This is THE BEST DELIVERY OPTION EVER!!!. I was having issues with packages belling delivered to the wrong door and this completely solved for that!!! No risk of packages getting lost. These drivers don’t even look inside your garage. They open your door, they take a picture of the package and they DO NOT walk away until your garage door is entirely closed. I wouldn’t want it any other way!

Great app but.... It's a great app, easy to use. But I hope they will come with an update that makes the app password protected. Right now you can just open the app and access everything including opening your door, passwords for other guests and the camera.

Pleas fix issues. Whenever adding/ removing guests from the household, it freezes on the saving/deleting screen. I have to close the app and open again to see if the changes I made actually saved. Sometimes I have to go through this process multiple times to get the person added. If these issues were fixed, the app would be great!

big security issues. the app seemed promising. although this just happened. an item was delivered into the garage, yet the key app said it was delivered to my doorstep. there were no notifications about my garage door being opened and closed by the driver. this is a huge security issue. i only saw the item inside the garage - and my security camera saw the garage door open and close. these are the only ways i knew someone had been in the garage. i’m extremely unhappy about this. why should the key app tell me all about when we open/close our garage - yet when, more importantly, a delivery person has accessed the garage it tells you NOTHING.

Works well but annoying bug. Everything works very well, but if you have an item which was lost or canceled before delivery, it gets stuck in the delayed stayed indefinitely at the top of the list. I now have about 8 items there which won't go away, and it's just been growing over time. Please fix and I'll update my review! Otherwise it's a great app

Good app with limited functionality. The app works great, but it would be nice if you could have your lock set to unlock/unlock when you are within a certain proximity of the door like the August lock and others. It would also be great if you could give people access to unlock the door through the app opposed to them needing to enter a combo at the door.

Useable. This app is wholly unusable. I sent up my lock with the app from the lock manufacturer and it worked perfectly with Alexa. Then I attempted to use the key app and the cloud camera. Holy smokes! I could get the lock recognized and not the cloud camera, once the camera was recognized the key app couldn’t recognize the lock. Meanwhile my Alexa app sees the lock and the camera. After linking and resetting my lock three times (which meant resetting all my codes) I quit.

Package delivery. I’m a senior citizen, 72 years young , I wish my mother could have seen this technology, I’m thankful to all the young people who are using their brains to make life easier and safer, go for it, use the brains God has given you, thanks

In garge delivery went very well. This was my 1st in-garage delivery and I love it... All aspects, garage door opening, the package was placed in a very good location, the video and sound recording was perfect and the closing of the garage door was accomplished, all in a timely manner.... Thanks !!!!!!!

Multiple names. It’s a cool feature but it doesn’t help much when there is three people in my household that use the same account and only one name is “approved” for key delivery. I wish all three of us could use key delivery. Doesn’t make sense for my orders to go in garage and their orders go to the front door.

Great Feature. Having the ability to allow packages delivered into your garage is genius. It’s super convenient and you don’t have to worry about your package sitting on the porch exposed to thieves.

Highly recommend!. Safe and secure delivery. Love my Liftmaster garage door opener with smartphone technology and back up battery. With the recent storms it’s a comfort to know we can drive into the garage regardless of the weather.

No customer support and drivers don’t deliver consistently. I’ve selected the last 6 or so deliveries to be completed using the Key delivery method where the driver should be dropping the package off inside my garage which happens to be in the back of my home. Inevitably, I see the drivers just drive to the front of my house and walk to my front porch and just report that Key wasn’t working properly. There have been times where I’ve purposefully left the garage door open and they don’t even pretend to check. Upon researching how to file a complaint on the website, the instructions just direct you to reach out to customer support via the Key app, which conveniently is a blank screen right now. As someone else put it, it’s a great idea but it’s only as good as the delivery drivers who honor it.

Safe package inside. In and out to your garage fast; Camera record everything and send a notification when you door open and close. Like it.

Works great, mostly. App works great, but consistently hangs when adding it removing guest users. I use this to control the checkin/checkout process on an AirBnb. The app will hang after every function, so you have to close it and reopen it again. Guests access will be added or removed once app is ‘rebooted’. Very annoying process- but all cows are saved and synced despite clunkiness of app.

So nice!. Loving this feature. We select key garage delivery when we know we won’t be home. I monitor the driver with my garage camera. Have had stuff delivered a dozen times this way now and it has been great to not have to worry about a package being stolen!

Awesome convenience and functionality with security!. In the beginning the service was a bit glitchy. But now they have completely ironed out the problems. It works flawlessly every time! I receive 2 to 3 in garage deliveries every week and never have a problem! It’s pretty cool to see the package delivered on camera,

Great option to receive packages. I was a little bit reluctant to tie in the garage door to the WiFi to gravy access to thirds while I’m away. Actually is a great option that keeps your package safe from weather and avoid stealing.

Please fix this!. This app would be my favorite thing ever - if you would fix it. Every time I add or remove someone from the household and click save, it locks up on “Saving…” so that I have to close the app completely. Then I have to reopen again it to see if my change actually saved. I am constantly adding and removing guests to my household so I need this feature to work better please. I have an iPhone SE 2nd Gen. Thanks.

History Erase. I would love it if they would allow you to erase the history of all deliveries and the opening and closing in one swipe. Instead of having to go back into each one individually. Otherwise a very good app

Good. I like the service but wish it was available through all of delivery companies! Also have bean disappointed a couple times!! Order was supposed to be delivered in garage and was left on porch! At edge of steps in plain sight!

Brilliant!. This app and associated hardware has been a dream to install with the only complaint that not every delivery uses it! I, and my supplier, has proof of delivery complete with video footage. Our home is undergoing renovation and there are many deliveries with often no one in attendance. Now I can see all deliveries being made real time and examine video footage if necessary. Simply brilliant!

Safe. I feel so much better having the packages delivered inside. I also like the app letting me know when the driver is close and when he or she arrives.

Beware. I had a delivery today that is unrecorded in my order status. It was a dupe delivery. In effect, the driver entered our home with no record of his entry. My security system recorded it. I got no email indicating the delivery had been made. I am trying to turn the key delivery off. They have made it really hard. I have to download this app to do it. I have lost trust. When I communicated all the details to customer service I was told “we will work hard to mitigate these mishaps.”

Wow! This really works!. With my new garage door opener, I had a chance to sign up for the Key service. Wow! This is a perfect way to stop the porch pirates from getting your prized packages. I am so glad that I signed up for this service. Thank you!!!

Awesome but... I do like the safety and security of having packages delivered in garage.. it was a bit of a challenge to setup but easily corrected. Sad note, you must pay for cloud storage separately if you want ability to view delivery..

Where to place items bought.. There is a card table in the front an center for purchased products to be left. Not a big deal, leaving it on the floor but as the driver will attest to I have a very busy garage meaning it is a bit of a mess with so many projects going on…! Thank you. Jerry

Great service. Have used this several times. Worked well each time. Raining today but my package stayed dry and secure. Lots of porch pirates in our neighborhood but I don’t have to worry about them.

Wow!. This new key service is amazing. No more worrying about package thieves or misdelivered items. Our first experience today exceeded expectation! The driver not only delivered the package to our garage but carried it to the inside landing where we easily retrieved it just outside our kitchen door. This service offers the security I’ve only dreamed about. It ends the stress when we can’t be home to receive a delivery.

Inconsistency. I always get an alert when a package is arriving. Lately almost half my packages are placed on my front porch because the driver was “unable to access Key”. I have had 2 deliveries in the same day and one was placed in my garage and the other on the porch.

Key Delivery is FANTASTIC. Have been enjoying Key Delivery for several months and find it to be fantastic. Since I have personally experienced “porch pirate” theft, I very much appreciate the security of Key Delivery. I am notified several minutes in advance of a delivery and at the time of delivery. I am able to monitor the delivery with Ring security cams. A PERFECT solution! Question: How do I remove “Delayed” notices in the Key application? The package has been delivered, but the “Delayed” notice is still displayed. Thanks for the GREAT KEY DELIVERY service, and the Key Application.

Key delivery. I reside in a neighborhood where petty robbery such as packages car being broken into things of that sort. Key delivery is the most secure delivery ever thought of. My amazing item was delivered inside my garage. I was alerted by key and my camera instantly came up on my phone

Love Key delivery. We have been thrilled with the key delivery. In this day and age of so much theft, it is a big relief to know that we can trust the safety of our deliveries. And it’s wonderful not to feel like we need to rush home or bother neighbors or family to pick up.

Works great!. Once we set up the MyQ garage door opener and linked it to the Key app, it worked very well. I can have packages delivered safely even when I am not at home. I also have a ring camera in the garage which records the whole process. A great combination.

Secure and safe delivery option. I love this delivery way because first is very secure and always all my package is safely of weather and also easy way to pick up.

App is only as good as the drivers. This is a great concept. But the concept only works if drivers are willing to take an extra 30 seconds to actually use the feature. Out of 10 “Key” deliveries, maybe 1 will actually be delivered via Key. Drivers must view it as a hassle and simply bypass it by marking that they couldn’t use the feature when they don’t even try. Much easier to just run them to the unprotected porch and run back to their van. On top of these issues, the Key support team is useless. They simply apologize and offer no further support or remuneration for your time and expense investing in this tool. Proceed at your own risk.

Thanks. We were out for the day and it was very calming to be notified that the delivery was made and secure in our garage. I guess you really do not know the feeling until you are notified and then get home and see that the weather or porch pirates did not have a chance to mess up the day. Great service!

Love this. I love this service. Don’t have to worry about items being stolen from porch, under mat, yard or driveway anymore. No more hassles of leaving work earlier to catch a delivery or missing lunch. Packages are placed in plain site and nothing is ever disturbed in my garage. Peace of mind!!

Offline Messages. This sounded like a great idea, having been out of town when packages were delivered in the past. Downloaded the app and linked to the MyQ garage easily. Problem started within the first hour with “Your MyQ is offline” messages. We have never had an offline issue and when I checked it was fine. This went on throughout the evening and today. Disabled notifications and eventually just unlinked it. Currently a waste of time

Almost perfect. App (and MyQ) is easy to set up. Unfortunately Key is not available for Subscribe & Save items. Also not available to household member even though we’re at the same address and would use the same access😠.

Key working as planned. I had another Key delivery today, and it worked exactly as the key program is set up to do. The driver opened the garage door and deposited the package on my workbench in the garage. I received a notification, and I found the package exactly where it should be.

Awesome. I never feel that safe without this service! On time, packages safe in my car garage! My ring camera vision works awesome! I just love this bright idea of delivering my items safe in my garage! You will never have a stolen package again ! Lots of thanks!

It works!. Love the fact that I can comfortably place an order and it be delivered safely in my garage. With my family busy schedule, it’s not all the time that we are home when deliveries arrive thus my package is safe within my garage.

Kay garage door opener. The garage door opener responds to my car to my iPhone and never misses a beat. IsMuch better than my previous opener. Open and closes reliably with both my car and the iPhone and I receive a message on my iPhone give me the status. much better than the device that I had previously. well worth installing

Very annoying. Every time I open the app it says offline. Every time. I have to set up the whole thing again just to get it working. Every time. What if I’m away and needed to open or lock the house for a family member I can’t do it remotely because this app is useless and does not work. Offline every time I try to use it. I give up. I’m not going to do a set up process every time I want to use it. Useless.

Key. I like key and the drivers are quite careful to not leave the door open I have actually met them while delivering and they handed the package to me and then shut the door. I think the delivery is not complete until the door has closed. Very satisfied with the honesty of drivers. They do not enter the garage since I have outlined an area within reach of the door.

AMAZING. This is a tremendous service! We used it for the first time today and it went off without a hitch. The driver pulled up with package, garage door went up, package placed in garage, driver returned to truck, garage door went down.

The app is terrible. The lock is great. Can’t use the lock without the app.. This whole system is super buggy. The lock needs the camera to work. The camera has a crappy WiFi dongle. The app itself can’t lock in new door codes because of the bad connectivity. Terrible system. Definitely don’t rely on this for your front door of your vacation rental property.

Give us blink camera support. I had a cloud cam until the service was discontinued. The replacement blink camera I was given still doesn’t have support in the key app. Please add support for blink cameras for those of us former cloud cam users.

Car delivery. I’d love to be able to take advantage of this… but apparently you still can have packages placed in your trunk because of covid. Covid has subsided rather significantly as of late and mask mandates are disappearing. On top of that, I cannot remotely fathom how there’s more, or any, risk of getting covid by putting a package in the trunk of a car, versus inside someone’s residence… Any degree of logic would suggest that it’d be the other way around. Trunk delivery preferred and in-door delivery suspended. Nevertheless, any idea when this will be changed?

I miss the activity feed. For some reason the activity feed went away, so I am no longer to see a history of each time my door was locked and unlocked. This feature needs to come back.

Delivery in garage. This is the first time I’ve ever used inside delivery in the garage works very well will be using it in the future great idea I’ve had packages stolen off my front porch this is perfect.

Garage Door Delivery. I love this service, I don't have to worry about my packages being stolen. I have already recommended it to my friends and family.

I love my MyKey garage delivery system. I never have to worry about any of my packages being stolen the drivers open my garage put my package in and shut my garage before they leave.

Delivery Key. Driver did a great job. Only issues was in garage working on vehicle at the time and driver needed me to pull vehicle out so he could close garage to close out the delivery. Should have an override for these situations

I love this app. I live on a busy street and I always worry about packages being stolen. When I upgraded my garage door opener I added this app. Now I get secure delivery with no worries about theft.

Working out bugs in software. It works well when driver reads instructions to deliver in garage. Time will work bugs out of software and allow a consistent result of garage delivery.

Not getting notification sounds. Was working perfectly until recently. I no longer get the notification sound when the garage is opened and closed. Appears to have happened around the same time as the ios 15.6.1 security patch.

Didn’t work!. Driver couldn’t get package in my garage even though I have everything set up.

Buggy. Used to work really well — now won’t even let me update my delivery instructions after I’ve moved places. Wont let me update my garage door account either.... kind of pointless I’m not even able to use it now

Owner. I work for a major home builder, and we install the MyQ and the DIY ring package. I recommend using the key, when I talk to all the new home buyers. It’s a save piece of mind for your delivery’s.

Garage Door Opener Offline. Often shows my garage door opener as being offline. However, the opener is online. This needs to be corrected.

Garage door. Sometimes my garage door gets kicked off line so I had to wait for my package and received personally.

Great idea in concept. I love the idea where my items will be in my garage. Problem is that cell coverage is spotty right at the garage, drivers don't always see note to use their phone near the mailbox and just leave package in the driveway.

Please fix notifications. Make them more granular. I don’t want notifications for “planned deliveries”. I don’t want notifications for deliveries from my husband’s account. Notifications are just too much that I had to turn them off altogether.

Love key.. This system of allowing the delivery drivers to open your garage doors to deliver packages is fantastic. I would highly recommend using this system.

Key delivery gets package delivered correctly. This is not a risky community. Packages do not get stolen here. But packages do get incorrectly delivered, either accidentally or by a driver deliberately cutting corners. Key prevents that. I get my package every time.

Can not submit feedback comments in iOS app.. The Submit button is not viewable once comments are entered.

Key Service. First time using key delivery service, great added service and worked perfectly

Confused. Your description says “you can choose Key Secure delivery at checkout” but I did not choose it. Is there a default setting that I can change? Most of my packages don’t need to be delivered in key secure location.

The convenience. Most of the time I’m at work. This helps keep the porch pirates at bay because the drivers make sure your garage door is down before they leave

Exciting. I am so glad this is available to me now. I was always worried about packages going missing, but not now. Great service!

Update issues. Every time there’s an update, my camera goes offline. What’s worse is because the key app fails at launch, it also causes the camera to malfunction in the cloud cam app. Why even provide updates if there are always connectivity issues after doing do?

No porch pirates. This is the way to go. Everyone should get their items delivered in the garage. Put the porch pirates out of business.

Security. We love the convenience of it because we don’t have to worry about our packages being at risk at the hands of a thief.

Secure delivery. I have now used the Key app for two deliveries. It was simple to setup with my phone and garage door app. I like knowing that my packages are secure in my garage but also out of any weather we might get on the day of delivery.

Same problem - hangs when adding. Whenever adding or removing guests the app hangs and needs to be killed to use again - guests are in there and lock is programmed, but this an obvious issue and guests don’t get an automatic text either during the add - not sure why it’s taking so long for the fix.

Key Delivery. I am so glad I have this service! I am hardly ever around when my packages come! I received my first package today, came home and it was right by the steps INSIDE my Garage!!! Highly Recommend!!!

Please add Apple Watch ch integration. Much easier to use than the myQ app, clean and simple. Love it. Now if you would only add Apple Watch integration, so I didn’t have to have my phone with me all the time to check deliveries or open the door, it would be perfect.

Secure delivery. I love the key delivery system where I can trust that my packages will be delivered and safe. I get updates on imminent delivery and when the packages have been delivered.

I love this option!. Key delivery is amazing. I get my packages and don’t have to worry about thefts or damage to my package being outside. This is perfect!

Key. This was our first experience with using KEY and it won’t be the last! It’s nice to know that our deliveries will be placed in our garage safely and hidden from porch pirates!

Drivers stopped leaving purchases in garage. This worked for about three months. Now drivers leave note that they handed it to someone near the garage when that is an absolute lie. Left a record out IN THE SUN when it was supposed to be Key Delivered. This app is useless now and I don’t trust the drivers any more.

First delivery. Ease of delivery was great. Driver did a safe open close. I was home so noted whole process. Will definitely use this service again. Important to leave directions for placement of order in the garage.

Way too many notifications. The app lets me get packages in a new and secure way, but it is incredibly annoying. I do not need 4+ notifications that a package is going to be delivered starting days in advance. I don’t want to disable all notifications from the app, but I might, to stop the annoyance.

Delayed Deliveries Can’t be Deleted. The app works fine. No real complaints. But when a delivery is delayed, and later delivered it remains in the list. You need to add a capability to swipe to delete. Please.

Delivery inside garage.. My wife had a package stolen some time ago and with this type of delivery it give you peace of mind that your purchases will be in a save place, out of the hands of thiefs.
