Blind Chick’s View. Sadly I didn’t even get past Intro cause before getting a number you have to agree to be charged after 3 days &. As a totally blind person I’m not agreeing to be charged when I don’t know how to maneuver around the app yet. It can take days to locate the settings to unsubscribe due to interface that isn’t accommodating to all! As a human I find it utterly insane to pay $13 for a app service when I pay $14 to my fully functional local cellphone provider. Didn’t make the cut!

Excellent. I love that they have the option of paying as you go instead of a monthly charge. The customer service is excellent- there was some sort of error in payment (possibly having to do with routing PayPal through Apple Pay?) and customer service replied immediately and voluntarily opted to give me double the credits I paid for to make up for the inconvenience. So nice of them! I had to change my number because of a lady who would not respect my wish for her to text instead of call. She used to leave me tons of voicemails. I tried YouMail, which stopped the mail, but her number was unidentified so she could still ring me at any time of day multiple times. Now I gave her this number, and she is not able to call me at all, but we can still be in touch in case I need to tell her something.

“Sent” feature has disappeared. After this last update, my messages don’t state that they have been “sent” like they used to. Frustrating when you’re needing to get important information to someone and don’t know if it was sent or not. I’ve loved this app from the moment I downloaded it, but the disappearance of the simple “sent” is disappointing.

MyFavoriteburnerapp. This app is awesome and not as expensive as some of the other apps of the same type,..it’s nice to be able to give your number out to people without actually giving your number to them ,…lol,..I don’t know what else to say except that if you have people you need to be in contact with but want to limit their ability to contact you this is the APP to have in my opinion!Keep up the good work guys I hope to see many more apps from you guys in the future,… Sincerely ,DiscreetDad

The app logged out my account and I have no access to it back. It’s a cool app but I just switched of my location and tried getting it on back, after that I tried to check the app and it keeps being blank and showing nothing. I am a subscriber and I hope this gets well taken care of now and get my account restored back .

The texting app that won’t let you text!. Been buggy from the start. Text taking hours and sometimes days to SEND. Constantly asking if I want notifications. Now every time I try to send or answer a text it tells me I can’t send more than one text per one second. Very frustrating. Even after several attempts at pressing send waiting a few seconds trying it again, same message. Canceled subscription

Awesome app!. This is definitely handy to have, it works as a real phone number and it’s worth it to invest your money for better service offered by the app. It’s pretty easy to navigate around and you get notifications as if it were your actual phone number and it allows you to block numbers that you’re not familiar with so it’s a plus for me. I recommend this to anybody!

Lack of professionalism, unreliable service. I had this service for about 2 years and after resetting my phone, I lost access to my number. I emailed customer support from September 2023 and didn’t get an answer until today. I sent numerous emails, tried to restore my account. But no response until today. They were unable to help me. The whole point of having this second number was to receive important text messages , lost access to accounts , this service was a complete waste.

I recommend this application. Only down is I most check on it constantly because my phone do not ring when I get a text. I check my settings but still don’t ring and only receive messages. I thought I would be able to talk. But it does the job.

Don’t get this app.. Don’t get this app. It tried to take my money. And it didn’t even reward me with coins. It said there was an “error” and then kept my money. Like what is that?? Get your app together and fix this. I’ve been to hades and back with apple support dealing with this. They fixed it. And this app had the nerve to charge me again over 2 weeks later after I Deleted it. Because it felt it didn’t get “its money” after it falsely took it in the first place. I wasn’t even gonna write a bad review until this second situation happened. Do not get this app. Pranking on texts is not worth it. I wish there was a 0 out of 5 stars rate option. Forget 1. Thank you.

April Fools. So I downloaded this app to play an April Fools Prank on my husband. It worked perfectly and I definitely had him fooled. You get a three day trial which I forgot to cancel. But getting my refund was easy and Aaron from Customer Service and Ted from Apple Support were helpful in make that process seamless. It was fun while it lasted. Definitely an app I would pay for eventually when having a second number on one phone is needed.

Receive texts from computer generated platforms. Skype was no help in my recent need for texting sent from a computer instead of a phone. This works! A bit pricey but I can also send pics although only one in trial mode and only 2 numbers before it asked for me to pay.

Great app. I found this app to be exactly as advertised and be very competitive (price wise) with apps on a similar platform. I have yet to experience any technical issue and am certainly willing to recommend this product to others.

Glad I found this.. I am so thankful I found this app. I love being able to text with out the worry of someone having my phone number that I preferred didn’t. It is also useful to keep the text trash and unwanted calls away. So when a number is requested I just enter this one and put text only. I wish I had this years ago.

BEWARE!!!!. Downloaded the app, quickly decided it wasn’t what I thought, then found out I subscribed to their $14/month subscription!!! Quickly tried to cancel all of this and submitted a request for refund with Apple (within 5 minutes of figuring out the subscription was processed). Got a reply to my request today saying “this product is not eligible for a refund!” BEWARE! Shady practices. This app is confusing and makes you pay, accept a 3 day trial or NO OTHER OPTION! What if you want NONE of those?

Great backup line for business. I prefer not to give my personal cell phone to all of my clients if I can avoid it. I am happy to have a back up number that my customers can reach me on via text, after office hours, in case of emergency.

Unreliable!. I’ve noticed that the developer has not commented on complaints of messagesSent but not being received. Before I send a message out I’ll text my own number to test it. It has usually worked but this evening although I sent a message to myself 4 hours ago, I still have not received it so I am assuming that my other messages to other numbers have not been received. Too buggy! Can the developer come in on this please? I have read on other reviews that there is sometimes a 24 or more hour delay. Unacceptable.

Not great. Pay 15$ a month for “unlimited” and I keep getting a “error you’ve sent more then 200 messages a day “ pop up that won’t let me send any more. Also if someone sends you several pictures at once like say they click 4 pictures you only receive one. All videos received are also blurry

Paid for services not received. Now on multiple occasions I’ve paid for a number change and then when it’s time to choose the new number it says no numbers are available at this time. So they took my money and never let me go any further than that

Omg it’s horrible. Worked great for the first week or so and then no one was getting my messages and then when they did arrive, guess when they did..? A day later!! A DAY LATER!!!!! And sometimes more than a day later, And thrown mixed in with other messages I had sent. And they have the audacity to charge 13 bucks a month for unlimited texting..? And u can’t even receive videos. Trust me this app will cause problems between u and the person your texting as they yell at you bc they think your not responding to their text when you have. I have still tried giving the app a chance to work to see if maybe it was a glitch? No it’s gotten worse. You can’t send messages longer than 2 sentences if you want them to receive it and that is if YOUR LUCKY!

Review. I’d give this a 5 star but i continually keep having it freeze up on me! This started happening a few months ago and hasn’t stopped. Sometimes it says wrong passcode. Sometimes it’s a blank screen. Now it’s just not doing anything but saying check the internet connection! Everything is working fine but this app. So apparently it’s some glitches needed to be fixed. I hope soon because I’d hate to cancel my subscription. I

Great app, I feel safe. I got this app because as a manager I don’t feel comfortable sharing my number with people who I don’t know if I’m going to hire or not yet, I feel safe knowing that they don’t have my person number but I can still contact them. After I hire them THEN they get my actual number 👍🏻

Ease of for 2nd Text. I have been using this for some time now and have had absolutely no issues with its functionality. The only problem I I encountered was the time between sent text messages. They give you one minute between messages. However, I did notice this morning I was texting rapidly and had no issue. So I’m thinking they take an average of a certain number of texts sent. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for private texting. One other thing, the app does not use SMS to text so they do not show up in your bill.

Not reliable. Do not use this!!. I do every update (which are pretty regular) and have used this app for months. I just keep using it despite the errors, but today is the last straw. It’ll successfully send many texts then suddenly stop and you have no idea. So you think the other person got it and they think you’ve ghosted them. Sometimes it’ll send the text a week later which really confuses the other person. Today it smashed together a text I had sent last week with the second half of a text I sent right now… making me look crazy. I don’t see how an app that charges a monthly fee can mess up this bad on the regular.

Convenient. I am a doctor and sometimes trying to return calls are difficult because of schedules. By texting the patients gets my message and they acknowledge but they cannot keep my cell phone number. They used to do that and the call me directly on my cell if they had questions. Very helpful in keeping my privacy.

Can’t receive phone number verification texts/calls during free trial. I don’t understand the point of a free trial if you can’t verify that number. I’m not using this app for some weird personal vendetta which requires that I disguise myself…I’m using it with the intention of having a phone number that I can use for my contact information for certain apps or subscriptions…but then can’t receive the verification text unless I cancel my free trial and pay $14…that makes no sense to me..how can i decide if I like the app enough to pay for it (which is what the free trial is typically offered for) if I can’t even use it…

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This app has by far the worst customer service ever known to existence. I purchased a subscription and yet there was times where my messages would not send at all. I would have to wait until the next day for it to send or it would just say “Error 37. Contact support for more information.” And so I do that. The only way you can contact support is through email. NO PHONE NUMBER OR ANYTHING. So while I’m in the middle of an important conversation I have to wait for an email which takes about a day. This has been happening to my account back to back three times. And twice in one day and it’s so frustrating. There’s no number. No solution. And it just keeps happening. And I spent $13 on this app. Don’t waste your money it’s not worth it AT ALL UPDATE IT HAPPENED AGAIN. SO THIS IS FIVE TIMES. THIS IS INSANE

Misleading. I downloaded this app based on the pay as you go feature as opposed to needing to be a contract membership. I rarely need a phone that can receive text numbers and thought this would be perfect for me. I was wrong. The credits are basically worthless without the subscriptions because no one can text you (even though it says inbound calls are free). I am very disappointed and customer service simply tried to upsell me a subscription (which would still leave me with useless credits) as a solution to my problem. Very disappointed.

Support. Support is virtually nonexistent, I have sent email requests over and over and over and over again, occasionally I get a first response saying someone will get back and help me, no one ever has, one person told me oh no we respond to all requests I responded back to him and never heard another word from him, sent multiple messages to him never got back, never resolved my problem, I have switched to A different app I had used this one a number of years with no problems, but when I did have one no one would assist me.

Great app. It’s easy to use and it’s only $13 a month for unlimited. It gives you the option to choose your own number and it gives you a second random free number. There’s no ads and I haven’t had a problem with any texts going in or sending out. Awesome app.

Looks just like real texting!!!!. I loved this. I have a 5-year-old I tutor and he gets bored easily. I convinced him that my dog would come if he did his work. My dog was coming anyway w my husband to pick me up. He didn’t believe me I used this app to make it seem like my dog was texting me he fell for it!!! He does his wrk quickly now.

Loved App Until Recent. This has been an awesome app. Until the past couple weeks. There are times when messages send just fine. I’m having a conversation. Next thing I know friends telling me they’re not receiving messages. I send test messages to my phone. And they don’t come through. A few hours later the problem seems to have resolved. App works fine a few hours or days and then the same problem. I’ve corresponded with the creators. They have been responsive. Tell me everything looks good on their end. But the problem continues. I don’t know how to fix it. Any recommendations to another more reliable texting app?

Great service!. We use this app for a textable business number and it works great! Customers can text or send images (I wish they could send video) to the number and our employees can all see the message come through and read the conversation. It’s a fraction of the price as other texting apps and it’s simple! I had a small issue and they responded with in minutes and fixed it without a problem. Use this app!

excellent app. Super easy to use and aesthetically pleasing layout. Terms were made clear in the beginning and all the information needed to use this app was easy to access, clear and concise. I did not end up using the app but I feel it would have been great if I did. Customer service reps were quick to answer and extremely helpful. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Top Notch Customer Service. I am leaving this review for the customer service more than the app. I only used the app one time and it does exactly what you would expect it to do. The only thing I did not like is it was not clear that I had somehow signed up for a monthly subscription that automatically charged my card $9.37 each month. I didn’t realize it until I had seen this random charge appear on my transaction history. I emailed the company to dispute the charge and they were AMAZING! They responded to my complaint very quickly and reimbursed me in a timely fashion. Please give these people a raise!!!

ABOVE AND BEYOND !!!. With the holidays here, I was using this app to text a family regarding gifts for their kids , well when I didnt make payment for subscription, I lost contact info of the other person. I know I know , I should’ve saved their contact but I failed to do that. Well I messaged customer service and they went above and beyond to help me recover my old message thread and sure enough .... I found contact number and now we are delivering gifts to the family tomorrow as scheduled !!!! Excellent customer service. So awesome. Thanks again !!!

So tired of these pay-to-use apps. This app is actually well put together and very useful. That is, it would be if you didn’t have to PAY TO USE IT!!!! Technically you can send texts free, but you can only send a limited number. And the price for unlimited use is RIDICULOUS!! Plus, I got the free trial just to see if it was worth buying. The free trial was also LIMITED and stopped working after I sent like FIVE texts!!! I don’t recommend downloading, unless you’re prepared to spend a ridiculous amount of money on something that’s kinda dumb in the first place.

Great app. I like the idea of having a second number if you don’t want to give out your real number. So you can’t be bothered with solicitors or maybe you meet somebody and you want to give them a number but you don’t really want them to have your real number. I think it’s a great idea can even share pictures and it’s free. That’s great🥳

Awesome App!. If someone has blocked you cause they don’t want to hear it from you then this is a great way around people blocking your number! You can finally get the last word in for the argument and it goes through every time! Thanks to this app, now I got to tell my ex wife what I really thought about her cheating on me with someone in my bed! 😁

Safe life saver. Great for businesses, great for pranks, great for safety in a world where you can not trust even your so called friends. After just getting out of an abusive relationship I was terrified to answer my phone I didn’t want to give my number to anyone because I was afraid it would get back to him. Using this app gives me the security snd the technology for me to remain anonymous! Thee as bad for giving me my safety shielded cloak of invisibility!!

Deleted other itunes account because of this app. This app is a scam. Please do not download it for your own sake. I downloaded this app and did the free trial. I then cancelled bc it wasn’t what I needed, no big deal. But then it charged the $15 for the subscription even though I cancelled. Apple support fixed this and then a couple weeks later, the app charged me again. I decided to cancel that debit card and delete my old iTunes account because I did not want to be scammed out of anymore money. I have used hundreds, if not thousands of apps, and this is the worst one I have ever used by far.

Download this app!. I’ve really enjoyed having this app, it has been very helpful for a work phone number I’ve had no problems with it and I’ve tried multiple different apps! I definitely recommend this one, it’s worth the few dollars a month!

Great app, GREATER support.. The app does exactly what it claims to do- it’s really easy to use and it doesn’t have the annoying tag on it like other text apps. I like it, but I LOVE the customer service. It was surprisingly easy to get in touch with someone to help me when I switched phones and thought I lost my number. It was fast and the agent was friendly.

Great texting app. I’ve been using this app for a couple of weeks and I really enjoy being able to use it for sending a Texting number to people I don’t know very well rather than giving them my real phone number.

🤘🏽🔥. This app literally works perfectly. I needed to text someone without using my actual phone number, and it worked without a hassle at all. Easy set up, easy use.., you get 3 days free right when you first choose your new number to text from, and although it’s 14 bucks a month after those initial 3 days to keep it going, depending on what you need it for, it’s not a terrible price considering the app works great with no problems. It’s like having 2 phones in 1 to text!

Great app and great customer service!. Great app! I tried to use it to prank my siblings, but it was April 1st so they were on to me. While this is a good app, I did run in to a problem when trying to buy more credits. That wasn’t too big of an issue though; I just contacted their customer service and they gave me twice the credits I had originally purchased as an apology for the hassle. Overall great app and great customer service.

App is extremely useful. I use the app to text applicants from my job to verify they are interested prior to calling. I find that just calling people directly I am sent to voicemail often or their voicemail isn’t set up. So now I just text them to verify and have them respond with an appropriate time to call, it has made my life so much easier.

This is the one!. 8 installs and over $100 later, I find this app! I wish it was the first one I seen. Beats any other, hands down! They monitor EVERYTHING so be sure to read before installing but no complaints!

Service is No. 1. In dealing with a company, the product is important, and so is the service. This is a good product. And I had an issue adding credits to my app. The service team addressed the problem swiftly and fairly.

Notifications. I used to receive notifications, I have not changed anything settings and all settings are enabled, however I am not getting any notifications or alerts when I have new messages

Jade custom. This app has been very helpful in more than one way keeping things private and actually catching my girlfriend of 4 years cheating apparently I’m the only one who never new go figure

I only needed this for a day. I only needed a fake temporary number for one day so I agreed to sign up for the free trial and then all of a sudden I get a notification saying limit reached to continue conversation pay for subscription. I had to pay $14 just to finish my conversation even though I never used the app again after that day. I could’ve just choose an actual FREE app .

Definitely recommend in a break up!. My girlfriend broke up with me and kept blocking my number. Little did she know I was going to download a app that can do the ole switch a roo on her. Long story short she thought I was psychopath because of this app! 😂

Went blank on me doesn’t work anymore. This app does not work absolute waste of money and now I don’t know how to cancel my subscription with them because it’s just a blank screen!

So far so good. I like that it doesn’t look fake when the other person receives it however I do not like when you search the number, it proves as spam. I also wish it didn’t cost to use it, at least not so much monthly but I guess it’s worth it!

A waste. To be honest I don’t really get it I couldn’t even find where my number was and maybe I’m just stupid but you have to pay for most things and I checked the reviews and the developer replies and it said I can decline the offers but scrolling down and clicking ignore offer end it worked but obviously I could not find where they were supposed to tell me my number or if I was supposed to create a number

Request for free texting. Texting should be free that’s what the app is mainly about now that the credits are gone the app is pointless and no one likes to keep spending money on things like that and they can just use there normal number not saying it’s a horrible app just saying it’s hard to use when you broke🤷🏾‍♀️

Was a paid member for 3 years, everything was fine- it did what is advertised….until they just got rid of my number one day, causing me to lose a bunch of business contacts with ppl and they could do nothing abt it. Blank screen! App off line. Why when I open the app in the recent weeks it’s a blank white screen and tells me the app is offline??? What’s going on?

Finally texting. Looked and looked for an app that would work on my iPad. Found this one and so far it’s working for me. Still have some things to figure out but I’m satisfied at this point.

just a question. if i send someone a message from my contacts, does someone as the same icloud as me see the person replying or only ME and i recommend make it offline i woild love it more

Needs tweaking. Every time there’s an update, something else messes up. It’s been awhile since I had the number keypad when I’m entering the phone number in that box. PLEASE FIX THIS! It would also be helpful if the conversation history displayed as soon as I type in the phone number.

These fckrs. “Contact us through the app” you don’t have that feature you have a support tab that directs me to your Facebook page and to email you which I’ve already done and not heard back. These guys a shady😡🤬 Got a hold of support they emailed me and now nothing it’s been six days and they are still “fixing the issue” so I’m paying for something I can’t use and support is giving me the run around it seems.

Best burner app!. Literally the best burner phone app. Love the user interface. I just wish it was more cost effective and allowed for free calls, especially given the subscription cost.

2nd number. It’s a cool app you can’t call it’s solely for text but if you’re needing something to keep business meetings or text people only have the numbers to it’s pretty cool just needs a way to call

Review. I needed something where my phone wouldn’t constantly ring all night long. With this app it’s a completely different phone number and you can turn it on or off.

Would be better with notifications. I’ve been using this app for my business for a few years now and it’s very frustrating that although enabled, I do not receive any notifications for incoming messages. I have to check the app multiple times a day just to ensure I haven’t missed anything from customers.

Would not get. Okay so I’m busy and can’t do a lot. I’m not gonna pay to have a phone number!!!!! So if you don’t wanna pay for a phone number like me I don’t think you should download! I am gonna get a heart attack of all the money I spend but if you don’t mind paying go on ahead besides that the app is great! So if you don’t mind that I would get this!

I want to text my friend but can't because the second you enter the app it says you need to buy a free trial and there was no way to X out the only way Was too leave the app you should not waste your time and storage with this app if you desagree that's fine I respect everyone's opinion and don't want to be a mean person From your friend

The Professional App, Must have App.. Wow, I found myself on the go constantly. A friend of mine works on the 3rd floor in Research, and Development Tech Dept. I test his prototype tech gear and software/apps, also, I am a prototype tester, and developer , with a huge client load, I needed a new number for an extra phone,, and I find this service very fast, and Professional Service!!!!!

Great App but.... I got this app and tried it out because of all the great reviews. It said that I had 3 credits. I sent my main number a text to test if it worked; I went to my messages and it worked, but when I went back to the app, it said I had 2 credits. The app says inbound calls are free, and I’m in the US, so I don’t understand why it charged me a credit. I’d happily give this app 5 stars if it wasn’t for this.

Need to rectify a lot. I mailed your support but no reply, how nice it would be if you have a version that works on windows7 and sometimes it ask to check network connection. Can you look into this and resolve it?

Dependable. Very useful for a second number to handle business without giving your personal number.

Great Developement!. The developers of this app got it right! You can tell it was a thought out process lol. A lot of the other texting apps do not have the flexibility that this one does! Well done!
