💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Needs Improvements but overall great app. Let me start with what needs to improve immediately! All ingredients need to be an option when customizing a burger/ sandwich,m. For example, I wanted to order a spicy chicken sandwich and it did not give me the option for white American cheese, the picture was yellow American cheese and I didn’t want to risk getting yellow cheese rather than white on my sandwich. Also, when ordering a combo you can only get that once size straight across, we need to be able to order medium fries and a large drink if I wish. Let me justa include that coupons should be scannable at the counter or drive thru rather than only being a le to redeem thru a mobile order; like Del Taco allows. Great app! GREAT coupons, free stuff and percentage off your order, you never see that thru your mailed coupons. Please make the updates I have mentioned, thank you!

App experience - start to finish. Finding what you want on the app is pretty easy. With the exception of sauces, things seem to be where they need to be; why can one bit request sauces in the app? Rubio’s and a bunch of other places with apps have been able to accomplish this, so it’s a bit disappointing to not have the option with JitB, but I digress. You may find some “app only” specials as you search around - another plus. BUT (and here is why it only gets 2 stars), the app experience isn’t over until food is in hand, and the last step is kind of tricky… time & time again, regardless of location, I’ve arrived to pick up an order placed on the app only to find a group of employees with a “deer in the headlights” look on their face. I feel like JitB dropped an app into the App Store and didn’t bother to tell (let alone, train) any of their employees about it. Seriously, if you like and end up using the app, just be prepared to get to the restaurant and have everyone stare at you because they know nothing about whatever order you’ve place - lol. End result: cool app, but pointless since the employees don’t know how to use it on their end.

What A Joke. I’ll try to keep this saga brief. Initially, I was locked out of my app account. I tried to reset my password several times but never received the link in my email to do so. I reached out to customer service and was instructed to call. I call, and the rep asks me to make a new account. I tell them I don’t want to make a new account because I don’t know want to lose the rewards points that I’ve accumulated; the rep assures me that they will manually transfer points to my new account and email me once they do so. I make a new account. A week goes by… no points. I follow up by email and then I finally receive them. I attempt to place an order… and I can’t use the points. I send yet ANOTHER email about this. I give the details that I’ve got the correct item in the correct, as instructed, etc. I receive back the generic email about how to redeem points (the instructions which don’t work for me). At this point… with a faulty app AND laughable customer service, I decided any further effort wasn’t worth a few free sandwiches.

West Columbia Texas Employees have been great!. I have to go inside and use cash because my husband, my teenager, and myself have been digital hacked on all of our apps, I phones, Apple Watches, everything! We have always lived in Sweeny Texas! We were targeted because my husband owns his own small electrical company in Sweeny Texas since 2018, just him! He hired his first 2 employees here in Sweeny Texas on Feb 2020 here in Sweeny Texas! We were targeted because of the word Electrical!! The group on Uran hackers hire people so Washington DC Cyber Detectives have a harder time to fine! We have been paying California taxes! We had a computer invasion, phone swapping around on us, and digital hacked! I thank God for such great customer service in person face to face with the employees here at Jack in the box in West Columbia Texas when we order our food!

Removing food item from app is frustrating!. When I started using the app, all food items at my locations could be ordered on the app! Now, I can’t order the Chicken Strips combo for my son on the app because it’s not on the app menu! My workaround is to order everything else on the app to take advantage of any Offers and Deals and speed up getting my food … and then order the Chicken Strips combo in the drive-thru and WAIT for it to be made! — It used to be on your app (it even still shows up on a Previous Order!), so please bring it back. This would give you a higher Star rating. You might also work on ways to “substitute” things on the app (like a soft bun instead of hard grilled sourdough bread), not just “remove” or “add” things. Another thing you can do at the restaurant, but not on the app! Other restaurant apps allow me to do this, so it’s possible for the Jack in the Box app!

Why did you ruin this app?. Stop fixing what isn't broken. Now you can't buy brewed Gold Peak iced tea through the app! The last UI update removed it as a choice in combos but allowed you to buy it stand alone. Now you can't get it at all. When I am looking closer at an item, there is no way to go back to the menu but to close the page and work your way back to the order. Had to reset password and payment method. Seems like either the menu choice have shrunk or you just forgot to add them to the app. That stupid clown marking faces between page changes is annoying. When the order was finally submitted, I was asked for feedback. It kept asking me how the delivery driver did but it used drive thru. It wouldn't let me pass on the questions. So I rated a fake delivery person poorly just to move on. Fire the techs that created this app!!! Roll it back.

Fast and easy to use, customize.. This ordering app is one of the few I've used that works as intended. My only complaint is that the location to order from should be presented up front (as you open the app or start your order). You have to update your location by clicking the little "compass arrow" on the map in order to get your location and then select the restaurant your closer to. Maybe a "USE MY LOCATION" button will really help. Having the option to add and save favorite locations could also help speed things up. Other that that....my order was perfect, ready on time, I chose "Drive Thru" pick up, but because it was busy I decided to go to the counter and had no issues. Great experience.

Jack in the box app. I like the theory of this app : Order your food 5-7 minutes ahead of arrival time and pick up your order at the counter cuz it’s ready when you get there! At some locations that’s true - but not the one on Marina Drive in San Leandro. First of all, no one ever greets you st the counter there - they’re busy bagging up window orders or making shakes or whatever . . . There is no designated spot for picking up mobile app orders (as there is at the Lewelling stir in San Leandro) What’s the point in ordering ahead of time, then getting in a line of people to place orders?) Then, by the time I get in the front of the line and I tell them that I’ve made a mobile order - the cashier looks on a screen that is obviously not monitored very often, and tells me it’s being prepared. 5-7 minutes later I get my order. That’s a sorry process. Maybe I’ll just get my orders in at the Lewelling St. store. It’s a little further drive for me but much less time in the store to pick up my order. They have a designated sign for mobile app order pick up and the food actually gets cooked when I press the button “Prepare My Order”! Hope you can make some changes at the Marina Drive store! Tim Z.

Pleasantly Suprised. Jack-In-The-Box to me has always been mediocre. I honestly believe almost every other fast food burger joint is better, especially in terms of the quality of the product. However, I will say they are doing a good job with their app. The interface is fluid and simple. I like that they integrated delivery as well. The feature helps a lot in regards to situations where there aren’t freelance delivery drivers(Doordash, Grub Hub, PostMates, UberEats) around. However, here are some things I would recommend, but didn’t feel were critical enough to cost the review a start from the 5/5. The app automatically removes your card information if something goes wrong with the payment or if you type something in wrong. This gets annoying after awhile. Secondly, the app will prevent you from placing an order if you made too many errors in too short of a time period which has literally prevented me from buying food here just because I typed in some incorrect details. Lastly, I don’t understand why they want a tip for delivery with the service fee being so high. I ordered a $10 meal and paid $4 for delivery and $7 for a service fee. I’m not sure what I’d be tipping for.

If the store can’t accept orders, tell us right away!. I have used this app a couple dozen times and have been pleased with the efficiency, the ability to customize an order, and the perks. However, today I was placing an order for three of us, and only AFTER I was done working out all the details of the order, confirming it, confirming the store, etc., and went to pay did it tell me that the store (my usual one) was not accepting orders. I wasted a lot of time, and that could have been avoided if the app told me about the issue at the beginning of the process when I selected the store. It will definitely deter me from ordering with it in the future, meaning I’ll go to a competitor as I did today.

Bad customer service from local restaurant!. We have used the app several times. The deals are great, and it’s convenient to use. But our local restaurant on multiple occasions has refused to honor the order (that we already paid for through the app) because when we came to pick it up “their screen didn’t say the same thing”. We showed them the order in the app where it clearly said what we paid for. The didn’t care and said it doesn’t match what their screen said do they refused to give us what we paid for. Are you kidding me? Another time we went to the same location and we had ordered an item through the app that was new to their menu. Paid for it. Got there and they said they don’t have that item yet. I asked them why they had a poster for it in their window if they don’t have it yet? Another time they told us they have “no control” over the app or what is charged as an excuse to not give a refund for items they refused to give us even though we paid for it! A few other times we got home with our order and items were missing. Clearly we need to stop going to this location because they don’t care, but JITB needs to get on them for taking such poor care of he customer!

Good but can be better.. Overall, my experience with using this app has been good, but I believe this app has potential and can be even better. There is a few issues I have about this app and hope that my feedback will be noticed and put into action. First, I hope that they can add a feature in this that allows you to add a new credit/debit card. All I’m able to do is change my current debit card which is slightly time consuming when I switch to a different card. Second, I would like it if they can let us customize and choose our drink when we order meals such as the late night meal. Finally (similar to the previous), I would like it if they let us to select our fountain drinks when we select that option. Otherwise, this app has been good, and I’ll continue using it.

Jack-in-the-Box is back in action with applications. This application is great it saves a lot of trouble and a hassle from going to the line ordering your food ahead of time and having it ready exactly the way you want it thank you very much Jack-in-the-Box the only thing I can say is could you please offer more coupons and also have cash giveaways or something and also pick up parking spot we’re a jack in the box attendant bringing ur food outside for people that don’t want to come in like McDonald’s does sometimes but other than that this application is great thank you very much Jack-in-the-Box hopefully this helps Jack-in-the-Box become a more successful company

Issues at checkout every single time. It’s extremely frustrating when you’re trying to place a “convenient” app order and it takes longer to manipulate the app than it does to run inside and stand in line. I’ve attempted to use this app multiple times and every time there are issues applying the offer, issues with each location charging different prices for items or not honoring offers, or the biggest issue I’ve experienced is not being able to checkout. Instead I get an error message: Dang it! An error occurred while processing your request! Please try again… only to get the same message continually. And don’t bother trying to get the restaurant to honor any offers from the app - that won’t happen - they all look at each other in dumbfounded confusion. Jack should take some lessons from Starbucks. They seemed to have mastered the art of ordering via apps.

Charged me 3 times for just ordering once. I do not like the jack in the box app it’s very confusing and annoying. I was doing a simple order and I put the right location, the right card number everything and when I get to the actual place it says my order was never placed but yet it took out my $ 3 times . The store was very helpful and nice and they have said this happened a couple times to people and to not worry they will fix this but still didn’t have a solution on why it took my $ or why my order never went through but my money some how is gone just by taping order and check out. how is this going to be fixed or be reliable. I liked to order on the app so I can just get it and go but this gave me a big problem. Never again will I use this app I wanted my $ back and now I don’t know how I’ll get it back.

I can’t jump high enough to eat here anymore. I’ve worked nights for 15 years. Jack in the box has always been my go to for after work food. Breakfast at 4am? Yes please!! Recently the majority of the locations only accept mobile orders once it gets dark. This is absolutely trash for soooo many reasons. I’ve just been going elsewhere, but tonight I really wanted some tacos. I sat in the parking lot and downloaded the app, requested my order and put in my perfectly valid payment info. Of course it took a few minutes and in the meantime the store (open 24 hours) turned off their mobile ordering. So y’all are paying the entire store of employees to turn down all food orders… not sure how that’s a valid business plan but I’m going to start cooking at home. Thanks for the solid 15 years of filling my belly. RIP JACK

App is good, Contacting Customer Service is terrible. I do like the app. It’s gives great deals and convenience without waiting. My only problem is trying to get a hold of Customer Service. I’ve had already 3 orders that I was not able to get a refund from because the location was closed, even though the app allowed me to order. I’m down about $50 and haven’t been able to contact or receive contact about getting a refund. There are other apps that allow me to make a complaint and get a refund email within an hour. This app doesn’t give you that option, other than going on their website and leave a feedback or comment. Nothing really about trying to get a refund on an order……So this is just FYI for people that may want to use the app, just be careful, if you think you are okay with losing some money….

I’ve never rated an app I think. This deserves it though, I use ALL food apps.. the design and smoothness for this jack app just blows my mind. I’m not sure anyone else has done as such a great job when creating their food app as well as Jack has. The app creation meeting must’ve been lit.. the buffering/loading design alone is just amazing. I eat at jacks maybe 6-10 times a year.. but that’s because I do go to other places and always have a million options to satisfy my cravings.. but this is one place that never fails to satisfy my cravings. Whether it’s for lunch.. or 3AM drunk as anyone could ever get… the tacos are IT…just IT.. the price is just a bonus, because I’d pay more .. those weird ingredients that I couldn’t careless to know what they are.. I love them 😂 oh and the poppers are the GOAT of poppers from fast food. They’re expensive but that’s why.. Quality is definitely a standard at jacks.. The fact they have some of the best egg rolls you’d ever eaten, says a lot.. this is a burger joint in Murica’ 🇺🇸 and does egg rolls better than any Chinese fast food.. which I also love Chinese food but it doesn’t compare. Congrats on getting my first review Jack, hope someone at HQ sees this and appreciates it the way I appreciate the service I’m always provided at Jacks. Mmmm mmmm mmmmmm! 🤌🏾

Hit or miss (like huge miss!). When the store you order from that is listed as open 24rs has your order ready no issues the apps pretty useful and I can’t complain.. however … when the location is listed as 24 hrs and you arrive to nobody there (hiding in back with the drive thru blocked off) and then after waiting and honking at the window for 15 minutes to finally have the guy you saw in the reflection the entire time just ignoring you come up to the window and tell you they’re closed and can’t take orders to which you reply “well I placed my order online you already charged me” and have them look at you dumbfounded like OK… Then the more senior incompetent person tells you they will issue a refund but doesn’t bother to take down your details or ask your name and then you never receive said refund (for the second time - same guy) it’s hard to say anything positive .. freaking frustrating and then they don’t issue your rewards or jack pack offers you never received if they do refund you your money …. which is lame to boot. Cmon. Jack. ?!?

Good app, but..... This is definitely my favorite fast food app. HOWEVER, there is one problem. If you order from the one tap screen, I think it automatically uses the last location you used for that order. Because most mobile order apps use the closest store, I didn’t even think about it when I ordered far away from the last time. So I checked again after already ordering, and realized it was the wrong store, 30 miles away. Not even a “this store is far away” warning. So I just did the same order today, expecting it to go to the store I originally ordered from. It ordered to a RANDOM store I had never been to, which is also pretty far away. On top of all this, there is no way to cancel your order! So basically I’ve spent money for nothing TWICE because the app isn’t smart about locations. Please change it so it chooses a closer location, or at least add a warning if it’s far away. And a cancel order option would be nice.

Poor in app help & customer service.. Ordered drive thru pick up from a store listed as being open 24/7. Went to pick it up and the store was closed at 9:30 PM for some unexplained reason. That part really isn't that big of a deal. Stuff happens. The problem is the app has no way to rectify an issue like this. There is literally no way to refund or cancel an order through the app's built in help system. The app just lets you order from a store that is unable to fulfill the order and still charges you money. If you follow the built in FAQ and Help information, it just bounces you around from one nonsensical help article to the other while never giving out email support or phone support information. JiB and the team they contracted to build the app have inadvertently created a scam app if the store cannot fulfill the order. They also mention to "tweet" for help or fill out some third party 20 question feedback form which doesn't lead to you getting your money back. This app and it's help section is the final boss of poor customer service.

App doesn't function at all. As of October 2022, the app doesn't function at all. When I open it, all that comes up is a blank white screen. The one time I did get something to open I couldn't search a location and turning on location services did nothing either. Since the app updated about two or more weeks ago it's been totally unusable. Jack in the Box went from having one of the smoothest user friendly apps to the absolute worst. They also used to have new offers and online exclusives every month but they already stopped providing those for the past several months before updating the app which was disappointing but at least I could still order online and earn points. Now I can't do anything. Hopefully they update their app or go back to the one they had before. Whoever decided this new app was a good idea should be fired and whoever designed it should provide JBOX a refund instantly unless they are intentionally trying to deter people from mobile orders.

New update ruined this app. I don’t know which software engineer made this update but somebody needs to fired. The UI is absolutely atrocious. Very all over the place when the previous version everything was right in front of you to place an order. Even placing an order is a drag. It takes forever to load and on top of that I got to login everytime I open the app. Keep me logged in god dammit. Man don’t even get me started with the rewards and discounts. They removed the offers with literally NO offers in months. I am not gone spend 10 bucks to get a sourdough jack on god when I used to get 2 for 8 right in the app all the time and recently it’s been dry as a desert. Y’all need to get y’all act together because I’m deleting the app till y’all fix your failure. Shoot me an email when y’all ready to do business and cut a deal again if I’m going to spend a dime I rather go elsewhere.

No refund. I purchased items over 1 week ago and hit the red button to have my food prepared since i live 5 minutes away. Upon my arrival to the location, i requested my mobile app order thru the driveway. The cashier stated that they didn’t have majority of the items to create the order and therefore they couldn’t prepare it. I asked if I could get my refund there because the mobile app doesn’t provide that option or if they could cancel my order so that it would notify my mobile app that I did not receive my order because the JIB location was unable to create it. The cashier lacked knowledge of the mobile app and didn’t offer any solution. Therefore, I tracked down a customer service FAQ which basically states that you won’t receive any refund once you submit the prepare order red button. I’ve emailed JIB twice but still have yet to be contacted by the company. I understand if your food is prepared that you should be charged but if you haven’t received your order or even if you’re not satisfied with your order, they should have a request refund option. I’ll adjust my rating if I get my refund from JIB

worst fast food app imo. Here to change my review from a 2-star, down to a 1-star. Placed a mobile order via the app and arrived to the location only for them to be closed during posted hours due to lack of staff. Was told by the only employee there I would receive a refund, but never did. I filled out a form on the Jack in the Box website for a refund over a mobile order/app issue yet I had never received a refund let alone a response (which was stated I’d get) after 2 weeks. Had to contact Jack in the Box again via social media in order to even get some sort of response and refund. The location being closed is not an app issue - but the lack of refund or response is. Other popular fast food apps (that one that starts with a Mc) are way better & never have this issue and I’m able to receive my refund immediately when my order isnt picked up. Let’s not mention the fact that you cannot even add sauces to your mobile order like nearly every other fast food app allows. The app is very glitchy and not user friendly. If you really want Jack in the Box, skip the app & order in person.

Glad you joined 21st century, BUT.... ...it’s obvious you’re not reading or taking the responses/reviews into consideration and implementing changes. Someone complaining about a 45 second delay? C’mon get real. That’s not a worthy complaint. If I’m going to spend my time on your app I should be able to do 2 basic things… 1.) Customize food the way I like, not how JITB feels I should. For example, I feel fresh onions should be an option for ANY beef burger. Period. I can’t do that on the app for the Sourdough Jack. 2.) There is no ability to put what flavor of drink I want. Only the size of the drink. The workers are wondering why I’m not putting this data in the app. I can only say that it may be new, but it’s archaic. So… with all the freebies you throw my way and being a fickle human being, if I can’t get what I want, how I want it, I tend to go elsewhere. I can’t take advantage of the freebies if I don’t order thru the app so what’s the point?

Can’t order some items. Tried the Jack in the Box app for the first time to get the 25% off first order deal. Had to wait 20 minutes to order in order to get the deal. That was incredible annoying. While waiting I browsed the menu and added food to the cart. Found that egg rolls can not be ordered through the app. Also didn’t have the fish sandwich I seen an ad for 2 weeks ago. Ended up not placing my order and going to Jack and the Box only to be told only 2 people were working and I had to wait until shift change to order anything. So I went ahead and placed an order for another store through the app. When I arrived I was told they were out of many things I had ordered such as Mac and cheese bites and onion rings. Would be nice if the app would tell me when something is not available like the Mc Donald’s app does. Would also be great if the entire menu was on the app.

App basically stole my money.. On more than one occasion, I’ve placed a mobile order at my nearest Jack in the Box only for the location to be closed upon arrival. Every time I arrive I hit the “prepare food now” button as the app says to do so the food is made fresh. But it’s not until i pull up to the drive thru speaker that i’m informed the store is closed. So how am I supposed to get a refund if I don’t know the location is closed until I pull up to the speaker? The app doesn’t say they’re closed for mobile orders and still allows me to order food. Am I expected to hit the button after I’ve already talked to someone at the speaker?? That would just be redundant and counterintuitive. So basically I order food, only to find out that the location is closed upon arrival, the app has already charged me, and the app won’t let me get a refund. This is essentially theft. I’ve sent a couple complaints via their website and i’ve gotten no response. When the Jack in the Box near me is actually open, the app works as intended. But this has happened to me more on multiple occasions and each time i’m charged and get no food.

Jack In The Box on N Navarro. I love this jack in the box there the best compared to the other location times 100, I always mobile order and my food is always fresh and ready to go, N it’s a lady that’s always there when I go, I wish I knew her name but I don’t but she always seems to be my server she’s a kinda older color lady, she reminds me of my aunt so much the way she talks, but she so sweet and she never has not forgotten anything I ordered along with all my condiments. I love there egg rolls and she never forgets my sweet and sour sauce which I also love and my kids. I would recommend this location to anyone any day especially when she’s there. Next time I’m a get her name to recommend her spectacular customer service…

Terrible UI, Terrible Offers. So Jack in the Box has probably one of the worst user interfaces ever. The coupons they offer are always pretty bad, but I decided to order from Jack when they had a decent 2 Jumbo Jacks for $5 deal. However, while I always order from a single location, for some reason the app changed the location and I only noticed after I was already in the drive through. Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel an order after tapping the Prepare Food button. Honestly, I’ve uninstalled the app and will probably never order from Jack in the Box again. The way to apply offers, the fact their app just changes locations without any confirmation from you, and the fact that you can’t cancel an order after submitting prepare food all is just ridiculous and terrible.

Lacking some very basic things that majorly effect usability. You want to fix your app? Stop requiring typing detection in the password. I just pulled the password in from Apple keychain but then I have to enter an extra keyress and then delete it to get the login button to turn red I can click it? That is just anti-password manager, anti-security. Just force your users to key in a weak password they can remember. That’s just so bad. On check out, it’s not obvious that the phone number is required. So you can just sit there wondering why the heck the checkout button isn’t working. Also, the fact that clicking the grayed button does a short animation and doesn’t give any meaningful clear indication that there’s a problem is total mystery meat. It leaves you thinking the app isn’t working. Small changes in these would make such a huge difference.

Best food app But!. I love this app because it’s the only one to make my food when I want and have it ready when we get there other apps make the food when you get there but I rather not wait isn’t that the point... but anyways the locations don’t check where you are it automatically leaves you at the last place you ordered food and then you can’t change it you have to call jack in the box place a request wait for the response then call the number they give you in the response and wait on hold for 20 minutes so they can find your card and you wait 3-5 days to get it back. They should really have the locator to check the location every time. And you can’t pick your drink. Also you can only add on what they give you onthe side which is not always what your looking for... ( ex. Sourdough bun, Swiss cheese)

Seems Mostly Good but missing menu items. This app seems pretty good, and depending on what you’re ordering it probably is however it doesn’t have all the menu items available to order so it makes it rather useless if you can’t add all your items to your order. I was unable to locate the egg rolls to add to my order, even though the jack location has egg rolls in the drive thru and the app also offers a bundle deal that includes egg rolls and a bunch of other stuff bundled with the egg rolls (but no way to order them alone). No idea what other items are also missing from the app to order, but not having all the items available so you can complete your order defeats the main purpose of the app. I even asked the employee at the drive thru about it and they said that clearly there’s something wrong with the app when I showed her the egg rolls were not anywhere to be found on the app.

Good app that could be Great. The Jack app is great for regulars in that they offer discounts and oftentimes free items that you can stack on top of each other. The navigation is okay but sometimes lags, nothing that makes it unusable though. My biggest suggestions for them would be to incorporate multiple payment options, including one that lets you import gift cards. At the moment you can only save one card at a time, so it would be nice if I could cycle different options without having to enter new payment details each time. Other than that, I’ve had no issues placing online orders and the process makes it that much faster for me to hit the drive thru.

Loss of consistency with app offers and exclusive deals…. It used to be better around 1-2 months ago. Now they don’t have any exclusive app offers & deals at all. Or as often as it used to be. Sometimes there will only be a single offer available only for a few days only. The app exclusives section used to have many things available and only changed after around a few weeks. You used to be able to get a burger and drink for under $10 back then. You now have to spend quite a lot in order to rack up points for the jackpack rewards system. As it is a dollar equals to one point, which is redeemable at 40, 50, and 60 point criterias. Which are all single free menu items. It has become quite dry with no good offers at all after a month difference in both app exclusives and the offers menu. I don’t use the app as often now because of how lacking it has become.

App expectations v real life. You put in your order, you pay, then select prepare food. The app then tells you to head to your location. I followed all the steps arrived at the restaurant and was told their system was down and I needed to cancel my own order. There is no easy way of doing that and nothing in the app that allows for that unlike McDonald’s who has an easy cancel button. The employees don’t have any information on what to do and the managers are worse. I was then told the app has nothing to do with the store. This has happened 3x. The app is only worth its salt if it does what it is supposed to do. I now have to figure out how to contact someone to get my money back. So far I am waiting still with no solution and I am hangry because I still did not get my food. The app takes the money and the store doesn’t fill the order. If the app was interested in customer satisfaction I wouldn’t be jumping through hoops to get my money back. Don’t waste your time. Their offices aren’t open on the weekend and there is no one to fix it.

New Update is Useless. Basically, instead of upgrading the app, they killed it. I had the Jack in the Box app and used it a lot before they updated it to version 5.0.0. Then, it quit working entirely, despite that it says it is supposed to work on my phone and with the older version of iOS I use (iOS 13). Version 5.0.1 of the Jack in the Box app says they fixed some bugs, but it sure doesn’t look like it from here. All I get is a blank white screen, and the coupon to nowhere that said it was for free fries in exchange for signing up to receive text messages is no longer there. In my opinion, updating their app that was great before and now no longer works for some of us, or has disappeared other users’ accounts and reward points, equates to a giant “F... YOU!” from Jack in the Box to their loyal customers. Is Jack in the Box trying to put themselves out of business? It is unfortunate, since Jack in the Box is one of the places that has often been most convenient to go to for lunch near my work, but since these utterly useless updates to their app, I will be deleting it and going elsewhere for lunch.

Needs some convenience improvements. Let me say I’m not trying to be negative in this review. The app works fine if you’re ordering for you and you only. The “just for you” picks can be a little weird sometimes but I’ve picked them many times. My biggest complaint is that I order for myself and family, and the most convenient thing for us to do is to have both credit cards on whichever fast food place we go to. Jack has always replaced one card for another though, which means we have to re input the card details every time we switch off who’s paying. More than a little bit inconvenient for something that’s supposed to be faster than going to the window to order. I’ve looked at the account settings and tried adding a card “on file”, but it still just replaces every time, and there’s even a warning saying the previous card will be replaced, along with a message that says “you have no card on file” when you go to add a new one. I’ve tried to add a card, Jack, stop looking at me like that!!

Love the Convenience. And the quickness of how I can place my order and they get ready very well and the Freedom and accuracy to have what I want the way I want because yes we are all humans and make mistakes but now if something is wrong with my order it’s not because of my bad Communication skills it’s would be do to my in ability to fallow very simple and easy directions that it gives me and it gives the option to take off and put on what you want. So I’m very pleased with the app and ordering ability I have but need to have more offers for what I like I haven’t had any special offers don’t know if they still working on it or they don’t have any since I downloaded it over a month and 1/2 ago.

App only allowed when connected to WiFi. i’m sure this is not gonna do any good at all because I’ve been complaining about this for years. The Jack in the Box app only works when you have access to a Wi-Fi connection. It will not work I’ve just data. So, if I am on my way home from work and I want Jack-in-the-Box for dinner I cannot order it on my way home I can use my current Wi-Fi to place the order but when I hit submit I can’t do that once I’m close to the restaurant. Many many many times I’ve had to go to different restaurants and use other fast food apps because of this reason. I love Jack in the Box but this is very frustrating and this is the reason for my three stars otherwise the app would get five star.

May these 2 suggestions be helpful.. As Jack in the Box needs no introduction, this review is solely about options missing in the current version of the app. Otherwise, it’s a decent app, navigation is great. Not all options are intuitive, but it is not hard to figure out either. I also like that Jack in the Box provides several discounted items and sometimes even free items in the app. With notification on, I was able to take advantage of these offers. However, I cut down 2 stars because I feel 2 very useful and easily implementable options are missing. 1. A way to favorite all my customized foods. Currently, one can have only one favorite and that will be the entire order you placed. Not just a particular item. I customize many of my items, for example, I like Swiss cheese and tomatoes in my chicken sandwich. For now, I have to do the customization every single time I order. I wish I could save the item in favorites and order through click of a button. 2. There is no way to have multiple payment options. You can store only one card at a time. If the app doesn’t want to give the option of adding multiple sources of payment, there should at least be an Apple Pay option, where customers can choose their preferred card. Hopefully, in the next version the developers have incorporated these. I think these could be very helpful and make life a bit easier, than having to customize every time nor to punch in a different card numbers at times.

It’s about time!. I know for a fact I’ve emailed Jack in the Box website asking when are they going to finally join the rest of the fast food world and create an app because they’re probably losing business now just because people like ordering from restaurants that did have apps for pure simplicity of it! And the fact that there is no excuse for a mistaken order anymore as they now have it in your own words or pictures- this is what I want! Looks like I am solely responsible for Jack in the Box finally creating an app as I’m sure no one else ever said anything about it! (J/k) However, that being said, two little problems I noticed were 1) when you order a fountain drink it doesn’t ask you which one just puts fountain drink on the order and 2) some of the customize food icons are not easily recognizable for blind people like me. Maybe write down underneath them what they are as well! Good job!

Good luck getting a refund. The app works fine, but you will automatically be charged for an order once you submit it. Doesn’t seem like a problem but if the store hours don’t reflect what the app says, and the store is closed, the order doesn’t get canceled. You get charged anyway and your only option is to submit a request for refund but they don’t even respond to that. Just steal your money. Submitted a request several times and never heard anything. This scenario happened to me with Taco Bell, where I submitted an order and then the store ended up not being open, but I didn’t get charged. The order was canceled automatically some time later. Main takeaway here is that, if Taco Bell can have this sort of feature, so can this app. Because the way it stands now, pretty easy for them to just keep your money. Especially with how bad customer service is.

New App is terrible. I would give -0- stars if I could. The original app was great, I never had any real problems with it. Occasionally it would be a little slow to load but I would take that any day over this new nightmare. It’s difficult to navigate, not very intuitive and completely different from the previous version. I suppose I would eventually get used to it but the biggest issue is that the app requires me to input my form of payment every time I use it. I go into my account settings and it shows my form of payment repeated for every time that I had to enter it. I tried deleting them all from the account settings page but after doing so there is no place to add a form of payment. So I guess the only way to add it is when you order, the app will then store it, but won’t access it the next time you order, so you have to enter it again and then it stores it again. I’m not likely to choose Jack in the Box as often since other fast food apps let me quickly order and pay with one touch. Jack in the Box, you ruined your app!!

Bang for your buck!. Seriously, EVERYONE loves J in the B even if it’s a “guilty pleasure” you’ve had to have indulged at some point. Like everything else in our lives, things change. Prices have increased for everything (I don’t care about your politics) across the board. You might go by JItB’s and be like “dang, that’s crazy, it used to be only (insert old price here)!!” Well, good news, this app is a time warp and if you just go with the righteous deals they allow and offer, you’ll be coming back to drink from this fountain of youth. Plus, the food is even better nowadays (in my opinion of course), core faves are alive and well. But if you’re still down with Jack as always, like me and aren’t using this app, learn from your mistakes and correct what you can, there’s still time to change the road you’re on. Love this app. In large part cause I love food.

Used to Be So Great. This app, and this company, used to be so so amazing. I have always been a big fan so when my last few experiences have been awful I kept coming back in the hopes that it was a rough patch. No such luck. When the app started changing it was a little More confusing when ordering from the correct store, so I ordered from the wrong one and just had to eat that charge bc there's no way to cancel an order due to the app changing and no longer having the "start my order" button. Customer service didn't even bother replying to my inquiry about that. The last two times I've ordered from my most frequented location they staff tells me they don't have my order. Order is submitted and paid and says in progress. Today the woman didn't even ask what my order was at the speaker, so 10 min later when I make it to the window behind two other cars she says "ok you're Uber?" No. Mobile order. She slams the window. Comes back. "I don't got it" and takes someone else's order. Comes back again and says I said I don't have it. I show her my order. She slams window and. 7 min later she comes back with my order. The company should be embarrassed. Truly. This is asinine. But maybe it's just this area is the country. Idk. But I have deleted the app and yes I did feel it necessary to leave a bad review. If service is going to be poor at least make the app great.

I mean, it’s fine.. I preferred the layout in the version prior to the makeover. But it’s ok. Fairly easy to navigate and use but I felt the previous version was easier. I’m glad they added a way to add sauces but it’s in an odd place and easy to overlook. These places always have a “death grip” on the sauces for whatever reason. But that’s besides the point. The reason it only gets 3 stars is you are unable to order on the app the variety of drinks actually offered. For example you cannot order Cherry Coke in the app but you can order in person. You can still add points from your receipt but if they don’t give you a receipt, which seems par for the course, and you forget to ask them you miss out on your points. That just happened to me. Not happy. Also there’s no Apple Pay or even PayPal option. That would make things much more convenient. But overall it’s ok.

Broken app and website after mandatory update.. I used the old app happily for years but the mandatory update is quite literally unusable on my iPhone X running iOS 14.4. Even after uninstalling completely and reinstalling from scratch, the new app won’t even get far enough for me to see a single menu item. Not only that but even the web ordering page is loading a blank page today (October 7th, 2022). The results are completely repeatable on my phone: the app opens on a white screen and gets far enough to ask about cookies and whether I want to enter my number to get free fries - then just a white screen. I tried all combinations of input and nothing helped me get further in the process. Why did they require is to use the new app? The old one worked fine and I’m seeing nothing but a variety of issues with the new ones.

One of the worst fast food app. I have been a very regular customer at JITB for YEARS; I use their app all the time, and they came up with a new version lately. Every time I run the app, I’d be logged out, so I have to log in again every time. Just navigating through the menus would sometimes freeze up on their animating JITB icon. Changing to a different location would require me to enter my credit card number again. There are days when I simply could not make an order, so I’d just give up and eat elsewhere. I have been conditioned now to expect some issue whenever I use their app. They must not have competent technical people because this version feels like a beta, fraught with issues and hiccups. Their older version worked much better than the current one, although the old version had a bad habit of timing out when I tap the Submit button (but the order does still go through). I have given up with JITB support. I have left them messages on their website, but never get a response. They have lost money with me because I’ve gone to other fast food places instead when their app fails me. Frankly, I don’t think they care.

Disappointed.. I live in Waco, Texas. I’m not sure if this problem exists in other parts of the state or States, but when I try ordering from two locations near campus via the app, I receive this message: “Dang it! An error occurred while processing your request! Please try again. We’ll cross our fingers this time.” I’ve gone to their website to fill out the “Contact Jack” form to provide information on previous issues, but I feel like as if I’ve never been acknowledged and heard. This time wasn’t any different, I even reached out to JITB’s Twitter direct message option, but I was never answered. Overall, I had issues with the app, couldn’t talk to anybody, and never was responded to to talk about and try resolving said problems, and I just didn’t think that was cool. I like JITB and my loyalty holds strong, but it’d be a lot cooler if they actually cared, for lack of a better term, and I could actually reap the benefits of using the app.

Need refund request feature. When you order through Jack in the Box app and you arrive at the store to pick up your order, but you find out there is an item or are items that they don’t have available, the store does not/cannot refund you if you cannot or choose not to replace the item(s) with anything else. The store staff member directs you to contact customer service online (which there is no live person to chat with). When you click “Contact JITB”, it just directs you to submit an online or mobile feedback request. No actual customer service number available. There really needs to be a gesture or some type of way of refunding your money, when Jack in the Box cannot fulfill your order. I will never use this app again. Deleting of my phone!

Malfunction. Ordered food, put in payment info, and pressed submit. It said “cannot submit order, please try again, we’ll cross our fingers this time!” So I tried it again. Mind you, this order was 27 dollars. It once again said that the order cannot be submitted. I said screw it and deleted the app. I check my bank account, and the app charged me 27 dollars, TWICE. If the order couldn’t be submitted, why was I charged? The app malfunctioned, I couldn’t get the food I wanted, and 54 dollars was taken out of my bank account. I’m still having trouble getting my money back and this happened last week. I’ve had many problems with this app but it has never done this.

Better to have no app than a bad one. I used this app a couple times then deleted it. It’s clear that all the development effort has gone to make a “hip” interface and not a functional tool. It reminds me of Windows 8 with a bunch of randomly placed panels at launch then an entirely different setup in other areas for no apparent reason. I gave up on this app (and Jack In the Box for the time being) after it sent my order to a restaurant a few miles out of town when I was in the drive thru. The staff at the branch I was at though they had the order and there was a lot of confusion before we figured out what happened. Taco Bell and McDonald’s apps have plenty of flaws too but at least they can get the order to the town I use them in.

Decent but could use customization enhancements. Decent app but customization options are lacking. What if I don’t want whipped cream on my shake? What if I want my bacon ultimate sandwich on sourdough? These things are easy to ask for in person but there is no option in the app. If you want us to use the app, you need to provide all options that are available in person. And still, years after writing this app review, the coders on your team can’t figure out how to add customizations like this? Check out the Taco Bell app. I can customize every little thing about the items in my order. Their app is way better!

App Works Well. This app works very well. I’ve never had an issue using the app. Sometimes you make it to the restaurant and they’ll tell you that they haven’t gotten your order. Because it may take up to five minutes after you send the order for the computers at the restaurant to sync with the app. Just something to keep in mind. But as far as the applications functionality, it works well and does what it is supposed to do. Also, there are always awesome deals using the app! Huge plus

Great App. My only concern is them editing the cancel order feature I believe it should be allowed after you press prepare food. Too many times I’ve found myself pressing prepare food then realize I’ve selected the wrong location. Which in all fairness to the developers of the app they give you multiple chances to confirm your location but sometimes we make that mistake so allowing the cancel order or change location feature throughout the entire process would be great.

Look at menu without starting an order. I would like to be able to look at the menu without starting an order. A new Jack In The Box just opened near me, so I want to check out the menu to see if I should go there, but the app only lets me see the menu if I select a location and start an order, and the new location doesn’t allow mobile ordering yet. So basically I can’t even use the app at all. I even tried zooming out of the map to see if I could just select a different location so I could look at the menu, but I guess it has a certain location radius because it would only let me see the one near me.

Good but it can better. It’s like sex, an app is better than no app at all, but it can always be better, it is easy to use, specially if you save your favorites, being able to have more than one favorite restaurant would better since I fluctuate from three and they are all miles away from another, also it would be good if once you select a coupon for it to add the item to the order instead of me having to go thru the menu and add it afterwards it’s like really? I added the coupon to why would I if not because I want the item in question.

Thanks Jack !!. To the IT individuals in charge of this Jack app, Thank you !!! Very easy to navigate and even edit/customize orders with additional stuff I never knew was available! And having the rewards points is a huge plus !! I also have app from the competition, however, I prefer Jack for quality of food, and always check out “App only deals” !! Amazing offers especially with these tough times that prices have increased everywhere. Get this app! My go too app when hungry and on the run.

Why, why, why would anyone take a great app and change it into something broken?. Jack-in-the-Box used to have the best fast food app on the market. The operative word being “used to”. They have changed the app to resemble some of their competitors, namely Wendy’s, and in the process replaced a great app with something soooooo broken I cant even place a single order. First it would not let me add my payment method. Then after logging out and back in I was able to inlut all the card information, but then it will not let me complete my order. I even went to the restaurant to see if for some reason they did get my order. Nope, nothing. After several tries I walked out and wont return now because of this, as I only order using the app.

Easy to use. This app has evolved over the last few months and has gotten progressively easier to use. Have to say, the special deals and offers are appreciated, thank you! And it’s really nice to be able to customize any item you choose, unlike some apps that offer one very limited space for the entire order. Another convenient feature is choosing the location you want. It first suggests your ‘home’ J-in-the B, and you can accept that our move on and choose another location.

Mobile pickup. My major problem with this app, is how it translates for pick up. There’s a clear sign that says mobile order pick up. When I wait in front of it, all employees ignore me, as if I’m trying to “just watch employees working because it’s so interesting”. Then when an employee finally gets to the front, they go to the register way opposite of the mobile order pick up side and asks others customers if they can help them until I abruptly interrupt them saying I’m here for a mobile order. Then they look at the screen like.....what? We had a mobile order?” I have mobile ordered about 5 times in the past 6 months, and this story happens every time, like clockwork. No matter what city.

Even Mark Hamill can’t save this app.. The developers should not get a holiday off. They need to work on this app. Use some kind of coding force and save this app from deletion on people’s phone. It’s mostly unusable, except to create frustration and disappointment. How do I pay for anything when the app won’t let me add my card? Can’t change the birthday that came on update so I’m 10 yrs old. My son is older than me on his updated (wrong) birthday. WTH. Not able to checkout or use order button, my list goes on. So, yeah this has until end of year or I’ll dump it if it’s not better. Sad but hopeful.

Best in class. This app is one of the best out there in the food/fast food category. It’s super easy to navigate the menu - select by category - burgers, chicken, new items and so on. The menu is accurate with what the store actually offers which is nice! I have used the app 5 times now and each time I have elected to pick my food up at the counter so I don’t know how accurate the drive thu option is - my pick up order has been accurate and ready within the timeframe the app said it would. Well done, Jack!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. This app seems great with its discounts and coupons and point system . But they will literally rob you of your money if you do delivery. Sometimes you might get your food other times you will be waiting and charged for an order that never comes and if you get a refund its because you bugged your bank about it for weeks not because jack in the bix tried to help u . Unless you order pick up. Do not get this app . Its a trap . Whats worst is sometimes it will tell you you are connected with a driver even give you their contact info just to find out they dont even know this app volunteered their information and they are doing everything but your order and were never told to . This apps trash .

Terrible experience. When I first started using the app about a year ago, it was great. Every time I attempt to order for delivery, I am given an error message stating ordering for delivery isn’t available until 30 minutes later, regardless of the time. I have also attempted to place orders for pickup, and the order appears to go through, but when I get to the restaurant they have no record of the order. I have already deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times with no effect. I have been forced to use one of the other food delivery services, which don’t allow the customizations, or even the same food options. I love the look and feel of the app, but it needs some refinement it seems.

Pretty darn good. Lots of customization. Only complaint is adding a promo can be a bit annoying because it constantly gives you a certain warning. It would be better if instead of giving you the warning it prompts you to select from available ways of satisfying the promo. Also there was a weird delay of like 45 seconds between when I sent my order and when the Redmond restaurant saw it on their screen, so they were confused when I came in and said I'd put in a mobile order.

Not Enough Customizing Options. EXAMPLE: Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack … Can’t add anything to the sandwich … pickles, lettuce, tomatoes … you can only REMOVE items, not ADD any ingredients (that’s a deal breaker for me) … How do I add pickles, much less EXTRA Pickles? I have to have pickles, lots of them, on my burgers/chicken sandwiches and don’t want to be limited to only ordering sandwiches that ALREADY have them … can’t change/add condiments/sauces👎. You should be able to add ALL basic ingredients to a sandwich (within reason … put a limit on additions). Also, no place for things like “extra maple syrup on the side” when ordering breakfast platters …. Basically, this App is too limited in how you can customize your food.

Drink options too limited. We’ve been using the Jack in the Box app for a few months now to order food that we eat on the way to concerts. This past week when we tried to use it the generic “large drink” option has been removed. I like to get unsweetened ice tea with my order. My husband likes Coke Zero. Those options are not available so we’ve been choosing the generic option and telling them our drink choices when we get there. With the generic option gone we have to either not use the app or choose drinks we don’t want. I guess we can’t use the app.

App needs improvement. The reason I gave it three stars is because this app needs improvement. There are some customization available, but not for everything. For example, I wanted the the Hot Box Munchie Meal. It didn’t allow me to upsize the drink. Also, the app didn’t allow you to choose Coke Zero for a burger combo which is an option here in Las Vegas. However in the App Exclusives, it had $1 Coca-Cola Zero Sugar. Even then, it doesn’t allow you to choose flavors like cherry vanilla, vanilla, or just cherry. Maybe if you put in option in where we can type in flavors would be nice.

Rendered Useless…. The app is rendered useless if you are unable to add your payment information. Last time I went to Jack I tried to add my payment info to this app so I could pay - no dice. Just tried again - with different cards, Wi-Fi and no Wi-Fi, just to see if it was a problem on my end and sure enough - can’t add payment. The app is pointless if you can’t add a card. Full stop. Also, I think it’s odd that you can only -somewhat- customize certain items. Why can’t I add pickles or mustard to a breakfast sandwich? The app is otherwise super intuitive and smooth, but again - pointless if I can’t use it. I’d also suggest more “deals” than the $20 boxes that feed a family. Where’s the daily deals? Something to think about.

Astonishingly inadequate across the board. Twice in a row, I ordered from the app and upon arriving at the restaurant, the staff say they didn’t receive my order, despite the app saying it’s been sent to them. The staff then say that the only way to get a refund is to do it through their broken app, as they aren’t allowed to refund my purchase at the store. The refund process through the app is not functional enough to even know that the Jack in the Box I ordered from even exists, so I give up trying to have them rectify their failure and just dispute the charges with my bank. I refuse to do business with Jack in the Box again due to the grossly inadequate systems throughout every step of this process. The app has the ability to take my money, but not give me what I paid for.

Never works. 75% of the time in the last year I get an error message saying the restaurant isn’t taking orders through the app. Hasn’t been available at all for over a month. I check daily. I don’t know if the owner of the franchise knows what’s going on. He has lost soooo much money from us (and I’m sure many others) going elsewhere. Why would I pay retail for their food just because their app doesn’t work? And if you don’t use the app you don’t get your Jacks rewards either. So of course I’m going to go to another fast food chain where their app works. Oh yeah and the last 2 days it doesn’t work at all. Says I’m not connected to the internet. Which I am. Tried deleting it and reinstalling and that didn’t help.

Love me some Jack in the Crack!. I don’t go to Jack in the Box too often, but I love taking advantage of the deals when they do. I also like that they don’t bombard my email with spam mail. They literally only email or text when they’re having a promo. The only thing that I wish was that I could add more than one card for payment and that they’d accept Apple Pay because having to type in my card info every time just to switch the card used for payment is such a hassle. Other than that, it’s a great little app!

Such a blessing!. I’ve been spending a lot of time not eating more than one meal a day because I have to work a lot of hours for my family. This app has been the best for getting something to eat during the day without having to spend more than $1-3. I usually won’t buy lunch because I need all my money for bills, but when it is nearly what a homemade meal would cost, I don’t have to feel bad for eating. It’s kind of a weird review, but I’m really thankful for the deals and in app specials. ❤️

Update stopped it from working. I can’t order off it anymore. When you get to the payment screen I can put in the card info but it doesn’t let me save the card or submit the order. The final button is grayed out and tapping it does nothing. Pretty sad that such an important part of the app isnt coded correctly. Edit: the app was updated twice and it finally works! I was about to pay. It’s possible that my phone number not being filled in prevented checkout. The field wasn’t highlighted but I didnt fill it out before.

Jack has no idea how to make an app. This company has no clue what they’re doing. This app is a mess. It’s forcing everyone to log in again and I found after many tries that unless your password is exactly 8 characters and has upper/lowercase and special characters it will not work. Any more than 8 characters failed to let me in. Once I changed it to 8 I got in. And then once you’re actually logged in you can’t see any rewards you may be eligible for. I have points but there’s nothing to use them on. On top of that they’ve gotten rid of most of the deals they had. Which, let’s face it, that’s the real reason most of us order at Jack In The Box. Getting rid of the deals removes any incentive I had for eating here. So dumb. How this company stays in business is beyond me.

The app is ok. Jack in the box app doesn’t allow you to earn points unless you are ordering through the app. I have almost every fast food app downloaded and they all give the option to earn points or redeem offers through the app even though you may not be paying through the app. If I have cash and I’m at a jack in the box and I have an offer in the app, I can not use it unless I pay through the app. There should be an option to do so like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, etc. Also a lot of the time when I place an order through the app, I get to the store and they have no record of my order. So I have to show my email or bank info to prove it has been paid for and the details of that order.

Have to be careful. I love the app but have lost about $6.00 so far, once I got their to pickup and they said they were going to be closed for 20 minutes and could not make my food two weeks and still no refund, the second time they were out of what I ordered and paid for and said they would refund my card but still nothing, then theirs times I sent in to get food hot food was ready but they still had to make coffee they could have started making it 10 minutes earlier when I placed order they were talking not busy so mobile orders are not a priority at restaurant level so be careful.

The App. The app itself I would give it a 5 it’s a lot easier than some of the other fast food restaurants but the one thing I don’t like is that majority of the time they don’t make your order the way you order it. Don’t try to call about it because no one will ever answer the phone, I used to go to Jack in the Box almost everyday but I stopped after so many messed up orders. So I haven’t been in a long time today is the first time in almost 3 months for me and almost a month for my kids. Hopefully this time they will do us right, let’s see.

Handy App. This is a really handy app and I love the specials and offers. I would give it 5 stars except for two minor issues. 1. When I try to customize say a burger with no pickles and no onions swiping to delete these items is a bit intermittent. Sometimes it works and sometimes it’s a struggle. 2. When redeeming an offer (like free fries) it is confusing that sometimes the app credits the item and sometimes it doesn’t. Doesn’t it seem that simply selecting the redeeming offer that the app would automatically add the item to your cart then show the refund.

Unreliable. The app works well when it’s up but at the Las Vegas Jack in the Box that I frequent the app has been down for two or three weeks at a time! The employees have told me many different reasons from the night crew turning off the app, that the staff does not know hardly anything about the app and had no idea why it was not working, that the app was not working at any Jack in the Box anywhere (not true), to the internet access in the store area was too poor to support the app (I live three blocks away and not true). So, I love the app and its perks when it works but it’s been very unreliable lately.

Could use some work. While the app makes it easy to order without having to worry if it is going to be punched in correctly it does have some major faults. The customization options on the sandwiches are incomplete. For instance the stacked grilled cheese come with three buns and no options to remove the middle bun. Another instance is on some of the meals, particularly the munchie meals, don’t let you pick a drink you want for the meal and you have to ask at the window for it or they will omit it from the order. To add more to the drinks you don’t get your choice of drinks if you want different flavors. It just gives you the option of standard drinks. It looks like the app doesn’t update real-time on store supply. I added onions to my order and they were apparently out and asked if I wanted something else. Since the app charges for it they were going to keep the extra charge and not say anything had I not noticed. Had the app updated based on the store you selected supplies this wouldn’t have been an issue. Lastly, there is no way to pull up a receipt while picking up the order and if they refuse to give you one then you are out of luck.

Error in Payment. I’ve used this app a couple of times and it’s only tonight that I’ve had issues with it. When ordering from the app and then attempting to submit the order, I receive a message stating there’s an error with my payment yet receive a notification with my bank that the payment went through. This makes it more frustrating when I pull up to the window and hear that my order didn’t go through yet my payment has. The same issue occurred on another phone as well. Now I have to deal with making sure the charge doesn’t go through with my bank. I’m not if this issue is related to IOS 15, but since the update, issues like this have been appearing.

No Detailed Order History. It’s a great app and saves me a lot of time. However, when you order something and want to see back in your history, you can only see the date, order number and a button to “Reorder”. Tapping on the order doesn’t display anything and that was a problem for me when at a Jack In The Box, the staff members told me they didn’t have any order in their system and I couldn’t show proof of what I have ordered exactly. Fortunately they gave me my order, but that feature would be highly appreciated to avoid issues in the future.

Amazing business. I live this jack in the box, they are always friendly. They never treat me any way other then kind. I like that now I can order from the app, I do wish they had a rewards program. Especially considering I go there every morning. They could even have better deals. Other then those two things, there is nothing bad I can say about the locating in white settlement tx. I hate all the restaurants in our area because they constantly screw up but not them.

I love the offers and promotions!. Honestly I don’t go to Jack in the Box often even though it’s really close to my house. Though since I’ve discovered the app I’ve been going much more often in the month than I have in the past 2-3 years. There are so many app only promotions that I save money and get yummy food! Also the app itself is super intuitive and I find myself using this before going in the drive through. It’s super convenient and it will keep me coming to get more!

Inaccurate menu and bad service. This app does not provide accurate menu information for items that are not available at certain locations (but will charge you anyway), and provides no way to dispute charges afterward. Used the app to add jalapeños and sour cream to items of my order. Paid for in the app. Location told me they don’t have those items!! Why is it available through the app? They claim the app doesn’t have anything to do with them. The Jack-in-the-box app... doesn’t have... anything to do... with Jack-in-the-box locations? They couldn’t refund me; Told me I needed to go through the app. App does not have any way to dispute an order, shockingly. Had to go through Jack’s website to give feedback. There is no option for feedback on the app!! I gave the location, order number, items not provided, and request for refund. Without addressing my feedback, they sent a survey asking how satisfied I was with their response to my complaint. One of the first questions is “Did someone contact you in a timely manner...?” I said no one had contacted me and it immediately kicked me out and said someone will contact me shortly. Still waiting a month later.

Can’t get the app to work. Every time I go to check out, the app sends me back to the utensils page. I’m stuck in some kind of loop. I have never been able to get this app to work. I have deleted it and reloaded it to no avail. I’ve asked two times to get help from customer service and they never respond. Update: I was contacted via email to submit my problem to the website again. I’ve done that. Guess what? Still no response. Anyone have an ideas? Another update: I’ve submitted requests for help on 1/9, 4/29, 5/2,5/11. I get nothing but standard reply, zero help. This app is not working for me. I want to take advantage of the savings. I used to be a regular customer but since they came out with the app I haven’t been back and I won’t until it works.

Best around. Despite some minor bugs love the jack app great deals and easy to use/order my only problem I’d say is maybe everytime you are about to order the app should ask the user/ make sure of the jack they want to order from I had a couple times where I ordered at my local jack by accident when I was trying to order else where maybe also a cancel order button would be nice anyways glad jack got a app finally!

Horrible App to Use. This was my first time ordering with the app and I ordered some food with the app and clicked the order button but instead of it saying processing it just directly took the money from my account and my order didn’t even get placed which is outrageous because I have a family to feed and to waste around 41 dollars and to see that my food wasn’t ordered is frustrating. Something you should just do is stick to door dash instead. Not having a number to call for customer service is really annoying when you are a company that many people buy from. What do you expect an email to do? Please for the love of god fix your customer support system it is horrible worst one i have ever seen.

Good app Great deals. Didn’t expect much from the app at first but it works great, especially recently with their rewards program built in. I really like the fact that when I use the free burger coupon I get from the rewards I can still customize it, getting a full meal that usually costs around 9 dollars for closer to 3.50, when other places are very strict about their dollar off coupons. I recommend the app to my family and friends and pretty much anyone who eats there often

They got rid of all their deals. This app used to have some decent deals until the most recent update. They don’t offer any of the deals anymore and have instead replaced them with a reward points based system. I’m legitimately upset. Jack in the Box is scraping the bottom of the barrel in terms of fast food in the first place, and they have the audacity to think they’re good enough that I would go out of my way to eat their moist slop without a steep discount? Actually all the fast food places have started overstepping their bounds, thinking their microwaved cow hoof burgers are worth $8. I remember a golden age when dollar menus and $5 big box combos were plentiful. Now the market is bare and toxic to the wallet. Disgusting. Shame on you Jack.

Worst UI. The new update was needed, but User Interface is messed up. I hope Jack in the box should little extra to their software engineers. First of all I need to select the location to order from, thats stupid(show me the things and make my mouth watery and then let me choose the location) also there are no midnight meals, plus for me to see the price of an item i need to scroll all the way down, while ordering the burger there are no options to make that burger a meal. Also, if you guys don’t provide offers then why do you appear that in the options. This app is full of bugs, I would rather do doordash lol or wait until jack in the box hires good software engineers.

From fast and easy to clunky and slow. The old version was easy to choose what we wanted. Sure it didn’t look the best and it was old but it worked. I wanted to order fast and it allowed me to do so. Sliding through the options was awesome. Now it’s like the Taco Bell app. My most hated version of fast food apps. Click click category and then select items. If wrong item or just browsing Click click click. Back and forth. Want to go to another section. Click x3-5 times longer than before. You must be trying to get people to not want to use this app. That’s the only reason I can think of to chose this style of menu. Why change the biggest advantage your app had over everyone else??!! The bitterness is strong.

Application robbery. I have used this application twice at two different Jack in the box locations. Both times I place an order for pickup and arrived to the restaurant and the location was closed keep it mind it was 6 and 7pm around a restaurants normal operating hours. Unable to pick up my order my credit card was already charged and the application offers no support to assist in the situation. I contacted other locations and they offered no help or solution only to call a support phone number that was not answered. I requested assistance on the application using a message system and was never contacted back. 2 weeks later I have now submitted a complaint with the BBB and disputed the transaction with my credit card company. Very disappointing how a company can struggle with a ordering method adopted by many restaurants

New interface not as impressive. There’s a lot missing from the app that used to be there. To start its very frustrating that the app doesn’t have an option for a fountain drink anymore. Our local Jack in the Box has 100 drink options, but the app only allows you to select from regular Coke, Fanta, Dr Pepper, and Sprite. The app also does not allow you to use certain rewards such as the point system. I have about 600 points, but when trying to claim items worth 40 points there is an error message. The last buff is that you are no longer able to tell the restaurant when you are leaving. It used to be much more reliable at getting hot food

App is very problematic. The first time I placed an order using this app it worked fine. However, the next two orders I placed were absolute disasters. When I arrived at the Jack-in-the-Box they said they did not have my order. Both times One time they made me park and come into the restaurant to resolve the order even though I was supposed to be able to pick it up in the drive-through. The last time I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. During that time I saw someone preparing food not wearing a mask. When someone finally came to the counter it took them another 10 minutes talking to somebody on the phone to try to find my order. I’m done wasting my time with this app. The deals aren’t worth the hassle.

DO NOT EVER DOWNLOAD. I delivery food and the app notified me that the drive was on their way and that they delivered it to my door but I never received my food because the driver stole my food and in this app there is no way to contact the driver, there is no way to request a refund, there is no way to contact the app and report the driver. Your basically screwed if the driver decides to steal your food, there’s nothing you can do about it and the driver gets no consequence at all SMH. Do not order from here if you want to receive your food, choose a delivery app that makes sure the driver has to show proof that they delivered it and that makes sure you can report and get a full refund! This app is very unsecured and needs to be taking off the App Store!

Worst delivery app. Use DoorDash or Uber. Every time we’ve ordered through the app we’ve encountered a problem. Requesting a refund is practically impossible, (still waiting!!) and they make you jump through various hoops to get there. You can never talk or chat to a customer service rep, and they really need to implement that option. Once you are finally able to make a refund request (and you will because something is always missing) it takes days for someone to get back to you. Don’t waste your time if you’re using this app for delivery. Use a delivery service instead. I’ve re-downloaded this app 4 times now in hopes that it’s gotten better but no luck. Still awaiting a refund since the delivery person cancelled and the store never answers their phone.
