Website is better. App is very easy to use and works well. But there are several things which should be updated. I can’t place an order using my rewards in app, it gives an error. So, I place an order through website if I want use my rewards. New arrivals are not seen in app. I’m just wondering why I missed so many new arrivals in particular departments, then I realize that I never opened website and simply missed them.🙂 Lastly, through links in telegram I can’t open the app. It directly goes to website not to the app.

Terrible password recovery. I loved the app till I got signed out somehow. When I did the password recovery it kept saying I supposedly was sent an email I tried 10 times but it wouldn’t send and my internet is fine. I refuse to make a whole new email just to keep an account. Couldn’t find any help for the issue either and I’ve used this app for a year suddenly I’m locked out with no help so I figure I’ll shop elsewhere. I love some of the clothes but the arms on the clothes never fit the age description. Every time I get a body suit the legs are too long but the arms are too small and I never have this problem with other brands. Definitely think they need to work on making these for realistic babies because I don’t how anyone gets theirs in these without bending their arms backwards. So I guess no loss I have to shop elsewhere now.

Love the clothes. I’ve been shopping her for my daughters clothes since the day she was born ( she is now 5 years old ) . The clothes is very pretty a very comfy as well as the styles are really cute . The only thing that would make it a 5 star is for there to be on option of being able to see the clothes that we put a star on . It does give the option to put a star but if you want to go back and she which ones you have put the star on , you can’t . It would make it a bit easier by having that option on seeing which ones we saved for later .

Couldn’t Order. Absolute waste of time. I put in all the necessary details, and then over and over again, I kept being told there were out of stock items that were moved to Save for Later. Okay, that’s fine! I still have a plethora of other items I want. I see that the item isn’t in the cart, and so I go to try to place the order again. Same message. Over... and over... and over... Then some of the hot items I was wanting were now out of stock after an hour of trying to buy them. And I’m still trying to place my order but keep getting the same message. I couldn’t find the save for later list, and I couldn’t remove items from my cart. It was the most horrific “shopping experience” — if you can even call it that, considering I couldn’t even buy anything— I ever had with an app. Extremely disappointed. I never want to use this app again. I don’t want anything to do with it. There’s no redemption from this.

Doesn’t keep items in cart for very long. I like the ease of use of this app. However, it constantly deletes the items in my cart. For example, I added some things before I went to bed and by the time I woke up, everything was gone. This has happened multiple times over the last few months. It seems to keep things in the cart for about 20 minutes. I’ve noticed sometimes when it is promoting a sale on the home page and you click on it, the app doesn’t recognize what you clicked. It just brings you to the page where you have the choice to choose from Carter’s, Osh Kosh, and Skip Hop. This app needs a lot of work.

Used to Work. The app used to be fine, but over the last year has become totally unusable. When I’m browsing items, every time I look at something and then go back to the list I was in, it takes me all the way back to the top so I have to scroll back through to find where I was. Then, when I finally am ready to check out, I can’t make a purchase. It just says unexpected error repeatedly. I either have to go to their website, or shop somewhere else.

Terrible customer service and glitchy website. I have been ordering clothes from carters website for at least 5 years for my children. Over the last year I’ve noticed a lot of glitches with the website. It’s usually my orders disappearing or not being able to save anything to favorites. Over a week ago I ordered again. This time I applied for the carters credit card to get the 25% off my order. At first it showed the 25% off being taken off my order but when I clicked off and clicked back on my shopping cart the 25% off disappeared. After checking out the 25% off still was not taken off my order and once again my order disappeared. I contacted carter customer service TWICE still with no response. My order finally reappeared but I still did not receive my 25% off and on top of that I was not sent any info on my carters credit card so I’m unable to create an account to make payments. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Poor customer service. I recently made a large purchase online, never received any confirmation thru email. I called customer service and was told wait time will be longer than 10 mins and if I like a call please leave name and number. Well I did that 3x with no call back. Finally reached someone a day later all they could tell me is my order was on the way and that they would send me confirmation email. Never received the email, called back 20mins later spoke to someone else. She gave me a tracking number which apparently doesn’t exists in either UPS or FED Ex. But my credit card has been charged... Where is my package???! How come I can’t track it? Where is my confirmation email, still waiting on that. Something is not right. Will be calling my credit card company if I don’t get answers soon!

Horrible app. This is by far the most horrible app for shopping I have ever had on my phone. I have never had so many problems with an app before. For some reason I can’t login at all it keeps saying to create an account. I have no way to track my purchase or even pay my credit card which I regret opening with Carter’s due to the frustrations with the app. Not to mention they send you about 56 advertisement emails per day. After I figure out a way to finally get through to my account, I am paying off the credit card closing it and not shopping directly from Carter’s ever again. Avoid the frustration go to a store that has a working app that sells Carters clothes. i’m not even sure if my order has been shipped yet and I believe it’s been three weeks since I placed the order. save yourself the headache trust me.

Creating an account is difficult. i’ve been trying to create an account for the longest. once you download the app you’re required to put an email then they’ll ask you for your name and lastly is accepting to receive offers via email. the problem is it’ll ask you to agree to the terms and conditions, once you click view it’ll automatically open a link on safari and there’s no option to accept. if you click on “enroll me in rewarding moments” and hit finish it’ll say “unable to create account, please try again” it’s so annoying and inconvenient please fix this!

Buggy, crashy, cannot redeem rewards. Unfortunately I can’t seem to actually purchase anything from this app...it spins and finally errors out entirely when I try to use my rewards, and logs out within some set amount of time after my fill my cart. I was hoping to have an easier place to purchase clothes from than Carter’s site but this, unfortunately, doesn’t meet that need. The developers have LOTS of work to do on this app. There’s no reason why an app for buying kid’s clothes should require me to login over and over again, and if for some reason that has to happen, there needs to be an option to remember me. Uninstalling, will try again someday.

Can’t sign in 😒. Sign in process is terrible. Once I open the app there is only one spot I can tap after typing my email in which days “Sign in or Create Account.” I figured if I put in my email address it would recognize it and let me put in my password but instead it walks me through the process of creating a new account and then tells me in the end “Unable to create account, please try again” which is pretty obvious that I can’t because I already have one with the email so I can’t sign in. There needs to be two spots we can tap for “Log in” and “Create Account” separately.

Very bad service. I made an order online to pick up store near my home , as soon as i ordered i saw it says i have to pick up 7 days after my International trip so I decided to cancel it , guess what ? There is no way to cancel but except over the phone and one guy spoke to me after I provided my information he told me he will cancel it later because the system won’t allow him at the time to cancel , what !!??? I didn’t receive any email and called back again after 8 hours and the same guy answered and he recognized my order but lied about that i provided incorrect order number and i after i told him the same order number he put me a hold few a minute and said he can’t cancel this order and has to pass it to his supervisors blah blah blah … What a chaos company , if you can’t do the simple online service why would you create an app to messed up the customer’s money and time ???

terrible app. This app has to cost Carter’s a bunch of money in sales. Every time I come on here, month after month, year after year, this app has issues. For one thing when I add something to my cart and hit continue shopping, I have to hit the back arrow to go back to shop. But here’s the irritating part. When it takes you back it takes you all the way back to the beginning of the page you were on instead of to the spot you were when you added the item. So then you have to scroll all the way back down to find where you were. Every single time. It is so time consuming and annoying. Now today I’m having another problem. After spending an hour shopping and aging everything to my cart it won’t let me check out. It won’t pull my cart up. Plus half the things I try adding to my cart gives me an error message. So I’m off to Old Navy or Children’s Place to shop their app instead.

Could Be Better - Still have to use browser. The only way to favorite items in the app is to ‘heart’ them and that does not work for me. Within seconds of clicking the heart it will uncheck itself and the item will not be saved to my favorites. Also, the filtering is messed up. When it asks how you want to filter by store, Carter’s or OshKosh etc, I pick which one, pick which size / age group etc, but the results still leave me with every brand on the site and size and just all the things I specifically don’t want to see - which is what filtering is supposed to help. It’s so un-useful to me especially due to the favoriting error, because I cannot come back to things I like, and don’t want to stack them up in my cart just to delete some here and there and have to search them allover again later, that I end up using the browser. I was super excited to discover the Carter’s app, but after having it downloaded for only a couple weeks I’ve stopped using it. Hopefully there will be some good updates soon, but I’ve deleted it until then, because if all I can do is browse there’s no use keeping it around.

I love Carter’s esp the app! Easy 2 Use!. I love Carter’s esp the app bc I love to shop online! I love how they always have deals & they have a big selection! The app has worked great for me the only issue I am having is it’s not allowing me to put my address in for shipping. It says I have to put something in on the apartment # line... I don’t live in an apartment or have any type of # other than my normal address I have tried it more than 10x and it just wouldn’t work. So I bought online & picked up in store which that was super easy. Other than that nothing else is giving me issues. The #1 thing I LOVE is the rewards program. I get $10 off on purchases or other special offers which is awesome! Thanks!!! 💙🤍💙

Annoyed. So annoyed with this app. I love Carter’s. I got an email saying I would get a $10 reward if I downloaded and purchased off of the app. Well, that $10 isn’t worth it. I went to order, noticed the address was my address from 2 years ago(all the way across the country), that ive changed in the system, both online and in store. I went to back out and it said “thank you for your purchase”. I called to cancel and was told “I put in the request to cancel, but there is no guarantee, if it ships, call the carrier and refuse the package. When we get it back, then we will issue the refund. Not happy with this at all. Not worth the $10 reward I probably won’t even receive.

App always having issues. I love this app.. when it WORKS! I have tons of items in my cart and like to continue to add when they have sales/new items come out, but I ALWAYS get an error message when I want to add certain items to my cart. The item does not have a slash through it saying it’s out of stock in that size or anything. It just repeatedly says “error” when trying to add it to my cart. It is the most frustrating thing EVER because I LOVE Carter’s clothes for my little boy and my nephew, but the items I want to add simply won’t because of this constant error message!

Trustable. Since I am mom I started to buy here and I have always had an amazing experience. The quality of the merchandise is always unbeatable and today I experienced the customer service and it was five stars. I was very happy and satisfied with the person that attended my consult, she was capable to solve my problem. So carters for me is a excellent quality company that is aware of the clients with high quality products.

Scam. So I accidentally left my address in instead of inserting my granddaughter’s for the mailing address, where I intended to have it sent. I immediately realized my mistake and called the number provided to have the address changed before it was sent out. The person I spoke with asked for information about my credit card, which I gave. He then asked for an alternative debit card number, which I unwittingly gave. Then he asked me to listen to a short recording to which I was to answer yes. The audio asked permission to bill me for a recurring monthly fee. I finally realized this was a hoax, but double checked the phone number and it was the correct number given as customer service for Carters. I did get ahold of the actual customer service and was told they would get to the bottom of it and contact me within 24 hrs. That was several months ago. They just blew me off. I later found that my debit card was compromised and I had to fight the recurring charges and get a new card. Thanks for nothing carters

Glitchy. I love the concept of the app. Pretty straight forward. But the app is very glitchy. I was going through my basket and hearting everything so it would be in my hearts. A few things I clicked on would say please update variants. I’d scroll down and the size selector would be missing, even though a size was already selected in order for me to put it in my basket. Also when I first logged in and hit shop Carters, Baby Girl, it takes you to a long list of options pick say clearance, takes you to Oshkosh Clearance, click that and it takes you back to the begging. In order to look at anything I have to hit shop all of baby girl. But then baby boy items are showing up too, so then you have to do a gender filter. If you could iron out all the wrinkles this would be a great app. I guess I’m just going to have to shop the app on the computer because I do not have the patients to use the app. 🙁

What a nightmare!. Seriously worst app ever! I have shopped for my kids clothes at the Carters website ever since preg with my first one, (now 5). I was so excited for the app but never, not once was the app a breeze or shopping friendly compared to any other app out there. My cart gets cleared constantly. I am a mom of 3 and I betcha its not this mom that is the only one busy. I shop around and then go do something else...when I come back at. Ugh this time usually ready to check out my cart has been cleared. Another huge huge HUGE problem is my cart tells me some items are out of stock but it doesn’t show me which ones! How frustrating. And when I jump on my computer to see if there it will show me I get a “sorry for the inconvenience” to say the least I can’t even access my cart from the website. Seems I only can access my cart from the app. And when I try to check out it gives me a message of “product is out of stuck.” Just naming it like “product” like how in the world WIll i know wth “product” is???! Like it’s 2020! Get it together! Poured my money to Carters season after season. I just can’t no more. Going somewhere else to shop for our kids clothes. Have so much more to say but these are the major problems I’ve had . Angie C.

Horrible experience!!!. I was unable to get all of the items I wanted I store so I decided to purchase the remaining items online. That was a HORRIBLE mistake! I tried twice to pay using PayPal. Both times I received emails from PayPal saying that it was paid. And I received notifications from my banking account that it was charged twice! So my initial thought was that your customer service would be able to help clear this up. Again another huge mistake. I spoke with the first representative and she said she didn’t see any order. She then asked for my credit card information. I willing gave it to resolve this. She then said she had to transfer me to the sales department. I was then transferred to someone else. That person then asked for my card information again. By this point I was past frustrated. I told her what I had been though to place one order. Her reply was something like, “well I don’t see an order on here” and then silence. I told her to forget about. I then got off the phone and went back to the order. I put in my card information and was able to place my order for the third time! This is ridiculous!! I understand you cannot keep all items and sizes in store but it should not be this difficult to place an order. And if my bank account is truly charged three times I will be calling your inefficient customer service again! I hope I NEVER have to deal with your incompetent customer service again!!!!

Says gift card applies to order then charges credit card for entire amount. It took me 3 attempts to place an order using a gift card that was given to me for our new baby. I have shopped at Carter’s in store but this was my first experience buying online and I was NOT happy. I entered my gift card information and then placed my order, only to find out that they charged my credit card for the entire amount and did not apply my gift card. So I then had to call customer service to cancel my order so I could place the order again with the gift card. I placed the order again and even made sure the check out screen said my gift card was applied and it did. Boom, credit card once again charged for the full amount, so then I had to call customer service AGAIN so they could cancel the order AGAIN. Then the woman on the phone re-placed the order for me and applied my gift card. Third time is a charm I guess, but man didn’t think it would take me over an hour to place a simple order. Now I have $200+ pending on my credit card for the first two canceled orders that I am told will disappear from my statement…I’m hoping they actually do or I’m going to have to dispute it. Very frustrating!

New version/update is a nightmare. I’ve never written any review. Just does not want to waste my time but here after an update I cannot use the site. Seems they tried to make nice UI, but basically just killed functionality, added bad UX and good-looking navigation took third of my phone’s screen so user can see just 2 pics of products because of filters and manu which are jumping like crazy. Title of category takes too much space of the screen my iPhone 7 which does not make any sense. There is not user friendly products view when user scrolling 1 product for details, 1 of 5 tries I was not able to scroll down and had just buttons (add to cart and sizes) jumping up and down. I saw just stupid description where you cannot get useful info, nothing more (no features, fabric info and reviews). Cute design tended to minimalistic but turns to super inconvenient.

The app needs some fixings. I love carters but the app isn’t as convenient as it could be. For one, when you filter your search , it shows you items that are not in stock. Also, I use the curbside pickup option quite often , and I always have trouble clicking on the “on my way” button when my order is ready. The app will close or sometimes it just won’t show me that it processed that “I’m on my way”. This makes it difficult to know whether I have to or not call the store to let them know I’m there. I’ve also had technical difficulties at time of purchase, processing my payment. This happens whether I try paying with any of the options.

Love their products. The app is glitchy.. I love carter’s products. No other shoes fit my kid’s tall feet, they’re pajamas are the best, etc. I give them a low rating because the app is glitchy. When I try to shop via category, and select the type and gender, nothing loads. It’s just blank. I have to use the search bar, which is fine as long as I know the name of what I’m looking for, but I also kind of feel like I shouldn’t have to for a professional app. Maybe that’s entitled, but I guess I expected it to have been fixed by now. It’s been at least a year :/ still shop here almost exclusively for my babies!!

Needs improvement. I love Carter’s clothes and I would love to be able to use the app more, but it’s really inefficient. The sorting options are TERRIBLE - if I select 24M, for example, it appears to sort by any items that were *ever* available in that size. It’s super unhelpful for it to show me options that are no longer in stock and nothing is more frustrating than trying to add an item only to find out it’s available in every size BUT the one I filtered for. Other shopping apps are smart enough to filter for in stock items. I don’t know why Carter’s can’t do this. I also frequently get errors trying to add items to the cart - “oops this is out of stock!! This was so popular it sold out!” Great for Carter’s, but then why doesn’t it say that on the listing?? I understand they can’t pull everything from their site as soon as it sells out (they might restock, I get it) but it needs a label of some kind to keep me from wasting my time. Just mark it out of stock!! And sometimes it just says “unable to add to cart.” Overall I just wish this app was a little better considering what a huge brand Carter’s is.

Unexpected error. When I’m trying to place an order it always showing me as An unexpected error occurred and your order could not be submitted. I tried switching from pickup to Ship to home then also same error. My payment details, network connection and everything is correct and all the items are showing as available only. Not sure why? I’m frustrated because I want to make this shopping for Christmas and now this error happened. It should explain at-least why the error coming up while ordering. I like quality of Carter products but the online order through this app is not satisfactory. And this is not my first experience around 4 months back also I faced same that time I deleted few items from cart which are showing as available then I’m able to process my order. If the items are not available at-least it should give some hint which items are not available then customer can make a decision.

Editing Cart needs improvement. Being a sleep deprived parent, these notes below definitely need improvement when shopping for needing to shop for the now and near future. 1. If you’re buying multiple sizes of the same item, you see the item listed twice, but not what sizes for each item. It’s nice that you can change the sizes in the cart but if you accidentally update the wrong size, it combines with the other you had already in the cart. Then you run into the next issue listed… 2. Updating quantities in the cart - looks like you should be able to do that but you go to touch the + or - and nothing happens. Or if you are successful in getting the those buttons respond, the “Update” button doesn’t respond. E.G. if you put one too many in your cart, you have to delete it and go back to the item to re-add.

Love Carter’s, but annoyed with this app. I’ve shopped primarily carter’s since my son was born, I’ve been very loyal to carter’s, it’s literally pretty much all he’s ever owned. I use the “heart” feature on websites and put dozens of items in there, but the app doesn’t have the heart feature. That’s where I go when it’s getting close to a new season and I need to find cute things to buy him. I tried putting the items I love in the cart instead to come back to when I’m ready, and after a day or two, the cart was cleared. Due to this, for convenience, I’ve given the majority of my business to another children’s clothes company who’s app has the “heart” feature in it. (if there is a heart feature in the app, I’ve looked for months and can’t find it) PLEASE bring the “heart” feature over to the app.

Can’t add to my “hearts”. First, the way the app is set up, you can’t add an item to your hearts without clicking on each individual item and selecting a size first. Whereas, on the website you don’t have to do either of those things. Regardless of the extra steps, it doesn’t work anyway. I click on the size and click on the heart, and it fills in for a second (so I’m assuming this indicates it’s being added to the list) but then disappears. So it didn’t appear to be working. Assuming my hearts list would show items in the order I added them, I decided to go check to see if the item showed up. But the order of items is totally random and changes every time I click on my hearts list. I don’t want to scroll through every item to see if the one I just added is in the mix somewhere. Frustrating. This app is so cumbersome to use that it’s not worth having. Maybe it’d be worth it if I knew exactly what I wanted but I like to browse and this is not the place to do it.

So Frustrating. This app could use some changes. The cart doesn’t update if something isn’t available, and if anything is removed or changed (taking an item off, trying to use a coupon or discount, changing a shipping address, etc.) I always get an “unable to checkout” message. I have to close out and restart the app more than once during one simple shopping trip. And the “updating” cart takes too long, and guess what, hardly ever is the cart actually updated.

Outraged. My son just turned 2 and for one of his gifts he received a Carter’s gift card. I was originally ordering him a potty training toilet on the app, but they do not have the option to purchase with a gift card. I proceeded to order it from their online website and for whatever reason, they still make you put in your bank card information along with your CVV number. My card was charged instead on the gift card, so I called the number that was provided to get the payments sorted out before the order processed within the hour. I was on hold for OVER a hour! Which means my order had to be canceled just to find out the potty training toilet is no longer available!?! I am extremely upset and disappointed, because I was looking forward to him getting that.

Mostly good. I love Carter’s and I just recently started using the app. Noticed right away it runs smoother/faster than the website so that’s a plus. One down side! (I read a review about this from 2 years ago saying there isn’t a heart feature) there is a heart feature now but it does. Not. Work. Extremely frustrating. I’m logged in I click the heart and I check my favorites. Nothing. Would really love this fixed. Otherwise like the app.

Love the prices but I don’t like using the app. I have to go through the web browser because the app doesn’t work properly. There will be items I want and the right sizes available but when I click to add to cart it says sorry we are sold out. I’m not sure why it shows it’s still available if it isn’t. Sometimes I find things on the web browser that I couldn’t find on the app. Maybe a glitch with the app.

Rewards. My outfit was $20, my rewards are $20 but it would not let me submit an order so that my total balance was zero. It made me take away one of my rewards. What good are the rewards if you can’t use them like that? I received a response to my complaint and what do they want me to do? They want me to email them or call them explaining the problem. Excuse me, but I think I explained my problem in the first paragraph. Why do I need to do it again other than that you’re ignoring my issue and don’t want to explain why this happened.

FIX. love the clothes and everything but can ya’ll like fix the dang app? some clothes say they have more colors or pattern choices and then when you click on them there’s only one. when i try to change the size to the one i want, it changes the color/pattern automatically. there’s multiples of a lot of clothes & other items, for example the wooden ice cream set and to top everything off, i tried to make a purchase and it wouldn’t let me so now i can’t get the GIFT4YOU discount (25% off entire purchase) -sincerely a first time mother & a customer who would love to spend her money on your site 🤗

Mixed. Really like Carters clothes for my grandkids. Used to have a Carters credit card until they started claiming they weren’t receiving my payments on time. I always pay my balance and get the rewards, so the cc company wasn’t benefitting from me using the card. So they made it difficult. Now I don’t earn the rewards like I used to because of the lousy company that manages their credit cards.

Great brand for kiddos but no so great app!!. App is one of the worst for shopping. I’m a mother of two kids and I love shopping online for them. It’s very difficult to go to the store with two young ones. I’ve been a loyal customer to Carter’s since my daughter was born five years ago. Carter has one of the best quality clothes for kids. But I can’t say the same for this app. Ive tried using filter options to choose the size for my kids but it does not work. Even after the filter it still shows items that are not available in the size chosen and sometimes it even shows items that are not available at all. Please fix this issue because it is quite annoying to go through all of the items that are not available to me. Hence, I’ve stopped looking online for their clothes at the moment from Carter’s. I hope this issue gets fixed fast.

App Is Down. I just downloaded the app because my card came in the mail. I created an online account and tried logging into the app—it took my credentials, asked if I wanted notifications (which I answered) and then it asks if I want to enable my location. Anytime I try to answer (whether it be yes or no) the app freezes. If I close it, open it and try logging back in, the app won’t let me get past the credential screen. I’ve deleted and downloaded twice with the same problem. Not sure if there are bugs or it’s user error, but judging by the last couple reviews it sounds like it’s a bug.

Needs to be updated!. I love this brand, but the app however kept taking my items out of the cart when it would hit a certain number and that was so frustrating to have to go through everything again and again. I had to re add everything 5 times and I know for a fact their are some items I had picked in one order and couldn’t find again which is a bummer because I really liked those outfits. Overall I love this brand it fits my child so well, but the app is a no go for me which is why I gave it 2 stars. After trying to send my review after going through and paying it asked me for a nickname and literally has told me multiple errors for my nickname and i can only type on the top bar not the giant space below it. Overall the app needs to be updated!

Deals are good, app could use some work. Searches are a little difficult. To switch between shopping for pickup or shipping is not the most intuitive, and you can’t see if a particular item is available at your local store from the detailed item description— only from a search list of what is available at your store. Also, in a search list you can only choose one size at a time. If your child can use either a 4 or 5, and you search for either a 4 or 5, the app will say ‘0 items available.’ You have to run individual searches per size.

Great, but so many errors suddenly!. I’ve used this app many times with great success! Especially over the last 6-7 months, I can shop for my girls and never have to go into a store. It’s easy to search by size and style, from shoes to clothes and even masks. The last few days, I have been on able to add many items that I would like to my cart. I’ve also tried checking out without these items, and I’m unable to check out. A red bar with error! Keeps appearing when I attempt to do pretty much anything… I’ve already tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling - the exact same errors are occurring.

So much better than web version!. If you have small kids, then you know you are buying them clothes all. The. Time. And honestly, it isn’t as much fun as it used to be. This app is WAY better than the website; it loads about ten times faster and it’s super easy to filter results to find stuff that fits both my kids. Also a lot better than shopping in the store, because who has time for that? The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I couldn’t find an easy way to remove items from my cart? You can adjust the size and number of each, but I couldn’t see how I could adjust the number to 0 or “remove” if I changed my mind.

App autocorrected mailing address. The app autocorrected my mailing address numerous times when I was checking out an order. The order appeared to have the mailing address that I needed to get sent to me but upon checking emails that it’s being sent, it’s being sent to the wrong address. I had tried to contact representatives through the app and it’s not their fault that the package is being shipped to the wrong address. So now I have to pick it up at a different address which I find annoying. But the app can definitely fix the autocorrection to save someone else the headache, hassle and frustration that I’m currently going through.

Disappointed I couldn’t just use my rewards without spending more money. I had $20 worth of items in my cart, i also had two $10 rewards saved up. I’ve used them on orders before in store and on app and not had to pay a dime for my purchases. However, this particular year I have not in app any time I’ve tried the payment portion gives me an error as to suggest they’re was so error taking my payment like I had the wrong card info. I had to add an additional item I did not need for $6 just to check out. As a loyal card holder and rewards member I’ve always saved up my rewards for maximum savings and now it just seems like the company sees us consumers as nothing more then piggy banks. Some of us are stay at home moms and are happy to be able to get a few extra items at no extra expense. Just very disappointing.

App Issues/Clothes quality. I’ve been a Carter’s customer since 2010. And while I love the clothes for babies and tots, there are certain things I noticed don’t last for my older kids. Like the graphic tees. After the first wash they shrink. Also, I’ve been having this issue with the app for months now, where when I try to add an item to the cart it gives me an error message. So the only way to shop efficiently is with my laptop. I thought these updates that the app has every so often would fix the issue, but it hasn’t. Even with the update we had 6 days ago.

Keeps deleting everything I do!. If I heart something, within 3 seconds it "unclicks" itself, so I'm not able to save anything. So I decided to put stuff in my cart to just go ahead and buy...after a half hour of adding things to my cart, I go to see where my total is at and only 3 items that I had added 5 minutes prior to going to checkout were in there. So I went and added a few of the items that were removed (thinking maybe they went out of stock). Then when I went back to my cart, again only 2 items were in my cart. This happened about 3 months ago to me and I thought it was a glitch and would be fixed, but it has not. So after becoming completely frustrated with my waste of time, I opted to just go to a different online children's retailer to make my purchase. Love buying Carter's, however with 7 children, I don't have time to spare for the problems I'm having on here. Quite bummed and disappointed.😕

Pretty terrible app. Constant errors with cart. Difficulty removing items and failing to load cart. Logs me out constantly. So annoying when trying to shop with a baby in mY arms and having to input my password nine times after inexplicably getting logged out. This app stinks. I got it because the website also was terrible, and there was a little note on the site that said "shopping is better on the app!" And I was like cool because this website is terrible. Well, too bad because the app is worse. I didn't even talk about the inexplicable annoyance of clicking on an item of way 100 items and then to go back and have to scroll all the way down the list of 100 items to find your place. It's almost like they don't want you to buy anything by making it so Annoying to shop!

Frustrating App. Carter’s is a fine brand, and I’ve purchased many, many things from them in the past. However trying to use the app while I’m not comfortable shopping in person is really frustrating. The filters constantly don’t work. I’ll select a size to filter by and then half the items in the search are not available in that size. I find the app to be glitchy and inconsistent. It’s keeping me from finding what I’m looking for and buying.

Please fix. I regularly use the Carter’s app, but the latest updates have made it impossible for an existing account holder. When I open the app, it forces me through the sign up flow even though I already have an account. I get a message that says I must accept the terms and conditions with no way to actually accept them. There is a link to the terms, but that just takes me out of the app and to the website. I was ready to make a purchase via the app but now I can’t. Total show stopper!

Doesn’t work at all. Since the update, the app doesn’t even give the option to log in, only make a new account. I have an account, and you can’t get in to shop without either creating an account or being logged in, so the app is useless to me. It’s incredibly disappointing because I used the app all the time and it’s too much of a hassle to go to the website and have to log in every time to save things and see my rewards, etc, so I haven’t even shopped at Carter’s since this update screwed everything up.

Love, Love, Love 🥰. I’m a true Carters fan. I’ve been clothing my children & grandchildren in Carters clothes since birth. I love the quality of the clothes. Wash after wash and they literally never wear out. I always pass the clothes down to other family members when possible. As the old saying goes… 🎶“If they can just stay little til their Carters wear out”🎶

Not a fan of new app layout. I love shopping with Carter’s but the new app layout is not easy to shop with. When browsing through the items I can only see one town at a time and it takes forever. The title bar and filter section take up most of the top portion of the screen and the navigation bar takes up a good portion the the bottom of the screen. What I actually want to look at only has a small window to view in between these two. Please fix this! The old app layout was so much better!

Great when buying; horrible when returning. The app is great to buy new clothes and products. Sometimes the search and filters yield different results so I have to keep trying. Love that you can use Apple Pay now. What is horrible is making returns from the app. It takes you to the Carter’s site and then it’s doesn’t work. Hope future builds of the app makes it easier to do returns.

I wish Carter’s was like it used to be!. I wish things were like they used to be…when you could have a SALE price for even newly arrived items. It was lots more fun and incentivized your shopping. Now I just pass over all the newly arrived items because they are too expensive!! Also…I wish your kids clothes were as cute as they used to be too. I find myself going elsewhere more and more.

App needs work. I was excited to try out the Carter’s app, but twice now I have been unable to place orders using it. Even after triple checking each field, every time I select “place order” an error message comes up saying that my shipping address is invalid. I’ve tried both typing in my entire address and also selecting from the suggested address that pops up when I start putting in address details. With my last two orders I’ve given up using the app and switched to the website.

Slick way to shop 3 of my favorite brands. I am a working mom to a 2 year old boy who constantly keeps me busy! Being able to easily search what I’m looking for and see the full offering of my 3 favorite brands in 1 app is AMAZING! App doesn’t work. I love the clothes, but both the app and the website have not been working properly on my iPhone for a week now. I would like to place an order but I am unable to to due to the website and app not working right. When I login on line it acts like I am not logged in when I go to my shopping cart. I know I have items in my cart but they aren’t showing online. When I try to check out on the app the wheel just spins forever and never places the order after I verify my address and click place order.

Suddenly no access to credit card through app. I used to be able to access my credit card and make payments through the app but it seems that feature is gone. I’ve looked for another app but can’t seem to find one. I prefer card access through an app rather than having to go to a website, so I would love to see this feature added back.

Hands down all time favorite brand in baby clothes!. The material is what I love most, so comfortable on my 4 month old. The deals are always great! Every time I get an email it’s always something more than 30% off! Another plus is when signing up with them they always send coupons and being a new mommy, I am so here for that! Completely affordable and so worth every penny! My family loves Carter’s!

Disappointed. I love Carter’s and loved the app. I recently ordered an item off the app and am currently waiting to receive it. However, I can’t check my order status via the app or do anything on the app because I can’t login through the it. I keep getting treated like I’m creating a new account and then given an error message. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as turning my phone on and off. I’m not sure what else to do other than to bring the issue here and hope to get it resolved.

Love. Carter’s has always been one of my favorite places to shop! They make it SO easy to get so many good deals and opportunities to earn rewards and points of next orders. The customer service is awesome and I love using the app Vs going into the store because you can literally see the savings and watch it all fall off on the app! I haven’t had any problems with this app and continue to love it.

Alright, but it works. Having growing kids I use this app a lot. I prefer using apps because it easily saves your login. However, it can be buggy. It often grays everything out and I have to shut it down and restart. It’s a small thing but annoying. I don’t wanna mark it down a ton cause it seems like it’s just a bug, and it isn’t that big of an inconvenience. Just an observation.

Not as good anymore. This app is not as good as it once was before they completely changed the interface. I no longer have the ability to make a favorites folder of things I want. My points are never accurate in the app and always say “1” when I know it should be way more. I earned a $10 reward that somehow disappeared and then magically reappeared. Overall, it just doesn’t work as well and as smoothly as the other app once did. I love to shop Carter’s and the app being user friendly is very important!

Needs improvement. I uploaded this thinking it would be easier. Most everything went normally until i started the checkout process. As i go thru the steps, if i moved past a step and had to go back, this app drops your other selections so when you have corrected what they ask for, hit submit, you receive another error message. Fix that one and it drops other selections. I went thru correcting 4 times. The stars are only for the shopping part; checkout would receive one star.

Needs an Upgrade. I love Carters and the app is very user friendly but is in need of an update. For the past month (currently March, 2022) Pages won’t load you can’t click on anything and I constantly have to delete and reload the app on my phone. I did a quick search on the web and saw that many others are having the same issue. Hopefully an update coming soon! :)

It use to work great. I’ve had this app for almost a year now and it use to work great with no problems at all, until recently. If I want to browse through specific sections it won’t let me! It just keeps leading be back to where I first started. Ex( click on carter’s, select baby boy, select new arrivals, takes me back to Carter’s tab) It’s extremely annoying so I have to delete the app and reinstall it. Sometimes that doesn’t even work! I’ve updated the app as well so I believe that’s a glitch on their end.

Great app but it’s not working!. I’ve been trying to use the app the past two months but the items won’t add to cart the heart function won’t work. I don’t know why this is happening. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it but still isn’t working. I love this app and it’s how I’ve done 90% of my shopping and have only had a couple problems. But this one is making me shop other stores because I can’t use the app.

Order tracking not available…. The app would be perfect if like other apps and companies would allow you to track your order. This app only allows you to see whether the item has been shipped or not. I would like to see the transit/route of where my package is, so I know when to expect delivery. Other than this issue, no complaints. I hope they can fix this since they are such a big company.

Terrible!. Review update (10/18): reading the info for the app says that you can scan items in store. Where is that functionality? Can’t seem to find that... This new update is pretty bad. Rewarding moments tracking isn’t even accurate. If it takes 150 points to get a reward, why is it tell me that I have 50 points (which isn’t even accurate) and I’m only 50 points away from a $10 reward, that would mean it’s 100 points to get a reward instead of 150, which isn’t correct. App also keeps force closing and logging me out.

This new site is not user friendly and needs work!. The site lacks a menu which is the first thing that makes it terribly non-user friendly. The. when I scrolled ALL the way to the bottom to look at pants I clicked on the icon and literally no pants were returned in the search. That’s new news to me that Carter’s doesn’t sell any kids pants! I feel bad when a company spends so much money on an app upgrade and receives something this bad! Then again it’s not like they didn’t get to preview it before they released it.

App isn’t user friendly. I really like the quality of Carter’s clothing for kids. Have been looking for durable & cute undies & socks that were in stock for pick up & this app helped, but was it was not easy to view descriptions or reviews in app. If you touch the screen in the wrong area, it just goes between the picture to the top of the description but you can’t read the rest of the description or reviews. I haven’t found the magic spot & gave up. Just ordered, but am happy with purchase. Placing order for pickup & actual pickup in store was easy.

new update messed up application. before update, i was able to be SIGNED IN carters all the time, browse through the application with no interruptions, now application fails to load what i have in cart, in favorites, and even fails to let me see my past orders, my reward points, and whenever i favorite a item, it doesn't appear on favorites. so much problems with this update!! if this continues, i will have to uninstall the app. i sure hope carters read this, and fixes the errors with this update.

Online ordering. I absolutely love ordering from Carters online. They have the best sales and long lasting clothing. I order clothes for my 2 year old grandson on a regular basis, in fact I only order his clothes from Carters since my first order placed a year and half ago. I place every order with standard shipping and my order is always delivered before the expected date!

Mobile app. The mobile app needs improvement seriously always have a problem every time - it’s not convenient at all I have an app I can’t not order from and cannot get information from If I need to order something most times I have to go to the store to purchase because I cannot access perk and rewards and get disappointed because the items online are not in the stores

Overpriced and hard to navigate site. I do not know when Carter’s became so expensive! This used to be my go to for my kids but the prices have gotten crazy I’ll only shop sale items or clearance but it limits my options ,also the recent update to the app does not have the carters credit card on it’s so checking your balance or making payments has become an issue. Ease of shopping isn’t there either.

Horrible. Needs to be fixed ASAP. It just took me over 20 minutes to place an order. When finally getting to the checkout screen it is near impossible to apply any coupon codes. If you are lucky enough to get one to apply, it takes several minutes to process. Getting to the final page is a nightmare. Have to confirm shipping/billing address several times and then there are issues with the credit card security codes. I will be deleting this app and ordering straight from the website from now on.

App has its flaws. It’s a good convenient way to shop Carters/OshKosh but the app doesn’t show the entire stock like the website does which is disappointing because I would like to see all my options in the app. The App also has issues with applying promo codes. I always have to switch the the website and re-select all my items just to get the discount. In all, it takes the convenience of having the app away and takes me longer to shop so I might as well shop online.

Don’t use. This is an awful app. I’ve tried many times to process my order with Apple Pay and it keeps charging me for the order but at the end it says, sorry there was an error and it does not reimburse me. It holds my moment and it redeem my rewards without me getting anything, now I’m out $18 cash and $40 rewards. I tried to pay with a different payment method and it does not allow me to add a card. Don’t use it, you will loose your money here. I’m not sure how I will get my money back and with this economy, being out $18 is a lot!!! Don’t use it

Can’t complete purchase. Navigating this app to shop was really easy. However it won’t allow me to add a payment method to complete my purchase. Every time I try to save the card it gives an error message. I’m also using a carters gift card for part of my purchase and for some reason it won’t allow you to use Apple Pay or PayPal along with a gift card. I tried messaging support which was a very unhelpful automated response. Never thought it’d be this hard to give someone my money lol

Still had some bugs. When I get to the payment screen and try to pay with Apply Pay it just keeps saying “something went wrong, try again.” No matter what card I try to use in my apply wallet I keep getting the same error. Very frustrating. Please fix this issue.

I love carters but hate the app. Everytime I put a curbside pickup order in I have issues. This last time everytime I click on the I am on my way button the whole app closes out. The time before that I was able to click on something saying I was waiting outside and no one ever came out. Also I got my order and it was missing an item. Carters is favorite clothing store for my boys but the terrible app is a big turn off as I do all of my shopping online. Please take a look at the app and fix the bugs.

Love the store hate the checkout process. The store is wonderful, the prices and clothing quality is excellent. The checkout process is the absolute worst thing I’ve ever experienced. Tonight I spent two hours trying to checkout, it either tells me my address is incorrect or won’t accept my payment method. I literally spent two hours entering the same info over and over before it finally worked. Super disappointing. I’ve shopped with Carters and been a rewards member for 12 years now and never I’ve I had so many issues with checking out until I started using the app to make my purchases.

Can’t Remove From Cart?. The app is nice, but I can’t remove anything from my cart. I’m not sure if my app is currently just messing up or it’s a design flaw. I added two of the same item, and I don’t need two so now I’m unable to place an order through the app. Otherwise five stars!

Very badly created app. The app is really full of bugs. For example I have a order placed and it’s on its way but it won’t show up in the order history. If u had bought things they will still be there in the shopping cart. Then it ask for location tracking all the time. Why do U need my location even when I am not shopping. It’s ok to track location when i have the app opened but not always. The UI is good but again the search algorithms r poor and don’t show all items. The app also crashes all the time and had lots of memory leaks issues

Consistent long term issues still not fixed. The same issues have persisted on this app for at least a year, and it’s not even worth having as a customer. From the time you log on it’s frustrating until you give up, or redo whatever progress you thought you made in the app, on the website or in store. Super disappointing as anyone who is here loves the three brands merchandise. The app is an awful experience and should really be focused on improving as this is the day and age we are in.

Crashing but charging my account. Every time I’ve tried to place an order (4 times now), the cart crashes and a pop up appears that says my order is unable to be placed, giving me no reason why. The biggest issue I have with this is that my account is still showing up with pending charges from Carters! The charge stays for about 5 days and disappears, but I still have to have that money in my checking account until it goes away. Very disappointed and super annoying.

Poor app version. This app has less versatility for things that I can look up and filter. It also shows me an abundance of items that are out of stock online, which is how I’m trying to shop atm. The items I was looking for showed up because they are available in some stores, maybe. Well I didn’t get on the app to shop in stores. If I wanted to shop in-store I would go do that. I’m trying to buy stuff from my app, and everything I try to add to my cart is out of stock online. This app was heavily downgraded from the last version.

My cart keeps emptying. I love this app! Except every once in a while it completely empties my cart. I have been building a cart so that I could purchase my items when the best sales came along. I have certain things I want. Over the past 2 weeks my cart has emptied spontaneously at least 10 times. How frustrating! Now I have to put stuff back in my cart. Find all the cute stuff I found before but then before I can find everything again my cart empties itself.

Error with last orders placed. The last 2 orders I placed in the app did not go through. After the last order (mid Jan), I actually got an email regarding my order with an order number, money was deducted from my gift card, rewards gone, follow up emails about items shipping soon… but no order showed up in my account. When I finally followed up on it a few weeks later, the customer service rep told me my order did not go through and actually said I shouldn’t use the app to place orders. So ridiculous. I missed out on really good deals due to these errors.

App Glitch. Tried to place online order on app before 25% coupon expired and my $10 rewards expired and during last step of hitting place order, pop up stating, order could not be completed. Attempted check out again and gift card balance would not show and $10 rewards disappeared. Called and was helped with all three issues, gift card reimbursement, $10 rewards reinstated, 25% coupon provided but it takes 3-5 days for gc and rewards so had to order now anyway so that my items in my card were not sold out.

App gives error when trying to apply coupons. The app is wonderful overall! Very easy to use and keeps all my shopping and Carter’s Credit Card access together in one place! My only complaint is that coupons never work in the App. I always have to go on the website if I have a coupon to apply and then it works! Love shopping at Carter’s!!

The place to shop for baby. Been a carters fan since my daughter was a baby and that is 34 years ago. Now, for my grandson I can’t stay off this site! Clothes are of beautiful quality and wash so well. He lives in the onesies ( as my daughter did lol). As a grandma and a mom I recommend this company and site.

Good but still needs improvements. Once the items have been hearted it should be possible to change the size before adding it to the cart. This way it would be a breeze to shop online right from the app and not have to go to a desktop to have a clearer view of things. I’d shop more often if I could easily order from the app.

Carters. While trying to place an order today, no matter what I did, it kept repeating all the checkout questions. “Please select a shipping method”, “please select a payment method” etc. after selecting all the methods and clicking “checkout” the app kept looping me back to the same checkout questions that have already been answer a dozen times. Very frustrating. While all the selections and sizes were available it made for a frustrating end to my online shopping experience.

Horrible!. This app update is horrible! No descriptions on any of the clothing items - just price. It no longer indicates if an item is offered in multiple colors when you are searching. The search feature is just plain weird. You have to log in just to be able to view their items. Whoever developed this clearly doesn’t have kids because it is so time consuming to view their items and impossible to shop. Instead of being greeted with today’s sales/promos you get a picture of a kid with the search bar on top.

Unsatisfied. I order clothes on Carter's app and I got 2 pairs of jeans and a shirt for a Christmas gift. I paid for the items I had selected and then the next morning I got an email that Carter's had removed one of my items even though they had the item I had wanted. I called Carters to complain and no one answered for me. I was only given half of my order. I was counting on carters to follow thru and give me the order I asked for. I can't go to the store and complain because I'm an ups driver and I'm at work all-day delivering everyone else gifts. I will never order online from carters.

Frustrated with the update. I’ve been using this app for over a year without problems until recently. The newest update is frustrating! I have to use the online store instead because things that I have “hearted” do not show up on the app but are on the website. Now, some clothing is visible but not everything and I’m not sure what’s going on. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the app hoping it was just a glitch but it did not help.
