Does Nothing Except Show Ads. It starts off with an ad…and then never goes anywhere. The close button for the ad is non-responsive. The ad doesn’t even work and take you to what is being advertised. Worthless.

Do Yourself A Favor. Really? The first thing I need to see when I’m trying to check the Temp is a useless ad? Guys, do yourself a favor - immediately show the temperature at the top 1/2 of the screen and leave a dynamic ad at the bottom of the screen. Simply silly someone needs to wait (even an extra fraction of a second) to see something as simple as a temperature.

Temp. So far, so good. North Tx in unusual cold snap & app has been accurate to local news & my back yard thermometer. Great cuz I don’t have to go look at back yard temp. Too cold when I’m under electric blanket!

Not Working. iOS 14.2. Installer app. Won’t run. Initial screen displayed with progress “button”. After a few seconds app closes. Still won’t run on IOS 15.1.1 and iPhone 13. Should be. 0 stars since all that is displayed is start up screen and the app closes. Don’t waste time with this app. Find one that it least starts.

Terrible. This app did not even show a price but instantly loaded on my phone when I touched for information. I thought it was free??? Then when I open it nothing shows up on my phone at all except a blank black screen. Thermometer never appears

Didn’t work at al. Real time thermometer functions are not even available for anything other than the same cities you find on every single app. I tried to use it for the room temp and live thermometer options they say it has. Total waste of time. Those options are not here. Only the stuff that my free weather app gave me with my phone. Useless

It only plays advertising. It only plays advertising. it doesn’t do anything beyond that. It will display that you can skip the ad after 5 seconds, but it won’t. it just keeps playing until the ad is over and nothing else happens.

Horrible ad program. The program won’t even load because of a required Ad they want you to download before it even finishes loading. Horrible, don’t waste your time in this.

Not as described!. Downloaded this app to see what the temperature was in the room I’m in. (The app claims to give you current ambient temperature using the built in thermostat in my phone). All it would give me was the temperature outside my location. I already had an app for that! Hope I didn’t have to PAY for this mistake!! Very disappointed!!!

Too many ads. I never even got to use the temperature app because there were so many ads and it would freeze on the ads.

What you see is what you get. Gives you the current temperature in the places you are interested in.

Needs Serious Repairs. My temperature sensor isn’t working on my truck so I loaded this app. It worked fine for whatever state I was in. After a couple weeks, they added advertising. Fine. Except the advertising is the first thing that comes up. When I close out of the initial ad, the app crashes and closes. I can’t even get the local temp anymore. Bye bye.

Simple temp app.. Just wish it showed accurate temp on the app icon instead of having to open it.

Would Not Recommend. I was never able to even see what the app had to offer because as soon as I would open it, an add would start playing, and it wouldn’t go away even after I clicked the X. When the add would finish playing, the screen would stay frozen and unresponsive for several minutes before I’d eventually give up and close the app altogether. I tried it again the next day and had the same issue. What a bummer :/

Can’t even access it. I downloaded this app and when I went to open it, a borderline pornographic ad started playing and then froze. I force-quit the app and another ad appears but it’s also frozen and I can’t actually get into the app. Seems like spam, totally not legit.

Don’t fall for it. I wasn’t sure what iPhone sensor it was going to use to measure the temperature but I needed the interior temperature so I tried it. 42 degrees inside my office? Uh, no. I’m assuming it grabs a temperature from a local weather station. So, it doesn’t work, but at least there are a ton of ads to watch. You know, if that’s your thing.

Accurate!. I love how accurate this is. I work in tv and film and am always checking weather. Sorry to say but temps are consistently more accurate than the apple weather. Good work team!

Hijacking Instagram. I don’t know if it was a bug or a an inappropriate function but this App would attempt to open whenever I would click a link to Instagram and iOS would ask if I wanted to open the App. If it does this for other people something fishy may be going on. Anyway, this app is basically pointless since it just reads the local temperature from other services. Avoid it.

Good App. This is a good app. I wish it would turn when I turn my IPad but that is not a big deal.

Beware. After downloading this app from the AppStore, it is impossible to open as it forces user to download other dubious apps. Not able to report problem either.

Please Optimize. This app had several ads with “close” button options that did not respond to the touch of my thumb. It also shut down multiple times and kept displaying ads. I’ve never gotten to see the functionality of this app at all.

FRAUD APP!. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau ASAP. Total SCAM! Does nothing that free weather apps cannot do & DOES NOT give any option to find your room temperature as advertised. My recommendation: Do not buy any of this developers apps. I want a total refund & hope to discredit this false advertiser which makes so many of us hesitant to ever purchase an app again.

But an actual thermometer. After reading several reviews that this app doesn’t work, I decided to test it. Turns out, it just uses the weather temp and doesn’t give actual readings like a thermometer should. Note to the creators: you don’t need someone’s location to get a temperature if it’s reading it correctly. Shouldn’t matter where you are, the point is to read ambient temp like the app says it should. Also, your location reading is wrong. My weather app does a better job. Waist of space, this one is getting deleted.

Total scam app. Don’t waste your money. I needed to check the temperature on the inside of the building so I downloaded this app. Next thing I know is filling my phone up with Ads for washing machines weight reducing formulas and a ton of other crap offers.. This kind of app should be illegal. Don’t waste your money....oh yeah, it also cannot read indoor temps!

Accurate. Seems to give the correct outside temp Wish it could measure the temp inside But the iPhone is not capable So it will do for now

Not impressed.... When I first downloaded this app it seemed to be doing what it said it did but I couldn't figure out how it was able to tell the temperature when my iPhone didn't have any capability to measure temperature. Then I realized that it's just tapping into the local weather forecast and displaying the current temperature. I also noticed that it had an option to give you the temperature "where you are now". I gave it a try and it brought up the current temperature for Los Angels as well displaying a not very detailed map of the LA area. That part was pretty cool except for the fact that I was in Chester, Maryland, which is in the opposite coast and about 2,200 mikes from L.A. As soon as I finish writing this review I'm deleting the app.

Zero stars!. If I could rate this zero stars I would. I realize apps have ads and that’s what supports them being free. But the app should at least provide value or do something. Downloading this app is like watching a tv channel that’s only commercials. It provides no value whatsoever, and is completely worthless. If you want to build an app that makes money, try building one that actually does something.

No what I wanted. In the description at the App Store it says that it will read ambient temperature. The definition of ambient temperature is not the temperature outdoors of where I am, but the temperature around the thermometer. Hence, you cannot read ambient temperatures, you can only tell you weather reports of cities. Not a thermometer, a weather station.

It’s not a thermometer for inside rooms. I downloaded this app, I thought this would measure the temperature of inside the room, but it don’t do that. Instead, this app is a simple weather app, which your phone already has it. So plz don’t bother and don’t download it.

Annoying features. Ads are annoying and you have to Purchase in order to get rid of them. Developer somewhat tricks users to immediately rate the app with 5 stars in a pop up menu just for changing the background picture of the app Unimpressive background/interface

Good app. Simple, easy and accurate to quickly check current temperature.

App didn’t work. You open the app, watch an ad, you can’t “x” the ad when the seconds go to zero. The app never worked for me. Don’t bother downloading, you will delete it in less than 3 mins.

Definite not a true ambient thermometer.. It will not report on ambient (ie “immediate surroundings”) temperatures as it requires location authority to report the local /outside/ temperature (not that if the ambient environment of the phone. If it had no cell/WiFi/mesh signal but still reported, then I’d believe it reported ambient temperatures.

Fail. When I open the app, it gives me a commercial that I can’t X out of. Not a timed app, but ones with Xs that don’t work. Tried multiple times, got multiple apps that I couldn’t X out of. Gave up and deleted.

Also not impressed. App did not do anything until I input a location. That’s not ambient temp, that’s the city’s recorded temp. Sitting in the same location but entering a different city, I got an ambient temp measure of 24° lower. Wow, I did not feel that 3-second cold front blow through!! Will be deleting this app as I already have the weather app. It did NOT do what it advertised.

Not a thermometer at all. This does not detect any temperatures at all, anywhere. It accesses weather reports for your location. The app gives no information at all unless you share your location. It takes a very long time to do any of these things, so there is no reason to have this app if you have ANY weather app (since other apps will tell you more than the current official temperature in their weather report). I have deleted this app.

Same as the Weather Apps, but smaller. Smaller app than TWC and the one included with the iOS, so more practical and easier on the phone’s resources. Haven’t got any glitches so far, can’t say the same with TWC which can’t handle iOS 11 too well. This one hasn’t had any issues. And changing predetermined cities is as easy as a finger swap of the screen.

Can’t get past ad on startup. After letting the ad shown on startup to finish I can’t get pay it. Tapping anywhere - on the x, near the x, on the area to get the advertised app, nothing works . Restarting the app doesn’t change the behavior.

Just a basic weather app. This app just gives the info off the nearest weather station, not your actual location, and certainly not the ambiant in your house. I tested it at known temperatures. Save yourself the frustration of plowing through their ads, and just use your on-board weather app.

Frustrated. I was hoping for an ambient temperature app, that can measure the temp in my room. Of course it cannot do that. No idea what it’s like as a weather app, but honestly weather underground or similar will do a comparable job with a smaller number of pop-up ads. The app description needs to be more precise.

Phoney app. This is an app using your location to give you the Weather Channel temperature for your location. Can’t use it if location is turned off. I turned on location and the app said 84 degrees, same as WC. I then placed the phone with app running in a refrigerator with a digital read out reading 40 degrees. After 1 hr the app still said 84 degrees. Useless for finding the room temp in a particular room.

Seems to need location data to run-- doubtful if actual thermometer. Did not display thermometer to me when I rejected location services. I don't think its capable of reading temperature. Or the owners of the app got too greedy with the information they wanted.

It’s a weather app. Yet another one that just gets data from a freely available site and shows you the reported outside temperature for near your location.

False advertising!. This app made me so furious. I was duped into thinking that this is an app that detects indoor temperature per their description. It says “this app can turn your phone into a real-time temperature checker with ambient inside temperature and feels like body temperature”. The description made me believe I was buying indoor thermometer which is what I typed when I searched for such app. I searched for indoor thermometer, and this app came as second in the list of results. It promised everything I was looking for. But to my chagrin its a false advertising! I was duped. All it gives are temperature outside in your city! This thing does not tell you anything you would already get from free app like Accuweather. What a waste of time and money. If there is a zero I would give a zero. So very very disappointed.

Can’t get past the ads. I understand free apps often have ads but it wouldn’t allow me to close the ads after they displayed, only close the entire app instead. So after 5 time of this I deleted the app.

Awful. Nothing like an app that pops up multiple ads prior to even showing the functionality of the app. I still don’t know if it works because the ads kept getting in the way. God awful. Should advertise as app for adds not a thermometer

Fake!. Its just an actual game. After the full screen game ad times out you still cant close the ad So you will just keep trying and refreshing the app meanwhile playing their ad over and over I should have known better

So far it is good. So far this app appears to be working. I’ll write another review after a week of use. I purchased the “Thermometer & Temperature” app, it stopped working after I paid for it. I downloaded this app with optimistic hope that I will have a better and pleasant experience.

A No Go. Doesn’t work - it loaded but that is it! I just got the picture of the ap!

Terrible scam!. Only adverts one after the other, cannot use the app. What a total scam! Should be deleted from the App Store.

This is doesn’t give room temperatures. The developer should remove this statement its false & misleading don’t bother with it

Does not work how they say it will. Does not check the temperature of the room you are in. It displays the temperature for your area just like the average weather app does that comes pre-downloaded on your phone. Doesn’t work how it claims to in the description. Waste of time.

Spams you with Quickbooks ad. Ridiculous !!!. Couldn’t even open all I got were Quickbooks ads with no option to close and proceed to the app

terrible app, false advertising. This app bills itself as able to measure indoor temperature -IT DOES NOT DO SO. Plus, ads remain in place even after paying for their removal. This app is a real stinker - AVOID this one.

0 Stars. I didn’t have high hopes for a thermometer app, but you literally cannot use this one. It opens and immediately plays an ad but then you can’t leave the ad screen once it’s done. So I force reset it and another ad pops up. Wait until the X appears and I still can’t click out. Try one more time, still unusable. So, 0 stars. But if we’re rating how terrible and useless the app is, 6 stars! Congratulations on your broken app.

This will not give you inside temp as advertised.. I was looking for an app to read the temp inside our office so we could troubleshoot an a.c. Issue. It gives you the outside temperature only, which it downloads from another source.

Don’t bother. All this thing does is advertise face book, gets temp from local weather channel, down load weather channel app get more info on weather, and less adds.

Not really a thermometer. Not really a thermometer , what this seems to be is an app that checks your location and then downloads the outside temperature for that location. So it’s not useful to measure the temperature in the room.

Not a thermometer!. Just a weather app does not actually read the temperature of where you really are. Misleading and useless as phones already have weather apps. Deleted as was looking for a thermometer that took readings.

Misleading!. I downloaded this app because the description says it shows ambient room temperatures but all it does is show the outside temp, and I have three other apps already that do that. I’ll be deleting this app as soon as I finish this review. 😡

Inside temperature? Where?. The description says it can measure inside temperature, but I don’t see that anywhere, and I’m not going to pay to find out. Plus, waaaaaay too many ads.

What A Disappointment!. OK, it is only $1.99, but it is the principle! It doesn’t work. Paid my money. Down loaded it. Taped to open. The “activity “ wheel spun around for about 30 seconds and then disappeared. How do I get a refund?!!!!!!

False advertising!. This only gives you the outdoor temp — just like the weather channel. It says it gives inside temp as well but it doesn’t. Waste of time!

Does Not Work. Absolutely worthless! When I open the app there is a spinning wheel for about 10 seconds and the app suddenly quits. Not even worth anyone’s time downloading. Extremely poor excuse of an app.

Do not buy. I wanted this app so i could see the temp in my house. But when i opens the app, i could not find the thermometer. Then i realized i had to enter a location. I am in Washington, and there was no option for that. Do not buy

Matches my house thermostat exactly. I’m very impressed how accurate this is! It has helped figure out what the temperature is in different rooms Also nice outside ! And vest of all it adapts quickly when going indoors or outdoors.

Ad generator. This is nothing more than an ad generator on an endless loop After the ad plays an X pops up. Try yo tap on to close out the ad, after 10 tries to X out. The app just closes. Tap on to open app and another ad pops up This cycle continues on and endless loop After 10 cycles of never x’ing out I gave up and wrote this negative reviewDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Temperature. This app does not show indoor temperature as it says it will and will not let me load my current city, which is a capitol of a state so should be easily found. I am disappointed.

Adware warning. When I opened the app I noticed the screen filled with Chinese characters and then a graphic of a present popped on the screen with more Chinese characters on it... WTH SO I immediately closed the app and deleted it. This app was not intended for the American market.

Not a thermometer. Doesn’t sense any ambient temperature. Only pulls weather forecast and report info. Needs a location to work. Can’t even find major cities like Oakland or San Francisco when trying to lookup temperature.

It’s the thermometer. Cool to look, at easy to read and the kids love it.

Won’t give you indoor temp. I downloaded this app to read indoor temp, based on the description. It doesn’t work! And it only knows outdoor temp based on downloaded information from your location. Well, I can go to Weather Channel app for that!!

Fake app - only serves ads. Not only does it not offer indoor temp - it doesn’t show any temp! Only shows ads, which you cannot close. Scam.

Ads. The ads that pop up when you open the app freeze and the app is ruined

Not an indoor thermometer. I downloaded this app with the expectation to monitor indoor temperatures. This app does not. When I open it, I see a spinning wheel, then the app closes without even giving the temperature. I have deleted.
