Great but frustrating ads. The app was working really great until I kept getting these google photo ads that did not have an exit button which made me frustrated because I couldn’t access my photo that I needed to filter. I kept opening and reopening the app but the ad kept popping up without a “X” button.

Good until. Had the app for a while, worked well. Until today when I was editing some photos it starts crashing. When I usually had this problem would delete some photos than it would work. But I deleted photos and apps off my phone to try to make it stop crashing but is didn’t work. Plz fix this because your the only app that delivers.

Crashing. Hello! This is one of my favorite photo editing apps, but as of recently the app keeps crashing when I go to save an image. Is anyone else having this problem, and can it be fixed? Thanks!

Stupid. So I downloaded this app and didn’t really like it so wanted to cancel before getting charged after my 3 day free trial. Well turns out I still got charged, but when I go to the app now it says start your free 3 day trial which since I basically paid (even though I didn’t want to) wouldn’t you think I would actually be able to use the app? I’ve also sent them an email and no one has gotten back to me which it’s been three days now since I’ve sent the email. I’m very angry and disappointed to say the least...

Good with room to grow. Bought the premium version. Like it a lot. Wish to see a few improvements in future updates though... namely, the ability to adjust features variably, rather than just off/on in the settings, also need an option to completely disable or turn back the amount of light leaks on each filter. This apps strong suite though is it’s great random outcomes and how it tastefully distorts images while adding some decent dust overlays. I have to admit the additional filters in the premium are not that great but overall it’s a great app. Look forward to updates. 🙏🏻

Lomograph review. 10/10 would recommend! Only problems is that I wish that you could do all of the features and not have to pay so much! Also, it would be better if there were an option to change the intensity of the colors!

It wont let me open the app. Every time i try and open the app it keeps crashing as soon as it opens. Idk whats wrong. I deleted the app and reinstalled it three times and it still does it. I even restarted my phone and it still wont work. Please help. Other than that the app is amazing.

Great vintage filters!. These filters legit make your photos look vintage! There is something so authentic about the quality that no other “retro filter” app has. Please don’t ever change.

5 Stars, but room more improvements. Absolutely love the app, and everything it has to offer. I do wish they can make it more user friendly however. - Allow how much and more specifically where you can add dust - Be able to move the flares - Make it easier to choose the desired filter, so we don’t have to click 30 times before reaching the one we want. - The app used to respond a lot faster, no lag, and no crashes With all that said, Thank you for creating the app, maintaining it and allow all of us to use it.

Great. I recommend this app, it makes all your pictures even better! Even comes with a date on the photo. Amazing! Get this app now, and try it out. But there are a lot of ads, but you can skip them after 5 seconds.

Great. This app is great because these filters are trending right now and it’s lets you choose a good amount of filters the only thing is that you do have to pay for some of the filters but it lets you download them to your camera roll and overall this is a great app

almost perfect. This is one of my favorite apps to edit my pictures, I just always wish that you could go back to an filter if you accidentally click past it, instead of just continuing to try new ones and hoping a similar one will cycle through. And why have the film burns on only a few of the color filters? The most annoying is that you can’t play music while you use the app.

Love it but no one reaches back out to you. I had to change my device... I’ve already bought the entire pack. But my purchases were not restored. Please help... I don’t have all my filters and I have to suffer through extra long ads

Good variety for being free. Each filter has three versions, so I feel like you have a good amount to work with. No watermark left on the photo. As long as the app stays watermark free, or at least can be removed by watching a add then I’m happy. 100% recommend for anyone!

Amazing and perfect. This is app is amazing. There is some tiny glitches but other than them it’s perfect. It’s the app you want that have retro and other filters but it’s soo nice and neat. I got the app just to see what it is but I’m keeping it because it’s so good and isn’t fake like other apps are.

Excessive Crashes. I appreciate the previous help with restoring previous purchases but since the recent update, the app has crashed Every time I try to edit an image. Even small, simple images crash it. Up until this update, this was my favorite app to use. I hope this is fixed soon.

Not a fan of update. I originally loved this app and after like two weeks of having it they completely changed it I definitely think the free ones are different because I use to have like two I loved and now I don’t like any of them and I kind of liked the extra ones but I bought them and they don’t even look like they did in their examples it’s really annoying

Almost perfect. I was very excited when I found this app. I even purchased a couple of packs. One of my favorite things about it was the date stamp. However, after the first day of using it, they removed the day and just kept month and year which makes it look less like an original film. It’s extremely frustrating because Other than that the filters are great and I’ve raved about it to everyone. Please fix date stamp!!

Simple but Effective. The effects in Lumograph certainly get the job done and are able to open up avenues of creativity, letting you see your pictures in ways you hadn’t considered before through vintage aesthetics. Great app

Can’t Buy More Filters. I tried deleting and reloading the app to see if it would fix the problem, but it will not work. I see that u are working on an update to fix that tho. Otherwise I love the app.

Hi!. I love this app but I highly suggest adding a strength tool so you can adjust how much of the filter you want. I find that in some pictures, I love certain filters but they are just a little too strong for my liking and so I don’t end up using the app at all :( but 5 stars because the app is simple, easy-to-use and has amazing looking filters!

SUPER CUTE. Literally adorable!! I know the extra filters cost some dough,, but it’s totally worth it and the developers gotta make bank somehow, so why not? The app is SUPER easy to use and I’m in love with the freedom it gives you compared to other apps with the same style/idea. Def recommend.

Garbage. Every time I download this app to give it a chance, I get to selecting the picture—dandy— then it goes straight into an ad that doesn’t let me exit it, even after waiting for minutes at a time. I never make it to the photo editing part. Waste of space. This is the third time I’ve downloaded this app to see if this was a bug that would be fixed. What a shame.

Great!. This is one of my favorite photo apps to use, but the only thing I don’t like about it versus the other apps I use more often is the ability to control the look of the filter. Being able to customize the intensity of the filters would make it much better in my opinion because sometimes the filters look too intense on certain photos.

App crashes when I try to save the finished edit :((. so I’ve been using this app now for a pretty long while and it’s been rlly good to me!! Up until now tho :(( it just blacks out into the home screen when I’m trying to save the edit :((, I’ve cleared up my space and redownloaded the app but nothing seems to work

8 New Filters?. This is an awesome app and I love it !! I recently got an update for the app saying that there was new filters but when I did the update I didn’t see them. Which ones are they. I also purchased the other filter packs before this update was released !! Either way awesome app!!

Good not great. I love this it is exactly what i was looking for. I love how it transforms pictures. Some improvements that can and should b made are the following. When on the camera screen there should be a timer option. Next all but one of the sets of fliters cost 2.99. I feel like that is kinda a rip off. I only bought 2(i had a gift card otherwise I wouldn’t have). But nothings perfect i guess lol, i really like the app anyways though.

Great filters but.... There should be a better way to cycle through filters instead of randomly applying them. Also, the shutter sound effect when selecting a filter is annoying, especially when you have music playing in the background. It completely stops Apple Music from playing just because of the app sound effect.

What happened?. Installed the app, loved it at first and ALL the different filters...then I click on SVET and my screen auto goes to an add and then to my home screen. I tried opening it again and it showed me an add and did the same thing?? Are you guys having issues? It seems like a great app but I haven’t even had it for 5 minutes and it’s already crashed on me twice....??

Easily one of my favorite photography apps!. Lomograph’s an amazingly useful app, completely free of charge unless you plan on purchasing some new filters (which I absolutely will pretty soon), there aren’t many ads constantly in your face, the filters are all stunning, the app actually enhances pictures that've already been taken, and yeah! Basically, this is the embodiment of anything and everything good. No false advertising either, you get exactly what you’re looking for.

Not exactly false advertising.... However, A lot of what most people do consider important information is left out. Like being allowed to use the app for so many tries, & after your tries are used up your stuck in a never ending cycle of Advertisements on a continuous loop... With no known way of making it go back to the way the app was originally advertised to you. If that problem had never occurred then I would have gladly given it 5 ⭐️’s. Unfortunately, that’s just not the case... Who knows, it could just be a glitch on my phone... I say try it out for yourselves and see if your experience differs from mine?

My review. This app is the best it’s free and provides a variety of filters and you can add details to the filter and really captures the vintage look. Although they have some filters blocked that you would have to pay for, the ones they provide are really good.

Awesome- seriously. This is the best free filter app I have ever used! I like the dust and distortion options along with the filters. Pictures taken with Lomograph are really unique and they stand out from your normal filtered photos. And I appreciate that there are no ads!! Another great thing is that you can do so much with the free filters; and the paid filters are inexpensive. I am impressed with this app. A cool feature I would like to see though, is an option to use the distortion and dust features without a filter. That would be really cool. And thanks for the response! Keep up the good work!

i love this app!. I love this app! All of my friends were using filters from this app, and i thought they looked so cool! So i searched the app store, until i found it! My pictures look so much cooler with these filters!

You FIRED Peter?!. Oh dear! Right up in ver 1.5 I noticed you fired Peter because he was never on time. Does that mean if I hadn’t updated it he’d still have his job? I’m sooo sorry Peter. You were doing fine; I’m not a fan of the “everyone be at your desk at the same time” model anyway since it’s unnecessary for most tech companies. (Don’t even get me started on the United States insanity of standing all day at work for jobs that should have a choice of sitting and standing- but I hope you all know firing Peter isn’t reality) The app is fine but not one I’ve used a lot yet. Some of the effects are unique. I generally combine editors so I pick and choose what works.

I used to LOVE THIS APP !. I used to love this app and decided to redownload everything I bought all the filters because I wanted to achieve those looks on new pictures I had taken, I’ve never had problems with the app until now. Every time I try editing the app freezes and I can’t use it :( it doesn’t even apply the filters right :( I’m so dissapointed

Great yet.... I love everything about this app except it keeps kicking me out of the app and also it won’t let me exit out of the photo I’m editing. Besides that great filters and variety to choose from. Would def download this if you are ok with putting up with it kicking you out sometimes and losing your progress

Updates ruined the app. The new updates were okay, ads every 5 seconds, no more customizable date stamp unless you pay but I got past all of that to keep using your great filters but now I just tried to edit a photo and every single filter has a different time stamp even if I didn’t want one? I deleted the app.

Beautiful. WOW. These filters are amazing. I use so many different apps for filters to edit one picture but I can see myself only using this one from now on. 👌🏼✨

Paying extra to apply your own dates.. I think that paying extra to apply your own dates is totally unnecessary. Especially since we already have to pay for other filters that are only available to us temporarily. I think you guys should revert it back to the old style, when you didn’t charge to JUST change the date on YOUR OWN pictures.

Love the filters. I'm excited to buy some filters. The app wouldn't let me purchase them but I saw that you guys are working on it in the next update. Thanks. I hit restore purchases and my filters came back. Idk what happened whoops. I was nervous that it took my money and not gave me the filters.

Fix the bug or reimburse customers. I purchased a pack of filters two months ago and noticed that I now no longer have access to them, and instead am prompted to purchase a $25 subscription. I have already purchased (as in PAID FOR THEM.......WITH MY MONEY) these filters, so I either need access back or I need to be reimbursed for the pack that I did buy. Note: clicking “restore purchases” prompts a pop-up which reads “Error! Restore Failed. Please, try again.” I have tried logging out & back in to my App Store, deleting and re-downloading the app, turning my phone off & back on again - every time the same error message pops up. Editors/creators/whoever handles this - FIX the bug or reimburse me and the other customers that have paid for packs of filters. I didn’t DONATE my money to your company/app, I PURCHASED a product for myself. Please fix it.

Awesome filters. Really nice filters, however it distorts your picture on the edges to give it a vintage look, which i can find a little irritating. It would be better if your could choose to distort manually.

Wow. I agree that this app has great filters and awesome editing features but I’m just not down with $5 a week. A WEEK? Seriously? I am trying to up my phone photo game but not at that cost. It doesn’t even make sense to me. So I would give it more stars but I’m not doing the free trial and I’m not paying for it weekly so I never really got to use it. Waste of a download.

Needed features. I really like this app, it is the best photo editor I have found to give the trendy “ 90s distressed” look on my picture, however I think the app could use the option to tone down a selected filter. And maybe a option were I can just simply add scratches to a photo without all the other stuff

Amazing filters and a developer that actually cares. I’ve had this app since 1.0 and it has only gotten better! In the 1.1 update there was a problem with in-app purchases so I emailed the developer and he kindly replied to my email and then the new 1.2 update was released almost immediately with the problem solved. You can tell they actually care about the users. Over all, my favorite aspects of this app as of the 1.2 update are: - the distortion is my most favorite - the dusty film grain - the option to turn off date stamp and distortion - the random light leaks - the new Kosmos filter!! What I’d like to see in future updates - more filters (duh) - an opacity option for distortion and filters Thank you for this amazing app!! My new favorite!

No transparency in your offer. This is all too hard guys. If you make an app with numerous alternate filters with names that have no relevance to what they actually are, then part way through looking at them you try to make me purchase????? Forget it. Pity because you may have what I’m looking for. Rethink your purchase strategy and make your offer more apparent.

Date hasn’t updated for 2020?. I love this app, I love the filters but I mostly use this app to add a date to my photos to make them look like film so it matches my aesthetic. It’s 2020 now and it won’t let me add a date from this year. The most recent date is 31.12.19 which is did and needs to be fixed

So many adds, can’t even test out the free version before purchasing.. You select a photo to edit and all you get is an add you can’t close.... can’t even see what type of filters the app has or how good they, definitely not purchasing.

FINALLY AN APP WHERE YOU CAN IMPORT PHOTOS. Unlike most retro vintage filter apps (like huji cough cough) you don’t have to pay to import pictures that you have taken with ur camera.

Too much advertising. I used to use this app a lot, but now with the amount of advertising it's impossible. This app was one of the reasons I wanted to buy an iPhone again, I did it and now I have to delete the app. It would be better to charge an annual fee.

Great app but. I am a big fan of the 70s and when I go to change the date to 1978 or something then it won’t work and go back to 1980.

Advertising hellfest. You won’t be able to even safe the first shot just to see how it works. You’ll be bombarded by advertising pop ups 20 sec long. One after another relentlessly any tap launches a new add. I was going to buy this app initially MOT ANYMORE. I hope you made lots of money while you irritated the hell out of me.

Was great, now horrible. Yo, i never write reviews. But , I’ve had this app for YEARS. While i love the different filters , the amount of commercials and ads you have to sit through to edit ONE photo is enough to drive you crazy! 12 second ads . All games . It’s ridiculous!!!i understand ads but this is excessive !

Can’t make in-app purchases. The free filters are great but I there’s always an error when I try to buy the Pastel Pink and Space Odyssey Filters.

Used to be good. The last update destroyed the app. TOO MANY ads, popping all the time on the screen. The app crashes, you can’t go back to the beginning and edit a new picture without force quitting the app. It stops the music you’re playing, you can’t listen to music while using the app. Used to be a great app, now it’s just another scam to get money.

Too many ads :(. Having this app was kinda fun at first. Now it’s too time consuming to even maneuver. The ads are ridiculous and many. I get maybe two filters, them several ads. Then one change then several more ads. Then no change of filters and continuous ads. Will be deleting unless there is a solution.

An ad every few seconds with no X!. I haven’t left many reviews, but this app was so frustrating! I kept getting ads that had no way to close and I had to keep closing and reopening the app. They were ads for face photoshop and obnoxious. Finding another app for dust and filters now.

Too much ads now. i really liked it before when it doesn’t have too much ads, now every preset you press you get ads i mean they get paid by buying the filters/presets already stop putting too much ads. it’s so annoying psh.

It was PERFECT until recent update. This app was PERFECT and one of my favorites until the most recent update. I had purchased a pack of filters and then I had updated my app, which erased my purchases and now prompts me to subscribe to a weekly subscription to access any of the packs INCLUDING the ones I’ve already bought. RIP-F’ING-OFF. Can’t restore purchases because I get an error message. Um, no thanks.

It’s great but... Honestly I love all the filters. But it can be irritating when I’m listening to music & editing my photos for it to stop my music, idk but that’s the only problem I have w the app 😂

Love it!. Spent the extra $2 on the 6 pink/blue filters. Was it worth it? Probably not.. but it’s a solid app and I wanted to support the developers! Update: DEFINITELY worth it! Keep adding more filters and new features please guys

Full screen ads in the first 30 seconds of using the app. I downloaded this app yesterday and opened it today to see what it had it offer. I selected my first pic and a full screen ad piped up that I couldn’t close. After the ad ended a rate this app windows piped up. As I type this response ads continue to periodically overlay the keyboard.

Date. There should be more options of how the date looks :)

AWFUL. i’ve had this app for months and i’ve loved it, now there’s an add everytime you choose a photo to edit. Also the app ALWAYS crashes i can barely look at the filters. This app used to be a favorite and now it just crashes and has long ads. FIX IT!!

The app is pretty good. I like the free filters but I would only want to have the “ISKRA” filter without the random red light. In all, it offers great filters !

Million dollar idea. The idea of Autochrome, more the idea of using a filter that utilizes the general color scheme seen in the Autochrome film process.

They robbed my money. I got that app it’s a great app tbh but when I purchased 6 filters which were 3 for 0.99$ Apple sent me a confirmation saying that I paid this amount for the filters but I never actually got to use the filters cause you guys “scammed me” I would like a refund since this is what ya do.

Too much fun!!!!. Paid for the upgrade to avoid the awful commercials. Worth it. Having alot of fun with it tonight. I love the touch response of the special features. Too much fun!!!

Authentic. Great app! The filters are great and provide you with so many different styles within each one. Also has a date stamp!

Crash. Great app, but even after the update to fix the crash problem, its still happening.

App keeps glitching and shutting down. This app freezes whenever I put filters on the photos and shuts down on me as I’m browsing. The filters are amazing though, just wish I could save them into my phone without the app shutting down.

Restore purchase.. Same thing happened to me. I paid TWICE the package. When I got a new phone and transferred everything over my purchase was gone. The restore button didn’t work even though it told me “All purchases have been restored” . I love the filters but I’m not paying again, so I would like access to them or a refund.
