A brilliant app. I truly recommend Snapread to anyone who loves to learn new things on the go. Rather then watching a viral video or may I say a vloooog or something, you can read a book or two during your hour commute to work / college wherever. Great, great app guys!

A welcome addition to my daily routine.. This is a really great idea. Spending roughly 15 minutes a day exposing yourself to a wide range of insights from today's greatest minds is something everyone should make time for.

Terribly written summaries. I read a couple of “books” on this app and the grammar and wording are terrible, at best. In many cases, I had to read and reread paragraphs to try to decipher what the writer was trying to say. I think it would be in this company’s best interest to hire an editor who is a native English speaker (that is, if English speaking people are going to be your target market). I’m glad I’m still in my free trial - I won’t be paying for this app.

Missing Books. They still false advertise on which books they have.

Not satisfied. I was unable to listen to any of the books and that was the reason of downloading it.

Free plan hidden & can’t play while doing other things. Like Blinkist this app offers great book summaries. I don’t know if the authors get paid ornot. On boarding is a pain. Hate killing battery life by having to keep app active to listen. Should play audio like other apps in the background.

No Audio output. Gave this app a shot and the audio part of listening to books does not work on iOS 13.3

Talk about false advertising..... Saw an ad for this app on Instagram. Downloaded the app and started free trial. Very disappointed to learn that books displayed in the ad are not available on this app. There are actually very few books I recognized available on this app, maybe 7 at most. The perfect amount to read during my free trial, then go back to the apps that actually offer what they advertise. Please don’t advertise books you don’t really offer.... it’s misleading.

Can’t Get It To Work. I’m was still on the free trial and ever since I agreed to pay after 7 days, I couldn’t open the app - not on my iphone nor ipad. Support responded sporadically with solutions I had already tried and/or asked a question and took hours to respond to my answer. I gave up and cancelled my trial and moved on.

Not worth it. I paid for a one month subscription and it wouldn’t let me read any articles. I let them know, provided the information they asked for and they never responded, not even about a refund for not being able to access. If the app works for you, fine, you got lucky... but if not, I guess they take the money and run.

Highly recommended. "The application is spot on. I recommend it to everyone who wants to maximize their ""reading time"". You can't go wrong in subscribing to their service."

Annoying app that shuts off on auto lock and when you switch to another app. Needs to be fixed.... would be ok if it worked in the background

Good idea that deserves support. This is an awesome app because you are exposed to a good summary of books and get a gist about the topics but also can decide if you want to read the entire book.

Stay Away!. Horrible app at an outrageous price. Limited options but even worse there’s no way to access my account! Can’t even get a refund for an app that’s not working!

Brilliant. This is my new process. One book in the morning and one at night. I am burning through information at a rate I have always dreamed, but never had time to do. I love this app. I am about to make it standard issue for all of my employees. Yeah, back to reading while I wait for my food order.

Excellent summaries!. Quick and well-made summaries of the main concepts of a book. Love having this app on the go.

Cancel Account. How do I cancel my account? It’s a difficult process and the account settings in the app don’t give you any options. I need to cancel immediately!!!

Makes me feel productive!. Great summaries of a lot of non-fiction books I’ve heard a lot about but never dedicated the time to reading. I’m enjoying the audiobook versions as well when I’m outside or in the car.

Not working. I’ve loaded the app. It won’t work with my iPhone 7. Some kind of glitch. Opens and then closes immediately. I’ve emailed the company with no response.

Don’t waste your time. The app has hardly any books, most of which sound boring. Don’t even bother downloading it, it’s not worth the time.

Outsourced to writers who are not native English speakers. I love reading. Already use 3 different book reading programs/apps and one summary app similar to this. I tried this with one book and the grammar was so bad I could not even understand the concepts of the book. I thought maybe an off day one so, chose a second then third and a fourth. None of them were readable. Hey guys, who writes for you?

small selection, hit or miss summaries, no support. the description says hundreds of books but i only see about 30-40 i signed up for the trial and it says i have full access but i still only see 30-40 i emailed support days ago to ask if i’m missing something and they haven’t replied of the summaries i can view, they are very hit or miss in their quality ranging from decent to high school book report-like quality with errors and that sound like the summarizer only read the first chapter and then just makes general and vague statements to fill out the rest of the summary a particularly frustrating part is when they state something like “tony robbins then lays out the 9 myths of investing” but the summary doesn’t tell me what they are, or “the author describes strategies to determine what desires are behind our habits” but doesn’t tell me what the strategies are, i’m supposed to be reading a summary not an ad for the book i was excited to try the app and would happily pay the subscription fee if the summaries were better quality and the selection was larger, but as of now, i’m going to look for other book summary apps

Love the service.. The Snapread are great detailed summaries that give you the main points of the book and make you feel like you read it without actually reading the whole book.

Horrible experience.. I was keen to start using Snapreads. Unfortunately, after my subscription began, I couldn’t actually read anything. Every time I tried to do so, I was told to subscribe. When I tried to re subscribe, I was sent to another page that told me I was “already subscribed.” It gave me the option to “manage” my subscription, which I chose and then the app froze up. I sent an email to the support address and received a message in return, several days later, that asked me for the operating system, the version of snapreads I was using and the device I was using. I replied, and didn’t receive a return message. Did this whole process again, to include the email to support and still have had no response. I would advise you to avoid purchasing the subscription. $89.00 down the tube and no response from support. Bad deal.

Cannot listen while phone is locked. When your screen times out...the audio stops. This is a huge flaw. Will not be subscribing because of this.
