good store. it was very easy and fast to use this app, and reading all their story and researching about them finding out that they have legit shoes! that was so cool and they honestly have one of the best prices I could have found. I will definitely be ordering more from them.

Bad experience. I had an issue with my delivery and obtaining of my package which ultimately lead to my shoes being lost. When I had ordered my shoes I originally had messed up and not put my suite number down. I immediately contacted stadium goods and they told me that they would not/ could not change it or add to the address. It was still being shipped to the building as you cannot cancel your package. So it was delivered to the building. Due to the building being and office building there was no sight of my package. I walked around looking and asking in my building and there was no sight of my package. Now a week and half later apparently my shoes are missing. So if you order from here be pre-cautious and double check everything

Good app. This app is very good and very easy to use and navigate your way throughout. There is a very good selection of shoes clothes many different things which is so good about this app. If I were you I would download this app straight away and share it to your friends and family like I did.

Can’t go wrong. This is my 2nd review, I heard people disliking this app saying overrated & over priced, but I’m here to say today I will be receiving my 4th pair of Jordan’s. Ordering from Stadium Goods. This is my third pair of shoes I’ve ordered from these guys. I tried looking for the cheaper pair trying to save some money by searching eBay and other but it occurred to me that the money I wasted on returning the fake pair and sorting through who might be a scammer and who is of pure heart that it’s just a more Peaceful if you can find a fair company that although may be a little pricey but it’s only because they’re providing you with the authentic not the knockoff that cause only a hundred dollars to make. You get what you pay for, It’s so less stressful not wondering if you are going to get beat or if it doesn’t show up in the mail after waiting a couple of weeks.

Disappointed. I finally thought I found a place to shop mfor all sneakers but nope.......... ordered sneakers here a couple times and can everything was fine, ordered a pair of sneakers and they sent me the wrong ones ( I understand people make mistakes) I believe if you are a high end store, you should have a high end customer service. I would call customer service mediocre, take way too much time to respond, have been waiting to get reimbursed for over a couple weeks now and it is ridiculous. Would have forgiven the mistake and given 4 stars on this rate if the customer service was better.

Was skeptical…but now a believer. I am not the type to write reviews, unless I’m really disappointed with the service/product. However, I felt compelled to write this because I’m sure there are those that are skeptical about the services, especially when there are negative posts on here. I purchased my wife some Jordan 4’s for her birthday, they showed up on time, proper color, and without any issues. They even have a customer service number that you can call. I spoke to a person, and they were very helpful, even wishing my wife a happy birthday. My experience was a good one, and I will be ordering more from here.

My fav place to buy kicks. Of all the options for purchasing…SG is my favorite place to buy my kicks. The quality has always been 100 percent and the one time I had to return because of a fit the return was easy and I was able to get my money back.

Sent wrong show. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I would not recommend using this company at all! They sent me a Jordan 1 when I bought a Jordan 6 (worth over a hundred more dollars). I was all excited to get my new 6 DMP’s, opened the box and there was some dang Jordan 1’s.... I immediately called the customer service number and the representative could not even tell me the process of what would happen... said would send me an email & I would have to send pictures -proving I got the wrong shoe.... Prove I got the wrong shoe? The box has the original Nike stamp saying it’s Jordan 1 and then the stadium goods sticker saying Jordan 6.... first time I have ever ordered shoes online and this Will be my last- terrible experience from a terrible company. I will go back and edit this ,if they make it right but I have a feeling they won’t.

Failed purchase. After purchasing shoes for $170 off this website and 12 days later I have not received any information about the shoes and the shipment of the shoes. I then contacted the customer service through the app and was met with many road blocks and was told that there was no history of my order, while my account was still charged $170. Overall, my purchase experience was very difficult and I would not recommend purchasing shoes off this website.

1st time buyer!. I was skeptical reading reviews of stockX, GOAT but only seen positive reviews for StadiumGoods. I ordered a pair of sneakers and they came super fast and they were quick to reply to my email. The sneakers came with the stadiumgoods tag on them, authenticated them. So I was looking for nice but lower price Jordans and I see this pair of Jordans and I buy this pair called air Jordans 1 Mid Se red color blue, white on Nike check blue, Orange, red, purple I highly recommend to buy Jordan’s from here or any shoe and it’s legit I got it a week or two had highly quality detail look legit and and the nice shoe in general I recommend buying some from here but it is more money on here though

I don’t know what happen .... I try to buy some shoes yesterday. It said there was an issue with my credit card , but when I checked my account , it took my money and charged me 4 times. So they took my money , and it says I never bought anything .... why did this happen ??

Easy to use app. Great selection.. Buying Jordan’s online is a sketchy process but having someone on your side that isn’t out to scam you is great! Fast delivery and everything came perfect. One thing to note, after I purchased from Stadium Goods, my credit card company put a lock on my card. I had to call and get it removed, it seems Stadium Goods had CCs compromised on their site before. Hope that is still not the case as I’d like to purchase more in the future!

Checkout Not So Great. The apartment complex I just moved into isn’t on Google Maps just yet. So when I try to input my actual address, it’s not found as an option during the checkout process. You should allow for users to input their addresses manually. Stadium Goods allows users to enter addresses manually from a browser, but not through the app? I JUST had a Stadium Goods package delivered this week w/o any issues and that was from using a browser window on my iPhone. But now that I want to use the app, I can’t because #1 my info isn’t carried over when I log into my account; #2 there’s no option for me to enter my address manually. It has to be an address that pops up as a suggestion. This needs to be fixed guys and girls. Until then, I’ll continue to NOT use your app. Such a shame. Thanks anyway.

Quality shoe consignment & sales. I’ve bought like 5 pairs so far from stadium goods and sold about 3-4 . Nothing but great employees to deal with helpful answer questions and a great selection of those shoes I had when I was younger trying to get back or a killer pair of sacai’s and or mmw 004 ‘s highly recommend this as your go to shop if ur looking for that elusive pair of kicks!

They stole my shoes. This was my first time using this company and it will be my last they stole my dunk low panda’s and my linen mids it’s been two weeks and my items are still saying received then I asked when will they be processed and they said their company is relocating its warehouse and it will be months before they process item’s for co-sign, so there’s no time limit on when they will process my shoes? It sounds like they stole my shoes I think they are scammers don’t use them please I just lost over $500 buck I am looking into filing a lawsuit on this company

Never got my money back and they are lying and saying they delivered my shoes and they know that it didn’t came! I wish I had cameras installed at the door when they claim that my shoe were Delivered!!! Surprised and excited. I’ve been trying to find the best prices for the most rare Jordan’s that people can’t really afford but when I seen stadium goods no other site comes close to the price, like for example that I’m excited about, The Retro Jordan 11’s Concords! 😁

Quality shoes. At first I was skeptical about the condition the shoes would come in because they are being resold. But I read that all of their shoes are new never been worn. The pair of shoes I ordered were in great condition. Will definitely come back if I ever want some limited shoes again.

Super friendly & helpful. I had an issue with the app when trying to purchase a pair of shoes. The app notified me when I tried to purchase them that something went wrong with my purchase, so I did it again & it said the same thing. I forced closed the app & reopened it & went to “my orders” to make sure they hadn’t gone through. The shoes were there as two separate orders so I was going to be charged for both. I notified customer support & they replied in less than 24hrs. They’re canceling the second order & refunding me my money. I was freaking out over it bc they’re expensive shoes & I saw on their webpage that you can’t cancel orders. I was very worried over this, but the individual who took care of my e-mail was very friendly & put me at ease!

Scam. They know they have issues with the app and still take orders from it. I placed my order and verified sizes before submitting. Once placed they switched sizes on me. So within minutes I called to have it taken care of. But they couldn’t do anything about it. So not only did I pay for the shipping here. I’ll have to pay for the return. If they even let me return them. Probably won’t as I doubt I’d get my money back. All because they are using a broken system and don’t tell the customer that there’s an issue. They know it’s wrong and still push them to get your money. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

Stadium Goods. Definitely a place you want to check for sneaker releases especially when you can’t find the sneakers you want on the other big apps which I won’t mention. They always have what I want. They have never failed me. Stadium Goods are the GOATs of the sneaker app world!!

Buyer Beware. Stadium Goods has one of the worst return policies I’ve come across. They give you 3 days to file a return and once your return has been approved you have 3 days to send them back. I spent a good $50 paying for express shipping so that they would arrive in time. They then “lost” the shoes. Also, they take a 10% restocking fee and only refund you in store credit. Only buy from Stadium Goods if you are 100% sure you won’t need to return anything.

Shipping is terrible. Shoes are very expensive. Shipping is very expensive to wait almost 2 weeks. shipping is very slow Quality is good. You can always depend on them to have the shoe that you’re looking for half of the time but other than that they are robbing us. They never gave me a discount and I’ve been a customer for years.

This is how it should be!. I ordered 2 different pairs of sneakers, Bred 11 lows, and Win Like 82 11’s. They came in a timely fashion, reasonable price for online, and the packaging wasn’t torn or beat up. They take care of their products. When I couldn’t track my shipment, I thought something was wrong and I emailed them. They replied to me within a couple hours and sent me a link and had all the info I needed on them. I will forever be a loyal customer to Stadium Goods now. You guys do it right!! Hence, “this is how it should be!”

Good if you don’t mind paying high price for used goods. I bought a pair of Yeezy shoes there, of course for a crazy price. As some of you may know - when they close the draw window, price goes high. I don’t mind high price but I don’t like paying over $1500+ for a pair of used shoes. I bought a few items after that as well and returned a couple due to size issues. Ever since then I couldn’t login to my account, and can’t reset my password. So basically feeling like being banned. So overall - Be cautious if you mind getting used items ( I mean some of them may not only just be tried on for once, but being wore for long enough to change the shoes shape); Purchase experience is definitely not good, you need to make sure everything is correct before you actually pay.

Confused. So I got this app to purchase shoes like everyone else but when I got into the app for the first time it said log in or create an account so I clicked create an account, but once I entered all my information in it said that my email has already been used with another account which didn’t make any sense because I just created that email. So I tried some of my other emails and it said the same thing, kinda disappointed with this cause I really wanted to buy some shoes through here.

Best retail online sneaker service. Stadium Goods and I have a long history of orders; even in the midst of the crazy Holiday Season my 3 orders have shipped within a week of ordering. While other businesses might have lower prices, they also cant guarantee (even when they say they will) an DS/Brand new, factory defect free, and authentic pair of hard to acquire sneakers/Fine Streetwear. I don’t work for or have any incentive to write this review during a business work day, however I felt compelled to give Stadium Goods their do credit for maintaining an integrity driven business relationship with myself. Don’t purchase. Never by shoes when they are having a sale. Sounds weird huh, I bought some retro 5 for $200 plus and immediately after delivery I notice that they have white spots on the front of the shoes. I immediately send an email notifying them that I would like to return. I didn’t mention the spots because I’ve had no problem returning to them in the past. Long story short. I’m stuck with shoes that I don’t want . All they said is that it’s nothing that they can do. For now on I will purchase on Stock x, although they don’t accept returns

After I ordered my shoes, they changed the size. Stadium Goods has all the overpriced hype beast clothes you could ask for, but on Black Friday I decided to order a pair of shoes. I got them in size 10 and checked my order the next day because I was excited. I had to log in again then I saw the shoes I ordered (Yeezy 350 “Zyon” V2) and noticed they were size 9.5. I have a screenshot of right after I ordered them in size 10 so I know I didn’t make a mistake. To say the very least they didn’t charge me the pice of the size 9.5. But still unacceptable.

Terrible. I order a pair of Jordan 1 “Brotherhoods” and they were fake I figured this out when I saw on the official Nike website that they had the same shoe in my size so I decided to order it because of my suspicions of the Stadium Good pair and when you compare the two shoes I definitely bought fakes the colors are off and the Air Jordan logo is poor quality on shoe is poor as well this website is a scam and I won’t order from here again

Worst return service. Not only does Stadium not provide shipping labels but I returned three items only to have them tell me I only returned two. I’ve never had an issue like this before so I didn’t take a photo of the items before shipping them back. I’m lucky in that the item they purport to have not received was only $20 but combined with shipping it back, I’m out $30. I will never shop with them again.

I ordered my shoes 4 days ago and they are still processing it seems like customers would be updated if it were going to take longer than usual my first and last time ordering I’ll be sticking to GOAT they are fast and efficient with sending out and processing orders. Bad service. Before three days I order a shoe from this app and in the same day after maybe just 6 hours I sent them an email to cancel my order and no one replied on my email. I sent them another email yesterday and no replied also. Then, they just replied one me today saying that the shoe already shipped and they can not cancel my order hence there will be no refund. What a bad service this is my first and last time to deal with them.

Embarrassing. The filter options are terrible. Should have an option to lock into my gender and my specific size. I’m getting S-XXL options in the shoe categories? Being shown more woman’s and kids shoes than anything mens. Not a good look once you also have to deal with your overpriced products. It’s also a glitchy mess. I looked up “Nike dunk high” and got rows of duplicates until the app crashed. Do better.

Alright. I like this app but every time I try to open it the app will not open so I have to close it and open it again but once it finally opens it logs me out every time and they should tell you when your package is arriving.
