Bug ridden and inconsistent information. We are about 10 minutes in and already 3 times I have been booted off the payment screen with zero clarification or reasoning as to why, and now when I try to make the minimum investment in one screen, I go to the next where it clarify’s what you'll be buying and what currency you’ll be buying it with and the minimum investment has gone up but it does not reflect that on the previous screen, I’ve had to restart the app 3 times just to make a little test investment with your company and I still haven’t made it past the payment screen because I can’t finish putting in my information before it just without warning boots me to the Home Screen, and erases all my progress. Do not use, use something else.

Best all in one crypto platform. Extremely recommend!!. I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but i really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 80,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 260,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of CRYPTOADEPT90@ gmail. So i file a report and she was able to help me get back all my lost funds within 3hrs i feel indebted to her. Trust Wallet! A good alternative.... Trust Wallet has some great features and supports a ton of crypto tokens and coins. That said it is a bit complex and at times unnecessarily so (convoluted). I have Exodus Wallet which is the first online/ mobile wallet that worked well, for several cryptos. I love that Trust supports Theta Token, Theta Fuel (TFuel) and Polkadot (DOT) and others. I have only had the wallet for a few days. It does rely on different vendors to purchase (with cash) crypto. Also, some are not (yet?) available for regular purchase (cash/fiat/bank). Different vendors seem to need different levels of KYC ID info, depending on what you wa t to spend. This is a bit confusing, since you enter your info and send scans of your regular ID. They may require more ID or documentation to buys more, later. It also seems to rely on Bianace’s ecosystem for some crypto purchases or conversions. So I have not fully figured it out yet. Also, your first (test) purchased can be slow and sometimes the fees are high (say $8 USD on a $150 USD purchase). Generally, the fees are less. There is also a full on trading option - to put in but it sell orders - if you want that. Overall, this is a good alternative to Coinbase, yet not as streamlined as Exodus wallet.

Love the app and continued updates. Overall this is a great wallet. Also i wrote a separate review recently but couldn't find it to update. I love that trust now supports other popular coins beside through the multi-coin wallet. Everything is very easy to use once you navigate the app and it’s uses. There’s also the option to change the transaction fees with three generic levels to choose from. One nit i would make is that for coins under .01, it was nice to recently see additional decimal places. That was removed in the last update. Otherwise i appreciate the progress and stability of the app. Keep moving forward!

Lousy Support and Inaccurate Information. Trust wallet is a good app but it could be much better in terms of the tech support and the information displayed in the app. I wrote to tech support about their app not displaying all transactions for rewards/interest on some coins and they wrote back after a few days telling me the app does not do that and that I could get that information by manually downloading transactions file or by using a blockchain explorer. Neither of these options is acceptable as they are not user-friendly. Transactions lists should be a standard display feature of any good crypto wallet app that’s worth its salt but the team at Trust Wallet don’t seem to understand that. Also, because the app doesn’t display transactions, it’s impossible to do an audit on your assets in the wallet in order to find errors. For this reason, I’m going to be transferring my assets out of Trust Wallet to another one until Trust gets its act together.

Best wallet hands down however as of 1 day ago or after last update. Love this wallet, I stopped using any other ones, TW is smooth, effective and accurate. However ever since yesterdays update, don’t know if it’s related or not, my balance intermittently disappears and it takes 10 refreshes for them to briefly come on for a second then disappear again. This never happened until yesterday and is very frustrating my friend said it happens to him too. But this issue is constant you can never see your true wallets balance until you refresh it a million times. I truly hope TW devs can figure this out.

Scam. I had silver currency (SLV) and I wanted to exchange it for Binance coin(bnb) . After I did the switching operation, I lost SLV but BNB was not added, so I sent an email to Trust Volt support. They emailed me the ticket number and said they would call me soon. After 10 minutes, an email was sent to me called "Trust wallet Support" and he knew all my problems! He asked me for 12 words to recover my wallet, as well as a photo of the wallet and the app version. I trusted them because I knew they were supportive, and unfortunately they stole all my money! The person who stole my money, cheats thousands of dollars a day and no one takes action to stop him? I'm sure the person who emailed me was a Trust wallet support person, because he knew my problem perfectly well, and it's impossible for a Trust wallet to be hacked in 10 minutes and give its user information to a hacker. Whoever that person was, he was a Trust Volt support I'm sure ٫ because only 10 minutes had passed since my email and in 10 minutes it is not possible to hack Trust Volt! No matter how much I emailed support, they just told me we were sorry !? Regret does not return my capital! Please get my money back

Need my money back please. Please read it before you guys lose money. Before I downloaded this wallet I thought same thing with someone else think that it was pretty good . I don’t know that it is fraud or not . I purchased to buy BNB by my debit card via third party payment ( simplex payment) on last Friday. It took the money right away after submitted . However , it emailed to me and said that the transaction was canceled I will receive my money back within 3 days but I haven’t received any money until now . I emailed to them so many times but they just send me back automatically notes about policies transactions two times. No one took care my emails . Even I just would like to have transaction go through to have some BNB coin to switch to other coins again but no one was available to help my questions . I tried to click on BNb to buy again but it said unavailable so many times . It is frozen now. I know that the simplex payment is the third party but please tell them send back to me my money . With me only a few money that is ok for me to lose it . If they don’t return to me . I’m apologizing to you to give you 1 star because of it . Then I suggest that you guys don’t use the simplex payment for customers anymore if there are so many cases like mine. You guys will lose customers and the businesses in the future.

Good wallet but. I just wish there was a bit more transparency about the fee structure for buying funds in the account. I know this is my fault, I do, but I wasn’t really paying attention to the conversion rate and ended up paying 27 dollars for 100 bucks worth of xrp. And I forgot about ripples 20 xrp lock up when you create a wallet. Again I know this is my fault, I wasn’t paying attention. I just went with xrp cause it’s so quick to send. Now I’m out 50 bucks without any warnings. All it tells you is the cost and what you get. Again I know it’s my fault. But I won’t be buying through the wallet again. Never even occurred to me that there would be an almost 30 dollar fee

You guys should be fined. I did a simple swap in app and the money disappeared never to be seen again, if I don’t get it back I’ll be reporting you guys for scamming multiple people out of their money, I hope you guys fix this for everyone cause you were my go to wallet before this abysmal update, don’t just say I’m leaving a negative review and fix the money that the people aren’t having, it’s not my responsibility if I swap in app and the money goes into outer space that’s on your company and I think you will be looking at a lawsuit if you don’t give me and these people back their money I’ll most definitely be reporting you guys to the IC3 if you can’t return the money. Update: I’ll be reporting you guys to the FBI and you’re going to be hearing from my lawyer

Lost my wallet. I had a wallet I bought some Shiba Inu coins. Two years ago. I wrote down my passphrase. When I downloaded the latest version of trust wallet I entered my passphrase. When I did I didn’t see my coins. I tried to look at the history of the wallet. There was no history on ethscan. So it was not the original I purchased the shib Inu on or I would have seen the purchase I made. I reached out to support. They didn’t see anything either. Of course they didn’t it wasn’t my original wallet. If you use trust wallet make sure to save your wallet hash and transactions from ethscan since you can’t trust they will keep track of the transactions even though that’s the purpose of the app. I would trust it. If you change phones you will loose everything if you use your passphrase it’s not safe.

Mixed Reviews. I’ve been using this app for a few days now and it’s great. There are a few things that could be improved sure but this app works as described. For the reviews that mention losing money and such and how it’s complicated to transfer funds out I disagree. I actually was concerned and gave it a test. I transferred a few XRP out to see how complicated it was and it was easy. Of course there was a small fee as expected. My suggestion is to use this app in combination with Coinbase exchange. I buy my coins on there and transfer to this app. If you have a lot of coins, get a hardware wallet like ledger to put larger amounts. This wallet is good for accounts under 20k, think of the wallet like a checking out. Either way, so far, no problems. Make sure when making transactions you are using the correct things. Like, ETH to ETH in your external account. If you do something like ETH to BNB then of course your codes won’t synch and bye bye to your money. Do test before depositing larger amounts of money to ensure you’re doing everything correctly. Lastly, keep your codes safe. I have mine in a safe. Don’t screenshot them or anything. Also, for security when not using the app close it on your phone, just good safety practices.

Remove “open with Passcode” option like Metamask. Clearly if someone knows your phone passcode, it is very easy to get hold of your keys and fund. If face id doesn’t match, do not even offer to open using passcode. I don’t think many people realize what this means, including obviously developers of this app. I like the fact this app shows fund in USD, but the security concerns with this cannot be ignored. I’m going to stay away from this app and will advise my friends and family to do the same until this security flaw is addressed! ** Updates for developer response ** Dear developers, thank you for getting back, but please do understand my critical comments above are not because I’ve lost fund. I’ve not. The comments point to the security flaw in “your app”, not in people using the app. The latter cannot be fixed easily, but the former can be! Every critical comment cannot be ruled out as “peoples mistakes”! This response, with all the due respect, seems lazy and copy paste job than really trying to understand real underlying issues mentioned!

No help at all. I downloaded this app and tried to go to a secondary site. I was redirected to a scam site right out of the box (only had an account for about 10 minutes). Was informed by their “customer service” they were in fact the secondary trading platform for trust wallet. Invested 160k in deposits to an address said customer service sent me for my wallet. Watched it grow and when I tried to withdraw funds, banged me for 90k was told the ETH was fraudulent and froze me out. Told me that to unlock my account would be an 80k surety bing. Tried to Bang me for another 80k. Tried to contact trust wallet directly to report and try to recover but the contact information phone number was also a scammer. I still haven’t heard back from the platform and they have been no help except an automated AI basically telling me sorry, read this. I just want the funds I invested back. And I’m getting no help from them at all is aggravating because this is happening on their platform.

Be Weary. I honestly don’t know how they have such great reviews. The whole thing is clunky and seems super sketchy. They make it nearly impossible to be able to cash out your money. Everything is a huge hassle and constant delays with transactions if they are even able to be completed. They claim it isn’t their fault, but I promise you that they are just as much to blame as the third parties they contract to carry out these transactions. Recently I just tried making a purchase of $225. It is now six hours later and i still haven’t received what I paid for despite the money being taken out of my bank account. I reached out to the customer service and their doesn’t seem to be an easy fix for that either since I received an auto reply stating that it will be 2-3 days before I hear anything back. It’s all suspect so be cautious and don’t throw any money in to this hole that won’t turn your life upside down if it gets stolen.

Transaction gets stuck. Iphone 11. Software updated, App updated, Restarted phone, Re downloaded app, Deleted and imported wallet twice. The issue I’ve encountered over this week is quite annoying but I’ve dealt with it since I’ve been on the app. What happens is, After selecting the coins I’d like to swap, I select Swap, Confirm Swap and it takes me to the wallet connect, uniswap interface screen where it does nothing at that point. Usually the network fee would populate and I would move on with my transaction but that hasn’t been the case. Usually I would just cancel the solution and try again and it would work. Not anymore. Now I’m forced to pay multiple ETH fees and we both know how expensive that can be so that I can move it to my Metamask wallet which is all just a huge inconvenience. Hopefully you guys have an answer for this issue. Many missed opportunities and wasted time due to this.

Terrible customer service. Was emailing them in real time as somebody was wiping my wallet of all my tokens and the did nothing to help. Told me to be more careful next time and the transactions were irreversible. Lost thousands of dollars in seconds due to a lack of real time customer service and them not being proactive enough to lock out transactions from my account while I’m making inquiries about issues. If your having concerns that your account is being hacked they should immediately lock your account like all banks in credit card companies do. If there are others out there who have been robbed by trust wallets lack of accountability when your accounts compromised please let me know. Disappointed doesn’t explain how angry I am that this company let someone rob me.

Wallet Recovery Issues. Trust wallet seems to be experiencing a big issue when it comes to their wallet recovery. For some reason when recovering your wallet customers have been experiencing issues where they put in there recovery phrase and it ties into a empty wallet that does not belong to them. I have no idea how the support can blame it on the wrong recovery key when the key has been utilized to open up the wallet previously. If the wrong recovery phrase is utilized it will let you know the phrase is incorrect and will not open anything. I have all my transaction records, as well as my wallet recovery key and wallet address written down together but now the wallet address does not match the recovery key. That is not a key issue but a issue within the trust wallet system which they do not know how to fix and would rather blame it on the recovery password. I hope the trust wallet owners and and devs team see this and does something to fix this issue immediately as it is not continuous issue that more and more people are experiencing.

I lost my Bitcoin investment of $700 in a snap!. Someone from instagram approached me to try investing on Bitcoin and he convinced into downloading this Trust Wallet App. All went well until my money was this deposited in this App. after I clicked the confirm button. It never gave me a confirmation until I tried doing the same process again and attempted to deposit; and that's where I lost my money!! My money suddenly disappeared!!! I deleted my Trust Wallet App and downloaded it again hoping I can get my Bitcoin account back but, the Bitcoin symbol was no longer appearing in their list of stocks when I attempted to recover my account. I sent two messages in their support department but I still have to get a reply! Please be careful of investing in Apps like this if you are NEW to this... nobody will HELP you at all once your money is STOLEN!!!

Wallet. Hello, my name is Erika and I will 364 days of last year I was playing on the platform. I recuperate a whole bunch of money and I wasn’t able to get it out. I also found out the person that has my money she was able to give me access to her account. I wanted to find out is it anyway I can report her or is the way I can get the money out myself and put it into another wallet. It’s quite a bit of money. I was even offered her a nice tip if she was able to. She was also telling me that I had to pay to get my money out and I know that was all a lie and she’s just trying to scam I’ll just want help.

Not happy with them. Well first someone hacked my account and taken one 101,000 tokens then they said they couldn’t recover them. Then I deposited more money in there and it’s now corrupted so then they said I would have to make a $513 deposite to find the new wallet and then the 220 will transfer over to the new wallet told the I can’t afford that then they said well you can make two different deposit totaling that amount with in two weeks or the money will be lost told them that wasn’t right and then they said transfer the stuff you took out back into the new wallet but it will take longer then expected since it wasn’t the full funding amount 4 days go by I get in contact with them say it’s not in my account yet and then they said you haven’t received it said nope and screen shot it and didn’t hear anything from them for the rest of the day so I tweeted them then they said I violated the policy and stopped me from direct messaging and blocked me so now the money I put in 220 is now lost and they have taken my money and there’s nothing I can do about it I have done everything they have said to do and nothing this has to be the worst wallet I’ve ever had since then I have filled a complaint with the BBB and deleted the app

apology, well developed app. First off I want to make an apology to the developers for my previous review. Upon hours and weeks of frustration I figured out how to finally reverse all the transactions and trading the coin back to money. For the intended purpose of the app they absolutely nailed it. I’d give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact it took me weeks to figure out how to get my money back. If they could integrate a video that plays to new users explaining how to exchange money back to USD (I had to put in more money and download another app for this) then it would help fix all the reviews of people thinking they’re getting scammed when in reality they’re not. They just didn’t leave enough coin to pay for their fees to move their money back to their banks Otherwise it’s a solid app.

Out of no reason. My account was frozen. I need help. Dear the management team- I have deposited and generated about $70,000 in my Trust account. All of the sudden my account was frozen and I was advised that there was money laundering issues that the system had detected and the only way to unfreeze my account is I am putting a security deposit of $70,000 then my account will be unfrozen. I don’t understand the logic of being suspicious for money laundering and needing to come up with more fund. How will this solve the issue? I will rather go straight to the police and report this situation to FINANCISL FEDERAL CRIME AND SECURITY EXCHANGE COMMISION to clear my name. I don’t do any money laundering activities. I am willing to wait for your company to do an investigation on my account. This will serve as a track record of reaching out to you. I try to ask customer service and they have no other solutions.

Card Not Processed after one transaction. Moonpay can’t seem to work with Citi Debit. My people tried with me in my circle, ALL failed. Simplex worked, but only one transaction is allowed. Failed after that. We called the bank and cards, the bank said the cards were fine and not locked. We will give this wallet a few more go before dumping it, if this keeps up. Actually the wallet seems fine, maybe the payment venders (Moonpay and Simplex) need to fix their problem. I would have given this a 1 star out of irritation, but it isn’t fair. 4 for now.

Takes to long to process transactions that are verified. I have several wallets and this one has to be the worse one. I tried to use this one because I thought the fees would be lower but the inconvenience isn’t worth it. I ordered ETH at 8am today and it’s 2 pm and I still haven’t gotten it. I went through the channels to contact this company but it’s a joke. They send you an automated message saying to send in the same things that you did in the first email. Guess what they will get back with you in 2 to 3 days. The problem is that hey make you take a selfie and pictures of your id and verify everything just not to give you what you paid for. The transaction was cleared by my bank within 5 mins. I contacted moon pay and it’s not them they actually responded right away. So not only do I not have my ETH but I have no one to talk to. If I don’t get a response soon I’m going to just go to my bank. This is unprofessional. I would understand if someone told me there was a delay but I hear nothing. So before you want to save a few dollars on the fees think about never getting what you paid for and hearing nothing from this company. It shouldn’t be name trust wallet. It reminds you to trust no one.

Someone scammed me. They told me to add another wallet on this app, which was their wallet. Developers, I can’t remove his wallet. I therefore am deleting the app because I want nothing to do with this. FYI, I can’t access his funds anyways, or I’d send me back my money. He pretended to be Steve will do it, and shared his account to me (as I said above), and said that he would gift it to me (which is something the real Steve will do it would do); however, he said I must send him 200$ to have the account to send the funds. I believed him, as I knew nothing about crypto. I can prove everything this guy did to me, and would love to be an assistant to catching this person, to prevent future scams. He stole 200$ from me, and I’m a sucker for that, but I hope you all do something for your community. If you wish to question me, please reach out!

Low security STAY AWAY. Security level is the worst amongst other wallets I used. Just search “stolen funds from trust wallet” and see what you get. My funds were stolen 13 minutes after I deposited my funds. $1500 worth of coins were sent out while I’m still logged on. How would you allow 2 devices from 2 distant places to be on. I never shared my phrase key. I don’t even have it saved on any electronic device. Only on a physical piece of paper. I use a passcode to access my so called “trust” wallet and require “transaction signing” for each transaction. Yet an unauthorized transaction took place in my wallet. Support team didn’t even bother to investigate the ticket. They automatically replied. Sorry we cannot help you. This is nonsense. A class action needs to be taken

WAS Amazing. Was the perfect all in one crypto wallet for trading and storing crypto. It was incredibly user friendly and I loved using it… until last night when they removed the browser from IOS. Now I can no longer use any sort of BNB or ETH swapping platform. When I try to connect my wallet it auto connects to the wrong wallet and doesn’t let me choose which one I want to use. I tried moving crypto to that wallet but it won’t let me use the exchange because every time I hit trade, it switches over to trust wallet and does nothing. So now I have to move all of my crypto to Metamask instead. Rather than figuring out a way around the app store terms of service issue, you’ve simply deleted use of the browser. Congrats, you’ve forced away a customer.

I just got scammed the amount of $390k through this apps!!. I’m going through sever depression right now. I met a guy from online who told to me to invest cryptocurrency. He told to me to download the COINBASE apps and TRUST WALLET apps. I began a small, then gradually invested larger amount of money. I even loaned from 3 lenders. By the time I withdraw all my funds, the customer service from trust wallet told me I have pay a direct deposit of $30k or they will freeze my fund. I asked them to just deduct from my account. They refused it. I even made a negotiation to them to just pay $10k for the direct deposit instead and withdraw $50k. But the customer service from trust wallet didn’t response me anymore. I learned soon after that none of my investment was real. Every-time I open my trust wallet my money $390k is still here it is frozen mood. I hope and pray that I still get my money back. At least I can pay my loans which is $88k. I’m a singlemom of two. I raise my kids by myself without any child support. I don’t even know what to do now. I messed up my life. I messed up my kid’s life! I hope the developer this apps trust Wallet will read my reviews and whoever read this, take this as a lesson. Evil and heartless people are everywhere!!!

Omg so.... I wanted to buy safemoon, and I liked what I heard about Trust Wallet. And I think Binance is awesome. So, I got USDT to buy safemoon, but I couldn’t use USDT to buy safemoon. So I looked and looked and then decided to buy BNB to buy safemoon. And I couldn’t. I didn’t have enough ETH to pay for fees. So, I tried to use USDT to buy ETH, which apparently is the only thing you can buy with USDT. And I couldn’t. I DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH ETH TO PAY FOR FEES!!! 🤣🤣🤣 seriously. What in the world. So many gymnastics I thought I was in the olympics. So, I tried to contact customer service. And I couldn’t. No phone. Only option was opening a ticket. Start filling out the information. None of the options were close to cover the mess I was in. None of the options was USDT. I had to add several numbers I didn’t have because no transaction ever happened. Couldn’t be blank so I put N/A. Submit. Minutes later an email saying that ticket failed to submit, because of the numbers and stuff for which I put N/A. So please, PLEASE, someone help me!! Thank you very much. 😀

UPDATE: problem fixed. UPDATE: Actually customer support, after some pressure, reached back and escalated to a higher department. They were really nice and fixed my problem with a couple emails. In the recent months, Trust Wallet has added an iCloud wallet backup feature. Prompted by the app, I created a new wallet using iCloud backup. Once I replaced my device, I successfully restored all the wallets with the recovery phrase, but the app couldn’t find the ones created with iCloud backups, despite they all are well present in their right folder. Customer support ignored me 5 times, so, so far, they lost my 7000$ and are showing complete carelessness in front of an obvious malfunction of their app.

Missing Crypto for three days!. YOU WILL HAVE MISSING CRYPTO!!!! After my transaction was approved! First time I bought BNB it went straight through received instantly no problems. Second time I used it, never received BNB. Contact simplex all they will give you is automated messages never a phone number. I told them I’m filing a dispute claim through my bank with them still got a automated message. Contacted trust wallet also, got a automated message. I’m missing money form my bank account luckily I have a great bank that will give me my funds back. Trust wallet does not need to use simplex anymore if anything. This is outrageous, you think using an app to transfer money would at least have a contact number to talk to a real person I’ve received nothing but automated messages!

has potential but inconvenient. You can deposit your alt coin to trust which is nice, but it requires a ~.25¢ fee of BNB smart chain. Okay so I went to buy a little BNB to cover the initial fee and the minimum buy in is 50$ worth. You can’t even trade it to BNB smart chain initially to cover the fee in the beginning. I finally gave in and tried to buy 50$ worth of BNB and the simplex service they provide kept giving me errors at the very end and told me to talk to customer service. I did and I thought it worked but after putting all my bank info in and having it go through confirmations to the last buffer screen but it just stayed buffering, multiple times. In the end I’m going to try to withdraw to a different wallet but I do not have a lot of faith it will work.

Has an issue where transfers don't show up even when confirmed on scanner. I just trasnfered solana to my wallet from coinbase and both solscan and solana explorer say it was successful. Coinbase also shows that it was successful, and all three of them say my accurate wallet address. I did this side by side and copy/pasted my address as usual, so there was no room for error anyway. But for some reason it won't show up in my wallet. Usually solana takes second to show up bc it is a very fast blockchain, but the transfer is just not showing in Trust wallet for some reason. Delayed transaction info is a major problem with this app. Idek if it will send or not and it doesn't, what am I supposed to do? It was sent to my wallet but isn't actually in it? This makes no sense.

Updates Needed. Wouldn’t recommend trying to buy anything through the app. Didn’t go well for me. The amount of choices you have are amazing for American users who can’t get to these other cryptos from bigger outlets. However, this app fails to track the prices of stocks laughably compared to somewhere else like CB. Currently watching the price of my stock jump and fall while Trust is staying the same, at the wrong price, lower. That’s a big issue that should be worked towards fixing ASAP. While I’m not sure the un-updating price will effect the sell price, I’m nervous I will lose on earnings as a result of this. Besides that this app works as intended, but I’m not very comfortable staying around with a problem like this.

If I could get my money into my bank.... I’ve had trust Walet for about a year and a half now, most recently I tried to withdraw money into my bank account and spent hours so far trying to find someway to do that. There is absolutely no easy clear directions anywhere, and I don’t see any way of exchanging my coins which are XY coin etherium-20 coins. I wrote to the company directly asking them how to do it and they sent me a pad answer saying we’re sorry we lost all your money. Obviously they didn’t even read my request. I don’t know what to do but I certainly couldn’t recommend this app to anybody who is new at this. And their customer service is Neil. Not even a phone number to call if you have an issue. With millions of people using their app as they say in their promos they are to have at least one customer service number that a person can call for help but I can’t find it anywhere on their website or on the app. I’m beyond frustrated so I have to rate this with a one and I’m sitting there watching my money wanting to pay a credit card down and not able to do it. Oh woe is me for using trust Walet.

In my opinion, the graphics of the program were much better in the past. Simple and clear, The simplicity of the app is gone, and the text and icons are too small. Seems scammy. The whole point of crypto at this point is for DEFI ... why am I not allowed to buy BNB or BSC ? With the support service being Simplex yet when I go down to buy XRP with the same service it’s available ? We know how fast the market moves so having these issues or restrictions is costing me money ! When I’m trying to buy on a dip to even out my losses !! Then I try buying BTC and ETH to flip it and that uses moonpay and my transaction keeps getting declined although moonpay verified me . I got This app based off recommendations but this seems very gimmicky / scammy that I can’t make purchase and you’re not giving me sny reason why except “not available” . Then there is no real customer service .. which I thought they had based on a review / recommendation . All they have are “communities” aka dependent upon YOU searching for the answer in a blog ... self help is not customer service . I’m ready to move my crypto as soon as I figure out how this is ridiculous but I started out with them bc they seems the safest and I liked the staking aspects smh.

Lost thousands because of this company. This company does not emphasize enough the importance of saving the 12-word passphase and that if you lose it, you will never be able to access your money again. Save it somewhere. Your identification, ssn, passport, birth certificate, no other backup, just 12 random words are the difference between having and investing your money and losing thousands of dollars forever. I’m sure there’s a law office out there willing to take on a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit. It’s going to happen, and when it does this company will be out so quick. Don’t want no “sorry for your loss” reply from Trust Wallet. I’m not going to go down without a fight. This is crazy. And there’re thousands of poor souls like me that has list thousands because of this wallet. No help either! Breach After Last Update. I have utilized Trust Wallet since my start of crypto. After the last update, I had ETH and tokens transferred without my knowledge or permission. The only way for this to have occurred is for there to be a breach or App flaw because the only copy of my private key is in my locked gun vault and I am the only person that has access to it. There is no other copy of my key anywhere else, period…. I am also unable to transfer any of my BTC when I have plenty to transfer. While trying to transfer my BTC I keep getting different errors. I have reinstalled the app multiple times and followed the directions of the Help section with no success and they make it virtually impossible to submit an actual ticket for help. I would no longer trust this app or recommend it.

TRUST WALLET IS NOT SECURE OR SAFE! BEWARE!. DO NOT USE TRUST WALLET TO STORE OR STAKE YOUR ASSETS. I had almost 5 BNB staked on Trust Wallet validators. Someone removed my staked BNB instantly off Trust Wallets validators and moved my assets to an unknown wallet that does not belong to me. If I personally tried to unstake my BNB off the TW validators, it would take 7 days to unstake and be returned to my wallet. I also had other assets in a different TW and they were removed too. Trust Wallet support is non existent and ran by scammers that could care less that their validators are compromised. Trust Wallet, Binance, Binance Smart Chain, and Pancake Swap are all frauds and ran by thief’s and scammers. BEWARE! Binance owns Trust Wallet and they are under investigation by the Justice Department, SEC and the IRS! DO NOT STORE YOUR ASSETS ON TRUST WALLET! Developers, what’s your excuse? Apple, Trust Wallet and Binance US needs to be removed from the App Store. You are letting thieves and scammers into your APP store.

Horrible Customer Support. I had an error during a transaction and lost all of the funds I was trading in the process. I reached out to customer Support nearly 2 times a week for about a month and a half and only got a response from an automated “customer support specialist”. I asked multiple times in separate emails to speak to an ACTUAL HUMAN, never once was my request fulfilled. I understand Crypto is new and maybe Trust wallet is having a hard time hiring people for customer support or technical support, but when you are dealing with peoples finances there needs to be more urgency along with a possible screening software for certain situations when a CUSTOMER, is requesting further assistance. I am extremely disappointed with Trust Wallet and their services and would/ will not recommend this company to anyone.

Beware. Easy to transfer cryptos into this wallet. Pain in the A to cash out or transfer your cryptos out of this wallet. Should have known better whenever ‘Free’ is attached. I’m trying to transfer/cash my BTT out but I have to pay a fee and need to buy TRON for said fees. I tried buying TRON thru simplex but for some reason simplex is another scam. Simplex customer service said I can’t use my freakin debit card to buy TRON because it had a block on it. I called my card /bank to verify and they said my card is fine and should be able to use for any purchase. So I tried again and same crap, can’t buy freakin’ TRON thru simplex. I called Simplex again and told them I my card is open for ANY purchase but simplex customer service “they can’t disclose” why I’m not able to buy Tron so I can withdraw my BTT from trustwallet. Trust wallet and Simplex is scam beware of this scam. Warning you not to use this unless you want to lose your money or get it stuck in a limbo.

Dapp. This was my 1st time using Dapp, when I search uniswap before I clicked launched app for Trade it ask for a connection to my wallet which was strange but since it was my 1st time using Dapp I thought it operated that way without me clicking connect wallet, some how my wallet is still connected when I search through Dapp Uniswap again but it’s not showing up in my Wallet Connections to disconnect. I’ve Connected and Disconnected plenty off times on Safari no problems, this isn’t showing up in Wallet Connections but through the Dapp i still see my address. Also my settings in the Preferences Tab the Dapp Browser Option isn’t there for me to CLEAR BROWSER CACHE. Im a iPhone User in U.S if that matters.

App won’t start up since they updated. Had it for 3 months and now My app keeps freezing upon turning it on ever since an update... I tried contacting them and they were no help at all . I can’t access my coins I have 3 kinds on it and it just keeps crashing every time I click on it . I didn’t ask for a update!! I never authorized it. Thanks now I feel like my coins are stolen . Very stressful experiences. Very confusing to use, especially if you add in the pancake swap the process of purchasing let’s stay safe mode at about $1125 I put into it by the time I got it pulled back out I had $115. You definitely want to watch when you’re trying to pull your money back out I’m still fighting with them over 150 Dollar transfer they claim it’s on the third-party third-party said no this is where it went it’s very confusing the process to buy and sell setting your slippage I’m not new to computers I am new to the crypto I’ve been in about a year I’ve used it three times and that’s three times too many it’s very stressful. Avoided at all costs I found better out there but I’m not gonna promote any of them good luck guys and gals. G

Warning! Use extreme caution with Trust wallet.. I have been in crypto for several years now and surprisingly with all the fraud in crypto haven’t had as bad of an experience as I have with the Trust Wallet. I used the Trust Wallet to swap BNB for a token I couldn’t easily get elsewhere and lost over 20% on the transaction. It was not a small sum either. I did two smaller transactions first and they went fine. The exchange rate, slippage, and fees were all in line. When I swapped the larger sum I lost a large sum. There was no transaction ID or on chain data / swap data on either token I swapped. Both were blank and still are blank days later. Trust Wallet support has been nothing but automated messages with zero support at all. I can not get the transaction data to see where my funds went. This is straight up theft so please extreme caution with this wallet. I can only imagine how much they can steal daily from their users if they scrape these types of margins off of even half of their transactions while providing no chain data to the users. On chain data is the entire point of crypto and the use of a DEX. You’ve been warned!

The ETH mining account that I set up just disappeared. Since I joined in November of 2022 my account has grown from $2100 deposited up to almost $6000. Good stuff Then over he weekend I logged in and my wallet link shows no balance, just that I have to choose ERC20 to open an new account. I tried my back up phrase, I tried backing up from the cloud, I’ve emailed the support team…I’m getting nowhere! No response, and my balance is seemingly gone! I am very frustrated and feel like I have been ripped off! Sadly i am not getting help…I knew this was a scam when I started…I waited fr a long to join and finally when I do join the crypto mining world I get ripped off!!! Really disappointed. At least I didn’t roll my 401k into this platform …I was getting close to doing just that. The return I was seeing was insane…guess the old adage if it’s to good to be true it probably isn’t:(. So frustrated

Make sure to have enough BNB. You have to have BNB to do any kind of transfer or transaction. That’s all well and good because most transactions only cost an equivalent to 25 cents of BNB more or less... but the app only lets you buy BNB in a minimum of $50 increments. If you’re only a few points of a percentage short in BNB, but one of your other currencies is tanking and you want to get out from underneath it, you still need to drop $50 just to get the couple of cents worth of BNB that you need. You can’t even trade other currencies for BNB within the app if you are a few cents short, to make up the difference. The only other option is to buy BNB in a smaller quantity directly from Binance and then transfer it into your Trust Wallet... But that process involves a a four-day hold on Binance’s end. By the time your four days are up, the currency you are trying to trade might have tanked entirely. This app would be much better if you could trade other currencies for BNB within the app, and it back-ended the BNB cost on the transfer.

Not Trustworthy Scamming and No support. I had multiple coins in my wallet worth $600, I never stored my passphrase online, I have face id and pin verification on. Still somehow, all my coins been sent to some address without my approval. I sent an email to Trust Support, and received an automatic reply that they can’t help to recover. Stop doing business if you can not take responsibility. Scammers!

Got scammed within the first hour of creating my account.. The app is terrible. Very basic and lacks functionality. I created my account and set everything up, memorised my login phrase words so didn’t write them anywhere. then purchased some coins through one of the mandatory 3rd party payment systems, then an hour later someone hacked my trust wallet and took my coins. Got an email from a scammer claiming to be the founder of trust wallet saying my coins had been put in a “safe place” because someone hacked my account so they were addressing the security threat and would give back my coins once it was sorted. Turns out they themselves were the scammer. Contacted trust wallet online because you can’t contact them through the app and 11 hours later have still had no response. *edit 3 days later and still no response from trust wallet. Complete scammers.

Authentic Scam. This app should be BANNED. I have a situation with the BTC I have bought in Trust Wallet using Banxa. The purchase of BTC has been sent to my Trust Wallet address successfully by Banxa but the balance is not showing up in Trust Wallet. The transaction is recorded in the blockchain. Either Trust Wallet or Banxa is taking any responsibility in investigating this further. Trust Wallet support is saying that they don’t sell BTC directly and I should contact Banxa. However Trust wallet shows a big BUY button allowing users to buy crypto without leaving the wallet. The fact is that I spent a significant amount last Sunday and 4 days later I’m still chasing Trust Wallet and Banxa, who seem not to care about anything at all about the case. Money completely disappeared with no reason without having the right to claim or receive a decent explanation from support. I will be reporting my case to the authorities and providing all type of proof, supporting that these people are a criminal organisation operating in reputable marketplaces. App Store should remove this App immediately

Removed Dapp browser with no warning. Got absolutely blindsided by the devs removing access to dapp browser. Virtually no information on how ios users are supposed to recover their funds. Disgusting underhanded behaviour. A months warning so we could at least save the address etc that were in our bookmarks would have been the least they could have done. Has cost me thousands do not use ever.

Don’t buy anything through simplex. Wallet in general is good but I recently purchased SmartChain(BNB) through simplex (third party) and have had bad customer service and it doesn’t look like I’ll ever receive my coins or my refund on one of the purchase that apparently didn’t work. Bit of a joke

A. I transferred money from Binance to trust wallet and bought bnb . Money was showing that time after couple of hours later when I open trust wallet my mom missing. I can’t even find the right place to talk or support team. I have done anything, how I loose my money have no idea. So much frustrated now.

Very good app. Trust wallet is very easy to use. I am only a little concerned rd with the cloud backup recently introduced. I have read other wallets being hacked from gaining access to your cloud server backup file.

Not the best wallet. Constant issues with trying to get a payment to go through or verify anything. It’s a shame because it’s an ok app, but this is absolutely frustrating, especially when your trying to ape into a project and it keeps failing. Keep your shut up to date Trust Wallet.

No ability to download csv of transactions for tax reporting. This crypto wallet is fine for novice or light users who don’t need to keep track of many transactions for tax purposes. There is no ability to download CSV file of transactions. (Account public keys can be exported for just a few coins, not ETH) Yes, users could go and find transactions on blockchain explorer, but surely it is possible for a serious wallet to provide ability within app?

Great wallet with good staking opportunities. Heard about this wallet and so far I’m very happy. I’ve staked some BNB for good interest and also has most tokens pegged to the BSC so you can send assets supported by the BSC and avoid giant gas fees. Very secure and nice layout wallet app

Funds Frozen. My Lunc Classic are stuck in the wallet and I am not able to withdraw them, what is wrong with this so called decentralisation when you are even worse than a bank yourself. Someone could be dying but you choose to freeze our funds because you want to, 0 stars and not recommended at all.

No response from TrustWallet On a major issue. You can’t view some tokens purchased on pancakeswap on the TrustWallet app. My the tokens are there in TrustWallet you just can’t view them. So you can’t send to someone or transfer within the app. This app deals with peoples money and trustwallet simply do not respond. They say they will respond within 2 to 3 business days. But this hasn’t happened. I will now put a formal complaint with Apple and if the issue is still not resolved then I will put a formal complaint with ASIC.

Not secure , coins disappeared. All my crypto just disappeared today. There was a transaction which I have never done. Everything was fine last night. I woke up and saw my balance and coins are zero. Then I tracked the transaction and saw something unbelievable. It wasn’t just me. Same thing happened with over 100 people and all transferred to same address. How did that happen? I never fall for any scam or visits any link. And i also logged out from pancakeswap which i used to swap coins. And my face id and password was on. There was no way it could’ve been happened by my fault. Now who is going to take the blame? $1200 worth of coins has disappeared. If you’re legit contact me and help me get my coins back.

Cannot withdraw BIDR without BNB. It is a nice and easy to use platform but I don’t understand why I need a BNB to transfer to any platform. Can’t they just deduct it from the coin that I am transfering out of them? I am worried if I deposit money to buy BNB and to cover the network fee so I can withdraw BIDR and then if I sell BNB later it might ask me to buy some other coins just so I have enough for the “network fee” and sell BNB. Now, my BIDR is stuck with them. Hopefully, they can just deduct it from the coins that you’re transfering or withdrawing and not ask other coins to cover the network fee.

Stole my coins. Contact nearly a month ago still no answer from Trust Wallet customer service! I Kept buying EVERGROW through them, all fine for a month, then when I had nearby half billion coins! All of a sudden as I was using Trust Wallet one day, my account suddenly went to zero and all my coins are gone… So my only thought can be that they are the real scammers!

Not Happy APPLE. This was a fantastic app until apple have removed access to the Dapp browser. Just another attempt by Apple to censor everything and anything they want.

Completely Outstanding Service. Please be careful of investment platforms promising you a good return on your investment. I nearly lost my sanity when I realized I had lost my money to some crypto investment fraudster. I didn't know I would ever be a target of con artists because I have lived my life outright, and the idea of knowing that I had lost what I had labored for to some pretentious individuals will haunt me forever. But then I found a team of Ethical Hackers and everything changed. Joe explained how the process of recovering my money would work, and what we needed to do to get my hard-earned money back, they did an impressive job doing private investigations on those con artists that even my cop friend I had reported the case to marveled at their expertise. The process took a while but the efforts invested in it were worthwhile. The day I confirmed the coins in my wallet felt like I just earned a million bucks. Don't let scammers get away with your hard earned money, look for possible ways to recover your stolen funds. I was once a victim but thanks to joehackexpert (@) Gmail!! No Security. The application is working fine and friendly user interface but there should be a pin or password protection for the App on the phone. Opening the app doesn’t ask for any authentication and exposes the account.

Don’t use it. It just happened with me today. I can’t swap and send out . The gas fee is higher my token that I have . I think it is something wrong. I uninstalled and installed app again. I put recovery phase 12 words. I make sure I wrote to down 2 twice. Finally I got big problem . It is shown invalid my recovery phase. I Unfortunately I can’t access my account even I have the right recovery phase are correct. I lost my token and money in there. DONT USE IT.

Worst app. There is no security on this wallet. You put your money in and keeping watch day and night. this company doesn’t secure your asset. They allow importers to do phishing without warning. They allow all importers get away with your money without track. Kindly do a favour to yourself doesn’t use trust wallet as they are incapable to track any transactions and find anyone. Just imagine how unsafe is this trust wallet..

Cant withdrawal my money. Can’t withdraw my money from pancakeswap unless I have money in trust wallet. Even though there is enough money being deposited from pancakeswap into trust wallet to cover the big fee. So to get my $60AUD have to deposit $50USD into trust wallet to pay a couple dollar fee which would could be paid by the deposited amount from pancakeswap? So in short if you’re like me and don’t have that much money to lose then do not touch trust wallet as they will steal every cent from you by trapping you with hidden fee after fee. If I knew I had to pay money to deposit money into trust wallet from pancake swap then I would’ve logically left enough money in trust wallet to cover the fee. But NOPE!! They trick you to make you have to deposit another $50USD, but then once I withdraw my money I’m then charged yet again meaning there is no point in even trying to use trust wallet because they are like those windows scammers, they get access to someone’s PC then lock them out and force them to pay a fee or else won’t release the PC or in this case Funds.

Transactions completed and successful but nothing in wallet. I made 2 transactions yesterday, both were successful yet nothing was in my wallet. It's been 24 hours! I retarted my phone, i deleted the app and then downlaod the app again, i doible checked the address... everythig was fine but no funds in wallet.

Unreliable. My wallet got hacked. My secret words were handwritten and hidden in a drawer. No one can access them except me. Never shared them nor took pictures of them. Somehow hackers accessed my wallet and stole everything. Maybe found a way to crack the passcode, secret words or Face Id. The developers just keep lying that i shared my secret words with someone. I didn’t. I’m not an amateur. This leads me to believe that the team might be involved.

Lost all my coins in this wallet. I recently changed phone and as a result I lost all my coins. I initially copied and stored my recovery phase. I downloaded the app, went through and successfully pasted the recovery words in. I have a screen shot of the message saying it was successful and the coins were imported. But they were not! I emailed support for help but they kept telling me the recovery phase was wrong. I repeatedly told them it wasn’t wrong and sent the screen shot proving it. They threatened to block me for spamming them. I lost all my coins and they won’t help me recover them. I’m so devastated about this. And hurt buy the response I got from this team. Excellent. I trust this app due to the new owner, who also runs Binance. It’s been fine tuned, ultra safe and secure. It’s very easy to use. Highly recommend. I don’t trust any of the other wallets and fear losing a cold wallet.

Select evm network. With the latest update I dislike the extra step we need to complete to change networks. How it was a few weeks ago with it being the the top left corner of the bowser was perfect

Terrible. This is a terrible crypto application. I recommend that any prospective user conduct a web search for all the issues with withdrawing coin from this wallet and converting coins from BEP2 to smart chain. The interface is also difficult to use and not intuitive. There are much better applications in the App Store that do not have any of these issues.

Dusting. I’m having so many issues with trust wallet now for 5 weeks and I can’t get anyone to help me.. basically I got some coin sent to me by a scammer I’ve been trying to turn them off or disable them it just won’t allow me toim so disappointed and frustrated that trustwallet support has no answers for me.. it’s been a real bad experience trying to contact trustwallet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Cannot send currency to alternative wallets without extreme hassle and 2 extra third party apps, still waiting on pending transactions. after pending it send the cash back into crypto which then causes it to rise and or drop so you could potentially be waiting for cash just to have it drop $10-$20 while you’re waiting..

Non existent support. I have used trust wallet with few issues for three years now. I recently deposited $2800 worth of a token into my wallet and it never appeared, despite being confirmed on chain. I put in a formal support ticket, through the in-app support, explaining the problem. They had all the information including the transaction number which confirmed that the transaction was successful. In return I waited two days to get the response that “Your ticket has been closed. We hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction. ” Nothing had been resolved whatsoever. The tokens had not appeared and I had received no explanation as to why. Why bother pretending to have support? I have used dozens of exchanges and wallets over the years and the only other support I’ve encountered being this unhelpful was binance. So I shouldn’t be surprised really, as binance owns trust. The app is generally fine, but in this space, with so many options, you can afford to avoid those with appalling support. You need only to look at the App Store reviews for evidence of their complete disdain for their customers. There is some black magic going on for them to have the star rating they have. All I see is one star reviews and bitter complaints, with no effort to respond or reach out from the devs. I will be extracting my funds forthwith.

Do not use. I normally would not write a review but half of my crypto which I transferred over from another app just suddenly disappeared.

Easy to use. Very easy to use, good instructional videos. Only drawback is not being able to rely on the price shown in the wallet as a true value, particularly with the smaller tokens. Other than that it’s very convenient and connects well with exchanges for transactions

Awesome Wallet. Fantastic Wallet, easily switch between networks, the in app browser is brilliant and the token magic feature is excellent and so easy to use. I just transfered some ico erc20 token to it they arent even on exchanges yet but this app worked it all out without contract address i cant stress how good this is!!

Almost useful , but not…. Unfortunately, this wallet will let you move tokenised versions of crypto assets to and from Binance, but then once you have the token in your wallet and, if you want to move the token to a non-Binance chain, it is really a usability nightmare. The in app exchange doesn’t do cross-chain (i.e. from BEP20 to ERC20), meaning that moving anything from Binance to any other location is a nightmare. If you plan on never leaving Binance, sure it’s fine, but if you actually want to use your funds for any other purpose outside going back and forth from Binance (while paying fees for the privilege) it’s almost totally useless. They really need to allow cross-chain swaps in app. For example > USDT BEP20 to USDT ERC20. …or better yet, actually have real coins on their exchange 😂

Money stolen. I am absolutely beside myself in anger with this company. I put my full trust in them and had 25k stolen from my account within 2 weeks of opening this wallet. Trying to get a response has taken days and nothing has been done yet. I gave them all the information that they asked for and still nothing. Not sure how someone can get access to this so easily. I feel a complete violation of trust.

Scams inside app. One would think that when you open your wallet you should be safe. Within the app there are scams. They allow scammer to post adds in their app. Warning to everyone brand new to crypto. I think the name “trust” is missleading.

Un-trust-able. Got the trust wallet for the sole purpose of buying Safemoon. All is well so far. The time came when I wanted to cash out my Safemoon so I swapped it to Etherium. Still good. For some reason the swap showed up in my trust wallet as two separate things- Etherium and Etherium Token. The total amount was correct so no worries. Then I wanted to send my Etherium to my other wallet which I use for Bitcoin and Etherium exclusively. I sent both transactions about 5 minutes apart but I only ever received the second transaction. Of course it was the one for the smaller amount. I triple checked everything was right and it seemed to be so I reached out to trust wallet support and explained the situation. After a brief back and forth with them they requested all of my transaction history which I provided to them showing how much was transferred from my other wallet to the trust wallet initially and how much was in there after swapping my Safemoon. I NEVER HEARD FROM SUPPORT AGAIN AFTER THAT. This was at least four months ago. Wait there’s more. For the next few days I continued to try and sort through this on my own. Sometimes when I opened my trust wallet it would show the amount that I was missing in my account only to disappear seconds later. Again I reached out to support to try to get to the bottom of this because clearly something was going on but again CRICKETS. Shortly after this email to support the missing amount stopped appearing and disappearing from my wallet and it is now just gone. In closing, the support if you need it is non existent, and I think this wallet is totally un-trust-able.

Eth vanished into cyberspace. Title says it all. Lost all my eth for no reason. Shows a transaction despite me never EVER sending all of my eth to anybody. Definitely do not install your trust into this wallet.

Don’t Trust Trust Wallet. Shortly before bed I received a notification telling me 0.94 ETH had left my account. I did not authorize this transaction. I have never given my seed phrase out, and the rest of my holdings were left untouched which is bizarre if someone is robbing me why not take everything? Trust support offered the cookie cutter response of: it must be your fault. I checked with Apple support to see if my phone had been compromised and everything looked good. And others have agreed that a compromised wallet would be completely drained, instead I have my ETH sent to an address with no history and it is currently just sitting there. No clue why this happened but I will not be using trust wallet moving forward.

New update removed Dapps. Removing Dapps feature completely ruined this once amazing wallet. Wallet connect does work 80% of the time. I now have to use my desktop to load the website and then use wallet connect since it doesn't work on my iPhone properly. They should have made a bookmark tab that would allow you to click and open your browser instead of just deleting everyone's bookmarks.

Frauds. Set up a wallet and put 4000usd into it. A day later it got scammed. Put in multiple complaints. Got an email wondering about the service today. Sucks. A week later and they haven’t responded to a major issue.

I landed hero123.cc by Trust, I lost fund due to blockchain issues, the Hero company charged me 10% of whole fund for repairing fee and other test fee, after that they would charged me 17% insurance fee of whole fund if I want the fund been deposited into my bank account. It’s terrible experience.

Vulnerable to scammer. One star is the lowing rate I could give trust wallet., if I could it would be a negative rating. Trust wallet is open to scam through its browser extension. This is a security vulnerability and make it possible for scammer to gain access to your funds. It required a greater level of security to protect using funds.

Bad idea. I have only ever had one seed phrase, I lost my phone and put my seed phrase in the reloaded app. I now have a zero balance. I lost six figures because of the terrible app. I lost my life savings while trying to keep my crypto in a safe place. This is the worst place you could keep your crypto.

Solana staking and withdrawal not working. I have wanted to sell my Solana during this pump and the app says endpoint issues check back when updated. I have lost a lot of potential profits because I cannot move my Solana. Further it is staked and that is not giving rewards or earnings and is unusable due to the “need to wait for update” issue.

DO NOT USE. I had $ 2k stolen from me and I didn’t even authorize the transaction. DO NOT USE worst wallet ever. Opened it and in less than 24 hours they stole my money.

Unable to Withdraw and no support. I have been trying to send my ADA to Binance. When I try it states that I do not have enough BNB coin to complete the transaction fee (even though I plenty of BNB in there!). Super frustrating. There is no live chat support or email support (that I can locate anywhere). Where do they display this info? It’s like mission impossible to get live help.

Trust wallet stole $3500. Transferred several times from Binance over a few days. After the 3rd day I transferred $3500. It showed in my account and then about 5 minutes later vanished. This is the answer I am getting: Your USDT has not disappeared, but is pledged in the mine pool. You only need to deposit an additional 1000USDT to get your USDT back, and then we can continue to complete the transaction. Does not make any sense.

Stole money. Stole my money. Deposited 129 cad in lite coin over 24 hours ago, and have contacted support 5+ times with no response. No record of the transaction on blockchain and they also won’t answer which is very suspicious... Will never use this company again, I told them after 3 emails that I would leave a bad review if they didn’t respond and they didn’t. Apparently if it takes more than 3 hours for the crypto to be received it’s an issue, but now it’s been well over 24. Never use trust they will scam you as they have done to me.

They Scam my VEN. I been using the app for quite some time just so I don’t have to keep my alt coins at the Binance Exchange and they Scam all my VEN coins. When they do the maintenance wallet swap be very careful, you may lose some coins and even now after the update I just try to buy some VEN and they straight vanish my ether and no VEN coins are to be found on my wallet. This is so sad because the app has great potential, I just wish they fix it or else do not place ur coins here.

My favorite wallet. This is easily the best wallet I’ve ever used. It make connecting to swaps or other crypto apps extremely easy. It’s cleans, user friendly and just overall great. One tip I would have is DONT USE THIS AS AN EXCHANGE. It is called trust wallet for a reason it is not trust exchange, it’s great for swapping coins, staking coins, etc. but it’s not worth trying to buy and sell tokens in a wallet. Besides transaction times have been extremely fast for me personally.

Aluiscious. I was a MEW customer and had 2k stolen 3 months ago and always checked URL b4 logging in etc etc... I still had 2k stolen from right under my guard. Searched around on the fly to find reliability and some level of fiduciary responsibility. Trust came to the surface and I moved the remainder of my Ether coins immediately to Trust wallet and wished I had done so sooner! Trust is a game changer. If you doubt, move small ether amount to trust and and pose a question to support. The knowledgeable and expedient response will astound you. And I’m a regular 9-5 guy, but thankful for this App!!

Thieves. Please don’t waste your time downloading this app. They will steal your money! I have been trying to withdraw my money weeks now and my position in line is 67,500 and they only do 100 to 200 withdrawals a day. They say that the only way to expedite your place in line is by opening a green channel and that’s paying 15% of the money you’re withdrawing!! I don’t have that kind of money, so now i have to wait. And the more people who open a green channel pushes my place back farther in line! They don’t have a number for customer support, only a stupid chat box, and they aren’t helpful. This has been a nightmare trying to withdraw my funds! PLEASE DON’T put your money in this app, you’ll probably never see it again!

So far so good. I’ve been using Trust for over a month now and it’s my first wallet (newish to crypto). I haven’t had any issues and it’s pretty easy to use. I was also verified in less than a day and have transferred in and out of it easily. Not really sure what features are good or bad for a wallet since, as mentioned, it’s my first, but I would definitely recommend the Trust wallet to others based on my experience so far.

Great app but... Why and how are all of these reviews allowed to stay up which are clearly trying to scam people by urging them to make contact via gmail in order to rob them? If you contact the email it’s highly likely you will be tricked into giving them access to your funds (considering if you contact them your foolish enough to get scammed too)

no security as claimed. It is very simple to buy, trade, and swap! Including easily for hackers and scammers get your money too! there is no safeguard to prevent and stop the steal! Imagine you get robbed right in front of your face and you can’t even do anything to stop that bad behaviors! With banking, at least you can stop your credit card or reverse the unauthorized transactions! With Trust, you will lose everything! Period! I recommend the developer to develop a better security feature such as two-way authenticate to make sure it is the wallet’s owner! Support team stated it is the wallet owner’s responsibility to protect the assets. But you do not offer any tools for wallet owners for such protection!

They lead you on to contact a specified email, to be helped by an ‘expert’, why they’re the real scammers!!! They will try to take more from you!! Be warned. I was almost scammed. So putting this out there cos these guys are greedy and good. Don’t try to outsmart. Report fraud to the police or press charges legally when the organisation or owner of lost Crypto scams are known. Won’t recommend this wallet because of high fees to transfer the balance.. I am new to this wallet. I transferred BZNT ERC20 coins to this wallet assuming that I will be able swap them using DFX option in Trust Wallet. I am able to see the current value of the coins but there is no option to swap them. This wallet is only allowing swap from BZNT BEP2 to other coins not from BZNT ERC. Honestly I didn’t understand why it is not allowed. Disappointed with that. As there is no way to swap I thought at least I will transfer the coins back to different portal where I can be able trade them. But this time noticed they charging way too much fee for transfer. Which is very very high than any crypto platform. That’s why my suggestion is not to use this wallet.

Works slow and gas fee is way high. App is cool, easy to use. It supports almost all new coins. The problem is gas fee. Recently I bought 1k USD worth of SAITAMA and I got charged 540 for gas fee. Ridiculous. How the heck I paid for that. Additionally I kept receiving emails from them by saying that if I don't confirm my account they will block my account and whatever funds I have it will be gone. I tried to click the link and it didn't work even. I ended up selling my SAITAMA with again another gas fee and transferred to stable wallet. I do not recommend this app to anyone. If you can try to take all ur tokens to another better apps. Worst app!

Declined payment. I’m having an issue where it’s declining my Apple Pay because Of policy requirements Ive been buying BNB for the past weeks as well in the previous three months I’ve been buying BNB from iPhone. One of the days it was telling me the same thing payment declined because of policy requirements then finally like three hours later it finally allowed me to buy BNB and I didn’t do anything different PLEASE HELP!

Watch out pending transactions.. Love the wallet but a snag now of unwrapping Ethereum. Been in pending for almost a day so I have to shut off cellular not to eat up all my data when I leave my WiFi. Emailed and bot messenger say don’t to any more transactions and 3-5 days until someone reads my email. No way to cancel forever pending transaction either. Update: I found the right info to walk me through. If you get stuck the trust wallet has good instructions on pending issues and if stuck in pending fix first and don’t try any transactions until the transaction clears. Thank you. 5 stars! I still don’t understand the back up when I need a new iPhone.

Best all-round. The best wallet app I’ve used, happens to also be great at buying, selling, exchanging, etc. The dApp browser makes it necessary for anyone trading on mobile. Great 3rd party crypto providers are useful for buying coin on debit to trade immediately, without waiting for transfers to process. Trustwallet is the best all in one app for beginners. For more advanced users TrustWallet is still endlessly useful because of dApps and a great wallet for coin used for trade that is not stored in a hardware wallet. Deserves 10 stars.

Wouldn’t recommend. Bought some bitcoin and was charged an additional $25 in a completely separate charge aside from the fees and stuff that were factored in to my original transaction. Contacted support and the first person I spoke to via chat fully acknowledged that this was a mistake on their end and redirected me to submit a help ticket and dispute the charge via email. Now they’re saying it was a cash advance fee so when I told them that’s impossible being that I used my debit card and sent a screenshot of the charge they’re still trying to tell me that it’s my banks fault and that they don’t see the charge on their end. Confirmed with my bank the charge did indeed come from them. Will be bringing my business elsewhere...

Untrustworthy Wallet. This app is getting one star only because I can’t give it less. Absolutely impossible to get any reliable customer service or support. My account was hacked into and someone wiped out my account, but trying to get in touch with anyone at all from customer support has been nothing but a nightmare. I feel like this is an absolute disservice to anyone claiming to provide a service of any kind. Not only are there unknown numbers of scammers posing as Trust Wallet support, but even the actual customer support itself is entirely useless and not helpful in any way. Find another wallet to use, because Trust Wallet is anything but trustworthy.

Mining pool activities. I am one of there scams. I signed for investing in this mining pool witch will generate 25%_30% of your investment. But you gave a month to complete the activities other wise there a late fee or penalty witch no one explain this to me since you are only dealing with a computer no real life employee. The answers for any question is already been fabricated and done. I put about almost $20k and now they are $39k but every time I finish the project or just about to finish. They come up with new rules and new fees to complete my project. So the bottom line the money is there and yesterday I completed but they came up with new fees again. So it’s money in a hall I don’t know if I ever can get it. Don’t do it stay away from them.

Push notifications notice. Unable to access my wallet or make any transactions. The “Push Notifications” pop up notice will not disappear (even when the “Enable” button is pressed) so it permanently blocks access. I cannot access the app Settings to turn off notifications because of the popup screen. I tried reinstalling Trust and also shutting off then back on my iPhone. Nothing works. The best way the Developer could address this issue is eliminating this popup screen altogether. Update: Finally this issue was addressed. The notifications screen is now gone.

Missing Bitcoin, missed opportunity. The ability to trade, swap and store coins quickly and efficiently is really a strong selling point for a crypto wallet. Trust is falling well short of the mark. I made a BTC deposit that was confirmed on the blockchain 7 times. It has not made it into my wallet after 6 hours (and counting.) The coin I had intended to swap for has shot up 300% and my opportunity to capitalize on that profit has passed due to "technical difficulties" per the forum. I see hundreds of comments with similar issues I will edit my review if/when my deposit finally appears but the missed profit will forever taint my opinion of this app. Edit: Their customer service responded to my email citing a glitch in the servers as the reason for the delay and that they were manually addressing issues. I am still sour about the missed profit (500%) but they did fix my issue within 24 hours. More stars given

Don’t download!!!. I basically lost all of my money invested in this app because I lost my recovery phrase after I lost my phone. You can’t recover an account through an email or phone number—this is what their support team emailed me back with. This app truly is inferior in many ways and should not even be on the market. There were also “hidden” ways that they charged me fees. I had issues with simple transactions where I never received my coins after purchase, multiple times. I had sent them multiple support tickets with no replies back. The only reply I ever received was when I wanted to recover my account just now and they let me know I cannot recover my account since I lost my recovery phrase.

Worst of the worst!!!. If you’re about to download this app and create an account. Don’t ever transfer your cryptos in this wallet. Transferring it back will give you trouble. It will charge you big time. I should’ve not transfer my USDT worth of $202 from coinbase. Now, when I was transfering it back into my coinbase account was charging me $75 of ethereum which is, I don’t have any ethereum in the account. Now my money is locked up with this stupid wallet. You will be just wasting your money if you transfer some of your cryptos. So, please don’t use this app and create an account. I don’t want anybody else to experience what I experienced on this app🥺

Would really like to see transaction history for each asset. Works pretty well; no real issues so far. I don’t think this issue is isolated to Trust Wallet, but it would be incredibly helpful if they showed the prices you bought individual coins/tokens at, rather than just the current value. For now I have to either memorize them or write them down. Add that functionality and it will be a lot more solid.

Best crypto app ever created!. Developer is super helpful and responds quick and fixes bugs as soon as you tell him, also updates come out super quick! Apps amazing, you can really Trust the app and really put your money in here. I rather have my money on this app than the bank with full of fraudulent people... App is also super compatible and user friendly with ton of cool features that I keep learning every time I use it. Thanks!

App is terrible do not download. This app is not user friendly by any means. There’s outrages exchange fees and they don’t give you any heads up about any guidelines or random rules they have in place that will keep your money in the app forever. If you live in the US it’s actually almost impossible to withdraw your funds, I’ve heard ONE time of it being successful. Not to mention they don’t have any real ways to contact them for customer support, just through social media? Just seems like a scam to me. Your money goes on the trust app and after that you might as well give it up cause you’re probably not getting it back 🤣 terrible terrible terrible app

Would not process transaction accordingly. My friend and I purchased a crypto coin on the same day, but for some reason his processed within 10 minutes and I’m still waiting after 2 hours. Also, keep in mind that I’m using a debit card after having contacted the bank to verify the purchase beforehand. The bank says we are a go and now the transaction is not fully processed due to the service used within trust wallet moonpay. Although was going nicely using this platform. However, what’s the point if you can’t even make a purchase and it is just unfair that my friend who I told to buy has already purchased his coins and I’m still waiting. 😳

Scam. I used the wallet to purchase stock at a certain price but you don’t allow the user to deposit money from there bank account. You only allow them to go through a third party user which is Simplex. The problem with that is it takes them forever to get you to charge your master card or visa. Also after reading a couple reviews it seems that simplex is a scam and you never get your money back or receive the same stock. You don’t even explain if when the transaction goes through, does my stock change in price? Also You don’t allow the user to cancel. I’m left here feeling like I just threw away $500. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this wallet.

Ios is a walled garden. It's a shame that all these people with trust wallet are too dumb to be allowed to use decentralized apps. It's almost as of apple wants a monopoly on what apps can be used on their platform. I recently switched to ios and this is the dorat6tims I've regretted doing it. Thanks for protecting us from ourselves apple. I feel much safer now that you've blocked the dapp browser. I almost did something crazy and bought bitcoin!

Dapp browser. i like trust wallet for i have not had any security issues but i have decided not to switch to iphone for the reason that the dapp browser is gone. it would be nice to be able to not hang up one of my other devices to make transactions and also deal with the glitches that wallet connect has. as of right now metamask just seems to be a better fit there is a extension for the browser and from my knowledge the browser is still available. hopefully trust wallet can at least create a browser extension for brave or any other options.

Fake app, and real fraud. Some scammer scammed me using this app. I transferred my ETH into Trust Wallet. Then did a few small deals with all small profits. Showed me successfully transfer ETH out of Trust as well. Then the scammer tried to have me deposit more funds into the account. I seriously did not have more money. Then the scammer disappeared. The in-App Trust support no longer responded, the WhatsApp Withdrawal Customer Support also did not make any sense. All my ETH was frozen in Trust wallet for no reason. I have been demanding an answer from support, but no one responded. I am willing to use my real name to warrant my statement. Do not download or use this app at all.

I like it.. This app is simple, clean, and probably the next best thing to having a hardware wallet. After the EtherDelta hack I started looking for a secure app to move my crypto to just in case. I found this and it satisfied me immediately. I was able to import my existing wallet and move my coins to the new wallet effortlessly. The only thing it’s missing is the ability to print out a paper wallet with your keys for added security. But that doesn’t affect the app’s usability. Kudos.

DO NOT USE THIS APP (SCAM WARNING). (Used 5 Stars to get this seen) If you want all your money stolen by fees go for it use TrustWallet. They’ll try to say oh it’s the third party plug ins bla bla not us. NO. They steal an exorbitant amount of money from you on—simple transactions nonetheless! Even if you wanna entertain the idea that it’s “out of their hands” there is still far FAR FAR better ways to buy crypto out there wth significantly less in fees. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Funds don't show up in wallet issue. I can see my funds in etherscan as "token holdings" at destination address, and sent token and recipient address chains do match (both ERC20) , but my funds don't show up in my trustwallet. Token is imported (it's CAKE; and trustwallet has a toggle switch for it that I turned on), and I have no clue what to do to recover my funds. Submitted a ticket already but haven't heard back. Update: A trustwllet developer reached out and helped me manually add the token and get access to my funds.

Add AstroElon and safe Elon love it. I’m still able to revive through uniswap just not able to see the daily percentages and charts like my other cryptos I have on the app. To veiw my percentages or the amount I made that day I have to go back to uni swap and place the value in there systems to check. It would be much easier if we the people and especially the Astroelon and safe Elon holders should be able veiw ate percentages and charts including all other cryptos that you Gus have done so far. Lost over 1.5k due to this scam. Ok I legitimately don’t understand why anyone would EVER use this. Like nobody will ever convince me that the recovery phrase isn’t a way for them to make you lose money. Come up with 12 random words that you have to remember or you can’t access your account like what. My phone got stolen with the phrases in my pictures and my notes but unfortunately I have no access to them. Lost out on over 1.5k in Crypto there should be way easier way to secure an account then giving you 12 random words to remember you can’t even come up with them!?! Like this makes zero sense TOTAL SCAM SAVE YOUR MONEY use literally anything else I promise this is worthless....

Where have you been?. I’ve been looking for an application for Ethereum that had a built-in dApp browser and also automatically picked up my token contracts which this app does. It also allows me to spy on other addresses as if they were in my wallet without forcing me to add sensitive information. I’m sure more great things are in store and I can’t wait to see what else is coming for this great and well polished, open source native app.

Stay away from this. I got it because a coworker suggested it. Turns out it is not user friendly. They make it easy, so so easy to take money from your bank acct but will not put money back…you have to send crypto to other wallets and that is where the problem comes in. Swapping to the crypto/tokens that other wallets take is a challenge. Granted, I’ve only put about $150 in so far, but I’ve lost two thirds of that in fees and lost transfers. I’ve got two other wallets that are not hard to use, I can swap between them, AND I have actually withdrew $$ and had it deposited to my bank acct. As soon as I figure out how to get the rest of my money without losing it, I am done with trust wallet!

Scammer. Scammer tried to get my money back. All I wanted was $8000. Now I have all this extra money, and I have no access to it because I can’t afford to pay the payment which I told I need to pay a certain amount to get the money out of the account and it’s almost equal to the amount of money I was trying to get returned to me. Do you have Scammers working for you? By the way, I am the creator of a multi level nonprofit against scammers… And they are leading people to your site. Thought you might want to know and I’m not paying a dime because I didn’t ask for that amount of money. I just wanted the money I lost returned

I’m very upset…Everything was good until. So at first I liked this app but then my bitcoin that I had in my wallet disappeared and what’s horrible is I’ve tried looking for a way to contact support and there is nothing at all. No way. I pressed on my bitcoin activity to see what happened, and it somehow got transferred to another wallet. I never even did that, I was literally on Insta. Then I got a notification on trust, so I thought oh maybe the “wave” is going back up. So I got off Insta and went to this app trust, and noticed none of my money was left in my wallet. Don’t use this app especially since you can contact support.

Balance not reflecting when I connect my wallet. This is the first time I use this wallet and I purchased my BNB last Friday. When I go to another exchange site (pancake), they state that there’s not enough BNB to make a purchase. The wallet is connected but my balance isn’t shown. I deleted the app and reinstalled it again but I encountered another issue. This time it said the account is not found. I restarted my phone and still had the same issue. I contacted web support and they responded but the issue isn’t solved. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is very frustrating. I feel like I’m missing out on an investment opportunity as you know how volatile some crypto coins can be.

Third Party Payments are a Joke. First, Trust wallet uses two payment firms to use to buy with fiat currency BNB for purchasing tokens. Both SIMPLEX and MOONPAY limit you to a few hundred dollars a week what you can spend. That’s ridiculous to and serious trader. Can you imagine if your stock exchange limited you to a few hundred dollars a week to buy shares of stock? Second, I tried getting cleared or validated with my bank account/credit card with both of them and there was no person to talk to, only idiotic repetitive messages saying ‘we’ll be in touch’. I even emailed them with the same irresponsible responses. I finally gave up and only transfer tokens to the wallet that I want to trade on the BSC blockchain.

Do not trust!!!. Every thing was great in the beginning. Easy to use learned how to trade I pancake swap got my safemoon (got in early) stake then 3 weeks later. It was all gone!!! I mean gone gone!!! 200 million coins just exited my account and there is know one there to help. Haven’t heard back from tech support, went to bscscan and found the 820$ transaction. But now what am I supposed to do about it. There is know security in the wallet. Went to Reddit and found others with the same story. They tell you make sure you log out of pancake swap. But who knows how the hacker got in. Apparently it is easily hacked so I’m not sure how safe this is. I keep all my real crypto off line. This is the most expensive app I have ever tried.

Login problems. I cannot see where to find help with this application. I have an account with several wallets and my current version on my iPhone is 12.4.8 and apparently it requires version 13.0 and up. How the heck do I access my account when I cannot upgrade my iOS phone to 13.0? I sent this message when I had to update my phone to an iPhone 11 to get the operating system required. Trust Wallet did not advise that it would be a change in operating system requirement and now I cannot get back into my coins even with the recovery phrase. I can’t seem to get any help at this and I am afraid time is going to run out on my swap of MCO for SCO tokens

Fund options??. Not able to purchase BNB or smart chain coin through trust wallet. But my friend had the option, instead I have to wait 5 to 10 days for my BNB coin to be available for withdrawal from my Binance account. I can’t express how much this pisses me off and seriously ruins this experience! Costing me and many others a lot of money!! Thanks Binance/ trust wallet for not even buying me dinner before you did me like that

Extremely Useful. I have tried a few wallets and I have to say the Trust wallet is pretty good. I like the layout, it’s simplistic & not cluttered, which is good for navigating around the app. However, would be nice if they allowed you to buy at a cheaper minimum than $50. That’s my only issue, otherwise, I have sent & received from my Exodus wallet, Coinbase account, & Coinbase Wallet with no issues. I would also like support for Monero to be integrated. I’ll update to 5 stars if any of this changes.

Don’t Use!. This company is terrible! Is the app secure? Yes. But the use is worthless! The price of coins and tokens is off over $600!!!! That’s right, you’re wallet balance for 1 coin can be off over $600! Multiply that times many coins and it can be off thousands of dollars! They never fix this despite multiple complaints by many users and just site that their algorithm uses averages…users don’t care about algorithms, they want accuracy when it comes to their $$$! NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK when you’re investing thousands or tens of thousands! Don’t waste time with this app! Use something else, you’ll be happier and your balance will be accurate!

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. They don’t have an option to withdraw your money in USD. To start, the app automatically accepted a money transfer that I wanted to decline. I waited multiple times on chat support, I was queue’d in line in position 14, suddenly I get changed to position 38 after already have been waiting over an hour. I emailed customer support for help and never received a response. I currently have been waiting for 2 hours on chat support, while I’ve been in queue position 1 for 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use this app again. Once & IF (at this point) I even get my money back I’m deleting this app to never use again.

Trustworthy but not the best communication. As a Dev I feel like software having bugs is common but having a bug where users can’t access or send their funds and not updating or immediately rectifying the situation is a major red flag. They responded to another review about misinformation but it’s very obvious there are bugs on the app and it’s been this long without fixing them so the App must not care. // As an updated review, it seems problems are being addressed and there’s a way to get support directly, but I had to write a review on here to figure it out so. Besides that it’s an otherwise reliable app

Good app, could be better. No transaction history. The user interface it nice and the app works ok. My issue is none of my trades from BNB to other alt coins are showing up in my transaction history. Coti, Lition, pancake swap, dusk network and CertiK to name a few. The only transaction history which shows it receive BNB and convert BNB to Smart Chain. Also, it would be nice if the app integrates into CoinTracker the way that MetaMask does and if there was a way to send the multi coin transaction history to the cryptoTax software. If they fix that then I could rate this 5/5. You do have to be careful when swapping using the Dex, as there is quite a bit of slippage.

Best Wallet I’ve owned. So I remember being pretty upset when TrustWallet dumped DApp but over the last year I have heard so many people talking about having their non-custodial wallets hacked or having problems receiving their reflections or problems with swaps and transfers…TrustWallet has been solid and trouble free. I wish they would bring back DApp’s but even if they don’t I’m still going to stay here. It’s a trusted wallet and smooth transactions/transitions.

UnTRUSTworthy. I thought this would be a trusted wallet for storage but it is NOT, I transferred 100million of my BTT to Trust Wallet and when I looked at the order it said the transfer was successful however after 2 full days it never went thru and never came to the wallet, I contacted support about the situation and they never contacted me back nor gave a care to send a direct message, instead I got a bot email they gave me no direct help. So now I’m OUT my crypto because they do not care to help you. The customer support here is awful, I would have had better luck sending it to FTX than this wallet. I will NOT be using them ever again and I suggest you do not either.

Support Staff is non responsive. This app is not user friendly for beginner, but I was able to accomplished what I needed to until last week. I have purchased bitcoin and then transfer the bitcoin. The receiver never received the transfer. Everything on my end said the transfer happened. I have tried to reach out to the support via email (only option), but no response. I am out of money and their isn’t anything I can do because this company doesn’t respond. When you are dealing with people money at the very least you should respond to complaints especially if there may be a glitch with the app
