Crickets from customer service. I will edit my review once the issue is resolved. I have loved this app for 5 months and previously would give the app 4-5 stars easily. However, I with uninstalling and reinstalling the app with the new update, all my purchases were lost. I’ve emailed customer service twice now asking to restore my purchases or refund me my money and still have not heard back.

Change-Not always a good thing. I have done my baby’s monthly birthday using this app for the past 8 months. All of the sudden you have to pay to use the app period, so of course I do so not wanting my baby’s milestone to change for the purpose of his one year collage. I proceed to find out that not only did I have to pay for the app, but the milestone that I have been using for the past 8 months is no longer available. Ugh! Ruined my son’s milestones and cost me money for nothing! Sincerely, A very unhappy customer.

Just downloaded. I am being made to write a review to get full ability to save and use features.

Purchased sticker pack and app crashes. I purchased all of the available stickers and now every time I go to use them the app crashes. Tried to reinstall and am having the same issue. I followed the App Store link to the developer website and the contact link doesn’t work.

Ok. Editing needs more flexibility and options especially for the months

Good with room for improvement. I love this app but it would be nice if the stickers in the subject photos were actually included in the categories the photos advertise

So Cute!. I love this app! Has lots of great stickers and is extremely easy to use. We just had twins and it makes sending pictures even more adorable.

Baby Boo is creative. This app is one of the few that I’ve seen that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. They are very creative with their stickers! Would like to see more, and I haven’t used it entirely...which is why I gave 4 stars.

Great ideas, wish it was more user friendly. Frames are cute, classic, and modern all at the same time. I wish recent holiday frames would pop up first and are easier to find.

Not very user friendly. So far trying to use this app it’s not very self explanatory or user friendly. I’m hoping the more I use it, it will become more apparent how to include photos and such into the book. Would be useful if it came with a short ‘tutorial’ video of some sort to run you through setting up your first couple pages. Other than that, the graphics, sticker, and frames that are available are all super cute.

BEST BABY APP. I’ve tried all of the photo editing app and this is by far my FAVORITE! People are always asking how I make my pictures so cute and I recommend it to all of my mommy friends.

Cool app but... Love the app.. just wish the cuter badges were free, mainly got the app for the monthly badges, but came to realize the badges by month are very limited. Otherwise very cool!

5 minutes. I have been using this ap maybe of 5 minutes and have been forced to write a review. Seeing as I have barely figure out how to use it, I can’t rate it very highly. Forcing someone to do a review so soon does not seem like a very good marketing method.

Ok app. Now that the app is working better I’m happier with it. At first my photos wouldn’t load and the daily frames weren’t showing up which was really frustrating. Mainly leaving a review in order to save photos.

Saving art not for the free trial. I got a notification that i needed to write a review to save artwork during the free trial. So far I have not really used this app much since I’m a busy mom and haven’t really tried to use it much since i downloaded it. I just want to save some photos with the milestones so that my mom brain doesn’t forget to do it later.

Easiest way to scrapbook!. Just choose a frame, select your photo, crop and save.

Cute, but not completely free. I’m enjoying what items are free, but some of the stickers and graphics have to be purchased. The items that you have to pay for are greyed our, if you click on them it gives you the opportunity to pay for it. If I was really into posting to social media, I think paying for it all is probably a good value because you can do everything on your phone, but it’s not worth it for me.

Cute. It is like a baby world. The stickers are so cute. If you’re looking for ideas it will let me look at others.I love how it lets you change the color.

Paid for it and kept me in trial. I love this app. However I bought the app a year ago, had to off load it (never deleted) for a couple months to save storage. When I downloaded it to do baby’s first birthday and Christmas, it keeps saying I’m in a free trial. Other than that, I really love the app. But I won’t pay for something I already paid for. That’s stealing in my opinion.

So far I love it!. This is one of the best baby milestone/sticker app I've found. All the other ones I've tried, you either have to pay to download the app and on top of that pay at least 2.99 per sticker package. I just don't understand what the point of paying all of that is when you have an app like this. You can even include different stickes I never would have thought about. For example, older kids, aunts and uncles. I love this app so far!

App was great before it changed. The app was great for adding milestone stickers before it changed. Now it’s not as easy to navigate and they try to charge for all the new upgrades.

Very slow and unreliable. Very slow and after removing the app and I install again it asks me to pay again even though I just payed and there is no log in screen .the app starts with the subscribe and pay first.

Luv it!. Love that all the stickers are free now!! Would of loved that a lot more when I was pregnant but my pictures looks super cute now for when I do my babies monthly pictures! The frames are cool too.

Fun, cute, and easy. This app has a lot of great stickers to use which are very cute and easy to apply. I definitely recommend this app. I also love that it has a Big Kid section, wouldn't want to leave the older siblings out🤔😁

Pretty good app for baby pics. I started using this when it was BabyBooApp and it was great-tons of ways to edit photo and add text or images. It’s now Folio and this will be my first time using it since the change. I’ll update afterwards!

Cute but charged after trial. It’s a cute app, easy to use, and relatively cheap compared to others. My only issue is there’s no way to cancel the trial. In their description it says even if you cancel the trial you still have access to 1000 stickers. However there is no way to do that nor do they ask if you’d like to continue to a subscription, so you automatically get charged. I didn’t want to subscribe, so I want my money back.

Love this app!. It is so easy to use and so fast! As a new parent, we don't have a lot of excess time on our hands! This app helps us document and record all of the wonderful moments we will want to remember for years to come!

Easy to use. Not all free. I love that this app is easy to use. You have a variety of options in the stickers but not all are free. You have the option to buy in app. It also grays out the ones you have not bought. Most of the first sections you can use. They add stickers with the last update and I hope they continue to do so. Would love to see more stickers. Ie: tree of life stickers and also would love to see effects. This app over all is a great app.

still love it!. I am relieved that the stickers I love are still around after upgraded to this new version. I don’t really care about the new frames feature as much. Haven’t really used them yet.

Crickets from developers. I think this is a a great app with so much potential. I paid a one time fee for this app a couple years ago and recently upgraded my iphone. After that, my subscription was deleted and now I am asked to either pay an annual or monthly fee. I emailed the developers twice already in the past month with no reply what so ever. Help please??!!!

Love it!!. So far, this is the best app for doodling and adding stickers to my baby's photos! I've downloaded and deleted a few other apps. I'm glad I stumbled upon this one!

No lie. Honestly this app has the most stickers and is the cheapest if you want all of them unlocked! I'm so happy with this app, allows you to customize a lot for free!! I recommend for sure :)

A little slow. Cute for quick daily photos of kiddo and the stickers are a nice touch. However I did purchase the app for 3.99 a month and I still can’t save photos unless I write a review. So here’s the deal - I wish the stickers didn’t revert back to the beginning when you drag a sticker and it didn’t work out. Adding photos to for time lapse is hard and I don’t know where to begin. Sometimes on the daily frames, I go to add a photo and it doesn’t show up multiple times and I just give up. Needs improvement but for what it’s worth, I like it enough to use everyday.

Review required. I am still trying to figure out the app and it requires you to leave a review in order to save a photo. For a paid app, I don’t like being forced to leave a review. So far, it does not seem worth $4 a month.

Cute but unorganized. Needs more.. Very cute but it’s a bit unorganized and needs a lot more graphic available to be worth it.

No free version!???. Like another reviewer I had downloaded the free version on my old phone and was completely happy with it!! Got a new phone and went to reinstall it and now only a paid version available??? Soooo disappointing as I had already started making monthly photo badges for my new addition. Would pay a one time fee to use the app but no way is it worth paying a monthly subscription!!

Not working anymore. Worked well for a few months. I used it for monthly milestone pics. Now the app quits as soon as I open it. I deleted it and redownloaded, same issue. Canceling my subscription now.

Garbage. Had the app and it had free sticker options which was amazing and now you HAVE to subscribe. Kind of pathetic when companies thrive on charging us for stickers as if they edit the pictures for us.
