a touch. If his phone is sleeping, it disconnects. I also noticed my app looks different than the pictured, as I can’t see his location or battery. This could be because he has a Samsung but I’m unsure. Overall great idea but some kinks need to be worked out.

I love it. I’ve been in a long distance relationship for almost 3 years now and this bracelet truly does something FaceTime or a phone call can’t do. Physical touch is extremely necessary in a relationship and when you and your parter are hundreds of miles apart, it’s non existent. Bond touch allows me to feel her touches through vibration, and it’s honestly the highlight of my day. I never take it off and it has been truly worth every dollar I paid. The only downside about these bracelets is the fact that you have to constantly have the bond touch app open. Other than that, great product for a long distance relationship. Do not buy this. For anyone that willing to go out of your own way to make your girlfriend or boyfriend or husband or wife don’t get this! Find different alternative because this product is alone isn’t good. Due to so many problems I wished I have known soon now I am down 102$ and no refunds and I’m stuck and hunk of junk. So please just buy your partner flowers or something else because you will regret it! And when there customer service is slow! That it takes the longest time for them to come! So coming from me it such a waste. I tried to issue a refund and they said no refunds because we opened it and used it. And on the website they never said that.. I’m so mad of how there customer service are and how they aren’t helpful and no providing the care for there customer. 102$ dollar down the drain when I could’ve gotten something better for my girlfriend.

Don’t buy this. In useable after 3 DAYS.. My boyfriend bought both of ours 3 days ago while I’m writing this. The first day was completely fine, we loved it. Really helped us. We have been in a ldr for 6 months now, going to be 7. Day two rolls around and at the beginning of the day I’m starting to not get his taps unless I manually go into the app. (Yes, it was running in the background.) If I did it was minutes late. Normally it had maybe 2 second of delay. Not bad at all. Later through the day it happened more and more. Hours and hours later of it charging we try to use them again. (Charged for 3 hours.) completely unusable. His won’t send but mine always send to him perfectly fine for some reason. We try again early early on day 3. His connects and disconnects, and then for two or three taps it’ll send on time, then the rest won’t or will arrive minutes and minutes late. This device decides when it wants to work. So frustrating that my boyfriend spent $100 on something that worked normal for ONE DAY. Do not buy this, it is defective. The idea was amazing and helped us our first day, and I loved the idea. But I’m seeing many reviews the same as mine. So until they get their stuff together, I do not suggest buying this product for $100. And I emailed them as well, so did my boyfriend. I forgot to mention that we re bonded, deleted and reinstalled the app, tested them, reconnected them, everything we tried. Low battery mode was turned off for me, and so was Do Not Disturb.

Needs Serious Improvement. My girlfriend and I recently got these and we both love the idea of it. It’s very cute and a nice thing to have. However, my main concern is about the app. 1) it seems a bit stupid to have to leave the app running in the background (which I’ve been doing) because most people like to swipe all their tabs away when they don’t use the phone to conserve battery. 2) I in fact accidentally swiped out of the app out of habit, and when I went to go back in, the app told me to tap twice to confirm... and I did that- the light of my choice coming up after I did, proving that I was tapping it twice correctly. However, the screen just stayed put- nothing happened. I cannot use the app anymore since it won’t let me confirm even though I am clearly tapping it twice like it told me. Sometimes, when I would try to reopen the app, for only half a second the normal screen where I can interact with the app would pop up but then go straight back to the screen where it tells me to confirm. I’ve notice many similar reviews and this is obviously a big issue that needs to be fixed. I like the idea of this Bond thing, like I’ve said, but the app especially seriously needs huge improvements. Very infuriating and not worth $100 from these kinds of malfunctions on top of sometimes being very delayed, lying about the charge, not charging at all sometimes, being uncomfortable on the wrist for every day use, and much much more.

Eh.. Alright so let me start off by saying everything about the actual bond touch product came wonderfully. BUT the app is a whole other thing, I was super excited to set up my new bracelets and immediately downloaded the app, problem is I can’t even get past the phone number conformation. I put in my number in and it’s saying that they are unable to connect to their servers and to check my network. My network is working fine on everything else and I even re downloaded the app. Still same message. So I reached out to tech support chat, they told me others were experiencing the same issue and they were on it. I asked when they might have it resolved and I was ignored and left on read! So I’m sitting here with two bracelets that can’t be set up and an app that doesn’t even work with no idea when it will be resolved. My excitement quickly dissipated to disappointment and frustration.

Like it but...... They do not work like the company claims it to. The help and feedback buttons do not work. Most of the time I can not log back into the app and I and my partner have to delete it then re-download it back on to get it to work. Not to mention that the bands are only supposed work if you have the app on, but part of the time that doesn’t even work! They advertise that you can let you partner that you’re thinking about them or love them at any time from anywhere, however I have to have an app open 24/7 to get it to work and the app doesn’t even work most of the time and it slows my stuff on my phone. And waist my data. I’m mad! Also I can’t even really contact the company on their website nor return it because there was no problem with the bands band we didn’t open it until after their stupid return mark. That mark we couldn’t even open it to be able to return it. How would we know it would be like this. I’m just disappointed. This was an anniversary gift for my boyfriend because I’m always out of town for trips and stuff and he gets lonely. And it was just supposed to be a great way to connect us.

Great Product - App (Not So Great). The product works perfectly as I bought this for my boyfriend and I for our one year. We’ve been sending taps to each other all day and it’s such a great reminder that you have someone by your side, even though they’re hundreds of miles away. My only issue with this is the app itself. The fact that you can only use it when the app is open is a bit dumb, I understand, yet I think it would be much better without always needing the app to be open, as someone that closes every app after I’m done using it. Other than that, we both love this product greatly. I just hope that someday we won’t need to always have the app open to use it

I love it!!!!. I ordered this around January 20th and received it within a week! It was super easy to charge, set up, and get it working, and they’ve worked amazingly since then. Originally, the site said it was sold out in the United States (where I live), but I messaged the customer service team and they got back to me within 24 hours and let me know that they were still shipping in the US. :) had an extremely positive experience overall and would definitely recommend to anyone out there looking to buy a cute birthday/valentines/anniversary gift! You don’t have to be long distance to use the bracelets either! My boyfriend and I live pretty close but we don’t see each other every single day, so the bracelets are just a nice way to stay in touch and feel closer. ❤️

All honesty.. When my girlfriend and bought them the shipping was pretty quick! After she sent the other to me, they should have an option on sending one bracelet to the others address perhaps? since usually these bracelets are used for long distance couples like ourselves. We set them up together over the phone, and it was pretty easy. I saw some others say they had trouble setting it up with their phone number but we didn’t have any problems with that. Instead I just didn’t have my bluetooth on, so there’s a tip! The app is easy to figure out, and we send long ones to each other or just a few taps, might i say it got a quite a bit wet once and still works perfectly fine! This is great since when I’m in class or out running errands and can’t send a message, a simple tap to let them know i’m thinking of them. The charger is a bit weird, but not so hard to figure out!

LOVE this.. My partner and I had to move away from each other very early in the relationship and we were heartbroken. These have helped so much. It’s amazing how giddy I feel everytime I get a buzz even though we buzz each other like 20 times a day. The only thing about these bracelets is that you have to keep the app open in the background of your phone or it won’t work. I love that these are so waterproof though because I forget to take mine off in the shower sometimes since it now just feels like a part of me. They’re very indestructible (and I’m someone who breaks everything) and they must make me and my partner so happy. Thank you so much!!

Incredible Idea!. This is an incredible concept that my wife purchased for the two of us being that I will be a state away for a year, and will only be able to see her during that time on weekends. After some experimentation, however, it seems you can only receive a message when you open the app. I’ll go a day at work, and at the end of the day I open my app to a string of vibrations at one time. In addition to this, we can only see the LAST time when one of us sends a message; thus, I can’t see the other times when she sends me something. Will I ever be able to receive messages without opening the app, or is this an inherent need(flaw) for the device to work? I’d like to know that she’s thinking about me... when she’s ACTUALLY thinking about me, you know?

Been glitchy lately. My girlfriend and I have been long distance for the past year. This product has been amazing in helping us keep in touch when we don’t have anything to say. When we need comfort but words don’t apply. Basically just letting each other know we are there without having to text. Lately 05/22 though it’s been really buggy. We keep getting the alert “you may have new bond messages” and then nothing will come through. I can’t remember what it used to say but it wasn’t that and within 2 mins it would come through. We are missing touches too. So not sure what is going on. We love this product but really hoping it can be worked out.

Worth every dollar!. These are amazing. I bought these for me and my long distance boyfriend. We have had them for about a month total now. They were very easy to pair just putting in the phone numbers and bam easy as that. Getting the bracelet itself took a little effort like the hole punching part but once it was finished they paired perfectly and connected just fine there is barely ever a delay in touches and we love them very much. The battery lasts us the entire day while using them and even while singing the longest touches and we charge them when we sleep so they never die the battery life is also amazing! The only negative thing to say about it is if you are always wearing them since it is real leather and since it’s cut just raw the leather can irritate ur wrist after wearing for a while but other than that there is nothing bad about these they are amazing and I recommend them to all long distance or short distance relationships or even friendships. They keep you connected and it’s amazing how simple but amazing these really are. They have made my relationship with my partner 10x better because we feel closer. Thank you so much for these and this experience I recommend it to everyone. Also just to add the costumer service replies ASAP and is very customer friendly and helps you in any way they can. So just another perfect reason to get these. :)

Loses connection. I love the idea of this bracelet but it’s not working for me. My bracelet loses connection every time I move my hand. The only way I can receive a buzz is if my phone is in my hand or right under the hand where my bracelet is. If I put my phone I my pocket the connection is lost, if I turn over in bed (I have a queen size bed) my connection is lost. Don’t let me life my head and arm off the pillow away from my phone it’s lost. I can’t do anything with this bracelet unless my phone is glued to my wrist and I don’t know about you guys but that’s highly impossible for me to do. Can you guys please fix this, I’ve only had it for two days and if works fine for my boyfriend he can put his in his pocket and it doesn’t lose connection. I have the Iphone6 it’s up to date with the software. What should I do?

Worth the wait!. Originally! I bought the bond touch to do this with my boyfriend (ex) for his birthday to use this together. I was really hurt and clueless of what I was going to do with something so valuable that I bought and then return it.... But very recently I asked one of my guy friends if he would want to do this with me. I explained to him and he told me “he doesn’t mine.” His just arrived yesterday and I told him how to get it to work. And man he and I are extremely happy! I hope this can build a stronger closer friendship we have! This was worth the wait and right time! I don’t regret giving this to my friend ❤️. One thing I’ll say is when I change the color I really hope the app adds the color red

Definitely worth it but has some issues... Me and my boyfriend got a pair a little while ago. We absolutely loved them and used them a good amount. Without a doubt probably one of the best ways we keep in touch through the day. However, there are some issues. The battery life constantly fluctuates, going from 100% to 50% and then back up to 70% sometimes without even using them. The connection within the app is also not the best when you’re too far from your device and you lose connection. It can be very hard to connect it back. I lost my first charger and the replacement for it is horrible. It barely connects and doesn’t charge when it is connected. Lastly, buzzes don’t go through to the other person every time. Sometimes the buzzes go through a little later than you’d expect but all in all it works. We still love to use them and it get the message across

Gifted from boyfriend. My boyfriend got us this so we can stay more in touch. I like it very much so far. 😌I do recommend this because it is very cute and a nice way to stay in touch. But we do have some problems. At first we had problems with getting it to connect to his phone. But his phone is cracked and shattered all in the back of his iphone 8 plus. His phone does have problems even just using his apple pay. He gets my touches instantly. But for me to get his touches its very delayed. I’ll get it 5-10 minutes later. Sometimes I won’t even get it at all until I open up the app and I see the notification that he touched me like 30 min ago. I do keep the app open at all times, I never refresh it or completely exit it out my tabs. Is it suppose to be like this? But overall I do love these bracelets. I just wish I his touches weren’t as delayed. 😕

app doesn’t work. first of all, the bracelets are completely fine and work as it is. the problem is the app. it doesn’t save your profile or your phone number so if you try to pair with your partner, it doesn’t work. also, partner invitations don’t go anywhere. my partner and i tried but it’s not working and it’s going nowhere. both our phones and our bracelets work, it’s literally just the app that doesn’t work for some reason. i emailed the company about that and at first, they were helpful and were asking questions. they offered to manually pair our bracelets but they haven’t done that and they completely stopped emailing me back. i don’t know what’s up but i recommend to the company to work on fixing the app to make it easier to use and ACTUALLY WORKS. if the company is reading this- pls work on profile saving, partner invitations, and pairing pls. also, you should try thinking about pairing with your partner using the bracelets instead of the app so it’s easier.

Good but.... With the unfortunate events of the Covid-19, I purchased these bracelets for my girlfriend and I to ease the pain of being so far way. Let me start off by saying the idea behind the bracelets are pretty cool and for the most part they do work... But the downside is that you have to keep the app running in the background in order for you to receive your “touch” by whoever. That’s annoying. I typically close all my apps out after each use and by me doing that I miss out on the touches sent by my partner. Also, there is a delay when it does comes to sending a “touch”. My partner receives a touch 2 minutes after I sent her a touch. Which is ok, but I thought it would be instantaneous. Even if I do not have the app open in the background then I should be able to atleast get a notification that a touch has been sent. Even when I am charging my bracelet, it would be cool to get a notification saying that a touch was sent or even on the app, it should be said that “your partner is currently charging their bracelet” or something along on those lines.

100% Worth It. I’m not gonna lie, I bought these as an early Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend not convinced at all they would work properly. I was ABSOLUTELY thrilled to realize that I was wrong. I’m studying abroad in Dublin, Ireland for the semester while she’s back in the States in Georgia and these work perfectly. I can not express how much I love them and how much she does as well. I knew I needed to do one of these reviews just so the skeptics like me know that YES THEY WORK!!!! The only thing with them is that if you’re not getting each other’s buzzes you may need to refresh the app and then it works wonderfully again. So, if you’re thinking about getting these but aren’t entirely confident about your distance working just be assured that I am just over 3,960 miles from my partner and it works just fine. It’s the perfect thing to get honestly. I cant recommend something more.

$100 for nothing. Not only are you paying a LOT of money just to send a random vibration to someone, but the app lies to you. It says to keep the tab open at all times. That’s cool, that’s whatever, but that isn’t true. I discovered with my “bond partner” pretty quickly that you have to have the app open on your screen in order to receive a message. So I wouldn’t be able to use it without having to fish out my phone and leave the app open. Maybe for twenty bucks that isn’t bad but 100?!?? Not worth it!!! Little update: just found out that it can work outside of the app but is so inconsistent. When I’m right across from the person with the other bond bracelet it can take no time to well over 20 minutes for them to receive the message. I also don’t like that for 100 this thing comes with no gps and had to be connected to that of your phone. Insane.

It works!. I’ve had these bracelets for over a month now and they have worked great for all this time. I bought everything before I read the reviews so I was kind of scared to try them out. But after we charged everything and followed the instructions, the bracelets were fine. The only irritating thing is that you have to have the app open and running at all times on your phone. And in order to send or receive a touch, you have to have your phone on you, or very close to you (with Bluetooth on). It hasn’t been too much of a problem, just kind of bothersome at times. Overall I am happy with the bracelets and I recommend them to long distance partners or friends! Don’t let the other reviews scare you lol.

Waste of Money. I bought these bracelets a few months ago and didn’t receive them for a long time because of shipping issues on their end. When I finally received them, I was shocked about the delay between sending and receiving touches. My boyfriend and I were right next to each other and we wouldn’t receive the other’s touches for about 3-5 minutes. Eventually, my bracelet would just stop connecting to the app or the app would crash in the background and I wouldn’t know it. I’d just be sending touches all day to find that the app was never even running. Now, my bracelet simply doesn’t connect 75% of the time and I have to keep pressing “forget this bond touch” and re-pair it to the app. I have contacted support several times now and they only reply with copy-pasted responses and then I may not hear back for over a WEEK. I’m really sick of it and honestly just want a refund.

A way to touch without touching. My boyfriend and I received these bracelets a month ago. I love them for many reasons, although there are a few issues. The app constantly crashes and disconnects the bracelets even though Bluetooth is on and I have data. Sometimes buzzes take over 20 mins to get to each other. And I hate that the bracelet doesn’t come with a band already made. Despite this, I have fallen in love with them, allowing me to see if his bracelet is charger and our past buzzes is amazing. I wish it wouldn’t have taken 8 weeks to get to us but at least I was told it would take a while. I love the bracelets a lot but I wish the app stayed connected better, and the buzzes were more accurate on when we send them. I also wish that you sold different kinds of bands that I could switch out. All in all I love them!! Definitely worth it to me.

Good start! Now.... The app is pretty good but I have problems with charging it. For some reason when I put it on charge it doesn’t start blinking. I sit and wait and I have to keep taking it on and off charge for it to start actually charging. The app is great but my bond touch does not want to charge. I eventually get it to charge but it takes a while. On the other hand the new features you added with the messaging, made the app way better. Me and my friend don’t text a lot and so we used to play a game with our bond bracelets where you had to guess what the other person was says no through their bond touch. Now we can go to the app and just “text” each other what we were trying to say.

Smiles for Miles. Being in a long distance relationship, this bracelet has such a great impact for us until we can meet again. Sending a “Bond Buzz” makes it easy to let my partner know that I’m thinking of them. When I receive one, it puts a big smile on my face. All throughout the day we can remind each other of our love and it truly is the sweetest thing. The bracelet isn’t bulky, looks like a Fitbit. It’s comfortable and waterproof. Not worth it!. Hi, me and my friend bought these bracelets having high hopes. We were sadly disappointed that these didn’t work for us. It didn’t work in the beginning and when we finally got them working and paired after a few hours, it just went back to the same issue. My friends bracelet was working perfectly fine until a few minutes ago. And mine never really worked. For instance, if I’m in Instagram, I won’t be able to receive her touch. We can only receive a vibration from each other if we are in the bond touch app. At first this wasn’t an issue for my friend and I. My friend could receive my touches while she I was in another app or her phone was off. On the other hand, I couldn’t. I had to be in the app at all times to receive even a notification. I would receive a touch from my friend only if I went in the app. Even if it was in the background I wouldn’t receive a single thing. We are thinking of returning because this was a waste. If we rethink and get these useless things working that would be a joy. Or even if you can tell us what’s wrong. I’m sorry to send a negative review but I just wanted to let everybody thinking of buying one a heads up.

Amazing Product and Highly Recommend. I just started using these with my s/o and I’d like to say a few things. Staring off these are very good for long distance relationships and with the pandemic situation. I love how you can send touches anywhere in the world. But, there are a few faults. One of them being that if you close the app from being in the background, the app tells you to press the bond touch twice. This does not work and you need to delete the app and set it up all over again. Also, the charger for the product feels a little faulty and sometimes does not plug in properly. Anyways the bond touch itself is very good. When I send a touch, my partner receives it very quickly. Also, the app’s interface is very user friendly. I highly recommend buying this for long distance relationships.

Great product (much satisfaction). all I’m going to write is this product is great and for everyone not being able to pair or connect or has any issues with it. Sounds like a you problem to be honest get a new phone or update your phone , reset your bracelet or account and or watch a how to video and it helps when you partner is with you. You are not the only one with a loved one hundred and miles a way hope it helped ya , stop complaining and figure out how to fix it. Complaining doesn’t help , nor does the bad review. Private space is awesome now that it’s out , also do you think it’s possible to add black and white colors to the bond touch or would that require a whole new software in the actual bond touch device?

Huge problem. This would be a great product for what it’s worth except for the fact that we have to keep the apps open for us to be able to send messages, along with the do not disturb having to be off. My boyfriend has ADHD and I know for a fact he will be constantly accidentally closing the app. And same with me, I have this huge habit of closing all my apps before turning off my phone. And I almost always have my phone on do not disturb because my phone is constantly going off with notifications. It was also very difficult to set up and it took me almost an hour to figure it out completely. I would love it if you guys could at least make it to where we still get notifications when on do not disturb!

Great start. My boyfriend and I were long distance for three years; we recently moved in together and have been living together for the past year now. Unfortunately we’ll have to move apart again due to career opportunities, so I decided to buy these bracelets for the two of us. The bracelets themselves are pretty cool, and the concept is so sweet. His bracelet works well, however my bracelet seems to be delayed in receiving responses. His bracelet will buzz a few seconds after I send a tap, but my bracelet will take a few minutes, sometimes it won’t receive the touch at all. However, when I have the app opened on my phone it will receive touches on time. His bracelet doesn’t require the app to be opened to receive them. I’m not sure if my bracelet is bad or if it’s just normal behavior. Besides really wishing my bracelet worked as well as his, it’s really cute and a nice thing to have.

Michelle McKenna. She was my best friend. She passed away last night. She bought it about a week ago. I received mine and thought for a send wow I must have a stalker not knowing anything about it. Then I messed Michelle it was the only thing that made real sense and she said yup I sent it now we have a real friend ship bracelet!! For less then a week I was able to tell her many times before she died I loved her. And I thank you for this. I ordered colored bracelets and they came in on the day of her death this is all so overwhelming! She was part of my soul! I only hope to get the other part of the bracelet as I will never take it off even though I will never get another buzz from her. But I can go back and replay what she had sent to me. My soul is broken.

Hear me out. These things are cute. They are super great ideas for you and your loved ones. I got one for me and my girlfriend and we love it. I don’t see what all the complaints are about. Just do your research before you buy. The only thing that I don’t like about these is the app is buggy and doesn’t always link with the bracelet. As in when the bracelet says it’s ready to go and showing my color the app is still like “tap twice” but like as long as the bracelet is doing what it’s supposed to what’s the problem? I’m sure they will release bug fixes eventually. Because of that issue they do get a 4 star from me. But it’s annoying seeing people rate it bad and complaining about it a lot when it’s their own fault for getting in over their heads. Shoulda watched reviews or even looked them up. I think it’s a good and fun product. Considering it’s not exactly cheaply made I would say that for two it’s worth it. It includes a charger and an app that’s free to work with. If you’re not sure about buying these. I recommend. Just make sure you know what you’re doing.

Kinda worth it. I got this for me and my boyfriend so we could have something little and to have a special connection with each other. This item is suppose to connect with people who have a distance, yet they don’t even have an option to mail it to two different locations. The bond touch itself works alright, for some reason mine dies really fast, even though it says it last 24 hours. Charged it 70% during the morning, by evening it was dead already and my partner doesn’t even has his yet so it’s not like I used it. The app works okay, sometimes it disconnects randomly but I just close the app and re-open it to fix the problem. Overall it is worth to buy if you can afford it. EDIT: After my partner finally got his we have come across some problems. If you send at least 3 sessions of taps, you only receive one. It seems when you do multiple at a time it just sends the first session of taps you did. So if you wanted to spam someone, doesn’t really work. I’ve also figured out the battery on the app must be off, it gives me a bunch of random percentages and now when I charge my bracelet it always flashes when charging. When I leave it charging over night I wake up to it still flashing.

Disappointed. Waste of money. I was so excited when the bracelet came, my SO and I had been looking forward to these for a long time. Little did we know that this app is moodier than the weather. We only received each other’s touches whenever the app felt like sending them through our bracelets, and mine still refuses to turn on after I charge it. I cannot use my bracelet because it simply won’t turn on. I double tap it and nothing happens. It’s off. If I wanted to have a useless piece of equipment that just serves as a glorified bracelet at this point, I certainly wouldn’t have spent $100 on it. This is insanely overpriced for a product that is so prone to crashing down for no reason at all, and an app that doesn’t work the way it says it would. I’m very disappointed. It’s infuriating. The bracelet won’t turn on no matter what I do. Please fix your product before you sell it at this ridiculously high price.

Amazing. Your product is incredible. It has changed my LDR into something so much better than it was. I feel much closer to my girlfriend than before because of these bracelets. One issue with the bracelet that I have is that it is on and draining battery all the time. I feel like I have to charge it every night which can be annoying since I have to charge multiple devices every night. Speaking of multiple devices, I use two IOS devices very frequently when I cant use the other and it would be nice if the app allowed two devices to be logged in one account at the same time. I get that someone else with a bond could then go into your account, but just send a email whenever a new device connects to my bond to let me know and set up a system to kick that bond off the account if I say that isn’t my bond. However I wont take a star off because I still think this is an amazing product and would definitely recommend to any relationship.

Good but has a major defect. My girlfriend bought the bond touch for the two of us for Christmas to communicate while she’s at college and it works well... except for the fact that when we try sending a touch to the other, neither of us will receive it unless both apps are open in the background, AND the phone has to be unlocked in order for it to go through unless you lock your phone while it’s actually IN the app. I don’t know if anybody else is having this problem or that’s just the way they designed it, but I am finding it very annoying and I would very much prefer you to work on it whether it be a software or hardware problem. I would very much like to send and receive touches without having to have my phone constantly on and unlocked.

Great product. I bought this for me and my boyfriend. It took a few days for the bracelets to start working properly. First he could only get my taps when he was on the app, but it worked for me. Then it stopped working for me and his was perfect. To fix it, both of us disconnected from the bracelet a few times and just kept testing them with each other. It took a few days but it’s cool now. I think some of them are being delayed by a few minutes, it doesn’t bother us that much and most of them are sent pretty quickly. The connection is also a little weird sometimes. I open the app several times just to make sure it’s one of the first apps running in the background. It functions pretty well when I do this. So for those of you having issues, just give it a few days and try reconnecting the bracelets, then see what happens. He and I are having a lot of fun with these.

Not worth it. The app is terrible there no back button so when I accidentally said my age was 15 when I'm 16 it said I was too young but my boyfriend got in just fine and so when I wanted to go back and change it there is no back button so it said we need a permission from an adult so I put in my mother's email and I have her email on my computer so it sent to that I've been waiting for this email for over 15 hours nothing is coming through I did multiple different emails waiting and waiting so the bracelets are basically useless because if u try to reinstall the app it just rembers you and you have to go through the whole thing again this is not worth the hassle and stress I'm thinking if returning these 160$ for bracelets that don't work this is a joke you guys need to fix your app cause this is extremely disapointing.

Works for a little bit. Me and my partner have been using these bracelets for about a year but have only been able to use them for about half of that time. We have gone through 2 sets of bracelets and at least one is defective. The first set we used had some issues and we used them all the time! I got the bracelet wet once and the packaging says water and splash resistant but I couldn’t use my bracelet for 2 days before it started working again. The app is fine, just had a delay once and a while but sometimes won’t even send the taps to my bracelet at all even though everything is running smoothly. Eventually my lovers bracelet stopped working and we tried everything y’all suggest we do and tried to get it working but it never did. About a month ago we got new bracelets again and everything went smoothly until a few days ago. I have been very cautious with my bracelet and never bring it near water and only left it in the bathroom while the shower was running hot once. Now it wont respond to my tapping and just wont wake up. It lights up when I plug it in and the light doesn’t blink so I know it’s fully charged but it wont turn on. We have spent over 100 dollars on these bracelets and these have been around for a while now. Why aren’t these issues fixed by now? Why are 50% of bracelets we buy defective after a few months of use? This is absolutely unacceptable.

I love the idea of this and i have yet to receive my bracelets but i have looked at both good reviews and bad but im definitely keen to get some, these are the single most coolest things ever and the reminder the my partner is there is just amazing, i feel like i wont be let down, my girlfriend is only 10 hours away but this makes it so much easier to get by, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, cant wait to see what you guys have in store for us in future.

Possibly our favourite possession. My other half and I could not see each other for months on end because of lockdowns and living in different states that did not allow travel between them. We still use them, we would be lost without them on our wrists now. The only problem is that the app is lacking markup for voiceover users. The tabs on the bottom are not labelled, I cannot choose colours or add definitions to taps, neither can I see which taps were sent or received (it is just a list of times). I also cannot see anything regarding my other half's bracelet, location, or anything. All I really can do is see that my bracelet is connected and, by memorising that the far right tab is where I can find it, hear the battery status of my bracelet. Everything else is inaccessible as a voiceover user. For accessibility improvements, I, and countless others who use accessibility features, would really appreciate it if you could work on improving this. I do appreciate that in a recent update the battery percentage became accessible.

The app stopped working before I even got to use the product. It is still compatible with my phone but every time I open it it shuts down

amazing device. i bought the bond touch bracelet for my girlfriend and i, and it’s one of the best investments i could have made. we love father far apart, and using the app to send touches to each other is just that one step closer to intimacy during the day. it’s such an overall amazing product and idea and i love it. i use it every day.

Scam!. So far, the devices for this app don’t work. I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks and have had quite a lot of trouble getting it to work and connect my phone to the device. Since I’m the only person with a phone, my phone has to be used for both devices - yet it won’t show separate devices, so it DOESN’T work. This application doesn’t actually work without a phone - each time the app is opened, it asks you to enter a mobile phone number that they can send codes to. Then you have to enter the code every time. Also, I had to give them a digital version of written permission, just to set up the 2nd device that my daughter will use on her iPad - which DOESN’T have a phone number. The whole entire experience hasn’t been good... I expected it to be like the same experience as what was advertised - basically keeping people connected/bonded. But I am proof that this app/service is PTSD and mental health unfriendly, and I haven’t even gotten to use the device (connecting with someone else) - it’s just a bracelet that does absolutely nothing! The website and App Store provide false advertising about this product, to rip everyone off!

Not trustworthy. Lots of fun using the devices but I absolutely do not trust your dm section as a trustworthy and secure texting platform, I don’t advise anyone to post anything in the dms you wouldn’t want a big company selling on the web

It’s great but…. It’s a Great app but, Me and my partner are having some troubles with the app. The location is wrong, and it says that it’s disconnected even tho both bracelets are connected. We have tried Restarting the app, Deleting and reinstalling it but it still gives us this problem. We didn’t have this problem before the new update, So might just be the newest update. Hope you guys can fix this problem but till than i can only give 4 Stars.

Would be cute if it worked. This was a really pricey disappointment. The idea is adorable but from the start it was too glitchy to be fun. Connection to the bracelet dropped often, and taps were often either not always sent/received or very delayed. I put it away for a while out of frustration. I’m on my way to the airport and wanted to try it again with my sweetie so I charged it up and went to make sure it’s all set. Surely they would have fixed the issues in the year or so that has passed, eh? Nope. Now I have the recently updated app, and it crashes when I try to open it. Can’t do a darned thing with this waste of money, it’s even more useless than before.

Update issues. I had this bond touch for two years and I put it away for a bit cause I didn’t use it, at first it was amazing worked just perfect never had an issue, when I pulled it back out I charged it all the way up and now when I try to connect it to my app it keeps giving my the error message “having issues updating your bond, try again later” it kept happening so I tried to connect my friend bond to my app and it worked just fine, after my app update it no longer lets me update my bond touch, but I couldn’t open the app without updating it, the update screwed me over.

Disconnect. Will randomly disconnect and I won’t get vibrations

Trash.. I have never seen a product struggle so hard to function. Always looses connection, never responds. I have to fight it each time I want to send or receive a simple touch. Adult toy companies have this kind of tech better figured out than Bond More.

More and more issues with the app. My bracelet was connected through the app but would not send any touches or light up even if it was charged 100%, so i disconnected my bracelet multiple times without success and ended up just logging out and disconnecting my bond touch bracelet completely. i am now unable to connect to the app, i do what it requests me to do during the connection but when its time to double tap to make sure the correct bracelet is flashing, it asks me if i want to pair the bracelet to my phone, so i click pair but then nothing changes, bracelet is constantly light up and after a moment the app says that the bracelet fell asleep and i gotta try to connect them again, and having to unpair the bracelet from my phone (the pairing is successful, but the app will not continue foward)

touch bracelets. love the bracelets but it’s difficult to always keep the bracelets on in the background. also bluetooth disconnects sometimes for no reason. great colours but a wider selection would be more appreciated:)

A thorough, tested review.. I got a bond touch bracelets for me and my long distance girlfriend late last summer (it is now May). I would first like to say that the bracelets themselves are hardy and can withstand a lot. i’ve swam with mine, hit it against stuff by accident, and scratched the surface many times but it still works. The only real issue the bracelets have have is with connectivity. Sometimes, usually randomly, I am not able to send or receive touches, or only send, or only receive touches. this is usually quickly resolved by restarting the app a few times, but i’ve had to unpair the bracelet a lot too. Rarely, i’ve even had to delete and re-download the app. this is a bit frustrating but i shrug it off since everything else has held up this long. the app itself is quite nice, the chat feature is a bit glitchy at times but it works, and i love the feature where you get to set the next time you and your partner will see each other and it counts down for you! The bracelet fits well and has a range of holes for varying wrist sizes and the vibrations are never too strong, sometimes i wish they were stronger. All in all, i’m happy they’ve lasted this long for us, and they definitely serve their purpose in my relationship (:

Good idea, lacking functionality. Bracelet does not receive touches sent from my partner. Manual touches are sent from the App. The App and IOS are current in software versions. Currently not using the bracelets because the issue is not being resolved. Stick to text messages.

A solid app!. It needs some polish but it’s a well working app. The setup is awful though. Took me three days and the instructions didn’t help. Once in the app it’s lovely and pretty easy to navigate

Having trouble. Great app and all nice set up, at least on my end the set up worked okay. On my boyfriends end the bracelet won’t connect to his phone or the app it just keeps searching. We’ve tried everything and nothing has worked. He’s halfway across the country so it’s kind of a hassle and disappointing it’s not working. Not sure what else to do.

It’s alright. It’s nice having it and it helps with the distance and makes things a little easier But from time to time it will stop working and we won’t receive touches and the colour is stuck on pink when we’ve changed it couple sit times

App issues connecting. I connected the bracelet on the App, it pairs and then the next page of the App says allow Got it, let’s pair. The App is then stuck on this page. The App is not working.

Stopped charging. After owning it a year mine and my friends stopped charging and won’t connect any more . This is super disappointing !

Pretty cool. I just got my bracelets in the mail, I have yet to give the other one to my boyfriend (it's a Christmas present) but if it is possible to not have to keep the app on in the background that would be great.

Log in problem. The app was working perfectly fine for a few months and recently it doesn’t work no more. My bracelet is fully charged and I go through the steps and it tells me to double tap it to wake it up which I do and it still does not connect even tho when I go in Bluetooth it says I’m connected to the bond touch. I don’t know why it logged me out in the first place, my partner and I were already connected for months. I would really appreciate if you guys could fix this problem.

Buggy update. The app was fantastic before the update (5 stars!) but now both myself and my partner are having difficulties with it, specifically the chat. The chat no longer locks when I exit the app. Instead, when I reopen the app, it asks me to use my thumb to sign in, sends me to the home screen, and then asks me to sign in again to get into the chat. Additionally, the first sign in can be exited out of to reveal the chat anyways.

Some glitches.. I just got the bracelet in the mail and the bracelets as far as I know work, but the app won’t let me send out a partner request on either of are phones. Unsure why but hopefully that’s something that will be fixed in the next update.

Great App! Problem with vibrations. This problem just cropped up. I go to send double tap touch and my bracelet vibrates for about 20 seconds. It’s like the button is stuck down. Any help would be appreciated!

Love it but…. I love the bracelet, my boyfriend and I use it all the time but I find if there isn’t frequent updates or too long of a wait between them the bracelets stop working and it’s very frustrating. There hasn’t been an update in a month now and mine won’t work at all. This is the only thing I can think is why. Both of us are connected at all times and they are charged and everything but they just all of a sudden stop working, I get his touches but he can’t get mine and now mine won’t even let me send any.

Barely works. After the update the app barely sends touches on iPhone. I’ve done everything to troubleshoot it but it won’t work except for the occasional exception. The two check marks won’t show up showing it was sent. My bracelet is useless at this point

Custom Notifications?. I currently have the bracelet with my boyfriend and we are a long distance couple. The setup process didn’t work at first but after deleting and reinstalling the app it worked. We love them and they’ve been working great but I feel like receiving a notification for the custom taps we’ve made would be awesome instead of it just being “you’ve received a touch”. Not a big deal, just a suggestion!

Touble. Ive had trouble to connect the bracelet to my phone, when i touble tap it to connect it keeps saying bracelet not found. It worked once for me And my partner but they both got disconnected out of the blue just randomly after setting them Up. Still trying but wont work

Love this. I have severe separation anxiety and being in a long distance relationship has been difficult, to say the least. I bought my boyfriend and I these bracelets hoping maybe it’ll help me out a little, and give us a sense of being together. It hasn’t failed. We created our own language In touches, inside jokes, and more Just from this. It’s really saved our relationship and has kept us connected even with the distancd

App running in the back. The Bond Touch app works amazing but why does the app have to be running in the background to send and receive touches? it always disconnects when the app isn’t running in the background, plus it always drains my battery? new update to fix this?

Great if it would update and actually let me use it. My girlfriend and I got ourselves these bracelets because we thought they were cute. Got them charged up and did every thing and were so excited to use them but won’t let either of our bracelets update. Super frustrating especially after spending that kind of money.

Stopped receiving touches. This is a wonderful bracelet and device in general for long distance relationships, it worked great at first, but unfortunately it just stopped receiving touches, and I’ve been through the help Center and I’ve reported it as a proper problem, I’ve been in contact with someone twice; then was told to redo the process I had already been through, I have reported this as a problem, I just hope someone can actually help.

Isn't working anymore. When I got this I was using an iPhone XR and the app worked great. But ever since upgrade to an iPhone 13 the app crashes constantly when trying to open it. I've updated, uninstalled and reinstalled it numerous times and it still crashes. I'd love to keep using my bond touch bracelet with my boyfriend but the app just doesn't work for me anymore.

My app is broken. My app got deleted and when I went to install it again my bracelet was still connected. So now when I want to connect my bracelet to my app it doesn’t connect it since the app lost all the data.. Please HELP. It also disconnects several time. Even my partner has to restart the app every single time he plugs in he bond touch. And by restart I mean delete the app and reinstall it several times before it actually starts to work. Mine doesn’t receive the messages half the time or even turn on when I tap it.

Sweet and useful product/app. (Disclaimer, I’m going to talk about the products and the app as I feel like that’s easier, and they go hand in hand) With the Bond touch bracelets me and my romantic partner Emma have been able to stay connected while we’re in a long distance relationship with me being in Canada and her being in the US, which I’m grateful for. The reassuring vibrations you can give and receive from your partner (which can be customized), the ability to see your partner’s location in the app, adding a specific colour for your vibration, etc. are nice and creative features. On the topic of the app, the UI and design of it is easy to use and aesthetically pleasing imo. And there’s some handy features such as a chat function which also shows you past vibrations, a private chat, it let’s you add a profile picture which you and your partner can see, etc I was thinking it would be nice if the bracelets (or other bond products) could have the ability to be used alone from a phone/device in case the battery of the connected devices is depleted temporarily, the internet/cell data connection is lost, but I’m guessing that may make the product more expensive to manufacture. Good experience overall 😊

Does as advertises.. I’ve read reviews of some people’s bands not working but aside from the occasional disconnect it works. Needs to be waterproof too not just splash or maybe sell a shell as I work outdoors. Very cool. 10 taps max, length way more that enough per tap, battery lasts 1-2 day range maybe longer if you’re just send a few taps battery would probably last 3-5 days. App is basic. Needs to have every color not just what they choose. My favorite color is red. I don’t mind that it’s the same as low battery I can tell when something dies.

Beware!. Pretty good product. Worked for most of the time, had a few problems with not turning on/charging, but other than that it worked. The biggest issue is the customer service! After my bracelet would not turn on or charge, I tried contacting their support team in every way I could find online. Still no response till this day! How can you have a great product, especially in technology, without customer service/help. Definitely the biggest impact on my review!

Worth every penny. This is such a great app and great product. The app isn’t laggy and my girlfriend is able to respond in seconds( this isn’t a paid advertisement)! One good thing that the developers should add is when your parter is connected and disconnected from the app. For those who don’t have the app, when you close the app while connected, it will disconnect you till you open the app. I thought It would be good to know when your partner is online!

It does the job. It was a real hassle to get my bracelet since I ordered it from uncommongoods (and for the love of God, do NOT buy from this website) and bought the bracelet on the real website instead. Anyway, me and my boyfriend utilize our bracelets a lot and overall we’re satisfied. However, there are a couple of things the brackets can improve on: 1. When sending a touch, it’d be better if the taps were reached instantly rather than 3 seconds or more. Sometimes it’s delayed and I get annoyed when my boyfriend doesn’t receive my touches. 2. Battery life. It says— and I repeat, if you ONLY send *20* taps a day the bracelet will last for 4 days. ExcUSE ME. It’s logical that people will send more than 20 taps a day so the promised amount of time with battery is such bull. So if you use the bracket a lot, be aware that you’d have to charge it in that same day instead of it lasting longer. I don’t dislike the bracelet at all, but these things will sooner or later irritate me, and maybe for you too.

Doesn’t answer emails. My bond touch wouldn’t charge after not even having for a week and I emailed them right away. It was on a Friday so when I didn’t hear back before Monday I wasn’t surprised but now I’m on the second week of them not answering any emails I have sent and it’s really bad. I paid $50 for it to be defected and they aren’t even gonna answer their emails to send me a new one. I read more reviews and it looks like almost half of reviews are saying their broke within the first month of having it. If your gonna make someone pay that much then don’t have so many defective ones and if you have so many defected ones you should really be reading your emails. I have emailed them twice and left a chat on their website. This is getting very ridiculous. If they want to be a big corporation then maybe do the first simple thing by answering your emails!

Fun idea. Complete junk.. Upon signing up, and trying to access settings, it asked for my passcode. I had not programmed a passcode. I clicked “forgot my passcode,” and it sent a reset link to my email. The link just reopened the app, and did not prompt me to reset my passcode. I tried this several times to no avail. I did have limited functionality, but when my gf and I used it, it neither sent the notifications it should have, and it also wouldn’t send the alert to the bracelet until you opened the app. WHAT’S THE POINT OF THAT!?! This is supposed to be a unique gadget that you can tap, and send alerts directly to your partner’s bracelet, but NO! It does not work that way. Save your money, and send a text.

Was working then suddenly app stopped working. Had mine for a couple years then today my gf said she wasn’t getting my touches, it was saying “not connecting to servers, check internet connection” but everything was fine. I closed the app and tried opening it and now all I get is a blue screen and then a message saying “uh oh, something went wrong, try again” Tried over and over, and even updated my iOS and still the same blue screen. Is there some server maintenance or something going on? Is there a fix? I’ve never had any issues, and I didn’t change anything. Just came out of nowhere. 🫤

Awesome except new update. I got this for me and my partner, it’s been amazing and absolutely worth it! But since the new update came out, my bracelet doesn’t receive the taps normally anymore. I have the app open in the background, everything is connected, but instead of getting the touches I get a notification saying I received new touches and to open the app. I rely on this to not have to keep opening the app to get the touches from my partner. Also the ‘report a problem’ and ‘give us feedback’ buttons in the app are not working at all. They either load nothing or say ‘emails cant be sent’.

Simply Amazing. These bracelets are everything!! My partner and I are not in a long distance relationship, but we both work very long hours at our jobs and we spent a lot of time apart with very little conversation. These bracelets come in handy when I just want to let her know that I’m thinking of her and that I love her. We “buzz” each other pretty much all day. 😂 I would definitely recommend these bracelets! The app is easy to use. The setup is pretty easy and straightforward. Kudos to the developers of this product! 💙

Cool concept, doesn’t work well. This bracelet is super awesome, when it works. A lot of times I’ll send a buzz and it will take about 5 minutes for it to go through, then sometimes it won’t go through at all. You have to keep the app running in the background at all times, and even though I do, I sometimes won’t get the buzzes until I go into the app, then I’ll get all the buzzes that didn’t go through. So overall, the bracelet looks really good, but only works half the time. I have to pull out my phone most of the time to even receive a buzz, which kind of defeats the whole purpose of the bracelet. Wait until they fix it to buy one. I wouldn’t buy it yet, especially not for 100 dollars.

having some problems…. my best friend themselves and i bond touch bracelets since i moved away. at first it was going great, we set it up and everything (apart) and we probably used it for a week or so. a bit after, my phone suddenly wouldn’t let me open some of my apps, bond touch being one of them. i don’t think this was your fault, but when my phone worked again when i would open the app it would bring me to the beginning. (phone number & connecting with partner stage) i don’t know what to do now, if i should try returning the bracelet or just completely buying a separate one. it makes me feel bad because this was a present from my best friend for both of us, since we don’t ever see each other. i’ve already deleted the app and reinstalled it since i did some research to try and fix the situation, and that showed up. i’m not completely asking for a new bracelet, but i would appreciate it! i just really wish i could sign into my account from starting point of the app (if that makes sense) rather then having to buy a completely new bracelet. i hope you have a wonderful day :)

Broken Since Update. Since the update when i tap my bracelet and send messages to my partner my bracelet only lights up the color they’re using no matter what color i set mine. Example: She has hers set to Orange, I have mine Green. I tap and send her a message. the app shows it as green, but my bracelet shows it as orange when i’m using it. I’ve charged my bracelet, uninstalled the app, unpaired and forgotten the bond touch bracelet and nothing is fixing it. EDIT: it has been fixed! The app is back up and running! Thank you so much to the Dev Team!

Bracelet keeps vibrating and won’t send touch. My bracelet will receive touches from my partner and it will wake up, but when i try to send a touch on it, it just vibrates and doesn’t stop vibrating with the light on (with my color) until either bluetooth is turned off, it is forgotten from my app, or the bracelet dies. I am extremely disappointed and don’t know if it is software or hardware related. I would love some help because I paid good money for these and wanted them to work due to being in a long distance relationship. Thanks

Bracelet has doesn’t work. Look I’ve tried giving this thing twice and both times I have come to be extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the results. I have no problem with the app. It works fine I guess. However, apparently that’s what most people have issues with so when contacting the tech team (which takes forever to respond) there only response is “must be a problem with the app etc.” long story short: the problem was the module. Eventually, they provided me with a second bracelet. I was very excited... just thought mine had been faulty. Well I don’t know how but apparently this one is too. It works great for sometime however when I charge it to full battery I can’t turn it on at all. Very disappointed!

Love it so much!!. I got this bracelets for me and my boo 💕 to stay in touch yes we live in the same area but I work and he’s in school 🏫 so can’t really be on our phones so with this bond touch bracelets have really made a difference in our relationship ❤️ I love it glad I got them for us wish there was more things then just a light 💡 poppin up but if you and your parents are long distance then I recommend getting theses when I miss my boo and can’t text him I’ll just send him a touch ☺️ I think it’s super sweet

Was good, but then.... When my boyfriend and I first got the bond touch bracelets, the app and bracelets worked perfectly. However, they recently updated their software and now, I couldn’t have more complaints about the software and the bracelets. They disconnect every two days or so. The bracelets will “charge” for days and still be dead. The app restarts and insists that we enter in our phone number or reconnect our bonds constantly— sometimes more than twice in a whole day. Overall, it glitches way too often and makes me question my purchase, which is only a few months old. I’m wanting Bond Touch to do better and to step it up again because these constant issues are getting to be ridiculous for both me and my partner.

Great for long distance relationships. I bought this for my 75 year old mother. It’s nice because I can just tap it and she knows I’m thinking of her and vise versa. It would be great if you could hook a few up and each person has a different color thereby each would know who is ‘thinking’ of you. But overall it’s a great concept and the band is actually quite nice. Someone asked if it was a new David Yurman design. That said it all.

Amazing!. I love the Bond Touch Bracelets already! I recently purchased them and it really connects me and my boyfriend since we are 11 hours away from each other. The bracelet itself is nice and lightweight. I really enjoy the simple design, but it would be nice if you could choose the silicon bracelet color when you buy the bracelet instead of the tradition black. I would also suggest looking into making these water-proof which would be great! I really don’t have any problems with the Bond Touch Bracelet. Overall, it is amazing and I really like the whole concept of it. My boyfriend loves it as well :)

The Bracelet. I’ve put 4/5 stars only because of one small reason. The bracelets are really good and they work just fine! But the only thing that I’ve been stressed out about is getting them on my wrist. The band extremely hard to adjust and click into the holes so I could be able wear it. I’ve tried clicking the band together for almost 3 days since I’ve got them and still no luck. I’ve tried to get help from other people and they even explained how difficult it is to click together. I hope you understand what I’m trying to say. Please help

Very Touching 😏. I do love this bracelet as it has become very convenient when both partners aren’t able to be on their phones. You guys are doing such a great job. Thank you for making something like this to connect partners together. I don’t have any complaints, but if i could make a request, I was wondering if you guys could have more color arrangements. Something is wrong with the new update. Hello! I’ve been loving using my bond touch bracelet with my best friend. She and I live in different states so it’s a nice little way to keep in touch with each other during the day. That being said, as soon as her and I both got the new update on our iPhones, our bracelets have no longer been able to connect to the app, even though our Bluetooths are technically connected, our bracelet AND phone batteries are fully charged, and we’ve allowed our location and notifications to be turned on. I hope this can be fixed soon so we can continue using our bracelets!

Worth it. I was very skeptical about these after reading the reviews but I bought them in the hopes that they would work, not really expecting much. But they work just as described, which is awesome! The only thing is that the touches are a little delayed which isn't really a big deal, and the battery displayed on the app changes randomly, which also doesn't really bother me. Some minor issues, but overall they're great and I'd definitely recommend them :)

Question. Hello, so I have a question to ask. So say someone’s smart phone or the person themselves don’t have a provider meaning they don’t have a phone number but they want to use the app. They can’t without a phone number, would it be possible to allow the app to be used with an email instead or give the option of using an email or phone number. I am asking because I don’t have a phone number for my iPhone, I never have because I don’t really use my iPhone as a “phone” but me and my girlfriend want the brackets. I can’t use the app without a number

No location shared. I give it 3 stars right now. Needs some improvements. Location is not shared with my wife since the last 3 updates. I’ve checked my settings, privacy, app settings, location services... everything is on. Location still won’t show up for me on my wife’s app. Being overseas and apart this is a big thing for us and offered a connection even more than normal. The “report a problem” on the app doesn’t function. When tapping sometimes the tap gets stuck and will last for a long string out constant tap of about 12-18 seconds.

It’s amazing and me and my girlfriend love it so much. The Bond touch is and amazing peace of technology I love it and I surprised her with it for Christmas of 2019 and she was bummed that I was going to Colorado but I got it just in time for an early Christmas present and now we use it every day. I’m amazed at how durable it is for something so small I mean I crashed my bike and I was hurt pretty bad and I thought I broke the bracelet it has some pretty crazy battle scores and it held up and I still wear it to this day and it’s works as good as new!!!!! 😊👍👍 but I wanna know when there gonna add the private space chat because that would make it 100 times better.

Return user!. This is, somehow, my second LDR that I’ve found myself in. My previous partner and I discovered these bracelets back when they were first a wee little start up. Fast forward to present day and I’m still part of the BOND family! My girlfriend and I use it all the time to get each others attention or send little messages or just a little touch to let them know we’re there. These bracelets have continued to impress me! I’d like to see more stylish and decorative options for both generations of bracelets, though, and maybe some add ons like charms or something! That’s what my previous partner and I did. The new silicone bands allow for a more secure band and less DIY assembly than the older leather bands where you had to literally punch holes in the leather cording. But that also means you can’t just punch a hole to add a cute charm. Overall I’m still loving this bracelet now as much as I always did!

New touch more bracelets won’t work.. Once I finally got the original touch bracelets to work we upgraded to the Mores which won’t stay linked to the phone even with the app running. So, Can’t get them to work at all. Looks like $200+ down the drain for the Mores and now the old ones won’t work either so add that $120 to it. (Need an option on the opening screen to pick which bond you’re using. Instead of trying to get the old system to work with new equipment) Only other thing I can think of is try to totally delete our accounts and start over or get a new phone number. 3stars only because the original system worked pretty well.

Disappointed Gift Recipient. I got this as a gift from my boyfriend for Christmas. I absolutely love the concept of the bond bracelets but unfortunately we can't get the bracelets to work consistently. I had such high hopes based on previous users reviews but we are not experiencing that same luck. Issue:: When I double tap to send a touch to him they go through rarely if at all. His touches come through a little more than mine but they still do not come through every single time. We've tested this at various distances from each other and of course we left room for user error. So decided to go over and over the instructions and we just can't seem to get them functioning as promised. I'm also saddened by the return policy. This product is kinda pricey and It's unfortunate that if you're not happy with it that it's not returnable during a reasonable window of time. After investing $100 were stuck with bands don't won't deliver on what was promised. That $100 investment could have covered a flight to visit one another instead. I'd love a satisfactory resolve to this issue we're experiencing. I'm crossing my fingers. Stephanie

Amazing. These bracelets have worked great for my partner and I. We struggle to find time to charge them because we never want to take them off. So far the only issue that we’ve had was when we were originally setting them up, touches weren’t sending properly. We would send several, but only one would go through and it would be about 10 minutes later. That improved after about an hour though and it’s been working fine ever since.

Won’t allow me to create an account. I want to give this a good review, but I can’t even tell you how the product is because the app will not allow me to create an account. It reports, “Oops. An error has occurred while uploading the user profile. Please confirm you have an internet connection and try again in a moment.” I do have internet access, I’ve tried using my mobile data, and I’ve been trying over the course of an hour. I have a new iPhone XS so I know it’s not an issue with my phone, and my laptop and everything else is connected perfectly fine to my internet. My girlfriend gifted me this and I’d hate it to go to waste, please respond and give me any help you can so I can leave a better review!

Good but promises too much. When I first saw that it said my partner would feel the tap "anywhere in the world" it got my hopes up a lot higher than when I learned how they were set up. I love the bracelets but I only have two complaints, the marketing and the way they have to be connected. If the app setup was explained before you bought it it would've been much better and my expectations wouldn't have been so high. Also, if they could connect to any device (such as a computer) or at least from further away (more than 10 feet from the phone) this would be a lot better since my partner doesn't have a phone at the moment.

Edit a year later…. Honestly this is the best thing my boyfriend could get us. I love bugging him with these and just getting a message when I’m busy. It’s a really heartwarming way to know he’s thinking of me when we can’t text each other. And it’s super fun to just spam him too. CURRENT PROBLEM I’ve been so bugged about the fact that I can’t see if my boyfriends bond touch is connected 😃 For some reason he can see me connected, but I can’t see him connected. Idk if this is a bug or not, but can this please get fixed! I enjoy the bracelets but this is kinda annoying to have!

Really Good, broke during update. I got this for my girlfriend since February, until now worked great, the newest update make it where you have to open the app and see the menu screen for it to work. Normally it works when the app is running and the phone isn’t awake. Now it gives a notification and you have to open the app and tap the screen for it to work. Can you please change it back to where it just taps automatically and not have to unlock the phone and tap on the app everytime?

Worth every penny. Me and my boyfriend are not long distance but got these anyways since we can’t see each other as often as we wish due to school and our jobs. This genuinely helps me feel so much closer to him when I miss because even if we can’t text he knows I’m thinking of him and I can know he is thinking of me. We created our own little language with the touches which is fun to figure out and remember each sequence. Definitely a meaningful gift once you find the right person to share it with!

App not working. My boyfriend and I purchased these shortly after the pre-order bracelets were shipped, around December 2017. At first they worked very well, but for the last several months they haven't been working at all. The app can't connect to the bracelets no matter what we try, and if they do they disconnect after a couple minutes. We frequently have to fill out our information and request each other as partners again. The app just seems to have a lot of issues, and although I understand this can happen with the increase in consumers, these bugs need to be fixed. I have been patient with them for several months but my boyfriend and I can barely use our bracelets now.

Loved it until the newest update. I’ve had my bond for about a year. In that time, me and my partner have used them with little to no difficulty every day. The most recent update, however, has made it impossible to send taps as we normally did as I can’t receive them on my iOS device. When I asked for help from the company, they only told me which settings I should pick to have it run in the background, all of which were the same that I’d had already. I haven’t heard back from them since with any update. This is getting really frustrating, and it’s incredibly inconvenient to have to open the app if I’m in the middle of doing something else. Please fix.

Just another review. I got these for my boyfriend and I for Christmas. He lives in NL and I live in USA we’ve never had any problems with them except for slight delays sometimes, which to be honest is to be expected. The delays don’t bother us as they are only 10-15 seconds. The only complaint really is the lack of colors. There’s only 8 colors which is a bit underwhelming for the price you pay for the bracelets. Overall a good product and my boyfriend and I really enjoy them. Getting a touch and just to know your s/o is thinking of you is very nice. I’m really glad these are available it’s a great idea.

Loving this Thing. I've never been one to rave about an app but if I must, this has got to be one of the most helpful companion apps I've ever used in my life. It does so much for me that words alone can't explain. My girlfriend and I are in two different places constantly, so the BondTouch App really comes in handy for when we can't always be on top of every message we send each other. I really do love this app along with the buzzer itself!!! Definitely 5 Stars from me!!!

amazing gift, app needs improvement. i love this gift, my boyfriend got it for me for my birthday and it’s so sentimental and an amazing gift for couples who feel like they don’t have time to talk to each other during the day like us. we’ll send each other taps while at work to let the other know we’re thinking of them. i would suggest fixing or attempting to make it so that you do not need the app in the background for it to function. even with the app running in the background, and both bracelets fully charged,we’ll have issues where the taps aren’t sent at all or the bracelets say they’re not connected, even though all requirements are met. (we’ve checked multiple times) i’ve had to delete the app and redownload it multiple times to get it to work like it did the first few days. it’s not a horrible issue that we can’t deal with, but it is frustrating having to go through this process every couple of days or not being able to send taps while at work, where i don’t have time to fiddle with settings to make it work again.

Very cute but not really functional. I got mine a couple of days ago for my fiancé and I. The number one thing that I noticed right off the bat is how ridiculous it is to keep the app running in the background. At that point what’s the point of keeping my Bluetooth on? Another thing I realized was how it isn’t consistent with when you get your vibration from one another. It can be seconds, minutes, hours, or even days! Overall I love idea and it’s so adorable but I think for everyone to get the most out of those precious bracelets these issues needs to be fixed ASAP.

TOO many troubles. so let me start off with this, my boyfriend ordered the bracelets for my birthday and i was so excited to get them and pair them immediately but the trouble i’m having is the app. the app will say my bracelet is on 78% on second and then the next it’s on 16% (not even exaggerating) and the touches don’t even come in till 12 or 15 mins AFTER he sends them to me. just wish the buzzes would come in as fast as a text would. and sometimes i wouldn’t receive the touches AT ALL! i’d get a notification on my phone to say “i have new touches” and i’d have to go on the app to feel the touches. honestly just want a refund or new ones that work!

Love this!!. I absolutely love bond touch bracelets! It works great for me and my boyfriend who are in a long distance relationship. I also love the app update of where there is a chat, even though we don’t really communicate on it he will send me a sweet message on there every now & then. These bracelets are perfect for individuals who spent with long time apart from the ones they live and care about. So nice to get a buzz and know the person you love is thinking of you!! The only thing I would change about the bond touch bracelets is that they have more colors! Some cute light pastel colors would be so cute!

Possible idea??. Me and my boyfriend are absolutely in love with these!! Although we live in the same town, we can’t get enough of each other and these really help when we are both at work. A little “I love you” here and there. We’ve even come up with a 911 pattern just in case. Super fun and super cute. My idea is that there is a feature where you and your partner are able to save and name patterns. Both will be able to make new, save, and change the patterns when ever as well as see what the other has put. Maybe even be able to send that pattern to your partner when your in a time crunch.

Issues with the buzzes. It’s an amazing idea! The only issue I have with it, is that me nor my girlfriend can feel the buzzes we send eachother until we open the app, then our bracelets buzz and we both think that it kinda kills the entire idea of the bracelets if you have to be in the app to feel the buzz. We weren’t certain if this is how they’re supposed to work, and she already emailed the company so if someone could get back to help me here I’d really appreciate it! If I didn’t have this little bug issue, it would for sure be a 5 star idea!

Great but needs work. This is a wonderful idea and my LDR partner and I love this bracelet. However I’ve been having a lot of connectivity issues; it took 10 exact tries for the app to even let me connect, despite me double-tapping it with it being right above my phone so it’s definitely within range to be “searched”… I also don’t receive my partner’s touches but they get mine. We’ve both updated firmware, I deleted/reinstalled my app multiple times, turned Bluetooth on & off & on again, and NOTHING fixes this. And my connection is perfectly fine. Unfortunate because this was working fine months ago. Idk what you all did but you need to fix it ASAP.

Massive Instability. Recently I’ve started using the messenger feature of the app with my SO, and within a day of setting it up the app has become unusable. It either refuses to open or gets stuck at a screen requesting that I tap twice to confirm, despite being paired to the phone already. If either of the issues shows up it doesn’t go away until I reinstall the application, which stays stable for a couple hours at most. When it enters one of these issues I can input taps but they aren’t sent and the app does not recognize that I’ve inputted anything. Until the app is stabilized this product is nowhere near worth the money spent. Unacceptable.

Love it but lil things. So it tells you it needs to be open in the background but here & there j won’t receive the touch so I will have to close out of the app & go back into it to like reset it sorta? I don’t know but it’s annoying when you get the notification on your phone about a new touch but your bracelet hasn’t gone off. Otherwise; love everything about bond touch. It’s made my anxiety so much better sharing a bracelet with my best friend when she moved across country.

Cool bracelets, app just could use some improvements.. When I open the app, whether or not my partner is connected is completely inaccurate. it switches every time I refresh the app… I understand it has to run in the background. Since it needs this though, it’d be cool if anytime you clear the app by swiping up, you immediately get a notification saying the app needs to open for the bracelet to work. The “tile” app used for tracking your keys does this function perfectly, so I believe in y’all to make it happen. other then that I really like the bracelets!

Very Disappointed. I recently bought a pair of bracelets for my boyfriend and I for his birthday, but they have yet to work properly. Whenever my boyfriend tries to send a touch, his bracelet will begin vibrating nonstop until it dies or is disconnected. I tried visiting the website for troubleshooting solutions, however this is unaddressed in the FAQ. Many other reviews cite having the same continuous vibrating issue. After spending $100 on a heartfelt gift for my partner and I, I would hope to get some use out of them before they stopped working. It's very frustrating, especially since there seems no viable way to refund/replace them through the website, and barely any customer support. I moved over 2000 miles away from my boyfriend and bought these to help close the distance, but am left sad and out $100.

Bond touch doesn’t work just only after a week. My bond touch was sending all my messages/buzzes to my partner and she was getting them but when she would send them back mine isn’t buzzing at all the only reason I know she has buzzed me is because of the in app notifications I have tried looking up the issues restarting the app I even tried to reconnect my bracelet to her and now it isn’t even detecting my bracelet anymore and now I can’t connect before you say anything ofc my Bluetooth is on still nothing so if you ask me this product is a huge waste of money I tried reaching out to customer service and nothing so don’t buy this or download this app
