Beyond perfect. This app is exactly what I was looking for. Interval timer for photos, photos stored in app and only export the ones you rate as thumbs up to the camera gallery, Apple Watch integration… Bonus features I didn’t expect are a beautiful and intuitive UI, and Portrait mode. This is everything I could have asked for!!

Best photo app. I’ve been looking for something like this for a while now and this app is literally perfect. It makes it so much easier for me to take pictures alone, my friends were tired of me asking them. I can just set it up and take a bunch of pictures. I also love how you can organize it in the app so I don’t have to save a million pics I don’t like.

no. 1 app for your photo needs!!!. I desperately needed an app to take my pics for a school project and learned how to use this within seconds of downloading it. The app has settings where you can change the timer to the seconds you want between pics and you can change how many pics you take from 10-unlimited! Five mfckin stars!!!!

What I was looking for!. I love this! I model pieces for work and it’s easier to just do it myself without having to ask somebody to take the pictures or try to hide a remote clicker! I love the new update but there are a few things that I don’t like. 1. I have an iPhone 11 and on this app it automatically goes to wide angle. I would rather it start out at normal and I’d be able to zoom out if I choose to use it. 2. On selfie mode I’d love to see a tap to focus! Thanks for the wonderful app!

Awesome app, except for a small problem about file saving and transfer. This is neat and user-friendly app that does exactly what it should do with enough customized settings. It’s free and without in-app purchase or ads. I’m so grateful. However, there is a small problem when I wanna airdrop my 2000 photos to my Mac — it always failed. (It works when not that many photos tho) (And I successfully send the photos by Files connecting my Mac SMB server in the end. ) I assume there is something wrong with the file saving and transfer bc I find out the number of photos in the app doesn’t match the number airdroping to the Mac (like 969 in the app and 935 in my Mac), or if I save them to the photos app, the number is much smaller (like 969 to 786). It would be better if the app could zip the selecting photos first, then pop up to show the sharing option, which would guarantee all the photos sending as one file.

Love using the app HOWEVER. I recently downloaded the app and fell in love with it. It made it a lot easier for me to take pictures with friends, myself and just in general overall. However, I was taking a bunch of pictures the other day, probably around 1000 or so cause I had it on repeat and absolutely none of them saved:/ I don’t know if there is anyway they could be resurfaced but either way it was a huge disappointment considering how much I’ve depended on the app.

great app that could use some fixing. i don’t normally write reviews for apps but this one really has the potential to be perfect! i love the concept and all of its features. unfortunately, the app crashes whenever i go through the photos i’ve taken (usually multiple times). additionally when i go to save my favorites to my camera roll i either don’t get all of them, OR end up with a bunch of duplicate photos. i’ve deleted all the photos off the app, updated it to the latest version, updated my phone, and tried uninstalling/reinstalling. i’m at a loss! i really think once these things are worked out it’ll be a great app!

Got it right!. How many times have you made sure your phone camera was on a timer? It’s not difficult but in a moment with one click Lens Buddy let me decide the amount of time between each shot I wanted, AS WELL AS it let me choose how many pictures in that interval I wanted to be taken. Easy and simple with no frilly extras. Thank you so much. You guys got it right!

Great app for when you’re alone. I use this every time I need my pictures taken. Sometime I am skeptical of asking people to take my pictures because it may take a while to get the right shot. So this is the perfect tool to use because you can take as little or as long as you need. I definitely recommend this app for individuals that need content for their social media pages

BEST APP FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHER FRIENDS. GUYS GUYS GUYS this app has me in a CHOKEHOLD- i’ve always been the token “photographer friend” of the group. i take pics of everyone and everything, and i’m the go-to person for the “hey can you take some pics of us rq?” don’t get me wrong, i love my friends and i love taking pics of them but they NEVER return the favor, and if they do, it’s always 1-5 mediocre shots and that’s it. this app has completely changed that for me. i can set my camera up where and how *i* want and have a bunch of amazing shots taken for me whenever. plus, i LOVE the feature that allows the pictures to be sorted, liked, etc. it’s made my life so much easier and is single-handedly carrying my insta. i can’t recommend enough ♡ ♡ ♡

Great concept, terrible execution. I would love this app if it would stop crashing on me every time I use it. I appreciate how conveniently all the photos are put into their own album by date and the timer settings, but to load a single image takes 30+ seconds and if I scroll more than a few photos the entire app crashes. I’ve tried deleting all the data off the app and starting fresh and it will still crash. Every. Time. I’m so fed up with the poor quality useless updates.

GREAT PHOTO APP. I miss my Samsung so much because I could pause a recording and then continue it and keep it as 1 clip and it had so many selfie options like putting my hand up and starting the timer to take multiple photos . . . This app has a timer option and you can delay the start of photos being taken to give you enough time to back up and move, you also have the option to set the amount of photos are taken and how long you want in between each snap. I hope they make another app for videos or add it on as an option.

Great app. There are so many great features! You can choose to either store the photos in your camera roll or the app. After taking photos you can like or dislike photos which helps when selecting photos you want to keep or delete. The way the camera settings are set up make the pictures come out so good. There’s a lot more good features, I definitely recommend the app for anyone that likes to take multiple photos or just pictures in general.

BEYOND AMAZING - Game Changer. The person that developed this app is an absolute genius and so generous for letting this app be free. Fantastic features and I now don’t need to rely on asking others for photos. Most of the time I prefer photos I’ve captured on my own with this app. Just downloaded this while I’m abroad and it’s going to become my fav app

BEST. APP. EVER.. Okay so my friends are terrible at taking my pictures but I love to dress up and take pics for Instagram. Plus, I prefer to do things on my own. Before I found out about this app I would just use a tripod and a Bluetooth remote. The only thing about the remote is that you either have to throw it somewhere quickly or hide it in your hand but even then you’ll see the blue light which always bothered me because I want the pics to look as “organic” as possible . so now with this app, I just bring my tripod to various locations, set up my phone, and shoot away! I have it set at 100 photos every second or so. I can easily take about 500+ pictures in under 30 minutes so its bound to get a couple of good ones! And it allows for you to move around in your poses for the perfect shot! Great app!

I love this app!. LensBuddy has been amazing with helping me getting actually good photos of myself. It’s super easy to use and I love all of the different options it has for taking the photos. I also love how it has the rating button so you can easily delete the ones you don’t like. Definitely worth having and I HIGHLY recommend this app!!

So helpful. I need to be able to send photos of myself to my instructor who teaches what steps you should take to stop back pain. My pain is gone completely and I need to keep using the posture techniques I learned. I send her photos of me sitting, videos of me walking, photos of me bending in the garden so she can analyze and give tips on making further progress. So for me, an important reason to take photos using Lens Buddy since I live alone.

Why did you guys remove the camera feature of 0.5 and 1x?. I loved it until I found out they removed the zoom out feature of my camera. I mainly used 0.5x but now they no longer have the option to make my camera zoom out. What’s going on?? You guys had it before and now it’s just a normal camera? If it doesn’t come back I’m probably just gonna delete it as I have no use for it now. The main reason I used the app was for the 0.5x camera choice.

This is honestly a wonderful app.. I’ll be honest, I don’t often rate things. This app requested I give them a rating and usually I would tap no but I stopped and thought about how this app is actually genuinely useful and good. It’s been a great help with taking pictures and storing. I love it and would highly recommend over just your phone’s camera and timer function.

Identical Camera Quality. I tested this app out by checking how different the camera quality is compared to my actual camera app, and the quality is literally the same (better actually! Maybe because I clicked the “enhance” filter on it). Other apps usually compress the picture or messes up the quality into something grainy. I’m pleasantly surprised & I’ll definitely be looking forwards to using this app on my next trip!

Pretty good!. I normally take pictures by myself for ig on a tripod and this app makes it SO much easier! My only complaint is the pictures do sometimes turn out a bit blurry or grainy from back or front camera which is fine I normally can fix it but my biggest issue is it’s ALWAYS crashes, in the middle of going through pictures or even taking pictures. It’s not such a big issue I can’t use it but very annoying. Other the. That the app is great!

Great!...but could be better.. First off, this app is amazing at doing all the legwork and taking great candid photos. I would like it if the photos were sorted in chronological order so when you are giving photos thumbs up/down it will go to the next photo that was taken. Also, let me remove the thumbs up/down or at least make it a ?. Sometimes you accidently give a thumbs up/down and you can't change it. Other than that, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Best app I have every came across too. This has saved me so much, I really recommend this app for those who are very indecisive with choosing pictures to post on any social media platforms. As well as struggling to find someone to take pictures for you, there is a self timer mode that can take up to how many pictures you prefer!

Best auto point and shoot app by far. I have to take photos modeling clothing for a business. This app is a game changer. It keeps the multiple images you take (you can even choose portrait mode) within the app itself too so you have the option of transferring over just the pictures you want.

Does what it says🙂. I love the this app for getting photos of myself when I don’t have someone else to take a pic 🤳 the app does take up more space the more photos you take. For that reason, I wasn’t able to use it on my iPhone and can only use it on my iPad which limits when and where I can use it.

The best.. Hands down this app is probably one of my favorites. you don’t have ads or “upgrade to premium” I also personally love this app because it can store photos on here so i don’t have to put every photo in my camera roll and take up more storage. if you love taking photos, download this app

ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE. YOU NEED THIS APP. As someone who struggles with having to set a timer and run back and forth on my regular camera, THIS SAVED ME. And if you thought it couldn’t get any better, IT LITERALLY HYPES YOU UP AS YOURE TAKING PICTURES. I love the developers for sending us this Angel of an app. Now that I’m done obsessing, I have a few suggestions that would make this app next level. As someone who absolutely hates how I look on the back camera, I would love it if there was an ‘invert camera’ option for both front and back camera, for the people like me who hate ourself inverted and for the ones who love themselves inverted. Also, I wish that there was a setting to only save the picture you thumbs up or “like” and delete the ones you thumbs down. It gets very confusing because all of the pictures save to your camera roll so I can’t tell which ones I liked and didn’t. Last suggestion is having a “camera” sound option for every time it takes a picture. Sometimes my pictures always end up blurry or I’m mid moving because I can’t tell when it’s taking the pictures. I know that there’s already a noise that goes off before the picture is taken but I think a camera shutter noise would help tremendously with knowing when to move and not move. This app would literally be perfect if it had these features. Thank you for making such a great app, I’m absolutely in love!💘

Little things could be fixed. I used this to take some headshots for work. Is it just me or does it take a while before the timer actually starts going? I have it set to every 3 seconds but when I click the start button, feels like I’m waiting 5-8 seconds before it starts going. I like the thumbs up and down options. I was combing through my thumbs up photos to pick which ones to save — after saving, it automatically goes back to the camera. It would be nice that you stay where you are after saving a photo. A tap to focus and utilizing portrait mode would be nice! And more flexibility with how many photos you want to take at a time and with the seconds as well. But these are my thoughts after using this app once for about 40 minutes!

This app is amazing. Haven’t played around a lot with the app. But it takes great quality pictures and let’s you modify any thing for example the seconds on timer speed. That for me is great way of learning about photography in my opinion. In all this is a great app to try. But has so many more features similar or alike to a real camera.

Honestly Amazing!. Great for trying to take aesthetic photos so you don’t have to be close to your phone or wait for the 3 second timer. It gives you your own option of choosing the time span between each photo it takes. And the camera quality is amazing!

Great app but weird randomization. Love this app! I love all the functions. The only thing I wish was included was being able to pick inbetween 5-10 photos and 5-10 seconds before the lens starts. I think 7 would be a good number. Would rate 5 stars but all my pictures upload to camera roll scattered in a random order !!! Makes it hard for consecutive depop pics. Is that a bug or are they always randomly uploaded ?? Would love some help.

It’s a good app. I personally really like it. They let you take Live Photos and it doesn’t invert like the regular Apple camera. it takes really nice quality pictures and it gives you a timer and let you take how many photos you want. it has a lot of different selections when it comes to taking pictures. It even has a little section in the app that separates the pictures you took by date and It lets you choose the photos you like the Photos on the app but a like and dislikes button

AMAZING. I LITERALLY GET THE BEST PHOTOS WITH THIS APP!!!! I’ve only used for a short time but the apple camera don’t got nothing compared to this app! The photos are amazing and just clearer in my opinion and just look so much better my sis recommended me this app and let me tell you all it took was that first shot that told that this app was gonna be useful and let me tell you it is! And it’s so smart to because you get a lot of different options and stuff and it’s just amazing! 🫶

You never know what you might catch with this app!. I, unknowingly at the time, was setting up to catch my entire proposal in front of the Eiffel Tower with this app. I’m so thankful I downloaded it and caught every second of it and still can’t stop looking at the pictures. Download it, you won’t regret it!

HUGE feature suggestion. I love this app so much I use it every day lol A huge feature suggestion I would love for you to add is the ability to use the apple watch as a viewfinder so I can strap it on the back of the phone and use the better back camera. I would pay for this feature!!

Works Great!. This is exactly the app I needed! It makes it 20x easier to take pictures when i'm by myself, doesn't mess up the quality, and is well-organized. I love that there is a feature to like/dislike the photos and that it categorizes them for me, because it allows me to choose my favorites without a hassle. 🤍

lens buddy foreva. i love the app so so so much. it has such good quality and doesnt take storage out of my cameraroll! the app is free, you dont need to pay fro anything, it has good quality, and you should def get it! although i love cameraroll, it js wasnt doin me right. i needed a little bjt better and i found the perfect app! its like magic! you dont need to edit anything and it already seems like u edited it. it cab also take !500! pictures per second, js will one button and one click! and boom u look amazing! no mkre bad quality, no more blurry/fuzzy pictures, and enjoy the app becuase its amazing! i would defo recommend the app!!! love lensbuddy!

This app is absolutely amazing!. Ever since I started using this app I’ve been able to take my own photos that are great quality and you can take as many photos as you want! I definitely recommend this app for all ages and it is super easy to use with no additional fees. This app is super convenient if you ever need to take a picture by yourself and you don’t have a photographer to take it, this app is absolutely amazing I’m so glad I found it and downloaded it!

Perfect photographer. Great for taking pictures by yourself or for when you want to take group pictures and not leave anyone out by making them the photographer. It has different timer settings which is super helpful depending what you are trying to capture. Definitely recommend.

Good App with a few issues. This is could be really great App but there are a few issues with it. First-always crashes when you go through your pictures that you did. I will try to change settings to save my pics directly on my phone, not in an App itself. Second thing-it saves your pictures as JPEG which gives you poorer quality from normal iPhone photos taken with selfie remote control. Maybe they will add different types of files to choose from like HEIF (this is how my iPhones photos are being saved). Overall good App with (I hope) potential.

Incredibly Useful. Taking a selfie is something we’ve all done a thousand times, yet this app makes it so much better. Batch photos means there’s more room to be natural in the photos. What impressed me was the prepare for photoshoot mode. It’s customizable with my favorite being the app reading off to you when you’re centered in the shot. Such a small, but important detail that makes this app an essential! On top of that, it’s incredibly designed and intuitive. Thank you to the developers who made this app!

Replacement for fake friends who don’t take good pictures of you. Honestly this is one of my favorite apps instead of using a little clicker when the battery dies you can literally just uses it and it will take Hella pictures for you also if you don’t have best friends who get good angles for you just get this an iPhone stand and you good

Love!. So so helpful especially if you don’t want to ask a stranger to take pics! It allows you to choose the speed and how many pictures you want to take. Another thing I love is that it doesn’t save all the photos to your camera roll unless you choose to download it yourself so no crowded camera roll and only your favorite pictures can be saved!

Love this app BUT. I absolutely love this app it’s exactly what I needed I’m so glad you guys came up with it! However one thing I believe would be really helpful is if there was some type of indication that a photo has been taken. Like if you’re standing a bit far or in sunlight it can be hard to see the little timer going. Maybe if the screen flashed white really quick? That would be very helpful!! Thanks!

About this app.. This app is really good. It takes pictures for you, so you won’t have to ask someone or set up the camera once in a while. It also has a timer you can set for when to take photos and how much secs you can take them for. Thank goodness I found this app really 10/10 😘👍🏽!!

SO GOOD. I rarely care to write reviews about apps but i had to for this one, ive tried similar apps but wasn’t happy with how grainy and blurry my pics would turn out and rhere would be an obvious difference between pics from those apps and pics from my regular iphone 8+ camera (which is my favorite but the timer and burst settings are not a lot to deal with. LensBuddy is the closest thing ive found quality wise to my reg iphone camera quality and i love it so much. Only suggestion i have is to continue to improve the lighting feature as i think it may be a bit too sensitive and just the slightest move of a the finger to adjust it and it does too much. An autolock on focus feature would be really neat too. However i still love it so much and recommend it to all my friends 💜

GET IT NOW!!. As an Instagram user who shoots all their own content, I cannot tell you how amazing this app is. Some of my favourite features is the fact that you can make a burst of photos that can go for however long you want, but unlike the original apple camera app, you can set a timer for how far apart the photos are! It also automatically puts all of the same shoot into one folder?!? UM YES PLEASE! This makes it so easy to keep all of your photos together. As for choosing your favourite photos, the app allows you to go through and like or dislike all of the images. So if you’re someone who takes photos on their phone a lot, this app is definitely for you! :)

Almost perfect. I like this app but can’t see a way to work with the live photos- they export as regular jpegs and there doesn’t seem to be a way to choose your favourite frame in the app like in the regular iPhone gallery. Otherwise everything works really well.

The app has its own timer so u can set ur desired time as well definitely would introduce this to my friends. All u need is ur own Tri-Pod to take the photos. Best app for self-timer photos. My friend group is always snapping group photos & this app makes it 10x easier! Get a tripod, angle the camera correctly and you’ll get photos that look like someone took them for you. The best part is how it’s continuously taking photos (if you set it to that setting) so, you definitely snag some candid photos throughout which are the best, in my opinion. 10/10 recommend, all my friends have the app and I can’t speak highly enough about this app.

BEST BUDDY EVER. Got this app to use on vacation because I struggle with asking people to take photos and it’s GREAT. You can take as many photos as you want per second without worrying about the quality of the photo. I guarantee at the end of the timer, you’ll end up with a handful of great photos. Never deleting!

Lonely Photo shoot. If you ever have no friends that take pictures of you or aren’t patient enough then this app is perfect. I get multiple shoots that I can later look back on and just filter the hood from the bad. It’s also pretty organized when it comes to that sorta thing.

Pretty awesome app. I really like this app for being able to take pictures without someone taking them for you. What I didn’t like was the first few times I tried to use the app, it would freeze and I wouldn’t be able to do anything. But overall, I really like it now that it actually works.

The best app for friends and couple photos. Amazing! My boyfriend and I love using this app, it’s the best! It’s so hard to get people to take good photos and have good angles. Once you know your angles and how to position your phone this is even better then trying to get someone else to take them!

Literally the only way to take fit pics. Prop your phone up with your water bottle, shoot at 1 photo every half second speed, never stop moving, take a couple hundred pics in a few minutes. You’ll find about 5-10 great pics every single time

However one thing I believe would be really helpful is if there was some type of indication that a photo has been taken. Like if you’re standing a bit far or in sunlight it can be hard to see the little timer going. Maybe if the screen flashed white really quick? That would be very helpful!! Thanks!

Best app with camera timer. Lots of personalized options for timer functions, and it doesn’t save the crappy shots to your photos automatically until you pick them. I’m in love and our relationship has been like 15 minutes. Great app!!

10/10 recommend!!. i rlly like this app. there’s so many features to it. i rarely need someone to take pics of me and my friends anymore. unlike the normal camera apple adds to ur phone, when you zoom in, it’s still pretty clear (i don’t know about other phone types, since i have an iphone 14). and it could just be me but my face looks less dull and colorless in this camera. i hope they don’t add any premium features that you need to pay for because it’s already so good. so far my favorite natural and “in the moment” camera app right now :))

Honestly Amazing!. Great for trying to take aesthetic photos so you don’t have to be close to your phone or wait for the 3 second timer. It gives you your own option of choosing the time span between each photo it takes. And the camera quality is amazing!

Does what it’s supposed to with no hassle. I wanted a delay timer that would take multiple photos so we could take a family photo with two young children. This did exactly what I needed, and was even more configurable than I expected. Just a great app for a specific purpose.

i love this app. i just start using this app but my first impression is that it takes amazing pics then using my regular camera. Sometimes i feel like with my pics i take it’s hit or miss if the camera wants to work or not but with this app i can always get the look i’m looking for .

Pretty good!. I normally take pictures by myself for ig on a tripod and this app makes it SO much easier! My only complaint is the pictures do sometimes turn out a bit blurry or grainy from back or front camera which is fine I normally can fix it but my biggest issue is it’s ALWAYS crashes, in the middle of going through pictures or even taking pictures. It’s not such a big issue I can’t use it but very annoying. Other the. That the app is great!

Want to give 5 stars. I love this app and it’s so convenient and the pictures turn out pretty good. However I will go to use the app and it will glitch and force me back to my home screen. The only way to fix it is completely deleting the app and reinstalling it. However I end up losing all of the photos that I’ve taken which is pretty disappointing. I hope they can fix this bug because I don’t wanna keep losing my photos.
