💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

New App Interface. The new interface for the app is okay, but I don’t like how the start time is rounded off to the nearest five minutes within the hour (Example, I start my workout at 5:37 PM, but the official time shown when I log the start of my workout is 5:40 PM, and there is no in-between). It was also easier to simply enter the exact time I finished my workout instead of entering how long it lasted. All I would recommend is changing it so we can enter the exact time we started and the exact time we finished. Other than that, it works fine.

Beyond disappointed. Awful company allowed me to sign up for personal training and then violated the legal agreement and blamed it on me. Did not allow me to recover my “100% satisfaction guarantee“ and when I asked the manager to connect me with their boss I was completely ignored. I am extremely disappointed that they are so eager to get their fees and payments and don’t at all care about the customer after that. They even promised me detailed meal plans and personal support during my overpriced personal training month plan which they also didn’t deliver or care about when I brought it up. After paying them $400+ dollars to them for 4 hours of training for the month, I as a customer was left feeling ignored, belittled, betrayed, violated, and deeply saddened.

Touchy. So this app is a huge step up from the old 24 app, I forget what it was now. I appreciate being able to choose the 24’s that I frequent and having access to the groupX schedule at my fingertips. However, I have to give it a 3 star review because of how unnecessarily touchy the app is. Trying to scroll through a days worth of classes is a nightmare because for whatever reason, my finger “swipes” instructor profiles even though it wasn’t my intent to do so! As you swipe down to scroll, it’s as if your finger gets “caught” on instructors and then all of a sudden you’re on their profile. I appreciate instructors and all they do butttt I could care less about their instructor profile ~ I’m more interested in seeing what is the best time I can get to a class!

Would be GREAT with a few adjustments!. As a trainer, I was very excited to see that I could connect with my clients via the app! I was disappointed when I found out I can only view their fitness profile/page and not add or share anything like workouts from the app, articles, or Measurements. I would incorporate the app a lot more with clients if I were able to edit and/or communicate with my clients so they always have their “Personal workout plans” wherever they go. I’ve heard that new updates will allow clients to Check into sessions with the app and purchase training which will also be very helpful. Overall, the exercises are very easy to follow and I recommend them to clients, as well as some articles however, we’ve had to waste a good chunk of session times scheduling in-app workouts and GX classes. I think with a few adjustments, not only would the app add more customization to personal training, but assist trainers AND members alike. I’m very excited for upcoming Changes with the app and hope some of these options may become available.

Inprovments needed. App needs to be able to allow me or my pT to record all of my body metrics which can be synced with the apple health app. This would really help so that I can see my progress. Also the check in feature could be upgraded to use the nfc chip in the iPhone and Apple watch for faster check ins. Also it would be nice if locker rooms were upgraded to use a digital locating system that is linked to our member cards. This way i am not having to worry about loosing a key or remembering a combination for a personal lock. Also it would be great if you you pro shop had all items listed in the app were i can pre-order items before arriving at the gym. This way i can pick my order up on my next visit or have it sent to my home.

Better app than most other gyms. This app has a lot of things it does right. I love that they give you mini videos on how to properly do each exercise in their workout plans. I think it would be perfect if you were able to search up individual exercises rather than have to look for it in one of the workout plans. I think it would be even more amazing if you would let us create and customize our own workout plan. I think this is perfect because i don’t necessarily like every single workout in the preset work out plans so being able to curate your own workout plan with the mini how to videos would be a game changer especially for newbies. You can even make it so that you can make your workout plan public and have other people save it and use it themselves.

Reservations requirement to sign up for classes is an awful idea. The reservation requirement to sign up for classes is a an awful idea. Before, the app would let you sign up a week in advance and add it to your Google calendar. Now, you can only sign up two days in advance, which is annoying because you can’t really plan your workout time with the app anymore. I book out my events weeks in advance with my Google calendar. This app was amazing before the reservations requirement because it allowed users to schedule in the workouts into our Google calendar at least one week ahead. So an update request is to allow users to schedule classes up to 1-2 weeks ahead so that we can easily sync the class with our calendars. That way, we can have our hectic lives on autopilot. This new reservation requirement on the app makes us dependent on the app everyday to keep booking classes for the next day and day after only! So annoying!! So unhappy 😣😣😣

Horrible horrible horrible. I pay five times the price to go to 24 hour fitness than the other gigantic and even bigger gym right across the street because I want better service. But NOPE! This app constantly kicks me out requiring me to sign back in and it will not update in my passwords on my phone forcing me to manually enter my credentials EVERY TIME! EVERY TIME! EVERY TIME!!!! I want to use this stupid thing! In addition to that 24 hour fitness despite their unbelievably high rate compared to other gyms refuses to give you a card that can go on your keychain. So every time I go to the gym I have to go through the stupid process of re-entering all my credentials in this ridiculous horrible app. It’s bad enough 24 hour fitness has such high prices for a gym that does not live up to their name, ie being open 24 hours like the other gym across the street actually is, but they force you to g through this awful process which is so infuriating using this stupid stupid app!

It’s not just the app but 24Go in general. I’ve been trying for too many years, different apps, different gym, influencers apps, influencers routines but nothing was ever like this. Every time I go to the gym, since the first step it feels so warm, people at the front desk are always nice, the gym is always clean and has all the equipment necessary for a good workout; the Zumba class with Melissa on Saturdays is just another level, she’s always so nice, make you feel happy and alive… all the stuff at the location in Lafayette is amazing and the app, has everything I need to push me through the day. I feel energized, I feel guided, I feel I have everything I need it to have a workout routine during the week. I truly recommend it, not just the app but the gym as well (at least the one in Lafayette).

Needs more options. In the workouts that are supposed to be customizable, there are too limited choices. For example, one part of the workout requires jumping which is not good for me so I wanted to replace that portion with something appropriate or skip it; however, there is no way to delete this portion if the workout and all options involve jumping. There is no place to enter movements one has to avoid. It doesn’t seem to give age-appropriate suggestions, either. The overall idea is great, but it falls short of being useful as is. I’ve worked with a trainer for years and could have used this app if it was not so restrictive. Because of these shortcomings, I will have to put together workouts manually and can’t benefit from this app as it is. It wouldn’t take much to make this a great app so it’s disappointing.

Good intent but needs a LOT of work. Good intent, but this app needs a lot of work. In no particular order, here’s some of the issues I’ve noticed within the first 5 workouts using this app. - The suggested workout of the day is not linked with the plan you’ve created. So while your plan may have programmed a lower body workout, your suggested workout on the homepage might suggest a second push day in a row. - Your progress doesn’t save. If your app happens to close or crashes and resets itself in the middle of a workout, it’ll clear all the progress you’ve made. - There exercises start way too easy and don’t allow you to add weight information or manually add exercises to increase the intensity. - The plans don’t seem to have a real method to them. While you can customize which days you go to the gym, the higher the frequency per week the more likely the plans stack the same body parts back to back. The plan stacked lower body workout back to back with a heavy leg workout, which didn’t make sense considering I indicated a 5 workouts/week plan.

Nice layout but response team for Fit Appointment has yet to contact me. I enjoy the “At-home Shred” and “Torch” workouts. Being a First-time mom 6 months (on Oct. 12th) postpartum, I can’t schedule my usual gym time. I try my best to get into the gym when I can;I love Strong by Zumba at my local gym and through the app I can log in my workout when I check-in and see the schedule throughout the whole week. The 24GO app helps by challenging me with intense workouts that I can do while my daughter is watching me sweat and jump. I wish, however, there were postpartum specific workouts as I’ve read a couple of exercises (normal crunches, planks, and push-up) are too strenuous for new mothers during this phase of healing. When the part of the circuit shows crunches then I opt for reverse crunches or leg extensions. It takes some research on my part to insert the workout instead of what’s suggested. I requested a Fit Appointment for my local gym to talk to someone about my postpartum gym routine, but haven’t received a response. I pull up my 24GO app everyday to see the suggested workouts and hope to see new workouts pop up after logging in my daily workouts.

Classes. Before I was FORCED into this 24 Go, the access to class listing was a lot better: 1). The classes were listed for the 10 closest clubs. If I could’ve edited that list I would have reduced that number to the clubs I am really interested in. Now I get information about clubs that are too far away to care about and just clog the system by slowing down the visual search for the classes I want. 2). The start times for the classes we’re always on top and so when looking for a class I wanted I did not have to scroll back to see which start time was being shown. 3). The title of the class is hard to read because it is too light in color. Bill

My new best friend. FINALLY!!! I found the perfect app that gets ME! As a fitness enthusiast, I’ve tried other fitness apps out there but nothing comes close to tracking ALL my different workouts AND providing smart digital workouts in one place. Like most busy working moms, I try to fit in workouts whenever I can. Whether its taking a class once a week at 24 Hour Fitness, doing a digital workout at home, or doing a quick run around the block. And best of all, it gives me a different personalized workout to do every single day based on what it knows about me! No more spending time searching online for random workouts and guessing!!! It was super easy to add workouts to my calendar and remind myself to stop making excuses :) LOVE LOVE LOVE this app!! Highly recommend it!

At least it's stopped crashing. I've used the app for a couple months now and found a group of workouts that I really liked. They were sectioned off to different muscle groups (Back, Biceps and Abs/Chest, Triceps and Abs/ etc.) with about 4 different variations and 3 different lengths (23 min short, 45min medium, 60min long). I liked them cause they started with stretches that were good for the workouts and each piece was adaptable. If someone was using the equipment I needed I could press replace and it would switch to a different version of working out the intended muscle. Those have suddenly become unsearchable and I'm only left with what's in my "recently completed" so no more variations for me. I don't know why they would still have them exist on the app in that fashion but not be able to be found in any other way. I would love if those workouts came back.

Like the idea, poor execution. Want to start this review by saying mobile check in and reserving work out times is probably the only thing 24 hour fitness has done right during this pandemic. Not a huge fan of only 1 hour slots, and think that should be upped to 75 or 90 min, but better then a free for all. The reason this app is two stars is because of the following main two reasons: 1. Anytime you reserve a workout your only options are to add it to my google calendar or to close the app. Please stop making me go to my settings I do no want to give ur app access to my calendar, and I shouldn’t have to quite the app. 2. If you accidentally press “check in” button (very easy to do) it will check you in no matter what time your work out is, and will not let you reserve a new time for that day since u just checked in even if you don’t actually have a time scheduled for that day. This is a MAJOR flaw as it means if u accident click it you will not be able to pick ur workout time, so hope it doesn’t fill up 🙃 Also, again please up the 1 hour slots. While I understand it’s a pandemic and I support the idea of time slots paying money for a 24 hour gym that I can only access for 1 hour a day is absurd. Especially since if you want to get a good warm up in, a good hard lift in, some cardio, and a cool down good luck doing that in an hour. God forbid you have to wait for equipment or use the bathroom. Up your time slots please.

Shuts down. I actually love the app for the workouts, but lately the app keeps shutting down in the middle of my workouts.l and it’s always an exercise or two before I’m done. I’ve tried using the app with WiFi and without and the same thing still happens. I don’t think it plays well with other apps. I’ve noticed it shuts down when I change my music on my phone, specifically. Can you work on this shutting down problem? Seriously, great app and I see the results of the workouts, but it would be nice to see calories burned, and reps completed etc. I’m writing this after the second shutdown today. I keep referring to the app to know the next exercise I have to do, but I have no idea in technical terms, what I’ve accomplished. Thanks for looking into this.

Helped me organize my workouts. I’m not a “professional” in the gym and kind of felt lost with so many equipment options around me. The app has helped me organize my workouts and hopefully get better results. It’s been a big help for me. 4 stars for my own personal needs. 1 issue...it seems like if I don’t actively access the app on my phone during a workout for an extended amount of time (10 minutes-ish?), it’ll reset. I have to reload the day’s workout and click through the sets I’ve already done and get back to where I am. I can’t tell if it’s a time thing or when I access other apps that causes it to reset. It could also be my old phone.

A lot of thought in this app. The developers really thought long and hard about this app. There are so many wonderful, CUSTOMIZABLE features. It begins by asking some questions about you and your fitness levels and goals. The first page is a recommended routine for the day based on your responses. After, you can say if it was too easy or you didn’t like the exercises. There’s an entire tab for various plans. So whether you’re a beginner or really have some specific goals in mind—there is a plan to choose from, also customizable in choosing the length of the program and the time you have for each workout. Under the workouts tab, you can choose the workout you feel like for the day, again choosing the intensity level and some with the time customizable as well. The classes tab is similar to the other app by 24 and lists the classes nearby. Finally there’s a tab with various articles to read and learn from. So far, it has also synced between my phone and tablet!! SUPER IMPORTANT! Anyway, a really nice layout with MULTIPLE nice features. 💯💯💯

to much information for the user. I was recently going through your bad reviews because I’m in a 8 week boot camp for ux/ui design and in those 8 weeks my rose is a product designer and I’m tasked out to build my very first case study I thought about using the bad reviews to create my case study on how to better the users issue with the calendar issues that a lot of users where complaining in the reviews I’ll do my best but I also feel like personally the app has alot of information that can overwhelm a user making it hard to stay in the app on a daily basis I do feel like the visual aspect of the app could be better it would definitely benefit the business by attracting more of its members by making it easier to the user to access its workouts without getting confused or finding its progress easier and enabling them to feel comfortable using the calandra .

Terrible app. This tries to be good and it has a couple perks, but overall, I’d rather use multiple apps instead because they actually work well. Pro: They have demonstrations of machines and free weight exercises. Con: There are ads everywhere. I pay for my gym membership. I’ve had it since 2002. Why does it have that many ads when someone pays for their actual facility? It should be a courtesy app if they push clients to download it. App doesn’t function well or even at all at times. The biggest and most annoying dysfunction is that the app has difficulty logging my workouts. I’ve entered my information several times because either the save button doesn’t even appear or it’ll stay greyed-out meaning I can’t log it even though all the information is there. Even if I want to save an incomplete log, that should be my choice. Either way, why is there that dysfunction? It makes me not want to use the app at all and just use other functional free apps. Incapability/more dysfunction. There are times when the app can’t even locate sites, events, etc. I was in the building of one to test a point-blank shot... and it didn’t even recognize it. Overall, I see that 24hr is trying to create this great space for their members while attempting to increase sells and brand awareness, but this app is more frustrating to use. I suggest downloading free workout apps to have a proper and stress-free experience.

Couple of fixes and it will be 5 stars. I don’t want to sync my workout time to my calendar because I know when my appointment is but if you don’t sync then the app prompts you to do so and pops up an alert EVERY time. That alert does not go away and does not allow you to continue on the app until you click the “go to settings” button. Also the Location Services is terrible. When’s it’s off it still tries to log me at a different location than the one I’m at or even the location I made an appointment at. You need a feature to set a gym as your home gym. And if I make an appointment at my home gym, why would another gym show up when I go to check in? Fix it for your next update

Needs ability to adjust for physical limitations. Good app but it either doesn’t give you the option of changing an exercise or at least make it easy to find how to do so. For example, I have bad knees and can’t do the running/jumping type exercises. Would be nice as you are setting up your profile if it would ask about certain limitations so those do not show up in your daily workouts. Otherwise I like that it gives you a nice variety of exercises.

So much more than a fitness app. I got this app because I wanted video instruction on how to perform exercises with correct form. I find the videos to be very well produced with easy to follow instructions. What I didn’t expect was all the extra content. Things like video instructions on martial arts workouts, and articles and videos on developing mental toughness and living life to your full potential. Not only do I get great workout ideas, but also the inspiration to keep going. Highly recommended.

Don’t waste your time. This app is the worst. I’ve had nothing but problems—even before Covid. Now that reservations are required to work out, it’s even worse. I literally just tried to six times to make a res for tomorrow night and still haven’t successfully made one bc the app is so bad. I do not enjoy this gym at all—the employees are rude and the equipment often is out of order or it functions but doesn’t work properly. And the older locations are kind of gross—they only pump money into new locations. I only stay because I really like one class. I’ve done research about what other gyms offer this same class and I will be leaving when my membership is up for renewal. I’ve tried to resolve this with 24 hour multiple times and they always blow me off or talk to me like I’m stupid. No wonder they filed for bankruptcy....

some great things- some really frustrating gaps with apple watch. Some great things some need work! I love my apple watch to keep track of workouts- needs to sync with the class I’m in. Currently I have to go into activity and put something close to the class. This causes problems because 1. I forget so my watch doesn’t count it until I remember and 2. The 24 go app counts the concurrent workout as two separate workouts with double the minutes. Also when I check in on my watch the phone app doesn’t sync so doesn’t count it on my master of completed check-ins and classes! Ugg! Please fix then I will revise my review.

Hassle making an appointment. I woke up at 4:30 to get the 5am appointment when I went to make it there were over 60 slots open and it kept saying someone beat me to the reservation, since they’ve reopened I’ve gone a few times at 5am and it’s never been that full yet I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried making an apt for a later time, but it said the same thing even though the available time slots were at a higher capacity. Then I tried to make an apt for the next day which has 130 slots+ available and it’s still saying the same thing that someone beat me to my reservation. This is the first time I’ve had this issue, but it’s frustrating considering I wake up early to make it to the gym at the appointment times..

My gym needs improvement. This review is not about app or my good trainer is about the premises where I have been going for years . The place have obsolete equipment and some of them are broken . The place is in a basement and has a funky smell . I go to the gym along with few of my family members . We are all agree that the place needs changes or will lose with customer . I hope you a knowledge my review and I can see changes to continue going to this place.

Troubles with deleting/canceling an account. I believe this app is a scam. I felt uninterested in the gym itself so I tried to cancel my membership and delete my account but neither of those work inside the app. For deleting my account it would say incorrect password over and over again even after I reset the password and made sure to put it in correctly. Canceling the membership on the website sucked as well, in fact I couldn’t even cancel it. The website was stuck “loading” for 30 minutes straight but any other part of the website loaded just fine. I honestly believe this whole gym is a scam of your money. In case you’re wondering, yes I tried the membership number to delete my account but that didn’t work either, it just kept saying it wasn’t right even after checking it multiple times. Point is, don’t get this app or a membership at this gym. It’s a scam.

Buggy as hell. I like the premise of making a custom workout but for some reason the app is literally so buggy that it just doesn’t work. When I try to make a workout plan it works up until I put all when and where I want to workout. Once I put all that information in and click generate plan, it gets stuck on “loading...” and never goes to the next screen. Most of the time the recommended workout doesn’t show up and when it does, it won’t refresh if you want a different workout. There’s either no refresh button or it gets stuck in the “loading” screen. Stuck loading screens are a constant for me, every time I open the app after a couple of minutes pages start to freeze and it won’t load anything. Extremely annoying.

Great features, almost unusable. Absolutely love the features but UI is riddled with bugs that make it annoying. I quit a workout plan to change the schedule and it kept sending me reminders under the old plan on the wrong days. Workout plans don’t automatically sync with your schedule, you have to manually enter each one. It’s difficult to edit an entry to change the workout for the day. The day of the week is not listed when adding a schedule. I remember my workout days by Monday, Tuesday etc, not the date. The app reminds you if you missed a workout and asks if you want to reschedule but the notification doesn’t take you to a rescheduling page. It just opens the app and like I mentioned before, it’s a pain to move workout days/types around.

What’s happened to the map feature?. Okay, click Find Your Local Gym and type “CUPERTINO”. Zero results! Where is the LIST of local gyms that are near Cupertino? This new app is useless at finding gyms. Let’s say I’m unfamiliar with the region and I want to plan in advance my gym visits. The only city I know is Palo Alto (with no 24 Hr presence), so how am pI suppose to know there’s a gym that’s near by in Mountain View or Redwood City? The GPS function only shows near by gyms if you are physically THERE. What if I’m in New York and want to find the nearest gym in Cupertino? YOU CAN’T. I have more success with Google Maps. I type the city and it shows me ALL the 24 Hr locations in that region. The “old” app I just slide my finger on the visual map, boom! I’m staying on the old version of 24 Hour app that efficiently shows classes and gym near by locations. More useful!

One of my favorite workout apps. I’ve been using 24GO for over a year in combination with my regular exercise routine and it’s been awesome. I travel a lot so having the ability to choose exactly what type of workout I want down to the equipment, length of workout, and body/goal focus is important and something I haven’t been able to match with other apps. Also, the “customized” workouts are so cool! I can make each exercise harder/easier (or skip it if I want) which makes my workout exactly what I need instead of just a general template. Recently they’ve added a ton of fitness class videos so if I can’t make it to the gym, I can follow along and still get a great workout in! Once you try it, you’ll love it too.

Makes Working Out Simple!. I never realized that my lack of enthusiasm for working out was because I didn’t have a plan when entering the gym. I’ve had a membership with 24 for about 2 years now. This year I started using the app, and I am so much more confident. I walk in to the gym with a prepared work out from the app, and I know exactly where to go and what to do. I’m no longer worried about other people looking at me, or if I’m doing something right. The app demonstrates how to do each work out, gives you the reps, and has a timer for you! Just great:-)

Corruption. Wish I could just give one star for how poorly designed this app is, but it’s far worse than that as they intentionally create as many barriers as possible to freeze/manage/cancel your membership. I was in another state and they still said I had to come into the facility to change my membership. Now I get a random charge and I can’t log into my account to even see what it is (password Reset doesn’t work online and by design can’t reset my password in the app without the old password. Drove to a 24 hour fitness location, wasting more of my time, and they can’t even do anything about it there. They think they’re clever with these barriers by design, but they’re ignorant to how angry people get when you waste so much of their time with terrible / corrupt design. Where I very likely would have been a returning customer over and over again through various phases of my life, I instead now will cheer on the demise of 24 hour fitness and support any other gym option in its place.

So slow!. I happen to live in a state where the gyms are not open at full capacity yet due to COVID. You therefore have to use the app to reserve spots in a class. You definitely have to be right on time exactly 2 days before or the availability is gone. I do it consistently before every class I want to attend. The moment you get on the app to reserve, it completely pauses and does does nothing. By the time the class schedule comes up 15 minutes later, every single spot has been taken and there are 15 people on the waitlist. I have tried it on WiFi and data, with my phone, tablet and computer, and nothing works. 24 hour fitness, please fix this issue!

My two suggestions. I like the app and was a former user of the 24hour fitness version. For reference, I use an iPhone or now iPad with this app. My only complaints about 24GO is I would like the ability to choose which angle my screen is oriented when watching the workout videos. Right now your forced to watch them with the home button on the left when in landscape full screen mode. Most cases are designed to have the home button on the right though so it’s very bothersome! I don’t know why we simply don’t have option for it.. 2nd, I would like reading the 24 hour blogs (think called 24live) though the 24go app to count for the 24 hour rewards tiers! It did with the 24 hour fitness version but not for 24go.. Thank you..

Great app! Small fix needed. Great app but the rotation feature is only working in landscape mode upside down on an iPad. I do the video workouts provided in the app, and but both of my iPads (pro and air) the app will not rotate in the correct position to use the case stand or keyboard case stand. I have to prop up the device upside down to watch the video while I workout. Rotate lock is not turned on. I can use the app in portrait mode, it videos are landscape obviously. Regardless of that, I love using the app so I appreciate the developers who made it.

I liked the old version better. I liked the older version simply for the fact that I could set my 10 fave clubs and only get class schedules when looking for classes to take day of or later in the week. Also, I liked that before when it listed the club it also told me how many miles away from me it was in case it was a club I didn’t frequent. Also, not a fan of how it scrolls into the next day in the class schedules. Older version was simpler. I was reading through other reviews and noticed someone else was having issues with just looking at classes within their favorited locations. Even if I favorite them, every time I log into the app it resets itself to all locations. I have to select my clubs every single time. The class section could definitely use some improvement. *Edit: ever since I updated the app, whenever I add a class to my calendar it designates to a different time zone. I have to go in manually to change it. Also, the classes disappear off my schedule the next day. I like to go back and track my week. Lots of bugs.

Like the app, but may need to stop using. I really like the app and it’s been a big help when I didn’t have a workout plan. However, I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and the app burns so much data, I can’t use it. I had to resort to taking pictures of workout and looking at pictures at gym. I don’t know if it’s just the interactive training videos (which I don’t care for) that burn so much or just having the app open and running the timer. Either way I can’t use all my data going to the gym. If 24 Hour had WiFi that would be great. At this point I will probably have to stop using the app.

I wish it had more features. I think the app is great, and I use it so often because it gives me structure. For example, I wish we could save workout videos rather than going through the hassle of going back to find the video again. I also wish the app could have a variety of HIIT workout videos that are more specific like upper body, lower body, total body, with equipments, and no equipments. Lastly, the strength videos are mostly working with machines rather than incorporating other equipments like the bosu ball, free weights, or even the bar. Also, sometimes creating your own workouts can be confusing. I know not every app is perfect, but here are just some ideas after using the app for more than 3 months.

24GO. Is there a reason that the summary of my workouts and club visits aren’t the first things I see when I open the app. Please place the summary page icon on the bottom of the page with the plans, life icons or when I hit GO button, it uploads that info along with the log activity, find club info. It takes forever for my workout summary page to open because it’s in the top right corner of the phone and it just doesn’t open quickly. I don’t want to see the earn rewards ad. how do I delete that? I want to find a club, see a summary of my workouts and club visits and log my workouts in. That’s it. I preferred the 24 fit app, short sweet and to the point.

I think it’s great but..... I think this app is great so far! My only complaint would be that there isn’t a page/tab to show your progress. I want to be able to log my weight/measurements and have it show on a graph. I hate to compare but the FitnessPal app lets you log your weight and you can see your fitness journey on a graph. There should also be an option to be able to choose which progress measurements you’d like to see on your graph. For an example, an option to be able to see my weight loss progress over the month, week or even year. Another option would be able to see your body measurements change over the course of a week, month or year. It’s way more satisfying and motivating to see your weight loss journey that way. Maybe the home screen (GO) can feature your progress. Maybe have the first thing you see be more motivating and encouraging. I would love to input my fitness data on your app and have it all in one place. Something else that I thought could improve was your classes tab. Maybe I haven’t figured it out yet but I’d love to be able to just select my gym for the classes schedule instead of constantly resetting it. This app would be way more helpful if it was customizable to the user. Would love to see these changes! 💪🏻🔥

Needs a few tweaks.. I don’t want a calendar entry for every workout. The only option is to “edit” calendar sync settings. So every time I make a workout reservation it pops up with an option to take me to phone settings. The only option is to close the app. I also don’t want an email reminder every time. I’ve turned off all the email notification settings I see, but still get the email. I like the workout options they provide and an affirmative positioning of them. If I pair my heart rate monitor to the app, it won’t connect to my actual Polar app. There needs to be a notification setting for the workout reservation that actually works. You need to be able to turn on or off the setting for calendar sync, not just “edit” it.

Ok as a guide to follow loosely. I signed up for the weight loss program. All the workouts start out with the use of a band but apparently my gym in Fairfield, CA does not have them for use unless I buy one. I asked the front counter as I have never seen those type of bands there. The front desk did not seem to know anything about what the app has, which was disappointing. I think the staff should be familiar with it. The app only allows me to change the type of band workout but doesn’t allow me to delete it all together. The app should not suggest gym workouts with equipment that are not available at EVERY gym. Also the timer is kind of annoying in that it only times the ENTIRE workout, rather than breaking up each portion although it does allow you to pause. So when if part 3 of my workout is to do jumps for one minute, I have to remember if I started that minute at 15:15 and stop myself at 16:15 or what have you. I did the day 2 workout on day 3 instead but there is no option to move stuff around. Also it would be VERY nice if we could track our progress in terms of weights on different machines or exercises. Overall I use the app as a guide but I do my own stuff as well. It’s nice to get out of my comfort zone and same old routine and do something different than what I normally do at the gym.

Needs improvement. I love that 24hr finally came to the digital age. And I love all the options and variety the app offers. But it doesn’t work with my Apple Watch (probably more apples fault but they don’t let you comment on their apps). It doesn’t save my workouts :( even tho it looks like it’s saving at the time. When I go back later they are not there :( Also, I wish it could be streamlined or customizable a little more. Maybe it can be and I haven’t figured it out yet. But usually I’ll go to the same workout or guide many times in a set period. It would be nice if I could save and access my favorites more easily.

Limited Classes. I’ve been using this app almost on a daily basis since March 2020. I’m a 24hr fitness member. There are only limited recorded workout classes, and rarely new videos were added. For example, both Zumba and Yoga have the same videos since March. 24 Hour Fitness charges members monthly or annual dues, and should update and add classes regularly. The other good thing about this app now is the few live classes such as those with Peter Mo, Rachel; and the virtual workout via Zoom with Leslie, etc. BTW, a lot of the so-called “live” classes are actually replay of recorded workout. I’m also not happy with the streaming and video quality and intuitiveness of the workout design and demonstration. Compared with a few other exercise apps I used, the one is under par.

Please read. Hello. To the creators. I was so happy when I found the workouts on this app. Then one day it had I workout with “Andrea the trainer” and it was so hard to use and follow. I like the workouts where you can see the reps and do them on your own. It’s the only way you can do them at the 24hr gym. I can not watch tv form my phone at the gym and that is what this workout was. If I wanted a trainer I would pay for one at the gym. Please don’t go to all you workouts like the one with Andrea because then it just makes the app useless. And also please make it easier to by pass this workout when it shows up On my daily workout plan. Thank you for reading.

Map view for finding gyms. I’ve read multiple reviews of people who had the old app requesting for the map view feature to be brought back. I’m just here to add to list of of people. Please please please bring the map feature back!!! It’s really freakin difficult to find gyms now unless you are literally in the area, and this is especially frustrating for people who travel frequently and are trying to plan their trips to the gym. I now have to use google and type in “24 hour fitness”, move the map so that it shows the area I’m heading too, and then click “search this area”, figure out which gyms are sport/active, and then figure out what the hell the name of the gym is in the app since google just shows the address and not the name of the gym. UGH!!! The map feature was one of the best things in the old app and it was taken away.

Was crashing when I was registering but fixed.. I gave it some time and tried registering again and it worked fine without any crashes. Yay! The app looks great and is simple to use, for me at least. Previous review: I put in the essential information to sign up (DOB & phone number) then when I press the “get started” button it crashes and shuts the app down. There is no way to bypass the button. Please fix. There is no way for me to even give a proper review because I can’t even get passed the initial registration process.

Ridiculous this is required to schedule a visit. Talk about forcing a subpar app on existing members as a way to get downloads since I need to reserve my gym appointments. Thanks for ensuring Lifetime fitness gets my business once my membership ends. Oh, even better, the app forces you to provide your health data so 24 can monetize. I will at least give the dev team an acknowledgment for responding to my review. However, that is insufficient. I did not ask for 24’s help with my fitness regiment. There are PLENTY of superior workout apps that have been around forever (Smartgym, Jefit, etc.). Please help me understand why I need an app on my phone to make appointments? I’d rather do this in my web browser with the account I already had.

Just Installed. Why Make it so Complicated?. I’ve been a member since 2007, but just re-signed up now that you’re open again, so installed the app. I haven’t used it yet, because I thought there had to be another way to access basic gym info w/o going thru all the invasive questions. The old app was so simple. Now that I’ve read reviews I am even more disappointed because not only is it going to force me to provide info that I don’t want to, it seems there are known technical issues that your development team can’t replicate, so can’t resolve.

Versatile and easy to use. There’s such a great variety of workout plans and you can adapt each one to fit your needs. Each workout tells you specifically what to do and for how much time. It automatically tracks you gym visits and then you can log every workout you complete. I would always have to look through so many random websites and blogs for daily/weekly workout plans but now I can search and save my progress all in this one app

Thoroughly unimpressed. Jut started going to 24, today will be my 5th workout this week, like the gym...hate the app, no way to track strength progress, won’t let me save my work outs that I’ve done when I try to record a workout. I’ve only been able to record 1 of 4 that I have completed. Most of the time the save button is not on the record your workout part, and when it is on it is gray and you can hit the button all you want but nothing happens. I get it’s a free app but if it’s not working you might as well not have it available.

It’s bad. It’s very bad.. I only signed up for 24 because it’s my only convenient choice for lap pool access. Now I need this terrible app to check in. It requires a bunch of information about body dimensions and fitness goals that aren’t really applicable to me. Then it requires me to take a photo of myself and enable location services all so I can check in. I really dislike that I have to add a ton of personal information to an app just so I can check in in person at a physical location and swim. I hate this. Would give zero stars if I could.

Great app. This app is great, it helps me track down my workout by connecting to my Apple Watch. It helps track my check in. My calories burn and also my overall workout progress. Although I’ve never reserved any classes, I love how they give us that option. This app also help me locate a closer gym to me when I am on the road. It also has videos that guide you on your workout. Thank you 24go!

Hours are never correct. Even though the name is 24hr fitness, the hours are not. The app does not have the current hours listed. This is true for not just holidays, but regular days. That makes the app less the useless - it wastes my time. The recorded voice message isn’t updated either. The only way to see if our local gym is open is to drive there. Since I really don’t need the app to check in, it’s better to delete it and not be given incorrect information.

So Thoughtful!. I was just scrolling through the 24 App, and discovered that they have a plethora of workouts that you can do without even leaving home! And!, you can tailor your workout to fit your desired routine. Well thought out everyone! High Kudos for being so user friendly.

Really useful with a wide variety of features. It’s not perfect, but this app is a really good all-in-one app that is the first of it’s kind for an actual gym. It’s not always smooth and it’s a little difficult to navigate, but I really like the features that is has. Being able to partner with your trainer and plan your weeks and months is such a great idea. I think this will help change a lot of lives.

Am I doing something wrong?. I like this app, don’t get me wrong, the features are okay and I can check classes schedule daily and hourly. HOWEVER! Is this the only app that must be connect to the internet to work??? Is it me? Am I doing something wrong? Need I to go to some settings or something? I usually look for the closest location with classes available from anywhere, but it is pointless if I cannot open the app if I’m not connected to the internet, strange? Isn’t it? Someone can give comments about this? Any help will be much appreciated. Aloha

No connection to fitness app. It’s a great app. Makes it easy to check in. Can y’all add an update so that I can connect it to the fitness app. It’s cool that it connects to the health app, but would be even better if I could connect it to the fitness app as well to allow for more tracking of calories, time spent working out etc

I don’t normally do this. When making an appointment (which we must do in these times)... the app ALWAYS prompts me to go to settings and allow access to my calendar. I’m not giving you access to my calendar! I can make an appointment without needing to add it to my calendar! This is annoying because there is no bypass, I literally have to make my appointment and then close out of the app and then open the app back up. You’re not getting access to my calendar so STOP ASKING! Just let me make my appointment in the app. It’s one thing to suggest it but you guys are literally trying to force us. ANNOYING!

Can’t close app, can’t rewind a workout. This would be great if I could rewind a workout to see what I missed if the instructor went too fast or I was too slow. Also, after I start a workout, I cannot get back to the app home screen OR my phone home screen. I had to completely shut down my iPhone 11 Pro (latest update) and then turn it back on again - to be able to get out of the app. I would otherwise give this a 4 or 5 star rating. But these are pretty big functional issues in my opinion.

The new update isn’t the best. This app is great but the update made some changes that aren’t so great. With the new update, it’s harder for me to see which days i was at the gym. They changed it from a fully blue date to the worlds smallest dot. My eyes are in great shape but i can barely see it. I use the calendar to track my rest days and my workout days. I liked the old version better.

Steals your calendar and health information if you let it. Why does your app NEED access to my calendar app on iPhone? There’s no option to disable it and if I make or look at a reservation, it just kicks me out of the 24 app giving me no option to close the message. You’re desperate AF to sell my information. EDIT: You guys always say “it will be fixed in version x.xx” — I see 4 versions you’ve mentioned that it’ll be fixed in different responses. Blatant lying. Look at the replies you’ve given other people. Not changing my rating until you fix this.

No longer works on IOS 12.5.5. This app worked fine on my iPhone 6 running IOS 12.5.6, until the last app update. Now it just crashes a few seconds after I start it. When I try to do an update of the app, it says the current version requires a newer IOS version and gives me the option of downloading a compatible version, but as soon as I select that option it keeps popping up the same dialogue over and over but never does the download! I wish there was some way for me to go back to the previous version which worked just fine.

Great app, and easy to use.. The only reason why this app does not have five stars is the lack of a Apple Watch app. Honestly, I don't see why anyone would carry in their iPhone or iPad around with them while they're at the gym. If you have an Apple Watch version of this app will be much easier to deal with. You pick the work out that you want to do on your phone and you get voice prompts if you have voice over turned on and or visual prompts to indicate what exercise you should do at that time

Time to upgrade the backing technology. Well the program may have some good features there are several shortcomings. By now biometric login should be enabled in the app. I should not have to continually enter my date of birth and telephone number to login. Also when checking in the club why do I have to continually be prompted to allow the app access? Once enabled I should never have to see that prompt again. It’s great having work out and access to calendars but it needs to be easier to use

Ease of use. Love the ability to view GX classes at various locations on same screen. Also like the email notifications of subs. However, on occasion, selections of classes on calendar disappear for. I reason. Additionally, when scrolling the class schedules, it is so sensitive to the touch that it frequently opens up the class being touched. This is very frustrating.

Review. Unless I’m doing something wrong there needs to be sound and voice command because if you’re wearing your phone or iPod on your arm you need to look down and keep checking the time or checking to see what exercise you need to do next a simple voice command or a beep for example push-ups for 30 seconds and then it beeps at the end then your next exercise is air squats for 30 seconds and then another beep when that’s finished. that way you don’t have to keep looking at your armband to see what’s next.

Get rid of the built in volume control. Absolutely drives me up the wall that it drops the volume of my media while im doing a workout. i have to turn it to full volume to hear at all and then when the workout end or if my screen closes im BLASTED with full volume workout tracks. Legitimately dangerous for your hearing. 1000% get rid of this function and let people handle their own media volumes or at the least have the common sense to limit this function to video workouts.

Needs check out option. This app has been revamped once the years. It’s nice when you check in you get a notification that you arrived, once you arrived they make a workout for you. I think they need a check out option so that they get a more accurate time how long you’ve worked out exactly. That kind of data would help put a lot of with stats on your workout! Please add option !

No way to find nearby clubs. The number #1 reason I wanted this app was to find clubs near me when I travel. The app makes this extremely difficult. You can enter a city into the search field, but you’ll only get a list of club addresses that are in that exact city. For example if you’re look for gyms in Beverly Hills, you won’t find the gym in West Hollywood 2 miles away. If you look up Los Angeles, the results won’t include gyms in West Hollywood or Santa Monica. Why even have a mobile app if your location is irrelevant to the app!?

Works for me. I use the app primarily for check ins at the club. And once in awhile to check my history. It works every time. Thank you for that! So many apps keep changing and upgrading and they don’t QC and then the user has to spend 1/2 hr troubleshooting the developer’s screwup. The simple fact that it continues to work like it’s supposed to is great.

Apple Watch app. Can this app also offer an Apple Watch app/syncing capabilities? Also, can workouts be downloadable, so that we can use it while we’re in the gym? 24 is a neat place but there has been connectivity issues at the gym near my house, they have been trying to fix the WiFi for about a year now and no luck. Otherwise it’s a very simplistic app that makes working out easier at home. I love the demonstrations and timers integrated!

Hiding Club Visits. I use the app for one simple purpose - keeping track of club visits. Each iteration of the 24 hr fitness app over the years gets worse with hiding this key information in a different place. This information should be on the front page and as a starting point to reviewing your workout history. The club visits in the My24 app was hidden away but when found, the calendar format and graph was more useful then in this app. The app before from 5 years ago or so had this information on the front page where it belongs.

Helpful for people that have little time. I love going to the gym but I struggle with finding time. I almost dropped my membership because I could justify the cost when I only could go 1 or 2 times per week. This App changed everything for me. I can keep my membership because I can go to the gym when I can and this App now brings the gym to me when I travel. I love the trainers that coach you. I might even try personal training next month. Good App, I recommend it

Fitness sidekick. I love the new app. It’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket. When doing your daily workout you NEED to be able to close the app and the timer still go, otherwise the app needing to stay open will drain your battery. During my elliptical workout I closed the app due to my husband calling me. When I returned to the app it said I needed to continue my workout, I never stopped. This would be the only issue I found that is very inconvenient.

Live the app. I love the app. I can use it to work out, get class info, and more. I do wish they had actual classes on the app, even a limited amount. And I wish they had pictures of the teachers of each class so we could see if we like them or not. I always forget the name of the teachers but seeing their face would remind me if I wanted to go to their class or not.

Good until it freezes. I really like this app. It gives me a lot options on those days when getting to the gym is the last thing I want to do. What I don’t like is how the app freezes as soon as I am done with the workout. This keeps me from logging my activity. The first time it happened I thought it was a fluke. Then I noticed it happening more frequently. If this problem could be remedied this app would definitely be a 5 star in my book.

helps me get workout results. I’ve been a 24 Hour Fitness member for a few years now. I like how I can schedule out my workouts and classes and how I get tips on how to do them. I also like how the app gives me workout suggestions every time I check into the club. Overall a nice addition to my membership.

Classes do not load properly!. Do not rely on the app for class schedules! The club filtering system keeps resetting after I've set my preferences, and only the first and (sometimes) last class of the day will show up on the schedule. I'd have to refer to the actual club's website for the full schedule instead. This happens for multiple locations so I know it's not because one decided to change their classes. It's so inconvenient. At one point the schedule would jump back 7 months in time and show me classes in a random day in April.

The app that saved my sanity. I used this app religiously after the gym was closed and I had to work remotely. All classes are awesome 15 minutes to 45, live classes were the best because it was good to have a virtual connection to people and the instructor. When the gym re opens I will still use it for days I just can make it to the gym. Now no excuses for reals!, ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lack of Interactive Map. I miss the old app (My24) interactive map function. It allowed you to move around on a map to see various clubs, locations and types. The new app lets you search for clubs but doesn’t have the map function to see multiple clubs and compare. Plus if you don’t know the exact city (ie greater LA and the various names) you could check the general area of the map to find a club where you were heading (ie your current location may not be where you need to search). Please bring this function to the new app!!!

Great Add-On. I've been a member with 24 hour fitness for a few years, and I have to admit this is a great addition to the membership. I like the congratulatory notification I get after checking to the gym. I love seeing the schedule for the gym classes on my phone, and there are so many offerings. The new workouts for cardio with the personal trainer motivating me is fun too. I really really like the app, but I do wish it would update quicker when some classes are cancelled.

I can’t check in the club from the app. I can’t check in the club from the app. I want to use the touchless feature to checkin from the app. The checkin button simple isn’t there. I’ve called support at 24hr fitness, I’ve had multiple people at the desk try to troubleshoot it. No one can figure out why my checkin button isn’t there. Other than that the app looks promising. But the feature I would use most isn’t there.

A confusing mess. Trying to sign-up/login for the first time after purchasing a membership online was impossible. During purchase I had to create an account with 24, but because I’d done that I wasn’t able to login using my new membership ID # on the all because my email was already in use. Logging in to the app using email/password showed me not having purchased any memberships. I guess I’ll just go talk to the trainers at my home gym to get set-up, which was what I was trying to avoid in the first place buying online. Hire a better UX designer yall.

Love the Plans. Getting full workout suggestions on how to achieve my goals keeps me motivated. The App changes things up which keeps things more interesting and keeps me on track. I also really like being able to connect with my personal trainer and track my sessions. It helps me make the most of my personal training.

Super-A healthy living must have app!!. I have been downloading several apps and removing them after I opened, but this one is a keeper! The app is really well made - If you don't have much time and still want to be in shape, you should use this app to help you manage your workouts and exercise - I feel that I have a personal trainer with me to push me thru out the entire work out session - and an assistant to keep records of my tracks and goals... Very easy to navigate! I can say that I love this app!

App says I have 0 visits this year. Wrong!. I’ve been a member for 11 years and each time I renew I’m treated like a new member. The app has the same problem. It associates your club visits with a member ID that is not permanently associated with you. So it can forget your past club visits or fail to recognize visits going forward after an ID change. Any data that is attached to your ID rather than more permanent features like your name and email address is subject to being lost. I think Fit:Perks fall in this category. Why doesn’t the app pick up workouts from the Health app?

Unable to reserve a workout time on iPhone. The only need that I have for this app is to reserve a workout time. When I attempt to reserve a workout time on my iPhone, it displays my health club or a list of health clubs but it doesn’t allow me to select a health club and it doesn’t display any time slots. I urgently need to reserve a workout time as the club claims that they require a reservation during busy hours or else if the club is full when you arrive, they don’t allow you in due to COVID-19 capacity restrictions and they don’t pick up the phone to reserve by phone.

No Option for Premium. Updated Review: The issue preventing premium membership has been fixed. 👍 Next step for five stars: Make it easier to navigate the sessions. It would be awesome to create plans that tie in the audio coaching lessons as well. —————— Pros: Easy access to finding a nearby gym or looking at class schedules. It also works with Health app to keep track of workouts in addition to tracking club visits. Offers workouts in app, but… Con: Unable to purchase premium membership to access the majority of them since it’s audio coaching. I’m not complaining that some of the workouts are paid, but more on the fact that you can’t pay for them if you wanted to. When I try to buy a membership, it says “Receipt validation failed” (and that is after basic troubleshooting like reinstalling, etc.)

Bad update!. After the recent update, my app won’t allow me to go to the main menu and check-in into the gym. I tried many times but app isn’t working and is messing up my daily routine workouts. Before the update, the app was working fine and I was using it everyday. I checked all my other apps and they are working just fine. I tried turning my phone on and off multiple times but it’s only this app that isn’t working. Please don’t update anything if everything is working properly.

Not very intuitive. I wish instead of a scrolling list I could see days I worked out in a calendar view, which is much more incentivizing. The app itself is very cluttered and is not intuitive. Under “classes”, every single time I want to look at the schedule for my gym I have to set my filters to the gym I want. This should be a presaved function. The app needs a lot of work but it’s functional and doesn’t crash, so that’s a plus.

Customizable?. Thank you for this new and improved app!!! It is much easier and more fun to use than the previous My24. QUESTION: is it possible to select classes to be added to my calendar on a recurring weekly basis? I take the BODYPUMP 5:30 class every Monday...but currently the 24GO app only allows me to add one Monday class at a time (and sync with my calendar). I don’t see an option for “recurring” within your new app. Thanks!

New Gym Member, New To Working Out, Beginner. I’m new and really don’t have a clue how to use the gym equipment and know how to work out certain muscles. The gym overall is amazing and the app workouts are my basis for my routine. I wouldn’t approach the machines or dumbbells but with the app I don’t have no issue now due to it being so easy to follow and proceed to do it myself. I’m happy let’s see where I am in one year

Cannot search classes by Instructor. Setting up specific instructors in class search filters always shows zero results, which makes it look like the instructors I want aren’t teaching any classes. However, when I use other filters like Class Type or Location, classes from these instructors do pop up in the results. I don’t want to sift through long lists of classes just to find one from an instructor that I like. Instructor Search is supposed to work as it should, but no matter what instructor I pick, I always get zero results. Please fix this!!!!

Gym member for years, but new to the app!. I’ve been going to 24 Hour Fitness since 2014, but just recently downloaded the app. I love the step by step workouts available on the app, especially because it has little demo videos that show you how to do the exercises. I would rate it 5 stars, but the getting around on the app is a bit tricky. I’ll get into a certain section of the app and then can’t figure out how to get to the main menu without closing the app and reopening it.

Workout auto log from smart watch. MyFitnessPal can automagically extra data from apple health which is connected to my Apple Watch. I been getting a lot of my notifications on log my workouts but it is quite pointless to do it since all the fitness app I use except 24GO extra the workout data directly from my watch. Was hoping you either add this feature or remove the notification.

Terrible as Free App. This App is terrible unless you are willing to pay for their subscription. The app places a continuous stream of sales ads along the bottom of the screen so you can’t access the “Apply” button to select filter options. When you press the tiny X to close the ad it doesn’t close the ad instead it opens it to full a full page ad making the free version of the app completely unusable. 24 hour fitness should not advertise it as having a free mode of it doesn’t allow you to use it. Very disappointed in this product.
