This is a great app but can use some improvement. This app definitely gives me more options for cryptocurrency then Robinhood; the improvements I would like to see is the search bar be more accessible from the home menu and my watch list not buried with the the other taps on the Home Screen. This app with show you stock from all time, 90 days, 30, 7, then 24 hours. I wish I could see live with in the last hour. Like I said great app could use some improvements with accessibility.

First Class. Just a pleasure and complete joy being apart of such a well organized and exciting take on trading and market mayhem. Can’t get enough of the hustle and flow kinda vibe I get from this unparalleled application. 5 stars is not enough to let people know how much they will miss out on without experiencing the easy money you can generate with just a couple of basic tips from the very helpful and knowledgeable characters at your disposal.

Changes, some good, some bad. Hi! Overall I enjoy this application. It allows me to track my purchases across platforms I may have bought from using the PORTFOLIO tab. Nevertheless, I see that some changes have been made to this page. I like privacy mode. That’s a nice option. Nevertheless, when I used to press on the percentage button at the top right corner, I would get a DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR increase or decrease view, telling me exactly how much money I lost or gained. I see that the total money lost or gained has moved out of that box to right below the total asset number. However, it has completely left the individual assets. Meaning, when I pressed on the total percentage at the top right, I would get “dollar mode” where I can scrolll down and see how much I gained or lost per asset. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT FEATURE. Please bring this back!! So disappointed I updated. Please please bring this back.

Worst Update Ever!. While there are a few additions to this new update that were good (keeping track of price per coin and transaction fees), the app now glitches more than ever. Totals, coin prices, and charts will not refresh half the time. Also, the app freezes up when trying to enter additions and subtractions to my positions. I find myself having to force quit the app many times just to enter staking interest for a few coins. Sometimes the app just doesn’t work at all in the portfolio section, no matter how many times I try to refresh or relaunch the app. Also, in the portfolio section, we use to have the ability to pull up charts for individual coins, but now we have to go to another section to do that. Also, on the front page, I’ve found that “Global Overview” seems to randomly pop up at times and I have no idea how to do it when I want to see it. It just randomly appears sometimes. Also, the profiles for individual coins really need to be updated. There are plenty of coins still listed as being on exchanges that they’ve been delisted from, others not being listed as being on exchanges that I’ve recently purchased them on, and many coins where there are no news entries for the past few years even though I can find plenty of articles if I do a Google search. This app needs more stability and a comprehensive update to the content of the coin profiles.

Edit: the updates I’d like to see so far is the ability to click on a coin and pull up its detailed page of markets, history, etc like the web client (fixed- thank you!!: and also when I search an exact ticker there’s no reason the coin I’m looking for should be at the bottom or not even in search results.)

So frustrating.. A few versions ago, you were able to see your gains for different periods of time (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, etc). It would calculate how much profit or loss you had accumulated over that time. Now, you cannot see any of those calculations other than 24 hour profit or loss. When you switch views to the 7 day chart or 30 day chart, the profit or loss only shows you the 24 hour value. It’s absolutely maddening. Even the list of coins, there percent of appreciation/depreciation of stuck on the 24 hour value, so I can’t see how much Bitcoin or eth have appreciated over a week or a month, only 24 hours. I reached out to the company and they said this was by design. What?!? Really?! In my opinion they took away one of the most useful aspects of this app. I am now looking for a replacement app as I have waited through 3 or 4 updates for them to bring it back and they haven’t.

Works great, for a while. This has happened to me several times: I build a portfolio and then use CM to keep tabs on it UNTIL… it stops working. The feed freezes and tells me my internet connection has an issue. I run a Speedtest and the internet is working just fine, so I can safely say it’s an app issue. I uninstall and re-install and works fine again. Has happened twice now.

Market Manipulator - BEWARE (coingecko recommended). The Pepe community has noticed that CMC has intentionally targeted the Pepe coin. Adding disclaimers to the coins page as if it isn’t a valid coin. When CMC has a known history of never identifying with such vigor why someone should not buy a coin. Furthermore, CMC has on several occasions listed pump and dump schemes that have literally robbed its holders or dumped on its holders, yet there are were never any disclaimers. CMC does not identify with such specificity when a coins top holders are VCs who funded the program and who also own large quantities of coins- which by your standard could at anytime dump on the holders which would be cause for concern- I.e. Apecoin. Overall, as a crypto community we will not forget how Pepe has been targeted and you will see it reflected in how we patronize and use your services moving forward.

Fantastic resource for crypto!. CoinMarketCap has been my go-to crypto tracker from day one! The UI is extremely organized and all the information is accurate and easy to comprehend. I like that there are in-depth descriptions of every Coin/Token so if you don’t know what a certain one represents, you can read all the info underneath the charts. What makes each unique, who started it, the websites and much more available for each one. I’d pay for this app but it’s free! Highly recommend!

Recieved an automated response that had nothing to do with my review Wow. The team at CMC allows scammers to manipulate ratings and bash great projects to the point it’s way out of hand. Paid fudders stay on there all day commenting lies and hate toward #Saitama and the #Saitama community. #Saitama hasn’t been treated fairly from day one and almost 3 yrs have passed and it’s only getting worse. Saitama the other night was at 98% good and in less then 12 hours that 98% went to 4%. I do believe it may be back up now , but all the lies and hate toward Saitama in the comments shouldn’t be allowed. Reporting people doesn’t even help!! #Saitama and the #SaitamaWolfPack will not stand by and watch our great project be treated with this much hate, and my 1 star stays till something is done!!!

Screwed the pooch #ShibArmy. Had to replace CBM app with something accurate and MUCH MORE sophisticated. CBM is making sophomoric mistakes and failing to rapidly correct and acknowledge. You must ALWAYS be able to trust an investment source. Their mistake will cost YOU, not them, and there will be no way to recoup. In late Oct early Nov 2021, a poorly done and bad report by CBM generated FUD that contributed to a 50% dip. Much money was lost by small Shib holders susceptible to FUD. They dumped in a large way. Whales bought the dip. I’m not a whale, but knew better than to believe what could not be substantiated, did not dump, and bought the dip. There was a rebound by Nov. 5, but no statement issued and no correction by CBM. That was enough for me.

Convenient, But Noisy.. The app allows convenient access for looking up coins and tokens, getting their websites, and contract addresses. Unfortunately it gives automatic alerts for every coin / token in a watchlist with no option to disable it. And if you have a few lists that can result in getting alerts all day long. The only solution is to disable alerts entirely, or not use watch lists for organizing items you want to monitor or share. In case of the former, it results in not being able to use actual price alerts set. I’ll keep the app because of its convenience, but alerts will stay disabled and I’ll have to enable the specific price movements in another app.

Great app 1 thing. I’m not getting my price alerts at all I got one since I have set like a bunch!?!?But besides that it’s a great app and I would recommend it to anyone that isn’t into crypto because you can sit proselytes on by her sale it has many different functions and it is a wonderful out playing and simple I just for some reason haven’t got none of my process lights but one since I said them and I know that there’s been more than once that some of my crypto’s I’m watching and have stock in has dropped below my price point and I never got are you single notification maybe it was my phone maybe it was just this one time I don’t know but might want to check on that but besides that great app keep it up and love what y’all are doing!!!

Could be a lot better!. App is alright for finding basic token omits with. But the worst part is that they LOVE deleting comments and peoples postings on thoughts about cyptos. This is corrupt and this SHOULD not be allowed. I’ve been blocked and banned for posting comments all because I asked if VCs dumped on a certain crypto. This is absolutely beyond ridiculous and shouldn’t even be a thing. You can tell crypto over the last couple years how CORRUPT crypto has become ( been in almost seven years now), it’s just as bad as stocks. I wouldn’t recommend this app. It’s 🗑

Watchlist and alerts are completely broken. The app is decent, but the watchlist and alert features do NOT work correctly. I've been getting spammed with Safe Energy alerts all day for the last 2 days, and it's NOT on my watchlist. In fact, I have no idea what it is. But the currencies I'm actually following? Absolutely nothing, not a single notification. It even says in the notifications tab in the app, under Safe Energy, that it's on my watchlist, but when I click on it the star is empty, and it doesn't actually show up on my watchlist (hint: because it's NOT THERE).

Not Trust Worthy. The last month you guys have completely ruined runs for both SHIBA Inu and Saitama Inu. False claims about circulation supply without speaking first with the SHIBA team during their run and now this stupid FED case information posted on Saitama Inu’s page this morning from something that has absolutely nothing to do with the Saitama Inu project. The FED case isn’t related to Saitama Inu, it’s only related to someone who is helping push their project. Seems like you guys have some type of interest in hurting the value of coins, seems a little suspect since I thought your team was supposed to play a “Neutral” role in crypto. Please grow up an don’t be the high school rumor girl of the crypto world.

portfolio is terrible, bad as connecting to wifi. This app always stalls and claims not to be connected to the internet, 10x more finicky than any other app I have. I also wasted time entering some of my portfolio from binance, it lumps every coin together and only shows me how up % or down I am as a whole, vs each individual crypto holding, which is useless to me. I want to see the stats for each coin I hold. Binance can already tell me if my whole bag is up or down. So it’s kinda useless. Otherwise I guess it’s good for reading news articles but I originally downloaded it for price alerts and they always come hours after the fact.

Awful. First off, this app displays prices of one or two of the swaps but it’s hardly the actual price of the coin. Second, the percentages they say the token has increased/decreased is never accurate. They’ll say a coin is up 100% in the last 24 hours but it’s exactly the same price. Third, this app has deleted my watchlist three times now. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app three times and each time it deletes my watchlist. Fourth, once I select a token to add to my watchlist, this app thinks I am deleting it, so it’s a struggle just to get this app to accept that I’ve selected a token for my watchlist. The info and prices are not accurate, this is a garbage app.

To the little. I’m not educated in Web3 or development. But I do understand that I use my cell phone and programs every single day. I realize that the digital world is the future when I invest in what’s called Krypto currency I see it a stock. I buy shares in the computer program. Coin market cap gives me a lot of insight into these platforms. They’re operability, the service intended, and who is behind them. I can actually make an educated decision based on the information in CoinMarketCap provides not to mention the day-to-day trading operation of the market I’ve been with CoinMarketCap for almost 2 years and I love all the links in the opportunity they give me to do my study into it. I think it’s best to do it my money. Thank you coin, market cap for being there, and providing the information that you do!

Do not use! WARNING. CMC= coin market cap. CMC knowingly let shiba circulating to be listed with incorrect information even after being told by the developer and the shiba army that no new coins can ever be created. It took CMC 5-6 months to fix that issue. Yet if they get hacked and it shows millions of %’s they fix that instantly. Shiba hasn’t recovered from CMC’s first mistake. Now they are listing incorrect false addresses for shiba and the shiba developer again has been in contact with them, yet they don’t do anything. CMC reputation is going down the drain. Please don’t use them if you value information because they spread false information. 🚩🚩 huge red flag.

Nice for tracking… please fix a bug. Great for tracking your crypto but has a bug in both iPhone/Android for months now where when editing a transaction you cannot use the “price per coin” button. It opens a blank screen. Please fix this. 😀 Also PLEASE let users enter a price per coin of “0” on transactions. There are legitimate times when your price is 0… such as reflections or staking rewards. Keep up the good work.

This is the most worst liar crypto app that I ever seen with liar support center. who wants to download this app because who got their profit in this wallet from some trading company this money you can consider lost if you think you have money in them you are wrong it no longer belongs to you and they will also ask you for OTP payments for have a access to your wallet ,never believe them and never pay them any dime because they are scammers but these people who work in support, they are scammers, like this app and always will give fake assurance that they are the most reliable and trustworthy company but be careful all this is trap scam you pay them money to get access your withdrawal.

Gets the job done.. This website is amazing because of all the great assets it has and etc. The app works great as well. One can easily look up a coin or token and check its current price and daily gain/loss percentage. On the other hand, this has 3 stars because there are many apps like this, that even allow people to do more. With this said, a few things should be considered. 1. Being able to set alerts for cryptos on your watchlist, so if say Adshares surpasses 50¢ it will send a notification. Or if a coin on a watchlist has dropped or gained a certain percentage. 2. Add a widget. So certain coins or tokens on a watchlist could be easily looked at from the iPhone home screen, like CoinBase’s widget. 3. Donation option through the app via crypto, PayPal, or IAP. Maybe even purchasing something that gets rid of the small banner ad at the bottom of the app. 4. Looking at social media/reddit posts about the crypto through an embedded WebKit. You already have something sort of like this on your website. Just allow users to go to a “social media view” or something where they can see updates from the crypto company or about the crypto. This app has fabulous potential, and this website is one of the best to look at crypto stats with. Keep up the good work! Hope this review helps! Thank you for reading this.

Corrupt values of executive admin.. The executive team at CMC is undermining parts of what the essence of cryptocurrency and related projects are about at their core. - I posted criticism of the World Economic Forum, and it’s founder, two times on a chat thread… and I’ve now been permanently banned from using the chat feature. ***To put this in perspective, I posted the same exact critique well over 10 times on Twitter, and Twitter (very pro-censorship) didn’t take it down or warn me. It’s disgusting, nauseating, and beyond concerning that CMC is in bed with big-tech and other corrupt special interests. This is NOT what crypto stands for, and I am passionately organizing a campaign in the various crypto communities that I’m active in, and we will make it known that CMC has been corrupted. Lastly, I’ve switched to Coinstats, and encourage others to do the same.

Great app until recently. I am going to echo what some others have said. The app is pretty good just like their actual web site is great. That was until recently with an update or so. Now things do not load or update unless I force close the app and relaunch. Then it may work for awhile. This is quite frustrating as two of the features I like best, portfolio tracker & watchlist, are hampered by this. The portfolio tracker is, in my opinion, one of the best features of Coin Market Cap. If you are like most of us in crypto you have coins at several exchanges like Coinbase, Binance, Phemex, etc.. The portfolio tracker lets you put in your transactions and fees so you can track your overall gains/losses by coin and as a total.

Must Have App. This is a must have app for any person interested in learning about or investing in crypto. It allows you to track your own portfolio investments in a comprehensive way that no exchange does. Mind you it may take some time for you to enter your current investments. however it will be more than worth the time when you are able to track your percentage allocations and also track your winners and losers. this information is not calculated on your basic wallet or your exchanges. in addition the news and announcements that are provided for your selected crypto allows you to DYOR. In short this app is an absolutely must have for anyone who wishes to dabble in crypto currencies or engage FOMO or YOLO investing. lol

It Is Perfect Again. I wrote the below b/c I cldn’t get it to work. Apparently, after updates, we shld log out and log back in, and that will fix all of these issues. If u hv the same or similar problems, keep this in mind. 😁 Lost out on an NFT drop b/c of this. My own fault. If I’d tried the standard things like logging out/back in, probably cld hv saved myself the headache. Live & learn. “Until about 2 weeks ago, this app worked perfectly! I used it on my computer and on my Apple phone. About 2 weeks ago, it began having issues. It won’t stay logged in when I go to get my daily diamonds. I hv to log in 3 times in a row to get it to give them to me. When I try to add new purchased crypto to my page, it says I don’t hv any and won’t let me log in. However, when I open the app, I hv it set to the ‘Current Balance’ tab, and it loads just fine, showing all my current holdings. It’s very confusing. I tried deleting the app and reloading it. It did the same thing to me. If you can fix all of this, it wld be perfect again.”

Excellent for Delayed Alerts. There is nothing better than being notified 10-15 minutes after the set price has already been marked. Let me tell you, this app will guarantee you will miss your alerts because it is so strongly built on the convenience of its own time. Flawless design and excellent structure, if only the main purpose of this market cap app is to notify people of coins ON TIME. All in all quite a decadent layout, core mechanics need work.

Latest update ruined the mobile app. Latest mobile app update is horrible. All transactions are rounded, including your holdings for each asset. There’s rounded numbers on everything. The only way to view the full number on a transaction is to tap “edit”. Even worse, there’s no way to see your full holdings since all the numbers are rounded. Now, the only way to see all of your exact holdings is to use the desktop version. FIX THIS ISSUE! This issue alone really ruins the the portfolio tracker on the app. Also, they removed the critical feature to View/Sort by Volume which is another major downside of the mobile app. Please fix all these major issues. Ideally, the mobile app should provide the same features and functionality as the desktop version. 1 star rating

Amazing app for beginners. Enter Referral ID when registering: IM4LWDAV to get diamonds for NFT! The best cryptocurrency app! Very user-friendly interface, there are absolutely all the coins, you can collect and monitor your portfolio. Very powerful functionality for conducting cryptocurrency market analytics. It is also convenient to add coins to metamask. A useful and interesting news section. I love everything about this app. Hopefully soon they will make their own exchange and then there will be no need for competitors! I'm still waiting for the rating of IDO sites, this is sorely lacking in the application and on the site. Competitors have such functionality, but they are not convenient. I would like all this to be in your application. Please also integrate portfolios via API from various exchanges. This functionality is very useful for analyzing your portfolio. Really best app for tracking portfolio but really needs an option to swipe and remove coins as seems to go all sorts of weird if a coin gets delisted and no way to click edit and remove when this happens. Btw I’m using an updated iPhone if devs are wondering. Would update to 5 stars if it actually worked because it WAS useful The developers are great! I want to express my deepest gratitude and respect to them for this application! Thank you very much!

OK but lacks functionality. I downloaded this app hoping that it would provide similar features of their site, however it’s quite lacking even for a first edition. First off, there is no iPhone X display compatibility so the app size is the old style if used on it. Furthermore, you cannot drill down into each coin to see further stats on them. The app seems more for just quick viewing of prices, but there are better apps at the moment that accomplishes this and provides a significant more amount of information at the touch of a finger. Lastly, the drop down at the top that’s supposed to show 24hr volume, btc dominance, etc shows “?” for each stat. As the market of such apps is quite extensive these days, I’d recommend looking elsewhere (CoinCap is much better currently) until CoinMarketCap decides to put more effort into theirs.

Circulating Supply of Shib is wrong. Early last week, the circulating supply of Shib suddenly gained an extra 200,000 Trillion. CMC acknowledged the issue and said it was an engineering bug. On Friday, they began telling us that the circulating supply was fixed, yet it has not actually been fixed. The extra 200,000 T are still there. CMC is the “source of truth” for many exchanges and investors. This effects the valuation of Shib in a bad way as circulating supply is part of the algorithm. It has been almost a week of an important part of valuation being wrong for only 1 crypto asset and rumors are starting to fly that this is intentional market manipulation on CoinMarketCap’s side. I tend not to believe conspiracy theories, but it’s hard to ignore the facts here.

Much, much better!. The new and improved CMC app is awesome, and I've only been using it for 5 minutes. Immediately, I’m attracted to the portfolio feature; a new way to chart my whole portfolio when coins are spread across multiple wallets. The news section is also impressive as I just found an article there before Google. 5 stars compared to the version I had just a few weeks ago!

Poor Ui Update. Loved this app for a long time but the most recent UI update is terrible. Some of my complaints are as follows, keep in mind these functions were all available prior to the most recent update. I can’t see portfolio diversification percentages for all my holdings anymore, only top 5. I can’t see Day % Change in the same window as holdings, I have to tab between my personal watchlists and my portfolio tab just to see day changes for each of my holdings, the “New Transaction” button in the portfolio tab constantly covers a row of holdings information which is incredibly obnoxious. Additionally, this is more of a personal complaint, but why did they take away the dollar signs in the portfolio tab?? This makes it visually annoying to look at the value of your holdings next to the shares. Like I said, loved the app, use it constantly to track my crypto holdings in one place. But this most recent update is 110% a step backwards in UI as far as making important data as easily and quickly to digest. Super disappointed with the current layout. 5 star app cooked by a 1 star update.

Portfolio function full of bugs. I don’t recommend using the portfolio section of CMC. While the site/app is a great resource for crypto info, the portfolio section has been getting worse. Constantly dealing with bugs and issues. Been using for months and keep having problems. Assets just disappearing off the list-with months and hours of entries gone, entries not being added or subtracted, blank page-not showing any assets. Save yourself the time and frustration. Track your portfolio elsewhere if you don’t want the potential of having to reenter all of your transactions and having to constantly contact support.

Truly a Amazing App for Beginners. I have been learning this past year about crypto’s, NFT’s, etc and I finally had the confidence to buy in and take a small risk. Not gonna give you some NBA career story, I didn’t do much. But I can say without hesitation I love this app. It’s easy to use design, no ads in sight, dark mode, all 3 of the major markets, and for me personally the ability to seamlessly switch between phone and pc really takes the cake. Overall 5/5 Great app! Would love to see a Apple Watch feature where I could just quickly check my portfolio though!

Why hide projects?. In crypto, people rely heavily on trust and transparency. CoinMarketCap I ask you why do not uphold your true name and list projects by true market cap. Hiding projects in the 200’s that have multi billion market caps. Why aren’t they listed where they belong? We can’t put doge coin and shiba in the top ten and dare say anything else doesn’t deserve its place. Hex and safemoon and multiple other projects are hidden in the ranks. Why? If your company is called market cap than list things by market cap. Not biased opinion. This hurts crypto. A huge platform such as this should be honest regardless of opinion. I urge you to do the right thing in time. Not a good look folks..

Portfolio Page. Please change the portfolio page back. It was the best place to track all my coins. Now the page wont load, and the one time it did, it wouldn’t let me subtract coins from my balance? I used the CoinMarketCap app every day but now that my favorite thing is gone, I wont be using the app anymore. Seriously, in 5 days, the portfolio page has loaded correctly 1 time. Sometimes i just want to look at the gains or loses of my coins all in one place, but the page never loads anything on it. Just a spinning circle. I hate when humans think tweaking things makes it an improvement. So disappointed.

Incorrect Calculation Methods. CMC does not provide a fair and even way of calculating the TMC which means that the prices and ratios are incorrect as well. Rather than using the same method to calculate the TMC for each coin it uses different methods for different coins in an effort to affect the market. I would never use CMC again as the false information it’s providing will lead investors in the wrong direction. There are several other apps out there that provide actual facts rather than false and misleading information. If you choose to use CMC just keep in mind the information displayed is incorrect per the crypto market regulations as will most likely lead you to making a bad decision.

Last update crashing the app. Not loading when I search for coins. Says “Please check your Internet Connection” on some coins but not all of them. No issues with other apps so seems to be related to last updates. I used it a lot before but I need info quickly as a trader. Also has prices wrong on many DEX coins. Make sure to always check other apps for correct prices before purchasing anything. Per other reviews, seems to be an issue for others. If corrected, will edit my Review, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend and suggest CoinGecko as an alternative that works well.

Useful but one of the most frustrating apps. This app worked amazing and was very useful until 2 updates ago….after the second to last update my watch lists stopped showing up correctly. Only some coins show up in my watch lists. It says 14 are in the list but only one show up and I can’t add them back again. Figured maybe it was a glitchy update so I just waited for the next one but I just updated it again and it’s still like that. Makes the app useless to keep my lists, so frustrating because it was a very useful app when it worked. Btw I’m using an updated iPhone if devs are wondering. Would update to 5 stars if it actually worked because it WAS useful ————————————— Edit: just uninstalled and redownloaded after the most recent update and it’s working again. Didn’t work last time so I guess the update did fix it. Back to 5 stars the app is useful

Best Darn Crypto App For Me!. I use this app 20-40 times per day. It is my one spot check pricing app, my one stop, all my crypto in one place to track my gains/losses,,, user friendly and just plain best darn crypto app available! I love how you can read about each crypto you are interested in, and it also shares the best exchange for the ones you want to buy, so you know where to go to purchase your next coin... Great job!

Portfolio is terrible now. This app used to be pretty much perfect. The portfolio feature was the reason I first downloaded this app and continued to use it. The new updates have completely ruined the portfolio. It is entirely unusable. You want to see important information about you holdings? Well too bad! They removed the ability to see the loss/gain of your entire portfolio. You can only see the dollar amount for each individual coin. And that was only re-added after a recent update. I spent a lot of time adding all the information into my portfolio and now I'm sad to say I can't even use this app. Looking for alternatives. Zero stars until fixed.

Provided Malicious Information. Today, Coin Market Cap allowed fake information to be posted as an add in one of the top currencies in their platform. Such effect made a lot of people sell off their position on false information. At this moment they took off the ad but no apologies or statements have been made. Also, CMC parent company is a direct competitor of the coin in question that is about to launch a product that will compete head to head with the parent company.

Easily the cleanest/stable crypto app you will ever come across.. What an app. What a team behind the app. I use binance for trading and I hate their UI. It’s so raw and in your face. So I came across CoinMarketCap(recommended by my elder brother) The moment I opened the app I fell in love because of the minimalistic style. There was a problem though, after a few seconds the app would say network timed out. I reported the issue and was responded to by their development team promptly and they got the issue fixed. This app has helped me enjoy making tons of $$$ even more! Highly recommend: if you are into crypto, like making money, enjoy using a clean UI

This isn’t a paid review !. This app is genuinely one of the best and its worth the 5 stars, it literally has everything I need. It has an investment portfolio, alerts, watchlists, overall market cap, etc This main reason I love it is that it doesn’t restrict me from seeing charts, news and all. Other apps don’t allow me to view some things(I think it’s region based). So yeah ! I’d recommend it to anyone 👍🏾

Market manipulation at thrre best only out for the elite. Think twice about using this app they will screw you out of your money when they see your investment at ath they will all of a sudden change data to stop it in its tracks good example shiba inu was on a huge streak and in the middle of the night while everyone was sleeping changed the data without any reason why to the public if that isn’t market manipulation idk what is think twice before using this app and I messeged them to see why this happened as did thousands of others radio silence do u really want ur cash with people that manipulate and ignore u I know I don’t

Slowly getting worse. This app started out as the single best way to keep track of the overall market as well as your portfolio (s). Portfolio building was intuitive and statistics were presented neatly and usefully. Over many revisions they have been removing very useful features. For example many months back they removed the overall portfolio PnL for some reason. More recently, they have removed the pages that display stats for each individual position in your portfolio. You can no longer see your average price paid for a certain coin/token, and you can no longer easily see your purchase history for a token. You now go to a general transaction history page and you have to filter out the results for transaction types and token symbols. And on top of that, the filtered results are no longer nearly as intuitive as they used to be. The app is fine for keeping an eye on the market but I'd strongly recommend against using this for portfolio tracking.

Fantastic for finding out information on crypto. I think that this is a must have app for anyone who is investing in cryptocurrency, I have had this app for years. The reason I am reading it a four instead of a five is because all of their prizes that they were giving away for collecting diamonds are completely sold out, they need to add more and new things to buy in 2023, which I hope they will do.

Good for a quick look at prices esp. Altscoins.. Useful to have a quick look to see if you need to go to home/office & get serious on the big screen. Notwithstanding l haven’t used it for prices for regular buying, trading I sure the young ones can handle the tiny screen.

The right balance. CMC has the right balance between a “State of the Union” type view of the cryptocurrency industry as well as the ability to drill down into specific coins and tokens.

Scam coins. I love this platform except for the projects it lets partake with hidden scams like Arcstar that has a 99% sale tax and that’s just the tip of the iceberg #CMC needs to properly test the projects that are scamming people for millions of dollars because those projects are destroying Crypto as a whole and pushing people away!

Well thought out. Great app with tons of useful crypto info. Love the fact that there is an option to use the app without creating an account like so many other apps out there.

Great app but. This is one of the best crypto apps for keeping up with the goings on on the market but, after my last two updates I’ve had some issues with the reliability of the app. The latest issues is “Token invalid” when trying to view my account balance. Not great if you need to make snap decisions on a moving market. Other than that the workflows and design is great.

The best apps for crypto last year. This year CoinMarketCap keeps having network issue, since the update I keep getting connection issue , and the coin took so long to update the coin status, please fix, its fine on the web version but the app is not

Recent updates a masterclass in how to ruin a once good app. Is the work experience software designer in charge of the app updates now? This once-good app is now buggy and the GUI is stupid. No 24hr view for price movements? Really must I be faced with my ‘all time profit (loss)’ instead in the midst of a bear market?

It would be good if it had a live market cap feature with volume to be able to chart all of the crypto going back to 2010, to be able to see the movements of the most popular crypto and where the big money is being invested 🤷‍♂️ updates are too slow on the home page for the Btc price as well, hopefully some improvements coming 👍🏼

Not useful in its current state. Currently the app has only basic information, making the website much more useful. - No pinch and zoom on graphs, only 24h, 7d or 30d options - No market or social information - Can only change filter to highest percentage increase in 24h, no other timeframe or filtering by decrease And lastly, what I’d hoped for when downloading this app - Push notifications you can set for percentage increases, marketcap targets, price targets or changes in ranking. For example, “XRP has just hit $0.93!” Or “KMD has just surpassed a market cap of $500M” I’m hopeful the app will be at this stage very soon, but at the moment - it’s not for me.

Great but can be better. First off, great app. Nice UI and easy to navigate around. One feature that would make this a 5/5 is the ability to see profit/loss of each asset in your portfolio all on one screen rather than drilling down to each individual asset.

API connection to exchange. Wish it connects to exchange (read only) to show the balance and portfolio automatically without having to manually type everything in. But great app for checking overall coin market trends.

Disappointing update. I don’t understand this trend of forcing users to create accounts! So far it has been a great app to monitor the markers and watch only those you are interested in. The new version prevents me from “starring” any coin unless I create an account. I don’t want any additional features apart from what I have. Why do you need my details?

Minor app delay. The app is in immaculate condition however when I log into the app, the search button is delayed by couple of seconds which I think it should appear straight away when the app loads. Overall great app to view crypto please address this issue thanks

At last!. Nice and simple and very similar to website. What would be also great is if you provide the “markets” on the app so we know which exchanges are available and at what volumes traded.

Thoughts on improvements. The app is pretty basic with just crypto lists and limited comparability functionality. It would need to improve quick comparability capability for me to use this app longer term E.g. could you build in features like: Enable selection and comparison for full list across 7day, 1 month etc not just 24 hr and ability to change between these. An ability to set up and save selective comparison between a group of selected crypto’s of interest by time period and graphically to be able to see trends and changes across time. Thanks

Works very well. I love coin market cap phone app. With a few small tweaks it could be even better, like going down to more decimal place digits on cheap alt coins but overall very good

Gone to hell. It was a decent app. But since being taken over by Binance it has turned into a privacy-invading, tedious chore to maintain a simple view of the worth of my current portfolio. I don’t want to record every transaction of my crypto in order to hand it over to Binance and/or others to datamine. The previous version wasn’t as pretty, but it was better.

Alert prices. I have enjoyed the Alert price of this app. If I can hold the alert text to re read, that would be better.

Great app just really needs a widget. I use the Apple Stocks widget for my watch list, but it doesn’t have many crypto pairs. I use the Yahoo Finance widget for my portfolio, but again they don’t have many cryptocurrencies. I wish CMC had a widget for my watch list and a seperate widget for my portfolio. Also, thanks for adding user accounts to the website.

Amazing app. Has all the necessary tools a trader needs, however recommended to use the website for technical analysis as the indicators are limited in the mobile app.

NO INTEGRITY, INCORRECT INFORMATION. Don’t trust this application or the site to provide you correct information regarding the actual position of a cryptocurrency. They manipulate the market and provide incorrect information on purpose to sabotage tokens/coins for their own benefit. With a complete disregard for all the people who have investments in those currencies and the consequence their untruthful and false reporting has on those investors. No integrity. This site can not be relied upon.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD... Manipulates markets to benefit themselves. They did it to shib and now to saitama. They obviously don’t care about people investing their hard earned money as they are happy to manipulate the prices of tokens knowing too well people are investing a lot of money in them and happy for prices to drop to suit themselves. CoinGecko from now on…

FIVE STAR. Absolutely best platform to keep a portfolio and track your trades. Has every crypto currency you can think of and I can’t speak more highly about it.

Has the update made it worse?. I could see all my fav watchlist in a single click now it only shows the top 100... i do like the app though, there are some bugs and some improvements would make it great.

Features don’t work. Difficult to use and set out in a really weird and dis functional way. Watch list feature is a nightmare to set up and doesn’t save your choices. Desktop version is ok but phone app is terrible.

New gen. One great way to keep track of your wallets and get a little news

Sometimes great, other times unusable. Coinmarketcap is always making updates to its features, which is great. Until it isn’t. It seems like every so often after a platform upgrade, there are a period of a few days where the app becomes next to impossible to use. great when it works - unless you are happy to suffer a few days of downtime. Quality control prior to prod release needs to be improved. I have a backup app to use just so I don’t need to spend a few days without knowing how my portfolio is performing, or be up to date with the market

Saitama attack. The defamation of willie d and saitama was disgusting , you haven’t updated there ranking but you can post false news like that ? DONT DOWNLOAD CMC , inaccurate listings

Live chat Scams. I’m very disappointed the live chat it is principally scams! Hackers who try to stole your tokens with a link in the chat!!

CoinMarketCap. Handy app. Good to keep tabs on what’s going on and create a watch list. Only down side is it doesn’t show you supply of coins so you have to go to the web browser to see. If they add this feature it will be much better

Wish you didn’t!. Sometimes upgrades aren’t what they say. This recent upgrade has, for me, been a downgrade in so far as usability. What was once a reasonable intuitive app it is now much like it’s competition, clunky. I used to be able to access what I required from one portfolio screen, now I have to jump between two and do an extra search that I didn’t need to do previously. When adding to my portfolio I used to just add in the new value and it was done now I have to go through a “buy” “sell” screen to do so therefore requiring me to do my own calculations outside the app, another pain in the rear. The app doesn’t always add your new total, I have several coins that simply won’t show the new totals and values in the portfolio screen rendering the app rather useless. So thanks for your “upgrade” I will be looking forward to the next one I can only hope it does what it says on the tin that is “up” not “down” grade the app.

Excellent app.. I use this app to track my portfolio and check and research coin market as it has better UI and many features than other apps like CoinSpot and Swyftx. I bought coins on CoinSpot and Swyftx, but use this app to track my portfolio and research the coin market. So it would great if this app can import the orders history from other apps because I have to do this manually which is quite annoying. Anyway, this is the awesome project for both mobile and website. Well done.

A little too simplistic and a bit buggy. Not very functional. It really offers very little, I know it’s brand new and improvements will come along but right now it’s not all that good. Not a lot of info other than current price and some static looking giffy graphs. Also noticed lately that things like total market cap and bitcoin dominance just shows “?” - no numbers are displayed. There are much better apps out there than this one. I have deleted the app and have now reverted back to using their website instead.

Newbie. I have found coinmarketwatch to be a great tool for studying and learning about crypto currency’s. the site is really well put together and easy to navigate, the portfolio feature I find especially useful for creating paper trades. I just started to delve into the resource section which so far has been great for learning more about companies like Cardano.

Great app. I have been using coin market cap for years. Your latest update looks to have changed the functionality of the app. I used to be able to click on my portfolio - an asset and see all the transactions related to that asset. I realised this has moved to the top of tabs in the asset all good

Bitcoin thumbnail graph broken. The Bitcoin thumbnail graph has been frozen for weeks in the same ark. Today suddenly all the starred items in my watch list were deleted without warning. Have you been hacked or what?

Honestly, needs to improve greatly....... As a 'financial market' app, it's got a long way to go. Maybe more so on ios? The charts are constantly wrong...eg..you press 1 year and it shows 4-5 months. Even worse, the % chg are almost wrong on a regular basis..... Cmc is reportedly also listing incorrect wormhole addresses....wrong crypto links...etc. if cmc cant get even the basics right, use this app with great caution....be aware of its consistent errors before making any buy/sell decisions. The crypto mkt as a whole has a long way to go to be credible and useful.....

Informative. Great lay out and easy to understand. Very informative with updates , trends , prices etc. it’s a great all rounder app that covers everything to help understand what coin your buying into

Good portfolio features, bad watch list. Why can’t I just click on the watch list at the bottom and get to my default watch list? I have to just over many hoops to get there. This doesn’t make sense

Timeline flexibility would be a plus. This app is simple and easy to use. However, it only has 24hr, 7day and 30day viewing options. A 1year and an All data History and perhaps other timeframe options would be very useful. Perhaps even a timeline slider would be good albeit the draw on data would be greater so trading off these considerations is understandable. Some basic charting indicators would be a plus. Links to markets, social, website and white paper info would be awesome as with the website version. All round it’s a good start though.

Needs Upgrade and API connectivity/Dark Mode required. Great platform… refresh rate way too slow!

Fix your portfolio tracker!!!!!. When logging and editing transactions, they will disappear out of your portfolio and now nothing I add to my portfolio is updated. Seriously fix this issue! I have years worth of data logged in here that I can’t afford to loose. Very unprofessional!

Great app. Amazing app, I just one thing. When scrolling comments in community section it is pretty common to send that blue emoji to someone by accident. It is very sensitive. Other than that I am happy.

Amazing app but don’t day trade with it. This app is the best app for quickly checking Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies prices. I use this app and the website all the time for checking Bitcoins price. This is just not amazing for day trading and I mean you SHOULD NEVER USE THIS APP FOR DAY TRADING. Don’t get me wrong it’s a great app just isn’t great for constantly checking Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency prices.

New update make it useless. The new update (end of may 2023) make the app useless. It lost the graphic of your total asset and what’s was up/down. It’s now shows on tiny panel, and the all asset in one graphic don’t even show the summary of asset up/down value for the time range selected. Very disappointed, looking for something else.

Great, but…. Percent price change doesn’t respect your chosen display currency (I.e. if I flip from $CAD prices to $BTC, the percent change remains the same (it calculates it based on CAD). If the app allows for toggling price info between your primary and secondary currencies, the percent change should also toggle accordingly.

I like that members that use the app can comment on each coin giving it a Reddit type feeling. I would like to see a category created for the Cardano Ecosystem… cardano is too important to not have its own category… you can find Cardano projects laid out on Cardano cube! Thank you Devs

Lock Screen Widget. Since the update 2 days ago, the lock screen widget will not allow you to change the coin from BTC to any other token.

Fix your website. It was much easier to navigate before the latest update. Can’t even check most recent comments of the coins now unless I check from the app. New website update is TRASH

Great website for crypto. Great site for getting all your coins in profit/loss format. One thing they need to show breakdown of profit/loss in the app just like in desktop version.

Do not claim the diamonds.. I think that part is totally different, imagine you logging in everyday to claim diamonds. Because you need them to purchase some kinda NFTs, I’ve been using it for months and I have over 2000 diamonds but anytime there is an NFT airdrop I’m never able to spend the diamonds. it notifies you about the next rewards but still you can’t get it. My point is they use you and still plan to take your money leaving you broke and useless. If you’re using the app just use it and not hope to get any tidbit thing in return.

Withdraw. I was led to this app by crisp finances support. I paid a fee to have my earnings moved to this app. Now I’m being told that I’m not able to withdraw from this app until I pay an additional fee. I’m not sure If I’ve been scammed or what but I need help. They say that they don’t sell or buy crypto but why would I be let to this app with my money then be told I can’t pull my money out. But when I’m told I can pull my money out by paying $2.5k.

Would be great without connection problems. At first was great, but eventually started reporting that it could not access the network (WiFi). Eventually I could not get the problem to go away. Keep selecting retry to no avail. There is nothing wrong with WiFi on my iPhone or my WiFi network, all other apps and every other device on my network work fine. It is only this app that has “problems connecting to the network”. I had to delete it because it was unusable. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, does not matter.

Alerts. Got this app simply to get alerts when certain crypto’s go below a certain price so I know when to sell. Half the time I don’t get an alert and the other half I get the alert like 10 minutes after it has already happened. I even have been on my phone in another app knowing that I should be getting an alert and I don’t. What good is an alert going to be if it happens well after?! If you are planning on using this to hopefully save you some money by getting alerts then don’t bother. In that regard it should get zero stars.

Please fix the data update. I was using CoinMarketCap without any issues but after the Bitcoin crash the app crash with it, every time i search for a coin the coin information not showing completely the coin circulating supply always missing and the price of the coin sometimes not showing, please fix the issues so i can use it as before.

Beginner friendly, exactly the right features. Ideal to start out in the crypto space. Has a legible interface, watchlist and alerts system, lets you log and track your coin purchases with manual input meaning its easier to track your crypto value across multiple wallets, or to just do mock trades.

Needs Work. This app has so much potential… Unfortunately, the app is just a buggy mess 90% of the time. Often when I open the app it says that I don’t even have an internet connection and won’t load anything at all. It will randomly put some super low cap alt coins as the “Top Coins” on the home page. My watchlists will usually be sorted randomly every time I open the app. If they could figure out how to fix these bugs, the app would be 5 stars.

New update not good.. The new update removed the ability to view the all time performance of my portfolio. Also, when selecting the portfolio tab, I now have to manually select which portfolio I want to view, then back out of that and the menu EACH TIME just to get back to the main screen. This really made the app annoying to use.

Coin Market Cap is the worst. I invested in Saitama crypto and CMC put an ad bashing the coin on their site which led to the coin falling 50% in value within a few years. Since when does CMC take part in creating FUD? They are supposed to be a neutral company. Also, Saitama has enough market cap to be listed on their top 100 and CMC refuses to list Saitama on there giving some weak excuse that they are “working on it”. Well, when it comes to placing an ad promoting false FUD, they were certainly on top of that. Luckily they removed the ad after the Saitama legal team tore them another one and threatened them with lawsuit. CMC is a shady unprofessional company.

Market Manipulation!!!!!. They recently tried to discredit and damage a community project named Saitama, has a wonderful community and has had remarkable growth, that is until last night when this company either tried to tarnish its name by placing a “warning”, or allowing an “add” on the Saitama CMC page. Showing a mans passed for everyone to see. The man is not part of Saitama, he’s merely an influencer who made a bad choice 10 years ago!!! This is beyond disgusting and unprofessional and their may be legal grounds for a lawsuit. 250k holders where effected by this absolute failure of a display and CMC should be ashamed!!!!

The information they display is often incorrect. I’m not sure how CMC became the price authority for crypto when the information is often incorrect. The price of a crypto token/coin are often wrong, market cap info is often wrong, and the red boxes that they display to supposedly “warn” consumers is sometimes not even accurate info. I really think we need a different site to get accurate information off of because this one is lacking. It’s too bad that this is the reference for many websites.

Security Check Is Broken. I enjoyed this app until it began asking for login to use features like alerts and viewing comments. When trying to log in or make a new account the security check to slide a puzzle piece into place always results in failure in the app, stating “too many attempts”. It gave this error the first time and every time. It’s been broken for days. The same security check functions properly on their website login, but I can’t recommend an app that doesn’t let you login and blocks 70% of its features behind that same obstacle.

Almost perfect. By adding FaceID CMC has left the competition behind. Unfortunately, not having a refresh feature within token view makes it annoying to use as one needs to exit token in review and select again to see most recent price data. A refresh function like CG will make this more useful 🤔

drain battery. I bought a new iPhone and the draining of the battery bothered me so much that I felt that the phone's battery was damaged. During the day and night without the screen being on or even running anything in the background, my battery would drain. I reset the settings about 4 times and even restarted the phone once, but the problem was still there until I decided to remove Coin Market Cap!! Yes, it is true that the problem was with Coin Market Cap, please follow up on this problem

Finding the learn and ear in a smart phone. It is a bit difficult to find where to go for the learn and earn part of the website while in a smart phone. Would be good to have a tab that leads directly to that option. Thank you

Best way to manage your entire crypto portfolio in one place!!. I love not having to log into multiple exchanges constantly to check on my assets then add them all up to see my balances. Super easy and accurate to build and monitor your assets on the portfolio feature! Love it!

Disappointed in this app. I really love using CoinMarketCap. I love the portfolio feature and everything this site and app have to offer. At this time I can’t rate it more than one star because of the instability within the app. It has trouble connecting when checking markets and continually asks me to try again. The portfolio has trouble updating and overall the app feels unfinished. I have tried uninstalling and all sorts of other troubleshooting and continue to have issues. Please fix this!

Lack of Information and Technical Analysis. There is more information available to the investor on the website. An app is suppose to delivery the same information with quicker access and this app fails to delivery the information I looking to use. Keep adding improvements.

Glitchy- always down. Not sure what has happened with this app lately but it has been extremely glitchy. When it works, it’s great. Started having massive problems in mid February 2024 and has not been the same since. Developer is not communicating any fixes or that there is even a problem. It’s not just me and my device- I know others who are experiencing the same issues.

Easy to use and very functional. CMC has been pretty useful to have as I track my portfolio. I wish it would incorporate Trading View like it does on the desktop, but the app works smoothly regardless. It updates in real-time and allows for a lot of customization.

I’m use it many times a day. The app and the CMC data are key to have if you’re into crypto. Look up any coin and get price data, as well as their websites. I use the Sort on Volume function to see what is moving up the list. Found Arbitrum this way and made $$$.

They ruined portfolio. If I wanted detailed recording of every crypto transaction I would use one of Many other crypto apps available. It is hard to find an app that I can simply and quickly add or view my holdings without inputting transactions. I do NOT want detailed tracking!! I will use tax software for that. There needs to be an option for using portfolio in the simple manner it was before. Oh and this version is bugged too btw , I have to close down and restart app evertime or it stays stuck at the loading screen.

From bad to worse. This app use to be great in terms of ui and how easy it used to be to track your portfolio and being able to use the calculator tool without having to dig deep or click too much. Calculator tool is hidden now and its actually easier to go to coin-gecko and use theirs. The latest update just made the Portfolio tracking tool nearly unusable. Also, get rid of the chat window theres nothing but scams in there.

Articles featuring cloud mining scams.. If you don’t want to loose a bunch of money, read this, this website features articles encouraging you to invest in criminal organizations that are actively stealing money. I’m not talking about coins, I mean mining. Use the app, fine. But never trust a single article about cloud mining. I lost all my money 17k trusting these articles suggesting my money was safe! Next thing I know these companies have weird excuses for keeping your money for example, suddenly twice the amount of money shows up on your account, and you can’t take any money out until you put in more (how does that make any sense). Another one allows you to buy 1 contract but has fine print that if you don’t buy two, you forfeit all your money. Also had one block my IP address after putting money in. AVOID CLOUD MINING Coinmarketcap may be liable for promoting fraud.

Almost perfect. I appreciate having such an awesome & free tool, I've been able to keep better tabs on the Crypto market. If you guys could add the ability to show a description for coin price alerts, that would help remind me about why I set that alert. I write them in my personal notes, but Seeing the reason in the notification banner helps lazy people like me haha

Not accurate or dependable. Funny how it says this is the worlds most trusted price tracker because it is not. I used this to track prices and I see a crypto at a price that I want to go in on and when I go to buy the crypto on another app, the price is way different. So different it is not what I wanted to buy at. Not accurate at all. I think it is way behind on prices, even after refreshing prices on the app. This can cost you tons of money. This is horrible. Do not use this. Luckily the place I trade on has it’s own app for tracking prices and I get the right prices so I can buy and sell accurately.

“Please Check Your Internet Connection”. The app is perfectly fine until I created a watchlist, now I can’t use the app at all because it insists that my Internet connection doesn’t exist. Annoyingly, if I tap and hold the app, choosing the “portfolio“ option, it allows me to enter the app and use it, but this only works sometimes. I have tried reinstalling, relogging and restarting my phone, but it doesn’t seem to want to work.

Website and app are great. It helps you monitor and get info on many cryptos in one spot. Plus you can list different amounts of crypto and monitor there progress even if you bought some or not. Also being able to see which exchanges are available per crypto is a great feature too.

Doesn’t load anymore. After yesterday’s update everything was improved including the chart now the chart does not come up. It says please try again. Hello Coingecko goodbye Coinmarketcap. Worked for years probably still does on the newer phones.

Graphics. Everything is good actually, coinmarketcap is my favorite app and website to check crypto currencies. But they really need to add graphics, not the one they have on the app that’s really the worst one I have ever seen. Whenever I want to check the graphs I’m checking other websites. This is a very big issue for a well known company like this..

I love this app but something must be wrong?. I love the app, it’s incredibly useful, the UI is beautiful. But lately I’ve been having tons of connection issues with their app. I cannot load charts or see pricing data at random times of the day. I just get this “unable to connect with CoinMarketCap” and it is not my device, because at that same time I can flip over to coinGecko and it works just fine. It’s frustrating because there’s no feedback as to if it’s being addressed or not. I go to their Twitter and I see no mention of it.

Could Be 5 Stars. Great app with one major flaw. I like that there is a community/comment section for each coin. BUT, they are all loaded with spam. They should not allow spammers to tag and promote other coins under a specific coin. It’s such an easy solution, but I don’t know how they haven’t addressed it. It’s a major flaw in an otherwise great app.

Was Great, Last UI Change is Horrible. This isn’t a matter of “getting used to a new layout”. The new UI update is terrible. The app used to have a simple and easy way to view important information about your portfolio. The new update makes it clunky and significantly less usable. It’s bad enough that I’m changing apps to track my info. Hopefully once they hemorrhage enough users from this they’ll revert it to previous version.

Uninstalled. They don’t care. They restrict comments if you comment anything bearish but there are 2 options before commenting, bearish and bullish. Legit had to email them on why I was being restricted from posting comments, and got told it’s for my bearish comments which none were offensive. May I mind you we were also in a bear market for the last 2 years. Just lost all respect for this company. They will let bots spam “this to 1$” deceiving people who don’t understand a marketcap. But mind you a real person gives their input they gotta restrict that.

Much, much better!. The new and improved CMC app is awesome, and I've only been using it for 5 minutes. Immediately, I’m attracted to the portfolio feature; a new way to chart my whole portfolio when coins are spread across multiple wallets. The news section is also impressive as I just found an article there before Google. 5 stars compared to the version I had just a few weeks ago!

Fantastic but lacks a couple things. This app is amazing. Has every crypto out there and can easily track them all. However, it doesn’t have any candle charts or charts under 24HRs. Not a huge deal cuz I use others. Love the live portfolio tracker. One thing I wish it had was a widget to track my portfolio and coins without opening the app. Other than that an amazing app.

Glitches Glitches and more Glitches. When first installing this app I was very impressed. They had every crypto under the sun and it was so easy to use. The convenience of creating a watch list of all your favorite crypto and being able to watch and track all of them in one spot just blew me away. Two weeks later 90% of all my cryptos disappeared from my watch list. I can’t even make a new list because that disappears as well. I can’t set alerts anymore and I can’t track any of my crypto so it went from a 5 star app to a 1 star unusable app.

Best site for crypto info. Used this site for a few years now and absolutely love it! They have everything u need to find ur token and all the information u need to make ur purchases. Always my go to for any new coin, if it’s not listed here it’s not worth getting into

forces you to make account for portfolio. the newest update requires a sign up to use certain features that didn't used to require any account. Making an account forces you to agree to their terms and conditions which I was not fond of. I will switch to using a different app because of this decision by CMC.

Watchlist and portfolio disappeared.. This app is amazing and clean. From time to time some watchlist and the portfolio are gone away. Sometimes it happens at the same time as in the website but sometimes only happens in the app. This is extremely annoying and requires to be fixed. I do not want to lose my portfolio tracking after manually input all my transactions one by one by hand.

Many bugs. Before a few updates, which I was not a fan of, the app worked great. But with those updated features, the app became buggy and at times unresponsive. Having to go back and forth between sections for anything to load, not loading my saved/favorited coins, and even two graphs of the same coin not matching up at all on the same page… Do not recommend for any type of cryptocurrency checks or researching at all.

CMC IS A SCAM-THE MANIPULATION IS ASTOUNDING-CMC GETS PAID TO ALLOW OTHER COINS TO PUBLISH FUD ARTICLES ON THEIR APP SCAMMING MILLIONS OF HARD WORKING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY WHO ARE JUST TRYING FOR A SEAT AT THE TABLE-FIRST IT WAS SHIB AND NOW THEY'VE DONE THE SAME TO SAITAMA HOLDERS! ARE YOU GOING TO BE OK WITH THEM PLAYING WITH YOUR INVESTMENT THAT WAY JUST TO HELP SOME COINS THEY FAVOR OVER OTHERS? If your answer is No-delete this app right now and might I suggest you use CoinGecko-they have everything CMC has plus more and their customer service is top notch AND they don’t allow they’re input or any other coins input to manipulate YOUR Funds at any cost! They also allow you to collect candies each day which you can then trade in for tangible items :)

Delayed notifications for price drop. It’s a pretty good app. But the one downfall which can affect tons of investors is the delay in getting notifications when there is a price drop… for instance…Dogecoin has been at 18 cents and even dropped to 16… 2 hours later I get a notification saying that it’s below 25 cents and currently sitting at 24 cents… hmmm really need update this error so it can be accurate. Thank you

Much Needed Update. The most recent update for the app drastically improves its functionality almost to the point of the website. Beforehand, there was so much missing for the app - even basic chart interaction, but this new update is a significant improvement and even provides features such as price alerts and an in-app portfolio option. Glad to see the app taking steps in the right direction.

Convenient, used daily. Pretty sweet app. It’s my go-to first thing when I wake up in the morning. Lots of great info, and it’s a great screenshot of the WHOLE crypto market at once... plus of course you can dive into some historical data, highs/lows, etc... Pretty much like.. everything I need to see some trends. And best of all, the portfolio manager is nice. I can track my gains/losses through all the exchanges/wallets I have my crypto in.

New update Ruined App. For the portfolio view, you can no longer see the daily changes in price for each coin, only the all-time profit. This steals from me my entire process of analyzing the current, short-term changes of my portfolio. if they don’t make a new update within the next couple of days giving us that feature back, I will be forced to switch to another tracker app that is actually useful. Edit: and the his copy/paste reply by the developer is disappointing. I literally say what the problem is in my review.
