Rather than just tracking my sleep, this app tells me how I can change my lifestyle habits to sleep better. Els’s instructions are taken in small exercises.
I would assume that people who have difficulties to sleep, already read a couple of articles, something like “10 tips for better sleep”. Overall they did a good job, but here I am 1:24 am not sleeping

Wish this app was more friendly for people that sleep during the day and work during the night to help calculate sleep debt etc. It is difficult to use for people that don’t have a typical sleep during the night work during the day schedule.
I find it a little odd that there are 13 glowing 5 Star, short, reviews of this app. Anyway, after watching the THIRD video in just under the first five minutes of using this app, I realized that this app is based on watching videos of this woman talking to you. Ain’t nobody got time for that! That is when I decided to erase the app. The videos were not very good (the audio was bad, it all looked not very high quality except for the animations were adorable). And honestly, I could not stand the way she spoke. I didn’t feel like this app is living up to its promises. And sad because it looked like it had potential. It did not seem very personalized at all.
The videos do not go in depth or cite any studies. When you first open the app, you are told that everything is based on new scientific studies, but there is no mention of that afterwards. Some of these topics presented have been questioned in recent studies and I would like to read the studies this app is based off of. I also do not like the exercises. Most of the exercises are things people already know and don't do or have been told many times before. There is nothing novel and everything is very surface level. Some of the exercises are just thought exercises that aren't explained well or followed through with. Overall, I think that there could be a lot of potential here, but I am not willing to spend money on the information and resources the app currently provides.
I’ve been following along with the lessons for the past four days and my sleep has improved dramatically. The information provided has improved my understanding of the sleep process. I’d highly recommend this app.

I was looking for an app that would explain what I’m doing wrong and teach me how to get better sleep. This one really gets to know your situation and guides you through great video tips from a real sleep expert. Highly recommended.
